Esteticamente molto bella
Cons: L’accoglienza è stata terribile. Il ragazzo alto con la barba alla reception è stato maleducato poiché ho subito segnalato dopo essere entrate in camera, dei capelli presenti sul cuscino e sul lenzuolo e ho chiesto di cambiarli, in più abbiamo trovato la stanza non pulita. Mi ha risposto cosa avrebbe dovuto fare perché non vedeva il problema con aria di superiorità. Ho dovuto insistere per farmi dare un’altra camera. Senza contare poi che magicamente il taxi che inizialmente ci aveva prenotato, ha detto che non era più disponibile. A differenza di lui invece un ragazzino senza barba giovane, dovrebbe chiamarsi Mohammed è stato molto disponibile, ha capito il problema e si è scusato lui. Ci ha accompagnato anche al taxi che successivamente ha cercato.

Struttura molto bella, molto buona la colazione e l’accoglienza
Cons: Stanze poco insonorizzate, molto spesso si sentivano i rumori esterni durante la notte. Il servizio di pulizie sicuramente deve essere un po’ più attento dato che è inammissibile lasciare per quasi due giorni le stoviglie sporche della cena della sera prima prima e la camera disfatta al nostro rientro dalle attività giornaliere.

Cons: Les lumières dehors ne sont pas éteintes et nous avons mis un drap pour cacher la fenêtre car les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultants, mais il s'agit d'un confort personnel nous aimons dormir dans le noir absolu. Une très forte odeur de remontée d'égout dans la salle de bain nous obligeants de fermer la porte de la chambre pour ne pas être dérrangées.

Il riad è molto carino con impianto e materiali tipici, anche se il tetto è coperto ma questo succede in molti riad. Il cameriere della colazione era gentile.
Cons: Abbiamo avuto diverse esperienze negative e purtroppo il personale della reception non è stato di aiuto e non è ci è stato nemmeno proposto un piccolo rimborso. - Nonostante avessimo prenotato dirver dall'aeroporto, non c'era, è arrivato dopo un'ora nonostante fossimo in contatto con la reception che continuava a dirci che era in aeroporto che ci stava cercando, cosa non vera. Abbiamo comunque dovuto pagarlo prezzo pieno. - Ero in viaggio con le mie sorelle e mia mamma e avevamo prenotato la Suite Royale. Non è per niente come nelle foto, arredamento scarno e i due letti singoli sono in terra. Pochissima luce, l'armadio è praticamente al buio. Il bagno non c'entra nulla con le foto. - Qui l'episodio peggiore. Dalla tasca dello zaino di mia sorella sono spariti degli orecchini di perle. Abbiamo cercato la sera in tutta la camera, letteralemente ovunque e non li abbiamo trovati. Siamo andate a chiedere alla reception se potevano aiutraci e con sufficienza ci è stato detto che non c'erano problemi e che li avremmo ritrovati. La mattina dopo ci hanno detto di stare tranquille che avrebbero parlato con la signora che aveva pulito la nostra stanza. Al nostro rientro la sera siamo entrate in camera con la signora che aveva pulito la stanza che ha fatto una "scenetta" facendo finta di cercare gli orecchini per poi "trovarli" a colpo sicuro in un nostro beautycase, dove li aveva palesemente messi lei! Se non ce ne fossimo accorte subito non li avremmo mai trovati!! E' stato veramente un bruttissimo episodio, non solo il tentativo di furto ma proprio pensare che abbiamo aperto zaini e borse. Nonstante la nostra fortissima lamentela in reception per la gravità di quanto successo non ci hanno proposto nemmeno un rimborso simbolico. - Le camere possono essere rumorose perchè i muri sono sottili e le finestre danno direttamente sul patio ma questo per noi non è stato un problema.

Le lieu est ok mais les chambres (suite junior) ne correspondent aucunement aux photos ⚠️ La cuvette des toilettes était cassée et ne tenait pas ⚠️ Le tuyau de la douche était cassé lui aussi provoquant l'inondation de la salle de bain, nous avons nous-même dû trouver une solution pour y remédier ⚠️ Rouille dans le fond de la baignoire ⚠️ Cheveux dans le lit ⚠️ Prix élevé pour la qualité et aucun geste commercial, ne serait-ce pour une bouteille d'eau après les désagréments engendrés avec les équipements dysfonctionnels ⚠️ La piscine du rooftop était opaque et sale Globalement 75€ la nuit est absolument injustifiable compte tenu de la qualité de la prestation.

Cons: abbiamo prenotato una suite essendo una famiglia di 4 persone, e abbiamo pagato un prezzo abbastanza alto per la zona. nonostante questo pensavamo di avere una struttura soddisfacente e invece abbiamo dovuto aprire un reclamo con booking perchè la suite era molto ma molto sporca e c'erano gli scarafaggi, la porta non si chiudeva bene avendo delle aperture laterali dovute alla rottura del legno e pertanto la suite era sempre fredda e ovviamente non sicura (oltre che non c'era privacy). l'ultima sera non abbiamo avuto l'acqua calda e il personale non è stato per nulla accogliente. la colazione è davvero pessima e non adatta a quello che promettono

Cons: L'indirizzo su Booking era sbagliato: senza Maps non avremmo trovato il posto. La porta della camera non chiudeva — un problema base di sicurezza e privacy. Abbiamo inviato una mail semplice per chiedere la custodia del bagaglio: nessuna risposta. La vasca idromassaggio, pubblicizzata come servizio della camera, era piena d'acqua torbida e quindi completamente inutilizzabile. Nel pomeriggio le addette alle pulizie urlavano tra loro: un'atmosfera tutt'altro che rilassante per chi cerca riposo in un riad. Il colpo finale: 4 euro per stampare un foglio, la carta d'imbarco. Quattro euro. Per un foglio. In una struttura che si presenta come riad di qualità, è inaccettabile.

personale accogliente ed accomodante, sono stati disponibili anche a prepararci un sacchetto con la colazione il giorno della partenza perché andavamo presto in aeroporto, stanze grandi e confortevoli, dotate di asciugamani, phon, cassaforte, finestra, una coperta in più in caso di freddo e aria condizionata. la stanza risultava anche essere molto pulita.
Cons: le uniche note negative secondo me sono la posizione, ma alla fine in questi posti bisogna adattarsi, e lo scarico che non scaricava ma penso che se gli e l'avessimo fatto presente avrebbero provveduto ad aggiustare (per un giorno non valeva la pena).

Das Riad Amina ist ein kleines hübsches Riad in einer kleinen ruhigen Gasse in der Altstadt. Frühstück und das 2 mal im Innenhof genossene Abendessen (samt Wein) waren super. Das Küchenpersonal war abends nur für uns da! Das Personal (Empfang, junger Kellner am Abend!) war überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit bei einigen Telefonaten für die weitere Reise und entgegenkommend. Man hat uns vom Flughafen abholen lassen und an der Stelle, wo der Mietwagen uns rausließ, kam sofort ein Mitarbeiter angelaufen, damit wir uns im Gassengewirr nicht verlaufen. Der Guide, den wir für eine erste Erkundung gebucht hatten, kam auch prompt und hat uns die Medina näher gebracht. Perfekt. Auf Nachfrage haben wir ein Hamam im gegenüberliegenden Haus bekommen, das zum Riad gehört und wurden dort wundervoll von Amina (zufällig der selbe Name wie das Riad!) und ihren beiden Kolleginnen betreut. Die schöne Dachterrasse haben wir nicht genutzt, weil es im November dann dort etwas zu frisch war. Aber für wärmere Monate sicher zu empfehlen. Rundum eine sehr positve Erfahrung. Wir werden nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein.
Cons: Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer gebucht, das war unser Fehler, beim nächsten Mal werden wir eines der größeren ausprobieren.

Great place to stay, staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed three nights and were out a lot of the time, but felt safe around the area. When leaving one of the lovely ladies that works there found us waiting at the wrong gate for out taxi, she pointed us in the right direction…. Thank you to her so much as it could have been a problem. Would recommend this Riad.

Cons: Desayuno aceptable, aunque un poco escaso. Nos llovio varios días, y en el desayuno te mojabas... La ubicacion es buena aunque un poco lejos de la Place, pero es factible ir y volver andando. La habitacion no estaba bien acondondicionada. Camas muy incomodas, maquina de aire caliente la cual hacia demasiado ruido y ciertas partes del mobiliario que se caian. Contratamos un Hammam y nos pareció demasiado "casero" , en la sauna, hacía frío y luego el masaje estuvo bien pero en una habitacion helada!!

Cons: You have to walk from the drop off points to reach this location . The rooms are small and the bathrooms are small as well. We had to argue to get a decent breakfast . Air conditioning / Heater was not working on all days and i had to make it fix everyday . It is very overpriced. This is mu experience with a junior suite . Needless to say other options are horrible

Porque si lo llegamos a saber hubiéramos elegido otra opción. Tampoco me gustó el Hammam ( la mujer que lo da lo hace genial y es un amor ) pero la instalación es un cubículo, tipo Sauna ,donde estábamos 3 amigas sin nada de intimidad y nos chocábamos unas con otras y teníamos que estar intercambiando el lugar continuamente ( nada cómodo , nada relajante ) eso sí , salimos de allí con la piel perfecta !!

Cons: If I could give Riad Amina zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at any accommodation, anywhere in Morocco or abroad. First of all cockroaches. Not one, but two of them in our room. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. That should’ve been the first sign to run. But unfortunately, it only got worse. We stayed for five days and during that entire time, they never once changed our bedsheets. Not even offered. The towels? Same story. We had to reuse the same damp towels the entire time. It’s like hygiene is not even a priority here. Now here’s where it gets even more insulting: they allowed non-Moroccan guests to swim in the pool at 2 AM, laughing and partying like it’s their private villa. But when we asked to swim at 1 AM, we were told to go to “the pool upstairs.” Let me be clear the upstairs “pool” is barely functional, totally separate, and not even remotely the same experience. The double standards and discrimination against Moroccans here is loud and clear. On top of that, they didn’t even welcome us properly. No tour of the facilities, no orientation, no warmth. They immediately took us outside the actual Riad to a completely different building that felt like a cheap overflow house. It was tiny, isolated, and had no access to the pool, spa, or even breakfast. How is that even legal? It felt like they were trying to hide us from the “real” guests. And to top it all off, when we left no goodbye, no thank you, no nothing. Just cold, rude stares. Honestly, the whole experience felt like we were second-class citizens in our own country. I would never recommend Riad Amina to anyone, especially to fellow Moroccans. They have no respect, no standards, and no sense of hospitality. There are hundreds of better, more respectful places to stay in Marrakech. Save your money and your dignity and book literally anywhere else.

Le riad est très jolie il est placé dans la Medina, ancien quartier de Marrakech. Le souk est très proche et on y trouve plusieurs magasins de souvenirs, restaurant... Le personnel est super gentil et serviable.
Cons: J'ai demandé un café au petit dejeuner, il m'a été facturé alors que le petit dejeuner est censé être compris dans le tarif. La chambre mériterait quelques réparations (cuvette, pommeau de douche, porte d'entrée de la chambre...) le Riad est plutot calme le soir, mais en journée avec les arrivées, on entend tout.

Il riad è molto bello, l’accoglienza è gentile e il the di benvenuto buonissimo, la reception è aperta 24h quindi molto comodo. La colazione pure molto buona e diversa ogni giorno. Staff gentile e la struttura offre vari servizi.
Cons: La posizione anche se centrale è in un vicolo difficile da trovare e la notte non è affatto sicuro, state attenti ai ragazzi lì vicino che vogliono darvi informazioni sulle direzioni perché poi vi chiedono un sacco di soldi insistendo tanto seguendovi fino a davanti il riad che non fa niente per mandarli via, lo staff anche se gentile molto disorganizzato, siamo arrivati in alcuni giorni in cui il tempo è stato freddo e oltre a non funzionare l’aria condizionata, quando abbiamo chiesto se si potesse fare qualcosa non sapevano dove stavano delle coperte in più e non hanno saputo gestire la situazione infatti siamo tornati in Italia col raffreddore. La camera è pulita ogni giorno. Il riad è molto bello però le camere non si chiudono (allego sotto il video) le serrature sono finte e basta appoggiarsi per aprirle.

Cons: Unfortunately there is issues with the hot water in the rooms. Also seems to be no noise control or curfew as at 1am there were people running around and making quite a bit of noise for a few nights running.

Cons: La stanza non era nel Riad centrale ma in una struttura di fronte con una porta che risulta difficilmente apribile, specialmente dall'interno. La camera era al 2 piano raggiungibile solo da una scala in legno difficoltosa. Il bagno minuscolo ed illuminazione della stanza scarsa. Arrivati nella struttura in tarda serata, la stanza era fredda con condizionatore spento. La colazione, anche se servita in un bel cortile interno, era all'aperto senza riscaldamento (mangiavamo con i giubbotti visto la stagione invernale), cmq basica e sempre uguale. Manca la TV nella stanza. Per ultimo il transfer all'arrivo garantito dalla struttura prima dell'arrivo con conferma non si è presentato, costringendoci a prendere un taxi in autonomia. Gli standard del Riad non corrispondono ad un 4 stelle di un hotel Italiano con prezzo troppo alto. Le foto potrebbero trarre in inganno.

Cons: I paid €871 for five nights in a Junior Suite, but unfortunately the experience was not worth the price. 1. The suites are located across the street from the main building, and there is no lift, which is very inconvenient, especially with luggage. 2. The bathroom is extremely small, smells unpleasant, and has very old utilities. 3. The buildings feel outdated, with no visible renovations. 4. Breakfast is very limited, and charging €3 extra for an egg even when it’s not listed on the menu, feels unreasonable. 5. The pools are small and not clean, which was disappointing. 6. Need to walk at least 5 min to get taxi, this location isn’t accessible with car Overall, the hotel does not meet the standards expected for this price range. I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made.

Si tratta di un tipico Riad nella Medina di Marrakech. Raggiungibile a piedi a pochi minuti dall'ultimo slargo dove può arrivare il taxi. Ci siamo sempre sentiti sicuri di camminare nella zona, pur viaggiando con ragazzi e bambini piccoli. Il personale è sempre stato cortese accogliente e ci ha aiutato a trovare una buona guida che parlasse la nostra lingua anche con poco preavviso. Hanno cercato di accontentarci anche rispetto a cose che non funzionavano al meglio
Cons: Avevamo due suite, una al piano terra e una al primo piano. Anche le stanze sono gradevolmente arredate nello stile tipico di Marrakech e questo ci è piaciuto. Ma in una stanza la vasca da bagno era molto rovinata con scrostature evidenti, mentre nell'altra non funzionava il riscaldamento. Nonostante sia stato garantito l'intervento di un tecnico, la stanza è rimasta fredda fino alla partenza (abbiamo soggiornato al Riad per due notti). La colazione è minimale con cibi tipici marocchini di qualità soddisfacente ma certamente non abbondante. L'hammam è a pagamento, giustamente, ma l'ambiente non è particolarmente curato.

Cons: Llegamos a las 21 y tuvimos una mala experiencia con un local que nos quiso cobrar por indicarnos dónde estaba el ríad a solo 1 min del lugar, se puso insistente y cuando entramos al riad nos hicieron esperar bastante. Luego, el agua caliente no funcionaba y estuvimos 2 horas esperando que lo arreglen .

L’accueil de l’équipe était parfait et chaleureux: je me suis perdue dans les rues et on m’a récupéré et guidé jusqu’au Riad avec le sourire en plus! L’équipe se rends disponible pour toutes questions et conseils pour explorer les environs. Ils proposent par ailleurs une carte de plats, d’activités et de soins variés à des prix abordables. En tant que voyageuse solo, je me suis sentie en sécurité ce qui est indispensable pour apprécier son séjour. La chambre est très propre, la literie confortable et la déco atypique et magnifique. Le petit dej inclus est riche et consistant, avec des variantes tous les jours. La piscine et la cour, avec son oranger, offre un décor apaisant, ressourçant et lumineux. La place Jamaa el Fna est à 15 min à pieds permettant de découvrir le souk en chemin. Plusieurs restaurants et commerces à proximité. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir!

Personale super! Sono veramente molto accoglienti, simpatici e gentilissimi.Camera pulita con cambio asciugamani e pulizia tutti i giorni. Sembra di essere in un’oasi di pace lontano dal caos. Posizione comoda a tutto. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio transfer da/per l’aeroporto, anche loro super accoglienti. Abbiamo provato anche il massaggio nell’hammam di fronte al riad. Al rientro siamo partiti molto presto e ci hanno lasciato la colazione al sacco. Lo consiglio fortemente!

Abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta a 7 gradi fuori. Terribile!

Cons: Heureusement nous n’y sommes restés qu’une nuit. Rien n’a été du début à la fin. Tout d’abord, nous avons attendu une heure pour une chambre qui ressemble à un placard à balais. Le réceptionniste ne nous fait aucune visite, et, nous devons nous même trouver la terrasse sur le toit. Lorsque nous avons été dormir, les rideaux n’étaient même pas opaques. Nous entendions de l’eau couler, mais le pire était que nous entendions la chambre du dessus comme si nous étions dans la même pièce qu’eux. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet endroit.

Cons: Despite arriving early & advising that we would be back for 3pm check in, our room wasn’t available until 4pm, wasting precious time of a short stay. Very irritating to say the least. Downstairs pool was in the middle of where people eat so didn’t want to use that and upstairs pool area was murky & looked very unhygienic. Bed wasn’t particularly comfortable and very loud guests should have been told to shut up after at most 10.30pm, not allowed to be a-holes gone 11pm.

A személyzet nagyon kedves volt és mindenben segítettek. Érkezéskor bekészített palackos víz volt a szobában és kaptunk üdvözlő helyi marokkói teát is. 24 órás porta szolgálat bármikor mehettél és jöhettél csak kopogni kellett. Minden nap takarítottak és a törölközőt is cserélték. Minden reggel frissen facsart narancslét kaptunk. Közel volt a látványossághoz sok minden gyalog is elérhető, de taxival is csak pár percre volt. 5 éjszakát töltöttünk el mindent leszámítva jól éreztük magunkat.
Cons: A szoba nekem sötét és hideg volt és itt ott ráfér a felújítás, főleg a fürdőszobában. Az ágy nekem nagyon kemény volt. A szoba ajtaján érdekes volt a zár amit, ha bezártál akkor is simán kinyitottál belülről és kívülről is. A reggeli nem volt túl változatos a palacsinta nézett ki minden nap máshogy, de ha nem vagy nagyigényű akkor elég lesz (kávé, tea,narancslé, joghurt, bagett, sajt, lekvár,méz, süti,palacsinta). Felvágott, tojás, zöldség, gyümölcs nincs a reggeliben. Mandarint kaptunk egyszer. A wifi nem mindig működött jól. A medencéket nem mertük használni nem tűnt tisztának főleg a fenti. Királyi lakosztályt foglaltam, de meg sem közelítette azokat a képeket amik az oldalon fel vannak töltve.

Cons: Le lit de notre chambre était inconfortable, on sentait les ressorts. La porte de la chambre laissait passer beaucoup de bruit à cause d'un large jour entre la porte et le mur, donc beaucoup de bruit le soir, la nuit et le matin. Nous avons dû dormir avec des boules Quies.

The ground floor is very beautiful and the location is good. Very close to the traditional shops.
Cons: The rooftop is not as cosy as it looks on the pictures. The breakfast is very simple. You have to pay 3 euro if you want to add eggs for example which js a very high price compared to other restaurants. You have to check the bill at the end before paying it because they added at the reception money for no reason. Be careful with that.

The Riad is beautiful. The young man who served us breakfast was very polite. The riad is situated in the outskirts of the Medina. Good location. Lovely breakfast.
Cons: Our room had no hot water. We tried to run the shower at several different times and it never got luke warm, let alone hot. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. When we checked in, the room only had a single towel for both my wife and I to share. The next day, they brought us a hand towel as well. When we asked for another towel, we were told that we already had two; a hand towel and a bath towel. The room also wasn’t very clean. There was some sort of dried fluid on the wall by the bed. My wife and I spent 13 nights in Morocco and this is the only place we stayed at that was a disappointment.

Staff fantastic and breakfast, although basic, was fine. Limited choice but then this is not a Hotel. Location down a narrow series of lanes is daunting at first, but we became comfortable with it over time. Original room was tiny so we asked for upgrade and got it on day 3 of our stay. much happier when that happened. Overall the Riad Amina is a lovely, quaint and peaceful space away from the bedlam of the Old Town.
Cons: Location at first due to narrow laneways. It was however very close to the Souks and tourist attractions of the Old Town. We have no issues with the Riad Amina and despite the tiny room initially, the new room was larger and comfortable. Breakfast as I say is basic and bathroom is tiny in rooms we experienced, with the fittings in need of repair, but we enjoyed our stay as all the staff were very helpful

Clearly, the standard room option is not going to offer the height of luxury, but it was adequate for our needs and our budget, with a high ceiling that helped the (air-conditioned) air circulate. Although our standard room was rather small and rather dark, it didn’t bother us as we could sit in the beautiful, shady riad courtyard at any time. The staff were superb throughout our stay. A special heads up to front desk manager Keltoum, who was endlessly charming and helpful. Although Riad Amina is some distance from the centre of the Medina at Jemaa el-Fna, this suited us fine. We mostly ate our evening meals at small restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk of the riad. Before we arrived, we were a little apprehensive that the Medina would be a lot of hassle and we’d constantly be dodging aggressive hawkers and scammers. I can’t speak for the whole Medina, but we never encountered anyone unsavory anywhere in the neighborhood of Riad Amina.

Me alojé en este Riad y la experiencia fue muy agradable. La limpieza estaba muy bien tanto en la habitación como en las zonas comunes. La ubicación es buena, a unos 15 minutos andando de la plaza Jemaa el Fna, lo que permite estar cerca del centro pero a la vez en una zona tranquila. El personal fue siempre muy simpático y atento. La habitación muy limpia y cómoda. El desayuno es básico pero completo, y cada día añadían un detalle especial: un dulce diferente que lo hacía más variado y agradable. En general, una estancia recomendable.
Cons: La habitación pequeña pero completa. No están insonorizadas y se escuchaba absolutamente todo, lo que a veces hacía difícil descansar.

L’emplacement du Riad près de l’entrée des souks ….l’accueil du jeune homme en journée avec une barbichette….le sourire et le dynamisme de Mohamed qui a été adorable 😍….un grand merci à la cuisinière pour ses petits déjeuners et plats et surtout qui nous a aidé pour sortir les valises alors que la dame qui était à l’accueil n’a pas bougé !!!!!!!!

A nossa Kate vai ficar no coração pela companhia que nos fez, pelos conselhos que nos deus e pela hospitalidade <3 O quarto era limpo todos os dias e as toalhas mudadas. O pequeno almoço era ótimo e caso tivessemos de sair mais cedo por causa de excursões, davam-nos o pequeno almoço para levar connosco. O espaço da piscina é super acolhedor e confortável. No último andar existe oura piscina com espreguiçadeiras. Super recomendo e espero um dia voltar

Cons: C’était ma 7ᵉ fois à Marrakech, et je vous assure que c’est ma pire expérience dans un riad/hôtel. Si vous comptez aller à la place Jemaa el-Fna et rentrer tard le soir, ce n’est vraiment pas la bonne option, surtout pour les filles. Dans la chambre : pas de miroir, pas de quoi accrocher vos vêtements dans la douche, la télécommande de la climatisation est restée hors service pendant 48h (on a littéralement gelé), et pas d’eau chaude disponible la nuit. De plus, aucune communication ni assistance une fois la réservation confirmée. Je reconnais avoir choisi l’option la moins chère, mais c’était sûrement la plus mauvaise décision que j’ai prise durant tous mes voyages. Mieux vaut rajouter 50 € et profiter d’un minimum de confort et de tranquillité. Et le petit plus : si vous voulez des œufs au petit déjeuner, il faut payer un supplément… 🤣

Cons: Não gostei de ter descoberto a chegada que os meios de transporte não chegam até ao Riad, de nós terem colocado num edifício anexo e não no edifício principal, dos quartos estarem a precisar de remodelação, as paredes e tetos tinham fissuras. A piscina era minúscula, com água turva da sujidade. As toalhas de banho algumas tinhas rasgões. O Wi-Fi não funcionava no edifício onde estávamos anexo ao Riad. Durante dois dias o Wi-Fi não funcionou nem no edifício principal. O pequeno almoço era fraco, não tinha nem queijo, nem fiambre e os iogurtes durante os 4 dias que estive hospedada foram sempre de morango, não tinha fruta e o pão tipo baguete vinha seco. Íamos ficar 8 dias e saímos a meio da estadia, devido as condições serem péssimas. Reclamei, pedi o livro de reclamações, disseram que iam falar com o patrão e disseram que as condições de um Riad eram aquelas. Tive de ir para outro Hotel, com condições bastante melhores. Já fiz reclamação a booking.

Cons: O nosso quarto não correspondia às fotos. O quarto royale, no site, aparece que tem dois lavatórios, o quarto em que ficámos tinha apenas 1. Mas não quisemos chatear-nos com isso, não foi o nosso alojamento principal em Marraquexe. Fomos a este riad para mais uma experiência. Outro aspeto negativo foi o pequeno almoço que é à base de açúcar. Nenhuma fruta, tivemos de pagar pelos ovos. Na fatura, apresentam os valores dos gastos em euros para depois pagaramos na moeda local. Não faz sentido apresentarem a fatura em euros. Mas, de forma geral, valeu a pena. Um conselho geral que deixo: não façam reservas de atividades, trasnfers com os riads. No booking fica MUITO mais BARATO.

The riad is very beautiful and aesthetic. The staff is very friendly. It is also placed in a great location where drop-off point is just very near to Riad so if you have luggage also it isn't very tiring to reach the riad.
Cons: The ac in our room wasn't working so it was very hot when we visited in august. We conveyed this to the staff and they gave us another room where we faced the same issue. The washrooms are very tiny which might make you feel slightly claustrophobic. The breakfast food option is very limited, just different types of bread and jam. If you want egg you have to pay extra.

Lo que más me gustó fue la decoración del Riad, lo bonito que es por dentro y el personal que te atienden. Fueron muy atentos porque cada mañana y cada noche necesitaba calentar leche para mí bebe y lo hicieron todos los días durante nuestra estancia. Y en dos ocasiones que nos fuimos de excursión muy temprano nos dieron el desayuno para llevar. Lo recomiendo por su lugar bonito, su gente amable . También recomiendo el masaje relajante, fue una experiencia muy reconfortante.
Cons: Quizá el desayuno, aunque fue bueno, nosotros estamos acostumbrados a desayunar un poco más completos o con algo salado. Pero ellos tienen la costumbre de dar pan , creeps o ese tipo de pan siempre con mermelada y mantequilla o un poco de queso de untar... Pero echamos de menos algo más salado. Pero solo es un apunte. Nosotros al ser de España estamos acostumbrados a otros desayunos. Con lo cual no estuvo mal probar el desayuno marroquí.

Our stay at Riad Amina was pleasant, but there were some downsides. Throughout our stay in Marrakech, we stayed in multiple riads and the air conditioning in Riad Amina was the worst. It was very loud and didn’t make the room cold enough. The bed was quite uncomfortable with the mattress topper folding. The reception desk is also often left unoccupied which made it difficult to enquire about different things. However, the riad is in a great location in the heart of Marrakech with a lovely centre terrace and also rooftop terrace. The pool is quite small on the rooftop - more like the size of a jacuzzi but still pleasant. There’s various loungers/day beds which are nice. We unfortunately didn’t get the opportunity to eat here, so can’t rate that element.

Such a central location, easy to figure out where to go. The staff were the highlight; so friendly, personable and accommodating. They really wanted to make sure our experience was top class (which it was!). We didn’t know breakfast was included which was a lovely bonus. Will 100% be visiting again.

Personnel adorable, aux petits soins, belle chambre, climatisée, deux piscines pour profiter lors des fortes chaleurs (situées l’une en bas à l’ombre, l’autre sur le toit au soleil), Riad bien placé on peut tout faire à pieds à 20min max, bon petit déjeuner. Le Riad est spacieux, on se sent comme à la maison (contrairement à un hôtel où on croise beaucoup de monde). Nous avons aussi testé un déjeuner: super bien cuisiné (je recommande le taboulé).
Cons: Tout était très bien. Seul petit bémol, il y a deux bâtiments dans le Riad, nous n’avions pas précisé qu’on était venu avec une autre famille, donc nous étions répartis dans des bâtiments différents.

The lovely lady in the reception, Kaltum, helped us when we were having a bad time when we just arrived because of scammers. She’s very friendly and helpful. She also let us checked in earlier. All the staffs were very lovely too 🥰 Breakfast was good and a lot 😁 The hamam & massage experience was nice too, it’s just next door and still part of the Riad. The other reception, Yunus, was very lovely and Super friendly too. He let us have breakfast to go for our last day because we needed to check out early. Overall, positive experience staying in Riad Amina.

This Riad is our favorite so far! It is absolutely beautiful, we wish we should have stayed longer. The impressive courtyard with the pool where my favorite, with all the greenery and skylight. The sounds of little birds in the morning were the best way to wake up then have breakfast which was delicious and slightly different every morning,

Bellissimo Riad, un po' difficile da trovare ma una volta entrati siamo stati accolti da personale gentilissimo che ci ha aiutato e offerto te alla menta e biscotti nonostante siano state del 23. Camera abbastanza grande, bagno carino e particolare. Unica cosa, la porta della stanza non si chiudeva e quindi abbiamo dovuto mettere il tavolino dietro per tenerla chiusa, ma tanto dovevamo rimanere solo fino alla mattina seguente.

Das Frühstück in der Unterkunft war sehr lecker und auch die Lage war sehr gut. Fussläufig war sehr vieles zu erreichen. Das Personal der Unerkunft war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Da meine Tochter eine Ingwer-Allergie hat, wurden ihre Speisen immer extra und frisch zubereitet.
Cons: Leider waren die Zimmer sehr laut. Bei an- oder abreisenden Gästen in der Nacht wurde man wach. Und unsere Toilettenspülung war defekt und plätscherte ständig.

Los recepcionistas lo mejor del Riad, una atención 24 horas! Super buena gente y serviciales nada malo que decir atención de 10! Younes, Mohamed unos cracks! Todos en general muy empáticos. El desayuno tiene lo necesario para empezar el día con energía y poder perderte en la medina, las instalaciones son sencillas pero cómodas. La limpieza la hacen seguido y te cambian sábanas y toallas así que está muy bien. Si quieren una experiencia más real de marruecos deben probar su comida callejera alrededor del Riad o en la medina, créanme que la van a disfrutar más que pagar platos en restaurantes de "nivel" que te venden una realidad alterada. Me quedo totalmente con sus calles y su gente original y real! Nada más que agradecer a su gente muy hospitalaria y me llevó muy buenos recuerdos esperando volver algún día, Inshallah🙏
Cons: La habitación que me tocó el aire acondicionado cae el agua del aire directamente a la cama y si no la mueves se te puede mojar y pasas un mal rato, algo que se puede solucionar fácilmente con un buen mantenimiento al equipo. No está cerca de la plaza principal pero tampoco es tan malo unos 15 minutos caminando, al principio es un poco complicado de ubicar el sitio por sus callejones pero luego ya es fácil de ubicar.

A beautiful Riad with detailed handcrafted features and wonderfully decorated with artistic touches . Breakfast in the central courtyard is a real treat as is starlit evenings on the comfortable rooftop. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the location wonderful in an interesting area on the edge of the tourist hub.

Excellent value for money for a traditional Moroccan experience. Staff are very very friendly, contrary to some of the reviews here! We believe respect is returned if you are nice to people! Short walk to the main square through the souks which is a great experience! Not in relation to the hotel but when walking back late at night people may try tell you the main gates are closed, which they are not - just keep walking! Pool and rooftop are great and quiet so you can have a nice relax! We would recommend this to anyone who wants a real Marrakesh feel! If you don’t want to experience a proper Moroccan vibe, book a basic all inclusive hotel and stay there!!!!! Me and my partner adored every part of this stay and enjoyed getting to know the staff and their culture which is what travelling is all about! Over and out.

Disappointing. The riad is in dire need of some TLC, the rooms were tiny with plaster crumbling off the walls, wardrobes with no coat hangers, no hair dryer and the shower was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The water pressure was non existent and the water went between a dribble of cold to a torrent of scalding hot every 20 seconds. The shower gel and shampoo were also so watered down they were useless and I had to go out and buy my own. Kept finding dead cockroaches in the bathroom too. I’ve stayed in marrakech many times and this is sadly a riad I would not want to return to. Shame as it’s a good location, the breakfast was fine and the bed was actually very comfortable. They need to spend some serious cash revamping this place though - it was tired, run down and a bit sad.

Cons: Lors de notre arrivée, nous avions parlé avec une dame si le lendemain lors de notre départ si on pouvait nous accompagner jusqu’à la voiture car très compliqué pour arrivé à pied au Riad au milieu des rues de la Médina, elle a discuté avec un autre employer qui était OK. Le lendemain matin, je me rends au patio pour prendre le petit déjeuner, deux tables était prise et je vois une dame assise sur un canapé au téléphone et elle continue son téléphone et j’attends pendant plus de 5 minutes, c’est au moment arrive ma femme et mes enfants qu’elle raccroche et vient nous installer sans aucun sourire et pas très aimable, on demande une omelette, elle nous répond c’est un supplément de 3 euros (tous les Riads que nous avons fait c’était toujours inclus, nous avons fait 6 Riads différents pendant notre Roadtrip). Le petit déjeuner finit, on se dirige à la réception pour checkout et demander à la personne de nous accompagner à la voiture, elle nous répond non personne pourra venir, on fait pas ce service et pourtant le soir avant cela a été convenu avec l’autre collaborateur. On est parti et on s’est débrouillé, SUPER LE SERVICE.

We had a great stay at Riad Amina by a very friendly and welcoming family. The Riad is very beautiful and charming, but very warn down. Riad is not being run in best condition, and needs a big make over. Another minus where the small rooms with even smaller bathrooms and not in good condition. Also a lot of noise from other guest, doorhandles and locks.

Poor overall, damp room causing our clothes and bedding to be damp, cockroach in the bath. sloppy management who only agreed to change our room after threatening them with discussion with our tour operator. Second room was much improved but the towel rail fell off, as did the tap all the issues were fixable if the management cared enough to tackle them.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, the photos on Booking.com should be updated, as they do not accurately reflect the current state of the property. Cons: Het was heel gehorig, je kon echt alles horen, van de mensen die beneden aan het eten waren, tot de katten die rondliepen en tot slot de buren die je zachtjes hoorde praten. Ook was het gebed iedere ochtend erg goed te horen (hier kon de accommodatie niks aan doen) het was erg storend. Wij hebben hier 8 nachten geslapen, en hebben amper kunnen slapen.

The riad was good. Staffs were friendly and helpful. breakfast was lovely. This Riad has two building. Pictures shown in website or any other hotel bookings are for main building. Unfortunately we were in next building which is okie but it is little dark so the room was dark too. I had difficulties to get in touch with staff members before I reached to Riad but it was okie since I did manage to check in early. There was one day which Wifi was not workinf at all. Souk market is nearby with 10mins away. Bus and taxi are not accessiable near this Riad but you can access it within 10mins distance. Overall the trip was nice and enjoyable.

Cons: Hotel war mässig sauber, und es wurde an allen Ecken und Ende gespart, zB mit den auf der Website versprochenen Pflegeprodukten (es gab nichts ausser ein bisschen Duschgel) Klo-Papier oder Kleenex (die leere Dose im Mini-Badezimmer wurde bloss mit 5 Stück aufgefüllt und einen Tag später überhaupt nicht mehr). Duschen war jeden Morgen ein Warm-Kalt-Abenteuer. Frühstück bestand aus altem Brot, trockenem Kuchen und anderen "alten" Sachen, sowie unbegreiflicherweise "künstlichem" O-Saft, wo es doch überall in Marokko tollen frischen O-Saft gibt - und selbst im Patio des Hotels viele Orangen an den Bäumen hingen. Die 4 Sterne, die das Hotel angibt, sind definitiv nicht verdient. Mehr als zwei würde ich nicht geben.

Het zou hier en daar wel iets opgeknapt kunnen worden, met name het dakterras. Maar de plek zelf is leuk en gezellig, heerlijk ontbijt! Alle personeelsleden waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij zaten in het gebouw aan de overkant, op de 3de verdieping dus hadden geen geluid boven ons want het is aardig gehorig. Om 05.30 hoor je duidelijk de moskee, elke dag maar viel toch wel weer in slaap. Op 2 min lopen heb je een taxistandplaats, dus dat is handig. Er zitten ook wat kleine winkeltjes rondom de Riad, even iets te drinken halen, chips of een ijsje.
Cons: Slechte douche, heel heet of ineens ijskoud en geen druk. Lopen wat katten in en rondom de Riad waardoor het op veel plekken naar kattenpis ruikt. Bedden zijn keihard, maar gelukkig wel goed kunnen slapen. Water in de hottub op het dakterras leek niet schoon te zijn.

La gentillesse et l'efficacité du personnel féminin chargé des petits déjeuners et du nettoyage des chambres, au petit soin, toujours avec le sourire. La localisation dans une partie authentique de la médina.
Cons: L'accueil très froid et impersonnel dès notre arrivée. La malhonnêteté du personnel de l'accueil, essayant de nous soutirer de l'argent juste le matin de notre départ pour un soi-disant plat non payé alors que nous lui avons montré la preuve du paiement via la facture. Nous avions également réservé et payé le transfert retour vers l'aéroport, on nous a accompagné au lieu de RV où aucun chauffeur ne nous attendait ! On a attendu 30 minute pour finalement décider de nous débrouiller seuls avec des taxis. La personne nous accompagnant nous a laissé seuls au petit matin dans Marrakech sans scrupule aucun ! La prestation de 30 euros n'a pas été réalisée et nous avons dû payer en plus le taxi. Et pour couronner le tout, nous n'avons pas eu la suite royale réservée et payée : nous l'avons signalé dès le début de notre séjour mais nous avons été maintenus dans une chambre de gamme inférieure, chambre dont l'évier est resté bouché plusieurs jours malgré nos demandes. Au final, un goût très amer et une image dégradée de l'accueil marocain qui va à l'encontre des nombreux marocains adorables que nous avons rencontré au cours de notre séjour et qui ont partagé avec nous des moments inoubliables. Nous ne les oublierons pas mais nous tenterons d'oublier très vite le riad Amina.

Den ene daglige leder, som hedder Younes og har sort fuldskæg, var utrolig agressiv og ubehagelig. Det samme var en af kvinderne fra køkkenet. Jeg oplevede flere gange, at personelt talte grimt om gæsterne til hinanden på arabisk, mens de smilede til dem. Poolen/jacuzzien var i stykker alle seks dage vi var der og vi fik ingen kompensation derfor. Jeg skulle også betalte for mad vi ikke havde fået. Badekaret var rusten. Maling faldt ned fra loftet. Væggene var meget beskidte på værelset. Puderne er billig skumgummi skåret i tern og virkelig ubekvemme at sove med. Der er ingen knager at hænge håndklæder op på. Der var heller ingen skraldespand på værelset. Kun en lille kurvespand på badeværelset. Bøjlerne er af tynd metal. Ingen natborde ved sengen, at lægge sine ting på. Wifii’en virker ikke altid. Morgenmad var utrolig godt ringe. Den anden daglige leder, som også hedder Younes - skaldet med briller, har også et svingende humør og gjorde sig ikke engang den ulejlighed, at sende os ordentlig afsted med den bil vi havde betalt det dobbelte for igennem hotellet. Cons: Our room was on the ground floor leading straight onto the courtyard, which meant that noise from the courtyard was heard very easily, particularly when chairs were moved.

No reservéis este Riad, lo único bueno la ubicación. A la llegada el señor que nos atendió daba hasta miedo, no tenían las camas supletorias solicitadas y lo soluciono a golpes con la pared para que no dijéramos nada, no nos quedó otra opción que quedarnos eramos 18 personas entre ellos niños y era de noche. El olor de mi habitación insufrible y en la cama mi marido se encontró un pendiente. Experiencia horrible en el riad. Las fotos NO TIENEN NADA QUE VER CON LA REALIDAD

Riad grande y bonito, con dos edificios uno en frente del otro. Habitaciones amplias, con camas para todos los huéspedes (y mantas) y aire acondicionado que hace función de calefacción. Baños privados por habitación con ducha y váter. Desayuno riquísimo y abundante. Cerca de la medina y a 20 min andando de la principal plaza de Marrakech. Personal muy amable y atento, con recepción 24h por si vuelves tarde de alguna actividad.
Cons: Yo me alojé en el edificio principal, donde las habitaciones no estaban insonorizadas (ni lo esperábamos) y se oía mucho ruido de dentro del propio riad. Como información, allí cobran 3,5€ por noche y persona el último día de alojamiento. La wifi iba a veces bien y a veces mal. El resto perfecto y recomendadísimo.

Hébergement proche des centres d intérêts à pied. Très mal isolé phonétiquement.les chambres donnent sur le patio où se déroulent le petit déjeuner et les repas du soir,ce qui provoque beaucoup de nuisances sonores. Le personnel est très gentil.petit souci de compréhension avec le gérant Younes,nous avons réservé une prestation massage que nous avons attendu trop longtemps pour finir par l annuler.lors du départ nous avions réservé un transfert pour l aéroport qui n est pas arrivé…le gérant nous a confié à une voiture qu il a arrêté dans la rue.ses réponses à nos réclamations n ont pas été professionnelles.il nous a répondu c est comme ça …ça arrive….dommage.

I think the Riad has potential, as some of the rooms may be up to standard. However, I was assigned a very small room that was not very comfortable nor in good condition. It was a cold January evening for Marrakech, and the room was quite cold without any heat. Was supposed to stay 2 nights, but had to find another place for the second night. Also, very difficult to find on your own.

The staff was very welcoming, polite and helpful. The room was cleaned daily impeccably. I really enjoyed my stay in Riad Amina.
Cons: It was at first difficult to find it in the darkness, but after a couple of nights we learned to navigate the short distance from two main squares for taxi and bus connections back to riad.

le petit déjeuner étais très bien, au niveau des chambres c'étais très propre, malheureusement les chambre n'étais pas sonorisé on entais tout ce qui ce passais dehors, la sécurité des portes étais très nul, on arrivais a ouvrir les portes même si elles étais fermer avec le cadenas, je trouve sa dommage c'est pas très rassurant de savoir que notre porte n'est pas réellement fermer.
Cons: Que on vienne faire le ménage sans nous prévenir, le premier jour sa nous a fait un peu peur quand on est rentré dans la chambre et que on avais remarquer que nos draps avais été changer. en tout cas on a pu faire confiance au personnel a 100% on avais des objets de valeurs qui n'on jamais disparu.

Top quality hotel in the old district of Marrakech. The building is old and historic which we loved. It also means things like poor sound proofing and cold rooms in winter. But the staff were amazing, tea whenever we needed and very helpful. Expensive, but you do get the service and experience you expect.

Cons: Stanza un po’ buia e molto fredda. La pompa di calore non sufficiente per riscaldare l’ambiente e di notte la temperatura scende parecchio.

Un Riad precioso dentro de la Medina, la parte antigua de Marrakech. Vale la pena, el personal atento y muy agradable (Jose, Maike.... etcétera), te informan de todo y te hacen la estancia como si estuvieras en casa. El desayuno delicioso, todo el Riad Amina en persona mas bonito que en las fotografías. Saludos y hasta la próxima.
Cons: Igual los alrededores, pero la Medina son calles estrechas, pero cerca de Colegio y la zona es segura.

La nourriture est bonne
Cons: A fuir absolument. Les gens à la réception sont menteurs et malhonnête, nous avons une confirmation par message sur booking pour ne rester que 2 nuits au lieu de 3 mais malgré la confirmation de l’hôtel nous avons du payer les trois nuits. Le personnel est malhonnête , après deux jours de discussion une femme au téléphone ( responsable de l’hôtel ) nous a dit de ne pas payer nos consommations en dédommagement , alors nous partons de Marrakesh et la nous recevons un message extrêmement agressif nous disant que si nous ne revenons pas payer dans l’heure ils vont déposer une plainte à la police et nous empêcher de quitter le sol marocain. Nous appelons le numéro et nous tombons sur le propriétaire qui nous parle très mal et nous intime de revenir, malgré que nous soyons déjà à 1h de route avec un bébé de 2 ans. C’était une expérience horrible qui a gâché nos vacances

Centralt beliggende riad med venligt, imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale. Men det er en slidt bygning der bærer præg af manglende vedligehold og billederne stemmer ikke overens med det man får. Det umiddelbart charmerende ved at der var kat og kattekillinger i gårdhaven forsvinder i lugt af kattetis på gang og trapper.

The breakfast and pool facilities were amazing. The rooms very pretty and very aesthetic.
Cons: The 'parking' facility should be taken off the property list as there was no free parking and when I parked locally I had a terrible experience with the locals trying to get money out of me despite paying for the parking already.

Мне лично понравилось что персонал очень приветливый,доброжелательный! А ещё при нашем выходе делали уборку ,за что им отдельное спасибо! Понравилось и то что Риад Амина находится не далеко от некоторых достопримечательностей,мы адаптировались быстро👍
Cons: Не понравились двери в ванной комнате открывались во внутрь и ванная была очень маленькая, открывать и закрывать их было не очень удобно .И ещё свет не попадал в комнату так как окно выходила на балкон на которой проходили другие туристы и работники этого Риада ,мы всё время должны были закрывать штору . Завтрак тоже нам не понравился 😇каждое утро одно и тоже: кусочек масло, кусочек сыра,2 блинчика, одна чайная ложка джема и мёда + йогурт с хлебом, чай кофе по желанию . Есть ещё то что они взяли с нас деньги больше чем мы должны были за отель🤦🏼♀️

Good location and friendly staff. Good value with everything you need. They serve very good food from their restaurant. We actually stayed from the 9th -12th , so 3 days.
Cons: We had a hot water issue but the staff were on it quickly and fixed it in a couple of hours.

die Lage der Unterkunft
Cons: Die sonst so für Marokko typische Gastfreundschaft war hier nicht wirklich vorzufinden. Wir haben zur Begrüßung zwar einen Tee hingestellt bekommen, allerdings lautete die Antwort auf die Frage wo man hier gut Essen gehen könne nur wir sollen uns etwas bestellen. Kurz darauf wurde im Aufenthaltsraum geraucht, was bis in die Zimmer gezogen ist. Dadurch dass die Türen nicht dicht sind hatten wir direkt den Rauchgeruch im Zimmer. Zudem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, wodurch wir nie vor 12 / 12.30 schlafen konnten. Leider gab es Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser in der Dusche, weshalb wir nach ewigem Hin und Her erst um 1 Uhr nachts duschen und schlafen konnten. Hier wurde wenigstens recht schnell versucht uns zu helfen. Doch allgemein können wir sagen, dass die Zimmer eher heruntergekommener waren als es die Fotos vermuten lassen und das Ausmaß in der Dusche war nochmal gravierender. Auch die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Riad war sehr schleppend, wobei wir die Antwort auf unsere Anfrage bzgl. eines Shuttles erst am Tag nach unserer Abreise erhalten haben. Hier würden wir definitiv nicht nochmal übernachten.

Once we got our bearings the location of Riad Amina was great. A few minutes walk from the souks with shops just around the corner for snacks and also taxis. The staff were great and friendly, the room was spotless and serviced daily. Breakfast was plentiful, carb heavy but typically Moroccan. The walk to the square is probably around 15 minutes however, it never takes this time as there are so many distractions along the way! What no one seems to talk about though is that at a certain time of night some of the doors in the Souks are shut and this makes the walk back a lot harder, thank goodness for downloading map.me. Would definitely stay at the Road Amina again.
Cons: if i was being picky, the mattress was quite hard but bearable and you do hear the prayer calls from the local mosques early in the morning but it is no bother

It was traditional which is what we were looking for.
Cons: The owner was extremely rude, made us wait an extra 2 hours to check in whilst we waited with our luggage being very tired from the flight. Then at check out we saw the same rude behaviour and confronted him about it, his excuse was that he’d had a bad morning. That I understand, but it’s just very unprofessional.
