Posizione e staff fantastici

Cons: Peccato che per i primi due giorni siamo stati completamente senza riscaldamento, che poi hanno messo l’ultimo giorno perché hanno montato le macchine. Fare tre giorni di vacanza di cui due al freddo totale non è simpatico. Sarebbe stato carino da parte loro applicarci uno sconto o comunque offrirci la cena.

C'est joli et assez bien placé

Cons: Toutes les chambres sont autour de la piscine et ne sont pas insonorisés donc tant qu'il y a du bruit on ne peut pas dormir. Le lit est grand et le matelas et les oreillers peu confortables. La salle de douche est vraiment une autre année et l'eau ne s'évacue pas facilement. La climatisation est bruyante et la piscine n'est pas chauffée. Par contre le lieu est calme par rapport à l'extérieur mais les 100 m d'accès sont assez désagréables.

Loved this property. The staff were so nice and friendly. In a Great location. The breakfast was delicious. The room was gorgeous, very specious and a very comfortable bed.

Cons: The aircon in the room wasn’t the best and dripped water onto the floor all night. WiFi wouldn’t work in the rooms either.

Cons: Les chambres ne correspondent pas aux photos … La chambre qui devait nous être attribué n’a pas du tout été celle que nous avons eu.. Après 35 min de marches avec des valises nous nous attendions à pouvoir boire un verre d’eau dans la chambre. Pas de bouteille d’accueil en chambre … Pas de mouchoirs … Les robinets était plus accroché a l’évier, les portes savons rouillés.. pour le prix tout de memes de 330€ 3 nuits mais réellement 1 jour plein la bas.. le prix ne le vaut pas selon nous. De plus nous entendons la sonnette de nos chambres quand les gens souhaitent rentrer au Riyad.

Great location, well placed in the heart of Marrakech and close to the lively souks of the city. The staff on the day of arrival was so polite and kind. He helped us a lot to settle in and even guided us in exploring the souks of Marrakech. The rooms are very spacious and have lots of storage areas. The bathrooms are spacious and very clean. The morning breakfast was amazing and sumptuous.

The staff communication was excellent and they helped us by organising a meal on arrival. Taxis to and from the airport were organised by the Riad and this helped us with timing and feeling relaxed. Breakfast was good and set us up for the day and it was lovely sitting by the pool enjoying the surrounding. Our room was spacious and well laid out. With a nice shower and double sinks for getting ready. The location was convenient for getting around on foot, walkable to everything in the Medina.

Cons: As first time visitors the small streets can feel confusing at first but our trusty paper map helped. Being dropped off at night and given directions to the Riad was a little tricky but it wasn't far to walk and felt safe.

Zen-like Raid in a fantastic location - right off the souks and a few minutes walk to the main square. The Riad is located on a quiet street and it has double glazing so there is minimal noise from the outside world, which is great. The main atrium has a lovely sense of calm, and there's a nice roof terrace for relaxation. Our room was also pretty big with plenty of space.

La ubicación, muy cerca de la plaza Jemaa el Fna. El riad es muy tranquilo, las habitaciones limpias y el personal atento. Repetiríamos si volviésemos a Marrakech. El desayuno empieza a las 8:00 h. Como teníamos una excursión a esa hora, nos lo adelantaron a las 7:00 h sin problema.

Cons: Quizá la habitación un poco fría. Tenía un split pero no calentaba mucho. Hay radiadores de calor pero no estaban encendidos. Una manita de pintura no vendría mal en alguna parte

El Riad es una monada. Muy cerca de la plaza y muy céntrico para ver otras cosas. Y ver la medina y otros monumentos etc...

Cons: Aunque el taxi no puede entrar al Riad. Te deja muy cerca. Como a unos 60 a 80 metros. La zona es un poco oscura pero siempre hay gente. Puedes que a algunas personas les de respeto, pero no sentí nunca miedo.

Cons: My main and biggest problem was getting scammed by hotel staff. The “city tax” was charged in Euros at an inflated EUR to MAD exchange rate, which made it very clear that at least a part of it not a truly going to the city. I gave the man a chance by asking “Does the city of Marrakesh set the city tax in Euros? Will you be paying them in Euros, not in Dirham?” And he said “in Euros”. I then asked him to show me any official information about the rules on government city tax, a website or a document if any sort that covers how the city tax is regulated and managed, and he said that they do not exist. Getting scammed on the streets is one thing, but doing this inside the hotel is a low blow, absolutely shameful. The shower drain was clogged and water was sitting there for ages. The internet did not for most of my stay, and when it did work it was weak and unreliable, basically unusable. The breakfast was very basic, and so far the worst I had in all my riad stays.

Le riad est situé à 2 minutes à pied de la Place des Ferblantiers, à 5 minutes à pied de la place Jemma El fna, et 5 minutes du Palais Bahia

We mochten onze kamer kiezen. Verder was alles gewoon goed geregeld. Spa, ontbijt, luchthavenshuttle, contact met de accomodatie voordat we aankwamen. Lieve mensen. Het is allemaal schoon. Kamer was mooi ruim. Ontbijt was heerlijk, typisch wat we steeds kregen op alle plekken in Marrakech. Altijd iemand aanwezig voor de deur.

Cons: Alleen de douche was wat verouderd en de shampoo/ zeep was niet goed te gebruiken dat was jammer.

De Riad ligt op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden en attracties. Bij binnenkomst waan je je direct in een oase van rust. Het ontbijt, in het zonnetje op het dakterras was een grote plus!

Cons: De kamers zijn verouderd, deuren van badkamer en toilet sluiten niet (kamer 8). Er waren diverse gebreken bij aankomst, lamp stuk, geen afstandsbediening airco etc. dit hebben ze direct opgepakt. Er zijn een minimaal aantal kleerhaken in de kast en in de badkamer kan men geen handdoeken etc. kwijt. Het dakterras is verouderd en ligbedden zijn niet comfortabel en niet hygiënisch vanwege de katten die er rondlopen (haren op ligbedden, tafels van het ontbijt etc.) Waren 1 ochtend 5 minuten te laat voor het ontbijt, moesten toen zelfs voor de koffie betalen..... Het zwembad(je) ligt direct bij binnenkomst en nodigt niet uit om te relaxen er is daar (zeker in november) ook geen zon.

Riad El Walaa is well loacted, being just a short walk from several key sites. The staff were kind and very helpful. The breakfast was nice every morning. The bed was comfortable and our room was spacious, with lovely high ceilings.

Cons: Our room had an issue with damp- that is largely just the nature of the building construction, but it was not great for my asthma. The breakfast, although nice was set: you do not choose what you want, everyone is simoly served the same things. There is good variety, but if you were a fussy eater, it may be challenging.

Először is a Marokkói körút 8 szállása közül ez volt a legdrágább. Parkolás 100 MAD. Előre fixáltük, hogy itt külön fizettség ellenében kapunk HAMMAM-ot. Na ez felejtős. Soha többet. Ha egy marokkói el akarja venni a kedvedet, hogy valaha mégegyszer MAMMAM-ba menj, no akkor ez az volt. Előtte a hammam mouassine-ban voltunk, és ha össze kell hasonlitani akkor itt a Riadban drágábban a szolgáltatás 10%-át sem kaptuk. A reggeli is nagyon puritán volt még marokkói viszonylatban is.

Cons: We booked the deluxe spa package, which I am sure others will enjoy, but unfortunately for us the hammam was not for us. We enjoyed the full body massage. Our booking had been moved back without a discussion with us and they were then over an hour late.

Ci è piaciuto molto il cortile interno, con la piscina e i lettini, molto carino! Cinque stelle anche per il ragazzo che portava la colazione. Inoltre ci hanno permesso di lasciare le valigie da loro e anche di aspettare il taxi all’interno della struttura, anche dopo aver fatto il check out. Anche il bagno era molto grande con la doccia spaziosa.

Cons: La stanza era un po’ spoglia in confronto ad altri Riad dove abbiamo alloggiato le scorse volte (lì anche le stanze erano bellissime, arredate nello stile marocchino, con tappeti, quadri, vasi, cuscini ecc). La pulizia nella doccia lasciava da desiderare (lo scarico si intasava ad ogni doccia fatta e poi ne uscivano fuori questi grovigli di capelli che sicuramente non erano i nostri, perché io ho i capelli cortissimi essendo sotto chemioterapia e mio marito non ne ha!). Questi capelli poi sono rimasti per tutto il soggiorno attaccati alla parete della doccia, ecco perché dico che la pulizia non era il massimo.

The property is perfectly situated. Whilst being within the Medina area and walking distance of the markets and most of the major sites it was quiet and peaceful during the day and also at night. When you walk inside it feels calm and relaxing. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The rooms and shared spaces were clean and well equipped. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The riad is well located only a few minutes walk from the main square in the medina. However due to those few minutes walk, the riad itself is calm and quiet. Our room was a good size, and it was clean and comfortable. The bed was huge, as was the shower. We had a good breakfast served daily and a choice if where to eat (on the ground floor or on the rooftop terrace). The staff could not do more to help us, the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend staying here is you are visiting Marrakech

La petite piscine a fait le bonheur de mon fils car il faisait 40°. Le personnel est très agréable dans l'ensemble. Le riad est calme et surtout très bien situé..juste 4 min de la place . Les repas que nous avons pris étaient bons également.

Cons: Il y avait un gros cafard dans la salle de bains et franchement je ne peux voir cet insecte. Le matelas était trop dur pour moi, du coup j'ai mal dormi pendant 5 nuits!! J'ai eu du mal à régler la climatisation, elle coulait la nuit. Les prix à la carte au dîner sont un peu onéreux par rapport à d'autres villes du Maroc du coup il y a eu une 2ème facture à payer qui était équivalente à la moitié du séjour.

The peace and quiet and the pool to dip in after a hot, dusty day. The food was delicious and the bed enormous and comfy! We had a massage which was lovely. The staff were really helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The riad is in a perfect position for exploring the souks - it is close to the main square.

Cons: There wasn’t much we didn’t like. It would have been nice to have had complimentary water. And we found a (dead) cockroach in our room!! But otherwise the riad was the perfect sanctuary.

El hotel está bonito y cuidado. La zona de la piscina es muy bonita. La ubicación dentro de la medina, cerca de una de las calles principales del Zoco hace los accesos fáciles. También hay una puerta para salir de la medina a tres minutos caminando. Camas cómodas y la habitación es amplia, nos tocó la número tres en el piso de abajo.

Cons: La habitación está al lado de la cocina y desde bien temprano se empiezan a escuchar ruidos de los desayunos, por eso recomiendo una habitación en los pisos superiores. Al pedir un taxi nos dieron dos opciones: que nos recogiera en la puerta por 20 euros o fuera de la medina por 10 euros. Elegimos el de 20, pero lo de "recogernos" fue que el recepcionista nos acompañara andando hasta la puerta más cercana para estar fuera de la medina, porque a la medina no pueden acceder coche. Si hubieran sido más claro con esto, hubiéramos ido nosotros mismos a pie y nos hubieramos ahorrado 10 euritos. El desayuno, aunque no estuvo mal, me lo esperaba mejor.

Les photos ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité dans le riad. Le personnel est très charmant, à l'écoute du client et courtois. Le souci est la grande vétusté du riad. La piscine est très délabrée et pas entretenue. La chambre est sale, deux lits collés, mobilier très vétuste. Très déçu, je m'attendais à découvrir le riad des photos. Très mauvaise surprise.

A beautiful riad, calm and relaxing and only 3 minute walk from the main road. Breakfast was great with good variety, and served around the pool. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating - they were communicative and couldn't be more helpful. Room was comfortable with powerful shower and aircon, bed was comfortable. Riad was very clean and well looked after. Food was very good and well cooked - definitely an option if you prefer to stay in!

Cons: Aircon unit was facing away from the bed so no real benefit at night.

The common / lobby was quite nice.

Cons: The room we were given had significant issues. There was extensive mold on the walls, which smelled awful and triggered my allergies. The air conditioning did not work properly, making the room uncomfortably warm. Every time we used the shower, it became clogged. The towels were really old and smelled funny! There was also a serious electrical problem, with the lights constantly flickering on and off. Overall, the breakfast was just okay.

The hotel from the outside was unassuming like most Riads in Marrakech. Opening the door we have the gorgeous pool area that was great to relax in after amazing spa treatments and In the day when it was too hot to walk around. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious with AC, and comfy beds. Definitely would return and recommend.

No lo recomiendo. Caro y no muy agradable. Ubicado en la Medina (puedes caminar a todos lados), hotel pequeño con piscina agradable y terraza con camas balinesas. El personal amable. El desayuno bueno.

Cons: Te aplican un 3,5% de cargo extra por pagar con tarjeta (en contra de las reglas de booking.com) y utilizan un cambio de moneda más caro (no dándote la opción a pagar en euros). No te cobran automáticamente en tu tarjeta de crédito sino que te hace pagar allí. Las fotografías están tomadas de tal manera que el hotel parece más lujoso de lo que es. Las habitaciones algo descuidadas para el precio (el aire acondicionado es viejo y estaba sucio, se rompió y perdía agua. Las ventanas no se podían abrir, los muebles no estaban en buen estado, había agujeros en la pared cerca al aire acondicionado e interruptores de la luz).

Fantasztikusan éreztük magunkat, és mindenképpen ajánljuk a helyben fogyasztott vacsorát, amit a tetőteraszon is elkölthettek – az ételek ráadásul isteni finomak voltak. A személyzet mindenben a rendelkezésünkre állt, a telefonálástól kezdve a látványosságokkal kapcsolatos tippeken át a taxihasználatig. The reception/patio area is beautiful and clean. They made us early breakfast when we left at 7 for a day trip. The staff is polite and helped us book tickets to attractions. Location is great, close to the center but not too busy.

Cons: - One of my main reasons to book this riad was the rooftop but when we arrived, it looked nothing like the in the pictures. It was run down with barely any furniture, not the nice vibe you see in the photos. - Our shower wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, there was mud on the shower wall and the drain was clogged. - The aircon was leaking water, even though we asked them to fix it. - We had cockroaches and the room has a musty smell.

Estuvimos en Marrakech varios dias, y probamos diferentes alojamientos, este es el que más nos gustó. Tal cuál aparece en las fotos, las habitaciones amplias, limpias y con todas las comodidades. La ducha enorme, cama gigante, 2 mesillas y varios enchufes. Nos dieron la habitación 1 en planta baja, abrir la puerta y salir al patio, con la piscina para refrescarse, un lujo. A 5 minutos de la plaza Jemaa El Fna. Sitio tranquilo, el servicio excelente, nos ayudaron y aconsejaron en todo. A la llegada nos invitaron a un té muy rico. El desayuno muy bueno, algo que en los demás alojamientos se nos quedó corto, varios platos, incluyendo tortilla francesa. Si volvemos a Marrakech sin duda repetiremos. Alojamiento muy muy recomendable.

Le grand point fort de cet établissement est sa localisation. A 5min à pied à peine de la place Jema El Fna et des souks. Le 2ème grand point positif de cet établissement est son personnel, tout le monde a été adorable avec nous, Les jours où nous avions des excursions et où nous devions partir tôt, les employés du Riad nous préparaient tout de même le petit déjeuner même en dehors des horaires définis; petit déjeuner copieux et très bon. Nous avons chaque jour retrouvé notre chambre propre avec lits refaits et serviettes de toilettes repliées. A l'accueil, quelqu'un est là pour nous ouvrir 24/24. Sur demande, le Riad s'occupe de gérer également les navettes pour l'aller et le retour de l'aéroport. Si je retourne un jour à Marrakech, j'aimerais retourner au même Riad.

Cons: Le fond de la piscine du Riad mériterait d'être un tout petit peu plus propre afin de réellement donner envie d'aller y faire un saut.

It felt like an oasis! The courtyard was beautiful and we were offered mint tea there when we arrived. Our room was very comfortable, large, clean, good a/c and a large beautifully tiled bathroom with double sinks and separate toilet. We had breakfast both days on the rooftop and it was beautifully served and tasty. When we left, we were walked to the main street by staff so we could catch our ride to the airport. We walked all through the old city and the hotel was very convenient for this.

Cons: PUZZA DI UMIDO!!!!!! Le camere al piano terra sono piedi di umidità, i muri sono scrostati, dentro le camere c’è puzza di umido ed essendo al piano terra non puoi aprire le finestre più di tanto perché se no hai la gente in camera meno male che doveva essere un superior!!!!Infatti per coprire la puzza l’ingresso è pieno di incenso. Gli asciugamani che dovrebbero essere bianchi sono grigiastri. La pulizia sicuramente non è il loro forte. I cuscini dei divanetti/lettini sono tutti macchiati. Le terrazza non ha niente a che vedere con quella delle foto. Invece che pensare a spargere libri stravecchi in giro per il Riad dovrebbero pensare a pulire/ripitturare/risistemare. Oltretutto alle 7.30 di mattina lo staff di è messa a parlare e ridere come se fossimo in piazza alle 11 del mattino(ho dovuto far presente che gli ospiti stavano dormendo) Poco ma sicuro c’è di meglio.

Il Riad sin dal primo momento si è dimostrato un luogo accogliente e particolarmente silenzioso nonostante fosse accanto ad una strada principale. Collegato benissimo alla piazza centrale e ai vari punti di ritrovo per le escursioni o taxi, lo staff fantastico e molto buoni anche i servizi offerti. Camera molto grande ed accogliente.

Cons: Unica pecca da rivedere purtroppo è la pulizia della camera stessa, soprattutto per i capelli trovati in tutta la stanza...probabilmente anche il motivo per cui lo scolo della doccia era molto lento.

Best rooftop in all the riads I’ve stayed. This was a lovely riad with beautiful details. I loved my room and bathroom. They had everything I needed. I only wish I could have stayed two nights or more to fully appreciate this place.

Cons: It was a bit on the outskirts from the city center. I still felt safe walking alone at night to get to it but it’s certainly noticeable in the change of scenery. I would have given this riad a 10 if the location were different. That said, I don’t think you should let that deter you from staying here. It truly is a lovely place and the distance only adds to the adventure. I also wish I swam in the pool and then used the rooftop to cool off. I only stayed a night here and it happened to be one of the hottest days. I just didn’t have enough time.

Die Zagora Oasis Lodge ist eine wunderschöne, ruhige Anlage – ideal zum Entspannen. Unser Zimmer war groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. The property is very well located near the main square (5m walking distance) but super quiet. The pool is amazing during the hot afternoon after exploring the city. The staff is super helpful plus you can order beer or wine in the hotel which is superb!! The bed is comfortable and the room is quite spacious. The only minus point is the humidity in the room so you either need to open the window or turn on the airco.

Een goed verzorgde riad op een perfecte locatie. Niet al te groot en lekker rustig. We hadden een kamer aan de straatzijde. Er kwam wel wat lawaai van de straat maar als je het raam dicht deed was het te doen. Een heerlijk dakterras waar we hebben ontbeten en gegeten. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Dichtbij taxi afzet punt, paar 100m. Als je de straat uitliep was je zo in een van de vele gezellige straatjes. Alles os op loopafstand goed bereikbaar. Ik kom graag nog eens terug in Marrakesh en ook zeker in deze Riad.

Really beautiful riad! The location was good only it wasn’t very clearly signed at the door and it’s not a pleasant street to walk at night. Staff were super lovely and friendly! Breakfast was great. Hotel room was clean and the bed was extremely spacious. There was a safe and air conditioning too. Just a shame there is no pool but the balcony was lovely for sunbathing all the same!

The breakfast was excellent! They also offer early breakfast if you need to go out early for activity or early check out. All the staff were nice and accommodating. You can have breakfast either in the pool area or on the rooftop.

Cons: We booked a transport service from airport to hotel and vice versa and it was confirmed via a reply message from riad at booking.com, however on the day of the pick-up no one turned up that we need to call the riad again to confirm if someone is picking us from the airport and only we found out that it wasn’t booked. 😕

Prachtig Riad, gelegen in de Medina, taxi kan niet bij de ingang komen, klein stukje lopen, vanuit de drukte stap je binnen in weldaad en rust, personeel zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij, 1x laat gegeten in hotel, alles werd geregeld en lekker, ook hamam erg goed. Taxi chauffeurs bij excursies erg correct in communicatie. Laat je ophalen bij hotel Tazi omdat ze niet voor de deur kunnen komen, ging uitstekend zo! Dit alles een aanrader!

Très beau riad situé à quelques minutes de la place Jeema El Fna, dans la médina, parfait pour tout faire à pieds. Le riad est une bulle de calme pour se ressourcer , c'est beau, très propre, il y a une odeur de fleur d'oranger, le personnel est adorable, la petite piscine doit être agréable lorsqu'il fait chaud. La chambre était vraiment grande, très belle et surtout bien propre! Le lit est vraiment confortable et s'est appréciable car ce n'est pas souvent le cas au Maroc (lit souvent très dur!). Le petit déjeuner est servit autour du patio, c'est agréable. Il est très complet et délicieux. Une très belle adresse, nous reviendrons avec plaisir :-)

Den sentrale beliggenheten gjorde det enkelt å komme seg rundt. Frokosten var enkel, men grei, og kjøkkenpersonalet var vennlige.

Cons: Rommet hadde ekstremt høy luftfuktighet. Dårlig renhold ved innsjekk – vi fant en negl ved sengen, hår i sengen og skittent, flekkete og hullete sengetøy. Rommet var slitt, med ødelagte fliser, sprukket betong, store hull i sengegavlen og fuktskadede møbler. Baderomsviften var ekstremt bråkete og hadde dårlig effekt. Air-conditionen var gammel og bråkete, og vi måtte selv fysisk justere den for å redusere støyen. Sluket på badet var tett, og vi fikk beskjed om å åpne det selv. Toalettet var løst fordi det ikke var festet i gulvet. Svært lytt – vi våknet flere ganger om natten. Vaskepersonalet forlot rommet vårt ulåst etter rengjøring. Lite imøtekommende resepsjonist – hilste aldri, takket ikke for oppholdet og åpnet ytterdøren for gjester uten et ord. Frokosten var porsjonsbegrenset, og da vi spurte om et ekstra egg, kostet det 3 euro. Vinduslås var ødelagt. Ene taklyset over vasket virket ikke. Var tomt for varmtvann da vi dusjet tidlig på kvelden. Skitne sitteputer og sofa i lobby og takterasse. Vi betalte ekstra for Superior-rom, noe som gjorde skuffelsen ekstra stor.

Everything was amazing from day one! Location is very central, hotel is beautiful and peaceful. Bed was very comfortable and bedroom was super clean. Towels were changed every day and bed was made every day. Breakfast is amazing and the staff super friendly, helpful and kind. We want to thank Hamza, Imad, Bader, Lhossein, Malika and Zahira for everything they've done to make us feel at home. They even went above and beyond and arranged breakfast earlier for us for one of the days that we needed to be out for an excursion! We highly recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone :) Inchala we can come back again :)

Très bel établissement, propre, décoré avec goût. Grande chambre et salle de bain. Personnel très sympathique et arrangeant, on nous a servi un petit déjeuner malgré un départ très tôt le matin. Nous y avons dîné un soir, c'était excellent et très copieux. Nous avons pris la navette pour l'aéroport, tout s'est parfaitement déroulé. Établissant dans la médina mais au calme, on n'entend pas le bruit de la rue ni des autres chambres et très bien placé pour les visites.
