It has a great location, the rooms are large and comfortable. The restaurant food is delicious and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The spa connected to the hotel has excellent services and the staff there are also very friendly and helpful.

Cons: I stayed in two different rooms on different days and noticed a difference in quality. One was in perfect condition, but the other was run-down, somewhat old and had moths. The pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on.

A modern, professional, comfortable hotel. My room was much bigger and better furnished than I expected. The shower and mattress were good. The front-desk staff spoke English and were friendly and efficient. Having an elevator (after lots of riads with steep stairs in Moroccan medinas) was a treat! The TV had several international channels in French and English. Being able to walk from the bus and train stations was a plus. The staff arranged a taxi to the airport for 120 dirhams.

Cons: All of the bed pillows were freakishly tall and hard (easily twice as high as usual pillows). Even as a side sleeper, I couldn't get comfortable and woke up with sore shoulders and neck. The air conditioner, which I ran for several hours, blew dirt and a dead moth onto the floor. It should probably be cleaned more often. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, but most were fairly disappointing (cold msemen, orange juice that was not fresh squeezed). The neighborhood around the hotel feels a bit sketchy. There are a lot of construction sites, dirt, and trash around, and not so many people. Not a problem if you come by car, or eat at the hotel restaurant, or stay in after dark.

Nous sommes arrivés en fin de matinée à l'hôtel, la réception pour la chambre n'ouvrait qu'à partir de 15h00, nous avons pu prendre un repas puis nous avons attendu l'ouverture de la réception tranquillement installé au salon de l'hôtel. Le personnel que nous avons rencontré, est très sympa. Je reviendrai dans votre hötel.

Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und lieb. Da für uns Ramadan begann, konnten wir die Esszeiten nicht mehr einhalten. Wir hatten jedoch mit Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht. Der Service ist einfach super. Wir konnten uns jeden Tag aussuchen, was wir essen möchten und es wurde je nach Wunsch aufs Zimmer gebracht. Somit konnten wir entscheiden, wann wir essen. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker 😋 Es war sehr sauber, jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer aufgeräumt. Es gibt auch eine Reinigung im Hotel, was immer gut ist. Leider hatten wir zu unser Zeit genau nebenan eine Baustelle. Aber das machte uns nichts. Wir haben in dem Bett geschlafen wie ein Stein. 😇 Natürlich könnte man im Badezimmer etwas renovieren. Aber ich denke das wäre zu viel jammern. Alles hat funktioniert und auch im kühlen Februar konnte man das Zimmer sehr warm bekommen. Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen, je nachdem wo man hin wollte...wir haben aber kein Tag ein Taxi genommen und sind 45 Minuten zu fast jeder Sehenswürdigkeit gelaufen. Was wir aber gut fanden. Gegenüber ist ein Imbiss dem wir sehr empfehlen! Dort war auch jedes essen sehr lecker. 😎 Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Cons: Bei der Reinigung ist eine Leggins von mir verschwunden. Was für mich aber nicht so schlimm war.

J'ai choisi cet hotel parce que je prenais ensuite le train et la gare ONCF est tout près. Chambre très calme sur arrière. Un porteur très serviable pour les bagages et attentif. Excellent petit déjeuner, très varié avec des propositions internationales et d'autres plus locales.

Cons: A mon arrivée, excellente réception. A mon départ, la "stagiaire" était moins dégourdie et plaisante. Le quartier est en grands travaux, donc pas ou de mauvais trottoirs, quelques difficultés à circuler. Mais la gare est d'une très belle architecture, comme l'hôtel, splendide spécialement de nuit.

Byl jsem spokojen i s ochotou recepce a úklidem, hotel je vzorně čistý. Nádraží a zastávky místní dopravy vzdáleny několik minut chůze, obchod s potravinami a běžným zbožím je naproti hotelu. Super accueil et chambre parfaite pour nous deux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse des membres de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner et le repas était bon. Hôtel très propre et calme. La situation de l'hôtel est un peu loin de la place jeema el fna et de la médina mais tout se fait à pied, nous mettions environ 35/40 min de marche pour rejoindre ses lieux, mais cela ne nous a pas déranger car nous aimons beaucoup marcher.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und waren überaus positiv überrascht von dem tollen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und jeden Morgen gab es ein Buffet für den kleinen Hunger. Abends durfte man im Restaurant ein Gericht auf der Speisekarte wählen. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Cons: Der Fußmarsch in die Innenstadt ist etwas weit und nachts war es relativ laut aufgrund des Straßenverkehrs.

The accommodation was in all respects the same as described in the brochure. The staff was very helpful. All our requests were resolved as soon as possible. We were there during Ramadan, the workers were always smiling when we met them in the restaurant or on the river salts.

El personal era muy amable, principalmente el chico de la limpieza. La cena era a la carta, podias escoger que cenar entre una gran variedad y lo preparaban al momento. La bebida se paga a parte. El desayuno era buffet, poco variado, pero suficiente. Faltaba frutas, yogures ,cereales, etc. A unos 15/20 min en taxi de la plaza, unos 30/40 Dirham por trayecto, pero de primeras pediamn 100 dirhams.

Cons: Las camas muy muy incomodas, muy pequeñas y colchones muy viejos, duros y con los muelles salidos El baño tambien se veia bastante viejo. La cena aunque estaba rica, tardaban mucho en prepararla y los camareros no es que fueran muy amables. La bebida se paga a parte, yo no lo vi indicado en ninguma parte al hacer la reserva. Ninguna de las personas del hotel, habla español. Ni intentan entenderte. Ingles, practicamente tampoco.

Near the train station, easy to find. I asked to change single bed to double bed in advance and there was no issues or extra charge. Clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok.

Cons: The view from a room could be better as there was not much light coming in. I was only staying for 1 night, but for longer stay that could be an issue for some so maybe check with hotel in advance.

Betreff: Beschwerde wegen unfreundlichem Verhalten an der Rezeption Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich war im August zweimal in Ihrem Haus zu Gast. Leider musste ich bei beiden Aufenthalten feststellen, dass die männlichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und wenig professionell aufgetreten sind. Im Gegensatz dazu habe ich die weibliche Mitarbeiterin als ausgesprochen freundlich erlebt. Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist mir, dass ein Mitarbeiter mit mir und meinen Gästen in eine Diskussion geraten ist. Außerdem konnte ich meine Rechnung nicht mit der Kreditkarte bezahlen. Auf meine Nachfrage reagierte der Mitarbeiter sarkastisch mit der Bemerkung, ob er meine Rechnungen übernehmen solle. Dieses Verhalten empfinde ich als respektlos und unangemessen. Ich bitte Sie, dieses Feedback ernst zu nehmen und die entsprechenden Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, um künftig einen freundlicheren und professionelleren Umgang mit Gästen sicherzustellen. Bardzo wygodny hotel . Dla opuszczających Marrakesz idealnie zlokalizowany , 5 minut spacerem od dworca kolejowego i autobusowego. Bardzo smaczne śniadanie na czele z pysznym omletem i doskonałymi ciastami. Do mediny trzeba się przespacerować około 30 minut.

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji w nowoczesnej dzielnicy Marakeszu, do Mediny można się dostać łatwo pieszo około 40 minut spaceru, albo złapać taxi, chcą za przejazd 100 dirhamów ale jak jesteś nieustępliwy to pojedziesz za 50 dirhamów czyli 5 euro. Do głównego dworca w Marakeszu spacer pięciominutowy, przy dworcu McDonald's, KFC i Starbucks. Spędziłem w tym w hotelu 6 nocy, personel hotelu bardzo miły i pomocny dla gości. Pokój był sprzątany codziennie, na terenie hotelu jest spa oraz restauracja w której ceny są takie same jak na mieście. Goście hotelu to głównie goście francuskojęzyczni, ale bez problemu można się dogadać z obsługą po angielsku. Trzeba się nastawić na to że będą cię witać po francusku - Bonjour.

Cons: Nie było takiej sytuacji która by wyprowadziła mnie z równowagi podczas tych sześciu nocy spędzonych w hotelu.

Was the only hotel I missed a valuable in my room yet when I asked them to check camera the receptionist at that time was not willing he ask me to get a permission to police this totally non sense.. I remember I was hotel this lady requesting it receptionist in France yet they were able show her as I accompanied her for her request I've met her during my travel and her passport and some money went missing on the safe in her room yet when we came there receptionist was able to check it without a hassle. The point of having a security camera didn't do the job it's the only hotel I have been for all my travels that lost something inside room where I let a valuable. This is very disappointing

Cons: J'ai trouvé le personnel plutôt hostile aux étrangers, et souvent agacé lorsque je posais des questions (de type, quels sont les services que votre hôtel propose ? comment réserver des taxis ? qu'inclus précisément le "all inclusive"). Leurs réactions sont assez nonchalantes, froides et pas du tout bienveillantes. Les clés de chambres ne marchent pas, ce qui veut dire que je sortais la porte ouverte en priant le Seigneur que personne ne vienne me voler. Le coffre-fort non plus ne marche pas, et au vu de la froideur du personnel, je n'ai même pas osé le leur dire. Les lits sont très durs.

Cons: If you need help with this hotel forget about If u go there for sleep and go out it’s ok Reception it’s terrible I hope you don’t need help at night security and receptionist sleeping and when I called he was very stressed I’m talking about 6:30 am it’s ridiculous I need to press my clothes they don’t have any kind off iron after say there is a room open after 9 am. The breakfast was beautiful on the pictures on the real not good at all

Nice hotel with very helpful staff. We couldn't find a working pharmacy and the guy at the reception gave us paracetamol, for which I thank him very much! The dinner was wonderful, the breakfast was also sufficient and varied. The room is clean.

Cons: Heel simpel ontbijt. De cornflakes waren op. Toen ik vroeg of ze de cornflakes konden aanvullen, was het antwoord van de medewerker direct "Nee". Vijf minuten later, nadat ik de (te zoete) yoghurt op had, kwam de desbetreffende medewerker langs met een doos cornflakes. Waarom is het antwoord dan eerst nee, en gaat hij achteraf wel kijken? Lijkt alsof het standaard antwoord eerst Nee is.

I really liked this place because the room, although small, was extremely comfortable, clean, the linen was impeccable, the bathroom was quite spacious, hot water, clean towels, toiletries, hair dryer, everything you need to feel good after a day of hiking or visiting the city. Another reason why I would come back here is the people who make your stay pleasant. From the reception to the kitchen staff, everyone smiles and tries to help you. Last, but not least, both, breakfast and dinner (I opted for half board) were excellent. Breakfast is extremely varied, as is the a la carte dinner.

Cet hôtel est idéal pour un court séjour. Il est bien situé, à proximité de l’aéroport et des principales attractions touristiques. Il se trouve également derrière la gare ferroviaire et dans la même rue que la société de cars CTM, ce qui nous a été très pratique puisque nous devions nous rendre dans une autre ville, nous avons pu y aller à pied. L’établissement est charmant, dispose d’un bon restaurant et propose des chambres très confortables. De petits magasins se trouvent juste en face de l’entrée pour tout besoin de dernière minute, et la M Avenue, connue pour ses excellents restaurants, est accessible en une dizaine de minutes à pied.

Odayı temizleyen görevli gerçekten hakkını veriyor. Kahvaltı çeşidi oldukça iyi. Cafe bölümü yemekleri ve içecekler hem lezzetli, hem de çok uygun fiyata.
