I have stayed in several hotels in Marrakesh before. This one The staff. They're very helpful. Safaa, Khalid, Affan. Siham and Omar at the breakfast are nice people. The breakfast is exceptional, both continental and Moroccan options are available.

I was in transit and just spending the night to catch an early flight, and the hotel is well situated to the train and Supratours bus stations, just a 5-minute taxi ride or 10-minute walk away. This was my third stay here for this reason. The room was clean and comfortable, and best of all, air-conditioned, a must in the 44° heat! The staff arranged a transfer to the airport and it was right on time at 3:30 in the morning. I would stay here again, as I often fly in and out of Marrakech.
Cons: The staff is not very responsive to messages sent via booking.com or their WhatsApp number. Quite frustrating.

Na recepciji nas je docekala preslatka ,ljubazna zena,ispunili su sve moje zahteve iako nisu bili obavezni, lokacija hotela dobra,iako smo vecinom koristili taksi,koji je jeftin, oko pet e za gde god smo trazili.Sobe lepe,uredjene,ciste pre svega,kupatilo vrlo cisto,posteljina,peskiri, sve jako cisto i uredno.Svaki dan je jako ljubazna zenica dolazila da cisti sobu,dopunjava toaletni pribor,donosi nove peskire,cak je sredila i nase licne stvari. Osoblje hotela izuzetno ljubazno,recepcioneri,konobari,svi su divni,nasmejani i vrlo topli.Bez ikakve zamerke,sve je bilo savrseno. Dorucak odlican,raznovrstan,svega je bilo,dopunjavalo se stalno,vecera dobra.Ako se ikada vratim u Marakes,ovaj hotel ce sigurno ponovo biti moj izbor. Fantastican odnos cene i kvaliteta ,cak mnogo vise smo dobili u odnosu na cenu koju smo platili. Sve izgleda kao na slikama ako ne i lepse. Hvala puno.

Hotel pas très loin de la gare mais calme. Le personnel est à l'écoute, serviable et souriant. Ils ont été réactifs pour pour nous trouver des taxi et appeler un restaurant au nous voulions aller dîner.
Cons: Les matelas étaient un peu trop fermes et on avait pas le choix sur l'épaisseur des oreillers. L'extracteur d'air de la sdb ne fonctionnait pas.

Amplios ventanales y un par de terrazas que dan además a dos calles diferentes, ya que la habitación está en una esquina del edificio. El desayuno bien y la cena no está mal. La chica de la recepción es muy agradable.
Cons: Las almohadas eran demasiado gruesas para lo que nosotros estamos acostumbrados. El camarero que estaba el segundo día en la cena fue muy amable con nosotros, pero el del primer día no tanto.

أقمت في هذا الفندق خلال زيارتي لمراكش. الغرف كانت نظيفة ومريحة، وهذا أمر أقدّره كثيرًا. لكن للأسف واجهت عدة مشاكل تقنية منذ لحظة الوصول، حيث اضطررت إلى تغيير الغرفة مرتين بسبب عدم عمل أقفال الأبواب التي تفتح بواسطة البطاقة، ولم أستقر إلا في الغرفة الثالثةبعد 90 دقيقة من وصولي للفندق كما أن مقابس الكهرباء في الغرف التي جربتها لم تكن تعمل بشكل طبيعي، وعند توصيل شاحن الهاتف كانت تصدر أصوات طقطقة مقلقة، مما أعطاني شعورًا بعدم الأمان. وفي المقابل، أود أن أشكر خديجة في الاستقبال على لطفها وتعاونها الكبير، فقد كانت محترفة جدًا وساعدتني بكل ترحاب. أتمنى من إدارة الفندق معالجة هذه المشاكل التقنية، لأن النظافة وحسن الاستقبال موجودان بالفعل، وينقصهما فقط الاهتمام أكثر بالصيانة.

Zeer vriendelijke mensen aan de receptie dewelke vlot Frans en dan weer een andere vlot Engels spreken. Lieve dames die je vlot inchecken én wegwijs maken in het hotel. Veilige parking voor motor. Heel lekker restaurant. Zeer vriendelijke mensen aan de receptie. Frigo ter beschikking om zaken te koelen. Aan de vraag om een dubbel bed te bekomen werd voldaan. Overal zeer goede wifi.

Good location, free parking (not guaranteed but the parking attendant (especially AbdusSamad) were superbly helpful and accommodating). Most of the staff were excellent. Breakfast was decent and has a lot of room for improvement. Evening dinner was SUPERB. Very decent decor and design.

The shower was a disaster (in room 209) as the position of the nozzle was too high and not adjustable (for people that are not very tall, it would be very difficult to reach) and the water came out everywhere on the floor. Having to step in filthy water straight after a shower is not ideal. However, in our following (separate) stay at the same hotel, the room shower and everything was perfect.

Da ich nur eine Nacht dort verbringen wollte, war es ok. Das Hotel nah am Flughafen und nah am CTM Bus Terminal. Das hat mir gefallen. Länger wäre ich nicht so glücklich gewesen, da das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aber das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Very clean and comfortable, a nice hotel at a reasonable price. Excellent choice at breakfast with eggs or omelettes cooked to order, and the ground floor cafe was also a nice spot to escape the heat and noise of the streets. It's an ideal location if taking a bus or train, and not far from the airport for an easy arrival or departure.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité de la gare de Marrakech et de la Medina. Il y a plusieurs bons restaurants autour - accessible en quelques minutes à pied. J'ai pris une chambre solo, qui était assez spacieuse et propre. La chambre était également équipée de climatiseur, nécessaire car il y faisait très chaud. Il y avait un coffre fort aussi, pratique. Le petit déjeuner était top, avec des spécialités locales et la possibilité de se faire cuire une omelette grâce à la cuisinière sur place.
Cons: Le lit était un peu trop ferme pour moi, Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas.

În primul rând personalul a fost foarte receptiv și prietenos, ( in special domnișoara care a fost la recepție in după-amiaza de 6 mai, din păcate nu am reținut numele ). Deși am ajuns mai devreme decât ora de check in m-au lăsat să imi las bagajul la recepție. Astfel am putut merge să explorez orașul si mi-am preluat camera seara. Micul dejun a fost inclus in prețul camerei, a fost destul de bun si cuprinzător. Camera a fost bună perfectă pentru un city-break. Pentru mine a fost exact ce imi trebuia. Menționez că am stat o noapte.
Cons: Sunt aspecte care nu țin de echipa si dotările hotelului, ci de oraș in general. Strada pe care este amplasat este un șantier complet în acest moment. Gălăgia de pe timpul nopții este un pic deranjantă. Dar gălăgia vine de pe stradă. Am mai stat și in alte cazări in Marrakech și la fel a fost. Cred că este specifică acestui oraș.

Cons: I pre-book the room, then when i confirmed my travel plan I paid with another card one week before my travel through booking.com (as I have been doing for years). However, I was surprised that the hotel charged me twice. I do understand mistake/confusion might happen. However, their promise of refund was never fulfilled. And the worst is no one is answering anymore my messages. This is what pissed me off!! Because I was very understanding and helpful when the issue happened, but once payment is completed, no one is here to help anymore.

It has a great location, the rooms are large and comfortable. The restaurant food is delicious and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The spa connected to the hotel has excellent services and the staff there are also very friendly and helpful.
Cons: I stayed in two different rooms on different days and noticed a difference in quality. One was in perfect condition, but the other was run-down, somewhat old and had moths. The pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on.

A modern, professional, comfortable hotel. My room was much bigger and better furnished than I expected. The shower and mattress were good. The front-desk staff spoke English and were friendly and efficient. Having an elevator (after lots of riads with steep stairs in Moroccan medinas) was a treat! The TV had several international channels in French and English. Being able to walk from the bus and train stations was a plus. The staff arranged a taxi to the airport for 120 dirhams.
Cons: All of the bed pillows were freakishly tall and hard (easily twice as high as usual pillows). Even as a side sleeper, I couldn't get comfortable and woke up with sore shoulders and neck. The air conditioner, which I ran for several hours, blew dirt and a dead moth onto the floor. It should probably be cleaned more often. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, but most were fairly disappointing (cold msemen, orange juice that was not fresh squeezed). The neighborhood around the hotel feels a bit sketchy. There are a lot of construction sites, dirt, and trash around, and not so many people. Not a problem if you come by car, or eat at the hotel restaurant, or stay in after dark.

Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und lieb. Da für uns Ramadan begann, konnten wir die Esszeiten nicht mehr einhalten. Wir hatten jedoch mit Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht. Der Service ist einfach super. Wir konnten uns jeden Tag aussuchen, was wir essen möchten und es wurde je nach Wunsch aufs Zimmer gebracht. Somit konnten wir entscheiden, wann wir essen. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker 😋 Es war sehr sauber, jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer aufgeräumt. Es gibt auch eine Reinigung im Hotel, was immer gut ist. Leider hatten wir zu unser Zeit genau nebenan eine Baustelle. Aber das machte uns nichts. Wir haben in dem Bett geschlafen wie ein Stein. 😇 Natürlich könnte man im Badezimmer etwas renovieren. Aber ich denke das wäre zu viel jammern. Alles hat funktioniert und auch im kühlen Februar konnte man das Zimmer sehr warm bekommen. Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen, je nachdem wo man hin wollte...wir haben aber kein Tag ein Taxi genommen und sind 45 Minuten zu fast jeder Sehenswürdigkeit gelaufen. Was wir aber gut fanden. Gegenüber ist ein Imbiss dem wir sehr empfehlen! Dort war auch jedes essen sehr lecker. 😎 Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen.
Cons: Bei der Reinigung ist eine Leggins von mir verschwunden. Was für mich aber nicht so schlimm war.

Conforto, condições acima da média, boa dimensão do quarto com arquitetura e decoração tipica. Garagem para duas motos possível, embora bastante íngreme o acesso. Podiamos ter deixado na rua frente ao hotel pois também tinha vigilante. Jantámos no restaurante do hotel pois as opções nas redondezas eram escassas.

J'ai choisi cet hotel parce que je prenais ensuite le train et la gare ONCF est tout près. Chambre très calme sur arrière. Un porteur très serviable pour les bagages et attentif. Excellent petit déjeuner, très varié avec des propositions internationales et d'autres plus locales.
Cons: A mon arrivée, excellente réception. A mon départ, la "stagiaire" était moins dégourdie et plaisante. Le quartier est en grands travaux, donc pas ou de mauvais trottoirs, quelques difficultés à circuler. Mais la gare est d'une très belle architecture, comme l'hôtel, splendide spécialement de nuit.

Cons: 2名で宿泊しましたが、広く使いたかったためトリプルルームを予約していました。 しかし、実際に案内されたのはツインルームで、予約していたバスタブもなくシャワーのみの部屋でした。 フロントで確認したところ、「2名なのでツインルームです」と強い口調で繰り返され、予約内容を提示しても話を聞く姿勢が感じられませんでした。説明しても状況は変わらず、対応は終始威圧的で、不快に感じる場面がありました。 本来必要のないやり取りに約20分ほどかかり、その対応には疑問を感じました。 最終的には別の部屋に変更してもらえましたが、ここに至るまでのプロセスが非常にストレスでした。基本的な予約確認が適切に行われていなかったこと、そして対応の仕方には改善を求めたいと思います。

Cons: Jeg måtte betale skatt ca. 15 euro, selv om jeg betalte det når jeg bokket i booket rommet. Og i faktura står det hvor mye byskatt og avgifter jeg betalte for per natt. Jeg spurte han hvorfor skal jeg betale det hvis jeg allerede betalte, sa han fordi du booket i et land Europa og det går ikke til oss og dette er ikke riktig. Dette vil jeg kalle svindel. Varmepumpa bråk som en traktor. Mye støy fra kjøleskapet, hvor vi måtte å slå av for å kunne sove.

snídaně byly výborné, široká nabídka ovoce, zeleniny, sýry, vejce, příprava omelety, velký výběr sladkého i slaného pečiva i nápojů, vzhledem k tomu, že jsem měl polopenzi, mohu konstatovat, že i večeře a la carte byly velmi dobré, nabídka pestrá, od jídel marocké kuchyně (tajine) až po italskou (těstoviny, pizza). Byl jsem spokojen i s ochotou recepce a úklidem, hotel je vzorně čistý. Nádraží a zastávky místní dopravy vzdáleny několik minut chůze, obchod s potravinami a běžným zbožím je naproti hotelu. Při další návštěvě Marrakeše bude tento hotel má jasná volba. Milan

The bed was so comfortable. The room was heated, which is a rarity in Morocco, but so much more comfortable for half the year. Super clean. Breakfast is excellent.
Cons: The front desk is serious about no early check-in, and a bit unfriendly. However, they will accept your luggage till 3, (without tagging or securing it). The room safes don't work. The affiliated Hammam downstairs does not have a bathing area and is way overpriced.

Super accueil et chambre parfaite pour nous deux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse des membres de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner et le repas était bon. Hôtel très propre et calme. La situation de l'hôtel est un peu loin de la place jeema el fna et de la médina mais tout se fait à pied, nous mettions environ 35/40 min de marche pour rejoindre ses lieux, mais cela ne nous a pas déranger car nous aimons beaucoup marcher.

Das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber und angenehm und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und waren überaus positiv überrascht von dem tollen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und jeden Morgen gab es ein Buffet für den kleinen Hunger. Abends durfte man im Restaurant ein Gericht auf der Speisekarte wählen. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
Cons: Der Fußmarsch in die Innenstadt ist etwas weit und nachts war es relativ laut aufgrund des Straßenverkehrs.

The accommodation was in all respects the same as described in the brochure. The staff was very helpful. All our requests were resolved as soon as possible. We were there during Ramadan, the workers were always smiling when we met them in the restaurant or on the river salts.
Cons: Unfortunately, we couldn't try some of the dishes on the menu because they weren't available during our stay. Regardless, the quantity and quality of the food was excellent.
