Betreff: Beschwerde wegen unfreundlichem Verhalten an der Rezeption Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich war im August zweimal in Ihrem Haus zu Gast. Leider musste ich bei beiden Aufenthalten feststellen, dass die männlichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und wenig professionell aufgetreten sind. Im Gegensatz dazu habe ich die weibliche Mitarbeiterin als ausgesprochen freundlich erlebt. Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist mir, dass ein Mitarbeiter mit mir und meinen Gästen in eine Diskussion geraten ist. Außerdem konnte ich meine Rechnung nicht mit der Kreditkarte bezahlen. Auf meine Nachfrage reagierte der Mitarbeiter sarkastisch mit der Bemerkung, ob er meine Rechnungen übernehmen solle. Dieses Verhalten empfinde ich als respektlos und unangemessen. Ich bitte Sie, dieses Feedback ernst zu nehmen und die entsprechenden Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, um künftig einen freundlicheren und professionelleren Umgang mit Gästen sicherzustellen. Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji w nowoczesnej dzielnicy Marakeszu, do Mediny można się dostać łatwo pieszo około 40 minut spaceru, albo złapać taxi, chcą za przejazd 100 dirhamów ale jak jesteś nieustępliwy to pojedziesz za 50 dirhamów czyli 5 euro. Do głównego dworca w Marakeszu spacer pięciominutowy, przy dworcu McDonald's, KFC i Starbucks. Spędziłem w tym w hotelu 6 nocy, personel hotelu bardzo miły i pomocny dla gości. Pokój był sprzątany codziennie, na terenie hotelu jest spa oraz restauracja w której ceny są takie same jak na mieście. Goście hotelu to głównie goście francuskojęzyczni, ale bez problemu można się dogadać z obsługą po angielsku. Trzeba się nastawić na to że będą cię witać po francusku - Bonjour.
Cons: Nie było takiej sytuacji która by wyprowadziła mnie z równowagi podczas tych sześciu nocy spędzonych w hotelu.

It a small hotel in a quiet area , but picture of the rooms and the lobby look huge on the website when you actually see it they actually narrow. The rooms are clean and rooms are bright. Breakfast can do better Staff are a bit cold. Was the only hotel I missed a valuable in my room yet when I asked them to check camera the receptionist at that time was not willing he ask me to get a permission to police this totally non sense.. I remember I was hotel this lady requesting it receptionist in France yet they were able show her as I accompanied her for her request I've met her during my travel and her passport and some money went missing on the safe in her room yet when we came there receptionist was able to check it without a hassle. The point of having a security camera didn't do the job it's the only hotel I have been for all my travels that lost something inside room where I let a valuable. This is very disappointing

Cons: J'ai trouvé le personnel plutôt hostile aux étrangers, et souvent agacé lorsque je posais des questions (de type, quels sont les services que votre hôtel propose ? comment réserver des taxis ? qu'inclus précisément le "all inclusive"). Leurs réactions sont assez nonchalantes, froides et pas du tout bienveillantes. Les clés de chambres ne marchent pas, ce qui veut dire que je sortais la porte ouverte en priant le Seigneur que personne ne vienne me voler. Le coffre-fort non plus ne marche pas, et au vu de la froideur du personnel, je n'ai même pas osé le leur dire. Les lits sont très durs.

Cons: Je n’ai pas aimer le petit dej pour une nuit à 50e quand même , il y a pratiquement rien pourtant on était pas nombreux . Mal isolation on entend tout l’extérieur très bruyant. Et il y a un réceptionniste qui avait un fort air condescendant difficilement supportable . Les autres au top mais bon a eu beaucoup à faire avec lui.

Cons: Heel simpel ontbijt. De cornflakes waren op. Toen ik vroeg of ze de cornflakes konden aanvullen, was het antwoord van de medewerker direct "Nee". Vijf minuten later, nadat ik de (te zoete) yoghurt op had, kwam de desbetreffende medewerker langs met een doos cornflakes. Waarom is het antwoord dan eerst nee, en gaat hij achteraf wel kijken? Lijkt alsof het standaard antwoord eerst Nee is.

I really liked this place because the room, although small, was extremely comfortable, clean, the linen was impeccable, the bathroom was quite spacious, hot water, clean towels, toiletries, hair dryer, everything you need to feel good after a day of hiking or visiting the city. Another reason why I would come back here is the people who make your stay pleasant. From the reception to the kitchen staff, everyone smiles and tries to help you. Last, but not least, both, breakfast and dinner (I opted for half board) were excellent. Breakfast is extremely varied, as is the a la carte dinner.

Cet hôtel est idéal pour un court séjour. Il est bien situé, à proximité de l’aéroport et des principales attractions touristiques. Il se trouve également derrière la gare ferroviaire et dans la même rue que la société de cars CTM, ce qui nous a été très pratique puisque nous devions nous rendre dans une autre ville, nous avons pu y aller à pied. L’établissement est charmant, dispose d’un bon restaurant et propose des chambres très confortables. De petits magasins se trouvent juste en face de l’entrée pour tout besoin de dernière minute, et la M Avenue, connue pour ses excellents restaurants, est accessible en une dizaine de minutes à pied.

I think for its price-point it might be overselling itself a little. Though the location is what I needed the room for. It is very close to central station and all bus operators if you need either early in the morning. Staff was kind enough, a bit stressful but they kept my luggage overnight a night earlier as I did a 1 overnight trip to Ouarzazate and back.
Cons: The room was very minimally decorated without much character, the breakfast was quite plain and disheartening and overall the atmosphere of the hotel I would describe as plain and a bit cold.

Gostei da simpatia dos funcionários, porém houve um deles que era bastante antipático: pedi que me ajudasse a chamar um taxi uma ver que não tinha nenhum disponível na rua, e o mesmo respondeu me “desenrasca-te”. Gostei também do restaurante que tem no hotel, a comida é boa pelo preço que se paga e os funcionários são simpáticos. Os funcionários da limpeza dos quartos também eram bastante simpáticos, vindo a limpeza também a ser boa.
Cons: O hotel está um bocado antigo, as camas não são muito confortáveis, muito menos as almofadas. Tem um péssimo sistema de isolamento de som, ouve se bastante barulho de fora dos quartos, entre portas a bater e móveis a arrastar dos andares de cima e de baixo. Também ouvia bastante barulho das obras que estavam a acontecer no prédio ao lado. O Ar condicionado funcionava bem mas fazia mesmo muito barulho, vindo a ser desconfortável. As casas de banho não são más, mas poderia se melhorar o chuveiro. Por exemplo para mim que sou alto, era difícil de tomar banho com o chuveiro fixo.

L'accueil est bon de la part du personnel de l'hôtel en plus de son emplacement stratégique.. Tout est conforme aux normes. La propreté des lieux est excellente. Je suis fiere, en tant que Marocain, d'avoir un hôtel de cette qualité dans mon pays, à l'image des hôtels européens

Excellent service... very nice and clean...staff very friendly and helpful.. Sameer and safa very helpful.... thanks to Sameer for his hospitality.... location is great...they have fantastic food in restaurant...I will highly recommend...it's my 3rd time in Marrakech and love to stay in palais Al bahja hotel....

I find this place is completely underrated. Staff were kind and welcoming. The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was fresh with traditional Moroccan cuisine.

Dans cet hôtel, j'ai apprécié la disponibilité des équipes, la qualité du wifi (incroyable) et l'emplacement qui était à quelques minutes de la gare de Marrakech. Un vrai plus!
Cons: La literie manquait cruellement de confort. Matelas très ferme, oreiller très dur. J'avoue que mes nuits n'étaient pas des plus agréables, malheureusement. Ce détail changé, je crois que l'hôtel gagnerait plus d'étoiles! Le petit déjeuner gagnerait aussi à être étoffé.

Cons: Je n’es pas aimé le thé , je suis d’origine marocaine et ne pas savoir faire du thé ça ne ce pardonne pas,ensuite le jus carotte au lieu du d’orange ,pas trop bon ,le tajine du soir il n’était pas comme celui du midi ma fille avait demandé un ace thé il lui a donné un thé froid avec du sucre et pour finir la chambre il y’avait une odeur de rat mort à l’entrée qui venait de la Clim .

Cons: Malheureusement, notre séjour à l'hôtel a été perturbé par plusieurs éléments. Il y avait beaucoup de bruit en pleine journée, notamment le bruit de l'aspirateur dans les couloirs, ce qui nous a empêchés de nous reposer correctement. De plus, une forte odeur d’humidité se dégageait des tapis, rendant l’atmosphère désagréable dans la chambre. Enfin, l’accueil a été décevant : lorsqu'on a simplement demandé des informations sur le service du dîner, un homme de la réception a réagi de manière agressive, comme s’il cherchait le conflit. Dommage, car le cadre semblait prometteur.

Cons: The Front Desk gay name Samir: beginning of this year i stayed in the same hotel and the same person he decided to make his own policy and it's not showing anywhere in the hotel website or Booking.com, i left the hotel and I gave the hotel 9/10 however i mentioned this matter in my review. when i came this time, he made me waiting for my room more then the actual check in time, and he start questioning me about why i put the first review and telling me i have no right to put such thing and it's unfair for him, i never seen a hotel rated 3 stars have such staff with this attitude. if there is such thing that they not happy about they should reply to my comment online not stopping me and giving me a hard time after a long journey where i travelled from 3 in the morning to Marrakech, by the way; this is not only me say such things, please see google reviews by other people

Cons: Airco luchtafvoer niet in te stellen luchtklep stuk. Douchegoot stuk en stinkt. Garderobe stinkt. Deur van ingang kamer is de hendel stuk, sluit niet goed af en de deur slaat keihard tegen het kozijn.. Tevens bij de receptie een dag verlenging, volledig bedraagt betaalt en ben om 04:00 uur vertrokken zonder ontbijt.

While the price was reasonable, my stay was marred by several issues that need addressing. Staff Behavior: The staff's attitude was less than welcoming, which detracted from the overall experience. Amenities: Basic necessities were lacking. Toilet tissues, room tissues, and drinking water were not provided, which is typically standard in hotel accommodations. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast offered was disappointing, with limited options and low quality. Air Conditioning: The room's air conditioning was ineffective, functioning more like a regular fan than a cooling system. Laundry Services: I requested laundry support to have my dress pressed, but was informed it was unavailable on Sunday. In the hospitality industry, it's expected that such services be accessible seven days a week. Overall, while the hotel presents a good deal financially, improvements in service and amenities are necessary for a more satisfactory experience.

Parties communes, chambres et linge très propres. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni, choix sucré ou salé et spécialités locales. Literie confortable. Personnel d'étage très agréable.
Cons: Depuis les chambres côté rue, on entend la circulation, mais le bruit est raisonnable. Certains équipements un peu datés ou abîmés (étagère tête de lit, porte de douche) Un plan de la ville (demandé sans succès à l'accueil pour une balade improvisée) m'aurait été bien utile pour retrouver l'hôtel. Un peu plus d'écoute et de disponibilité serait de mise.

Cons: Leider war unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Das ursprünglich zugewiesene Zimmer roch stark nach Zigarettenrauch. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde uns angeboten, das Zimmer mit Parfüm zu behandeln oder in ein anderes Zimmer zu wechseln. Wir entschieden uns für den Wechsel – allerdings erhielten wir ein deutlich kleineres Zimmer, ohne jegliche Entschuldigung oder Entgegenkommen. Das neue Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, die Ausstattung alt und nicht besonders sauber. Die Klimaanlage war extrem laut und nachts kaum zu ertragen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Obwohl es am Wochenende offiziell bis 11 Uhr angeboten wird, war um 9:15 Uhr kaum noch etwas vorhanden. Wir mussten mehrfach nach einfachen Dingen wie Besteck und Gläsern fragen. Besonders negativ fiel der Service in der Küche auf: Die zuständige Dame war unfreundlich und unhöflich und verließ den Bereich deutlich zu früh, während Gäste noch beim Frühstück waren. Auch beim Check-out wurde weder eine Entschuldigung ausgesprochen noch eine Entschädigung angeboten. Fazit: Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir können diese Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen.
