Cons: Je suis déjà venue dans cet hôtel par le passé, mais cette fois-ci, j’ai été très déçue. Auparavant, une bouteille d’eau était mise à disposition dans la chambre à l’arrivée, un petit geste de courtoisie que j’appréciais. Cette fois-ci, en appelant la réception, on m’a informée que ce n’était plus le cas et que l’eau était désormais réservée uniquement aux suites. Franchement, c’est aberrant ! Je trouve que le rapport qualité-prix est totalement disproportionné : l’hôtel est beaucoup trop cher pour les services proposés. Lorsqu’on paie de tels tarifs, on s’attend à un certain niveau de confort, d’attention et d’hospitalité, et non à voir disparaître même les petites attentions. C’est dommage, car j’étais déjà venue dans cet hôtel et j’en avais une meilleure image. À ce prix-là, je m’attends clairement à beaucoup mieux. Le prix devrait être justifié par la qualité du service, ce qui n’a malheureusement pas été le cas lors de mon séjour.

Our room was spacious, clean and with a great view from the balcony! Staff , especially Yassine , was very helpful and friendly and made sure to keep us comfortable and safe! He went out of his way to help us withdraw money from the bank as we were having some problem with the ATM use.

Cons: Needs renovation. We changed rooms from 5th to 2nd floor. Stained carpets. Stained and askew lampshades, peeling paint and musty smell. 2nd floor a lot better but the hotel needs renewal.Basic. no tea and coffee making facility. Definitely 3 star absolutely no more.

We stayed here as our flight home was cancelled and we needed somewhere to stay urgently, when we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful and they gave us a free breakfast as they knew our situation was already difficult. The pool was lovely and a nice way to cool off. The rooms comfortable and large.

The hotel was on a busy street with other hotels making it easy to find. This gave me peace of mind as a solo travelling woman. The entire hotel was clean and smelled pleasant. It's located near the banks and shops and not too far from the medina. Many taxis pass by the entrance during the day. The staff were so helpful: they helped me to book taxis, tours and get directions. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I felt safe and secure. There was also a balcony, air conditioning and enough clean towels. The breakfast served was good quality, hot items remained hot and very hygienic. There was a good selection of food and teas/ drinks to choose from. I would 100% stay here again and recommend.

Cons: THIS HOTEL IS NOT FOR DISABLED GUESTS. IT ADVERTISES FALSLY BEING ACCESSIBLE FOR DISABLED USERS IT IS NOT!!! There is not 1 room in the whole hotel that has a walk in shower. Bath is 2 ft high. To step in there are no handrails.. when told reception they just seem to brush it off. Like you booked and now you have no choice! Downnstairs looks like a 4* . But rooms are like 2*. The hallways are filthy, doors and furnishings are old chipped and broken. Rooms are really outdated. Linen is also very old. This hotel needs a seriously good refurbishment. Only bonus to the hotel is the cleaning lady who is very nice and attentitve. Location is good though.

La moitié des prises de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas, les serviettes de bain sont propres mais sentent l'humidité. La piscine est très petite et vite bondée. Nous n'avions fait qu'une nuit à l'hôtel avant de rentrer mais je ne pense pas revenir.

Location in Gueliz works well for getting around, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport toward the medina and main sights. What elevated the whole stay, though, was the people. The booking listing stated I had booked half board for dinner and breakfast. However drinks were not covered in this package. Disingenuous listing and the drinks pricing were beyond making a slight profit, marked up about 30%-40% from what we found in other locations. Despicable choice. Not even offered water when asked. Just told to take it up with reception to which I refer to the previous point. The shower had hot water once during a four day three night stay requiring the handyman to come three times and multiple complaints. Final issue not raised at reception for fear I would inconvenience the rudest receptionist ever. But noticed dead cockroaches in the corridors.

What I liked about this hotel I really liked about this hotel, all members of staff went above and beyond to help make our stay great, from the receptionists, waiters and waitresses and chefs all were exceptional in their service. The on site bar is a perfect place to enjoy a drink or two after a day out enjoying the sites of Marrakesh with one of the friendliest people in all of Marrakesh, Rachid was just the best bar man ( I hope I got his name correct) The free breakfast is great but my favorite part of breakfast was the egg station I did enjoy an omelette everyday. The rooms were a, good size room plenty of space in the double room for 2 adults and a child but the highlight is our room was cleaned everyday, towels changed everyday the room was spotless all thanks to Naima the cleaning lady who really done a great job.

A oui l'électricité entre la télévision qui fonctionne quand elle veut la télécommande pas mieux et les l'interrupteur et l'ampoule de la salle de bain qui grésille faut aime prendre des risques 🫤 à oui dans la continuité de l'électricité soit vous charger votre téléphone prêt du lit soit vous avez de la lumière au choix 🤷 La chambre à une climatisation très jolie d'ailleurs mais alors faut pas regarder les palle et aération il y a carrément une couche de gras poussière bref je verrai bien dans quelques jours si nous sommes malade😁 Les toilettes du hall et bien faut pas se pencher et regardé plus bas 🤮. Cons: Tout a commencé avant mon arrivée étant à l’étranger avec un accès limité à mes e-mails, l’établissement m’envoie un e-mail à 14h pour me dire que si je ne payais pas une avance avant 18h, la réservation serait annulée et ils ont annulé la réservation à 18h , je n’ai même pas eu le temps de réagir en quatre heures , j’ai dû les appeler pour reconfirmer alors que sur Booking, ils annoncent qu’il n’y a pas besoin de prépaiement ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis de manière très froide. Le checkin a pris du temps, peu importe, arrivés dans notre chambre, celle-ci n’était pas aux normes de sécurité sachant que nous sommes arrivés avec des enfants et qu’un câble électrique était apparent dans la salle de bain, les toilettes étaient sales avant qu’on puisse s’en servir, , il manquait du papier hygiénique. Le petit déjeuner à volonté était très basique et rudimentaire :de la charcuterie, du fromage, quelques crudités, quelques croissants, des jus(pas naturels) et du café de mauvaise qualité. Je ne comprends pas que cet établissement dit quatre étoiles, puisse avoir une note de 8,2 sur Booking. J’étais très surpris.

The hotel is good. It is located in an area close to several tourist attractions, and taxis can easily be found on the main street next to the hotel. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the dinner caters to all tastes. The hotel is clean, quiet, and staffed by welcoming and highly professional people, always greeting guests with a warm smile.
Cons: The breakfast finish at 10H00 am, maybe it is better to extend to 11H00 especially during summer period.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på hotellet. Personalen var otroligt vänlig och hjälpsam, rummen var rena, bekväma och rymliga, och maten höll hög kvalitet. Poolen var alltid ren och välskött, och det fanns alltid personal tillgänglig som gärna hjälpte till. Det som verkligen gjorde skillnad var att personalen alltid gjorde det lilla extra för att vi skulle trivas och känna oss välkomna. Ett särskilt stort tack till Jihane och Hassna, som var helt fantastiska. De var alltid varma, professionella och hjälpsamma och såg till att vi kände oss som hemma. Tack vare dem blev vår vistelse ännu mer minnesvärd. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell och kommer gärna tillbaka! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really wasn't expecting too much from other reviews, but really I was surprised, the room was huge, the bed very comfy, the breakfast, compared to the many hotels I stayed in during my 1month visit to Morocco, was excellent, with loads to choose from, and the staff were super friendly! In fact on the last day I left some clothes in the wardrobe; to be honest, my luggage was overweight, and I chose to leave something behind. Imagine my surprise when the room maid came rushing down, worried I had left clothes behind, so kind!!! This is not 5star hotel, but it is very lovely with nice people who work there!

El desayuno lo encontré poco occidental, pero eran mis gustos y faltaba más fruta. Gran detalle de bienvenida una cesta de frutas al llegar, La ubicación es buena, cerca del centro comercial Carré Eden. Aziz Bagagist Jihane, el botones del hotel, me pareció una persona de una profesionalidad enorme. Llegó un grupo en autobús a la recepción del hotel y descargó él solo las maletas de 50 personas y en todo momento con una gran sonrisa y una predisposición brutal. Tengo un hotel en España y sé de lo que hablo. Personas así son las que hay que tener trabajando en los hoteles y valorarlas como se merece.
Cons: La primera noche, había partido del mundial y jugó Marruecos. Ganó 4 - 2 y toda la noche hubo una fiesta en una habitación de al lado, hasta las 6.00 h de la mañana. No pudimos dormir. No me gustó que se permitiera fumar dentro del restaurante. Debería de estar prohibido y más teniendo un espacio abierto el hotel como es la piscina exterior.

Excellent meals at pool side. Nice spacious room with balcony and pool view. Reasonable bed and efficient air con. A nice walk to the Medina and a taxi home Numerous places to eat. Hotel in parts looks tired but staff are friendly and pool are is comfortable

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très attentionné et on ne peut plus serviable. J'ai pu laisser mon vélo de location dans le garage pendant toute la durée de mon séjour sans aucun frais.
Cons: A faire impérativement : coller des pastilles en feutre sous les pieds des chaises des chambres. Avoir des voisins au dessus qui n'arrêtent pas de bouger ces satanées chaises est vraiment pénible.
