Absolutely lovely riad. Kindest staff who are ready to assist in anything you ask. Absolutely clean everywhere in the premises. Very, very beautiful rooms. Superb bed linen. A silent place to sleep, even the mouassine is almost muted inside the rooms. Warm to sleep in December. Great views from the highest roof terrace. Delicious plentiful breakfast, great coffee. Very beautiful traditional architecture and traditional artisanal techniques in the interiors. I have been to Marrakech a few times and I like the location of this riad as it is within the local life out of the main tourist areas. Anyway it is withinn walking distance to the tourist areas and taxis are cheap too. This riad is directly accessible by car, it is not inside the labyrinth of smallest alleys. Very easy to navigate. Within 20 meters there are kiosks for bottled water. The riad even has a scale to weigh your suitcase.

Cons: The riad advertised a restaurant but didnt tell us we had to book in advance so we couldn't get any dinner. Had to venture out into the streets in the dark after a long day of travelling in bad weather to find food. They advertised a bar - they didn't have a bar. They advertised a wellness centre with steam room that came as part of the hotel's standard facilities - they didn't have a wellness centre (what they had was a hammam that you had to pay extra for. They said they offered nail treatments and facials. They did not offer these. I complained and was given a free massage to compensate but it did little to rectify the feeling of being conned.

Przemiły personel. Przygotował nam wegetariańska kolacje, mimo, ze nie bylo jej w karcie. Przepiękne miejsce, pyszne jedzenie, super masaz. Le rapport qualité prix, le personnel, tous très sympathique, attentif aux petits soins. La propreté de l’établissement. Le calme dans le Riad. La nourriture proposée dans l’établissement était excellente, voire même meilleure que dans les restaurants. Sincèrement, ce n’est pas pour mettre en valeur cet établissement, mais nous avons été agréablement surpris, nous voyageons régulièrement avec ma compagne et je pense que c’est le meilleur établissement dans lequel nous avons été reçu.

The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our flight was really delayed, but they waited for us and got us into our room quickly when we arrived. Breakfast was simple, but the breakfast area is gorgeous. When we had to leave, the staff quickly arranged transportation so we didn’t have to wait around for a taxi.

We loved our stay here. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and help us with anything we needed including booking taxis and preparing an early breakfast for us when we had early excursions. The room was very cosy and comfortable and stayed warm through our stay in December. Our room was turned down and cleaned every day and the traditional breakfast each morning was delicious. The location is brilliant too - only a 10 min walk to the beginning of the souks and about 20-25 minutes to the main square. The Riad itself felt beautiful and traditional and felt clean the entire time.
Cons: I would not knock any stars off my rating for this but it’s something that took us by surprise. When leaving the Riad each day, we were required to leave our room key in a box by the front door that was accessible by all other guests. I have since found out this is normal for the Riads in Marrakech to avoid guests losing keys. It did mean however that we felt like we had to carry our passports and valuables with us when we went out as we felt our room was easily accessible to other guests. A suggestion for the Riad would be to provide safety deposit boxes in the room or to make the key box only accessible to staff. Having said all this, we had no problems with this during our stay.

Die Zimmer sind groß und sind sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir durften gleich drei der Zimmer sehen, jedes Zimmer hatte ein Badezimmer und eine separate Toilette, was für Marrakesch selten Standard ist. Es gibt mehrere Innenhöfe, diese sind auch wunderschön. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, alles in einem ein sehr schickes und gleichzeitig gemütliches Design. Außerdem gutes Frühstück, angenehme Lage und sehr nette Gastgeber.
Cons: Die Klimaanlage ist etwas laut, was jedoch in Marokko völlig normal ist und den Aufenthalt nicht weniger schön macht. Es gibt sonst nichts negatives an der Unterkunft.

Cons: It was very cold in dec the property is not heated well . You basically eat outside for breakfast unless it rains then the courtyard has an unheated room off it with just one gas heater . There was an open fire but it was never lit . This makes it impossible to use the downstairs. The location is on a very run down busy street and it’s a walk to most places via hectic sometimes smelly roads . This is not the Riads fault of course . But it’s quite stressful getting any where The to in the room didn’t work The staff gave no information out all They only spoke of spoken to . There were some guide books in reception we borrowed . Coffee was great in the morning . Breakfast was a lot of carbs . The lighting is very low everywhere . The roof terrace could be lovely but nothing up there . There was a confusion with taxis we only enquired about one . But one turned up at airport for us from the hotel so we were double booked . Call to prayer is very early and very loud . It will wake you up for an hour between 530 am and 639 am . Staff too quiet not informative of anything Fridge in room but not plugged in and no water in it You can get bottled water from reception we found out by asking ourselves Could be nice but needs a few changes and needs to be winter friendly !!!

La struttura molto bella . Il patio dove fare colazione. La posizione raggiungibile con il taxi e in un quartiere non solo turistico dove puoi vedere scene di vita quotidiana con la presenza di un liceo vicino.
Cons: La poltrona in camera … da sostituire o far sistemare. La corda del water difettosa…. Quindi rumorosa senza riuscire a sistemarla. Abbiamo chiesto aiuto ma nessuno ci ha aiutato. Di notte il rumore è molto fastidioso

No geral, gostámos bastante da estadia. Foram muito flexíveis ao preparar o pequeno-almoço mais cedo do que o horário habitual, o que agradecemos bastante. À chegada, receberam-nos com um chá e algumas bolachinhas, um gesto simpático que criou logo uma boa impressão. A relação qualidade-preço é justa, mas convém não esperar nada excecional — o riad é tradicional, bonito e simples, com um ambiente acolhedor e modesto.
Cons: A única parte menos positiva foi a falta de pressão de água no chuveiro e a ausência de uma cortina.

- Das Gebäude und das Zimmer sind wirklich schön - das Frühstück war gut - die Lage ist sehr gut, um Marrakesh zu Fuß zu erkunden
Cons: ACHTUNG AN ALLE AUTOFAHRER! Wir sind selbst mit dem Mietwagen nach Marrakesch gekommen und wurden von Google Maps sehr ungünstig geroutet. Man bekommt zwar vorab einige Infos zur Anreise (kostenpflichtige Airport-Shuttles etc), aber keinerlei Hinweise zur Anreise mit dem eigenen Auto, obwohl vom Hotel explizit ein Parkplatz angeboten wird. Daher: unbedingt von Süden über die Av. Ba Ahmad fahren und auf keinen Fall durch das BaB Aylan Tor! Ab ebendiesem haben uns zwei „hilfsbereite“ Herren einen Umweg durch die engen Gassen geleitet, indem sie mit dem Moped vor uns hergefahren sind und alles und jeden verscheucht haben. Dafür kann zwar prinzipiell das Hotel nichts, aber am Riad angekommen haben die Helfer 40€ von uns verlangt. Sie wurden sehr aggressiv, als wir nicht bereit waren so viel zu zahlen. Wir haben daraufhin das Hotelpersonal über den Disput informiert, leider hat man sich überhaupt nicht für unsere wirklich angespannte Situation interessiert. Ich hätte mir hier auf jeden Fall irgendeine Art von Unterstützung durch die Hotelangestellten gewünscht - zumal mehrere Mitarbeiter im Eingangsbereich herumstanden. Manche der in anderen Reviews angemerkten Mängel waren bei uns leider auch noch vorhanden: - Das Licht im Treppenhaus ging weiterhin nicht - Das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht richtig ab

A 20 min à peine de la Médina et facile d’accès pour le taxi. De l’accueil au petit déjeuner et Hamam massage tout était parfait. 3 riads sont réunis en un seul. Tous avec une decoration différente mais traditionnelle comme je le souhaitais. Un très beau riad et un accueil parfait. Tout le personnel était aux petits soins pour nous. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe du Perroquet Bleu !

Staff was so welcoming on arrival. The room was beautiful decorated with a Moroccan theme. The room was dark but was brilliant in the mornings if you want a lay-in. The staff was accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The location was good, a 15-20 mins slow walk to the Souks and Square with lots to see on the way. The location is well lit, no concern around safety. Bonus - A few corner shops are local.
Cons: No fault of the workers but if there are small children staying at the Riad it can be extremely noisy in the morning if your room is above the dining area. A shower unit would be good to avoid having to hold the shower head whilst showering. It’s would be nice if they left the mint tea downstairs for guest to drink throughout the day, considering there is no kettle available in rooms.

Das Personal war bemüht und freundlich.
Cons: Wir buchten ein Standardzimmer und waren bei der Ankunft etwas enttäuscht, da das Zimmer nicht den Bildern entsprach. Das Zimmer war sehr klein (man hatte fast keinen Platz, um die Koffer zu öffnen) und außerdem ist das Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Es macht einen schmuddeligen Eindruck (Wände sind sehr schmutzig, Möbel sind stark abgenutzt, …). Die Matratze war leider unbequem, da sie Einsenkungen hat (auch das lässt daraus schließen, dass sie sehr alt ist und ausgetauscht werden müsste). Das Fenster im Bad konnte nicht ganz geschlossen werden, da es kaputt war. Zudem waren die Steckdosen im Zimmer fast lose und es kam nur wenig Strom, denn die Handys konnten über Nacht nicht vollständig geladen werden. Das Frühstück war ok, wobei wir in anderen Riads mit gleich vielen Sternen hochwertigere Produkte und mehr Auswahl erhielten. Es gab nicht mal einen richtigen Kaffee, sondern nur einen Art löslichen Kaffee aus einer Thermosflasche. Die Lage ist leider nicht so gut. Das Riad befindet sich zwar in der Medina, allerdings ganz am Rande und in einer Gegend, wo sonst wenig Touristen sind. Wir fühlten uns beim Heimgehen am Abend etwas unwohl. Im Riad wurde für uns ein Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert. Das fanden wir sehr nett, allerdings wurde gesagt, dass wir dafür 150mad bezahlen müssen und schließlich verlangte der Taxifahrer 200mad von uns!

Abbiamo scelto questo Riad dopo un’attenta ricerca e non ci siamo assolutamente pentite, anzi! Location bellissima, servizio impeccabile, vi rifanno la camera ogni mattina. Colazione fresca e di qualità e personale disponibilissimo, sempre attento e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Un po fuori dal centro ma ci si può spostare sia in taxi (per pochi euro) che a piedi (eravamo due ragazze e l’abbiamo fatto anche la sera senza nessun problema). Se chiedete al personale vi prenoteranno anche un tuk tuk, molto divertente. Consigliatissimo.

El Riad es muy bonito tiene 2 patios interiores las habitaciones cómodas y baño grande , todo el Riad y te da mucha paz , el desayuno incluido es muy correcto y el personal muy amable . Está en una zona muy tranquila un poco apartado del centro , pero a nosotras nos gusta caminar así no nos importó caminar 20-25 min para llegar al zoco y a los restaurantes etc .
Cons: Intentamos llamarles por teléfono cuando estábamos de excursión y no cogían los teléfonos , llamo a 2 números repetidas veces y nada

Cons: Мой отзыв про номер с 15 кв.м. Мы выбрали этот риад из за его красоты и убранства. Но нас заселили в прямом смысле слова на крыше. Вместо наслаждения красоты и тишины, при выходе из номера я смотрела на стройку и сам город. Сам номер желает капитального ремонта. Все стены облезлые, никакого света, тумбочки все ободранные. Было очень неприятно находиться в номере. Персонал конечно пояснил, что у них все занято и они не могут нас переселить. Расположение и в правду далековато от центра. Знала бы, что буду жить на крыше, выбрала что нибудь другое. И скажу, что завтраки были очень слабыми. Потому не могу сказать, что была довольна проживанием.

The riad perroquet bleu is a little gem. Taxi dropped us off at the front door. Staff were very polite and helpful.
Cons: To be honest for me it was fine but a little bit of a walk to get to the centre of the Medina where everything was my wife is not a great walker and some of the streets are a bit uneven but fine otherwise.

Cons: El mantenimiento deficitario, ya que se veían ciertas cosas que requerían un mantenimiento adecuado. Nos resultó imposible ver ningún canal español o en inglés, en la televisión, además de ser bastante complicado su uso. En la habitación no había amenities. Hay ciertos mínimos que se le presuponen incluso cualquier hotel de cuatro estrellas, más incluso si lo que se reserva es una suite.

Nous avions une suite supérieure, elle n a que le nom car elle est grande en effet cependant le lit est dur comme une planche de bois et le mobilier vieillissant Le petit dej est servi à table , bon service et correct Pour résumé bien mais cher par rapport a un hôtel 5 étoiles avec piscine ( moins cher ) Pour un séjour à Marrakech je vous recommande 1 nuit en Riad et le reste en hôtel en dehors car le Prix d un taxi est le même

Dintorni sicuri che permettono di tornare a piedi anche di sera tardi. Gli spazi interni sono grandi e con meravigliosi dettagli di intarsi e colori, eterogenei per la fusione di più ambienti diversi in una bellissima armonia di arte marocchina. La piccola piscina nel patio offre la possibilità di rinfrescarsi e bere un drink di ritorno dalle passeggiate. Lo staff è gentile, accogliente, disponibile e attento alle richieste degli ospiti. Le camere sono pulite e ben attrezzate. Aria condizionata e wifi hanno sempre funzionato. Il bagno è grande, pulito e con ottimi prodotti per doccia e shampoo a base di olio di Argan. La colazione è ottima e servita a tavola con prodotti preparati al momento, includenti omelette, pancakes, dolci, frutta e spremuta di arancia. Il the alla menta non manca mai.
Cons: Al piano terra, l'acqua della doccia arriva con bassa pressione. Questo credo sia un problema comune a diversi riad e non ha comunque pregiudicato il nostro soggiorno.

Very quiet location , staff was on spot, very clean rooms in Moroccan style , will definitely come back with my wife. The staff recommended me best means of transport. They even showed me a local barber who was very good when I asked them. It even has a lift. Really felt like I’m in Morocco, breakfast menu was freshly home made . Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza Diyan tre notti, da notare il lavabo doppio in marmo nero con i fossili e la comoda vasca. Il Riad Le Perroquet bleu è fantastico, l'arredamento è molto curato, di fatto è un boutique hotel, ti senti immerso in un posto da favola. La mattina ti svegli con il canto degli uccellini che vengono a rinfrescarsi nel patio del riad. Il personale è gentile, attento, preciso ma non invadente. La privacy è garantita. Ci siamo rinfrescati nella graziosa piscina, abbiamo cenato con gustosi piatti al riad e ci siamo concessi un rilassante hammam di coppia dopo un'intensa giornata di visite. La colazione è stata sempre ottima e varia, abbiamo apprezzato la frutta fresca e i dolci artigianali variati ogni giorno. Il patio più interno ha dei favolosi cactus e un enorme vaso con i pappagalli blu! Se torneremo a Marrakech vorrei tornare qui al Perroquet bleu!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Riad Le Perroquet e ne siamo rimasti incantati. La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio, con un’atmosfera autentica, rilassante e ricca di charme marocchino. Le camere sono pulite, silenziose e arredate con gusto. Il patio interno è un’oasi di tranquillità, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite. Lo staff è stato semplicemente impeccabile: gentile, attento e sempre disponibile, pronto a venire incontro a ogni esigenza con un sorriso sincero. La colazione è abbondante e deliziosa, con prodotti freschi e tipici, servita in un ambiente accogliente. Ottima anche la posizione: in piena medina, ma facilmente raggiungibile e in una zona tranquilla. Un perfetto equilibrio tra autenticità e comfort. Consiglio questo Riad a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza autentica, coccolati da un’accoglienza calorosa e professionale. Ci torneremmo volentieri!

Nous avions le petit-déjeuner inclus, mais le dernier jour, comme nous devions partir plus tôt, ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous préparer un petit-déjeuner express avant notre départ. Ils ont même accepté d'imprimer nos billets d'avion pour le retour, car nous n'avions pas pu le faire nous-mêmes. Les chambres étaient très propres, et quelqu’un passait tous les jours pour l’entretien. L’emplacement est calme, à environ 20 minutes à pied de la place principale, ou 8 à 10 minutes en taxi. Le petit-déjeuner était typique, frais et copieux. Nous avons également mangé une fois sur place pour le dîner, et c’était très bon. La piscine n’est pas très grande, mais elle suffit largement pour se rafraîchir.

Cons: Quarto muito pequeno e antigo. Bem sei que escolhi quarto standard, mas ainda assim há um mínimo como disponibilizar aspectos básicos e equipamentos a funcionar tal como o site promete. Tomada de eletricidade de um do lado da cama não fixa na parede e não funcionava. Como só havia uma tomada de cada lado da cama, sendo duas pessoas e não existindo mais tomadas na zona do quarto, tive que carregar o telemóvel na única tomada da casa de banho. Outros aspetos negativos: candeeiro de mesa de cabeceira com fio descarnados, secador de cabelo não funcionava e TV também não. No segundo dia pedi que estes equipamentos fossem arranjados ou que nos mudassem de quarto mas o meu pedido foi recebido com pouca simpatia. Ainda assim, arranjaram a tomada e deixaram um outro secador. Já a TV ficou na mesma. Quarto com pouca manutenção e reparações muito mal feitas. Remendos nos armários e outros locais do quarto com mau aspeto. Precisa de renovação urgente. Alguns elementos da equipa pouco simpáticos e a roçar a má educação. No dia em que chegámos estava um calor infernal, e o quarto sendo no último andar estava muito quente e abafado. Poderia haver, por parte da equipa, a atenção de ligar o ar condicionado antes da chegada dos hóspedes. Localização do Riad obriga a apanhar taxi ou Tuk Tok para o centro. Pode-se fazer a pé, cerca de 20 minutos mas com o calor desta época e com o trânsito sem qualquer regras, a opção foi sempre apanhar um transporte.

My friends and I — a group of three women — stayed at the hotel from 14th to 18th May. We were welcomed by Mustafa (I think that was his name), who was super friendly, kind, and really helpful. He gave us loads of great tips on getting around the city and things to check out. During our four days, we had a few hiccups with our tour operators and other little problems, so we ended up needing help from the hotel staff quite a bit. Everyone we spoke to was warm, patient, and genuinely helpful — they really made us feel looked after. We were so impressed with how caring and supportive the staff were, and would like to say a big thank you!!

L'escursione è stata indimenticabile, ben organizzata e molto più autentica di quanto ci aspettassimo. This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The biggest highlight was the amazing staff – the gentlemen at the hotel were incredibly attentive and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome and cared for. The breakfasts were delicious, fresh, and varied – a perfect start to each day. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from the market, which made exploring Marrakech very easy. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again

This Riad is stunning, and a very peaceful stay for us after a few days in the desert. We appreciated the fact that it was not in the heart of the medina, so that we could have some quiet just outside the medina. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend going to the terrace to watch the sunset at some point! We didn't take advantage of the spa services but the food was good (perhaps a bit expensive, so for most of our meals we walked to a restaurant nearby).
Cons: Our showerhead was a bit loose in the holder so we made a mess with the water. Other than that, great place to stay.

Beautiful Riad with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and was cleaned daily. They were very helpful with little things such as providing an early breakfast when we had to leave on the final day very early in the morning, and running to the shops to get us medical supplies. Overall very much would recommend.
Cons: The location is a little far from the main square, about 15 mins walk, but it is not the worst. The area is quiet but we felt safe.

Familial : Nous voulions vivre une expérience plus authentique qu'un club de vacances , et nous n'avons pas été déçu pour notre 1er voyage en famille. Sécurité: A 1er vue le quartier peut paraitre hostile , il n'en ai rien. Il est même plutôt calme comparé à la frénésie du centre de Marrakech. Nous avons pu circuler à pied sans être importuné. Le Riad est magnifique (il y a 3 Riads différents reliés) avec une vue panoramique sur la ville , à 15 minutes de la place (attention à la circulation cependant pour les touristes non avertis). On a bien dormi (il y a bien la prière de nuit qui peut surprendre la 1er fois mais dans ce cas éviter tout Riad à Marrakech , c'est un passage obligé). L'hôtels propose des excursions : nous avons fait la sortie à dos de chameau , nous n'avons pas été déçu. L'organisme proposé par l'hotel était sérieux, nous étions bien au porte du désert avec une repas à l'abris du vent et une vue panoramique. Le petit déjeuner est authentique et exceptionnel (jus d'orange frais, crêpes, pains...) sans parler des repas (à commander avant midi) les couscous et tajines sont vraiment très bons , les prix peuvent sembler élevés (ce sont les tarifs à Marrakech) mais c'est du fait maison et pour avoir essayer d'autres adresses cela vaut la peine. Le lieux est exclusif , calme avec une pisicine et des térasses pour se détendre. le personnel est bienveillant et serviable (jusqu'à partir en vélo à 6h00 du matin pour nous trouver un taxi suite au retard de notre taxi): nous les remercions chaleureusement.
Cons: Plus mitigé sur le guide qui passe plus de temps à vous amener faire des achats dans le souk que visitez les lieux touristiques.

Il Riad non è centrale ma si raggiunge a piedi la Medina. Si può arrivare con l auto alla loro porta e parcheggiare davanti al Riad.Molto tranquillo ben arredato e pulito. Piscina e ampio terrazzo per riposarsi dopo la visita della città,Ottima cena a lume di candela e musica e buona colazione . Staff molto gentile.

Néanmoins le rapport qualité prix est bon (377e pour 4 nuits) Attention, Les excursions proposees par l hotel sont 3 fois moins cheres sur booking pour les memes prestations.

Las instalaciones comunes son diversas y están muy bien como terraza en lo alto, sillones mesas y tumbonas en la terraza. La habitación es amplia y el baño completo. El personal de la noche es muy amable, nos dio indicaciones para movernos por Marrakech. El desayuno está muy bien aunque para mi gusto me faltaba algo salado.
Cons: No me gustó el precio, creo que es un precio muy elevado y dirigido a los turistas, estuvimos 2 noches y no te cambian las toallas, las cuales tenían agujeros y la zona del lavamanos algo dejada junto con la ducha que salía con poca presión.

La mia esperienza presso il Riad é stata del tutto positiva. La struttura é molto bella, pulita, curata, accogliente ed intima. Lo staff é molto disponibile, premuroso e servizievole. La posizione é centrale, infatti, si può raggiungere facilmente la Medina anche a piedi. La colazione è casalinga, genuina e abbondante! Assolutamente consigliato!

Cons: Zwembad was in verbouwing, last van verbouwingsgeluiden. Ten gevolge van aardbeving, alle begrip daarvoor. Maar het was wel zo netjes geweest als dit van te voren gemeld was. Op de site stonden de oude foto's van een mooi zwembad, als je daarvoor boekt kom je behoorlijk bedrogen uit.

Cons: Did not get the same room as on the pictures, our friends did get the right room, we asked to be relocated next to them but it wasn't possible. Our room was outdated. We noticed that it wasn't getting clean properly. Location is 20 mins walk from the markets, which is fine but you may encounter kids begging you for money on the way. For tours the pickup is usually 5 mins away from the hotel. There's a language barrier with most of the staff.

The Riad was immaculate and quiet, with a serene atmosphere. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Some lovely quiet reading areas throughout including the rooftop terrace. The food served was some of the best we had across marrakech in our 8 nights there, particularly the kefka tagine.
Cons: Only slightly negative was we booked our airport transfer with the Riad, which is often recommended. There was some confusion between the Riad and the driver and we believe they collected the wrong people from the airport initially, which meant we had to wait at the airport for almost 1 hr and 30 mins for the driver to return, this delay was exacerbated by heavy traffic at this time of the day (~6pm). However I do believe this was a one off mistake, our transfer back to the airport was bang on time and we were there in 20 minutes. Must be noted that the location is to the east of the medina, so it is a good 20/25 minute walk to the main square Jaama El Fna. But we enjoyed the walking, for less able-bodied people you may need to use taxis for getting around marrakech from this location.

Vi conviene prenotare il transfert con Booking. Il Riad è ad 1,5 km dal centro un po’ fuori…ma all’insegna della pace… a piedi andate ovunque se vi piace camminare. Buona anche la cena nel Riad.

A very comfortable, beautifully styled Riad located walking distances to some of the main attractions but comfortable footwear is needed to explore around the area. 24/7 security and helpful staff that gave us information and translating help. We were greeted with a mint tea, check in was very simple. Wonderful views on the rooftop, especially in the morning and breakfast was served promptly.
Cons: The only feedback is that we weren’t served any eggs for breakfast, and was told that it should have been requested but wasn’t informed about this. Breakfast is very simple and was the same every day. There isn’t a sign outside the door to suggest the name of the hotel and finding it was a little tricky but we got there in the end.

Les gérants du Riad sont sympa. À notre arrivée la chambre n’était pas prête et ne correspondait pas du tout à notre attente mais Mustapha a su régler ça très vite. Il nous a donné une autre chambre plus confortable que l’autre. Les femmes de chambre nettoient les chambre ainsi que le Riad tous les jours et amène de nouvelles serviettes. Le Riad est beau.
Cons: Le seul problème avec cette chambre c’était que c’est avec un lit accoupler et y’avait un espace entre les deux ce qui n’est pas top quand on est en couple. Leur restaurant est très cher parce que les prix sont en euros alors qu’on est au Maroc. Ils vendent des sandwiches à 9€ et le pire c’est vraiment pas bon. Le petit déjà n’est pas varié mais bon surtout les Msemem trop bon.

Le Riad est magnifique et le personnel est vraiment charmant et au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et l'ambiance est chaleureuse et apaisante. La terrasse surplombant la médina avec la vue sur les montagnes est un vrai plus.

We had advised we needed an early check in if possible but had no response about this and then when we arrived had to wait 2 hours for rooms to be ready. E' stato bello potersi immergere nella loro cultura all'interno di un area così caratteristica quanto complicata (Medina). Buona la colazione anche se poche erano le cose caratteristiche del luogo. La posizione come detto è all'interno della Medina, con tutto ciò che la caratterizza... varcare la porta del riad era ogni volta un grande sollievo.

Der Innenbereich vom Riad ist authetisch. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man die typische Medina-Umgebung mag, ist man hier richtig.
Cons: Leider gab es - abweichend von den Angaben des Hauses - keinen Wein und auch keinen Wäscheservice. Beim - an sich guten - Frühstück hätten wir uns (nach 4 Tagen) etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Da die Zimmer z.T. zum Innenbereich öffnen, kann es hellhörig sein. Abendessen gibt es nur nach Anmeldung am Vormittag.

Ubytovanie je pekné, rezerváciu sme spravili najmä kvôli peknému interiéru. Privítanie bolo milé dostali sme čaj a nejaké sušienky. Ale celé to malo veľmi zvláštnu atmosféru.
Cons: Po dohode s recepčným, ktorý bol milý, avšak nechápavý sme sa dostali do konfliktu so strážnikom pri našom odchode. Strážnik za to nemohol, no kedže na recepcii nikto nepracoval zostalo to na neho. Je to pekné miesto, ale treba popracovať na nejakých veciach. Strávili sme na ubytovaní iba jednu noc. Možno by to bolo časom lepšie.

L’emplacement du riad et au milieu des ruelles de la médina, pas du tout facile a repérer. dans la description y avait parking compris, alors q’il n y avait pas de parking c juste un stationnement aléatoire a coté du riad dans la ruelles.

Cons: Le fait que le descriptif soit un mélange du Riad et de la Villa qui porte tous les deux le nom de Perroquet Bleu mais qui n’ont pas du tout les mêmes atouts ! De plus l’appellation junior suite ne correspond pas aux photos ! C’est une chambre standard qui est proposée pour une suite et les photos de la terrasse n’a rien à voir, elle est complètement délaissée, aucune déco, pas signe de vie , alors qu’il fait encore très beau et chaud !

The staff were exceptional, so professional and helpful, they made everything perfect. The riad was breathtakingly beautiful and a very welcome sanctuary after the souks. We had our own roof terrace which was great to relax and work on the tan!! The food both from the evening menu and day menu was so good, ate both a good few times. My wife also availed of the spa treatment, which she tells me was one of the best she has had.

The riad is overall ok. The staff are helpful but be careful with taxis and make good use of Glovo to order anything to the riad instead of getting expensive taxis for basic things.
Cons: The standard rooms are very small, the AC is very annoying and doesn’t work well which is horrible in the heat. The riad is very far from tourist spots meaning you need to book taxis EVERYWHERE. The riad staff initially booked us very expensive taxis. The hammam and massage are good - could be more luxury for the price we pay though. All the add ons and extras are priced too much for the service provided.

Già l’entrata del riad è qualcosa di meraviglioso. Ogni stanza è decorata in ogni particolare con dettagli unici come mosaici, legno intagliato e statue stupende. L’aria che si respira è marocchina, ma chic. Ogni sala ha una sua funzione, colazione, sala relax, piscina, Spa ecc. la colazione è ottima, come la cena che abbiamo prenotato per una sera. La zona hammam/Spa è fantastica, noi abbiamo prenotato il pacchetto completo ed è stato meraviglioso. Lo staff è tutto gentile e cordiale. La nostra camera era bellissima con un bagno enorme con vasca. Il soggiorno è andato oltre alle aspettative. Sicuramente torneremo. È comodo per escursioni o per visitare la città. Hanno a disposizione trasfer per l’aeroporto.

El Riad es grande, bonito y acogedor. Tiene distintas estancias, incluidas diferentes azoteas desde donde puedes disfrutar de las vistas. Aunque está en la medina, se ubica en una zona tranquila y es fácil de identificar. Lo que más podríamos destacar es la tranquilidad durante nuestra estancia. La habitación contaba con aire acondicionado que, aunque era un poco ruidoso, se agradecía. La piscina es preciosa y tiene un tamaño perfecto. El personal fue muy amable, siempre que lo necesitamos nos ayudaron a solicitar un taxi. Además, hicimos el hammam en el propio Riad, lo cual recomendamos. Las cenas que preparan son abundantes y sabrosas.
Cons: Nos gustó todo, aunque la cama estaba un poco hundida por un lado y hay que tener un poco de cuidado en la piscina porque te puedes rascar con las baldosas. Pero en general, recomendamos mucho este Riad.

Cons: Il faut prévoir et demander à l’avance (des le matin) pour manger dans le riad le midi et soir (en revanche la cuisine est très bonne) du coup pour les repas de dernière minutes, en retour d’excursion par exemple nous avons dû commander en ligne sur l’app glovo. Sinon rien à redire.

Le personnel était vraiment aux petits soins, toujours attentif et prêt à répondre à nos besoins. Chaque matin, nous avons eu droit à un délicieux petit déjeuner copieux qui était un vrai régal pour commencer la journée. Un emplacement idéal, et une décoration authentique. Nous avions déjà adoré l’établissement en 2018 et sommes revenus en juillet 2024 et nous n’avons pas été déçus. Le Riad est vraiment magnifique et bien entretenu. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et les chambres sont très confortables. L’accueil des hôtes est excellent, ils sont toujours là pour nous aider dans la bienveillance et le sourire. Le Riad est très bien situé.

The beds where comfortable. It was quite clean. There was a refrigerator in the room and at night time the dining area looked cute. Wasn’t too far from attractions.

Relação preço/qualidade excelente. Óptimas instalações num Riad muito giro e limpo! Os funcionários são super prestáveis.
Cons: O pequeno almoço é igual todos os dias e não é muito variado, mas nada que não se ultrapasse. Para chegar aos souks temos de andar uns 15 min a pé. Fizemos isso todos os dias, mas seria mais confortável se fosse mais perto.
