HÎtel convenable et Grande tranquillité aucun bruits ni de voisinage ni de véhicules.lit trÚs confortable l'hÎte et son frÚre mon réserver un accueil sympathique, et malgré mon arrivée tardive mon accueilli.le seul Hic ne pas se perdre dans les petites ruelles.a par ça le riad est trÚs bien.je vous le conseil sans restriction en plein coeur de la vieille ville.

I have stayed at more than 300 hotels across the US, Europe and Africa and this was by far my worst experience simply because of the manager. I booked a â2 bedroomâ with a living area for my travel buddy and myself. We arrived at night, exhausted. When I gave him my name to check in, he informed me that he emailed hotels.com to refund me because I would need to pay him directly with the correct pricing. Thankfully I had the local currency on me and intended to pay directly when I booked the room, otherwise I would have been left to search for new accommodations late at night. He insisted the price was more than double as advertised on hotels.com and kept showing me his listing on bookings.com with the âaccurateâ price. He claimed that he took over this hotel one week prior (Which simply isnât true) and had nothing to do with the hotels.com listing. Thankfully my travel buddy is Tunisian and speaks fluent Arabic/Moroccan because otherwise I would have gotten nowhere with this manager. He did not care whatsoever about the situation he was creating. He takes advantage of people coming in tired and vulnerable to swindle them out of money. Bad business! As if thatâs not enough, the â2 bedroomâ flat I booked ended up being just a hostel style dorm. My travel buddy and I had no privacy and I had to teach my classes from the bathroom to avoid waking everyone up. There was not a blanket for my bed and when i went to ask for one there were literally 2 children âon dutyâ - at midnight.

DO NOT GO TO THIS RIAD! I READ SOME OF THE REVIEWS BUT DIDN'T THINK THE SAME THING WOULD HAPPEN TO US. MY FAMILY AND I ARRIVED AT 1 AM. THE PERSON WORKING THERE WAS A SLEEP AND WHEN WE ARRIVED STRAIGHT AWAY HE TELLS ME THAT I DONT HAVE A BOOKING WHEN I DO AND THEN A FEW MINUTES LATER HE TELLS ME THAT THE ROOM ISNT READY BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE IS THERE AND THAT I MUST CANCEL MY BOOKING AND PAY THEM IN CASH. ANOTHER PERSON ARRIVED AT THE SAME TIME AS US AND HE SAID THE SAME THING TO HER SO WE STARTED QUESTIONING HIM AND HE CALLED HIS "BOSS" I SPOKE TO HIM ON THE PHONE AND HE STARTED YELLING AT ME TELLING ME TO LET HIM GO TO SLEEP. THEN THE WORKER STARTED LAUGHING AT US AND ALSO SPEAKING VERY LOUDLY TELLING US AND THE OTHER GUESS TO SLEEP IN A ROOM FOR 4 PEOPLE WHEN THERES 5 OF US! IT WAS VERY LATE AT NIGHT AND WE WERE TERRIFIED OF THE PERSON WORKING THERE SO WE DECIDED TO JUST GO AND FIGURE SOMETHING OUT BY TOMORROW. THE BEDS WERE SO HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE THAT WE DIDN'T SLEEP THE WHOLE NIGHT. HE GAVE US A BLANKET THAT HE HAD BEEN USING BEFORE WE ARRIVED AND IT WAS STINKY. THE KITCHEN WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND SMELLED TERRIBLE. WE LEFT THE NEXT MORNING AFTER BEING ON THE PHONE TO EXPEDIA FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS. DO NOT GO HERE!

This property didnât exist. The address wasnt there. We reached fes at 4 am in the morning and it was a horrible experience to find we didnt have a hotel to go to. We were left at the mercy of local touts to take us to a local riad which was not nice

Jâai rĂ©servĂ© une chambre dans ce Ryad pour mes 4 enfants et mon mari. Nous Ă©tions donc 6 et impossible de contacter lâhĂŽte toute la journĂ©e prĂ©cĂ©dant notre arrivĂ©e. Finalement vers 19h, 5â avant dâarriver, le propriĂ©taire mâinforme que notre chambre a subi un dĂ©gĂąt des eaux et quâil va nous reloger ailleurs. On arrive sur place et lĂ une autre personne mâindique que leur mode de fonctionnement avec Hotels.com ne leur permet pas d'ĂȘtre rĂ©munĂ©rĂ©s et donc nous dit dâannuler la rĂ©servation et de les payer sur place (en cash Ă©videmment !) nous nous retrouvons finalement Ă 21h passĂ©es Ă traĂźner nos valises, nos enfants dans le dĂ©dale de la vieille ville pour atterrir dans un logement qui nâa rien Ă voir avec ce quâon avait demandĂ© en dehors de la vieille ville et aucun message dâexcuse. Le monsieur qui nous a accueillis dans ce dernier logement a Ă©tĂ© charmant mais nâavait aucunement la main sur notre affaire. Si jâai donc un conseil Ă vous donner, câest de ne SURTOUT PAS Y ALLER !!!!

It was a very bad experience. When we came to the hotel we had to sit and wait a long time. After more than 30 minutes the guy at the Hotel told us that our room had some problems with the plumbing. We couldnât be in the room that night but next night it would be fixed. He told us to move to his âbrothersâ Hotel for one night. We had booked a Deluxe room, a large room. When we came to the other place, we were offered a tiny room, just in size of a bed in king-size. The room was just in the breakfast area. At the evening we looked at Hotels.com and our room was still available, free for booking! Next day, when we came back, the two person at the Hotel didnât know anything about our room or any problem with the plumbing. When they connected us with the guy from the day before he just said âIts still problem with the plumbing. But we could stay at the other placeâ. We asked about the difference in payments, from a deluxe room to this small room. âThatâs not my problemâ he said and hangs up the phone. We had paid for a deluxe room and got a small cabin. During this time it was al the time possible to book a deluxe room at this place.

Réservation faite et paye sur le site Hotel.com Une fois arrivé sur place le gérant nous informe que la chambre n'est pas disponible car il n'accepte pas les réservation faite par Hotel.com Du coup on as été obligé de repayer la chambre (au prix fort) alors que nous l'avons deja payé. aprÚs avoir contacte Hotel.com pour régler le problÚme (ce qui a engendrer une facture de téléphone) il nous ont remboursé le prix payé sur leur site, mais ne veulent pas rembourser la différence que j'ai du paye pour avoir la chambre alors que c'est un problÚme entre Hotel;com et leur prestataire. Une fois sur place nous avons essayé de réserver la chambre sur le site d'hotel.com et elle était toujours disponible Ce probleme est dommage car l'hotel est bien et le personnel ont ete sympatique et ont essayé de trouver des solution au problémé creer par Hotel.com et leur patron. En 2 jours, Nous avons croisé 2 autres couple a avoir ce problémé.

PublicitĂ© mensongĂšre : j avais rĂ©servĂ© une chambre de 20 m2 avec salle de bains et toilettes et me suis retrouvĂ© dans un espace en travaux de 5 m2 sans toilettes ni salle de bain. La rĂ©action du gĂ©rant et du personnel : on est dĂ©solĂ© on a des problĂšmes .... du coup je suis parti au bout d une nuit ( j avais pris un sĂ©jour de deux nuits sur expĂ©dia)en envoyant bien sur un mail Ă expĂ©dia mais sans rĂ©ponse non plus Vraiment une arnaque complĂšte ce riad mĂȘme les avis sont faux : menteur, voleur et escroc

I recommend you DO NOT stay at Tadla "Guest House". Our experience was less than stellar at Tadla Hostel (yes, hostel, as that's what the sign says outside their front door). Although the property is pretty nice (good rooms and nice roof deck) and the included breakfast is good (traditional Maroccan breakfast served in most riads during our travels), the customer service left everything to be desired. We booked and paid through Expedia with our credit card, so we assumed everything was good to go. While driving to Fes we received an odd message from the property saying "Hello. I'm sorry you can come this message for canceltion not for you thanks". This message made no sense to us, as our reservation still showed as confirmed on the Expedia app and we'd received no messages about cancelation, so we continued to the property. When we finally found the property and checked in, the staff made no attempts to collect money from us so we assumed we were all set payment-wise. The next morning we asked the staff to extend our stay one more night, agreed on a price, and I paid them with cash, only to be told that the cash I'd just given them would be applied to LAST NIGHT (which we'd already paid with our credit card on Expedia) and we needed to now pay them for the added night. They pocketed my cash, insisting that we hadn't paid for the prior night. No longer trusting them, we decided to leave, taking up the issue with Expedia later (and Expedia isn't being much help, either).
