Loved the rooms and their concept that made it a wonderful experience. Also most of the staff were great and welcoming. They took great care of us. The food in their restaurant both for breakfast and dinner was superb. We would highly recommend to others. :)

The hotel looks like a palace, it is extremely beautiful, with many details, and anywhere you look there is something amazing to admire - the interior design, the plants, the carpets, creating a unique experience! Recommended! Try to get an upper scale room, especially with the rooftop!! Spectacular!

Nulla di nulla. Praticamente una stanza non ripulita dopo la partenza degli ospiti precedenti. Sono arrivati e nel giro di un ora con noi all interno stanchi da un lungo viaggio hanno sturato il lavandino e ripulito. Abbiamo cenato, discreto il cibo. Servizio pessimo.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of staying 4 nights at La Maison Arabe this February, and it's almost impossible to convey its beauty with mere words. First, the reception staff - actually all the staff throughout - were so genuinely lovely and helpful. We loved the copious fresh flowers throughout the hotel. Our suite was stunning, so luxurious and atmospheric - and with its own courtyard. We ate in Le Restaurant (lamb shank, chicken tajine) which was, as you'd expect, perfect. We enjoyed a beer in the jazz bar a couple of times too, the pianist was fab! We spent a lovely peaceful afternoon at the hotel's Country Club, enjoying a fantastic lunch. We'll do everything we can to go back and stay at La Maison Arabe again.

Stunning property with so many amenities. The location was convenient and everything was spotless. All the staff went out of their way to help. Our room was traditional but opulent - so luxurious. We loved the cookery class, the piano bar and the rooftop terrace. The food was delicious. We didn't get a chance to use the spa but our friends did and said it was incredible. We are planning to come back soon.

Didnt take breakfast. The standard room was small and had glass door overlooking a common area. So involved closing a curtain that then obstructed the door. A little bit inconvenient as the curtain should hand and draw from behind the door? Also the bathroom was very small and the toilet position was awkward and I cut my foot on an exposed screw under the mirror. The above taken into account the hotel is well situated and the staff helpful as far as they could be. We were there at a busy time and getting tickets to premium sights from their concierge / front desk was, quite understandably, impossible. The adventures we arranged ourselves were perfect (hot air balloon and visiting palaces etc.). We'll return for sure at a quieter time. The New Years Evening dinner at circa ÂŁ300 a head we also politely declined. Used the hammam which was good but probably expensive in terms of value. Need to have some sort of other benchmark and I only have Turkish experiences in Istanbul to compare which were better. The deep massage my wife had was excellent by all accounts from her.
Cons: There was never a pianist in the jazz bar at the published times just piped muzak. Cocktail were average. Otherwise the ambiance of the hotel is delightful and the warmth and efforts of the staff were good and they were very attentive. Love the open fires in reception and passageway. I wouldn't hurry for the tea and cakes in the afternoon - the tea was never hot enough. Would we visit again? Yes based on location and ambiance and the lovely staff but we might look careful at other riads too before pushing the button. Would not take the standard room again you have to opt for a suite or similar. There was no availability for us to upgrade whilst we were there.

Cons: Only that none of the outdoor areas were covered in the cold winter with rain. Many other Riads cover areas so you still get the central courtyard vibe even in winter ... it seems this would add the cherry on the cake - as they almost do everything else !

Location was fabulous. A hidden gem on a charming on an unassuming street inside the Medina. Architecturally the property is fabulous. Its design makes you feel transported back in time into a household of affluence and comfort. No architectural detail is left undone. The bar area is a welcome addition often with piano in the background and a place to buy a cocktail in otherwise non-cocktail centric city. The location was excellent. Walking distance to anything you might want to do inside the Medina. Staff was well trained and friendly.
Cons: The entry lobby is very quaint, charming but small and can get quite crowded. This could be challenging when weaving your way from one end of the building to the other or needing to get your room key.

We chose La Maison Arabe as the place to spend our Honeymoon and we could not have been more happy with our choice. The Hotel itself is great, with authentic decor and all the facilities that you require, including a Hammam and a team of chefs providing fabulous food in their restaurant. The hotel also has a country club, with a free shuttle bus on an hourly basis. This is a veritable oasis, allowing you to decompress from the vibrancy of the city, which amazed us as it was fairly under used. I also celebrated my birthday whilst out there and the hotel arranged for a special treat at dinner and the waiting staff sung happy birthday to me, which was very touching. Any hotel may have all the above but it is only brought fully together by the staff. La Maison Arabe has one of the most engaged and cohesive teams I have seen at a hotel in the world. This is across the whole team, be it front of house or support services and are a total credit to the hotel.

Our 3-night stay was pure comfort, with spacious rooms, relaxing atmosphere, and excellent attention to detail. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and genuinely good people who cannot do enough for you. The hotel is traditional with beautifil tiles, decor and furniture with all the comforts you need. 2 of our rooms had a lovely shared courtyard, but the other room in our party was smaller and located at the other end of the hotel. The shuttle to the country club for cooking workshops or lazing by the pool is great. We lazed by the pool severall days. The staff here also treat you like royalty, welcoming you, carrying your bag, placing towells on sun loungers and moving parasols to where you need it. We enjoyed delicious lunches under the shade of the olive trees. No alcohol served with lunch here. Breakfast not included, but nowhere else really to go, so had it at the hotel daily. Pretty much same things every day. Beds v comfortablw, but pillows are more lile cushions!

La Maison Arabe is exceptional. A grand old and historic hotel with great facilities and food, all charmingly and elegantly presented. An outstanding quality is the very high and professional standard of all the staff. The hotel is in a particularly good location, a short journey from the airport and being just inside the north western corner of the old city it is ideal for visits both inside the Medina and for trips outside the city. We strongly recommend this wonderful hotel to significantly add to your experience of Marrakech.

This riad is beautiful and the amenities are amazing.
Cons: My room didn't include a turkish breakfast so I had to pay a lot to get breakfast. It was very good but I am not sure it was worth the price since it's just breakfast (not lunch/dinner). Also, the room was TOO small. And I wanted two separate twin beds but my bed was right next to my friends bed. That is okay but since I asked when I booked, they could have provided a bigger room with more space between the beds.

This hotel is a great option . The staff are very friendly and helpful . The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location close to all the markets and to some great restaurants . The spa and the cooking class were top notch . My only complaint is that my room was very small. I booked a âking roomâ and it was very small so if I stayed here again I would upgrade to a larger room . However I would totally recommend this hotel .

The Riad was a wonderful base for a fantastic week in Marrakech. The property is beautiful and full of character, and the staff are simply excellent. Itâs so nice to be in a place where you are greeted with warmth and friendliness, making sure you have everything you need without being overbearing with attention. It was a wonderfully relaxing stay, and great recommendations for activities; our highlights were the cooking school, a trip into the Atlas Mountains, and the convenience of being able to leave the city behind for a chill out at their country club. Great trip.

The hotel itself is very beautiful and located close to the medina. We enjoyed the complementary tea service and other amenities, including the stunning courtyard pool and the jazz bar. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and helped us book a car to the airport for a very early flight.

The property is very lovely. The spa was not opened and was under renovation but we had a beautiful experience nonetheless. Each room and nook were beautifully decorated all very traditional and welcoming. I loved wandering through on the way to the piano jazz bar. What an absolute treat to have such talented musicians every night !! The bar tenders made exceptionally crafted drinks. The cinnamon smell radiating when you walk in reception was yummy. The staff⊠All the staff that we encounter were absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to make you feel welcomed and they were so very accommodating to our needs. They truly are the reason we would recommend the hotel and come back to stay. We truly feel they went out of their way to help us. The cooking class was outstanding! The time 3 hours flew by. We all agreed that the cooking experience was the best of all our activities that we scheduled for our entire stay.
Cons: pool is not on site. Spa was being renovated and was a little disappointed we didnât get to experience that. I do have to say that I was happy our room wasnât close to the hall were we could smell the paint. Thank you for that . Still our experience was amazing and we understand that it was probably your best time to do renovations when you are in off peak season.

Officious staff who think they are doing you a favor to stay in their world-famous hotel with Winston Churchill portrait. No lift. Luggage must be ported from the street, but hotel has not of the charm of the Madina ambience. Charged for breakfast.

The hotel was perfection, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay and will definitely return. All meal options were lovely, alongside great drinks selections, including nice Moroccan wines. The location of the hotel is ideal to explore, either on foot or by taxi. The hotel were happy to arrange any transport as we needed it. The country club is well worth a visit to relax and enjoy the sun.

By the temperatures of until to 40degrees in June the COUNTRY CLUB offer (free shuttle from Hotel every hour) and the excellent hosts there (Mohamed) where a definetly highly appreciated bonus! The only suggestion suggestion i have is fresh milk for the coffee and Tea making in the rooms

Ho richiesto di cambiare abitazione e mi Ăš stato detto che non câerano piĂč. Al mio secondo sollecito sono venuti a spruzzare un poâ di âdisinfettanteâ e mi Ăš stata offerta una suite per la cui ho dovuto pagare il mio soggiorno 4 volte di piĂč di quello che avevo acquistato su Booking. Ho pagato, ma sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura: Ăš ingannevole quanto pretenziosa. Decorazione antica e triste. Camere buie e senza vista. Prezzi spropositati per lâofferta. Lâunica nota positiva Ăš la posizione. Per il resto non ne vale la pena.

I stayed with a friend and had a great experience, but the ambiance also makes it perfect for couplesâromantic, intimate, and charming. The service was excellent, and the setting felt like a peaceful escape in the middle of Marrakesh.
Cons: The room was a bit on the smaller side. It wasn't a big issue for us, but it might feel cozier and more fitting if you're visiting as a couple.

Always ready to be of assistance. Be sure to ask about the off property private pool and gardens. Also the cooking class held there . A day well spent.

It was a beautiful high end Riad. Easy to walk around, easy to navigate the city. Jazz bar was lovely (we ended up eating dinner there the first night). I loved that they theoretically had a fridge in the room so theoretically we could have cooled our water before going out for the day (although ours didn't seem to work). The staff was delightful and I loved the 3-6pm tea area.

If I tell you how lovely it was, I'm worried it will lose its charm. Ultra-friendly and helpful staff always on hand without being intrusive. We had a beautiful room with private roof terrace, worth the extra money. The signature hammam experience was wonderful, especially the scrub and the massage - good choice of local oils. We also participated in the three hour cookery school and loved the joy and enthusiasm of the presenter and cook. Probably wouldn't recommend for small children as parents might feel a bit embarrassed if kids were noisy.

The standard room that I get was no according to price -quality. Mr Mustafa did not honor my Expedia gold member whatsoever! I found at the last day that they offer cooking class no one told us! After spending more than $2000 usd ok this type of property I did not feel comfortable the room was not clean they did not invest in shower glass door every time you take a shower there was water all over the bathroom! The room small like humid I will not return and I left very disappointed! I would not recommend it and I will not go back !

Had a suite on the top floor. Room was excellent and the service was top notch!! There were a lot of stairs (36 to our room), so look for another room if need be. Food was very good too. The location was perfect. In the riad by about 1 block, so getting luggage in from the taxi was easy. Close to all the major attractions.

This is our fourth time at this magical hotel. Everything is amazing. The level of customer service is exceptional, the staff are friendly and extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations, organising tours of the medina and excursions to the desert. Dinner round the pool is a must and the country club, a short 15/20 complementary shuttle ride is an oasis of calm. Perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the medina.

The breakfast buffet was scrumptious, with Moroccan and French staples and delicacies. My favorite was the grilled homemade Moroccan bread. The cheeses were top quality, and we really enjoyed the omelets and fresh-squeezed orange juice. The infusion smoothies were energizing and creative, and the setting was 10 stars. At first, the room seemed small, but then I realized that the point of the riad was to take in all the spaces, and I opened the shutters to the interior, which made all the difference. The bathroom was beautiful. The service was exceptional. The staff seemed to be always around, and nothing was too much trouble. Number one thing I liked the best was the staff can arrange tours, advice and trips at a moments notice. Their recommendations were top-notch, and they even escorted my husband to a barber shop for a straight razor shave, which he is still talking about. The cooking school was a great experience. I learned techniques and cooked foods I've never cooked in a fun atmosphere. The other number one was the hamman. I'm not going to tell you because you have to experience it. That's it! We stayed 6 nights, met some great people, and enjoyed it all. Thanks, Maison Arabe.

Loved the two suites we had, they were awesome with massive balconies and dressing rooms. one of our rooms was in a separate building a little further along the street but it didn't matter at all as we have adult children. Super comfortable. Spa treatment and massage was amazing. Staff were really lovely.

The breakfast was excellent but quite expensive. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was colourful and authentic in the Moroccan style.
Cons: Our room only had two little windows which looked out onto an inner courtyard so it was dark without lights on. The choice of food on the menu the first evening we arrived was far too lavish and expensive after a day's travelling and also the restaurant was not lit enough to see what you were eating or easily read the menu.

Great location about 20 minute walk from the main square and the Medina in a quiet alleyway. The adjacent street is also very amospheric and has a good choice of restaurants. Beautiful building with the internal courtyard especially lovely with the restaurant around the swimming pool (one brave soul did use it during our stay!) and local musicians in the evening. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, getting us guides and taxis as required. Room clean and comfortable with a luxurious feel.
Cons: The dinner in the restaurant (only one open when we were there) seemed overpriced. Coffee capsules not automatically renewed every day but came if asked for.

Mixed review for this hotel, which sometimes falls short of the expectations one might have for a 5-star property. I am surprised by the excellent reviews on Booking. Pros: Charm of the architecture, kindness of the staff, the country club, breakfast (though charged at 250 dirhams extra), and the cleanliness of the rooms.
Cons: Cons: 1. Some rooms are very small and lack the comfort one would expect from a 5-star hotel (lack of ventilation, ergonomics, temperature control, automatic light shut-off, bathroom lighting, lack of privacy, and the exterior doors and windows are glass, which must always be closed with a curtain as they face an outdoor corridor). I heard that the people in the adjacent room to mine asked to change rooms. I also requested to change rooms, but was asked for an additional 670 ⏠per night (that would be over 800 ⏠per night in total) for a small suite on the ground floor of a riad separate from the hotel, which also overlooks an inner courtyard. At this price, I would recommend choosing another more luxurious hotel. 2. The hotelâs pool, although heated, is rarely used as it is surrounded by tables where people have breakfast/lunch/afternoon tea and offers no privacy. There are no lounge chairs by the pool, but about five lounge chairs are located on a terrace accessible by two staircases. 3. In general, the outdoor decoration is not very nice and the exterior seems to lack maintenance. The numerous heaters used in winter were poorly chosen and spoil the outdoor environment. My overall experience makes me think that several elements should be improved to justify the prices charged by this hotel.

This hotel has beautiful architecture and facilities. It's elegant in a historic and cultural way, and is totally luxurious and is not like today's generic glam hotels. We had an interior room but the carved wooden shutters and stained glass window and door brought in wonderful natural light from the open-air hallway and you still had privacy. We didn't have time to have their breakfast but it looked amazing. Since it was February, we also didn't use the central courtyard with the beautiful pool but that makes me want to come back for a longer stay in the hotter months. Definitely do the hammam!!! And show up early so you can sit in the gorgeous spa area and enjoy the candlelight, epic lantern, fountain pool, and soft music. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Marrakesh!
Cons: The only thing that could be better is the location. It's in a quiet part of town about a ten minute walk to the plaza.

The suite we had was very pretty and spacious, albeit somewhat dated and needing of some refreshing. There were some members of the support staff who were very helpful and kind, such as the baggage handlers and service staff.
Cons: I wish I could give this property a better review. However, our stay commenced in such a bad note, it simply ruined the whole experience. I was originally booked to stay at the property with a good friend. We booked through Booking and she paid with her American Express for the room. The charges were paid about 2 weeks prior to our arrival. Due to emergency circumstances, she was unable to travel with me - which we learned only 2 days prior to arrival. I immediately contacted the property and alerted them to the situation. I noted that the room had already been paid for, not just a pre authorization. The charges were already reflected on her bill. I asked if there was anything we needed to do, since she would not be traveling with me and I would not have the physical credit card upon arrival. The hotel responded promptly and said there was no problem. Well, after flying for about 2 days and arriving around 11:30 pm, I arrive and the staff demands that I pay again for the room. I showed them the email correspondence from their booking manager. For the next hour or so, we went back and forth while the staff was on the phone with said booking manager. Having lived in Morocco before, I am well aware how hard it is to disgorge money from someone once you have paid them. I told them if they credited my friendâs card immediately, I would be happy to pay them directly. They said they could not credit her American Express card that night and it would take at least two weeks for her to get a refund. I was exhausted and was hammered by these men for money. I knew the whole thing was a scam and I held my ground. Finally they agreed that I could go to bed in the room and Speke with the manager in the morning. The next day, I received an email from the manager asking my friend to verify the payment was valid and send a photo copy of the credit card to them by email, which she did. The problem was solved. The manager did not personally apologize. I will never stay there again.

The hotel is 3 or 4 houses/Riads joined together creating a meandering and sometimes confusing maze of rooms and corridors, but equally leaving secluded areas to discover and then sit and relax in. Great courteous staff! We value services and courtesy much more than the building and looks. This place was a delight. They have jazz room, dining by the pool with live music and is on walking distance from many great restaurants like cabana, Safran and so on. They made sure to walk us to our taxi and get one for us. La Maison Arabe is a gem. Itâs beautifully appointed, and its staff is absolutely first rate, incredibly solicitous, invariably gracious and kind. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the poolside restaurant is excellent, as are the jazz bar, the spa and their outstanding cooking school. My room had a balcony overlooking the pool, and a fireplace to warm the cold desert night. It was wonderful. If youâre looking for a hotel that brings together the best of Marrakechâs aesthetic and tradition of graciously welcoming travelers, this is it.

Our stay at this property was the perfect way to end our visit to Marrakech. The hotel is an oasis in the middle of the city and offers amazing food. We also signed up for the spa/hammam which was such a pleasant experience and left us feeling very well rested.

Das ganze Hotel ist ein WohlfĂŒhl Paradis. Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Es ist ein Traum aus 1000 und eine Nacht. FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist sehr lecker, eine groĂe Auswahl an leckeren Speisen. Omelett kann man sich auch frisch zubereitet lassen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Ich wĂŒrde beim nĂ€chsten Mal aber nicht mehr das kleinste Zimmer wĂ€hlen, da es schon recht klein ist und man den Koffer nicht auf dem Boden ganz öffnen kann. Dennoch war im Zimmer alles was man benötigt. Auch das Bad war ausreichend groĂ und sehr schön eingerichtet. Gratis Flasche Wein auf dem Zimmer. Man kann mit einem Shuttle zum CountryClub fahren, dort gibt es einen sehr schönen Garten und einen Pool. Lohnt sich wenn man einen Tag mal nur in der Sonne ausspannen möchte. Das Hotel selbst hat aber auch einen Pool. Ein Spa & Fitness Studio. Die Jazzbar ist auch klasse, sehr leckere Cocktails. Die Dachterasse vom Restaurant ist wunderschön designt. Diese blau gelben Lampenschirme sind echt der absolute Hingucker.

The hotel is beautiful and lives up to its reputation. The cookery school was fabulous and the hammam was the best I've ever been to.
Cons: We felt the food and drinks were overpriced. Very small outdoor sitting area which was enclosed so no view or breeze. The options are the roof terrace bar (which allows smoking and is over a busy road) or 20 minutes each way in a minibus (which runs hourly) to the 'country club'.

Fantastic small hotel right on the edge of the Medina meaning everything was in easy walking distance which is a massive boon in a City where driving can be something of an exciting experience. Amazing staff who could not have been more helpful or friendly - you felt like part of the family and it was always nice to come back after a busy day exploring.
Cons: In all honesty the hotel met or exceeded almost all our expectations with the one small niggle being that it would have been nice if the pool had been a little easier to get into - it was largely unused so I understand they may not wish to waste the money but having been told it was heated our one attempt to use the facility was something of an arduous trial which lasted for a fairly limited amount of time.

Leuk is de thee met koekjes in de loop van de middag incluis in de service, en zeer welkom na een vermoeiend bezoek in de stad.
Cons: Het zwembad in het centrale hotel ligt middenin het restaurant. Er wordt dus ook nauwelijks gebruik van gemaakt. Gelukkig is er een countryclub op 20 minuten rijden met ruim zwembad en restaurant. Shuttle service voorhanden. Ontbijt was niet inbegrepen in de prijs, en kostte 25 ⏠per persoon, wat naar Marrakeshnormen toch extravagant lijkt. Een keuze aan ontbijtformules ware beter geweest.

Cons: It was old and sometimes dirty. The bidet had hair and sediments in it. The carpets in our room and across the hotel were dirty. The elevator was small with a red, dated, dirty carpet. Pool tiles were missing from the main pool. There was mold around the pool and it didnât have a heater. The pool chairs were also very dated and rusting. For a 5 star hotel that is advertised as having been rated the âbest hotel in the Africaâ, the facilities were just dated and not up to par.

The staff were just incredible at both the hotel and country club. Having fallen ill on the first night they could not do enough for me and they were incredibly caring and kind. Full of smiles, so polite and nothing too much trouble! Room was gorgeous, spacious and super comfortable. Perfect to relax in after a day on your feet! Mohammed at the Country Club was brilliant. Quietly went about his business with the utmost professionalism. All brilliant - thank you!

After a disappointing one night stay at another riad. We decided to cancel our booking with them and made a booking at La Maison Arabe. Outstanding service. This is a hidden gem. The hotel is beautiful and spacious. There is a lot of space to walk around and hide from the busy and hot city. The rooms are clean and everything you need for a perfect stay. But what makes this hotel outstanding is not the rooms or pool. The people make this hotel unique. The staff at the hotel make you feel at home and they help you with whatever you need. They exceeded our expectations when my birthday came, and even when I had a stomach ache, they brought me some ginger tea. They were so thoughtful with my birthday and made sure I had an unforgettable time. I truly want to thank you all for all taking care of us. There is also a countryclub, a beautiful place not so far from the city where you can go and relax at the big pool and you have food and drinks all day. Thank you to the all The Reception staff, Housekeeping, Wait staff. Thank you, Mohammed, for taking care of us at the countryclub. (All of you deserve a raise and bonus) Can't wait to be back and stay at La Maison Arabe. 100% worth the stay there.

This should have been a 5 start review as it could have been a perfect stay. Unfortunately it was marred by theft of an expensive item of clothing and some wireless headphones and wired ones in the clothing pockets at the hotel. The hotel itself was excellent, great rooms, great food, good massage and friendly staff. Unfortunately 2 things happened on my stay. 1. An expensive fleece for my Toubkal trip which had wireless headphones and apple wired headphones went missing. I used these in the hotel and never left the property even once as I was only there one night. This meant I had no fleece for my Toubkal ascent and no headphones for the flight home. 2. My TSA padlock was tampered with on my luggage in storage. All the numbers were rotated round to 0 and it was unlocked. The code on my padlock means it would never be at 000 for me to unlock. I realised within an hour of leaving the property that my fleece had gone missing. I contacted the hotel and they said they checked my room but it was nowhere to be seen. Overall, be very cautious whilst staying at this hotel!

On a apprécié l'accÚs au country club qui appartient à l'hÎtel, il y a une navette à chaque heure pour s'y rendre et profiter de l'énorme jardin ainsi que de la belle piscine. Le personnel est efficace. La piscine dans l'hÎtel est bien aussi, mais elle a des heures d'ouverture limitées car elle est au bord du principal restaurant.

Die Lage ist topp. 10 Minuten Fussweg zum Platz Djemaa el Fna. Das Hotel hat eine lange Tradition. Sehr schöne Ausstattung. Das Essen am herrlichen Pool am Abend ist hervorragend. Service und Freundlichkeit des Personals ist ebenfalls auf Topp Niveau. Etwas ausserhalb (4 km), mit dem Gratis Shuttle Bus erreichbar, liegt die hoteleigene Poolanlage mit Restaurant. Sehr schön zum Entspannen. Das Hotel bietet sehr teure, aber auch bezahlbare Hotelzimmer an.
Cons: Ich musste bei meinem zweiten Aufenthalt das Zimmer wechseln (Geruch). Das wurde ohne Probleme vom Staff mit einem Upgrade super gelöst. Sehr schönes Zimmer. Aber, die ToilettenspĂŒlung war defekt, und der âRegenduschekopfâ war dermassen unappetitlich, dass ich lieber die Handbrause benutzt habe. Obwohl ich das der Direktion in einem Mail geschildert habe, gabs keine RĂŒckmeldung. Darum ist es nun hier niedergeschrieben.

Large suite with a great small terrace and view over the pool. Service is at a perfect level of attentive but not intrusive. They anticipate pretty much every need before the guest even realises. Convenient 10 minute walk from the main square which is a real experience in the evening. Restaurant was excellent both for the breakfast buffet and for dinner. The country club has a superb pool and is very relaxed.
Cons: Inquiry to the hotel about booking a tour on their website (which is no longer available) received no response until we had already arrived (3 days). The excuse was that the tour desk was closed over the weekend. Just frustrating.

Cons: Solo un pequeño detalle. El viernes bajamos a desayunar a las 7 y media que se supone ya estaba abierto. Si que l9 estaba pero en un alojamiento de esa categorĂa (y por 25 euros el desayuno) no es de recibo que estuviera a medio gas, faltando determinados productos, con poco personal .. Un pequeño lunar en un servicio que nos pareciĂł de primerĂsima categorĂa.

Nous avons passĂ© un magnifique sĂ©jour! LâhĂŽtel est ravissant et lâemplacement est parfait pour visiter le centre de Marrakech, tout se fait Ă pieds! Milles mercis Ă lâensemble du personnel qui est dâun grand professionnalisme et vraiment adorable. Et particuliĂšrement un grand merci Ă Raja, qui a Ă©tĂ© aux petits soins avec nous ! La prochaine fois, nous reviendrons sans hĂ©siter dans votre Ă©tablissement.

Das Hotel hat eine hohe QualitĂ€t in jeder Beziehung zu bieten. Stimmungsvolles Ambiente. Das Personal ist total hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Nachtessen am Pool ist ein Erlebnis und etwas fĂŒr das GemĂŒt. Tolles Ambiente. Das Hotel bietet auch einen stĂŒndlichen Shuttle zu einer hoteleigenen 4 km entfernten tollen Poolanlage. Sehr schön! Das Hotel liegt ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss vom Djemaa el Fna entfernt. Also ideal, etwas weg vom grossen Platz gelegen. Das Hotel hat zu recht einen ausgezeichneten Ruf.
Cons: Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist bei mir nicht im Preis enthalten und auch teuer. So ist auch das Essen generell hochpreisig.

the receptions and hotel staff, every each one of them were fantasticly helpfull and full of knowledge of where and how to visit in the area, they made everything we have asked happen immidiately upto perfection, they made the visit worth while, I must add that especially mr hakkem, mr murad and our driver (who has become our friend) mr yousef and rest of the reception and hotel team, thanking them very much from here with all my heart. thank you dear friends
Cons: just upgrade breakfast little bit more, this is not a complaint, just a friendly advise

The property, boutique, and staff were very nice and helpful. A friend and I went to dinner at the restaurant the first night and our server was excellent, very professional. My friend is a professional chef and she was ecstatic with her dinner. The concierge went above and beyond for me, upgrading my room. I believe her name was Raja (apologies for spelling).
Cons: Actually, oddly, the breakfast was good for fresh juice (although they were always very low on the popular orange juice) and the fresh Moroccan crepes were excellent, but there were a lot of dishes that were sitting out and things were not replaced so they did not look too appetizing to me. Also, I went to the jazz bar once & was disappointed to see the musician start at 7, play a half hour & then take at least a half hour break. I wasnât sure if that was just the one long break (it could have been)) because I didnât want to wait anymore.

C'est un lieu avec une ùme : les différents patios sont magnifiquement décorés, le personnel est chaleureux et prévenant, le hammam un superbe endroit et la piscine chauffée en hiver. Le restaurant est excellent.
Cons: Le buffet du petit dĂ©jeuner est certes variĂ© mais la qualitĂ© des aliments - en particulier le pain , la viennoiserie - est bonne sans ĂȘtre exceptionnelle.. Le manque de luminositĂ© dans la chambre

Fantastic staff, very friendly and welcoming. Great service. The food was very tasty, and they had a lovely Moroccan Wine selection. The hotel is charming and authentic! Itâs in a lovely neighbourhood.
Cons: My room had almost no daylight! However, itâs the room I booked. Overall, the room was okay and large enough.

Everything was perfect (staff, location,cleanliness). You want a good leisure hotel there you go, of course a tiny bit higher in cost but quality cost đđœđ no problem
Cons: The room was a bit tiny but nothing unbearable (I was wondering why the mirrors have marks on it? Was it on purpose or does it need to be changed?)

Lovely furnishings, lovely staff - exceptionally comfortable beds. The dinner we had at the restaurant was Fantastic. The service wonderful. Wonderful live music and delicious food. Their preserved lemon is amazing as is the service.
Cons: My husband had a very good massage but mine wasnât very good - Overpriced and not terribly professional. Probably should have gone for the Hamann⊠Very little natural light in the room but maybe that is to keep it cool.
