I absolutely loved everything about this riad. The staff was always incredibly kind and attentive at all times, making me feel truly welcome. The breakfast was delicious, and a special mention to Princess, the little cat — she is adorable, very friendly, and so affectionate. Everything was spotlessly clean, the riad was very quiet, and I honestly felt like I was at home during my stay. If I ever return to Marrakech, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else — this riad was perfect for me.

Riad Mouna was a lovely place to stay in the Medina. A great location, nice and peaceful, with a lovely and accommodating staff. The room was a little small, but the bathroom was excellent, and we had no complaints! The friendly cat that joined us when we relaxed in the courtyard area of the riad was a nice bonus ;)

Riad ist wunderschön und sauber - ein kleines Märchen aus 1001 Nacht, wenige Minuten vom Platz El Fna !😍 Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und höflich. Das Frühstück war typisch marokkanisch, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Was sehr schön war, dass es die Möglichkeit gab, seine Wäsche waschen zu lassen. Außerdem war die Katze "Princesse" sehr süß♥️

A stunning Riad right in the heart of the medina, but also off down some streets which make it so peaceful. An oasis in a very chaotic city. The staff and especially Ahmed were so incredibly friendly and helped us with any queries we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Marrakech

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Road Mouna. The riad is absolutely beautiful and feels warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The staff truly make the difference: Housseine was incredibly supportive and kind, even helping us with our luggage while we were away in the desert for three days. He was always welcoming and genuinely nice. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was very friendly, and Hind, the cleaning lady, who was always kind and attentive. And of course, Princess the cat is the real star of the house 🐱. We stayed in the suite, and the decoration was stunning — a beautiful blend of Moroccan and French styles. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.
Cons: The only small downside was that the bathtub tap stopped working on our last day, which we mentioned at check-out. Aside from that, everything was great.

由于酒店位于老城，停车不是很方便，提前和工作人员沟通了停车位置，位于酒店附近，但是已经满了，又等了好久才找到停车位，步行到达，酒店在小巷的近端，但是很安全，工作人员很热情，房间很精美，宽敞舒适，有空调，很暖和。酒店离不眠广场很近，出门就是热闹的老城生活。至于早餐，在露台，非常舒适，但是选择比较有限。 总体来说，非常推荐！！

Cons: I personally would like a more substantial breakfast. An omelette or fried eggs, or turkey and cheese slices for example. I had what seemed like sausages elsewhere. Maybe they were made with turkey. I got a "continental" breakfast of honey, strawberry jam, different types of bread, yoghurt, coffee etc. Nothing wrong with it; I would just like something more substantial to set me up for my day. It was fine. It just could have been better.

Posizione comodissima, facile da raggiungere sia da una piazza adiacente dove circolano auto (vi lascia li il taxi) che dalla grande piazza Jemaa El Fna. Facilissimo ritrovarlo, impossibile perdersi. Personale super disponibile. A giorni di distanza ci hanno tenuti per un pomeriggio le valigie in attesa del volo della sera. Stanza comoda e pulita.
Cons: La colazione è servita sul tetto anche in inverno. Quando siamo stati noi (fine dicembre 2025) c'erano 7 gradi alle 8 di mattina. Non è il top appena svegliati. Offrono coperte, ok, ma perchè non organizzarla all'interno..?

Cons: Si vous avez la suite rouge. Vous passerez un séjour très moyen. Car vous serez réveillé à a partir de 6h30/7h. Par les personne qui prépare le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse juste au dessus. Car elle traînent chaises et tables sans scrupules pour votre sommeil. Le petit déjeuner d’ailleurs qui est ridicule. Des viennoiseries d’un autre monde (croissant en plastique!) De la vulgaire baguette Et vous aurez un seul choix sur la variété de viennoiseries local (msemen, crêpe 1000 trou…) Le 3eme jour nous n’avons même pas été car déçu jours précédents, donc je ne sais pas si cela variait encore ou non. Les articles de douche également. Rien ne mousse, pour un shampoing c’est compliqué. Seul le savon essaye de se démarquer mais il faut y aller.

Peaceful riad very close to the hustle and hustle of the souk. Probably the best night's sleep I had during my stay in Morocco this time. Nice room, good shower, comfy bed, decent breakfast. All the crucial things were in place. The riad itself is clearly well cared for. Someone commented that it looked dated. Not sure; maybe there's just an effort to be traditional in the decor. Either way, it was fine by me. I particularly liked the floor tiles on the staircase.
Cons: My only gripe was the noise from building works next door, when we arrived late afternoon, and then again from 9.30 in the morning. We were in a ground floor room, which may have been noisier than elsewhere in the building, I don't know. It would have been nice to have been forewarned about this. For this reason, I'm pleased we only stayed one night. Otherwise I'd have been happy to stay longer.

Ein kleines und feines Hotel zentral gelegen. Wir freuten uns sehr, dass wir über einen Tipp zu diesem sehr schönen und feinen Hotel gefunden hatten. Liebevoll bis ins kleinste Detail ist es mit Stil eingerichtet. Das alte schöne Handwerk kommt so sehr schön zur Geltung. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine herrliche Terrasse mit kleinem Pool. So kann man der Hektik entfliehen und die schöne Stadt von oben geniessen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind äusserst aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und freundlich, herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

De riad lag middenin de souk, echt heel centraal bij het grote plein. Toch was het er heerlijk rustig, je hoorde helemaal niets van de drukte omdat je een klein steegje in moest, zo een 50 meter. Het ligt zo centraal dat eigenlijk alles dichtbij was. Ook de taxi stopte vrij dicht. Ze zijn ontzettend vriendelijk geweest voor ons. Wij bleven maar 1 nacht, we wilden onze koffers daar al laten terwijl we in de woestijn gingen slapen, we wilden om 07.00 al iets van ontbijt mee, we vroegen om 07.00 een taxi en alles was met een glimlach geregeld! Topplekje!

Riad bien situé, pas très loin de la place Jemaa El Fna. Le personnel est agréable et à l'écoute. Concernant le petit déjeuner, si vous souhaitez un petit déjeuner dépaysant passez votre chemin. Pain au chocolat ou croissant et pain, beurre, confiture, café ou thé, jus d'orange, rien qui fasse rêver quand vous êtes au Maroc (Baghrir, msemmens, harchas, sfenj vila ce que nous attendions).
Cons: Nous avions réservé les deux suites du Riad à mon nom pour nous et mon beau-frère. Ce dernier n'a pu se rendre à Marrakech pour des raisons familiales. Nous avons informé la propriétaire du Riad à notre arrivée qui nous a dit qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire pour la réservation. Cependant la suite a été occupée une nuit pendant notre séjour hors que nous n'avions pas annulé la réservation et qu’aucun dédommagement ne nous a été proposé. Nous allons quand même faire remonter l'information à Booking.

The staff (and Princess!) were incredibly friendly and the Riad is beautiful, very clean and in an excellent location. It’s so peaceful, such a welcome contrast to the hustle and bustle of the Medina.
Cons: Whilst all the reception, breakfast and Hammam staff were really welcoming and helpful we were disappointed that on the one occasion we saw Sandrine she completely ignored us. Also we expected to be able to pay by card (as stated on booking.com but in fact the Riad only took cash, this wasn’t a problem but should be made clear to guests prior to arrival.

A most friendly and conveniently placed Riad in the heart of the Medina . It was quiet at night and gave a genuine and authentic experience of a Riad. The breakfast was plentiful.

We booked this for our daughter at the start of her solo trip. This was her impression: Riad Mouna was full of very friendly and helpful people. I only stayed for one night but wish I stayed for longer. Beautiful architecture and lovely rooms. Great breakfast with a view and of course Princess the cat was the best part. Only downside is that it was a little tricky to find but it is a real hidden gem. I will definitely stay here again. Make sure to say bonjour to Princess from me!

The staff were exceptional, they were very friendly and always willing to help and share knowledge/ recommendations. The rooms were perfect for what we needed, very clean and comfy. He went the extra mile when I left my scarf on a tour bus to gain it back for me. I was thrilled. We loved cooling off in the rooftop pool.

Il Riad Mouna si trova in una posizione pazzesca, con pochi passi si raggiungono diverse posizioni d’interesse. Il personale molto accogliente e disponibile in tutte le fasi del soggiorno, questo ci ha permesso di vivere Marrakech in serenità. La colazione ogni mattina era diversa, la signora che la cura si preoccupava di trovare e proporre soluzioni diverse ogni giorno.
Cons: Le uniche pecche del Riad Mouna che abbiamo riscontrato sono veramente superficiali ma meritano l’attenzione dovuta, i rubinetti non dispongono della giusta pressione d’acqua e meritano un po’ di attenzione e manutenzione. Il nostro riposo in camera è stato “disturbato” da alcuni lavori in corso di qualche struttura vicina che si distribuiva in tutte le ore della giornata fino alla sera tardi, mentre, un elemento di “disturbo” che non dipende dal Riad è il fatto che si trova a pochi metri da un Minareto che dalle 5:30 del mattino chiamava i fedeli alla preghiera in più occasioni ci ha svegliato ma ovviamente paese che vai usanze che trovi! Tutto sommato tutto molto bene!

Totul a fost perfect! Hotelul este localizat în inima pieței (souk), dar e foarte liniștit și nu se aude nimic din zgomotul de afară. Are toate facilitățile necesare (aerul condiționat e obligatoriu pe timp de vară, cel puțin). Personal foarte amabil, politicos, pregătit să răspundă nevoilor clienților. Pun la dispoziție și o mini-piscină pe acoperiș, servicii de hammam și masaj (recomand!) și câteva jocuri de societate. Se face curat în cameră în fiecare zi.
Cons: Micul dejun este destul de sărăcăcios, însă cred că la cerere pot face mai multe preparate. Pentru noi nu a fost o problemă, dat fiind că am avut cafea, care era cea mai importantă și ceva patiserie de servit lângă :)

Los súper desayunos servidos en su terraza pudiendo disfrutar de una tranquilidad y de Hind y Amalque nos atendió muuuy bien. Hubicados al lado de la plaza pero no nos enteramos del bullicio de ella. Lo mejor los conserjes Abdelghani y Houssain , nos trataron con un cariño y nos ayudaron en la búsqueda de excursiones, internet, taxi...en fin fue muy triste despedirnos de ellos. The staff were really helpful at reception - we were very well looked after. Breakfast was simple but good. The room was great and the bathroom was lovely and clean. The taxi to the airport was very useful. Wifi was excellent. Overall a great stay.
Cons: The TV did not really work in the room. The breakfast might be better with some more fruit or yogurt options! The location can feel a bit unsafe at night for a tourist. It is a very busy area.

I punti forti di questo Riad sono sicuramente la colazione nella terrazza e la gentilezza del personale addetto alla colazione, e la posizione nel cuore della medina con tutto a portata di mano e a due passi dalla piazza principale. Anche il letto era nonostante tutto abbastanza comodo.
Cons: Non vale per niente il costo della stanza a notte, il condizionatore non funzionava bene e nonostante rimaneva acceso tutta notte faceva davvero troppo caldo in stanza, non usciva aria fredda dal condizionatore. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo dovuto chiedere un cambio asciugamani perché quelli in bagno erano sporchi di marrone, presumo e spero fosse solo ruggine dello stendibiancheria. Il primo giorno non c'era il tappeto per quando esci dalla vasca, credo sia stata una dimenticanza perché il giorno dopo è comparso. Non c'è un gancio per il doccino ed è quindi molto molto scomodo lavarsi. La finestra della stanza dava sulle scale del Riad che a loro volta non avevano finestra e il caldo era davvero soffocante. Le chiavi vanno lasciate in reception ogni volta che si esce e una volta abbiamo dovuto aspettare qualche minuto che venissero ad aprirci, tra l'altro uno dei receptionist era abbastanza infastidito nei nostri confronti ma non abbiamo capito da cosa. Un altro aspetto negativo è la piscina in terrazza, non che volessimo farci il bagno, ma l'acqua era davvero molto sporca e puzzolente, non veniva voglia nemmeno di sedersi vicino (è stata pulita solo il giorno in cui nel Riad era presente la proprietà). Diciamo che per il prezzo di €100 a notte non ha soddisfatto per niente le nostre aspettative, anzi lo abbiamo trovato davvero troppo caro per il servizio che offre. Non ci sentiamo di consigliarlo.

Fabulously beautiful traditional riad very close to all the 'action' but a cool, relaxed and peaceful place to retire to after the excitement of the surrounding area. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and worked hard to make our stay a success, including escorting us through the myriad alleyways to and from the airport taxi drop off and pick up point. The breakfasts on the rooftop were wonderful (selection of bread, pastries, yogurt, crepe, fruit and cheese & jam/honey varied on different days). The room air conditioning was very welcome. Cannot fault it, especially for the price. Be prepared for the fact that it's not Europe, and make sure to enjoy and absorb the cultural differences. And be sure to ask for a map on arrival before venturing out - we made the mistake of not doing so and got hopelessly lost in the souks on our first afternoon - an adventure for sure (we asked directions of a kindly shop owner in the end)!

La décoration du Riad au côté oriental nous met tout de suite dans l'atmosphère. Bien situé , à quelques minutes de la place Jemaa el fna et dans une ruelle du zouk. Si vous arrivez après 13h, sachez que la place est fermée aux taxis par conséquent vous devez marcher et il vaut mieux avoir google maps pour se situer. La chambre était ample et simple. Le petit déjeuner était servi à la terrasse seulement à partir de 8h, avec des produits frais ( jus d'orange pressé, viennoiseries, baguette fraiche etc). Le personel de la réception était tout aussi bien aimable.
Cons: Je dois avouer que durant les 4 nuits passées au Riad, j'ai très mal dormi (la literie n'était pas top et les coussins trop mous) en plus la partie au dessus de la porte et de la fenêtre sont en verre et la lumière du couloir s'y filtrait. De plus c'est extrêmement bruyant , les autres clients ne respectant pas le silence à leur d'arrivée (23h30 ou minuit) m'ont bien empêché de dormir. J'avais demandé s'il était possible de prendre le petit déjeuner avant 8h car j'avais une excursion à 8h15 et on m'a répondu que non car les produits frais n'arrivent pas avant. Alors comment se fait-il que le lendemain en arrivant à 8h je m'aperçois que des personnes avaient déjà déjeuné et la serveuse m'a alors dit qu'il n'y avait pas de problèmes. J'ai pas trouvé ça très élégant de leur part. Je rajouterai que d'avoir un chat c'est très bien mais faut il encore faire en sorte que le canapé situé à l'entrée de la chambre ne sente pas l'urine de chat. La première fois que je suis entrée dans la chambre j'ai bien cru que ça venait de la chambre.

Idéalement situé, hyper calme (sauf la chambre donnant sur la ruelle…), personnels très très attentionnés et serviables. Tout le monde a été aux petits soins pour satisfaire le moindre de nos besoins 😉. Pdj très copieux. Repas du soir plutôt classiques. Cadre envoûtant. Propreté exemplaire. La belle Princesse a adoré nos câlinous 😜. Merci encore 100 fois à Sandrine la manager, Ahmed - Abdoul et Houcine nos 3 adorables réceptionnistes sans oublier nos 2 cuisinières du petit patio bien agréable.

We had a great time at Riad Mouna. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the square. Plenty of restaurants to choose from for every budget. The room was good with a great mattress and the breakfast on the rooftop was such a nice start of the day. The staff were brilliant, lovely bunch of smiley people, giving lots of advices and booking days out for us. It's a really nice place to stay, close to everything.

Nous avons été très contents de revenir , trois ans après , dans ce très joli Riad , très bien situé pour visiter la médina , les monuments ou nombreux musées qui sont pour la plupart magnifiques et variés . De plus , nous avons été ravis de retrouver Abdelghani , Hocine et ses collègues pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse . Ils se sont bien occupés de nous et nous les remercions pour leur professionnalisme .

Molto bella la terrazza dove viene servita la colazione e con libero accesso durante la giornata. Staff eccezionale, sempre disponibile e attento ad ogni nostra esigenza. Le riad est très beau, la chambre aussi, très grande et bien décorée. L'emplacement au sud de la médina et très prêt de la place Jema el Fna est très pratique
Cons: Beaucoup de bruit très tôt le matin, le muezzin à 5h, des gens qui marchent sur le toit, des bruits semblables à des travaux. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus complet (confiture, un vrai jus d'orange pas coupé à l'eau, etc.)

Ho soggiornato in questo al Riad Mouna e posso assicura che è stato oltre le mie aspettative. Il personale molto gentile e premuroso provvedendo ai transfers e ai vari spostamenti per i giardini Majorelle come pure la Sig.ra Sandrine che ha esaudito tutte le mie richieste sempre messagiandoci con booking e dando ottimi consigli per la cena del mio compleanno, Ristorante Grand Bazaar ottima cucina, location ed elegante e soprattutto vicino al Riad sovrastante la famosa piazza. Ma tornando al Riad nulla da eccepire soprattutto la pulizia ottima valida anche la colazione continentale sulla terrazza. Un consiglio per chi ricerca un hotel 5 stelle come in Europa Oriente o USA non vada nei Riad in generale e all'interno della Medina ma nella Marrakech moderna. Inoltre questo Riad si trova a max 5 minuti a piedi dal centro principale e cuore della Medina, la famosa piazza Jamal El Fnaa da dove parte il souk ed altre visite. Il Riad Mouna è molto valido in particolare rapporto qualità/prezzo e se in futuro dovessi ritornare ancora a Marrakech sicuramente soggiornerò qui. Complimenti a Sandrine ed a tutto lo staff Mouna: GRAZIE !!!!!

Nous avons eu la malchance de constater une panne du chauffage de la salle de bain ne pouvant se solutionner au cours du séjour mais ce sont malheureusement des impondérables et le dévouement du personnel fait oublier ce genre de détail.
Cons: Il fait parfois un peu frais le matin pour le petit déjeuner en terrasse. Permettre de le prendre en chambre ou dans les salons communs serait un plus.

Il Riad è in una buona posizione, molto vicino alla piazza Jemaa el Fna. La colazione è molto base, non c'era niente di salato o tipico (pan au chocolat, brioches, pane, burro e marmellata confezionati, caffè e succo) però è stata servita nel sole della terrazza, carina ma non con una vista spettacolare. Il gatto è molto simpatico. Le stanze tutto sommato abbastanza pulite e spaziose.
Cons: Avevamo chiesto se potevano prepararci la colazione al sacco per il giorno successivo in quanto avevamo l'aereo molto presto al mattino e quindi non avremmo potuto usufruirne, ci era stato risposto di sì, senza problemi, ma non l'hanno fatto. i prezzi proposti per i transfer dall'aeroporto sono molto alti rispetto quelli che si possono avere prendendo un taxi direttamente e contrattando un po' (il prezzo giusto per aeroporto-medina è di circa 100dh/10€).

We had a lovely stay at the Riad Mouna! It lived up to all our expectations of a Riad - it is beautifully designed, cosy, and quiet despite being the heart of the medina. We have to mention the incredible hosts at the Riad - Hussain and Ahmed, who were delightful, very helpful, and went out the way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Hussain gave us many tips to navigate through the medina, including the best places to shop. They have a beautiful breakfast spread at the rooftop with fresh breads, and Hussain and Ahmed both kindly arranged for a specific nut butter that is famous in Marrakech when we asked for it, called Amlou . They even arranged early breakfast for us on the day we checked out. The rooms were also very cosy, with comfortable bedding and a lovely bath tub. Overall, I would recommend this Riad to anyone who is visiting Marrakech for the first time. This is a great place to stay.
Cons: There was a little bit of a weird smell in the bathroom. However, we asked Hussain for an Oud stick, which helped. I got a massage at the Riad from a local masseuse, which was very average, I would not recommend this facility.. The price could also have been better, it was a little expensive for the level of facilities.

Esperienza fantastica, siamo stati molto bene! Siamo stati accolti in aereoporto e portati direttamente nel Riad, Riad in pieno centro, a 2 minuto a piedi dalla piazza centrale! La proprietaria ci ha indicato da subito dove mangiare, cosa vedere, un vero punto di riferimento. Tutte le escursioni sono state organizzate dal nostro Riad, camera con pulizia al Top e riscaldata, abbiamo fatto Spa la prima sera, nel Riad stesso, Esperienza rilassante! Esperienza tanto positiva, sicuramente un nostro punto di riferimento in prossimi viaggi in Marrakech! La vera star Princess, anche lei ci ha accolti con delle fusa appena arrivati, ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa! Colazione Occidentale! Non potevamo scegliere di meglio in Marrakech!

Das Riad liegt direkt im Souk. Es ist sehr ruhig und gut erreichbar über eine kleine Gasse. Der Fussweg vom Parkplatz bis zum Riad sind etwa 300 Meter. Die meisten Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und bieten viel Komfort. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist reichlich, eher französisch, und wird auf der Dachterrasse serviert.

Riad Mouna was fantastic!! Firstly the staff are exceptional, really kind and helpful. The room was lovely and the beds were so comfortable. The location was also super, very close to the main square and easy to find (after the first time getting lost). Would highly recommend.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous revenons au riad Mouna, le personnel est toujours très accueillant, de bons conseil, le calme du riad et la proximité de la place sont appréciables. L'excursion jusqu'à la vallée de l'Ourika et les transferts jusqu'à l'aéroport étaient bien organisés, on a apprécié. Petit déjeuner parfait, très belle terrasse. Les chambres sont propres et décorées avec soin. Un séjour exceptionnel. Merci riad Mouna!

The staff is so so nice, everyone welcomed us in a lovely way. Location is good - if you don't mind staying close to the agitated life of Marrakesh; if you prefer quiet, I would choose someplace further from the main square. Breakfast was simple but very pleasant. Would book this place again for sure!
Cons: Wifi is very slow in case you need it for an important meeting, downloading heavy files. If you want to stay in a quiet area, I would opt for a different location. Our bathroom was not ventilated.

Tuttavia, abbiamo avuto un’esperienza meno piacevole con un uomo alla reception, solitamente presente nel pomeriggio o la sera, che si è dimostrato piuttosto scontroso e poco incline ad aiutare. Quando abbiamo chiesto di stampare i nostri biglietti, ci ha risposto che la stampante non funzionava e che avremmo dovuto chiedere al collega la mattina seguente. Mi è sembrato strano che la stampante potesse ‘riprendere’ a funzionare magicamente il giorno dopo, lasciandomi l’impressione che non avesse voglia di fare il favore. Al nostro arrivo, ci ha subito chiesto di saldare la tassa di soggiorno di 15 euro, come prima cosa dopo un rapido saluto, il che è stato un po’ brusco. Alla richiesta di pagare con carta, ha reagito dicendo: 'Per 15 euro? Con la carta di credito? Assolutamente no.' Un atteggiamento non proprio ospitale, insomma. A parte questa esperienza, tutto il resto è stato perfetto! - Le personnel, en général, a été très gentil et toujours très serviable. Cependant, nous avons eu une expérience moins agréable avec un homme à la réception, habituellement présent l’après-midi ou en soirée, qui s'est montré assez désagréable et peu enclin à aider. Lorsque nous lui avons demandé s'il pouvait imprimer nos billets, il nous a répondu que l'imprimante ne fonctionnait pas et que nous devions demander à son collègue le lendemain matin. Il m'a semblé étrange que l'imprimante puisse 'recommencer' à fonctionner comme par magie le jour suivant, ce qui m'a laissé l'impression qu'il n'avait pas envie de nous rendre ce service. À notre arrivée, il nous a immédiatement demandé de régler la taxe de séjour de 15 euros, comme première chose après un rapide bonjour, ce qui nous a semblé un peu abrupt. À notre demande de payer par carte, il a répondu : 'Pour 15 euros ? Par carte de crédit ? Absolument pas.' Un accueil pas très chaleureux, en somme.

A spectacularly beautiful place, conveniently close to the Jemaa el Fnaa and all the souks and main sights of Marrakech. We were taken care of superbly by the staff who kept us plied with ample mint tea whilst we rested our tired feet at the rooftop terrace. Best hammam experience I've ever had.

O jajecznicę trzeba było się prosić. Personel mówi w języki francuskim i nie zna różnicy między jajecznicą i omletem. Wszystko było podane w formie jaj sadzonych. Na szczęście jogurt nie był słodki. Jak wszędzie słaby dżem z cukrem i okropny serek topiony. Pieczywo to bagietka tylko.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, they have TV in all languages but it keeps going off, you need to keep resetting the box. Cons: The pool was not clean even if it was "cleaned" every day. A layer of paricals on the bottom that stired up if you put youre feet in. The rooms on the entreance floor is maybe a bit cooler than the rest but the windows is facing in to the common area and you hear everything going on in the riad. Which also means they hear you! The breakfast was differnt fom day to day always a bit to small No egg, cheese or other protein. Just bread and jam. We arrived at night and they wanted us to pay on arrival but the amount was wrong! Lucklily we noticed that, othervise it could have been an expencive stay.

El trato del personal fue exquisito. No recordamos su nombre, pero agradecemos enormemente la ayuda de la persona que cubría el turno de noche. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas, tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Se respira mucha paz en el interior del Riad, a pesar de su cercanía con la plaza. La ubicación, inmejorable. El desayuno, fabuloso. Nos imprimieron las tarjetas de embarque, incluso al día siguiente de habernos ido, ya que pasábamos la última noche en el desierto. Repetiría seguro. Recomendable al 100%.

Riad pulito nel centro di Marrakesh. Posizione ottima.
Cons: Accoglienza un po' fredda del personale. Per la prima volta in Marocco, accolti senza the nè bottoglia d'acqua di benvenuto. Grande attenzione anche a piccole somme di denaro, la richiesta di 10 diram per la stampa della carta d'imbarco e di 5 diram per la conversione euro/diram per la tassa di soggiorno mi sono sembrati onestamente gesti evitabili e ineleganti (unico caso in 2 settimane in Marocco). Colazione sufficiente servita in terrazzo in piena estate e quindi compagnia delle numerosi api. E se si è allergici alla puntura d'ape? Forse è il caso di attrezzarsi per servirla anche all'interno, almeno in estate?! Alla richiesta di anticipare di 15 minuti la colazione per il giorno successivo, siamo riusciti ad ottenere un caffè e una brioche fredda non senza difficoltà. La "piscina" è in realtà una vasca. Stanza che non ci è stata rifatta dopo la prima notte. Difficile comunicazione in Inglese. Rapporto qualità/prezzo che ho trovato migliore in altri posti del Marocco.

Das Riad ist sehr zentral, aber ruhig gelegen. Der Djemaa El Fna ist drei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, vor allem am Abend wenn es dort lauter wird ist die Musik nur auf der dachterasse zu hören, die Zimmer sind gut isoliert und man hört keinen Lärm von draußen. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Ein Tee wurde immer angeboten. Das Frühstück variiert täglich etwas und ist immer sehr lecker gewesen!! Der kleine Pool auf der Dachterasse ist ein perfekter Ort um sich abzukühlen und die Ruhe zu genießen - klein aber fein. Wir würden uns jederzeit nochmals für das Riad Mouna entscheiden, da es sehr zentral ist, um Marrakech zu erkunden, aber auch eine Ruhe von sich gibt.

Muy buena atención del personal, muy dispuestos y amables. Riad precioso en una buenísima ubicación pero a la vez muy tranquila y fácil de encontrar. El desayuno estaba muy rico y la habitación cómoda y espaciosa.
Cons: Elegimos este alojamiento porque tenia piscina, pero en realidad es más pequeña y descuidada de lo que se ve en las fotos, aunque no nos importó porque finalmente no tuvimos tiempo de usarla. Llegamos muy tarde en la noche y hubiera estado bien tener una botella de agua de cortesía en la habitación, pues no pudimos comprar agua en ningún lugar y tampoco en el propio hotel.

Location of the Riad is very near to the Jemaa El-fna Square, a place that transforms into something spectacular at night (a must see)! Hotel staff very helpful. Thank you to Ahmed and Hussain (hope I spelled their names right). Very relaxing and quiet suite room to rest after going round busy Marrakech. Great communication from the management. Oh, and not to forget the Hammam and massage service, it was amazing!👌👌👌Highly recommended. P.S. My girls loved Princess, the hotel's adorable cat, who loved staying inside their room 😍

La ubicación que está a 5 minutos de la plaza,los desayunos con esas tortitas caseras servidos en la terraza y para el personal del riad un 10, con ellos cogimos los traslados,la excursión a Essaouira y un guía que nos llevó por el zoco y todo genial y muy bien organizado,además nos hemos entendido muy bien con ellos porque hablaban un poco castellano,sin duda si volvemos repetiremos.
Cons: La verdad que me gustó todo lo único que la pequeña piscina que tienen arriba estaba todavía sin limpiar y fue una pena no poder pegarnos un chapuzón después de llegar acalorados de patear Marrakech

Cons: Appena arrivati non ci hanno offerto il thè, come invece hanno fatto tutti gli altri Riad in cui eravamo stati, e hanno richiesto subito il pagamento senza accettare carta di credito. Inoltre, siccome non c'era nessuno al nostro arrivo, il personale per scusarsi del ritardo ci disse di essere andato a comprarci un regalo che non abbiamo mai ricevuto. Tutte e due le prime sere abbiamo trovato le blatte e scarafaggi nella stanza. Gli asciugamani, che avevamo chiesto di cambiare, non ci sono stati sostituiti per tre giorni. Infine, la piscina era molto sporca, inutilizzabile.

Riad muito confortável. Muito perto da praça principal. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Uma nota especial para o Hussein que nos recebeu muito bem e estava sempre disponível para ajudar. Fizemos também o hamman na riad e foi muito bom.

Il riad era in una posizione fantastica, organizzazione ottima anche con belle gite ad Essaouira e nel deserto ; il padrone del riad un po' troppo furbo non accontendosi della bella somma pagata per i viaggi ha effettuato un cambio euro-dirahm a suo vantaggio per 18€ in più che brutta figura!!!
