Mijn dochter kreeg een allergische reactie en moest meteen naar het ziekenhuis (kliniek) er werd meer dan hun best gedaan om te helpen en hebben enorm geholpen ❤️ we werden teruggebracht door de hotel eigenaar die bij aankomst in de kliniek op ons wachtte! En is gebleven tot we terug naar het hotel werden gebracht door zijn neef, wij vlogen volgende dag terug en werden gebracht door de transfer van het hotel dit kregen we ook weer cadeau! Als we gebleven waren mochten we ook gratis gebruik maken van de hamam! Maar we zijn toch vertrokken! Een warm gevoel blijft over voor de eigenaar en het personeel van het hotel ❣️

The location was excellent, walking distance to most of the attractions around the Medina. The decor of the whole place was breathtaking and tastefully put together. My room was big and adequate and everything worked.The staff was super helpful and willing to go out of their way to help and make me comfy during my stay.
Cons: I would have given this Riad a hundred percent rating if only the breakfast was more exciting. There was very little variation and the breakfast got boring after three days. The orange juice though was sooo good.

Colazione: Era di tipologia "Menù fisso", con una serie di piatti locali e non e la possibilità di scegliere tra caffè e tè. In questo modo ho potuto assaggiare alcuni cibi locali (ad es. yogurt, zuppa, ...). Viene fornito un piatto a base di uova e cose dolci (torta, crepes). Tutto buono. Camera/Riad: l'arredamento del riad è molto bello e la camera ha lo stile architetturale di Marrakech. Il bagno è moderno. Comunicazione: Staff gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutare con le richieste. Rooftop: ha un bel rooftop con tanti tavolini e un mini solarium e una piscina molto piccola per rinfrescarsi. Sicuramente bello da usare in estate (io purtroppo sono stata a Dicembre quindi non ne ho usufruito)
Cons: Colazione: si fa colazione sul rooftop. Sarebbe molto bello ma pioveva moltissimo ed essendo aperto faceva un po' freddo. Camera/Riad: la camera da tre risulta piccola. Per una notte va bene perchè con bagagli limitati ma per soggiorni più lunghi non c'è tantissimo spazio per valigie grandi. Pulizia ok ma migliorabile. Pagamenti: per i servizi extra (ad esempio taxi) viene richiesto il pagamento in contanti, sebbene precedentemente condiviso che sarebbe stato fatto tramite carta di credito. Se prenotate un taxi fatevi dare il numero del driver da subito perchè abbiamo avuto difficoltà a contattarlo per il transfer verso l'aeroporto.

Nous avons aimé l'accueil très chaleureux en arrivant, l'emplacement et les déjeuners qui étaient typiques et copieux.
Cons: Dans un premier temps, on nous a mentionné avoir été surclassés mais la chambre était minuscule. Ils étaient en pleine rénovation et ça ne nous avait pas été nommé au préalable. Beaucoup de bruits en journée, rooftop non accessible pour relaxer (il y avait des ouvriers partout qui nous regardaient bizzarement), piscine vidée, forte odeur de peinture dans la chambre. Étant près de l'accueil, nous entendions absolument tout ce qui se passait de notre chambre, ce qui nous réveillait tard le soir (arrivées de touristes). Nous avions pris une entente de transfert pour une activité, information qui n'avait pas été communiqué et qu'il a fallu s'obstiner pour avoir le service. De notre avis, l'hébergement ne vaut clairement pas ce prix en lien avec d'autres hébergements que nous avons eu à Marrakech.

I gave this stay a 9/10 because everything was nearly perfect. The atmosphere and service were excellent. My only suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast, as it was a bit light and lacked variety. Aside from that, it was a wonderful stay!

Reception and all staff were very welcoming. They took great care of us and carried our luggage up and down the stairs for us. Very nice tea and coffee upon arrival with some good biscuits. The Riad is very well located, clean and staff very accommodating.
Cons: The low score reflects the very poor value for money. We paid over €500 per room per night (admittedly during the New Year period), which is completely disproportionate to what Riad Hamdane offers. The room was very basic, the bathroom extremely small, and the shower water pressure was low. Breakfast was also basic and served on the rooftop, where it was so cold that we had to wear our coats while eating. In addition, the alley leading to the riad is very shabby and uninviting. Overall, the experience did not come close to justifying the price paid.

The people working at the stay were really nice and helpful. The Riad is beautiful with a nice rooftop. Location very central and close to the medina square, but quiet enough. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Rooms are matching the pictures.
Cons: Value for money is not great, the property is quite expensive for Marrakech. We visited in December and the breakfast is served on the open rooftop terrace, which was quite cold in the morning. Breakfast service is not quick, take into account 30-40mins for breakfast (considering the cold, not great).

Die Lage ist der optimale Ausgangspunkt um diese Stadt zu erkundigen, mitten in der Medina. Wir konnten alles zur Fuß erreichen. Der Riad war sauber und sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für einen Erstbesucher ist der Fußweg durch enge Gassen etwa schwierig und wir hatten den Hoteltransfer gebucht, was ich empfehlen kann!

Fijn hotel met een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. De kamers zijn netjes en comfortabel, en de ligging is ideaal: dicht bij de belangrijkste toeristische bezienswaardigheden, waardoor je veel te voet kunt doen. Zeker een aanrader als je centraal wilt verblijven zonder te veel te betalen.
Cons: Een klein minpunt was dat de deur van de kamer niet goed afsloot. Dit gaf soms een minder veilig gevoel en is iets waar het hotel wat aandacht aan zou mogen besteden.

Ce riad est particulièrement bien placé, très propre et de très bonne qualité. En 2 min à peine, se trouve la plage Jemaa el fna et les souks. Le personnel est absolument sympathique. Le patron a même été très a l'écoute et présent pour traiter nos demandes. Le spa et le massage sont à l'image du reste des prestations de ce riad : au top. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, avec un sentiment de sécurité et d'être les bienvenus. Je sais où aller quand nous retournerons à Marrakech !

Die Lage des Riad‘s ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Stadt. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, die auf den ersten Blick nicht sehr einladend wirkt, öffnet sich jedoch die Tür des Riad ist das schon vergessen. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber schön. Il riad è molto bello e si trova in una posizione davvero eccellente nella Medina. La struttura è curata nei dettagli e l’estetica complessiva è piacevole.
Cons: Tuttavia, gli spazi vivibili risultano decisamente limitati rispetto alla capacità della struttura. Ho alloggiato al piano terra e, oltre alla totale mancanza di privacy, è stato impossibile rilassarsi: il via vai continuo degli ospiti era costante, complice il numero elevato di camere, circa quaranta. Anche la zona piscina, pur essendo scenografica, è poco funzionale: lo spazio è ridottissimo e sono disponibili soltanto quattro lettini, sempre occupati, rendendo difficile trascorrere momenti di tranquillità.

När det blev fler gäster så fick man sitta och vänta på allt, istället för att gå och hämta vad man ville! Varför ställer man inte en kanna på varje bord? Små logistikproblem som man tydligen inte ser eller uppfattar.

The location is right in the heart of the madina if you want to be close to this and the hussle and crazy streets then recommend staying here. The staff are lovely and the breakfast on the rooftop each morning was a nice extra.

A very beautiful riad located right in the old center, decorated with great taste. Upon arrival we were greeted with cookies and tea, very nice ! A very modern rooftop, where you can eat a very good breakfast, impeccable service. There is a SPA that we haven't tried.
Cons: We got the only room on the ground floor near checkin desk and lounge area, where it was quite noisy and lacked privacy. We requested another room but we didn't receive it. Keep in mind that riads do not have windows and you feel like you have no air, the room's only window opens inwards to the common hall, in our case to the lounge area. We didn't like that there wasn't a minibar considering it's very hot and we would have liked to drink cold water. The bathroom door creaked terribly. I would like to make some recommendations for the comfort of future guests : repair the shower leak and sink leak !

The staff are fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so friendly. The location is also superb; really central and handy for everywhere. While we didn’t spend much time there the rooftop is beautiful and was a lovely location for breakfast. We had a hammam in the spa which was superb and I would highly recommend. Staying in this Riad in the Medina made our trip extra special.

Cons: Because our flight was delayed we arrived at night and in the dark. It was a scary experience navigating the many lanes to the Riad. There were a lot of men at different locations and we felt scared and vulnerable but this was just our experience and we just want to let people know who are arriving at dark to be prepared for this experience. It was nice enough during the day.

"il faut mettre la climatisation !!"...très écologique et en plus elle ne fait quasiment pas d'air chaud ! - Beaucoup de chaines de television françaises...mais visiblement disponibles que le soir ! - Oreillers énormes = torticolis assuré - les chambres ne valent certainement pas 200€ ! - petit déjeuner agréable mais après 9 heures = thé amer et froid, café tiède ! - insistance chaque soir à la réception pour savoir si on va prendre le pdj (bon passe encore) mais surtout lourde insistance pour venir vers 8h30/9h00 !! grasse matinée interdite même si on vous annonce le pdj jusqu'à 11h. - piscine... bon ben c'est un bassin en fait - les photos sont beaucoup plus belles que la réalité En résumé, quand on veut faire des prix d'hôtel de luxe, il faut que les prestations soient à la hauteur ! et ce n'est pas vraiment le cas. Employés sympathiques comme très souvent mais la prestation de la réception doit être améliorée. En fait, le prix des logements dans la Médina de Marrakech sont complètement fous. On vie chez l’habitant on est au petit soin personnalisé, vos besoins et envie à n’importe quelle heure, l’insertion dans la vie profonde du souk et de la vie marocaine ne peux pas être plus efficace et confortable.
Cons: Alors je préviens les gens habitués aux espaces grands luxes des 5 étoiles il faut un temps d’adaptation et comprendre cette philosophie. Mais grâce à ce Riad c’est rapide. Where to begin, the positioning is just perfect. 6 minutes from Jemaa el-Fnaa in the heart of the Medina in a quiet street. Everything you need is right away. The staff is adorable and the services are amazing, anything you need they will provide, they will advise you the best places in Marrakech and guide your first visit. Their presence, kindness, professionalism really elevated a already amazing stay. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, we came in a quick two day city trip with the intent to spend as little time as possible in the Riad, well at the end we didn’t even want to leave the premises. Its clean (really clean), the room are super comfortable and well equipped, the common areas are really nice and comfy. The breakfast and dinner are perfect and filled us. The pool is just what you need to survive the Marrakech heat. I will definitely come back and this became my number one spot in Marrakech. Big Thanks to Souleyman and Ayman and the rest of the staff.

The Riad was excellent. The rooms were clean and the location in the Medina was great. Despite being close to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, the facility was quiet and secluded. The Air Conditioning was very cold, and it was nice to have a swimming pool to beat the heat. The staff was very accommodating to our requests and pleasant to interact with. We would stay here again.
Cons: One of the nights, the staff had a gathering on the roof, and the noise made it difficult to sleep until 2 am.

We had a lovely stay at Riad Hamdane. The riad itself is beautifully decorated and has a great atmosphere. Its location is excellent, as it's very close to the main square and many of the main sights are within easy walking distance. The room was good, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. The small rooftop pool was a very pleasant surprise and was perfect for a quick dip. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating to all our needs, which made a huge difference. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we would recommend it.
Cons: As for the negatives, there was a bad smell in the room, which may have been because it was on the ground floor. Additionally, the shower could be improved with a shower door or a shower curtain.

Alojamiento muy bonito y cuidado muy cerca de las zonas principales de Marrakech. Es fácil de localizar con el gps. Las habitaciones son modernas, bien equipadas y espaciosas. Los desayunos están muy bien y son abundantes, teníamos una excursión muy temprano y nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar antes de que llegara el personal de cocina. Cuentan con su propio spa y el hammam fue muy agradable.

the experience was below the expectations, but what make it better was the staff !! they have an amazing Staff !! Hosny And the waiters ( i forgot there name during both shifts ) are exceptional friendly and professional. they recommended us an exceptional restaurants and places to visit.
Cons: in of the rooms the AC was not working and they helped us to change it , the hot water was not working in the bathrooms, the pool was so dirty , we asked to clean it they said that the pump is an automatic and it turn on every hour which it was not the situation and they came to clean it manually. the management proposed to us a compensation which we didn't accept it and they offered the drinks we took during our stay for free.

We received a warm welcome from staff on arrival and every time we returned to the accommodation. The staff were also always interested in what we were up to. The room for our first night was not as booked, however, this was rectified the following day and we were also upgraded. The location of the Riad, just a short walk from the square and the souks, was perfect. Although very close to the hustle and bustle, the Road was also very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast each morning was a bonus and Nour, our waiter, was always so welcoming and attentive. The pool is a good size for a Riad and we were able to get a sun bed by the pool every day with fresh towels and drinks available to purchase. Thank you to all the staff, especially Housni and Eissem, for making our stay so wonderful!
Cons: Our only recommendation would be a shower screen so the floor didn’t get so wet after showering but everything was fantastic!

-Muy buena ubicación. A unos 5 minutos caminando de la Plaza Jema El-Fna. Aunque no puedes acceder hasta el propio hotel en taxi debido a que las calles son estrechas, tienes la opción de llegar a una parada de taxis muy cercana (aprox. 5 minutos caminando). De todas formas dentro de la Medina queda todo bastante cerca para hacerlo caminando. -Desayuno muy completo. Cada día han ido variando y te lo sirven todo ellos a la mesa. Durante nuestra estancia probamos diferentes variedades de panes y dulces típicos, zumo de naranja natural, yogur,tortillas, huevos fritos, mermeladas, pasas, chocolate para untar, café, té... -Personal muy atento. -Todo muy limpio y nuevo.
Cons: -Un día tuvimos que esperar más de 30 minutos esperando a que nos sirvieran el desayuno, cuando el día anterior nos preguntaron a que queríamos desayunar. -La habitación no tiene nevera (muy útil en temporadas de calor para poder tener agua fresca en la habitación). Una noche que quise conseguir algún refresco por el hotel fue difícil ya que no había mucho personal para atenderte y tampoco tenían muchas opciones. -La caja fuerte de nuestra habitación estaba descolgada (no estaba asegurada a ninguna parte fija de la habitación) y la puerta no funcionaba correctamente. Por lo tanto no se pudo llegar a utilizar. -El precio del transporte (ofrecido por el hotel) para ir al aeropuerto es de 25 euros cuando por 10 euros puedes conseguir un taxi en el mismo lugar donde también cogerías el transporte que ellos te ofrecen... -Quizá estaría bien algo de fruta en los desayunos y el café no era demasiado bueno. De hecho recomiendo que toméis el café excelente que hemos llegado a tomar en cafeterías locales.

La struttura è un classico Riad con ingresso, due piani di camere e uno finale in cui si fa colazione. Ogni giorno vengono cambiate le asciugamani e la stanza viene sistemata. La colazione è abbondante e con prodotti tipici marocchini. L'accoglienza è il loro punto di forza, Issm alla reception è sempre pronto a dare consigli e il personale in generale è accogliente e premuroso. La posizione è strategica, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale, dai souk e da tutte le attrazioni principali. Se torno in Marocco, torno sicuramente in questo riad. Consigliatissimo!

Wonderful location right in the Medina but away from noise. 5 minutes to Jemaa el-Fnaa square where the heart of the Medina chaos is. Stayed late June & property was quiet so we had the roof pool area to ourselves each afternoon. Air con in the room is a must as it gets quite warm in Marrakesh. Staff were all great & organised our lift from the airport & to the bus station when we left. They also arranged a personal tour guide who took us to the palace the school & all through the markets of the medina. You can easily get lost in there. I’d definitely recommend the transfers as it can be difficult to find. A driver will drop you just outside & then a man with a barrow will take your luggage & lead you through to the Riad. If you’re planning on visiting the heart of Marrakech then you can’t go wrong staying here.

Die Unterkunft in der Medina lag sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Ab der Hauptstrasse ist es ein kleiner Gehweg von ca. 2 Minuten bis man am Riad ankommt. Wir zwei Frauen fühlten uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt sicher, diesen Weg zu gehen. Man muss sich keine Sorgen machen. Das Personal (grundsätzlich alle Menschen die wir in Marrakesch kennengelernt haben) sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das lokale Frühstück ist mit viel Liebe zubereitet worden. Alles war frisch & schmeckte echt lecker. Auch wenns kein europäisches Frühstück ist - lassen Sie sich darauf ein. Sie werden überrascht!

Tout le staff vraiment au top, Issam le manager à l'accueil s'est littéralement plié en 4 pour que tout se passe bien avec plein de petites attentions tout au long du séjour. Quelques petits couacs, mais vite oubliés grâce à la gentillesse et l'efficacité de toute l'équipe. Les hôtes du petit déjeuner nous ont accueilli tous les matins sur le rooftop avec le sourire pour un super breakfast marocain. Idem pour les dames de l'entretien, d'une discrétion rare toujours avec le sourire. Somme toute, une superbe expérience. Merci à tous, je reviendrai!

If you come to Morocco and don’t stay in a Riad, you’re missing out on an essential part of the authentic Moroccan experience - that being said, the Hamdane Ria is beautiful and well located within the Medina, close to the main square and the souks. The staff at the Riad are very friendly and do their best to help you — booking restaurants and airport transfers, for example.
Cons: The first room was very small and barely had enough space for our luggage so we had to ask to change it. There was also an issue with the hot/cold water that wasn’t fully resolved during our stay.

La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, con un rooftop stupendo dove si fa colazione accanto alla piscina. All’arrivo, dopo il caldo del viaggio, siamo stati accolti con tè marocchino e biscotti locali: un gesto davvero gradito. Le camere sono pulitissime, profumate e ben arredate, con letti comodissimi e bagno moderno. Il personale è straordinario: Housni e tutto lo staff sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Ci hanno aiutato anche con telefonate in arabo e offerto l’upgrade gratuito alla camera superior. Colazione abbondante e deliziosa, con prodotti locali spiegati con cura. Prezzo giusto per la qualità offerta. Prenotato con offerta Genius, ma vale ogni euro speso.

Cons: One big irritation was that the hotel would not take a credit card, and wanted the payment at the hotel in local currency. As I was covering the cost of three rooms for several nights, this required visiting multiple ATMs multiple times. Another irritation was that the (apparently new) waitress for breakfast was very disorganized (forgot to order the eggs one morning, delivered empty coffee carafes several times, forgot other requests repeatedly)...very sweet girl, and I'm sure she'll be fine once she learns what to do, but our first meal of the day was chaotic every time. So was our trip to the airport. Despite booking this well in advance, the driver was half an hour late, so it was fortunate that our flight was also delayed. Pictures of pool are misleading...it is really tiny.

Un vrai bonheur de rentrer à chaque fois dans ce Riad, ou l’équipe d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. La chambre était agréable. Le lieu est idéal à deux pas de la place. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Ma compagne est allergique aux produits laitiers. Il lui a été proposé d’aller acheter du lait végétal vraiment fantastique. C’est pour ça que j’ai mis d’ailleurs 10/10 🙏🏻 Merci encore.

Riad Hamdane is a peaceful haven, perfectly located a few minutes walk from the main square. We found it a blissful retreat from the busy city, so peaceful and quiet inside. The service we received from all staff was excellent, but in particular, Housni Ussam and Ayoub. The staff went above and beyond, we were greeted with mint tea and local refreshments, our room was made up beautifully everyday and the staff gave us great recommendations in the city. Breakfast was also fabulous. I’d definitely recommend this stay.

On a adoré la situation géographique à la fois en plein cœur de la médina mais en même temps dans une rue extrêmement calme très appréciable pour de bonnes nuits de sommeil . On encore plus apprécié Le personnel qui a été aux petits soins durant tout notre séjour et vraiment de bons conseils ( une mention spéciale à Issam et Hosni ! ) mais également aux serveurs et à la cuisinière qui nous a préparé des petits déjeuner FRAIS et COPIEUX chaque matin ! Les chambres étaient impeccables avec Menage refait tous les jours . Le Riad est très spacieux et vraiment magnifique ! Wir sind ca. um 10.30 Uhr im Riad angekommen und hätten eigentlich das Frühstück erst am Folgetag im Preis inbegriffen gehabt. Da haben wir freundlich gefragt, da wir sehr hungrig waren, ob wir dennoch etwas zu Frühstück bekommen könnten, wir würden auch etwas bezahlen. (Frühstückszeit ist von 8-11). Da bekamen wir eine riesen Sache an den Tisch gebracht mit Omlett, Brot, Fruchtsalat, Tee etc. sehr freundlich. Verrechnet wurde es uns nicht. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Häufig als wir am Abend retour kamen (ca. 00.00 Uhr) wurden wir gefragt, ob wir noch gerne ein Tee hätten und haben immer bekommen, wenn wir gewünscht haben.
Cons: Leider fanden wir das SPA-Angebot etwas sehr teuer, weswegen wir dieses auch nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Massage war unserer Meinung nach zu teuer (EUR 90). Da haben wir es dann sein lassen.

Wonderful! The position is strategic to visit Marrakech since it is close to all the main attractions and it is just 5 mins walking from Place Jemaa El Fna! The Riad is beautiful, it is clean and the breakfast is so amazing! The personnel is kind and willing to satisfy any request! Many many thanks to Issam and Housni for taking care of us and all our requests since the pre-arrival with a lot of messages exchange and during our stay! We had a great time in this Riad and we definitely suggest it to anybody who is willing to visit Marrakech!
Cons: Considering the price per night, that is quite high, I would have expected some more special attentions and special amenities. Also the price of the extras (like transfers and guided tours and SPA) is not cheap. In conclusion, everything is very good but for this price it could be made exceptional in my opinion. Finally, we had an unforeseen event with the Hammam that we booked for the morning that was not working (the Riad fixed the problem in the afternoon), we would have appreciated to be informed before and not just when we showed up at the reception to enjoy the service (we had to reorganise our day quickly and we did’t like this).

This Riad is in an excellent location, but still quiet at night. The room was a good size, clean and the bed comfy. Breakfast on the roof terrace was very good and the staff were always helpful

Every member of staff were so friendly and beyond helpful. It was so close to the main square and the rooftop was a gorgeous place to hang out in the sun. We got the traditional Moroccan Mint Tea on arrival and any questions we had they were more than happy to help. The front desk staff were so accommodating and the Riad it's self was fabulous.

Hemos pasado unos días inolvidables. El personal de la recepción, así como los que nos atendían durante el desayuno son muy atentos y agradables. Atendieron todas nuestras necesidades siempre con una sonrisa. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, está tan cerca de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna que tienes todo a tiro de piedra y puedes incluso acercarte al riad en cualquier momento a cambiarte. La struttura ci è piaciuta molto, vicinissimo alla piazza Jemaa el-Fna (circa 7 minuti a piedi). Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto facendoci accomodare su dei divanetti e offrendoci del tè alla menta e dei biscotti tipici marocchini. La colazione stratosferica e abbondante! Il secondo giorno ci hanno anche dato la possibilità di farla alle 7:00 perché dovevamo partire presto per un’escursione. La camera (una quadrupla) è piuttosto spaziosa e il bagno molto bello e moderno. La terrazza in cima al riad è molto grande e tranquilla e offre un’ampia vista sui dintorni. Lo staff è veramente eccezionale: sorridenti, disponibili e gentilissimi! Rapporto qualità-prezzo okay!
Cons: Purtroppo ci siamo rimasti un po’ male per la piscina: è un servizio messo a disposizione che però non è curato, infatti piuttosto sporca e fredda (quindi non ne abbiamo usufruito). Infine, la camera aveva al suo interno molta umidità e di conseguenza c’era della muffa (la si vedeva e la sentiva persino nell’aria, probabilmente questo anche per mancanza di finestre nella nostra camera). Detto questo, ci torneremmo comunque.

We travel with 2 kids (7 and 8 yo) and we came to Marrakech for vacation. Our stay at Riad Hamdane was wonderful - location is excellent, literally up to 5 minutes" walk to Jemaa el Fnaa. Room was spacious - 1 large double bed and 2 single beds, all very comfortable. Bathroom is also nice and has all the necessary amenities - towels are changed daily, toiletries are also available, as well as a hair dryer. Breakfast included both savoury (eggs) and sweet choices, fresh pressed juice, coffee, tea. The best part of our stay was Riad Hamdane's team - Isaam has been truly invaluable - helped us with organizing a daily trip to Essaouira, a taxi ride to the train station, gave us tips for a stroll through the city. Hammam and massage were also great and the whole family enjoyed the experience. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Recommended!

Das Personal (Issam und Kollege) war mega freundlich und man konnte sich mit allen Belangen an sie wenden. Frühstück gab es sogar bis 11.00 Uhr, was super war. Das Hammam mit Massage i.H. war auch sehr gut. Das Riad liegt sehr zentral in der Medina, Wege sind zwar zum Teil etwas weiter, aber alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Ansonsten stehen Taxen und Rikschas in ca. 500 m Entfernung zur Verfügung. Was man dazu sagen muss, wir hätten das Riad nicht gefunden, hätte uns nicht ein netter Marokkaner den Weg gezeigt. Außen ist kein Schild mit dem Namen des Riad angebracht - sehr verwinkelt.
Cons: Das Personal beim Frühstück versteht leider die Wünsche die man äußert nicht so gut - z.B. bestellt man gekochtes Ei, bekommt man Spiegelei.....und es dauert alles etwas länger.....andere Länder andere Sitten :-)

For a first time visitor the walk is difficult along narrow streets which could give a bad first impression. We had a great hotel Porterwho walked to our taxi to meet us which was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff. A special thank you to Issam, Abdullah, Ayub, and Ashraf for looking after us so well. The riad was spotless, smelled wonderful, and the breakfast was fantastic. Their hammam and massage services were excellent. You can ask for tea anytime, and they happily provide it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. When our flight got canceled, Issam went above and beyond to help us rebook at a discounted rate and even offered a late checkout since the room was available. This will be our go-to riad whenever we return to Marrakesh. We are truly grateful for the incredible hospitality! And special thank you to Issam.

Il Riad (struttura tipica dell’architettura marocchina) è molto suggestivo, pulito e curato nei dettagli. La struttura è dotata di un Hamman con la possibilità di effettuare un massaggio. Esperienza da provare assolutamente anche in rapporto al prezzo davvero onesto. L’ospitalità e la gentilezza dello staff hanno completato il piacevole soggiorno.

Sam hotel jest bardzo czysty i dobrze utrzymany, ale to, co wyróżnia to miejsce, to absolutnie wyjątkowy personel. Już od momentu przyjazdu czuliśmy się zaopiekowani – odebrano nas z taksówki i zaprowadzono do riadu, co było bardzo pomocne, szczególnie za pierwszym razem. Polecam skorzystać z transferu oraz pomocy przy bagażach. Śniadania serwowane na dachu były cudowne – domowe, smaczne, i w pięknej atmosferze. Obsługa dbała o każdy detal i sprawiała, że czuliśmy się jak w domu. Z pewnością wrócimy do tego miejsca przy kolejnej wizycie w Marrakeszu. Gorąco polecamy! 🌟

Beautiful peaceful riad, amazing location in the centre of all the action. Property is beautiful and kept very clean. Room was cleaned perfectly with fresh bedding daily. Staff were polite and friendly and couldn’t do more for us. We would definitely stay here again. It was our first trip to Morocco and Marrakesh and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Oh and breakfast is great too.

Cons: Un plan d'accés ( avec points de repères) au riad lors de la réservation, ne serait pas de trop! L'emplacement de la chambre au rez de chaussée proche de l'accueil et de la pièce de convivialité entraîne une nuisance sonore parfois dérangeante notamment la nuit. Le site internet laisse penser qu'il y a une possibilité de se restaurer le soir et donc peut faire croire à une demi-pension. La décoration est agréable mais manque un peu de finition pour un riad référencé 4 étoiles.

Good location and very stylish. Staff was great and provided you with a friendly and very nice service. Kudos to them. It is a brand new building. The place was clean everywhere. Wi-Fi was good and fast enough (free).
Cons: Noise is a problem: this is a riad, i.e. there is an inner courtyard which amplifies any noise. Our room was almost like sleeping in the courtyard itself, we could hear everything and we always tried to tiptoe because we were afraid that others could hear us. However, this is I guess is mainly due to the layout of the place (though other rooms, as friends explained were quieter). Our room must have been a new one and some minor things were missing (i.e. something to sit on other than the bed, or some hangers for your towels, or something to put your suitcase on). But the essentials were there and in good quality: bed was comfy, bathroom was nice, etc. Breakfast seemed first a bit boring (at least for us): everything sweet. We raised this with the staff and then we could get omelettes as well. While the list of negatives might seem be long, overall we had a great time at this place and I am sure that it will further improve in the future as staff really care!

Bonjour, Nous sommes restés quatre jours dans ce riad. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, très sympathique, les personnes à l'accueil, les femmes de ménage et les serveurs du matin du petit déjeuner que je remercie bien. Riad très joli, très bien décoré et très proche de la place du médina.
Cons: . Concernant le Riad, il ne vaut sûrement pas son prix! Très cher pour pas grande choses. La piscine inutilisable! pas du tout entretenu, pleins d'algues au fond. La chambre très petite avec un placard médiocre pas de cintre, pas un petit frigo même pas une bouteille d'eau à disposition sauf le premier jour, et le plus grave c'est l'odeur des égouts dans la salle de bain irrespirable. Se rajoute à tout ça, la mauvaise isolation, j'entendais notre voisin de chambre toussé, parler rigolé du coup pas très intime. Aussi, sur le site c'est mentionné riad avec restaurant et c'est faux! et pour finir, le riad est en travaux, impossible de faire une grasse matinée ou une sieste pour se reposer à cause du bruit. Dommage nous avons pas apprécié notre séjour dans ce riad.

Cons: Ho alloggiato in una stanza superior. Camera al piano terra trasandata con pavimento vecchio, pareti umide e scrostate, un solo appendiabiti assolutamente insufficente, nessun portaasciugamani, in bagno vano tecnico a vista con rubinetteria arrugginita e calcinacci. Ho chiesto di avere una stanza ad un piano superiore senza successo .Peccato perchè con qualche semplice accortezza la struttura sarebbe buona. Soluzioni analoghe si trovano a prezzo inferiore. Non lo consiglio

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was very delicious. The room was clean and very nice. The staff is really really nice and they provide a really good service. It only took a few minutes to walk to jamah efnah. Besides that, the roof terrace is super cozy and nicely decorated. I will definitely stay there again next time :)

Cons: La camera aveva un bagno cieco che aveva le tubature esposte e da cui arrivava un cattivissimo odore persistente e nauseante. Non ci sono mobili ne’ in camera ne’ in bagno per appoggiare valigia e o oggetti di viaggio, in bagno non c’ e’ un mobile per le varie necessità ed un solo gancio per appendere gli asciugamani e/o gli accappatoi. In camera dentro lo sportello per il guardaroba non c’ erano ne’ mensole, ne bastone per grucce ne’ queste ultime. Il bagno non aveva prese di corrente ed il phon per i capelli e’ sul comodino al fianco del letto. Alle 20 abbiamo chiesto la cena e la cucina era già chiusa e alla richiesta per il mattino seguente per una colazione veloce anticipata ci hanno potuto fare solo un caffè senza neanche un biscotto da mangiare o un frutto. Lo sconsigliamo a viaggiatori europei che apprezzino tradizione ma anche comodità ed elasticità per un viaggio di lavoro o svago che sia.

le riad a été refait et n'a pas réouvert il y a longtemps tout est beau et agréable,l'emplacement est idéal à 5 mn de la place Jemaa el fna. le petit déjeuner se prend sur une belle terrasse couverte il est copieux et bon. les lits sont trés confortables et la chambre toujours parfaitement entretenue , le personnel et agréable et de bon conseil ( merci à Chaimai de l'acceuil, à Fatima du spa, à Ayoub au service et à Achraf le veilleur de nuit et aux femmes de chambres et à celles des cuisines on a passé un bon séjour aussi grace à vous )
Cons: on manquait juste un peu de rangement dans notre chambre, mais ça va etre amélioré

They arranged multiple trips outside the city, and gave very good recommendations within Marrakech. Also, the rooms were very nice and clean. I would give them an 11/10 if I could

Fomos em um grupo de 06 amigos para Marrakech e nos hospedamos no Riad Hamdane et SPA. Um lugar de fácil acesso, descrito exatamente como nas fotos. TODOS os funcionários MARAVILHOSOS!!! Foram super atenciosos e carinhosos com a gente do início ao fim. Os quartos eram limpos todos os dias, trocando toalhas e roupas de cama, deixando muito mais confortável. O pessoal da recepção super gentis todo o instante. A galera que prepara o delicioso café da manhã. Todo o STAFF desse Riad foram extremamente incríveis conosco. Gostaria também de agradecer pelo carinho que tiveram no dia do aniversário da minha amiga, dando a atenção o carinho e o zelo em decorar o quarto dela com pétalas de flores e oferecendo um delicioso bolo para cantarmos o parabéns. Foram inúmeros detalhes como este que acabei de citar que fizeram nossa viagem se tornar incrível. Muito obrigado por tudo! Estamos muito felizes! Sucesso pra vocês e até breve….

the service was absolutely exceptional particularly from Mahalaamim who went out of our way to make sure we had everything we needed including last minute transfer from airport and planning an excursion for us to Sahara desert. she was really an asset to this road and we would recommend to anyone because of this

La ubicación es espectacular ya que en 4 min estás en la plaza. El hotel está muy cuidado y moderno. Quizás le faltan cosas básicas en la habitación como , perchas, zona para colgar las toallas, balda para útiles de baño,secador de pelo, …
Cons: El desayuno es muy repetitivo y no tiene variedad. Por el precio debería haber un pequeño bufet donde poder variar cada día

La magie du lieu, au cœur de la médina, l’accueil du personnelle , la propreté du lieu et des chambres, la piscine sur la terrasse. Un apaisement total après 1semaine de désert. Nous étions tous malade et le personnel nous a chouchouté accompagné de bol de riz . 😅merci à toute l’équipe

Le personnel : Maha a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle ainsi que les serveurs ! La chambre était très propre. L’emplacement super! Au cœur de la ville, à deux pas de tout. Merci pour le petit thé de bienvenue.
Cons: Le sèche cheveux n’était pas accroché. Le transfert aéroport-Riad assez cher (60€ aller retour pour 3..). La fenêtre au dessus de la porte n’est pas occultable. Et les gens mal élevés qui font du bruit jusqu’à pas d’heure et sont désagréables avec le personnel!!

Отель после ремонта что очень радует ! Все свеженькое и новенькое . Именно по этому я выбрала этот отель. Очень хорошее расположение от туристических мест . Легко найти на карте. Мы приехали очень поздно и чтоб не стрессовать в поисках отеля, мы просили чтоб нас встретили, и проводник от отеля нас встретил и проводил. Уборка в номере каждый день . Завтраки на террасе ,не стесняйтесь просить омлет добавить к завтраку, так как обычно подают разные вида лепешек и хлеба . Заказывали стирку наших вещей 200MAD. (Отель их сдавал в соседнюю химчистку, так как при отеле нет стиральной машинки) Персонал очень дружелюбный. Мы жили на втором этаже . Единственный минус это иногда запах из канализации, но если дверь в ванную комнату держать закрытой , то это решает проблему. В 41 номере за стеной находится кухня, и если вы не рано просыпаетесь то вас будет будить звон тарелок с 8 утра . Если вам нужна охраняемая парковка, то есть очень хорошее место в 7-10 минутах ходьбы называется «Parking Silia” крытая парковка. Мы оставили большой чемодан в багажнике , и отдали ключи . Все в сохранности. За 3 дня заплатили 210 MAD . У них же и автомойка есть.

Estrema cordialità dello staff, appena ristrutturato, pulitissimo e ben curato. La piscina seppur piccola è ottima per rilassarsi dopo una giornata passata a girovagare per la città. La colazione super abbondante e ottima - l'ultima giorno ci hanno pure fatto una "confezione take-away" per il viaggio.
Cons: Considerando che la struttura era aperta da poco abbiamo avuto qualche piccolo disagio risolto però in breve in maniera eccellente.

Un emplacement idéal, à deux pas de la place Jemaa El Fna. Une dècoration épurée, en restant dans un style traditionnel, une ambiance apaisante. Le personnel était exceptionnel, nous avons eu droit à une myriade de petites attentions, au lit couvert de roses à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de notre rencontre, un service d’une grande qualité, nous étions aux anges. Encore merci pour tout, votre sourire et votre gentillesse. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr.
