Absolutely beautiful hotel, as noisy and active or quiet and sedate as you wanted it to be. We preferred a relaxed quiet time in the relax pool away from the big pool amd activities. The food is absolutely gorgeous, hot and with a great variety, we’ve been to many all inclusives but this one really was the best, in tems of quality of food, friendliness/professionalism, and cleanliness. Only a very short 5-10 minute walk from the souks

We enjoyed our 9 day stay in this property very much! The staff are very friendly and very accommodating! It also looks like a very fun environment to work in because they seem to treat each other like family. It offered everything we needed during our relaxing stay in Marrakech. The facilities were great and in good condition. Everyday we always felt very cared for and looked after. The food everyday was excellent- very delicious! They have local dishes available everyday. They offer similar menu for breakfast which was totally fine because we got to pick out our favourite after 3 days! Different menu for lunch and dinner! Our favourite was the Moroccan night! Such delicious local dishes. Different entertainment every night was fun! The activities organized everyday that you can book through the app will keep you busy during the day that you decide to spend a day in the property. Their late checkout option (if approved and with additional fee) provide a great convenience for guest when their flight leaves later of the day. If not approved, providing a shower room for guests who are leaving late is also super convenient! This made us feel very fresh before heading to the airport. The only room for improvement that we saw was that maybe they can improve their system to let the guests know when they are approved for a late checkout at least the night before checking out instead of the day of the checkout. Overall, we loved and enjoyed our stay in this property!

Absolutely amazing place! The staff are incredibly friendly going above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. There is lots of activities to do at the hotel, such as table tennis and boules, and Alice who was in charge of this was a super fun and friendly person. The hotel is absolutely stunning and there are so many nice touches such as fresh flowers and themed evenings along with live musicians in the bar and at even a violinist at dinner one night. The whole place and staff is beyond what we expected. Couldn't recommend staying here enough!

Overall this property was located in a great area if you are interested in walking to the souks and other local places. It was a short cab ride away to many other nightclubs and restaurants. Felt chaotic because you are in the heart of the locals but overall very safe. The hotel staff were nice, not overly hospitable like other destinations I’ve been to. The food was AMAZING, head chef Said provided a top authentic food experience. The downside to this property is nothing is open past midnight. For it to be an all inclusive there was nothing available as a late night snack, no room service and the premium alcohol package can only be added when you book (even though it wasn’t an option at checkout).

First time visiting Morocco and we decided to stay here because of its amenities and location. Went in thinking we would regret not staying in a riad but we were quickly convinced we made the right decision. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food and drinks were good, and the staff are amazing — friendly, courteous, and extremely personable. They were truly the highlight of our stay, making us feel at home during our entire trip.

This is a nice all inclusive inside the Medina. The gardens were very well manicured and the cleanliness of the place shines though. All the staff are fantastic especially the poolside bartenders who are really good at their jobs. If I had to nitpick I would say that there is not a lot of choice when it comes to where to eat as there is really only the one restaurant where we are all 3 meals each day. The food does change by the meal and the theme of the night and there was not single thing I tried I did not like, overall great experience but a little variety would have gone a long way.

Overpriced for the service quality. 350$ / night for a tiny room They don’t even have room service, and hotel restaurant closes early .. The location and all inclusive option is great to have since we stayed towards end of our trip and wanted some western food. The amenities were great. However, we found the massage option wasn't convenient because it was not inside the option but was outside in another spa. There were miscommunication with the spa and how to make payments so we had to sort it out. The experience could have been better. The hotel said we can charge our room but the outside spa requested us to pay at the spa which we didnt expect. We got nervous and wasn't sure what we can do since we need to get back to our hotel in order to make payment. But aside from that we had a good experience.

Location on the edge of the Medina is ideal for exploring on foot. The hotel is clean, the grounds and gardens extensive, the restaurants excellent (spoilt for choice on food), the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was large with a king sized bed, the only downside was it overlooked the street so we had to sleep with the windows closed (very quiet) and the aircon on. Being all inclusive it was great value.

I booked super last minute, late at night after my pre-booked Riad was, let’s say ‘sadly lacking’ I was charged over the package holiday rates given the above, which is to be expected. Great place, 95% relaxing. Jardins Majorelle were fully booked, but the hotel gardens are so like Eden I didn’t feel I lost much! Peacocks, Tortoises, BulBul birds, and a thousand and one Sparrows!

Lovely hotel, tastefully furnished, upgraded room to swim up which was a nice touch. Food delicious, lots of choice. As a coeliac do not trust the labelling as it wasn't always accurate. Better speaking to the head chef who was lovely. GF bread, pancakes and pasta were available on request. Staff great, location really good, did lots of steps but taxis readily available.Gym was well equipped and gradens beautiful. Perfect for a short winter break. Negative points were no green tea, and coke wasn't on tap so was quite flat.

This was my first time stopping at a all inclusive hotel holiday. my thoughts of our stay. 1. was met at the door with tea, biscuits and a song. 2. we where early so our bags where taken off us and we where let loose in the buffet lunch and bar. 3.The room was fantastic with a bed big enough to get lost in. 4.The whole place was very relaxed and welcoming, We never felt pressured to do anything or excluded. 5.The location to Marrakech and the local attractions was unbelievable, you could pop out to the Medina, souks or one of the parks and easy pop back for lunch. 6.Food and drink where great, plenty of choice and great service ( on my pool day my glass was never empty ). 7.I would go again.

My trip was amazing. I'm Moroccan, but I live in America, so this is from that point or view. The staff were more than welcoming since I knew how to speak to them, which made them more enjoyable. Moroccans are very hospitable, and everyone is friendly and taken care of. The rooms were in excellent condition. Less than 10 min walk to many sights and not far from marrakesh airport & train station. The buffet was excellent, lots of moroccan and spanish/italian delicacy. There is a hookah room you pay for, not included with a nice view. The pools were heated and very quaint and quiet near a beautiful garden filled with flowers and trees. Peacocks and tortoise as well. Very beautiful hotel will be sure to recommend this to everyone I know. I've been to resorts all around the world, and this one is amongst my favorites.

Super friendly and helpful service. Reception staff are so helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Help wherever they can. Great choice of food. Great gym and pool area. Spa has a great list of treatments, well priced. The only thing is it says tennis court and we took all our tennis gear to find out it’s now paddle courts. Still a great facility. Heated pool is lovely for an evening swim. Meditation classes were lovely too.

Amazing location. Can't stress this enough! Also, convenient that it is all inclusive, makes meals a lot more efficient if you have a busy schedule planned! The gardens are pretty, and the swim up pool is a nice setup. I'm sure in warmer weather the property is glorious! We went in December. Cons: The Skybar is a little loud if you're trying to sleep, and we found 3 roaches in our room. LARGE roaches. Management took over an hour to come and kill one. I did book this hotel due to concern of cleanliness of the more favored traditional Riads, so that was a bummer. All in all, I'd probably stay again, due to the location and general atmosphere!

First time booking an all inclusive and was worth it. The hotel was great, staff were extremely friendly. There are two pools and plenty of area to walk around and relax at the resort. Great hotel staff (particularly Mustafah our pool waiter who greeted us with a friendly smile every day and attended to our every need) Lovely food and good entertainment. Fab facilities overall. The hotel was very average and some parts of the hotel were very dated and needs to redecorate it to look more appealing, the pictures of the hotel are very old and does not look like that in person, the food is very poor it’s the same menu every single day and for all 3 different meals breakfast, lunch and dinner. The selection in drinks was also very average nothing special. The hotel staff were friendly and the receptionist was also great however the poor menu and dated property was a big let down considering the price we paid was not worth it. There are much better hotels out there if they are going to charge around £200 per night

Double Room (Pool View) - 10/10. Clean. Great size. Modern decor. Smallish wardrobe though if staying for a week or longer. Bathroom - 10/10. Clean. Great shower. Good towels. Bed - 10/10. Very comfy. WiFi - 9/10. Very good, but didn’t quite reach to the gym/some garden areas. Pool - 9/10. Decent number of sunbeds, but usually all ‘reserved’ with towels. Gym - 10/10. Good size and decent amount of varying equipment. Food - 10/10. Great choice of good quality food. Varied for the 4 days we were here. Drink - 9/10. Nice bottled beer & wine. Some of the cocktails were a bit hit and miss. Staff - 10/10. ALL the staff from all aspects of the hotel were helpful, polite and professional. Entertainment - 10/10. If you’re looking for an early night, then bring earplugs. The entertainment goes on until 11pm and the bars are open until midnight. Hotel - 10/10. Perfect location. The hotel and its grounds are very secure and beautifully maintained. Everything about our 3 night stay was great and we’d definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here - i thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be a little bit away from the craziness of the main square, but within easy walking distance. Facilities are great, but if you want a lounger around the pool you have to go down by 8am... otherwise you'll find a lounger on the gardens or maybe the 2nd pool (the relaxation pool) Food was lovely and menu kept changing. It's the best all inclusive food i've had on holiday. Staff here are great - my only gripe is that i asked a few questions via the 'contact my hotel' on hotels.com and received no responses.

Overall, I would rate the hotel as average. The location is excellent, being close to the old Medina, and the room was quite nice, featuring a private pool. However, the food was just okay, and the lack of room service limited dining options when the restaurants were closed, even though we were willing to pay. The alcohol selection was limited but sufficient. While the service staff were professional and attentive, the lobby staff were rude and unprofessional, which was disappointing. The pool area was pleasant but often crowded. Since we spent most of our time exploring Marrakech, we didn’t use the pool or restaurants much, as they were typically closed when we returned. I would only recommend this hotel if you plan to stay on-site most of the time. Additionally, they do not assist with arranging taxis, leaving us to find one ourselves, which often led to being overcharged. Personally, I wouldn’t return due to the unprofessionalism of the lobby staff, which is unacceptable for a supposedly high-end hotel.

Had a fabulous 5 night stay at the Medina. Great location.Food amazing with lots of variety. Prepared to a very high standard. Only negative was people putting towels on the sunbeds very early then clearing off. Very unfair in my opinion. Perhaps needs tightening up as not fair on others being unable to have a spot around the pool for at least one day. Loved my stay though and would highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at the Medina Gardens. Beautiful area to relax and sunbathe, good clean pool, great varieties at the restaurant to eat / drink. It is also located really well, less than 10 min walk to the main square. I would have given 5 stars but both myself and my mother felt the rooms really needed “updating”, also the mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable. We were also given a room with a pool view as requested but the noise made it super uncomfortable so we had to move rooms. It would be good for the hotel to make guests aware of the entertainment and where rooms are located to split guests up around the hotel if they will be joining the entertainment or prefer peace and quiet in the evening. Other than those points we really enjoyed the stay!

Staff are friendly and helpful and a special mention to Chef Said the main chef and Fatima the waitress along with Ayoub the front staff. They take alot of pride in their hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay here. All staff speak Arabic, French and English. They would benefit from getting some proper English tea. The main restaurant food is very good with a variety of dishes and fresh food. The Culinarium fine dining Restaurant was dissapointing. The meat was dry and not seasoned but the restaurant deco is very nice. A very good hotel for adults and both young couples and older couples. I would recommend this Hotel.

Well for a highly rated all inclusive resort it failed miserably, first of, no people working the front of the hotel, no one to help you with luggage, nothing, second of all they have a strict dress code for the restaurant and property but allow people to be naked by the pool (literally), then the hotel has very out dated decor, no air conditoning most of the place, and doesn't offer much at all, huge hotel and alot of rooms but offer two extremely small pools, weren't able to enjoy really anything in this place, i booked based of reviews and regretted the decision immediately....

We had a lovely time at the hotel- the staff were all so accommodating, kind and friendly. The food was delicious and there was an abundance of it. Just a couple of reservations: - our room was on the furat floor, road side, just by the entrance of the restaurant Safran. The noise from the staff was very loud up until gone midnight and when they smoke, it went into our room. - the space around the pool is limited. We were fine as we stayed in the shady area, under the trees, but the sunbeds around the pool were so close to the edge, that when you actually swam to the edge, you were faced (literally) with the feet of the people on the sunloungers, which wasnt very pleasant!

Lovely hotel, was very clean with spacious rooms. Lots of activities to participate in if you wanted to, but no pressure if you wanted to sit back and chill. Food was great and there was plenty of cocktail choices in each of the different bars which were all part of the all inclusive.

Excellent hotel with outstanding staff. Mohammed in the main bar and Mohammed in the main/fountain bar and Mustapher in the pool bar were all brilliant. They always made sure we had a drink and they couldn’t have done more for us. They were all very friendly and happy.Rachida kept our room extremely clean and lovely and was really walk and welcoming. The whole hotel is clean and well maintained, the food and drinks offer is good. Very close to central Marrakesh. I would highly recommend this hotel

An outstanding holiday. Stayed 4th - 9th June. Staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Food was delicious and varied. Visits were good value for money - balloon ride, souks tour, palaces tour, camel safari and on site hammam massage. Hotel was spotless with plenty of sun beds and varied activities and entertainment throughout the day and evening. A very enjoyable visit and highly recommended as place to stay when visiting Marrakesh

The hotel staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient, particularly in the bars and dining room. Food choices were varied and always fresh options and the a la carte was lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a blend of poolside relaxation and easy access to the centre of Marrakech.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. It’s surprisingly close to the hustle and bustle, but very peaceful. The main pool has music/some activities like aqua fit. The smaller relaxation pool was much more to our taste. There’s a gym and daily fitness activities. The main restaurant was nice, but buffet style which got a bit repetitive after 6 days. There is one other restaurant, which was lovely, but had limited access. The spa was shut for a few days during our visit, which wasn’t communicated well and caused some frustration, as we had booked treatments. We got a room upgrade on check in, with a swim up pool. The room was lovely, but unfortunately the pool itself was a bit dirty, compared to the main two. Night time activities were ok, but a little loud if you didn’t want to stay up late (midnight ish). Food is served at specific times and isn’t available around the clock. Snacks are limited and it’s the usual cheap local spirits in the drinks. Wine was nice. It stopped us over drinking/eating though! Hygiene is good - with hand sanitiser around the hotel. We did get upset stomachs though, but nothing major. I guess overall the hotel would be comparable with a 4 star in some places such as the USA/big Asian cities (Bangkok), but we had a good time and would go back.

It's difficult to be objective about our stay as both my daughter and I were quite ill. We didn't get off to a great start on arrival as we had requested a twin bedded room - I had emailed the hotel twice to make this clear - and once we'd arrived in our room with a king-size bed, we pointed this out again and were told that there are no twin bedded rooms in the hotel. This really should be made clear on their website! We noticed signs around the pool areas, saying that the reserving of sunbeds with towels was strictly forbidden only to find on our first morning that every bed was reserved with towels! It was a struggle each day to find a free sunbed somewhere in the hotel grounds. The food was plentiful but with very few veggie options and after we became so ill, we didn't eat in the restaurant again. We found the near constant music around the pool and the nightly entertainment quite invasive to what was supposed to be a chilled and relaxing holiday. As nice as the hotel and the staff are - especially our lovely housekeeping lady Rashida, I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend staying here.

There was nothing not to like about this property,it had everything you could have wanted and more. Food was great & excellent variety, always different every day. All areas very clean and gardens manicured. As for all the staff, they do so much for you,you don't lift a finger, and anything is no trouble at all. A definate return is on the cards for next year.

Excellent location; probably one of the best for an all-inclusive resort. Despite being right in the middle of the city, the resort is so peaceful and quiet. The staff couldn't do enough to make our experience wonderful - reception staff, bar staff, waiters and housekeeping. All should be commended. Could not have asked for more for a mini-break.

Very well looked after by all staff. All were very friendly and certainly go out their way to help visitors. Esp bar staff. Very clean and tidy place, with regular cleaning crews going about their business. Food was brilliant with so much choice to cater for every need. Couldn’t falter our stay of 5 nights.

This property was a huge disappointment, firstly the average age of all guests is about 60 years old! My friend and I in our 30s often made jokes that we were in an old people’s home! The lobby areas of the hotel even had an awful smell to it, the day we left they put on some incense and that dramatically helped but before that it was horrendous! The rooms are very clean and new looking but extremely tight, the food is ok but needless to say I wouldn’t book this place again!

Just returned from a fantastic five night stay at this hotel. The room was great. The food was amazing - lots of choices at the buffet and we had a lovely meal in the a la carte restaurant too. Nothing was too much for the staff and everyone was very friendly. The hotel is a short walk to the main square but once in the hotel and grounds it is very peaceful. I would definitely return.

We picked this hotel as we wanted to be able t relax and also enjoy the sights of Marrakesh. The location was brilliant...a 10 minute walk to the main square and about the same to the souks. You could easily get a cab from outside the hotel for further afield sights. The food was excellent with so much choice. The pool area was very relaxed and easy to get beds. They have a no save policy which customers adhered to. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all seemed to really get along with each other which made for a fantastic hotel vibe. Absolutely recommend.

Started off a nightmare with checking in and reservations, ended up being a ok stay at 4* hotel Hotel is a 4* hotel at best. Certainly not a 5 star (as its advertised). Food is good, lots of choice, but they are very strict on timings. Check out is strict! Check-Out: At 12 pm (at the latest) Guests are requested to vacate the rooms at no later than 12 pm. You can leave their luggage at the reception, have lunch at the restaurant and leave the hotel at 3:00 pm (at the latest) Late Check-Out extra charges: 1. Access to the hotel (without rooms) - Late check-out until 6 pm is possible and charged at 150 MAD (£12 per person) per person (snack and drinks included). The room should be vacated at 12 pm. - Late check-out until 8 pm is possible and charged at 300 MAD (£30 per person) per person (snack, dinner and drinks included). The room should be vacated at 12 pm. 2. Access to the hotel (with rooms) – According to availability - Late check-out until 3 pm is possible depending on availability and must be confirmed with the reception on the day of departure. The room is charged at 500 MAD (£50). - Late check-out until 6 pm is possible depending on availability and must be confirmed with the reception on the day of departure. The room is charged at 900 MAD (£90). Bedrooms have been updated (we stayed in two rooms during our stay), but the bathrooms are not maintained well. Dirt, mold and mildew everywhere (see photos).

Everything was good about the place except the air conditioning in our room was not working. When I approached the Front Desk to complain they said that it is turned off during this time. For some reason I could heat my room but not cool it!. Luckily Marrakech gets cool at night thus I was able to open the doors and window to cool the room. Albeit I had to suffer from the city noises which made it hard to sleep

Way better than expected. We were there for only one day but the service was exceptional. They decorated our bed as it was our anniversary on short notice. The food was exceptional - breakfast lunch and dinner - desserts specially. All the staffs always had a smile on their face. We definitely want to go back at some point and stay for few more days. Lots of space to walk around filled with orange and lemon trees and lots of amenities as well.

Fabulous spot for Marrakesh. A quiet place in a central location. Nice hotel although it’s poor quality decor in parts. Cheap finishes, poor paint jobs, old bathrooms. All of the staff were excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Food was mostly good. Masses of choice so with so much choice it was a bit hit and miss. So much to do and see I could have stayed another week

Cute garden, staff were nice. My main concern was the room i was given right near reception appeared to be because i was a solo female traveller. This made it very noisy and hard to rest The balcony door could not be closed properly. Had maintenance in for an hour when i was ready for sleep for a temporary fix. But didnt stay fixed. No hairdryer in the room and very hard beds.

We stayed here from the 19th to the 24th December. Our first impression on arrival was that it is at an amazing location and hotel looks very inviting upon arrival. We were warmly greeted by lady at reception and she gave us a good briefing of the hotel and things to do for our stay, plus are all inclusive band. We were then helped to our room and the room itself was lovely and exactly as expected for a high end 4 star hotel in the centre of Marrakech. Our few little negatives. I wanted to surprise my wife of the beautiful balcony as per the pictures on Expedia. So I drum rolled her and pulled the curtains back, and what we got was a completely no view balcony between two high walls, that was a let down. We then at night found our room was on top of an area where there was some heavy equipment movement taking place, which did not seem to stop. I’m a light sleeper so I went to reception and told her. She said she would ask reservation team to look at resolving next day. Anyhow the noise continued most of the night. The next morning though it was all resolved and we were moved to a lovely room with an excellent view of the city. The pool area and garden are absolutely beautiful and you could enjoy the whole day at the pool, partake in activities like swimming, tennis, table tennis, gym, Yoga. All inclusive is brilliant, the quality of drinks available and food is excellent. They have area inside and outdoors where you can enjoy. Highly recommend this resort 👍😇

All-inclusive option was great. Real meal with great quality not junk food. Different types of fresh meat, fish, chicken and …… each day. Great service. Room and corridors need attention. Common area was clean and nice. Great staff in all areas. Be careful about scams in bazar, Google scams to be aware of.

On first impressions this seems a great hotel. Decent size room and dining options. Bed very comfortable and helpful reception staff. We went to book activities and they were all full. We did attend the Moroccan evening but we were directed to the wrong area of the hotel so after the third attempt of finding it seats were full. On our last day we went to return to our room to collect our bags ready to go and get our airport transfer. Our room key didn’t work. The cleaner tried to help and her key card didn’t work either. We went to reception three times before they escorted us to our room to help us and realised that their key card didn’t work either. Our transfer was asked to wait until we could get into our room. Very stressful. Eventually someone broke into the back of the room and opened the door. In our haste of grabbing our bags to make our flight I forgot my toothbrush. I subsequently emailed the hotel and asked them to send it to me. I never received a response. So disappointed with hotel overall.
