Camere spațioase, amenajate cu gust. Staff prietenos. Aproape de Mall-ul central la care se poate ajunge pe jos.
Cons: Chiuveta nu este amplasata in baie ci in cameră, undeva langa pat ceea ce am considerat a fi un inconvenient. Lângă aceasta nu se gasea săpun. Cazarea este dispusa pe 4 etaje. Am avut camera la ultimul etaj si complexul nu are lift. Toata ziua am urcat si coborât scări cand am avut nevoie de ceva din cameră. Situat destul de departe de zona centrala a orașului Phuket.

хорошее расположение у централ фестивал, есть бассейн, уборка, номер чистый, мебель очень простая но и номер недорогой, круглосуточно работает ресепшен, кафешка прямо вупор к отелю я правда туда не ходил сразу ехал в централ, еще из плюсов есть стол для доставки с GRAB

Lovely welcoming hotel. Rooms were clean and nice , bed comfy. Swimming pool was lush and never too busy! Staff were friendly and accommodating. I liked the location and would recommend to anybody wanting to stay in a quieter area. I booked the James Bond Island tour through the hotel which was enjoyable. 5-10mins walk to 7/11. Foodies next door is lovely for food and drink with many options but is expensive in Thai terms.
Cons: There was no airport pick up or transfers onwards option from the hotel. The reception were on hand to offer advice but the public option seemed a faff so I opted for an expensive private taxi to Krabi that I arranged myself. Although the area was quiet and ideal for me, the lack of places to eat around the area was a shame. Walls were paper thin so noise from other guests could be an issue for a light sleeper. Water pressure was poor and Luke warm showers but not the end of the world. I would still however recommend this hotel and enjoyed my 7 day stay.

Complained at reception at night but they couldn’t provide a small fan . Ac repair guy showed up in morning but probably couldn’t fix it . After request was given a new room where again ac filters weren’t changed in ages . They do not refill soap or shower gel. Shower isn’t that powerful for hot water.

We had an incredible stay at this property. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway away from the heavy crowds, this is the perfect spot. The location is excellent—quiet enough for a relaxing "chill" vibe, but with plenty of great eateries within walking distance. A huge shoutout to the front desk team! Especially Daojaii and Pray, they were exceptionally helpful and made our trip seamless by arranging a scooter rental, cab services, and even booking our island tours. It was so convenient to have everything handled right at the property. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the best of Phuket. We will definitely be coming back!

I had a wonderful stay here during my first anniversary trip! The moment I entered the room, I was greeted by the most beautiful bed decoration made with towels, flowers, and leaves—something I’d never seen before. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and opened directly to a lovely view of the swimming pool, which is well maintained with a comfortable 6” depth. I loved that the hotel thoughtfully provided separate pool towels and rubber slippers. The bathroom was equally impressive—very large, with a bathtub and removable blurring paper on the glass panes that added a classy touch. Small touches like complimentary umbrellas, water bottles, and even a cozy library (from where I picked up the Lonely Planet Thailand guide!) made the stay even better. The location is excellent too—many day tours offer pickup from the hotel, and the Old Town Market is just about 12 minutes away. Highly recommended! ✨

Cons: There was no lift in the hotel and we were given a room on the 4th floor, there is no room service available at the hotel. Also there is no restaurant or anything from where you can order basic coffee. There was no phone available in the room to contact hotel staff for anything. Either you have to personally come down to reception or message on their whatsapp number which is disappointing. My room's bathroom door was broken and was not getting locked. Even though they tried repairing it, it was not getting locked because they didn't repair it properly. So overall it was a bad experience with this hotel and was totally not worth the money spent.

Although it’s much smaller than the photos show, we loved this place. Great pool, nice landscaping, 2 restaurants adjacent but not part of the hotel. The staff was always helpful and our room was really nice. Note: there are two buildings. One is 4 floors and does not have an elevator. When we checked in, we had a 3rd floor room in that building. They were kind enough to move us to a 2nd floor room for the night. Next day, they moved us to a wonderful room in the ground floor, steps away from the pool. So nice 🥰

Complete mismatch and almost like cheating hy seeing photos in Booking.com. It looks like a big hotel with big swimming pool. Here's what we experienced in reality: 1. Very small swimming pool. 2. No office boys to carry your luggage to rooms. 3. No phone in room. 3. No LIFT to one one wing. 4. No suitable food. NOT at all recommend for families and Indians should NOT go at all. It's for those bachelors, just to drink and stay there. Location also not that convenient. A big stay Away from this hotel. All reviews in Booking.com are bogus. Don't believe.

Cons: electricity completely went out in the middle of the night and the lady at reception was useless. She could hardly speak English. She kept saying that it should be fixed and she’s gonna ring us when we get back to our fourth floor and we had to go downstairs like four times every time she was just back asleep on the sofa and the hotel room and then it took her about an hour and a half to give us another room which the power went about 5 am as well. also, she didn’t know what she was doing switching the electrics to the point where it it sparked on her and made a really loud bang. It’s really unsafe.

The pool at Blue Carina is big enough to swim laps in and is perfectly chlorinated! The view from my front picture windows is FABULOUS, and the bed is really comfortable. It's right across the street from a huge store too and close to the mall. Highly recommended!

It's kind of got everything we needed, we moved to a different room with an outside seating area. The pool fills itself with monsoon rain and heats itself with tropical rain. Wonderful. There are frogs and lizards and birds, it's very tropical and vibrant in the rainy season ( it's early September now). The staff are available, friendly and helpful. They changed a fridge for one with a freezer compartment because we needed it.
Cons: There is a little vending machine by the pool that plays a 2 bar tune endlessly to no real positive effect.

Le ménage a été fait tous les jours (nous n’avions pas de panneaux contrairement à nos amis pour demander ou non le ménage mais de fait nous avions de l’eau et des serviettes neuves chaque jour (1 ou 2 serviettes selon la personne qui nous faisait le ménage j’imagine ^^). Nous avons trouvé la literie agréable et la piscine est sympa. Le logement est situé à côté d’un super snack et pas loin d’un centre commercial. Par contre loin de tout, il vous sera nécessaire de prendre un grab pour tous vos déplacements il n’y a rien à côté.
Cons: Nous étions avec des amis mais n’avons pas eu de chambres à côté sous prétexte d’un « sur classement » qui en réalité n’en n’est pas vraiment un. Pas de bouilloire, pas de sèche cheveux ni de savon pour les mains (il y a du gel douche dans un pot fixé au niveau de la baignoire plutôt galère pour y accéder). Pas de rideau pour la baignoire donc on en met partout même en essayant de faire attention. La Clim et l’eau chaude sont liées donc si vous n’avez pas allumé la clim vous n’aurez pas d’eau chaude. L’insonorisation est cata. Il fait jour de bonne heure donc vous serez réveillé aux aurores étant donné qu’il n’y a pas de rideau dans la salle de bain qui elle même a une fenêtre qui donne sur la chambre donc aucune possibilité de cacher cette luminosité. A savoir le logement est situé dans une sorte d’internat/d’école vous aurez donc la joie d’avoir de jeunes étudiants qui s’amusent comme des ados sur les transat autour de la piscine ou partie commune. Ce n’est pas forcément quelque chose que j’ai apprécié pour les vacances. Il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner ni de bar pour prendre un café le matin (juste des dosettes dans la chambre sans bouilloire ^^) nous allions au snack à côté qui ouvre qu’à 11h. Également nous avons eu un très gros souci avec la laverie. Notre linge est revenu tâché avec des traces de cambouï ou comme des taches d’alcool. Les chaussettes étaient encore sales pas d’odeur de propre et on nous a prétexté un vêtement qui a déteint.. à savoir que nous sommes en backpack depuis 4 mois et que nos vêtements sont les mêmes depuis 4 mois et qu’ils sont lavés très régulièrement du fait que nous ayons peu de vêtements avec nous c’est la première fois que cela nous arrivait.

This Hotel is budget friendly, that said my wife our daughter and I have enjoyed our stay here, the rooms are small but have all that is needed for a pleasant stay. The staff and cleaning ladies are all polite, clean our room and change linen and towels daily, they work long hours and keep the place clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel but remember it's not five stars but adequate and clean.

Cons: Primero nos dejaron en un 4to piso, donde la habitación era incómoda, tenía malo el aire acondicionado y el lavamanos afuera de la habitación, tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran, en lo que el personal fue muy amable y nos cambió a una habitación más cómoda en el primer piso, con mejor cama y baño. Por otro lado, el alojamiento queda lejos de todos los puntos de interés y solo puedes movilizarte en taxi o tomar un bus que está a una hora de todo. La proprietaria vive di fronte l'Hotel e la mattina in cui dovevo prendere l'aereo (era di mattina) lei dormiva e non rispondeva al cellulare e aveva portati i passaporti a casa sua. Alla fine si è svegliata e mi ha restituto il passaporto. Stavo per perdere il volo. E' grave che l'hotel gli lasci portare i passaporti delle persone a casa sua.

Très grand lit confortable. Personnel très sympa. Ils ont gardé nos bagages gratuitement après le checkout et on a pu rester à la piscine en attendant notre avion. On a trouvé des chouettes petits restaurants locaux pas loin de l'hôtel pour manger le matin et on a été au marché de nuit qui n'est pas très loin et qui était très sympa.
Cons: Il n'y avait qu'une seule table de nuit donc pas pratique pour la 2e personne. Il n'y avait pas de coffre fort. Les interrupteurs ne sont pas toujours faciles à trouver... Il n'y avait malheureusement pas de lit pour les bébés. Le bac à sable pour les enfants est en dessous des cocotiers et on a vu des noix de coco dans le sable ce qui n'est pas très rassurant.

Has exactly what you need. Nice pool area. Clean. Can always tell a place by the towels, and they were nice! It’s a little noisy from outside. No carpets so you hear peoples cases being wheeled. All staff were amazing and helpful.
Cons: The side I stayed in didn’t have a lift which wouldn’t bother me usually but was slow to get luggage down due to injury. Note that I also did not go down and ask for help either. I’m sure they would have if I asked because they carried it all up!

The pool is nice, even though its a bit smaller than some of the online photos suggest. The architecture of the hotel is interesting, perhaps emanating a mediterranean vibe. The restaurant just next to the hotel was open until 1am, which helped us a lot in our last night in Phuket.
Cons: The water in the bathroom got extremely hot in the afternoons, which was disappointing and unexpected for the rent charged. The location can also be a worry for some- but some people like the Old Town too!

Cons: Im Zimmer wurde man von vielen diversen Geräuschen beeintächtigt. Bett war alt und wackelig. Es gibt so gut wie keine Hotelinfrastruktur. Die Bilder auf der Homepage geben den Gesamteindruck des Hotels nicht wieder. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet, wobei der Ein - und Ausstieg durch einen ungewöhnlich hohen Badewannenrand erschwert wird.

The outside of hotel is beautiful with the white buildings and pool. Close to Phuket central mall and 7eleven, and cabs just outside. Staff were very friendly but barely knew any English, so communication was hard.

Cons: Very basic. My room seemed very old and not renovated any time recently. Eg, bathroom very old, thin door to outside balcony where nesting pigeons were very noisy. Half of the hotel has no lift access which is difficult on top floor with many stairs.

Cons: The ac was not enough to control the room's temperature, they need to install new and higher ton ones. The delivery fan was not alright in the bathroom which made it harder to breathe. The rooms on ground floor had some mosquitoes moving around which lets to arise some safety issues.

Cons: Ho prenotato una stanza in questa struttura in quanto la mia fidanzata era ricoverata all’ospedale vicino per un’intossicazione alimentare. Arrivato di fretta all’hotel, avevo solo bisogno di un rapido check-in per correre in ospedale. Purtroppo sono stato accolto da una ragazza estremamente maleducata, che continuava a sostenere non avessi pagato, quando invece avevo eseguito regolarmente il pagamento su boooking. Sono stato quindi costretto a contattare booking, il quale ha chiamato la ragazza della reception, confermandole che la stanza era pagata. La ragazza ha dubitato della chiamata, accusandomi che fosse un “mio amico” al telefono e non booking, un’assurdità. A quel punto ho eseguito davanti ai suoi occhi una nuova prenotazione su booking, pagando nuovamente per la stanza dato che ero molto di fretta. È difficile da credere ma la ragazza nonostante questo, ha continuato a sostenere di non volermi dare la stanza, e che non avevo pagato. Tutto ciò mi ha fatto perdere circa 1 ora di tempo, fino a che è arrivata una collega che in meno di 1 minuto ha trovato la mail della mia prima prenotazione, e ha provveduto a farmi fare il check-in. La maleducata ragazza non si è invece nemmeno scusata per l’accaduto. Esperienza terribile e sgradevole, sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel in quanto per la mia esperienza il personale si è dimostrato incapace e maleducato e scortese.

We stayed at the hotel for a week and I can say that we had a great time. Clean pool and clean rooms, friendly staff and peaceful environment. The hotel is flat, you don't have to go uphill. It is close to a nice shopping center where you can meet all your needs. Also the restaurants around it are very successful.

Cons: Lors de notre arrivée on nous a expliqué qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre !! Et ce alors que Booking avait confirmé notre réservation. La responsable nous a simplement demandé de nous débrouiller. C'est inacceptable de la part de professionnels. Le surbooking devrait être interdit mais il existe, dans ce cas lorsque les clients en surbooking viennent l'hôtel se doit de trouver une solution au moins aussi confortable qu'initialement prévue. Nous avons dû hausser le ton, camper à l'accueil et parler du souci avec les autres clients pour que finalement ils nous trouvent une chambre moins bien que celle qu'on avait choisi. Hotel vieillissant avec des soucis d'eau marron le lendemain matin et autre (voir photos). Bref de très loin la pire expérience de ma vie.

Inconsiderate other customers- next door had 4 x single guys in room I believe was suited to 2 persons Issue with damp on ceiling in bathroom (I was moved at my request) Then issue in second room with leaking hand spray attached to toilet. I pointed it out and it was repaired quickly but it had been leaking and not reported by cleaning staff First room also had problem with toilet cistern- I reported and it was repaired immediately

Cons: Die Bilder der Website und die Realität liegen leider ein Stück weit auseinander. Ich war auch sehr enttäuscht von meinem Zimmer. Ich kann nicht beurteilen, wie es in anderen Zimmern ist, aber mein Zimmer war einfach nicht gut. Es hat wirklich muffig gerochen und es schien eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit in meinem Zimmer gewesen zu sein. Die Bettwäsche hat sich, vermutlich durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, auch etwas klamm angefühlt. Ich war mit dem Aufenthalt leider nicht zufrieden.
