We had decided during the planning phase to pick up a rental card and a wi-fi hotspot at the Rome airport and return them both at the airport in Milan. We gave ourselves a day at each airport and to position us to not miss the flight. Included was pickup and return of the car and hotspot. The location of the Maxy Malpensa Hotel was perfect for the returns. Could have walked from the receptionist to the Hertz return area but since we were returning the car we drove there. We then walked to Terminal ONE to catch the free shuttle to Terminal TWO, we could turn in the hot-spot. After that, we reversed course using the free shuttle from TWO to ONE and walked back to Moxy for dinner. It's a very casual eatery. The food was adequate, not outstanding. But it was not bad, and filled us up for the flight the next morning.

Cons: The menu was nit very large, and it was microwaved. The food could have been a little better, but the convenience was the reason we went there. I had the lasagne and my wife had the cannelloni. The service was good.

Very handy to Malpensa T2 with free airport shuttle to T1,. Train station to Milano centro, opposite. Terravision bus outside T2 arrivals, direct to Milano Centrale. Best book online as it does fill up. The hotel was ok. No mini fridge in room. Comfortable bed. Modern lighting. Our room had a view of the staff carpark but we didn't book it for the view. Runway for T2 right outside but the great Italian windows blocked the noise out. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Small bathroom, but clean enough. The shower head was broken and did not stay in position, just slid down so we had to crouch down to wash our hair. A bit disappointed about that as I'm sure it was broken for a while and hasn't been fixed. Not a lot of storage space but we only stayed one night and this didn't bother us too much. A medium sized suitcase and a cabin suitcase just about filled up the space. It's a good hotel to stay one night, I probably wouldn't recommend staying any longer. Bar in downstairs foyer is a rip off, prices are absolutely ridiculous. Minimal food options with minimal hours open for meals. Like I said, it's ok for one night but I wouldn't bother eating here, pick up something before you arrive.

We stayed at the Moxy as we were arriving late into Bergamo airport. The hotel is directly across from the terminal so couldn't be a better location. The bar area is always a bright clean and lively which suited us after our journey and the room was very comfortable. We only stayed one night before picking our hire car up and heading towards Lake Como the following morning but it made a huge difference and took the stress out of the journey.

The hotel was very trendy (overly funky) and the staff was friendly and efficient. The location near the airport was very convenient for traveling into Milan on the 50-minute train. The rolling showing of "My Gal Friday" with Cary Grant and Rosalind Russell (without sound) in the dining room was cute.

Cons: The dining facilities we thought felt short of what it was trying to be, and the problem was there were no other dining possibilities around. There was very limited seating and few offerings. The room was just too tiny compared to the price. I'd only stay again if I understood: arrive, have a glass of wine, plate of lasagna, sleep, $16 buffet breakfast, fly out. It certainly was not a place to stay for two nights. Our bad. The price was exorbitant compared to the facilities. We paid nearly $1000 USD for two nights, but I didn't realize there was a Sheraton at Terminal 1, which I'd investigate if I'm ever there again. Plus it's a 50-minute train ride into the center of Milan. So it's not a place to park yourself to avoid carrying bags around.

Cons: troppo casino all'arrivo: musica alta, gente dappertutto e non riesci a capire tutto quanto viene discusso al check-in. se la policy della struttura (tutti i Moxy) è quella di non avere nessun tipo di servizio in cameria, per esempio mini bar, armadio (stanze minimal stile) mi sta bene e accetto, però se do poco dovrei far pagare anche meno le stanze.

Location is right next to T2! Easy check out. Bar with good beer at hotel. Clean/spacious rooms. Excellent shower. Second time staying here. I would give this hotel a higher rating if it wasn't for the hot room and not getting compensated for a very poor night's sleep.

Cons: The AC wasn't working well. The room was warm throughout the night. Facing the airport road and T2 we didn't have a "keep the windows" open option. The hotel mechanic responded promptly to check on it (confirmed it was just too hot for their ecosystem) and did offer to move us to the "shady" side of the hotel. And it was 10 PM at that point and we were getting ready for bed, and we had a 3 AM wake up.

Месторасположение 2й терминал, было отлично особенно для нашего раннего рейса, не нужно было никуда бежать, но было бы ещё лучше если бы гостиница позаботилась о гостях и предоставила минибус напрямую от гостиницы, идти с чемоданами до остановки было тяжело. Завтрак удивил своим разнообразием и свежестью, разнообразие выпечки было прекрасно.

Cons: Матрасы были неудобные, одеяло было одно и очень тонкое, полотенец нехватило, было бы хорошо чтобы их было 4, так как если вечером вы приняли душ, то утром ваше полотенце остаётся мокрым и это дискомфорт.

La posizione è evidentemente eccellente e comoda (sia per i voli sia per i treni), colazione apprezzabile seppur abbastanza standard.

Cons: Alcune camere prevedono moquette. All'arrivo ho trovato la stanza ghiacciata ed il condizionamento non può realmente essere spento nel senso che rimane comunque attiva dell'aria di ricircolo, peccato che anche questa è fredda (quindi, di fatto, il risultato di voler evitare di far uscire aria fredda della bocchetta non si può ottenere). Inaccettabile ricevere aria fresca o fredda addosso di notte (alcune persone sono sensibili a questo). I prezzi sono un po' troppo elevati per tutto.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from the Terminal 2, making it a great choice for an overnight stay before an early flight. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and despite being so close to the airport, it was pleasantly quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the hotel's stylish, relaxed atmosphere made for an enjoyable stay. The room was fairly pricey for a one-night stay, although definitely not outrageous for an airport hotel. However, the convenience, cleanliness, and overall quality largely made up for this. Incredibly convenient to the train system and Malpensa, and they do a really nice job of offering services at nearly every time of day to accommodate people coming and going for flights at weird times. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the room was small but comfortable and very clean. I’ve stayed here a few times in the past and it works great for the night before a flight. I particularly like that it isn’t necessary to wait on a hotel shuttle bus—the airport shuttle picks up right across the street from the hotel’s front door. That honestly reduces the chaos of a flight morning so much. I’m sure I’ll stay here again in the future.

Cons: The room was a little warmer than I would have wanted—but honestly not bad at all. Because my room was on the first floor and close to the elevator, though, I definitely heard the lobby music and activity in my room. I’m a late-night person and it was no big deal for me, and probably nearly any other room in the hotel would be a little more insulated from the sound—my room just happened to be the closest one. Just minor things—overall, this place worked really well for catching my flight and I’d stay here again!

Dovevamo essere al T2 di Malpensa alle 4.30 del mattino. La posizione era prrfetta, esattamente di fronte al T2, 6 minuti a piedi.

Cons: La cena prevede veramente poco, dovrebbero organizzarsi con più scelta. La pulizia è migliorabile, ho posato il trolley sul pavimento in moquette per riorganizzarlo, e l'ho tirato su pieno di polvere, non veniva passata l'aspirapolvere da settimane.

Proximity to Terminal 2 at the airport. Just walk across the road! And it’s easily visible from the exit. Also very close to the station for getting into Milan or Switzerland. I arrived at about 23 00 hrs. There was a very long queue for check-in. I’d had a long travel day so I just got a drink from the bar and sat in the small beer garden out the front until things had died down. It probably took an hour. I was one of the last people to check-in and the staff were still really friendly and patient and spoke very good English. I didn’t have breakfast but I did last year. The choices still looked really good and plentiful in the bar area. Lots of facilities in the bar / check-in area like the table football etc

We had a great stay at this very clean and modern hotel near the airport. The location was extremely convenient, especially with the free shuttle bus running every 15 minutes to Terminal 1. The check-in and check-out processes were very fast and easy. Our room was large, modern, and very clean, with a spacious and spotless bathroom. The hotel restaurant was also excellent. The food was very good, and we really enjoyed our meal. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient hotel, especially if you need to stay close to the airport. We would definitely recommend it!

Excelente ubicación a la hora de coger un vuelo en la terminal 2 de Malpensa a primeras horas del día. Las habitaciones son amplias para ese objetivo. Las camas son muy cómodas. La habitación es muy alegre y dispone de todo lo necesario (aunque no tienen teléfonos). Los servicios de comida y bebida no son muy amplios, pero de buena calidad; además son bastante rápidos. El personal alegre y dinámico. Hotel muy cómodo para servir de apoyo al aeropuerto (a 3 minutos de la terminal 2 y a 2 minutos de la parada de bus gratuita a la terminal 1). Ah, tiene una pantalla conectada al aeropuerto que te señala toda la información de las salidas de vuelos.

Cons: Creo que podría mejorase la limpieza de las habitaciones aunque todo estaba perfectamente recogido y preparado para la llegada. A algún empleado le falta un poco de experiencia, pero la gran mayoría dan un excelente servicio.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Obwohl wir ein Problem mit unserem ersten Zimmer hatten, wurde uns schnell geholfen. Das Restaurant ist auch ganz angenehm und frisch, vor allem die Pizza kann ich empfehlen! Die Lage ist natürlich unschlagbar, da es nur 300m vom Eingang des zweiten Terminals ist. Perfekt für frühe Flüge

Cons: Das erste Zimmer, dass wir bekamen hatte viele Schäden,beispielsweise an der Dusche und auch die Wände waren dreckig so wie die Gardinen Löcher hatten. Für 150€ die Nacht ist das natürlich nicht akzeptabel. Ich muss aber anmerken, dass wir direkt ein neues gutes Zimmer bekommen haben nachdem wir es angesprochen hatten.

חזרנו למלון מוקסי שמעולה ללינת לילה בזכות המקלחת המרווחת, המיטה הנוחה וארוחת הבוקר הטובה. ההגעה למלון וממנו לטרמינל 1 (שם נוחתות וממריאות הטיסות לישראל) נוחה ופשוטה. בשדה יש לעקוב אחר הסימון T2 (טרמינל 2) ואחרי שיוצאים מהטרמינל עוברים במעבר מקורה ומגיעים לתחנה. משך הנסיעה 7-10 דקות.עם הירידה מהאוטובוס רואים ממול את השם moxi בצבע סגול זוהר וההליכה למלון אורכת 2-3 דקות. אם רוצים להגיע מהמלון לטרמינל 1 אז רק יוצאים מפתח המלון, חוצים את הכביש במעבר חצייה והתחנה מצד ימין. קל פשוט ואלגנטי!!!

Whenever I have a flight from Malpensa Airport, I always stay at this hotel. Terminal 2 can be reached on foot, while Terminal 1 is easily accessible by a convenient shuttle bus, with a stop right in front of the hotel. The room was not very large but it was very comfortable for a one-night stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant are also very convenient. I particularly appreciated the late check-out at 12:00 during my stay.

Perfect location for walking to Malpense T2 in less than 5 minutes. Air-con was terrific, there's very little outside noise when you consider its proximity to the airport. The staff were friendly and really helpful (extra water for the room etc.). Breakfast is pretty basic but there's plenty of it - cereal, toast, hams, cheese, fruit etc. Coffee machine and cold drinks.

מלון ללילה אחד בטרמינל 2. בערב בר פתוח בתשלום אוכל טעים. ארוחת בוקר מזינה ומעולה. צוות בקבלה מסביר פנים. חדר גדול ונקי. מזגן מעולה. שאטל חינם בין טרמינל 2 לבין טרמינל 1. יוצא כל כמה דקות. התחנה מעבר לכביש.

無料空港バス乗り場が目の前にあって、便利。部屋は清潔。

Cons: チェックインカウンターがバーと併設されていて、落ち着かないし、スタッフも両方兼務していて、人が足らない。洗面所の栓が抜けなくなったが、部屋に電話もないし、フロントに行ってもチェックインが混雑していて、見てもらうのを諦め、そのまま使わないといけなかった。

La chambre essentielle, mais avec des couleurs élégantes avec les lumières en bas du lit. Belle salle de douche.

Cons: Le Hall d’entrée n’est pas belle, ni fonctionnelle: pas de place pour attendre le check in, pas de sofa au comptoir du bar. Le salon est caché, pas à côté. Le bar / tables très très basique. Les prix ne correspondent pas au IBIS , qui a un bar / petit déjeuner bien plus de qualité

Cons: Worst hotel experience of my life. The reservation issue wasn’t even the worst part. The manager seemed filled with resentment and an overwhelming need to demonstrate authority instead of showing the slightest bit of empathy or professionalism. She seemed far more interested in feeding her ego (even-though she was very well fed) than helping.

A great solution when in need of an airport stay. Staff is very friendly and efficient and the hotel clean and comfortable. I've been using it several times already when flying in or out of Malpensa. It is a happy and cheerful place, and offers also a great breakfast.

המיקום, הצוות היה ממש מקסים. נתנו לנו חדרים לפני הזמן כך שאפשר לנו לטייל במילאנו יום שלם. מאוד נחמדים שירותיים, מלון ממש יפה, ליד השאטל לטרמינל 1. ליד הרכבת למילאנו. ממליצה בחום לילה לפני טיסה או טיסת לילה. עיצוב צעיר.

Cons: קיבלנו חדרים בקומת כניסה, חדרים נגישים. המקלחת לא היתה נוחה, היה כסא מובנה לנכה. וטוש שצריך להחזיק ביד. בגלל שהגענו ללילה, ולא התלוננו ונשארנו כך. בדיעבד הייתי מבקשת לשנות חדר. גם השרותים היו מונגשים. עם הרבה אביזרים לתמיכה . יפה שבית מלון מאפשר קומה נגישה ללקוחות. אבל היה צריך לבדוק מולנו אם נוח יהיה לנו חדר כזה. בנוסף לא יכלנו להשאיר את הוילון פתוח, קומת 0 היה מאחורה מקום תפעולי עם הרבה אנשים מה שפגע בפרטיות. ארוחת בוקר לא התאימה לצליאקים. שילמנו על ארוחת בוקר ובפועל 2 מאיתנו לא היה מה לאכול.

Fantastic location, with easy walk to airport terminal 2. Nice bedroom. Excellent bar/restaurant area with fantastic staff and good bar food (pizza, sandwiches etc). The staff made us feel welcome like we were in our local pub back home!

Location at the airport was right in front of shuttle and car rental return which saved money and was very convenient. The staff was amazingly friendly and kind. No charge for our pet and gave us rooms next to eachother without requesting and free welcome drink tickets upon arrival. They also let us park our car out front while we unloaded and got settled.

Soluzione molto comoda per le partenze mattutine dal terminal 2. Ho parcheggiato la sera precedente al P6 e l autobus mi ha portato a 50 m dall ingresso dell hotel

Cons: Arrivato venerdi 31 luglio alle 22,00 ca. E ho dovuto attendere quasi 30 min per il check in a causa della coda. Siccome erano presenti due operatori, tra l altro molto bravi, deve essere utilizzato un altro sistema in particolare per chi ha gia acquistato e pagato la camera tramite ad esempio booking

Hotel al terminal 2 dell’aeroporto collegato tramite navetta al terminal 1, molto comodo per soggiornarci per uno scalo. La camera moderna, pulita, nuova ed equipaggiata di tutto il necessario. Colazione ottima, varia e di qualità.

Cons: Я был уверен что оплачу номер на месте наличными - так было написано при заказе, но почему-то платёж взяли с моей карты. В номере нет холодильника (мини бара).

Cons: Con la camera al secondo piano si sente la musica della hall fini alla chiusura della cucina, le 23. Per chi si vuole riposare in previsione di un volo alle 6 del mattino (come me) è fastidioso.

The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also well equipped and there was everything we needed for our quick stay before departing from the airport. The location is perfect for early flights, the staff was also friendly and helpful.
