L'hotel è posto in un punto strategico della città che consente di raggiungere comodamente a piedi e con il taxi i principali punti attrattivi della città ed è vicino a ristoranti e locali. La struttura dispone di una piscina con terrazzo dove poter rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi nelle ore più calde. En plus de ça, il y avait des punaises de lit dans la chambre, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. À la fin du séjour, on nous a fait payer des taxes dont personne ne nous avait parlé au début. C’est une très mauvaise surprise. Nous ne recommandons cet hôtel à personne, sauf si vous voulez perdre votre argent et passer un très mauvais séjour sans parler du petit déjeuner qui est super nul !

J’ai énormément apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était très accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter Marrakech. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Cons: Honnêtement, je n’ai rien à reprocher. Tout s’est très bien passé et le séjour a été agréable du début à la fin.

The hotel is very well located and close to many restaurants and the Carre d'As Mall which is 5 min away by walk. It was very convenient as the mall has a big Carrefour supermarket and you can easily do your shopping. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the hotel offer the possibility to pick you up by taxi from the airport for a very fair price. The brunch is included and offer a big variety of food such as fresh fruits, cereals, eggs, ham, sausages and certains things of the traditional maroccan breakfast such as msemen, harcha, olive oil, olives etc... Room is clean and spacious and quiet.

Cons: The decoration might be a bit too old and not the taste of everyone, but it wasn't a big deal for me The lightening in the building could be improved. The main entrance is slightly too dark.

Dès notre arrivée, les problèmes ont commencé : la carte d’accès de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Une fois dans la chambre, nous avons constaté qu’elle était sale. Le support de la douchette était cassé et la douche était en mauvais état. Les produits de toilette mis à disposition (gel douche et shampoing) sont de très mauvaise qualité et donnent l’impression de ne pas laver. La literie est un véritable calvaire : les matelas sont extrêmement inconfortables, on a l’impression de dormir sur des parpaings. Le service de ménage est également à revoir. Les femmes de chambre passent très tard dans la journée, parfois en plein milieu de l’après-midi alors que les clients sont encore dans leur chambre, ce qui est loin d’être pratique. Le petit-déjeuner est franchement mauvais, avec peu de choix et une qualité très décevante. Les ascenseurs sont extrêmement lents. L’attente est tellement longue qu’il est souvent plus rapide de prendre les escaliers, ce qui est particulièrement contraignant lorsque l’on séjourne dans les étages. La piscine est mal entretenue : l’eau et les abords manquent de propreté, le sol devient brûlant sous le soleil, il y a très peu de transats disponibles et les serviettes fournies sont souvent déchirées. L’hôtel est également très mal insonorisé. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs et dans les chambres voisines. Malheureusement, une grande partie de la clientèle ne semble avoir aucun respect pour les autres : des personnes crient dans les couloirs à toute heure, parlent très fort, mettent de la musique à volume élevé, et l’ambiance autour de la piscine est tout sauf reposante. Les enfants plongent sans arrêt, éclaboussent les autres clients, tandis que certains adultes installent des enceintes et diffusent leur musique à plein volume.

No es un hotel de lujo, pero tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. Si buscas un alojamiento cómodo para disfrutar de Marrakech, es una opción muy recomendable. Las habitaciones son correctas, las instalaciones cumplen su función y el ambiente es tranquilo. Su ubicación también es un punto a favor. Está junto a la Plaza 18 de Noviembre, una zona con bastante movimiento, cafeterías, comercios y buenas conexiones para desplazarse tanto hacia la medina como a otras partes de la ciudad. Lo mejor, sin duda, es el trato del personal: siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Como punto de mejora, algunas instalaciones agradecerían una pequeña renovación y algo más de mantenimiento, aunque son detalles que no han empañado nuestra estancia. Además, tiene una ventaja muy práctica: justo al lado hay una casa de cambio que, en nuestra experiencia, ofrecía un tipo de cambio mejor que el del conocido Hotel Ali, junto a la plaza Jemaa el-Fna. Merece la pena comparar antes de cambiar dinero. En conjunto, nos hemos sentido muy a gusto y volveríamos a alojarnos aquí sin ningún problema. Lo recomendaría a quien busque un hotel bien situado, con un trato excelente y una buena relación calidad-precio.

Cons: Hotellet trænger til en god gang vedligeholdelse. Er total nedslidt. Vi lejede to værelser. Det ene værelse kølede aircondition slet ikke. Vi endte med at skulle skifte værelse dagen efter. Det nye værelse var afløbet stoppet når du gik i bad, så soppede man længe efter i vandet. Det andet værelse vi havde fungerede aircondition heller ikke efter første døgn. Der kom en reparatør men han rensede bare risten selvom at det virkede som om at det var køleranlægget der ikke fungerede. Herefter vi så en suite hvor aircondition endelig fungerede. Det ville være skønt hvis man lige gennemgik værelserne for at sikre at alt virker inden man får booket nye gæster ind.

THERE WAS A SOFA PLACED IN FRONT OF THIS FIREFIGHTING EQUIPMENT. INCASE OF FIRE, YOU WILL NOT GET ACCESS TO IT. HOW DID LOCAL FIRE DEPT APPROVE THIS MAJOR DISCREPANCY?? I HAVE INFMD THE MAN AT RECEPTION ABOUT IT.DO RECTIFY THIS IMMEDIATELY. REFER ATTACHED TWO PHOTOGRAPHS. 7. THEY DID NOT PLACE DRINKING WATER BOTTLES IN ROOM. Cons: Initially the room they gave was extremely hot, but they quickly and very kindly resolved the problem by giving us another room - a beautiful upgrade with wonderfully powerful air conditioning. I really can’t fault any of the staff as they went out of their way to resolve the issue immediately which is a big plus and worthy of notice.

L’emplacement est correct, mais c’est à peu près tout.

Cons: L’établissement a été très décevant et ne correspond pas du tout aux photos présentées lors de la réservation. Les chambres sont bien en dessous de nos attentes. Le petit-déjeuner est très minimaliste, avec très peu de choix et aucun produit ou service qui se démarque. Dans l’ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas satisfaisant.

L’hôtel est très bien situation. Environ 15 minutes de marche de la gare de Marrakech et 30 minutes de marche de la médina. Et la majorité de nos excursions sont venues nous chercher devant l’hôtel.

Cons: Le personnel n’est pas forcément aimable, excepté l’agent de sécurité à l’entrée. Le réassort du gel douche, papier toilette n’était pas automatique. Les serviettes ne sont pas systématiquement remplacées nous étions obligés d’aller à la réception pour en demander de nouvelles. Le lit est à peine fait, nous sommes restées pile une semaine et les draps n’ont pas du tout été changés une seule fois. L’eau de la douche ne s’écoule pas et stagne, malgré le signalement, c’est uniquement le jour du départ que le nécessaire à été fait. J’ai un gros doute que l’aspirateur soit passé quotidiennement. Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas varié, peu de choix sont proposés

Cons: Très déçue par cet hôtel. La propreté laissait vraiment à désirer, aussi bien dans les parties communes que dans la chambre. Le personnel était peu aimable et pas du tout à l’écoute des clients. La piscine était dans un état préoccupant et ne donnait pas envie de s’y baigner. De plus, le snack extérieur annoncé était fermé durant notre séjour, sans information préalable. L’établissement ne correspondait pas à nos attentes ni à la description présentée. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Cons: J'ai réserver mon séjour pour 232euros taxes incluse et arriver sur place pour payer l’hôtel ma donner une facture de 270euros en donnant des explication plus que douteuse pris au piège j'ai du régler la facture. Après avoir parler avec d'autre client ils nous on dis avoir eu la même expérience à l'arriver avec une réception plus que froide je déconseille cette établissement. Les lits et oreillers vous garantisse un mal de dos, la clim tombe en panne tous les jours. Ils vous propose un parking qui ce situe à minimum 1KM.

Una excelente. Hay taxis a todas horas. La Medina queda a 40 min andando pero un taxi nos cobró 4€ al cambio. Las habitaciones excelentes con un buen aire acondicionado y la cama enorme y muy cómoda. Quedamos ai tres días al venir del desierto y genial. Al aeropuerto hay 10 minutos en taxi y nos cobró 10€ Cogiéndolo por nuestra cuenta. En el hotel el servicio de taxi al aeropuerto cobraban 15€. La piscina excelente. El desayuno bien.

Les échanges par mails très réactif. , Le transfert aéroport/hôtel van climatisé Said le chauffeur vous donne les bons conseils et les bons plans. Et la piscine en rooftop avec une vue sur le quartier,serviette a dispo.Elle n'est pas chauffée comme la plupart des piscine au Maroc mais avec 37°c ,ce n'était pas un problème. Le petit déjeuner nous convenait quelques Viennoisieries française et locaux,jus d'orange. Question qualité prix .difficile de faire mieux. Vous serez à 15mn en taxi loin du tumulte du souk mais pres de la vraie hospitalité locale.

Cons: Tijdens mijn recente verblijf ben ik tegen een aantal punten aangelopen die de ervaring negatief hebben beïnvloed. De kamer oogde gedateerd en was erg donker. Vanwege de inkijk van de overburen waren we genoodzaakt de dikke gordijnen gesloten te houden. Het toevoegen van dunne, doorzichtige gordijnen (vitrages) zou hier een simpele oplossing zijn voor meer daglicht met behoud van privacy. Daarnaast was de faciliteit voor televisie zeer beperkt; met slechts vijf zenders en een gebrek aan internationale- of sportkanalen is het aanbod niet meer van deze tijd. Ook de faciliteiten vielen tegen: het zwembad is aan de kleine kant voor het aantal gasten, het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was helaas beperkt tot de muur van een ander flatgebouw, en de kwaliteit van het ontbijt – met name de koffie – is voor verbetering vatbaar. Ik hoop dat deze feedback helpt om de ervaring voor toekomstige gasten te verbeteren.

Cons: Absolut schockierende Erfahrung – meiden Sie dieses Hotel unbedingt. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer für zwei Personen gebucht. Bereits beim Check-in verhielt sich der Rezeptionist extrem unfreundlich, arrogant und vollkommen desinteressiert. Ich informierte ihn ausdrücklich darüber, dass mein Kollege später anreisen würde. Da das Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht und bezahlt war, sollte das selbstverständlich kein Problem sein. Er sagte dazu nichts. Als mein Kollege gegen 22 Uhr einchecken wollte, eskalierte die Situation plötzlich völlig grundlos. Der Rezeptionist wurde aggressiv und behauptete plötzlich in einem herablassenden Ton, dass dies „nicht erlaubt“ sei. Er schrie uns an und behandelte uns wie Kriminelle. Als mein Kollege ihn ruhig bat, nicht zu schreien und das Problem sachlich zu erklären, rastete der Mitarbeiter komplett aus. Was dann geschah, war unfassbar. Der Rezeptionist nahm das Hoteltelefon und warf es meinem Kollegen mit voller Wucht an den Kopf. Mein Kollege taumelte blutüberströmt aus dem Hotel, während der Mitarbeiter ihn weiter beschimpfte und hinauswarf. Wir standen beide völlig unter Schock und hatten Angst um unsere Sicherheit. Ich packte sofort meine Sachen zusammen und verliess das Hotel aus Angst vor weiteren Angriffen. Die Polizei musste eingeschaltet werden und nahm noch vor Ort Ermittlungen auf. Mein Kollege musste anschliessend ins Spital, wo seine Platzwunde genäht werden musste. Selbst das Krankenhauspersonal zeigte sich schockiert über diese rohe Gewalt innerhalb eines Hotels. Ich bin viel gereist und habe noch nie etwas auch nur annähernd Vergleichbares erlebt. Kein Gast sollte Angst haben müssen, von Hotelmitarbeitern körperlich angegriffen zu werden. Das war nicht nur schlechter Service — das war Körperverletzung. Bis heute hat das Hotel den Betrag für die ungenutzten Übernachtungen nicht erstattet. Reagiert hat das Hotel Management nicht auf die Beschwerde/sich nicht entschuldigt. Finger weg von diesem Hotel!

Franchement c’est pas de la grande hôtellerie mais pour les tarifs proposé, le rapport qualité prix est top. Draps propres, serviettes propre chambre ancienne mais vraiment fonctionnel avec même une petite tv. Petit déjeuner bien et la petite piscine est un plus très sympa ( c’est pas celle du Movempick ) mais elle est propre et en extérieur. L’emplacement c’est le gros plus de l’hôtel.

Cons: Vu le prix payé (70 euros la nuit ) je ne peux pas me plaindre. Sauf peut-être la réceptionniste qui n’était pas hyper agréable.

Hotel is in central location which is handy for restaurants abd shops. Overall the staff were friendly and especially Khadijah in the restaurant was very helpful attending to our requests. Thank you Khadijah. Both the room and hotel were reasonably clean though room carpet in poor state.

Cons: The hotel could benefit from a refresh and updated decor. Breakfast was limited, no toaster in restaurant and no kettle in room which is most unusual, never come across that before! Avoid the rooms at the front as very noisy all through night.

Everything was great.All staff very helpful.The breakfast was different what I'm used to but no complaints.The concierge staff very helpful information.ordering taxi ect.
