Cons: 窓の建て付けが悪く隙間があって、外の騒音が窓を開けているレベルで聞こえる。タオルで隙間を塞いだけれど、それでもうるさかった。隣の部屋の音なども丸聞こえ。

Se trata de un hotel sencillo (algo viejo) pero muy digno para pasar una o dos noches. Está en la zona nueva de la ciudad, algo lejos de la Medina (pero no hay problema porque pasan varios buses y muchos taxis por las calles cercanas). Zona con muchos servicios. La habitación era enorme y las camas muy cómodas.
Cons: El desayuno fue algo... ¿raro? No sabría definirlo de otra manera. Tanto el personal como los productos que ofrece.

Adorei a cama os lençóis, a limpeza. Miam os lençóis todos os dias e o colchão é fantástico. A piscina também tem um ambiente muito calmo, excelente para relaxar. A vista do Terraço para a Cidade também muito bonita. Vê-se a Mesquita. Voltarei certamente.

Cons: Not sure if it’s a tradition, but they’ve cats seating on the guest chairs at the reception. This is a bit personal as I don’t like cat. Air conditioning: they seemed to regulate the room temperature for you. The controller in your room appears to have to be turned on by them sending a staff with the remote to turn it on.

Cons: Schlechtes Luft-Sauerstoffverhältnis, da Zimmer nur zentral durch Klimaanlage versorgt werden. Man kann selber keine Einstellung treffen. Es war am Abend und in der Nacht zu heiß und ein offenes Fenster bringt da auch nichts. Das Zimmer ist insgesamt noch alt.

A tetőn van egy medence, de mi nem próbáltuk ki, mert mindig csak este értünk vissza a szállodába és akkor már hűvös volt. A reggeli finom volt. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. A szálloda a belvárosban van, ezért a befizetett turákra odajöttek értünk és vissza is vittek.

The location was great, the area is safe and allows you to have a great walk to the city centre. It takes about half an hour to get to the old Medina. The hotel was nice and our room was very spacious, massive, comfy bed. The room was facing the boulevard, but still quiet, even some of the comments said that it was very noisy and busy during the night. The lady on the reception was super sweet and very helpful. 🤗 There is an exchange point next to the hotel, lots of restaurants nearby, big shopping centre, so a lot to explore in the area. Also, the breakfast was good. The rooftop swimming pool was unheated, but it was still a nice place for sunbathing. ✨️
Cons: The only thing was the bathroom, which could be a bit cleaner. Anyway, we had our flip-flops, so it wasn't that bad.

Cons: Bathroom bin broken, the bed is two single mattresses pushed together,noisy room with no soundproof and noisy A/C fan. You can also hear people getting in and out the lifts. We booked this room as it was advertised with a balcony and it didn't have one. Went to reception to complain and told we could move the day after. Packed our bags and were told that it was not possible. Hussein was the only one who apologised. The other two ladies and man constantly on their phone unbothered about customers. If other hotels nearby were not fully booked we would have left on the second day.

Staff were pleasant on reception and at breakfast although the actual breakfast was very basic. The rooms... Beds very comfortable and clean, bathroom cramped and had to pivot in the toilet as the sink area was oversized for the space. Shower was powerful and very appreciated, as were towels and toiletries. Tv in the room but we never used it, fridge was working and very handy. Balcony was great. Not least room but very adequate. Security on the front door helped us feel safe and secure. Hotel has working lifts which were also very appreciated. We felt disappointed by the roof top pool as pictures make it look much different /bigger but was a nice option. Overall we found the hotel to be good. It covered all our basic needs and was a safe place to be.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.. I wasn't keen on the breakfast but my husband did.

Cons: El bufé de desayuno es muy pequeño no hay variedad y casi siempre están agotadas las comidas y no reponen si se agota se agotó. Así que si tenéis la opción de no coger desayuno mejor desayunáis fuera del hotel os merecerá la pena.

The location is good. Big supermarket and mall is close and the hotel is within a proper walking distance from the main attractions. In the hotel room shower the water pressure is very good and warm water comes out.
Cons: For a 3 star hotel one would assume that pretty basic amenities would be taken care of. In this case they unfortunately didn't. There was no kettle in the room and the pillows were the worst ever. The breakfast is pretty bland and the staff doesn't fill the food trays too often. The worst thing in our case was unfortunately the staff. There were many days when our room was cleaned, but the cleaning staff had forgotten to add soap or toilet paper or change both towels..and then we would have to call the reception and ask for them. We also asked for more comfortable pillows and got them, but the cleaning staff had changed them back to the uncomfortable ones, and when we asked them back we had to wait for them for one hour total very late in the evening. There is also no laundry service in this hotel which was promised, it's a public self service laundry spot in a parking lot near the hotel. One of us tried to ask directions there and the staff said that it's closed on Sundays and also that it's broken. We went to check the spot and it was open and working just fine, which made us of course feel that the staff didn't want to help. The staff also didn't greet us ever while walking past the reception and whenever we asked for something, they never apologized or tried to make the situation better. We really weren't asking for anything special or extra, just basic amenities which were promised and normal, friendly customer service but for some reason in our case we didn't get them.

Cons: De airco/verwarming werkte helaas niet goed. Het was niet mogelijk om de temperatuur lager in te stellen. Zelfs wanneer ik deze op 15 à 16 graden zette, bleef het apparaat warme lucht blazen.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Almas, the staff were so welcoming & helpful, always with a smile & happy to help in every way. Our rooms were really spacious & cleaned every day. Great location close to many restaurants & half hour walk to the Medina. Lovely rooftop pool & yoga area with a view of Atlas Mountains. The staff get the real credit though for their friendliness & kindness. Great value stay & great experience!

Er ist auf meine Tochter loss, meine Frau ist dazwischen Respektlos da eine Frau bei denen nur Dreck ist. Zimmer Dreckig,Schimmel und sehr alt.

The hotel has wifi but it didn’t work from our room or by the pool. The rooms are very nice and spacious, the shower in the bathroom is lovely and they were cleaned very nicely each day. However the windows sound like they’re open and let water in even though they were shut, it is very loud outside all night until about 5am. With beeping, revving and shouting. There is good little food places and a shop right outside the hotel. No hair dryer was in the room, and it gets very cold as the windows don’t seem to fully shut. Receptionist lady also didn’t know very much English.

My room was perfect. I was in 503 It was large, modern, in excellent order. The bed was very comfortable. Large windows with lots of natural light important for us ladies to do our make up. Bathroom was modern, strong shower always warm water. Air heater/ AC worked. Large Tv with various languages. Breakfast was good but I only went one day as I liked a lie in. Staff in restaurant were super friendly. The little lady on the 5th floor doing the room cleaning was very sweet. Always had a big smile on her and a warm greeting to clients. Very professional. Good had a security door man 24/7 for extra reassurance. Pharmacy 30 seconds away. Shopping centre 5 mins walk with Starbucks etc. I have stayed in about 6 hotels now in Marrakech and this was the best in terms of room by far.

The location is great. It is not very close to Medina, but as for me that’s an advantage. A pleasant and safety neighbourhood with Starbucks and fairly clean streets. Another advantage was the rooftop swimming pool. The view from the roof as well as the view from my window was gorgeous - at the snow Atlas Mountains.
Cons: As there is no heating, the room may be a bit cool in winter. And the water pressure in the shower may be weak. But both are not a big deal.
