I've been coming to this hotel for the ten latest years as a sales rep, about twice every quarter, for three reasons I keep coming back: the rooms are some of the largest in Oujda, I always take the junior suite which is twice as big as the basic room. Since I started coming, I would have a problem every two or three stays. The breakfast is a catastrophe; I told the director numerous times, but he never listened. This stay, I took a junior suite, and there was nothing in the room: no glasses, no water bottle, no fruits, no soap, nor shampoo. It's usually the case when a lot of things are missing, but this time it was worse than usual. Still didn't talk about the number of pillows, which isn't up to standards....

Hotel bien placé dans le centre , prés de la Medina parking ,belle piscine . Chambre vue piscine . Mais hotel un peu vieillot , qui commence a fatiguer . Pdj des plus simple .

En ce qui concerne l'hôtel rien à dire c'était très bien. Par contre je ne dirais pas autant pour hotels.com quand j'arrive à l'hôtel ma réservation était annulée le paiement annulé j'ai dû repayer et j'ai été prélevé par paypal je paye deux fois le séjour.

Hotel qui merite un rajeunissement avec des prestations annoncees inexistantes le SPA est un debarras ...manque d'entretien , 3 restaurants annonces juste 1 en acrivite .L'hotel est propre cependant.

Il y’a énormément d’amélioration à faire dans cet hotel : ascenseur pas éclairé, lit et tête de lit qui fait du bruit, l’état des grilles de ventilation sont très sales et anciens, Sonorisation forte. Seul point fort : l’accueil et l’amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel est impeccable.

Le personnel de la réception ainsi que les chasseurs sont excellents, gentils et professionnel. La responsable du service d’étage est une gentille dame même si la propreté n’est pas toujours à 100%. Toutefois, la musique jouée autour de la piscine jusqu’à plus de minuit est à un volume trop élevé, comme il fait chaud, il est impossible de fermer les fenêtres. Difficile de se reposer. Le petit déjeuner est à éviter, je recommande n’importe quel café aux alentours. Les serviettes étaient sales et sont vraiment trop petites. À part ça, l’hôtel est correct

Situé au centre de Oujda et a proximité de tout Nous avons bien été accueilli, personnels de la réception très gentil notamment Hamza, Mehdi. Les chambres sont très propres et les lits très confortable. Petit déjeuner au top C'est la deuxième fois qu'ont vient dans cette hôtel et ont est pas déçu. Hôtel familial et très propre.

Breakfast is almost not existing, heating system broke at night & woke up on AC blowing cold air when the nights were 0 degrees! No hot water in the morning, electrical plugs falling off the walls. Hotel needs a serious renovation!

L’hotel Est bien situé.le personnel a l accueil est vraiment agréable . Le séjour a été un peu gâché par la présence des moustiques ce qui n est pas du ressort de l’hotel Cependant je oense qu’avec la quantité de cadavres de moustique sur les’ murs et plafond , l hôtel devrait penser à disposer des moustiquaires sur les fenêtres afin de ne pas suffoquer dans la chambre de peur d ouvrir les fenêtres . L autre point négatif est le jet d’eau de la douche qui toutes les 10secondes passe d une température normale à brûlante (ce fut le cas dans les 2 chambres dans lesquels nous avons séjourné ) à part cela nous avons apprécié notre séjour . Nous recommençons cet hôtel .

Hotel was overall okay. Very disappointed with the over priced and restaurant services. No many options to choose for the price they charge and limited quantities also. Specially in the month of Ramadan. But this was the worst I had ever seen in my life, At the end of the breakfast service all the restaurant staff came out to the dinning area and start to get from the tables all the food and sweets and bread even souls that was left on the tables by customers to put it back into the kitchen for next say breakfast. This is disgusting and very unsanitary, they even saw me and my husband eating on the patio outside the restaurant and they didn't care about it. One of the staff even pick up a croissant from the floor. I had been in many good and video restaurants and I had never seen nothing like this before. My husband and I we even got sick of our stomachs and we couldn't even eat the dinner that it was already paid for. Please, some one take matters about this procedure at the restaurant, customers can be sick and had touched the food with dirty hands. Please fix this situation, I and very unhappy and disappointed customer and I will tell anyone that I know to do not eat at this Restaurant unless they want to be sick.! Very unhappy customer.

my recent stay at this hotel was very good I enjoyed staying here the staff was very helpful from the beginning of my vacation to the very end I was very sad too leave the rooms was cleaned every day the meals I had was very nice indeed the bar staff served me very well in the big garden I was relaxing there everyday thank you very much Atlas Orient Oujda

Nice pool and area. Elevator did not work - looked like a permanent sign. Bad for us seniors with mobility problems to climb 5 sets of stairs to get to our room.

The hotel was just okay the bed was broken we had to ask them to change the room instead of offering a different room they said we would fix it for you it wasn't a nice hotel overall
