Cons: Это самое худшее место, где я когда-либо останавливался. Начнём с того, что это НЕ ОТЕЛЬ, это просто гостевые комнаты,никакого сервиса отеля тут нет. Очень жаль, что можно выложить только 4 фотографии, чтобы описать, какую ужасную комнату мы получили. Комната старая, все разваливается, дыра в стене, везде ржавчина, куски пыли, стульчак туалета как на вокзале. Мы были просто в шоке, попросили хозяина подтвердить отмену нашей брони, в чем он отказал, предложил в качестве замены абсолютно такую же комнату, в которой на балконе нет стекол!!! Только порванная москитная сетка, на что было сказано хозяину, что я боюсь насекомых, он сказал, это Тайланд, тут везде насекомые. Убирают комнату и меняют полотенца раз в три 3 дня. Хозяин этого заведения сказал,что в виде исключения будут делать каждый день, кровать заправляли каждый день, да, но из 6 дней полотенца поменяли только два раза!! Один раз якобы другая комната забрала наши полотенца, которые оставили у двери( не моя проблема вообще) , другой раз из-за какого-то выдуманного праздника не поменяли. Бассейн работает только до 18. Поскольку это не гостиница, тут нет службы безопасности, и несмотря на якобы наличие штрафов за шум, вам могут не давать спать рядом заехавшая молодёжь.

شقة من الزمن القديم. تصلح سكن لطلاب اقسام داخليه. لا انصح به ع الاطلاق يعطيك طاقة سلبيه يجعلك تفقد جزء كبير من متعة السفر. الحسنة الوحيده به هوه قربه من شارع العرب. وهوه ايضا شارع فاشل لا يصلح للعوائل على الاطلاق

We had a nice stay at the Royal Prince Residence. Mr. Sam (Manager) was helpful and funny who gave warm hospitality to me and my friends. Room was very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Located near shops/markets and other amenities. Nice location - not too far from Patong Beach. 10 minute walk to Bangla Road. Away from the business of Patong.

Cons: WiFi was okay… the room was dated but for the price that’s what I would expect.

Большой номер, наличие кухни, посуды не много: сковорода, кастрюля. Тарелки и кружки пластиковые, было две маленькие чашечки стеклянные. Уборка каждый день, но не очень качественно, в основном застелить кровать, вынести мусор. Администратор приветливый, готов помочь. Рядом торговый центр и рынок, до моря минут 20.

Cons: Номер не очень чистый, в ванне вода плохо высыхает. В принципе номерной фонд подуставший, лифт отсутствует(всего в гостинице 3 этажа)

The location is amazing because it is close to supermarkets, market, massage, bars and restaurants. You can also rent a motorbike and book any day trip near by many shops

Amazing location near Patong Beach! We stayed for 4 nights in total Royal Prince Residence and we re booked again they have small kitchenette can cook food by self own Very clean and newly renovated hotel with super friendly staff and owner. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with hot water, new furniture and air conditioning. The rooms are also well kept by the housekeeping staff with daily cleans. WiFi access is great on all floors! The location is around 10 minutes from Patong Beach, yet there is no noise at night at all and we slept perfectly. Lots of local restaurants and shops nearby. They have Towels that you can take to the beach also, which is a nice touch. All in all, great value for money, clean and friendly staff. Would highly recommend this place.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The hotel is only 15 minutes walking distance from Patong Beach. There are so many restaurants around the hotel, especially the halal ones. There are also 7 elevens to buy the basic things like water, wet tissue or other things. The room is really large we are 9 people easy to stay and its beautiful room with large projector can watches all, it also has a hot water. There is no TV in the room, but they provide us a free netflix from the projector. Everything is perfect. This is my 4th stay this year and the staff is very professional and friendly. I stay in a large bedroom apartment and the place is good for 7-9 members. Plus point is the kitchen, I can cook or make toast for breakfast. Location is very close to the beach and Bangla road. daily house keeping will take care about cleaning rooms. a large Pool very well good to use and relax Near By also have a small restaurant's bars locals shops serving limited menu and reasonably price Royal Prince Residence One of the higher spot near by Patong

Cons: I went to sit on an outside chair and the chair pad crumbled underneath me as I sat down. The chairs were mouldy, very old and they all had bent legs. I also found the host rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Cons: Dirty tissues in the wardrobe, a previously wet but dried toilet paper roll in the bathroom, all single beds were hard and not very comfortable. They have a place for a big family. Area is located in a quiet part of the area but is just 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from Patong Beach. Sam is very welcoming. He will make sure that the guests are comfortable.

There was nothing I could appreciate - we were given a room that absolutely did not match the photos on Booking.com at all.

Cons: - mold and extreme mess - mold in kitchen appliances - lizards on the wall and a cockroach on the ground - feces from these animals on duvets and pillows - malfunctioning safe - windows that cannot be closed - only 1 key without the possibility of delivering at least 2 pieces (we were 4 people in total) - aggressive and very bad manager in a situation where we tried to complain about the uninhabitability of the room

The property manager, Sam was very friendly and more of family / brother. He made sure he took good care of all of us like his own family. Sam was 100 on 100 for us.

Cons: Since it’s a residence and not a hotel, house keeping was done by one good and humble lady. We would have preferred if they have more house keeping staffs so that rooms and toilets were better managed. all others are fine.

Very helpful, kept checking in with us to make sure we were good for everything and always available if anything needed. We had an issue with the AC one evening and he came to our rescue within minutes of contacting him. Pool is nice size and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Sam was kind enough to collect me from Bus blue smart bust stop and even offered to collect me from Phuket Town He offered his help to rent a scooter, then is up to each one to decide what to do. He has many good reviews from his clients. If you need anything he will help you, regardless the issue with the flushing system leak in the bathroom. He was always kind The best was he offered to collect me on my arrival even though I made a mistake in my booking dates he tried to accommodate me. That was superb!!!!

Cons: The horrible noise every morning due a construction building next to the property. Be aware of it The only one thing I didnt like was a 24hours continues leaking water from the flushing system in the Bathroom, which was annoying and takes pressure from the shower etc, not even care to fix it.

When we arrived our room was not what was asked for so the first night was in a loft room. Not ideal but it sufficed. The next day we were moved to a house villa with 5 bedrooms. This was fantastic and made our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating

We had to carry our bags to level three where we stayed and there is no elevator in hotel. Staffers are lazy and unhappy Adds look good but actually no value for money and I will never go back there.

It's hard to find the hotel in the first time we arrived there. However, it's in a good location which near the patong beach and the mall. The rooms are big and nice but not so clean. It only provided room cleaning service twice a day. My friend felt itchy in the first day on the bed. And sometimes we found some insects or hair on bed after changing new sleep sheets. There is a small swimming pool. It's nice to play with friends there.

Royal Prince is an extremely well price Guesthouse in a quite are of Patong. If you are after a 5 star resort, this is not the place for you however the pool is a welcome addition in an area where most accommodation doesn't have one and it was always clean and inviting. We had a brilliant time and it is great family accommodation.

Our room was on the ground floor, which was very lucky btw because there is no elevator, but being on the ground floor made us next to the pool, therefore at late hours or very early in the morning its difficult to sleep because of the noise of the people in the pool. The room's size was good, the beds were big and comfy, however there is no shower cabin or bath tub, the entire bathroom gets wet when you take a shower because the floor is all on the same level. Some of the towels are ripped. When we first arrived the receptionist inssisted to take my passport and 2000 baht for insurrance of the room but i refused to give him my passport and i told him he could only take a copy. The place of the hotel however was really good, and for this price, i wasnt supposed to be expecting much.

我们一行四人是凌晨1点多才到达酒店的，酒店接待人员非常热情和周到，他们都是尼泊尔人，英文也是棒棒哒，和他们聊天会感觉非常愉快。酒店地址有点偏僻，不过也非常安静，黎江西冷只需要步行6分钟的路程。设施方面，我们定的房间有两张大床，房间内包含厨房，洗手间和厕所，冰箱空调保险柜大衣柜什么的都有，设施相当齐全。

The host was friendly and helpful. It's not a bad place if you are not those luxury person, the condition of the hotel is acceptable. The location is near the shopping mall with around a 5mins walk and it's near to the night market.

We stayed as part of a stag do. 10 people over 9 nights, we arrived at 11pm and was told one room was over booked and was given a house for the night which was nice. We moved into our rooms the next day, very basic but perfect for what we needed. Bad points were that the wifi on the top floor was bad, and the fridge didn't stay cold. Overall was good value but I wouldn't stay there again. I left my charger and a multi adaptor, I sent an email to the hotel for it to be sent to me- but had no reply. Real shame.

Vi kom dertil med to små børn og blev ikke skuffet. Hotellet lignede de billeder vi havde set hjemmefra, det lå lidt væk fra den traffikkerede vej og havde en rolig stemning. Et godt sted at starte sin ferie!

Location is good, walking distance to Patong Beach and shopping center. It's a terrace house among the other residential houses. Hotel provides bottle water only on the check in day,and provide 1 very thin blanket per bed though I have booked and paid for 4 people. Managed to ask for 1 more blanket but still feel cold at night and not able to rest well. We cannot switch off aircon as there are mosquitoes due to low floor. We stayed 4 nights and both my son and myself caught cold on the 3rd day.

When we arrived at the Royal Prince Residence and wanted to check in, was told that the room is full even though we have booked. The hotel will move us to another hotel for one night only and for the second and third nights will be spent Royal Prince Residence. We do not want because an unknown location and facilities may not exist or is not the same as in Royal Prince Residence. After waiting for 10 minutes, the hotel has provided a villa at Royal Prince Residence with 5 bedrooms because there is a vacancy. We hope this does not happen again because we had paid in advance before arriving in Phuket.

オーナーが一生懸命やっている民宿という印象。部屋の扉がない(ガラス戸に簡素なカギを掛けて出入り) 2階のベッドは薄いマットレスを床に置いた簡素なもの。部屋のインテリアも古く、壊れているものが多い。ジャンセイロンに近いのは良い。

Overall it's a pleasant stay. Once you arrive at the reception, the bell boy will issue you keys to your apartment depending on the amount of people you have. For pax of 1-3 you will be allocated a room in the place. But if you have more, you will be allocated a whole apartment to yourself. We were allocated the entire terrece place to ourselves for a pax of 6. The place was slightly run down and old but is definitely a cheaper option for a big group. It is quite a walk to patong beach but relatively near to the shopping mall. I will recommend this apartment to young adults and teenages.

For the money we paid, this residence was satisfactory. The townhouse we stayed in serviced the four of us traveling. The downsides to this place were the number of gnats that lived in our bathroom due to the open-air construction of the building, the hot water boiler we were given to make coffee had a colony of ants living in it and even after we brought this fact to the hotel's management we were given the boiler back- still containing ants, and the shock at the amount of air brushing that had to take place in order to create the pictures we saw online of the outside of the building. All-in-all, for a group of twenty-something's this hotel was fine. It afforded us to be a 15 min walk from the beach and 10 mins from great Thai food. So, economically, this was a great deal. If you're looking for plush accommodations, you'll want to stay elsewhere.

ホテルの場所が奥まった場所ですが、客もスタッフもあまりすれ違うことがなくて逆に良かったです。プールは小さいながらありました。レストランや売店はありませんが、近くにはセブンやファミマなど食べるところは沢山あるので困ることはありません。バイクもホテルで借りられますが、ニューマシンのバイクや程度の良いバイクはホテル以外のショップで借りたほうがいいです。安全金庫、冷蔵庫、ポット、電子レンジ、トースター、なども在り長期滞在向きにも短期にもいい宿です。部屋もとても広く、キングサイズベットで気分よく寝られました。

We were staying nearer Kata beach but decided to stay in Patong on New Year's Eve rather than battling with taxi/ tuk tuk drivers and inflated fares. Hotel was adequate for a cheapish short stay. Pros: spacious room, 5 minute walk to large shopping mall and further 5/10 minutes to Bangla Road and Patong Beach although hotel is away from hustle/bustle/noise ,hotel had communal area which has seating, glasses and bottle opener etc which was handy Cons: room was fairly basic, pool didn't look too inviting

We booked the 2 bedroom villa for 5 nights for 6-7 family members. At the last second 3 more joined our family vacation. The Royal Prince put us up in the 5 bedroom house for no additional cost when they realized our situation. Awesome hotel. lots of room. great staff. hotel is located in a good spot, close to main areas. for walkers: about 10 min walk to beach (another building under construction so walking path is closed, originally 5 min walk to beach but construction makes you walk around)
