A szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A közösségi tér szép, igényes.

Great location Sufyane the host was brilliant couldn’t do enough for you. The food was amazing breakfast, lunch & dinner.
Cons: Like most Riads it wasn’t licensed which isn’t a problem but you just need to be aware when planning your day.

The riad was overall charming, with a lovely terrace offering views of the town. However, the breakfast could have been improved. It would be better to either provide more options or exclude it altogether, so that tourists do not expect a lavish breakfast like those found in other countries. The only items available for breakfast were bread and jam, mint tea, and traditional Moroccan pancakes, which were also served with jam.
Cons: I noticed that the bathroom was not very clean, with some areas appearing to have never been cleaned. For travelers, this is an important aspect. After a long day of walking around, all you want is to relax and take a shower in a clean bathroom.

It was clean
Cons: Bad locations, most taxis wouldn’t to drop off at the door saying they can’t go there, the walk to Medina is about 15-20 min which in the heat can be quite long. The breakfast was very basic, compared to other hotels that were actually cheaper. The bed was very hard. No spa in the facilites.

Sufyane is probably one of the nicest, most knowledgeable hosts we met on our trip to Morocco. Very helpful, accommodating, kind and welcoming. The Riad is super beautiful and quaint. Lots of attention to detail in the decor. Our room had a lot of natural light coming through the windows and it was a traditional open plan styled layout. It was so nice to stay in a place that was quiet and relaxing after exploring the hustle and bustle of busy Marrakesh. Breakfast was also delicious too. Would definitely stay there again if we visit Marrakech in the future. Thank you!
Cons: Everything was great.

The staff Sufyane was super nice, friendly and professional. He was always checking on us and helped us with the maps, attractions and luggage. The last day we checked out super early and he changed our breakfast so we didn’t loose it. Although the riad is 20’ away from the big square, you reach the zoco streets super easy and it is ok to go walking. We were 3 girls and didn’t have problems. The riad is really beautiful and worth it!

The personnel is very friendly, helpful and willing to give tips and advice on what to see and how to move in Marrakech and to other cities. Clean and cosy rooms, albeit on the small side. Good location within walking distance to the old town sites in Marrakesh's medina quarter and even to the new city if you are fit to walk. However, navigating to or from the riad may be tricky.
Cons: Mediocre, yet functional Wifi connection.

We loved this place, we had such a warm welcome from Sufyane, he had lots of advice for us on what to do in Marrakech. The breakfast was good with pancakes and an omelette cooked freshly for us every day, tasted like instant coffee but you often get that in hotels in Morocco. We stayed in two rooms here, both were stunning even though they looked very different. The carvings on the woodwork were incredible. Being able to get a taxi to the door is a bonus too. I would book here if I came back to Marrakech
Cons: The location is good but not the best, its a little bit further to some of the main sites than some of the other hotels although we walked everywhere so its not that far. We felt safe on the streets, even though it looked a bit scary when we first arrived.

I liked the location of the property, it was close to many facilities such as laundrette, coffee shops and local groceries. The breakfast in the morning was very nice, there was a variety of different savouries to eat in the morning. I will especially like to thank a main member of staff named Soufiane, he was very friendly with my children, he was very helpful with picking up my laundry and was very polite. He made us feel very welcomed and could speak very good English which was easy to interact with. He made us feel very comfortable and helped us with any questions we had, a very friendly and kind member of staff.
Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like.

After a small door you enter a beautiful Riad! It is situated a little bit outside the touristic Medina, that is an advantage. It was nice and quiet inside. The crew was very kind, especially Soufyane, who was of great help and gave a lot of good advice.
Cons: My taxi driver had some trouble finding the place. If you call the hotel at the airport, they can give the right direction to the driver!

beautiful riad, spacious room and great hospitality. riad is in a calm area but still walkable distance to the medina and gueliz. offers dinner (did not eat there though) and in no way were pushy in trying to sell you something. breakfast was standard for marrakech with an omelette as a nice bonus 🙂
Cons: would take a room higher up as on the ground floor you’ll be woken up by people having breakfast in front of your door and in winter ground Floor is quite cold. they provide a wonderful super thick blanket though. it would have been great if for breakfast they served some fruit

-Host tried to help wherever he could and made sure we were always safe (e.g by making sure we would be picked up directly at the Riad for a day trip) -Check-in was easy -24h reception -Apartment was clean
Cons: -The pictures look better than reality, I think the whole place needs some maintenance. The shower was very unpleasant and flooded the entire bathroom (no shower curtain) -The location is not nice. We stayed at two different Riads in Marrakesh, one in the south and this one in the north (both similar in price). The way to the north by walking feels unsafe in some areas. We were frequently tried to be scammed by locales on the way. We did not feel home, the souths felt safer -we appreciate that the host helped us with many things (airport transport, printing boarding pass). However, it felt like we were always asked to play tourist prices for these services whereas the other Riad we stayed at always helped us to get the local prices

Perfect traditional breakfast, friendly family hospitality
Cons: You'll have to get used to the call to prayer in the wee hours from the mosque next door. It's very loud, but over within 90 seconds and a lot better than noisy traffic would be. Otherwise very quiet.
