Cosa mi è piaciuto? Tutto. In particolare Youssef che è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e premuroso anche considerando il fatto che eravamo due donne. Ci ha fatto sentire estremamente a nostro agio e ci ha dato supporto anche dopo il nostro soggiorno presso la struttura.

La cortesía del personal y la habitación con un colchón increíblemente cómodo.
Cons: La.posicion es cómoda para visitar la medina (justo a la entrada) pero también esta colocado en la parte donde están las tiendas de alimentación locales y el impacto es un poco fuerte si no estás acostumbrado. Además esta en una calle muy pequeña con lo cual el taxi no puede llevarta a la entrada (en ningún lado de la medina). Nada grave pero mejor saberlo para estar preparados.

- Mohamed et Youssef sont vraiment très gentils et leur accueil était très chaleureux. - Les petits déjeuners étaient tous très copieux. - La terrasse au toit est magnifique et paisible. Une oasis de paix loin du tumulte de la Médina.
Cons: La chambre simple est très petite. Il n'y a ni chaise, ni fenêtre. L'endroit est confortable pour dormir et se doucher, mais ce n'est pas un espace de vie où passer le temps. Il vaut mieux aller sur la terrasse

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Palace Meryem in Marrakesh. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. A special thanks to Mohammed and Youssef, who were both truly wonderful and made us feel so welcome. Our room was always spotless thanks to the hardworking housekeeping ladies, whose efforts we genuinely appreciated. Breakfast each morning was lovely: fresh orange juice, home-baked pancakes, yogurt, fruit, and a peaceful open-air terrace on the top floor—such a perfect way to start the day. When we arrived, Mohammed welcomed us with Moroccan tea and biscuits, followed by a delicious evening meal cooked in a classic tagine. These thoughtful touches made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend Riad Palace Meryem and would happily stay again.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I had a VERY early morning departure and they gave me a "to-go" bag of water and fruit (since I was leaving long before breakfast would be available).
Cons: The "Single" room I had was very small, but did have an adjoining bathroom with shower. It was the smallest room I've ever stayed in, but met my needs as there was a spacious sitting room available, as well as the rooftop area.

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel au Riad Palais Meryem. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec une grande gentillesse et un professionnalisme remarquable par Youssef, qui a vraiment rendu mon expérience encore plus agréable. Le riad est neuf, très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et offrent un vrai sentiment de tranquillité. Youssef et toute l’équipe ont été aux petits soins tout au long de mon séjour, toujours disponibles pour aider ou conseiller. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, varié et servi dans un cadre magnifique. L’emplacement du riad est idéal pour découvrir la médina tout en profitant d’un environnement calme et reposant. Je recommande vivement le Riad Palais Meryem à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience authentique, confortable et mémorable. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

Door een steegje lopen naar een mooie deur en achter de deur schuilt een verborgen paleisje😍 Zo mooi allemaal in Marrokaanse stijl, zo lief ontvangen, heerlijke kamer met een heerlijk bed, waar je na een lange dag heerlijk kon gaan slapen en uitgerust weer wakker werd. Google Maps und Apple Maps waren sich nicht ganz einig über die Lage, aber als wir es gefunden haben, waren wir sehr angetan. Sehr ruhige Atmosphäre, Ausstattung schön, tolle Dachterrasse, sehr zugewandte, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir sind mitten in der Nacht geflogen, konnten aber den ganzen Tag noch dort bleiben. Hervorragendes Abendessen und Frühstück, sehr gute Lage und die besten Betten auf der ganzen Reise.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Riad Palais Meryem ! En réalité, ce n’est pas simplement un riad, mais plutôt un véritable petit palais moderne et très bien situé, à l’entrée de la Médina, à environ 15 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el-Fna et du Jardin Majorelle. Le lieu est neuf, très propre, et les chambres sont spacieuses avec des lits super confortables. La terrasse est magnifique, idéale pour se détendre et profiter du calme après une journée dans la ville. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et très copieux, avec des produits faits maison et naturels — un vrai plaisir chaque matin ! Un grand merci à Youssef et Mohamed pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité. Ils font tout pour que les clients se sentent bien et donnent toujours de bons conseils pour visiter Marrakech et ses environs. Franchement, c’est un établissement que je recommande à 100 %, et j’y retournerai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Marrakech ! 🌿✨

Struttura davvero molto bella e curata, pulitissima, le signore delle pulizie pulivano gli spazi comuni più volte al giorno. La colazione è stata un vero banchetto a festa, tutto ottimo e freschissimo. Gli host Youssef e Mohammed sempre presenti e disponibili. Avevamo un volo serale e mio figlio non è stato bene il giorno del check out, e anche dopo aver liberato la camera ci hanno lasciato il salottino a disposizione tutto il giorno per lasciarlo riposare. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la loro disponibilità. Consiglio vivamente questo Riad.

The riad is beautifully decorated and is a peaceful sanctuary in the medina. Walking distance to the new city and about a 20 minute walk to the souks in Jemaa El Fna souks. Breakfast daily on the rooftop terrace was excellent. Mohamed was beyond helpful before and after my stay. I highly recommend Riad Palais MERYEM.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Riad per 4 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. I ragazzi, Mohamed E Youssef, hanno cercato di soddisfare al meglio le nostre esigenze e in struttura sono sempre presenti, sia di giorno che di notte. Siamo arrivati la sera tardi, ci avevano prenotato il transfert e, arrivati fuori dalla porta della medina, sono venuti a prenderci personalmente per accompagnarci al Riad. Lo stesso al ritorno, quando siamo partiti alle 5.30 la mattina. La colazione è ottima, molto ricca e di buona qualità. Le stanze sono nuove e molto pulite e il latto era veramente comodissimo. la posizione a mio avviso è strategica, perché appena dentro le mura, ma a due passi dal centro della città vecchia... e questo è molto utile per i trasporti. Fatevi consigliare anche qualche gita, si appoggiano ad un autista che parla italiano che è molto bravo e gentile. Assolutamente CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

This Riad is in a very good location, on the edge of the Medina which is convenient for taxis and Trip pickups, but also in an area with its traditional character and atmosphere. Opening the door reveals an 'oasis' of calm, and attractive traditional decor. The rooms were nicely furnished and serviced,. clean and comfortable with flexible lighting, TV, fridge, good quality bedlinen and towels; and well functioning shower. The breakfasts were excellent, freshly prepared orange juice, crepes #, pancakes and breads, yoghurt with granola and fruit, omelette, fresh fruit and mint tea or coffee. This was served on the very attractive rooftop terrace which also had sunloungers. The hosts, Muhammed and Yousef were exceptional- kind, thoughtful, and helpful; We were told "It was like family" when we arrived-and it was!

Beautiful clean and comfortable riad. The pool was fantastic. Now let’s talk about the staff: I only stayed for one night, but I became ill and was very unwell. The manager, Mohammed, was incredible. He helped me to find a hospital and visited me many times to check on my well-being. This was incredible service and I am very grateful thank you Mohammad and thank you Riad Meryem.

It’s a relatively new Riad and quite easy to find. It was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent better than I expected. Mohammed and Youssef were particularly very helpful and awesome guys, they made our stay comfortable.

My mum and I have just returned from a 3 night stay and it could not have been more prefect. The two hosts of this beautiful traditional Riad arranged the transfer for us so when we arrived there was someone waiting with our name who whisked us back to check in drop her bags and waited for us making sure we arrived in time for our dinner reservations at Comptoir Darna. The same driver was able to pick us up and take us back as well. Breakfast was served on the rooftop it was so peaceful everything was home-made fresh juice, fresh bread, home-made jams, omelette and salad and as if that was not enough fresh fruit, yoghurt and granola as well. This set is up for the day with hot coffee and the location was superb we were able to walk straight into the Medina and navigate using our iPhone which we connected to the WiFi in the Riad. Walking distance for almost everywhere 13 min from Ell Fenn for cocktails -10 minutes from Bacha Coffee (we never managed to visit ! 2 hours wait time !) and all the famous landmarks you would wish to visit. The weather was beautiful 31 and we were able to lie out on the sun-beds which is what for us makes this place stand out from other Riads. The beds in the room were so comfortable as well with beautiful crisp white linen and we were able to connect our accounts to the TV in the room for Netflix and YouTube. We had dinner in the Riad one evening as well and like breakfast there were many delicious courses and such good value. Thank you Youssef and Mohammed you made our stay so relaxing we had no stress about getting to and from the airport which was vital for a short stay. All the other guests were really nice people too.

All the members of staff we encountered were welcoming, friendly and helpful; they couldn’t do enough to help and were always available, greeting linemen you as you came in and left. The riad is beautiful, decorated in the traditional style. It’s situated just inside the medina so only a short walk when getting taxis but because of that it is more of a walk in to the centre. We, however, enjoyed the walk to rough the r markets where the r locals meet and further on in to the tourist areas.
Cons: Not a ‘didn’t like’ but our preference would be for the breakfast to be less bread/pancake/cake based.

The riad is in a great location — right on the edge of the Medina, so it’s peaceful yet just a short walk from the city center. It’s also close to a square where you can easily find taxis and buses. The surrounding area is full of local food vendors and small eateries, giving it an authentic and lively atmosphere that’s a pleasure to explore. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, decorated with handcrafted tiles and intricate woodwork. The rooms are charming and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with fresh and genuine local products. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff — incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. A special thanks to Youssef, whose constant smile and assistance made organizing our activities and transfers effortless, and to Mohamed for his kindness. We can’t wait to come back!

Cons: Unica pecca: la posizione. È strategica perche si trova vicino la stazione dei taxi ed è praticamente all’entrata della Medina, tuttavia la strada da percorrere a piedi per uscire ed entrare nel Riad ha un odore costantemente sgradevole e pesante, potrebbe dare fastidio.

Les chambres sont propres, le lit est très confortable et la décoration soignée jusque dans les moindres détails. Le petit déjeuner est royal, varié et délicieux, un vrai régal pour bien commencer la journée 🥐🍊🍵. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et accueillant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. L’ambiance générale est chaleureuse et apaisante, on s’y sent comme chez soi. The property was amazing. The room was spacious and the location, although close enough from the busy main streets of the Madina, was very quiet and calm. Mohamed, the property manager, went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. He helped me plan different excursions and ensured that all logistics went smoothly. El desayuno era nuestra parte favorita del día, estaba buenísimo! Y la ubicación del Riad es estupenda, a un ratito andando del zoco, pero lo suficientemente alejado para tener algo de tranquilidad por la noche. Y las camas comodísimas!!

Cons: L’établissement était plus excentré que je le croyais de la place centrale. Bon c’est mon choix et je l’assume mais c’était moins pratique et moins varié côté restauration et boutique. Notre chambre était exigue mais les lits confortables.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec un délicieux thé à la menthe et des gâteaux maison, un vrai bonheur après le voyage. Les deux jeunes qui s’occupent du Riad sont d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité incroyables, tout comme l’ensemble du personnel, toujours bienveillant. Les chambres sont superbes, décorées avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous avions demandé un lit bébé, qui a été installé avant notre arrivée : un vrai plus pour voyager avec un enfant. Le Riad est idéalement situé, à deux pas du souk et à seulement 15 minutes à pied des principales attractions touristiques. Les petits-déjeuners sont copieux, variés et vraiment délicieux. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable même en plein été. Franchement, je recommande ce Riad mille fois !

The room was spacious and well-equipped, and waking up in the middle of the night to gaze at the intricate ceiling felt like stepping back into the era of Moroccan dynasties; absolutely breathtaking! The location is ideal; right at the entrance of the Medina; so there’s no need for a long walk to reach it. Mohamed went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and made us feel truly at home. He shared wonderful insights about Marrakesh and the Medina, was incredibly attentive, and always greeted us with a warm, genuine smile. He was just a call away whenever we needed anything. Breakfast on the rooftop was a delight, fresh, delicious, and the perfect start to each day. I can’t recommend this Riad highly enough. Amazing. The riad is located very conveniently, right at the border of the medina, easy access and authentic neighbourhoods, although very safe even late night. The rooms are very well decorated and maintained, super clean and recently renovated. Common areas are a big plus, the swimming pool, the terrace, everything is perfect. Food is excellent, both breakfast and dinner there, the best chicken Tajine we had in Marrakech. But the very best part is the staff, we have been warmly welcomed by Youssef and Mohamed, young, professional and very communicative. They were always ready to help, providing tip for the journey, helping with transport, recommending places to visit. Pleasant evening chat, kids loved them, they made us feeling home. Thank you guys, you are doing great job. Hope to see you very soon again.

Il Riad è stato recentemente ristrutturato, è nuovo, bellissimo nella struttura, arredamento, finiture e molto pulito. La gentilezza e disponibilità per qualsiasi esigenza di Youssef e Mohamed va oltre ogni aspettativa (conversazione, suggerimenti, prenotazioni ristorante, prenotazione trasporti da e per l'aereoporto, deposito bagagli alla partenza); ottima la colazione servita al piano terra con prodotti tipici gustosi e di ottima qualità. Comodo l'appartamento da me occupato al primo piano, con una camera matrimoniale ed una camera con due letti singoli, entrambe ben climatizzate. Ottima la posizione a 200 metri da Bab Doukkala che è una delle porte di accesso alla Medina, il che permette (ed a mio avviso è molto importante) di raggiungere la porta in taxi e poi di essere in due minuti dentro il Riad, cosa impossibile per quelli che si trovano più all'interno. Il mercato nelle vicinanze è animato anche la sera, non ho riscontrato alcun rischio/minaccia nel muovermi in quella zona (eravamo due adulti e due adolescenti). Sicuramente il Riad permette di vivere la vera Marrakech entro la Medina, ma allo stesso tempo a un km fuori la porta ci sono centri commerciali tipicamente occidentali (ma non ne sentirete il bisogno). Non abbiate paura di lasciare le presunte comodità di un hotel internazionale, qui l'esperienza sarà davvero di livello superiore. Farmacia a 100m, vari ristoranti di strada e di livello nelle vicinanze.

This riad was absolutely STUNNING! I have no words to describe how beautiful each detail was of the doors, sinks, bed decorations and so on. Yet it also felt homey not like a museum. The staff were so kind and took such good care of us. Also I HIGHLY recommend the breakfast and dinner at the riad! We had the best tajin (especially the beef) for dinner and it was the best dinner of our whole trip!

What an amazing place! If you want to stay close to the city most important attractions, but at the same time be surrounded by pure silence - that is the best option you can have! Beautiful place that gives you this great Marrakesh vibe! First of all - beautiful facility, very comfy beds and soft water what was important for me. On top of that you can have delicious breakfast at the rooftop or try traditional dinner there! If you need anything at any time - there are two amazing hosts - Mohammed and Youssef - they are fantastic hosts and very kind and helpful guys! A key consideration in Marrakech is to stay inside the Medina or not, trading off comfort against nerves. This charming riad solves the problem: it is tucked away not far from Bab Doukkala gate, so you cut short walking distances to central attractions. Don't lose faith while shlepping your suitcase into the maelstrom, inside the riad an oasis of peace and quiet (and mint tea) awaits you. Our junior suite was immaculate. Breakfast is served on the splendid roof terrace. If you do drive into Marrakech, a Public Carpark ist not far from Bab Doukkala. Self appointed attendands still charge you 50 Dh per night (instead of the official 4 Dh), but get you a spot and keep an eye on things.

Auch das Abendessen, welches wir einmal dort einnahmen, war sehr lecker und authentisch. Eine kleine Oase inmitten vom Trubel der Stadt. The accommodation is situated in a new building on the edge of the Medina. Perfect location to get in and out of the Medina and a short walk from the parking area when arriving. The Riad itself has fantastically detailed interiors and decorations throughout. As is typical with Riads, the rooms are quite small. We like a bit of space, so chose the family room, which was perfect for our needs and very clean and comfortable. There is also a nice roof deck where we were served a great breakfast each day. Wifi was good. The hosts were very pleasant and helped with luggage on arrival and departure. They also arranged an airport transfer - which I would recommend - a more comfortable vehicle and easier than haggling with a cab driver.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Riad. The building is very beautiful and the decorations amazing. The location is fab. Really close to the gate out of the medina making it easy for day trips, to access the new town, and for transport. It is also very easy to walk into the centre of the medina and only about 15-20 mins from the main square. The Main Street that the Riad is located off is great for street food and is where the locals buy their market food from. It was really interesting to see this side of the medina. There are also lots of great places to eat close by. The staff at the Riad were really nice and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We felt looked after. We loved having breakfast on the rooftop and we also took the opportunity to have a tasty evening meal on the day of our arrival. Spending the afternoon on the rooftop to relax after a busy day was so lovely.
Cons: The bed was very firm. Not to my liking but I suppose some people would prefer that. The bed sheets and pillows themselves felt lovely and of a really good quality. Apart from that nothing else really. We had a fab stay!

A lovely quiet little riad on the edge of the medina. About a 15/20 min walk from Jemaa Square. Yousef and Mohammed were lovely and really couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast was held on the roof terrace and was delicious. A small riad with only a few rooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The breakfast was abundant and tasty with local marmalade, jams, nut butter And honey. There were different kinds of home made breads each morning and I loved that they warmed the milk for my hot coffee. It was nice having breakfast on the rooftop.
Cons: The room safe should be secured to the wall and the pass code should be our own private number, not a number selected by the staff! That made me very uncomfortable, so we brought our valuables with us everywhere we went in the city. I did discuss this Mohammed, who assured us all would be safe and not to worry. Other than this matter of the safe, the service we received from both Youssef and Mohammed was excellent.

Quarto e espaços comuns muito bem limpos e higienizados. Inclusive prepararam uma surpresa para o meu aniversário com rosas o que achei bastante atencioso. Localização excelente (fomos a pé a todo o lado com as crianças), a rua era muito segura e calma.

The Riad is in beautiful condition and has clearly been refurbished to a very high standard. The rooftop terrace in particular is stunning with plants and flowers that surround the space. The host, Youssef, was incredibly warm and considerate – a lovely gentleman. The hospitality throughout was wonderful. Both breakfast and the traditional Moroccan dinner were delicious and generously served, making me feel thoroughly well looked after as a guest. The location is ideal. On the edge of Marrakech’s old town, just a short walk from the key landmarks – around 20 minutes to the Koutoubia Mosque, 25 minutes to Jemaa el-Fnaa, and 20 minutes to the Ben Youssef Madrasa. It’s tucked just off a street filled with market stalls, offering an authentic glimpse into daily life in the medina (certainly a full sensory experience). I highly recommend this Riad, particularly for solo travellers. Between the excellent hospitality, wonderful food, and ideal location, this was a memorable stay. If I return to Marrakech, solo or with company, I know exactly where I’ll want to stay...

The hotel was beautifully designed in a Moroccan style. The rooms were quite spacious as rooms go in Marrakesh. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They were very helpful, polite and always smiling. The rooms were well equipped and had everything you would need for a short stay. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and you could ask for more food if need be. The staff were always happy to provide everything and more. I liked the location since it was right in the old town but closer to the edge of it. You can't take a taxi into the old town, but staying at Riad Palais Meryem, you can get very close and then take a one minute walk. The location is also good because it is a short walk to the Jardin Majorelle and Yves Saint Lauren Museum as well as the Medina and other sites. It was a great experience staying here and I would love to come back.

Servido con mucho cariño. El hotel se encuentra junto a una calle muy bulliciosa con puestos de comida y mucho tránsito, pero como está en una bocacalle no se escucha ruido ninguno y se descansa de maravilla.

We had a lovely stay. Mohamed was very friendly and helpful - he couldn't do enough for us and always wanted to make sure we were happy. The rooftop terrace was an oasis away from it all and we loved having our breakfast up there listening to the birds or having mint tea there in the afternoon after being busy tourists. Breakfast was delicious but it would have been nice to have more variety with more fruit and less crepes. Overall though we had a great first experience of Morocco.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Palais Meryem. Airport pick up went smoothly and we were warmly welcomed by Mohammed who looked after us during our stay. The Riad has only recently been renovated so everything is lovely and new - beds comfortable, linen and towels all brand new. Location is excellent - perfect for exploring the Medina and Gueliz (modern area). Area is safe and easy to navigate with some good restaurant options nearby. We had dinner on the first night of arriving at the riad as we had arrived late and were unsure of where we could eat nearby. Meal was wonderfully prepared, although I would say a little pricey (30eur pp) and with hindsight we could have got something to eat nearby easily, even late at night. We enjoyed having a breakfast on the terrace in the mornings - the gas heaters making this a comfortable experience in January. Coffee, tea and breads were delicious but would suggest they offer some fruit options. Had a wonderful stay and would thoroughly recommend.

La terrazza in cui viene servita la colazione arricchisce di molto la struttura. La cosa che però ci ha lasciato maggiormente colpiti é la colazione, tipica ricca e con prodotti di altissima qualità, una colazione che vale il viaggio. Inoltre, personale molto disponile e gentile, abbiamo avuto bisogno di anticipare la colazione per partire presto la mattina e sono stati molto disponibili nell’accontentarci.
Cons: unica pecca é la leggera distanza dal centro della medina, che non risulta un problema durante il giorno, perché ti permette di immergerti anche nella parte più tipica, mentre la sera consiglierei di tornare con un taxi.

Se encuentra al lado de la entrada y no se puede descansar, se escucha a cada persona que entra, la puerta, los ruidos del mismo Riad. No se descansa. No me cambié solamente para no perder tiempo. No es apta para habitación de hotel, residencia o alojamiento de ningún tipo. Cara además para la mala infraestructura. Baño demasiado pequeño, imposible comodidad. La ducha se sale el agua.

An oasis in the jungle of the souk! The hotel is a beautiful little gem. Rooms beautifully presented when we arrived. Mohammed came to meet us from the airport transfer (highly recommended for first timers like us). The hotel was charming. The breakfast exquisite and served either on the rooftop terrace or on the ground floor. What made this mini break so special were the staff. Both Mohammed and Yussef went out of their way to attend to us and nothing was too much trouble. We were very grateful for their hospitality. PS The beds were exceedingly comfortable!
Cons: I have to be honest that when we alighted from the taxi on arrival I wondered where on earth we had come to. It is a shock to the system to arrive late at night to the souk, where after a very busy day, the remains are strewn all over the place and cats abound. We then entered a small tunnel walkway which also did little to allay my fears. But then after a few metres Mohammed opened the door to Palais Meryem and we all gave a sigh of relief! What a treasure! Can I point out that at no time did we feel anything but safe in Marrakech and in our little area of the souk, which we came to love after just 2 days in. The hustle and bustle are part of the fun, you just need to come prepared.

It was a lovely Riad, good location, the staff were very helpful and kind. Mohammed and Youssef were excellent hosts and were so accommodating, making me very comfortable and safe. Breakfast was delicious and it was such a nice way to start the day, having breakfast up on the terrace with sun shining and birds singing.
Cons: My room was rather small, but I was traveling solo.

Breakfast was amazing. Location: The riad is situated in the old town and closer to market and near to the new town as well. We went to Zagora dessert, enjoyed the sunset while riding on Camel, stayed in tent overnight, had an amazing dinner. After that enjoyed Nomads music near the open fire. Awesome experience. Hot air balloon experience was amazing. We went to Essouira city as well, eat lots of fish.
Cons: However i am not impressed by the cleanliness about the roads nearby. This is something government need to improve if they want to increase the tourism. After paying a lot of money holiday makers would expect a clean roads.

A beautiful and cozy riad located in medina of Marrakech. It's a great value for money as you live close to everything, Djema el Fna and other attractions like Bacha Palace are within walking distance, and also can enjoy an amazing Moroccan breakfast at a quiet terrace. I loved this place and can definitely recommend for your stay in lively Marrakech.

Das Personal, allen voran Youssef und Hassan, haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet. Das Frühstück auf der schönen Dachterrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Die Lage des Riads ist perfekt, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten Marrakeschs zu besuchen und es bietet nach einem langen Tag im Trubel der Souks eine schöne Rückzugsmöglichkeit auf der Dachterrasse oder im Zimmer.

My time at Riad Palais Meryem was exceptional. I enjoyed every minute of it! The food and ambience was fantastic for dinner and breakfast, and the welcome I received from the staff and Youssef was wonderful. I can't recommend it highly enough as a place to stay in Marrakech!

Il Riad è molto bello e molto pulito, ottima posizione per gli spostamenti, in quanto è vicinissimo alla fermata dei taxi e alla stazione. Dista circa 100 metri dalla strada principale che è una delle vie più caratteristica della medina Colazione abbondante e staff disponibilissimo per ogni esigenza.... Joseph sempre super disponibile
Cons: Il riad è una perla , però risulta all ingresso di una delle porte della medina e di conseguenza bisogna camminare una decina di minuti per raggiungere la piazza .

Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa neste Riad! Desde o primeiro momento, fomos recebidos com uma hospitalidade única. O funcionário foi extremamente acolhedor, com uma excelente recepção e com dicas preciosas para explorar a cidade, o que tornou a nossa estadia ainda mais enriquecedora. Apesar de termos chegado muito tarde, o funcionário serviu-nos o jantar marroquino que tínhamos reservado. Estava bom e foi o primeiro contato com a culinária local. O pequeno-almoço era bem servido, com sabores locais que adoramos experimentar. A decoração típica do Riad é encantadora, e o nosso quarto estava impecavelmente limpo, um reflexo do trabalho dedicado da equipe da limpeza, que merece todos os elogios! O Riad situa-se dentro da Medina na Cidade Velha, próximo de uma das portas de entrada, o que é excelente para se explorar todos os pontos turísticos que se situam dentro da Medina e também na Cidade Nova. . Recomendamos este Riad a quem busca uma estadia autêntica e confortável.
Cons: Incomodou-nos os cheiros de algumas ruas no trajeto até chegarmos ao Riad (nomeadamente a urina), mas isso de forma alguma comprometeu a nossa estadia. No interior do Riad, encontramos um ambiente limpo e acolhedor. Foi um refúgio perfeito e valeu muito a pena!

La limpieza, la decoración impactante, absolutamente armónica, con muy buen gusto, instalaciones muy cómodas. Sentimos que estuvimos en un oasis de tranquilidad, silencio y a pocos metros , los vibrantes aspectos de la vida cotidiana marroquí, sin percibirlo. Destacamos la excelente atención y amabilidad de Youssef, que nos recibió y respondió todas nuestras consultas y necesidades También la atención recibida por las mujeres que lo acompañaban, que nos convidaron con un exquisito té de menta y galletas dulces. Nos ha sorprendido que es un hotel recientemente inaugurado, estuvo todo mejor que perfecto. Lo súper recomendamos y de seguro volveremos !

Cons: This is a riads like it or not. اللي ما يعرف طبيعة سكن (رياض مغربي اندلسي) لا يجي لكنها تجربة حلوة وجميلة والسبب انها تقع في قلب المدينة القديمة داخل الاسوار والطريق اليها يكون عبر زنقات ضيقة ومن الخارج قديمة ولكن في نفس الوقت آمنة جداً.

What a wonderful experience at this riad! Location was easy to get to, right off a main street in the medina near the taxi location. The riad itself was an oasis, newly renovated and very clean rooms with private bath with thick towels, delicious breakfast. And best of all was the manager, Yusef! He provided some of the best service, combined with professionalism and friendliness. Anything we wanted, he provided: arranged trips, transportation, directions, reservations. And he always answered his phone when we were lost, wanted to know about our adventures that day and see our photos. Of all of our wonderful 5-day Marrakesh experience, we'll miss him the most. We want to adopt him!

Das Riad gibt es seit letztem Jahr, dementsprechend ist es recht neu und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Es war alles sehr schön dort!
Cons: Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht die beste, man muss 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt parken und dafür zahlen. Wir hatten auf dem Parkplatz Angst um unser Auto, das es beschädigt wird.

Un super accueil avec Youssef, Amina, Khadija, Abdellah, ainsi que le propriétaire Mohamed et son épouse. Toujours le sourire, très avenants, de bons conseils. Le riad est magnifique, très propre, décoration typique récente et proche de tous les points stratégiques de Marrakech. L'emplacement est au calme. La piscine est agréable et la terrasse permet de se relaxer en toute tranquillité. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et excellent. L'accès Wi-Fi se fait sans difficulté et la connexion est très bonne. Nous recommandons ce riad pour toutes les personnes, seules, en couple, famille, amis.... Nous y retournerons avec plaisir très prochainement. Ce fut une très belle semaine pour nous et surtout inoubliable. De belles rencontres.

Excelente estancia en el Riad Meryem! El lugar es tal como aparece en las fotos y cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar. El riad está bien iluminado, climatizado y perfectamente ubicado. A poca distancia, encontrarás restaurantes, zocos y una parada de taxis, lo que hace que todo sea muy accesible. Un verdadero placer, ¡lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Une belle oasis de paix, située juste au début de l'ancienne Médina. Emplacement parfait pour découvrir Marrakech, mais aussi pour les départs d'excursions d'une journée. À seulement quelques minutes de marche de nombreux restaurants, boutiques et attractions. Le personnel est très amical et toujours prêt à aider " Youssef " . Vous pouvez profiter du petit-déjeuner et dîner sur la terrasse .
