Cons: J’ai passé un très mauvais séjour dans cet établissement. Le service est totalement insuffisant : poussière partout dans la chambre, serviettes en mauvais état (j’ai mis des photos en preuve), et j’ai même constaté la disparition de certaines affaires après le passage de la femme de ménage. J’ai demandé un changement de draps, ce qui m’a été refusé. Les photos présentées en ligne ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité. Le petit déjeuner est très décevant, et l’ambiance générale ainsi que la clientèle sont assez suspectes. Franchement, je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. Je tiens tout de même à remercier Ismail, le seul membre du personnel qui s’est excusé pour le service médiocre et qui a été très professionnel, notamment lorsqu’il y a eu une fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain.

Gastvrije en vriendelijke ontvangst. Ruime kamer. Traditioneel hotel. Ik houd van al deze Marokkaanse details. Restaurants in de nabijheid. Ligging niet ver van het centrum van de stad. Prima verhouding prijs-kwaliteit.
Cons: Ik had veel moeite het adres te vinden. Dat lag vooral aan Booking.com, denk ik. Zoekend heb ik zeker anderhalf uur rondgereden door Marrakesh en omgeving. Ook wel weer leuk, zo heb ik veel van de stad gezien! De bouwwerkzaamheden rondom het hotel waren merkbaar, maar voor mij niet storend.

La atención del personal es buena pero el hotel no es en absoluto lo que se muestra en las fotos
Cons: La habitación “deluxe” un desastre, estaba todo sucio, los muebles llenos de polvo, la vista “al jardín” es a una obra que no permite abrir la ventana por el ruido y la gente. La ducha se tapa. El aire acondicionado hace un ruido insoportable tanto la unidad interior como la exterior. El colchón durísimo, tuvimos que pedir más almohadas porque la primer noche fue imposible dormir. Las toallas viejas y duras.

The hotel had a typical morrocan decor. Location was a 20mins drive from medina. But we chose that and the hotel was in a nice bustling area. Macdonalds was a 3mins walk. And it had a lot of local food shops everywhere. Th staff were so friendly and made sure were comfortable. Breakfast had varieties. For that price we would highly recommend.

Good location in Gueliz and ideal for being picked up for onward journeys. The staff were very helpful and the room was spotless with a good view to the mountains. Lovely quiet night and comfy bed. Very good value for money.

The staff and Hamza was nice to me, but he can’t change the hotel itself. It is not depending on staff, when everything should be changed.
Cons: The building seems big and pretends on being decent hotel, but everything was outdated, the towels and linen used so many times, that color is grey. I had to change room due to the problem with water sinking. My stay was non refundable so I didn’t have a choice. I had many breakfasts in Morocco, but what we were offered is not typical 3 star hotel breakfast. Even in the hostels I had better breakfasts. For 30 euro per night I could have more comfortable stay in other places.

The staff was terrific, typical Moroccan warmth and hospitality. They did everything they could to be kind and accommodating. The water was hot and bed comfortable.
Cons: This was a drab hotel, no decor and the public areas are dated. However, I believe that I got what I paid for - there may be other accommodations that have better decor (Morocco House Hotel) but I stay at places to sleep, not to be entertained

There is nothing to like about this property
Cons: The description of the rooms is very wrong, our room said private pool, there is one small pool, not private and very small, very dirty and only about 60cm deep at the deep end so definitely not a swimming pool. Our room stated balcony, terrace, not there so we asked to be moved to one with a balcony which was ok but old and dirty, there is one maids are nice but they cleaned up very basically leaving areas untouched what looked like months of grime here and there. The showers are in a sort of arched cement box with no lighting, shelves or proper drainage. No plugs for sink so a great waste of water and the bathroom was constantly flooded. The aircon worked but most settings on the remote changed nothing, either full blast or nothing. They do not offer lunch or dinner as stated, I asked and was told by the mother go find a restaurant lol. The lift kept breaking down and the marble stairs have no handle to hold when taking the return part at the top. This is a place for an overnight stop if travelling nothing more. We managed 3 days and left for another local hotel, which, because it was quite nice. Basically it’s a dump. Because of all the lies I asked for a refund of the 4 days I had left and was refused point blank. I asked booking dot com to get my refund, they don’t want to know, just told me to leave a review, so here it is. I’ve used this website for years and this is the first time I’ve seen blatant lies about a place and seen booking dot com not interested. Lost faith now. The red lines are the lies

This hotel is not new, it is in need of renovation. If you don't mind, there's nothing to complain about. The basics all work well. Good room dimensions, water o.k., air conditioning very good, mattress hard but o.k., internet o.k., great balcony, ... breakfast plenty. The staff seems to be led by women, free of macho ambience. The 3 house maids were lovely happy and always pleasant, they did a wonderful job in keeping Marrakech House clean and tidy, they are a credit, the young Gentleman who booked me in was very helpful and always smiling and the young lady on the front desk printed off my boarding pass was helpful and a lovely lady, the Gentleman who did breakfast was also a very nice man, the staff are very pleasant helpful and very nice, thank you xx 👍

LOCATION The location was premium. Not in the center but everything was pretty accessible. COMMUNAL SPACE the communal space, as well as the pool, was large and beautiful. Very Moroccan. ELEVATOR there was an elevator which is nice if you have multiple or heavy luggage
Cons: BATHROOM the towels were old and worn out. it was obvious these towels have been used and washed many.. many.. many times. BEDS beds were kind of comfy but the mattress needed to be changed. PLUGS not many plugs in the room.. 2 in total, one being use for the tiny fridge.

Cons: The room was not clean, there were no towels, no toiletries, water was leaking from the floor and the noise from the outside was continuous all night and day. The description of the room stated that there is a balcony but it was so small (like 30cm by 10), you will not be able to even stand in it. The staff was not very welcoming, didn't explain anything just took the money and showed me where the elevator was. Yes the elevator, not even the room, because they were too lazy to move from their spot. Please don't go there unless you are a masochist.
