Это по-настоящему прекрасное место в Марракеше. Стильное, современное, уютное. В номере было красиво, уютно. Весь процесс проживания был комфортным. В отеле ощущается жизнь и любовь в путешественникам. Отдельно хочу отметить ресторан! Мы возвращались туда даже когда уже сменили отель. В ресторане абсолютно шикарные завтраки! Восторг и благодарность! Ужины так же заслуживают внимания. Вся атмосфера у отеля очень дружелюбная, молодая, стильная. Это влюбляет. Ещё магазин украшений, нарядов. Идеальный! Лучшее платье в Марокко было найдено именно там. Прекрасный персонал. Чистота, ухоженность, комфорт, еда, детали - всё идеально!

Izza is a completely beautiful escape from the mayhem of Marrakesh. Everywhere was beautifully designed and presented. The food - particularly the breakfast was fabulous. I was travelling with my daughter for her 18th birthday. We shared a room but didn't feel cramped as there was a wardrobe and mirror on each side of the room so we had our own storage and vanity space. The bathroom was beautiful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with fantastic quality linen and pillows. The main pool was beautifully warm even for November. The roof terrace was just gorgeous with views over the rooftops. The staff were all lovely but particularly the tall chap with the glasses in the bar/restaurant (so sorry I didn't catch his name as he was always busy and didn't want to distract him). He always had a lovely smile and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks to the guys behind the bar for singing happy birthday to my daughter! The hammam was also great. Not to mention the fact you could have a fab cocktail or a glass of Chablis on site. It was my first time in Marrakesh so of course had to leave to explore but I could have quite happily whiled my time away by the pool, on the sun terrace, and in the many little nooks and relaxation areas in this fabulous property.
Cons: Nothing - it was all fabulous - apart from my lack of sense of direction meant that when I lost data on the last day we got lost getting back to the Riad quite late at night. The Riad tries to counter this by giving you a card with the address etc.

Absolutely beautiful Riad where Marrakech' tradition meets creative modern art. Could spend half a day exploring all the thoughtfully placed art pieces, the hidden nooks and their diverse greenery. The restaurant at the rooftop served delicious food and the staff was really friendly.

The concierge of the hotel was super nice and helpful! Izza is the perfect spot if you are searching for an oasis in the middle of the chaotic Medina. Staying there was incredible. The restaurant is super calm, chill and with delicious dishes. The breakfast we had was super healthy and varied! We loved our stay!

Cons: The only slight gripe is the noise from the rooftop bar carries down a bit through the courtyard, and the (beautiful) traditional wooden doors don’t offer much soundproofing. But it’s totally worth it for the rest of the hotel!

The design was curated to the finest details. Lots of beautifully selected artwork displayed all around. The comfort and level of service were unprecedented for a facility in Marrakech, even compared to other 5 star hotels. This will be the place to go back to for us. The food they have on offer was also beyond the best expectations. The masseuses are really good and definitely worth a booking (we ended up booking them every day of our stay for how good they were).
Cons: The billing system is in Euros for some reason and the conversion of the currency is not accurate, this took a little bit of back and forth at checkout after wrong amounts were about to be charged, although everything was rectified before finalising the bill. This is definitely an improvement point for the management to look into.

The staff at this property are professional and friendly, they helped us throughout our stay with any request we had and that meant alot to us. The food at this property is exceptional, the chef is amazing and service at the restaurant is professional. The lady at the Hammam was incredible, we booked a traditional hammam and felt completely brand new once the treatment was done. It was lovely to scroll around and explore the property freely, many times we had our door unlocked and it was completely safe to do so, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
Cons: I wish the bedroom had a reading light for those who sleep with lights on, there were 2 bedside lamps but they were very bright and I was unable to sleep with them on and I also don’t like sleeping in pitch darkness. But this is a niche problem, i doubt anyone else will care. The hotel taxi prices are extortionate compared to the prices you can book on an app. On the first day we booked through the hotel and racked up £20 each ride into the souk area which should cost half that. But you shouldn’t have a problem if you download a local taxi app instead. This hotel is still a hidden gem, regardless of the two set backs mentioned.

Después de valorar varios riads de Marrakech, nos decantamos por IZZA por lo mucho que la gente hablaba de sus desayunos a la carta, la tranquila piscina y el precioso estilo que combina el estilo tradicional con un toque muy de diseño. Y efectivamente no pudimos tomar mejor decisión, ya que este riad se convirtió en nuestro oasis de calma y serenidad en medio del caótico marrakech. Aquí hemos tenido os mejores desayunos de nuestro viaje, la habitación tenía el tamaño justo para no ser pequeña, con una decoración estupenda, una cama estupenda, y muy buena presión y temperatura en la ducha. Recomendaría alojarse aquí al 100%. La ubicación es ideal, porque llegas al jaleo de los zouks en menos de 20 minutos a pie, y a su vez estás en una zona muy tranquila. Estando en Marrakech en Agosto a 43 grados y con una hija de 6 años, os aseguro que este alojamiento nos permitió pasar las horas más calurosas del día disfrutando de un entorno único. Todo el personal fue súper atento, y estuvimos muy arropados en todo momento. Por cierto su librería es estupenda y todas las obras de arte son preciosas (genial para explorar con los peques y crearles curiosidad por el arte)
Cons: El diseño de baldosas en baño y piscina, aunque precioso, dificulta su limpieza. Recomendaría replantearse esta decisión o tener especial cuidado con su limpieza. El lugar cumplió nuestras expectativas que eran muy altas! Así que gracias por una estupenda estancia. PD: si tenéis el sueño ligero, coged tapones para las orejas, ya que el relajante piar de los pájaros comienza muy prontito por la mañana....aunque para mí fue un punto a favor!

La chambre était propre et la literie de très bonne qualité. Le lieux propose divers endroits de repos afin de ne pas être tous au même endroit, c’était très agréable de le découvrir. Le spa propose des soins de qualité. L’accueille était chaleureux :)
Cons: Le prix des prestations sont trop élevées en comparaison aux autres Riads que j’ai pu visité lors de mes 7 visites à marrackech. Le services n’est pas encore au point , manque d’organisation ( ex: le bar du bas qui est l’espace le plus exploité de l’établissement était fermé tout au long de notre séjour, nous devions monter au dernier étage sur le toit afin de pouvoir avoir des boissons … à 40•c c’est compliqué ) et dommage de ne pas pouvoir avoir un services de conciergerie qui nous permettent de réserver ou de nous conseiller des lieux ou restaurants de la ville. Pour une personne qui ne connaît pas, c’est compliqué. L’emplacement est un peu éloigné du centre

We were picked up by the driver at the train station that we pre-booked with the riad before arrival, and was dropped off at the riad, but i believe it's a little bit tricky to reach alone specially at night. We were warmly welcomed by the staff. Salma showed us around the riad which was exceptionally beautiful the photos at the website does not do justice to the beautiful hidden gem. Salma is very accommodating the day we arrived i fell sick and she called asking if i was doing okay and if i needed any help that was so sweet of her. They have a small boutique inside the riad that sells exceptional souvenirs you will definitely find something that will catch your eye there, thank you ghezlan <3 she's very warm and welcome .

Everything was amazing at Izza. It was 10/10, we felt welcomed, safe and attended to at all times. The rooms were beautiful and the bed was comfy! We wish we'd have stayed there the whole time. The food in the restaurant was delicious and we loved chatting with the staff. Highly reccommend!

The whole ambience of the hotel, so beautiful and calming, lovely music and gorgeous planting, interesting art work. Our room was lovely, modern, clean and stylish, (still with that Moroccan feel) gorgeous bathroom (lovely smelling soaps, which can be bought in the hotel shop) a seating area, all very comfortable. We absolutely loved the roof top terrace with loungers, cool music and lovely plant pots everywhere to soften the solid structures. Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely every morning, fabulous food served by the sweetest young lady, who was very attentive without being intrusive. We were so glad we stayed for dinner here one night, again delicious food in such a lovely magical atmosphere. This place is definitely a place of peace and calm in comparison to the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. The three courtyards are just magical and the pool is beautiful in such a special setting). I would definitely want to stay here again if I ever came back to Marrakesh.

Such a great refuge from the busy Medina. Amazing rooftop for drinks, meals or just relaxing on the loungers. Comfortable rooms, breakfast incredible - so much food, beautifully presented and delicious. Pool area great, it looks like it’s just there for aesthetics in the photos but it’s actually very private and great for a swim after walking around the Medina. Plenty spaces to chill around the Riad and rooftop. Staff are all super friendly and helpful - can’t rate them highly enough. Decor fantastic - great little library too. Loved the different treats in the room each day.
Cons: The rooftop is also a restaurant, which given the open nature of a Riad means that the music playing and noise from there is very loud in the upper bedrooms. We stayed in the room “Jack”, which is on the top floor and was noisy until about 11pm (and then clean up until 12pm). The bedroom doors also don’t seal, they’re antique style which looks great but there’s a large gap between the wall and the door so there’s zero sound insulation when people are walking past or from the roof.

Ich habe mit meiner Mutter eine Woche im Riad IZZA verbracht. Unser Zimmer (Cecil) war zwar klein, doch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ausgezeichnet, zumal auch grössere Optionen zur Verfügung stehen. Wir wollten nicht ausserhalb der Medina wohnen, und daher passte die kompakte Grösse und die ruhige Atmosphäre des Riads perfekt zu uns. Wer jedoch auf grosszügige Räumlichkeiten angewiesen ist, sollte bedenken, dass die Architektur der Medina bzw. der Riads, insbesondere der geschlossenen Zimmer, hier gewisse Einschränkungen mit sich bringt. Trotz der überschaubaren Grösse des Riads herrscht nie Hektik. Es gibt nur eine begrenzte Zahl an Zimmern, und die verwinkelte Architektur sorgt für eine angenehme Intimität. Das Ambiente ist ruhig und einladend, geprägt von unterschiedlichen Pflanzen, Liebe zum Detail und einer geschmackvoll harmonierenden Innenarchitektur. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Dachterrasse und das überaus engagierte, zuverlässige Personal. In der Bar, im Restaurant, auf den Sonnenliegen oder in der Lobby findet man stets ausreichend Platz – uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ein kulinarisches Highlight ist das Abendessen auf der Dachterrasse. Es bietet eine wunderbare Abwechslung zu der oft schweren marokkanischen Küche: Die Zutaten sind von hoher Qualität, und die Gerichte werden nicht nur geschmacklich, sondern auch optisch aufwendig präsentiert.

friendliness and proactiveness of the staff, nothing was too great trouble, great beds, excellent breakfast, beautiful decorations, I assume the 2 pools must be great to use, but we were there in February and was too cold for a swim.
Cons: minor set back is location, a short walk from the souks though. Also one night staff (or guests) were talking loud at 1 am, and since the soundproofing in this otherwise excellent riad is not perfect, it woke us up...

Tutto!!!! Un hotel meraviglioso, decorazioni, profumo d’ambiente, musica, staff! Uno dei migliori hotel (forse il migliore) dove sia mai stata!!! La colazione è un sogno, livello da 5 stelle e il cibo alla carte (noi abbiamo cenato 2 volte) è davvero ottimo. L’accoglienza e la disponibilità dello staff. La spa e L’Hammam privato meraviglioso! Non vedo l’ora di tornare.
Cons: L’insonorizzazione, (ma in parte immagino sia dovuto alla struttura tradizionale dei Riad) le porte non erano del tutto chiuse, rimaneva uno spazio di circa 5 centimetri tra il portone e il muro perciò si sentivano facilmente i rumori esterni, ma non era così grave… forse si risolverebbe mettendo delle tende un po’ più pesanti all’interno. Il menu della spa che secondo me è da correggere e rendere più chiaro nelle descrizioni dei servizi (ma nel momento in cui l’ho fatto presente la situazione è stata gestita in maniera ottimale). Lo staff alle colazioni, a mio avviso non era allo stesso livello della sera (io punterei sul migliorare la qualità della caffetteria e sul sorriso anche di mattina presto) e il riscaldamento (la colazione si fa all’esterno nella terrazza coperta e la mattina presto faceva un po’ freddino), basterebbe accendere qualche fungo vicino ai tavoli di chi fa colazione presto. Le mie sono tutte critiche costruttive perché credo che questa struttura abbia davvero un ottimo potenziale e sono tutti dei dettagli quasi impercettibili. Consiglierei di soggiornare in questa meravigliosa struttura a chiunque!!!!

We were extremely welcomed by the staff at IZZA as soon as we arrived. From the room to food to service, everything was exceptional. The breakfast was superb and filling - amazing array of choices available. The location was central but because it is in the medina, in the narrow streets, it feels very quiet and secure.
Cons: If we are being super picky, the temperature of the pool could have been a touch warmer. However, there is absolutely nothing we did not love!

Das Izza ist ein Juwel von Hotel. Bestehend aus ursprünglich sieben Häusern, die nun das Hotel Izza ergeben mit mehreren malerischen Innenhöfen, luftiger Dachterrasse, engen, verwinkelten, wunderschön gefliesten Treppenhäusern, einer lauschigen Bibliothek, zwei Pools, einer Bar,.... Es liegt mitten in den engen winkeligen Gassen der Medina, ist Teil der Medina und doch auch eine grüne, ruhige Oase mitten im quirligen, bunten Treiben. Ein außergewöhnlich köstliches Frühstück und/oder Abendessen können auf der wundervollen Dachterrasse eingenommen werden; das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Cons: Anfahrtsbeschreibung mit dem eigenen Pkw hätte besser sein können bzw. hatten wir missverstanden. Ein Hinweis auf die guten Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Stadtmauer, den 10 minütigen Fußweg zum Hotel und die ungefähren Preise fürs Parken in der Anfahrtsbeschreibung wäre hilfreich gewesen.

The Riad exceeded expectations, they went over and above to make sure we had a good time, whether it was cleaning the rooms when you were at breakfast or a turn down service when out for dinner, the staff are doing a great job here. The Riad itself is lovely, 3 streets away from the hustle and bustle of the souks, you can really relax. The room was massive and the queen size bed was huge. I would really recommend this Riad and when we return to Marrakesh we will probably have no hesitation to stay here again. I would suggest that on arrival into Marrakesh or from wherever you are arriving from (we were taxi'ing from another Riad) you speak to the staff and get them to come and collect you.

This is a truly exceptional hotel. I've travelled all over this world, and this is at the top of my favorites. That staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about all things Marrakech. The communal spaces were filled with beautiful greenery and flowers and the staff was keeping the spaces clean -- I came downstairs one morning and the cleaning and gardening staff were giggling and singing while they worked, which tells me they enjoy where which is a testament to how enjoyable IZZA is. The food was exceptional -- some of the best we had in Marrakech (rabbit ravioli, fava bean salad, etc) and a good selection of cocktails and local Moroccan wines. The breakfasts had an excellent selection of jams and homemade breads, with extras to order like eggs and avocado toast, all served on handmade ceramics. The rooms were comfortable with AC and quiet. Nespresso machine in the room, which is replenished each day. All the Moroccan tile-- in the rooms and in the communal spaces - was modern but felt still traditional. It was so beautiful, you wanted to take pictures everywhere, but the guests here were not doing that - they were just enjoying their surroundings peacefully. I can't wait to come back to Marrakech and stay here again.

jn vriendin en ik hebben een fantastische tijd gehad tijdens ons verblijf in deze Riad in Marrakech. Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen, voelden we ons meer dan welkom. De hygiëne was ver boven verwachting en de kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt, soms zelfs twee keer per dag! Bij terugkomst vonden we altijd een heerlijk taartje of iets zoets op de kamer, wat een extra fijn detail was. Wat de sfeer betreft, deze was werkelijk bepalend voor onze vakantie. Het hotel bood een oase van rust te midden van de drukte van de stad, waardoor we helemaal konden ontspannen. Het ontbijt mag je absoluut niet overslaan! Je wordt op je wenken bediend en kunt genieten van een uitgebreid en heerlijk ontbijt met een echte Marokkaanse vibe. Alles was vers en smaakvol, een perfecte manier om de dag te beginnen. We besloten ook om een avond in het hotel te dineren, en dit bleek een geweldige keuze te zijn. Het diner was een ware smaakexplosie – elk gerecht was heerlijk en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. We hebben er enorm van genoten. Wat het verblijf extra bijzonder maakte, was hoe ontzettend vriendelijk en attent het personeel was. In het bijzonder willen we Mohamed, aka Mahmoud Hamedi, bedanken. Toen mijn vriendin zich even niet zo lekker voelde, liet hij speciaal een gezond boost-drankje voor haar maken. Dit soort persoonlijke aandacht zorgde ervoor dat we ons echt thuis voelden. De locatie van het hotel is ook erg gunstig. De taxi-standplaatsen zijn op nog geen 6 minuten loopafstand, wat ideaal is om de stad te verkennen. Daarnaast biedt de riad de service om je van het vliegveld op te halen en weer terug te brengen. De rit naar het vliegveld kost €20, wat het extra gemakkelijk maakt om je reis zonder stress af te sluiten. Kortom, een vakantieverblijf die wij niet snel zullen vergeten en die ik van harte aanbeveel!

We had the most wonderful stay at Izza. I booked the Yves suite which was beautifully appointed. The hotel is immaculate with so many spaces to sit and relax. It’s understated chic and with a small amount of rooms it felt busy without being over run. The staff are lovely and very accommodating.
Cons: It is a good 20 - 30 min walk to some of the better restaurants. Once you know your way around the Medina it isn’t a problem.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad IZZA. The place is exceptionally clean and decorated in a very distinctive and personalized way, which makes it truly special. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. They even allowed us to take a shower before our checkout, after spending a hot day exploring the Medina, just before heading to the airport—such a considerate gesture! We would like to especially thank Dalila for the delightful dinner; she was very attentive and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. We stayed in the Marella room, which was spacious and beautifully designed. The riad itself is also very accessible, just a few minutes’ walk from the closest point where cars can drop you off. During our checkout, a very nice gentleman from the staff helped us with our luggage all the way to the transfer car that took us to the airport. I highly recommend Riad IZZA and would definitely stay here again!
Cons: However, I feel it's important to mention an unfortunate incident that occurred during our dinner. There was a small misunderstanding with our order, and instead of handling it calmly, the floor manager on duty started yelling at the staff. His behavior was very unprofessional and unpleasant to witness, especially when all the other staff members were simply wonderful and doing their best to provide excellent service. It’s a shame that such a lovely atmosphere was disrupted by this manager’s conduct. Despite this, the rest of the team was exceptional, and I want to acknowledge their efforts and kindness throughout our stay.

A beautifully designed hotel with lots of little corners to have a drink, read or go for a dip in one of the two pools. The whole experience felt very private. The staff were fantastic and would go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. My highlight was the roof terrace where the bar and restaurant are located. The food and drinks are exceptional and good value for money.
Cons: I have no complaints, I would only note that the rooftop bar and restaurant are only accessible by narrow staircases and to my knowledge there is no elevator available.

Cons: We stayed in Marrakech 5 days and felt safe everywhere except for two interactions that happened within 1 minute of this Riad, could have just been bad luck but neighbourhood felt less safe than our other riad we had stayed in the previous 4 nights. Best hotel I’ve stayed at. Boutique, amazing decor, great facilities, amazingly friendly staff, great food. Would recommend anyone to stay here. If you want to relax in perfect tranquil surroundings and have your every need catered for, stay here! I don’t think we left the hotel for a single minute during our stay (we didn’t want to!)
Cons: That we had to leave to go home.

I loved this place. The staff went above and beyond. The Riad is simply beautiful and it has all you can wish for. The location is great, specially if you need a car to pick you up and you are 2 minutes away from the souq.
Cons: I found the room a bit small and the side table on one side full of stuff. The closet was a bit awkward.

IZZA is a beautifully designed hotel with high-end finishes. The heated swimming pool was an especially nice touch. Guests have use of a lovely on-site library with a good collection of books in several languages. Overall it’s a very calming and comfortable environment in the hustle and bustle of an otherwise crazy city.
Cons: We were told that check-in would be either 12.00 or 15.00 depending on whether our room was back to back. Not exactly helpful when trying to plan your day as how could we know that?! So, we hedged our bets and arrived at 15.00, only to be told that our room wasn’t ready. We had to wait for over one hour more, with no apology. Our booking included a 45 min free massage per adult and a one-way airport transfer but the hotel initially refused to honour this. Only when we escalated to the duty manager did they agree to honour it, but even then only one massage per room, not per person. We booked the massage for 11am on the day of checkout, as the only available slot. Unfortunately they were running 30 mins late so did not start until 11.30 and it had to be cut short so we could leave for the airport. Certainly not the best situation to relax in! Also, don’t come here expecting a drink as they haven’t yet got an alcohol licence. Overall this is an expensive hotel which promises a lot but really delivers very little once you look past the design. This stay cost over double what we paid in another Riad, which delivered us a much better time with far superior and more personal service. I wish we hadn’t bothered. There are far better options out there, don’t waste money on this one.
