The best riad so far i ever been in medina! Top! Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of this riad. Everything about was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where had breakfast! Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We loved the feel of staying in a traditional Moroccan Riad that this property offered. It was very affordable. I loved my room and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast served at the property each morning was really good too but the Riad staff were the highlight - A big thank you to Fatimzahro, Abdou, and Hisham for taking care of us and ensuring that we had the best stay possible during our time there.
Cons: There’s not much I can say that I didn’t like about the property. I will say the location wasn’t the best, it’s deep in the narrow streets of Marrakesh and was a challenge to find at first because our driver couldn’t drive us directly to the place and we had to go walk to find it. That’s a minor gripe though and we got used to the walk which was about 10 minutes from the nearest vehicle pickup spot

No volvería .
Cons: No para nada. Me sentí engañada

Riad Kilimini is an excellent place to stay in Marrakech if you want to experience real Morrocan hospitality. It is a traditional house with central courtyard and rooms around on several floors. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with AC if you need it. What is special about Riad Kilimini is the welcome and excellent service from all the staff team. Right from the start, we were met from our taxi and guided to the riad which is in a quiet area and maybe quite difficult to find until you get used to it. A cup of tea and pastries on arrival, even though we arrived late. Breakfast is served about 8am and has fresh juice, coffee, tea and a wide selection of breakfast breads, fruit and pastries to set you up for the day. The staff team: Abdou, Hisham and Fatimzahra really look after you well and nothing is too much trouble. They booked our trip to Ourika Valley, restaurants and taxis and always made sure the taxi arrived and we could get back safely. It is about 20 minutes walk from where the main attractions start in the medina but you soon get used to where to go. Alternatively a taxi to most places in Marrakech costs about 100dirram. It's a delightful riad and we enjoyed our visit very much.

The Riad has a beautifuly designed and decorated interior. The personel are helpful.
Cons: With 7 rooms only 4 couples can be seated at breakfast at one time. Service is slow. In theory breakfast is served from 8am, but usualy later - once it arrived at 8:30. On addition guests had to wait their turn to be seated. The riad is located in an area with narrow streets, not all taxis will enter this area. We had to pull our suitcases over uneven streets for 400m because the riad did not provide any transport. Distance to center is 25 min. on foot. The receptionist played music and spoke loudly on the phone even after 10 or 11pm.

The Riad and staff were superb in every way. Excellent room, breakfast and attentive service. The spa enabled a relaxed treatment and massage that added to the experience during the stay.
Cons: Just the location scored lower for us as the Riad is in the north of the Medina accessed through lots of alleyways which at night can be a challenge. But this is part of the charm of Marrakesh.

The Riad is beautiful. The rooms are clean and tidy with ample wardrobe space. The breakfast each morning was very tasty and more than enough food was provided. The location is a little difficult at first but just make sure you take some photos to help you find your way back, if you get lost the staff are always prepared to help you out. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom's are extremely beautiful.
Cons: The excursions were a little expensive to book through the Riad, but nothing unreasonable.

One of the nicest riads we’ve stayed at in Marrakesh! The building is beautifully decorated, with lots of cozy corners and an amazing rooftop. The rooms are spotless, and the food and tea are absolutely delicious. Abdeljabbar was an incredible host who made our experience in this hectic (yet beautiful) city wonderfully smooth — booking taxis and restaurants for us, recommending places to visit, walking us to taxi stations and local spots to eat, and sharing lovely conversations. He truly made us feel at home, and we hope to meet him again in the future, inshallah. Also, the hammam and massage experience was lovely and very special — highly recommended!

The property itself is exceptionally well maintained — spotless, beautifully decorated with authentic touches, and has a serene atmosphere throughout. One of the standout features is the rooftop area, which is perfect for unwinding, especially in the hammock during sunset — a truly peaceful escape from the bustle of the city. The absolute highlight of my stay was the hospitality, particularly from Abdeljabbar. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and supported throughout my visit. From walking me to a nearby laundry service and helping negotiate a fair price, to ensuring I received a forgotten charger by coordinating with my next accommodation in Chefchaouen — his kindness and attention to detail really made a difference.
Cons: The location wasn’t ideal for me personally. As a solo female traveler, I found the walk through the surrounding streets to be a bit uncomfortable, especially at night. While it’s not far from key sights, the immediate area may not suit everyone. Overall, Kilimini Riad is a gem in terms of hospitality and comfort. If the location works for you, I highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at Kilimini Riad in Marrakesh for five nights and would like to share my feedback about the experience. I chose this riad because the photos on your website looked beautiful and inviting. Unfortunately, the room I was given was very different from what was advertised. It was quite small, and the large double bed took up almost all the space, making it difficult to move around or access the wardrobe. The property does not have a restaurant, and the breakfast offered was a rather confusing combination of items such as omelette, cake, and fruit — it didn’t seem thoughtfully prepared or well-balanced. On a positive note, the facilities were clean, and I especially enjoyed spending time on the rooftop terrace. However, I found the atmosphere uncomfortable as a woman travelling alone. The staff were mostly young men (apart from the cleaners), and I felt that some of them lacked professionalism in their behaviour. The riad’s location in the old city also made it very difficult to navigate, and I often felt unsafe walking around alone. Local people in the area seemed unfriendly towards tourists, so I ended up using taxis for all my journeys. Overall, Marrakesh did not feel like the magical destination it is often portrayed to be. I met many frustrated people clearly struggling with difficult circumstances, and as a European woman travelling solo, I did not feel at ease. I would therefore not recommend this property or location to women traveling alone.

Z całego serca polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka prawdziwego doświadczenia Maroka, komfortu i gościnności. Z pewnością tu wrócimy! ✨❤️

I had an incredible experience at this Riad. The staff were absolutely exceptional – warm, welcoming, and highly professional throughout my stay. The room was beautiful, located on the top floor near the terrace, and impeccably clean. The terrace itself was a lovely spot to relax after a day in the city. My colleagues and I spent 2 days at the riad. It was really an unforgettable experience from the first shock (the location was a shock to us as we were coming from El Jadida and a hotel, facing the Atlantic Ocean) to the ride with Younes on a motoped throu the narrow streets of the Medina. The Riad is a hidden gem, and it's worth the experience as you dive directly in the oldest parts of Old Medina. Younes and Hasheem are very intelligent and kind young men who take shifts at the reception. You can trust that they will really care about your stay.

Our experience at Riad Kilimini in Morocco was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm and genuine hospitality. The Riad, with its historic architecture, has a special charm that transports you to another era, making the stay even more authentic and immersive. The food was undoubtedly one of the highlights. Every meal was a true delight for the senses, with rich flavors and irresistible aromas. The care in preparing each dish reflected the tradition and passion for Moroccan cuisine, providing us with a unique experience every time. But what truly made this trip even more special was Younes. Remarkable, helpful, and tireless, he was always available to assist and advise us, ensuring that we had everything we needed. His kindness and knowledge made our stay even more enriching. He is definitely someone worth meeting. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend Riad Kilimini to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and memorable experience. Our room was clean and whenever there was an issue the staff has swiftly helped us out. The rooftop is very nice to chill when we needed time out of the bustling streets. We both lived the hammock!
Cons: Location: we didn’t encounter anything dangerous, but we needed to walk through non-touristy streets with many bikes running past us, and people calling us Chinese. I also recommend people to bring a scarf/face coverings when walking down the streets to avoid inhaling exhaust fumes.

The hotel had a great interior style and the staff where absolutely lovely. Breakfast was good. Comfortable beds with thick duvets. A bit off the main drag, but for us it was only positive as you can see other parts of town walking there.
Cons: The hotel got a lovely style and interior with the open roof but we thought it was a bit cold during or stay (December) and did not get our AC to work properly. Not the hotels faults - watch out for touts that make you think you need a guide/are not allowed to walk pass the mosque.

Cons: Location was pathetic! The riad was located in narrow alleyways and our experience getting there felt unsafe. Everyone here was wonderful - we arrived late at night, were given mint tea, taken to the roof to show us us where we were in the Medina, talked all about what we could do on our stay. They arranged transportation for us, we were with a group of friends so had specific places outside the old city to go to. The Riad is down a small street so every time a taxi came they would walk us out to it. Breakfast was very good, my husband had never been before so it was a lovely introduction to a stay in an old Riad.
Cons: The hamman wasn't working which was a shame as wanted to do that where we were staying, but massages were available. The location was a 20 minute walk from the souk, a little out the way, but that also benefited us as it was very quiet.

Younes, Abdou and another receptionist whose name I’ve forgotten went over and above to make sure we were comfortable including organizing for our late night food deliveries, recommending several tour options around Marrakech, organizing for our late night pick ups. The staff also helped my wife organize a surprise birthday party for me. It was well put together to be honest and I loved it 100% The other receptionist assisted us with his laptop for the days we were around to be able to charge our phones since we didn’t have a European charger. Overall we enjoyed our experience at this property and will surely come back

My husband and I loved our stay at Riad Kilmini. Younes, who speaks fluently French and English, took such good care of us throughout our stay: he met us directly at the carpark upon our arrival and made several recommendations for things to visits based on our preferences. He also arranged for a taxi to drive us to the city centre, our restaurant and then back, making the whole experience stress free.

Breakfast was taken on the rooftop and was a selection of local breakfast items. Very nice. Riad was very clean and the staff amazingly helpful.
Cons: Location is a good 15 minutes walk from the souks and 30 minutes from the main square.

The riad is so beautiful! We loved it here. Rooms are great, everything is clean, amazing staff. Younes is by far the best host we had, he is super friendly. We went above and beyond to make our stay here as pleasant as possible. The riad has a beautiful rooftop where you can relax in the evening or take your breakfast there. Everything was amazing! It’s a bit far from Medina, about 20’ walk, but it’s quieter than old city.

Amazing staff, super welcoming! Younes was a great help and gave us a lot of reccomendations about what to see in the city. Great cosy interior, not very big hotel. Location is 20 minutes walk from main square of Marrakesh
Cons: Size of the breakfast compare to the price of the room, price of the spa treatments - too expensive

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Riad Serenity in Marrakech, and I can confidently say it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made me feel right at home.

Vraiment dommage.

I’d just like to thank everyone at the riad. Esp the manager Mohamed, Abdo and Younes. Service and hospitality is 10/10. These guys are the best and go above and beyond. I asked for last minute airport pick up and they were quick about it, they also give detailed recommendations on places to visit and food to eat, then i got lost outside as signal is spotty for google maps and asked for pick up back to the riad and they came. They assist you every step of the way. Cant sing enough praises for this crew. And ofc the room is very beautiful and very clean! I saw that they really put care in the details. I also enjoyed the free breakfast and the inhouse massage! Shout out to Rehab who massaged me! I really loved my stay here and recommended to friends who are planning to travel to Morroco!

The place has an excellent location, inside the old city or Medina, walking distance to local food places and the jemma al fna square, and smells amazing Younes was very attentive since the beginning and provide great help arranging the transportation during our staying there Great experience overall, i highly recommend taking the Hammam, i left the place feeling very relaxed
Cons: It gets tricky finding your way in tiny streets but is not difficult

We bonded especially good with/got help from a younger staff with a name we unfortunately forgot - but it was short with four letters. And of course Younes that we wrote to and met by the check in! We liked that the location was a bit outside the most busy areas.

This riad surpassed our expectations in every way. The hosts treated us like family, offering exceptional hospitality and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always available to assist, helping with taxis and providing invaluable information to make the most of our trip. The riad itself was stunning—clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities. Truly outstanding value for money.
Cons: The only downside was the location, which is a bit unfortunate. The riad is tucked away in a narrow alley in the old city, surrounded by residential homes. Cars cannot access the area after a certain point, so we had to walk about 8 minutes to reach it. While the locals are generally very friendly, the streets at night can be intimidating for some, as groups of young men often roam around. They may try to take advantage of tourists by "helping" them find the riad or carrying luggage, then asking for money. This issue is not related to the riad or its staff but does impact the overall experience.

The location in Medina was great and the house itself was very nice.
Cons: The problem was that the taxi cant reach the place and nobody knew where it is. So we had to ask a guy who took us there walking a kilometer with the suitcase on rough pavement. Once we reached there the guy who showed us the way had an outrageous demand for payment. While on the way we did not feel safe as some young guys on motorbikes followed us. WE called the property but could not reach it - nobody was picking the phone, so even the taxi driver did not know where to go.

Riad Kilimini is a beautiful little hotel with a wonderful staff. Everybody was so helpful and attentive and made my whole trip so much easier than it would have been without their guidance and help. A big and good breakfast and the hammam and massage that the Riad offered was incredible. Loved it!

Breakfast was fresh, organic with a lovely selection of foods. presented well. Friendly staff that are willing to go way and beyond for your comfort and ease. Very professional caring staff with exceptional English - Hisham and Samad were so lovely and really kind - Mohammed the manager of the riad had exceptional customer service skills and very professional. I would definitely return to the riad - it was a relaxing rejuvenating stay
Cons: the location can be a bit awkard to find - i suggest you use there pick up service for the first time you are arriving or ask the riad staff for help. otherwise once you are there - there are no issues.

The riad is a lovely building, and our room was perfect in respect of facilities. The breakfast was marvellous and very accomodating with respect to my wife's gluten allergies. Staff were helpful and responsive
Cons: Whilst the riad was great, the same cant be said for some of the guests! We were on the ground floor, and because of the nature of riads, you have an open plan space in the middle. Unfortunately a couple of the guests were not respectful of other guests' sleep early morning - which isnt the problem of the riad but rather of the guests. I would suggest a sign saying "please keep the noise down early in the morning and late at night would be helpful! It is a twenty to thirty minute walk to the central square, which is fine as long as you build this in to plans

- Clean and beautiful riad with magnificent authentic Moroccan decor was an oasis to us on our trip to sunny Marrakech - Polite and responsive staff were not just hosts in the riad but also guides in the city. I want to give special thanks to Abdou who was always there to help with anything at any time - Delicious and varied breakfasts - Great room with all amenities like air conditioning, wide bed and spacious wardrobe - We were kindly provided with a very nice cot bed on request
Cons: - Wi-Fi in the room ranged from very slow to not working at all - Location: 1) Riad is located relatively far from the main attractions; 2) on the day of our arrival the taxi could not get close to the riad due to the narrow streets of the old city, so we had to walk 10 minutes to get there. Happily, afterward, the reception staff was always there to help us easily arrange transport that would arrive just 1 minute away from the riad - On our first day we were given a free bottle of water, so we thought it was something like "a free bottle per day" as we got used to it from our past experience. However, after getting 2 more bottles 2 days after I decided to clarify this and found out that a bottle of water costs 25 dirhams (the normal price in the city is 6-10 dirhams). Notifying that the service is paid before providing it could be a better practice
