De riad was prachtig ingericht. Er was ook een fijn dakterras waar je lekker kon zitten. We kregen elke ochtend een uitgebreid ontbijt. Het was ons eerste verblijf in Marokko en het personeel hielp ons goed op weg met allerlei tips.
Cons: Het lag wat verder van het centrale deel van de Medina. Daardoor was het in de Riad zelf wel weer lekker rustig.

I cannot recommend Riad Boustane enough! The Riad itself is beautiful, with all of its traditional features and rustic charm. We had very comfortable sleep with plenty of blankets as the nights got chillier. The location is well positioned away from the busier streets of the souks but an easy/safe distance away. The breakfasts were varied every day and delicious! But the real thing that made our stay so wonderful was Hamid and Ali - from the moment we booked our stay they were so incredibly helpful with responding to queries and setting everything up for a smooth and enjoyable stay. They were available around the clock, always happy to help and went above and beyond in every way imaginable. For that reason alone, I would always come back to Riad Boustaine :)
Cons: My only small negative would be that there were some small tweaks in our room that could do with updating/repair (such as plug sockets not working, which they did repair while we were there), a handle on the bathroom door as it was difficult to lock from the inside, front door was stiff. However, these did not have a negative impact on our stay and we could absolutely visit again!

We really liked how quiet and serene it was, like an oasis away from the busyness of the medina, in particular being able to relax on the lovely rooftop terrace. The breakfast was tasty and authentic and the managers, Nagib and Hamid were more than happy to help with any problems during our stay.
Cons: The Riad was about 10 min walk to all the cafes and souks so we tended to go out after breakfast and return in the afternoon for a few hours to rest before getting ready to go out again in the evening, so Tea & Coffee facilities in the room would have been really appreciated.

Cons: El callejón donde se encuentra. La zona es mala, estaba alejado de todo lo importante, el parking más cercano dejaba mucho que desear. Las paredes de la planta baja tienen muchas humedades. Nuestra habitación, aunque debía ser la mejor, tenía deficiencias como: lámparas rotas, TV sin antena por lo que no funcionaba, el baño con mucha cal… en general es un Riad muy bonito pero muy poco cuidado (aunque estaba limpio), el mobiliario muy estropeado y viejo y muy desayuno el peor que nos han dado en 1 semana que hemos pasado por Marruecos. Siento decir esto pq tiene muy buenas valoraciones y por eso lo cogí, pero no acerté. Hicimos noche en Marrakech la primera y la última. El primer Riad, me costó casi la mitad y era muchiiiiisimo mejor, aunque más pequeño pero mejor conservado y de calidad y mucho mejor situado. Pensé que vino última noche, pagaba más y sería mejor de despedida pero me equivoqué. Hace falta mucha conservación y en ese Riad.

Had an amazing stay! The staff are lovely and helped us so much. Even though this is my second time in Marrakesh I learnt even more than before from the help of the staff. They arranged a taxi from the airport and also annotated us a map of Marrakesh which helped us find our way without 4g. Lovely swimming pool and terrace area and the breakfast was exceptional with slightly different options each day but everything was always really good. We got in late and didn’t have any water and they gave us some for free and we also arrived early on the first day and were able to check in. And also let us know that at the airport we would need to print out boarding passes prior and they printed them off for us. Best people and the best place would 100% recommend.

Il Riad Boustane ha una struttura tipica marocchina molto bella e ben tenuta. Najib è un host gentile e disponibile, mai invadente, che ci ha fatti sentire a casa. Il Riad si trova in posizione comoda per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse a piedi, ma rimane in una zona più esterna e decentrata della Medina, e questo è davvero il suo punto di forza: al suo interno non si sente il caos cittadino, non si sentono rumori, è un’oasi di pace nel caos di Marrakech! Colazione buona e leggermente diversa di mattina in mattina. Abbiamo provato anche il servizio di hammam: prezzi giusti e servizio ottimo. Grazie a Najib e a Marrakech per questi giorni stupendi!
Cons: Najib è stato molto gentile e ci ha dato una camera superiore rispetto a quella che avevamo prenotato in origine. La camera era molto bella, spaziosa, pulita per gli standard marocchini. Unica nota leggermente negativa: il letto, essendo una classica struttura a baldacchino in ferro, cigolava e faceva rumore quando ci si muoveva.

El personal encantador, pendientes en todo momento de facilitarte la estancia. Habitaciones muy amplias. Desayuno fenomenal con fruta, zumo, huevos, mermeladas .... La estancia es un oasis de calma. Y se agradece mojarse los pies en la piscina.
Cons: A 30 minutos andando de la plaza Jemma el-Fna, con los últimos minutos por callejones oscuros, que dan respeto de noche. Y quizá el ruido de las camas.

Mais il a carrément oublié de nous envoyer quelqu'un, on a appelé le numéro que il m'avait donné mais il n'a jamais répondu. On a attendu une heure. Après on a trouvé une autre numéro trouvé sur internet, sur le site de la structure et Najib il nous répondu et envoyé tout de suite quelqu'un.

El alojamiento es perfecto, habiéndome quedado en otros riads puedo decir que este cuente com todo lo necesario. El baño es perfecto y la habitación es bastante amplia. Najib se merece un 10, ha estado pendiente de nosotras en todo momento. La única pega que ponemos es la ubicación del Riad, está bastante apartado de la zona turística y por la noche da bastante respeto llegar hasta ahí, ya que son todo callejones oscuros. Por todo lo demás, no tenemos queja ninguna!!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming on our arrival and during our stay at this beautiful Riad. They were very happy to help where ever possible. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade giving us a beautifully spacious, comfortable and cool room. Breakfast was absolutely a standout, being very varied and plentiful. The pool area was great too cool off in at the end of the day. We would return with no hesitation.
Cons: The Riad was a little bit of a walk to the main area, (20 mins) if it hadn’t been so hot I probably would even mention it. The upside to that is that it’s away from the hustle and bustle which is nice. The bed in our room was particularly squeaky.

We stayed at Riad Boustane at the beginning of our trip to Morocco for 2 nights. Our room was expansive and larger than we were expecting. The bathroom was nice with large shower and bidet in addition to the toilet and sink. Breakfasts were served in the beautiful central courtyard and brought to our table. Ample bread, plus fruit, eggs, and strong coffee, along with delicious fresh squeezed orange juice. The rooftop was beautiful and had wonderful views of Marrakech. The team of staff did a great job and we felt very welcomed. The primary reception staff made sure that we could get to and from the riad. On our first morning, a member of the staff from their sister property walked us from Riad Boustane towards the center of the souk. By being at the edge of the old city, the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet.
Cons: We had booked this riad because it was closer to the bus and train station. What we had not realized was how far that really was, as well as how far it was from the central parts of the souk. We were 100% safe walking around in an ordinary neighborhood in the extraordinary old city of Marrakech. Travelers should simply take note of the distance.

Das Personal war extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel ist wunderschön und gut gelegen. Man sollte bei dem Parkplatz außerhalb von Medina parken, dort findet man auch kostenlose Parkplätze, einfach hierzu das Personal ansprechen. Das Frühstück war absolut hervorragend!

Petit dejeuné incroyable et très copieux. Servis toujours avec le sourire. Une table toujours bien dressé à notre réveil. Accueillies comme des rois, chaque jour. Hamid et Najib ont beaucoup fait pour notre famille. Deux hôtes avec un grand cœur, remplis de joie. Nous avons beaucoup aimer discuter avec eux. Deux personnes qui m’ont beaucoup marqués. Merci pour tous ce qu’ils ont fait, merci de leurs accueil, leurs sourires, et certains moments où nous avons pu rigoler ensembles. Nous repartons avec tous ses bons souvenirs dans le cœur !

Nikdy jsem nezažila člověka, jako je Najib. Jakým způsobem s vámi jedná, je úžasné. Ochotný a pozorný. Kdybych měla hledat zaměstnance pro svou firmu,chci jen jeho. Marrakesh je úžasné místo plné krásných lidí, ale servis, který dělá tento mladý muž je na té nejvyšší úrovni. Riad bych ohodnotila 10 hvězdami, a z toho 6 patří Najib. Bylo to krásné, tiché a jako doma. I když bylo horko, v tomto domě je stále příjemně. Bazén je úžasný spolu a terasou.. vrátím se, za každou cenu.. gratuluji majiteli k výběru svých zaměstnanců. Bravo 👏
Cons: Kdo je na své dovolené nespokojený a stále hledá nějaké chyby ( existují vždy) měl by raději zůstat doma a nekazit úsilí druhých lidí. Žádné mínus jsem nenašla.

Riad Boustane is a perfect place for a short stay in Marrakesh. It's a pleasant walk of around 20 minutes to the Medina with the streets gradually getting busier on the way. The Riad itself is a gorgeous traditional Moroccan building and seemed a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our room was spacious, A/C worked well and the bed was big and comfy. The little pool area was a nice place to cool and chill. The roof terrace was great with seats cushions and coffee tables. My wife had a 2 hour hamman massage in the wet room on the roof and loved it. The lovely ladies in the kitchen let me make my own porridge as I had a dodgy belly. I felt right at home.😁👍

The riad is very beautiful and the staff is incredibly kind. When our aiconditioning wasn't working, they upgraded us to a different room. Very friendly service! The breakfast was also great and they did put a lot of effort into varying it every day.
Cons: The riad is a bit further away from most attractions (especially the square). However, the neighbourhood is very nice and it still feels safe to walk through it.

The host was very friendly and very helpful! We arrived late but he picked us up from the parking lot where the taxi dropped us of. He even made us tea even though it was already nearly midnight! The room was great, as was the atrium. Breakfast was delicious and the cat was also very friendly!

Todo o staff foi bastante simpático e atencioso. Receberam-nos com o típico cházinho e bolinhos, e durante a nossa estadia foram sempre perguntando se queríamos chá. O pequeno almoço era fantástico, todos os dias diferente. O rooftop do riad era muito bom, passamos algum tempo por lá (podíamos estar a qualquer hora, sempre com luz).
Cons: Algumas coisas no quarto podiam estar mais modernas, mais arranjadas. As mesinhas de cabeceira tinham um cheiro muito estranho (ambas, não sei se era da madeira). A localização era um bocado longe do centro (28 min da praça Jemaa el Fna), a está bastante próximo do exterior da medina (numa zona não muito agradável nem de noite nem de dia). Mas nunca tivemos qualquer problema, apesar dessa localização.

Mon séjour au Riad Boustane a été véritablement mémorable. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec une hospitalité chaleureuse et attentionnée de la part de tout le personnel. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont été remarquables, toujours prêts à aider avec le sourire. Le riad lui-même est un véritable havre de paix au milieu de la vibrante Marrakech. La tranquillité qui y règne permet un repos et une détente parfaits après une journée d'Exploration. La terrasse est sans aucun doute l'un des points forts. Un espace agréable pour prendre le soleil en toute quiétude ou profiter d'une bonne lecture. L'emplacement du riad est également un grand avantage. Être situé à proximité des limites de la Médina facilite grandement les déplacements, que ce soit pour prendre un taxi vers d'autres quartiers de la ville, ou à l'arrivée et au départ de l'aéroport. Je recommande vivement le Riad Boustane à quiconque recherche un séjour authentique à Marrakech, avec un service impeccable et une atmosphere sereine.

This charming Riad is tucked away 2 mins walk from Bab (Gate) Yacout. Hamza couldn’t have been more helpful- going over and above anything we asked him to do eg arrange take away food to the Riad when we arrived late, organise hammam & massages etc. He came to meet us at Bab Yacout and walked us to the Riad. The decor is lovely & the breakfast was great.

Boustane was a perfect way to begin our trip. It was spotlessly clean, the rooms were comfortable and the location, on the inside edge of the Medina was convenient. This isn’t a high luxury Riad, but it was home for the time we spent there. The breakfast was served everyday and was more than we expected a it was a lovely bonus. The roof deck was as a wonderful place to hang out at sunset with the call of prayer echoing around the rooftops. And Fritz, the house cat, was hospitable too! I even had a massage in the spa there which was amazing!The most important and special factor was Najib, who managed the riad and went above and beyond to help us with anything and everything we needed including booking taxis, trips and buses, and basically making our trip the best it could be. He should earn a gold star for his amazing skills, attitude and smile! We loved him and can’t thank him enough for all he did.
Cons: We didn’t have any problems. I might suggest getting some new towels and bedspreads as an update but everything was very clean and acceptable!

Riad boustane exceeded our expectations. The personnel was excellent, helpful and very kind. Upon our arrival we were welcomed with traditional Moroccan tea and helpful advice about the sights, ATMs, food and day trips. Moreover, they ordered food for us and had ot delivered to our room. Our room was being cleaned meticulously every day (new towels etc). We had a spacious bathroom and beautiful view to the pool of the road. The riad also offers a rich and delicious breakfast. On top of that we enjoyed our breakfast in a very beautiful ambience inside the court of the riad. Overall, it was a very nice experience and would suggest this riad to any traveller

The experience was amazing - since our arrival, Hamza from the staff came to pick us up at the entrance of Medina (3 minutes from the hotel, you can't access by car but it is close to the taxi drop off), Nijab the other guy from staff did the same in the second day and helped us to communicate with the guys from the excursion, they both help us a lot with everything we needed, it made a difference in our stay. The hotel is great, and the breakfast was amazing, besides that it is close to the city center. It was the best decision to stay there :) We were very happy and satisfied.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and Najib was especially kind. They took extra care to make sure we were comfortable and could find our way around the city. There is a very cute cat who lives at the property as well, and joined us for the amazing breakfast prepared in the morning.
Cons: The surrounding area was a little hectic upon arrival, but the staff did a great job of making sure we found our way and collecting us from the taxi area. Once inside, the property was a wonderful and beautiful oasis.

The breakfast is really nice, and the room by the pool was a bit compact but alright. It is a bit of a walk towards the medina but taxis were available about a 2 minute walk from the riad, this part of town seemed to be less quite as it was away from the main tourist attracttions. The staff was really nice as well.

Le personnel (notamment Hamza et Majid) est super, la situation géographique est intéressante notamment si vous faites des excursions car le riad est très proche de l'extérieur de la medina donc pratique pour les transports (et tres proche des jardins Majorelle), et par rapport aux souks et la place il y a 25mn de marche donc ça va Les petits déjeuners étaient bien, hammam sur place avec massage très bien, emplacement calme Je dirais que cela dépend des attentes que vous avez : si vous voulez un hôtel avec grande piscine pour bronzer et un confort 2025 ce n'est pas la bonne place, si vous voulez découvrir le vrai Marrakech avec des bons conseils, faire des excursions et être dans un lieu typique et calme par contre ce sera super

The breakfast was amazing! Lots of different options served to the table and they were very flexible in terms of timings. We had a morning excursion and were offered breakfast on our return outside of the advertised hours. We loved the resident cat Karl, who was very friendly and made the place feel homely. The room was good and it was chilly at the time of year we went, so extra blankets and a heater was provided without us asking for it. The swimming pool and spa looked good, but it was not the right time of year for us to use it. Lovely looking place and a lovely space on the roof to relax.
Cons: The location is really difficult to find initially, so listen to their advice about calling in advance! We booked a taxi from the airport who ended up dropping us about half an hour walk from the hotel in error as they couldn't find it either. We made a phone call to the hotel from a cafe and they came and collected us, walking with us all the way to the hotel. They rescued us in the middle of the night and we were very grateful as we never would have found the place. Once you know, it is a good location and a straightforward walk to the main markets. The collection point for most excursions or taxis is about 1 min walk away and is ideal.

Questo riad si trova verso la periferia della Medina di Marrakesh. È comodo per accedere alla parte nuova della città, la sera se dovete uscire i percorsi sono un po’ tortuosi e ci sono dei passaggi un po’ bui. Questo secondo me va detto. Il riad in sé è casa. I ragazzi che lo gestiscono assieme alle signore che provvedono alla pulizia sono fantastici. Abbiamo chiesto di fare colazione alle 7 nessun problema alle 8 nessun problema, l disponibilità, cortesia sono di casa, la colazione molto buona ti danno sempre una specialità marocchina diversa oltre che la panna cotta o lo yogurt, the marocchino o caffè. La notte non fa caldo ma c’è un piumino per coprirsi. Nel complesso molto bene, ricordiamoci che siamo a Marrakesh.

The riad was very stylish and cozy. It was one of the biggest we stayed in. The rooms were clean and cozy and Najib was wonderful and super helpful.
Cons: It was a little difficult to find with our taxi from the bus station and a little farther from the center but a great escape when inside.

A very beautiful Riad, simple but very well maintained and with a very authentic look. The terrace is very good, there was no time to use the pool but it was there :)
Cons: The fountain could be working all day long, the reception could be a bit more appealing… it is really not beautiful as a first impression. One day there was nice ambience music but you need better columns. Music would be great more often, just to give some ambience

Sono arrivata la sera insieme a mia sorella, pioveva ed eravamo stanche. Ci ha accolto un ragazzo delizioso, non so se scrivo bene il suo nome Najib, che ci ha trattato con grande cura. Abbiamo avuto una stanza più grande di quella prenotata, senza nessun aumento. Sembrava una reggia! Abbiamo chiesto di mangiare in camera e ci ha portato una pizza buonissima e digeribilissima, sinceramente non avrei mai detto.. La mattina ci ha aiutato nel tentativo di risolvere un problema, molto premuroso e disponibile.

Grande déception à notre arrivée au regard de l'état général de l'établissement. Najib responsable de notre accueil au Riad a fait son maximum pour se rendre, disponible pour notre changement de chambre, nettoyage de la terrasse avec les dames de ménage, service petit déjeuner de qualité. Nous garderons le souvenir de leur accueil chaleureux et toujours souriant. Il sera souhaitable et urgent que des travaux de rénovation soient réalisés.

Cons: The bathwater was not very hot on the first night, but they had already fixed the issue by the next time. Located inside the medina (like many riads), and for two women, walking at night can feel somewhat unsafe.

A beautiful riad, our room was very large with a 4 poster bed, seating area and large bathroom ( we had been upgraded). The bed was comfortable with 2 pillows each, good quality sheets. Heating good. Did not use the shower so can't comment. Greeted with a mint tea.Only stayed one night before early flight next day.
Cons: A little hard to find as the sign is small and not noticeable in the darkness. We arrived quite late and the riad was cold, but we were kept waiting before being shown our room, albeit with mint tea.. Breakfast not great.

Un trato muy cercano y amable. El personal se encargó de que tuviéramos todo bajo control, nos ayudó con la cena y nos preparó el desayuno antes de la hora fijada para poder ir a la excursión que teníamos contratada desayunados, además, no solo eso, nos acompañó al lugar de reunión con la agencia de excursión para que no tuviéramos ningún problema. Sin duda alguna, un trato excepcional, nos ayudó en todo lo posible. Recomiendo muchísimo este alojamiento.
Cons: Nada, únicamente que está en un callejón pero es un sitio tranquilio y relajado, el personal está atento a todo.

El personal fue muy atento y amable. Nos indicó cómo ir al centro de Marrakech y nos entregó un mapa. Aunque está algo alejado (25min) siguiendo sus indicaciones fue un paseo agradable. El primer día nos costó encontrarlo y pasamos por algunas calles que no transmitían seguridad (tras la explicación no hubo ningún tipo de problema y las calles tenían encanto y eran seguras) El Riad es precioso, tiene una terraza con vistas increíbles y un patio súper bonito. La habitación amplia y cuidada (la ducha la mejor que he visto). El desayuno era completo y bueno. Además, un día nos lo dieron antes de la hora prevista ya que teníamos una excursión y nos lo facilitaron.

Nuestra estancia fue genial! Las instalaciones del Riad y el servicio son muy buenas, además de bonito, la terraza cuenta con vistas a toda la Medina. El trato del personal fue insuperable. Nos atendió Najin, y nos ayudó en todo momento. Nos dió consejos sobre la ciudad y qué visitar, y además si necesitas algún servicio a parte como una excursión o taxi ... te da toda la información y realiza la intermediación. En definitiva, súper agradable! 10/10.

We loved literally everything about the riad! We got a large room, lovely decorated and clean, shared space is very nice too. There is also a rooftop where you can chill out with a cup of tea enjoing the view. The riad is located close to the entrance to Medina, so it was not difficult to find it. There is a taxi parking right at the medina gate. There is not set check in/check out tome which is convenient. The riad staff is great, they were really helpful, invited to take a seat and drink some tea while they were checking us in, prepared breakfast for us at an earlier time cuz we checked out very early and helped to find our taxi to the airport. Thank you for making our stay smooth and pleasant! definitelly would stay at Riad Boustane again when in Marrakesh next time
Cons: Keep in mind that in winter it can be rather cold in rooms. There is an AC and a space heater, but it's still a bit chilly.

Our host Najib was very accommodating. We had breakfast at the times that we requested due to having to leave early on day trips. Najib was an excellent host for our stay. He provided us with tea upon arrival and informed us what he could do for us the next day to accommodate us beter. This riad will make your stay (thanks to Najib) so much more enjoyable. Coming home to this peaceful riad after walking around the chaotic and loud Medina is very relaxing. We recommend everyone staying here.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Accommodation itself is simple, but it has everything you need and it provides for a very authentic Moroccan experience. Breakfast is lovely and different every day and you can also request tea or water at any point if desired. We have to give a special thanks to Najib, who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He would also walk us to the meeting point of one of our day trips and when we were headed to the airport, gave us various tops and his phone number to contact him if we had a question or an issue. He made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
Cons: We tried to book a transfer a couple of weeks before our departure from the airport to the riad as we were arriving late at night. We sent an email via booking.com, we sent a message via WhatsApp and also tried to call them, but received no response. We ended up booking a different transfer. They did get back to us 30min before our flight on the day, confirming the transfer was organized- which we obviously had to cancel. So, the initial unresponsiveness gave us a bit of a fright, but afterwards, everything went perfectly.

Riad Boustane ist ein nettes kleines Riad, gute Lage, vor allem, wenn man zum Majorell Garten zu Fuß gehen möchte. Der Service ist gut und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sauber.
Cons: Das Frühstück ist etwas mager, etwas Käse (evtl. La vache kiri) wäre wünschenswert. Das Bett war eine echte Herausforderung - es war für 2 Personen etwas zu schmal, die Matratze war viel zu hart und sie viel zur Mitte hin ein.

The staff were friendly, extremely helpful and attentative and couldn't do enough to help. Najib was especially helpful walking with us on the first night to a ATM, shop for water (35d for 6 bottles) and snacks (breads 1d each), and helped us print our boarding cards. We were there in winter so it was quiet but very peaceful. Location is in the north of medina in a more residential part but close to a easy pick up point for a vehicle if doing external tours. Rooms in winter needed the portable radiators which made it toasty. Very clean room, with hairdryer and some small toiletries. If taking the bus from the airport (L19, 50d return pp) get off at Bab Doukala as its a easier and quicker walk than the main medina square.
Cons: It's about a 20 min walk to the central medina and maybe bring some earplugs as the call to pray across the medina can be quiet load in the morning but no other noise.

Die Lage des Riads ist etwas ab von den gewöhnlichen Touristenstraßen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Einrichtung der Räume ist sehr stilvoll, die tägliche Reinigung sehr gründlich und das Frühstück wurde abwechslungsreich gestaltet. Das Personal versucht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen und zu meinem Geburtstag wurde ich mit Blumen und Blütendekorationen überrascht. Noch einmal herzlichen Dank!

Δεν έχω λόγια για το πόσο καλοί είναι οι ιδιοκτήτες αυτού του riad! Οι πιο ευγενικοί άνθρωποι που γνωρίσαμε στο Μαρόκο, πρόθυμοι να σε βοηθήσουν σε όλα, μέχρι και να σε συνοδεύσουν μέχρι ένα κεντρικό σημείο για να μη φοβάσαι το βράδυ. Το πρωινό πολύ ωραίο, πολύ ευχάριστη έκπληξη ότι κάθε μέρα ήταν διαφορετικό. Το riad πολύ όμορφο και το δωμάτιο καθαρό και άνετο.
Cons: Η τοποθεσία είναι λίγο περίεργη αργά το βράδυ, ωστόσο δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε κανένα θέμα!

Sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Ich hatte Geburtstag. Sie haben unser Zimmer mit Rosenblättern geschmückt und haben uns alle Wünsche erfüllt, z.b Blumen und Wein besorgt.
Cons: Sehr schlechte Kommunikation im Vorfeld.Ich hatte Fragen die entweder erst nach mehreren Tagen oder garnicht beantwortet wurden. Das gibt einem im Vorfeld ein sehr schlechtes Gefühl da wird sich nicht gekümmert. Ich hatte sogar überlegt zu stornieren. Die 2 gebuchten Zimmer waren nicht verfügbar wegen Malerarbeiten. Wir bekamen zunächst ein besseres und ein deutlich schlechteres Zimmer. Durch unsere Beharrlichkeit und den Einsatz des Managers ( Danke nochmal) bei dem Hotelbesitzer bekamen wir dann für beide Zimmer guten Ersatz. Das fühlte sich zunächst beim einchecken auch nicht gut an. Die eigentlich wunderbare Dachterasse könnte mehr Pflege erfahren. Die Sonnenschirme waren teilweise defekt oder mussten mit Mühe aus irgendwelchen Ecken gezogen werden.

Mi estancia en el Riad Fleur d’Orient fue absolutamente maravillosa. El hotel es precioso, muy bien cuidado y decorado con un gusto impecable. Todo en este lugar invita a relajarse y disfrutar de la magia de Marruecos. Pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue el servicio: los trabajadores se portaron de manera inmejorable, siempre atentos y amables. En especial, quiero destacar a Hamza, quien nos trató con una calidez y profesionalismo excepcionales. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería con los ojos cerrados.

Unfortunately we did not like this place.
Cons: Regarding our stay at Riad Boustane, we didn't check in here since we considered it not safe for us to stay overnight. We called a taxi to pick us up from the previous hotel and take us to Riad Boustane. Previously, we were given a phone number to call the property for arrival instructions. Our driver tried to call the property all the way there and the phone was closed. He agreed to go with us to find the property as it is in a very crowded and unsafe area of the medina. We found the property, the door was locked with a key. Finally someone answered and everything was a mess, with chairs all over the place and no one at the reception. They said this is because of the new year's eve party. The room is much smaller than how it looks in photos and very cold. The man from the reception was very kind, but he couldn't find our Booking reservation, he said that his boss hadn't updated the reservation list. We left our luggage there for about 4 hours to take a walk and decide what to do. When we came back, the door was again shutdown and the riad still looked like a mess, the place was not cleaned after the party. We were told we cannot get a refund since it is too late. We consider this place unsafe and not worthy of the price asked. There are so many great places in Marrakech and this is not one of them.

Ottima colazione, ottima cena servita all’interno della struttura, accoglienza tipica marocchina, sia Ossama sia najib sono stati professionalissimi e dettagliati nella spiegazione di qualunque domanda gli venisse posta. Ci hanno fornito molte info utili, e sono stati estremamente ospitali. Struttura posizionata appena all’interno della Medina, nei pressi del mercato della frutta/verdura di Marrakech, il passaggio che porta all’Interno delle mura è un po’ angusti specie se si arriva di notte ma ovviano a ciò venendoti ad accogliere nel caso in cui prenoti il servizio di navetta con il riad al costo di 20€. Posizionato vicino ai giardini di majorelle.
Cons: Il fatto che non abbiamo potuto pagare con carta, ma sono comunque stati estremamente disponibili ad accompagnarci all’ATM per poter prelevare la somma necessaria.

El trato que recibimos por parte de Najib fue excepcional. Nos dio un upgrade y nos asignó la mejor habitación, aunque no fue la que habíamos reservado. Siempre lo encontrábamos en el riad con una sonrisa enorme, y estaba siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier cosa, incluso acompañándonos a donde íbamos para que no nos perdiéramos. Una noche, incluso lo encontramos en la calle, y nos dijo que iba a recoger a dos huéspedes que se habían perdido. Una muy buena persona! El desayuno es muy completo e incluye zumo, té, café, pan, productos salados y dulces. Además, lo preparan fresco en el momento. Hay una terraza donde puedes disfrutar del amanecer o atardecer, y también ofrecen servicio de hammam y masajes.
Cons: El riad está ubicado en un barrio tranquilo y residencial, lejos del jaleo de la medina. Sin embargo, hay que tener en cuenta que se encuentra a unos 20-25 minutos caminando del centro de la medina.

What an amazing place. People there was so nice and kind. For French there is not a problem with communication. For English speaker there is a few very kind person which will help you. Our room was clear and comfortable with two big wardrobes. For breakfast we have always fresh juice and warm dish. Wifi is pretty good, depends of place where you are. Pool was open, but in December is too cold. Way to the Riad is a little complicated, if you are not common with Medinas, you can ask for help to get there. The best way to use is going to the Bab Ben Brahim, took the left way on fork, and on the and of that way turn left, and again left. You should seen the Riad sign.

Labai dažnai neveikdavo internetas, o kai pradėdavo veikti būdavo labai lėtas. Už tokią kainą nerekomenduoju ten vykti.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questa struttura. Il riad è estremamente pulito, e Ajan si è dimostrato una persona cordiale, gentile e sempre molto disponibile. Ci ha accolto con grande attenzione fin da subito. La posizione non si trova in una zona prettamente turistica, ma è molto autentica e caratteristica del Marocco. La vicinanza a un parcheggio è un grande vantaggio, poiché consente di raggiungere facilmente il punto di partenza per ogni escursione. È importante notare che le auto non possono arrivare direttamente alla struttura, quindi è necessario percorrere a piedi un breve tratto di circa 2 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la strada principale. Sebbene la strada principale non sia turistica, la qualità del riad e l’esperienza complessiva che offre rendono questa struttura davvero meritevole.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming, providing plenty of information on the various attractions and how to get there. The Riad is lovely and quiet once inside. Breakfast was very good. Plus lots and lots of really hot water - one of my 'must haves' for any hotel.
Cons: Anyone staying here with any sort of mobility issues should be aware that it is a fair distance from the souks etc in the city centre. However, taxis are inexpensive and plentiful. Just remember to ask the price before you get in and don't accept the first offer! The Riad is very well placed for walking to the Jardin Majorelle - perhaps my favourite visit of the holiday.

Atención del personal excelente, ya que hicieron excepciones por nosotros. Very well received and taken care of! The guy at the reception was very nice and welcoming. He also made sure to pick us up at the entrance so we would feel safe. He helped with WiFi and was always polite to us. I loved the fact they had a little heater in the bathroom.

Super séjour au sein du Riad Boustane, un accueil très chaleureux, un Riad magnifique, le personnel super gentil, ils font tous pour que l’on passe un séjour parfait. Les petits déjeuner sont délicieux. Malgré notre départ tôt le matin pour notre vol retour tout a été mis en œuvre pour que l’on parte en ayant déjeuner et avec un service de transport top pour rejoindre l’aéroport. La piscine, la terrasse en rooftop et les chambres sont magnifiques. Merci encore c’était tellement bien !

Cons: Nous ne captions vraiment pas bien voire pas du tout le wi-fi dans la chambre. Repas au sein du Riad (menu à disposition) cher (mais très bon) et excursions plus chères que sur Get Your Guide par exemple.

Bei der Ankunft empfängt einen meistens der nette Hotelleiter Najib persönlich und ein wunderbarer Duft. Dann ein Willkommenstee im Innenhof des wunderschönen alten und renovierten Riads, der eine große Ruhe ausstrahlt.........das tat so gut nach dem Trubel drumherum in den Gassen. Der Service ist toll, das Haus sehr gepflegt, die Dachterasse ein wunderschöner Ort. Man kann im Haus Hamam und Massagen buchen (sehr empfehlenswert), alles ist sehr persönlich und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen! Najib ist die gute Seele das Hauses und nimmt sich für alles, was man braucht, Zeit und kann alles organisieren. Wir haben unsere Reise durch Marokko hier begonnen und auch wieder beendet und es war am Ende ein bisschen wie nach Hause kommen. Man muss sich hier auf jeden Fall mehr als eine Nacht gönnen, damit man diesen wunderbaren Ort richtig genießen kann. Wir würden in Marrakesch jederzeit wieder hier ein paar Tage verbringen.....

Je remercie Oussama et Yassir pour leur organisation et leurs disponibilités pour ma visite à Marrakech. Je me suis sentie entre de bonnes mains pour une femme qui voyage seule au Maroc. Le Riad est très bien situé dans la Médina, ce qui permet de visiter à pied sans prendre de taxi. Merci à Nezha la cuisinière qui prépare de super bons repas. Je me suis régalée. Et un bravo à Soumia et Huda pour toute l’intendance du Riad. Merci pour leur gentillesse et hospitalité à la marocaine. C’est une équipe au top qui m’a fait me sentir comme à la maison.

This is an incredible place! You won't find anything better in Marrakesh! Lots of space, delicious breakfast, helpful staff, always helping and smiling! The rooms are very clean! And most importantly, they clean up discreetly and cleanly! There is a swimming pool, it was nice to plunge into the cool water after hot walks! It really felt like home! A beautiful dining room and an incredibly delicious dinner, order it and you won’t regret it! There is a terrace where you can relax!

The Riad was beautiful and just like the pictures. The staff were very welcoming and looked after us. There is a pool. Breakfast was good and varied. On checkout, we were given a room to get ready in since we had a late flight. We were grateful for all of our questions to be answered and for the help to get a taxi back to the airport.
Cons: Probably a 20 minute walk to get to the hustle and bustle of the Medina but at least you get to experience a residential neighbourhood

Emplacement très proche des taxis . Oussama nous a raccompagnée le matin à 7h jusqu’au taxis c’était très sympathique, très jolie riad merci beaucoup.
Cons: Couette un peu sale , pour arriver au riad l’endroit est très noir et fait un peu peur mais les gens sont très gentil donc pas de soucis . Prix des excursions du riad un peu cher pour faire exactement la même chose que si on prend pars « booking ou get your guide »

I loved the space itself, very typical and peaceful. Oussama treated us wonderfully, always available and attentive. Great tips for exploring Marrakech. I enjoyed the breakfast, and the afternoon swim in the pool was revitalizing. The tranquility can be felt in every corner of the Riad, yet it is still close to the center. If we return to Marrakech, we will definitely come back to this Riad.

The breakfasts were nice and varied but in particular Oussama and his staff were very friendly and welcoming .. it’s really good value for money and if you are in the area and want to stay in something more authentic I can highly recommend the property.

The Riad is beautiful inside and the rooms are large and well-appointed. The design is a mix between modern and traditional. Everything was very clean. The breakfast each morning was varied, interesting, fresh and delicious. The staff could not do enough to help us and they were very friendly. Osama, in particular was the perfect host and he speaks good English; he was always on hand to organise outings, taxis etc. It is in a quiet area of the medina, we slept very well.
Cons: The property might be hard to find, if you do not initially book a taxi organised by the Riad. Taxis are close by and staff from the property will take you to them once you are there, or organise a driver if you need them. It is quite a long walk to the centre of the medina, but the walk is interesting and we felt safe at all times. We slept well, but friends in our group found the beds very firm.

The Riad is situated in a 'no frills' part of town, which provides one with an immersive experience of the culture, while at the same time being a sanctuary. The town centre is an easy walk, about 10 minutes. For longer trips, the taxis are available from just outside one of the Medina gates, about 2 minutes walk from the Riad. There is also a night market near the taxi rank, which is definitely not touristy. The staff at the Riad could not do enough for us. Osama provided whatever assistance and guidance we needed, and the breakfasts were a delight.

The staff are just so helpful and hardworking and so accomadating to make your stay enjoyable. It is a real authentic experience of Marrakech. Street markets, hustle and bustle of everyday life. Amed was very helpful with every aspect of our break. Organising taxis for trips and taxi staff were very courteous and punctual.
Cons: This is a personal dislike, but too many cats. When really warm, the smell of sewers can be off-putting in and around the medina. That is not to take away from the Marrakech experience.

Il Riad Boustane è un Riad molto bello, ben curato e il personale è gentile e disponibile . Grazie a Najib il nostro Host che ci ha aiutato per tutto il tempo. Posizione del Riad dal centro è circa 30 minuti a piedi , in una zona tranquilla. Vorrei dare alcune informazioni per i viaggiatori prima del vostro arrivo : 1 arrivati in aeroporto fate una sim locale da Orange , 20 € 20 GB di internet per tutta la vostra vacanza , usate un secondo telefono che vi farà da hotspot così potrete usarla in due se siete in coppia . 2 cambio valuta: non cambiate i soldi in aeroporto, arrivati al Riad , vi fate accompagnare dal personale del Riad a prelevare ( ricordatevi di abilitare il bancomat a prelevare all'estero) , le commissioni sono basse rispetto all'aeroporto. 3 taxi: prenotate un taxi da booking dall'aeroporto al vostro Riad , così non dovrete trattare con il taxista, il prezzo giusto è 10 euro o 100 Diram. 4 le escursioni, prenotatele su Get Your Guide, sono Top , super belle e organizzate . 5 visitate i giardini Majorelle e il museo di YSL è stupendo. 6 l ristoranti sono molto cari, con i prezzi come in Italia, ma la qualità è ottima, io sono stata al DarDar è stupendo. 7 dal Riad al centro sono 30 Min a piedi, vi conviene chiamare un taxi costa 8 euro circa , ma potete trattare . Fa così caldo che camminare sotto il sole ti cuoce . Buona vacanza a tutti e grazie al Riad Boustane per il trattamento che ci hanno riservato. Am.

The staff at Riad Boustane were incredible. We experienced amazing hospitality - they really went above and beyond for helping us plan our time in the city, book tours, recommendations. But even ordered food in for us when we had some down time and organised spa treatments. And when we needed to get cash or taxis, Abdul came with us to make sure we didn't get lost getting out of the old medina. The sunset from the rooftop was lovely and peaceful and the pool was a perfect retreat from the heat of the day. Loved our stay here and would definitely come back.
Cons: Nothing! But if you want to be in the heart of the old media, in a busier part, this isn't for you. It's a 10-minute walk to the main shopping area but we liked that because it was quieter. It's a 25 minute walk to Jmaa al Fnaa.

Nos encantó el Riad en sí, era muy bonito y te llevaba al Marrakech profundo. Desayunar en el patio principal en silencio con la fuente era una experiencia en sí misma. Además el personal fue super atento con nosotros en todo momento, muy profesional. Recomendamos sin duda.
Cons: La ubicación no era la mejor, estando dentro de la Medina pero necesitando 20 minutos a pie hasta el centro, si bien esto te permitía empaparte de la cultura de la ciudad durante el camino.

Wir wurden jeden Tag von Najib und Abdelilah wunderbar umsorgt, die Beiden hatten immer gute Laune. Auch der Roomservice und die Köchin waren ausgezeichnet. Das Riad liegt für optimal im ruhigen Teil der Medina an der Mauer, wenige Meter nur zu Fahrstraße und der Möglichkeit, ein Taxi zu nehmen. Auch für die Abholung der Ausflugsbusse optimal! Der Stadtteil mag auf den ersten Blick verunsichern, wir hatten keinerlei Probleme, es gibt unmittelbar Backwaren oder andere Dinge des täglichen Bedarf vor der Tür. 10 Gehminuten entfernt außerhalb der Medina ein gut-sortierter Carrefour-Express. Die Entfernung zum Djamaa El fna ist gut zu bewältigen und führt durch die Gassen des Souks. Google Maps hat uns gut geleitet. Rundherum können wir das Riad Boustane sehr empfehlen, auch wegen der schönen Dachterrasse mit Sonnenliegen. Der kleine Pool ist für kurze Bahnen und zum Erfrischen wunderbar. Die Herzlichkeit des Personals hat uns sehr gefallen! Vielen Dank!

The best thing about the property is the way it’s being run. Osama is one amazing staff member at the property. He coordinates comfort , stay and satisfaction levels for the guests. He is one 5 Star guy in the property.

Cons: La posizione per cui alcune volte mi e' stato un po' complicato trovare il Riad. Sottointeso che ho trascorso 1 sola notte al Riad.

Un personal increíble, súper amables y atentos en todo momento. Nos guiaron y enseñaron todo lo necesario. Desayuno típico increíble e instalaciones muy bonitas y limpias.
Cons: La zona donde está ubicado no es el centro. Una mala zona para andar cuando ya entra la noche .

The breakfast was really nice, and the patio of the Riad is very beautiful! And the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: While there were some positives to our stay, it's also important to consider the following when booking: - Definitely ask for one of the rooms in the beautiful patio area. We were put in a small room by a little pool. That negatively affected our stay. The room was small and the blanket seemed dirty. And the wifi did not reach. - They only had one key, which we had to leave behind for them to clean. Then they left the key at the door, which we did not find safe. It Is unlikely anything bad will happen, but if you are not comfortable with this, it is important to know. - The location is not ideal. The Riad is in the Medina but on the edge of it. So, while we didn't feel unsafe (though the entrance to the Riad is in a remote alleyway, and doesn't smell great either), we were about a 15-minute walk from the closest busy area, and it felt out of the way of the nicer spots.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Riad Boustane. Nous avons eu un accueil irréprochable et un surclassement dans une magnifique chambre. Les petits déjeuners étaient excellents et nos hôtes étaient extrêmement gentils et nous ont très bien conseillés sur les visites à faire à Marrakech. Nous avons même pu faire un hammam traditionnel suivi d'un massage relaxant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
Cons: Tout était super : accueil, beauté du riad, chambre magnifique, petit-dejeuner excellent. Seuls points négatifs : nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver le Riad en arrivant le premier soir, et celui-ci est situé un peu en dehors du cœur de la médina, mais ça se fait quand même très bien à pied.
