The aesthetics of the hotel, absolutely stunning and very cosy. The staff member Achraf was amazing, so friendly and attentive. Everything. The wonderful staff member Hicham made us so welcome- it was instantly home. Pretty bedrooms with great bathrooms. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful little riad. Lovely roof terrace. Hicham met us from the airport taxi and showed us the way through the labyrinth of streets to the riad which was a perfect sanctuary in a buzzing city. We really wished we had booked for longer.

Le personnel est a l'écoute et très bienveillant. Le riad est bien positionné loin de la foule et du bruit mais proche des souks. Mention spéciale pour la limonade adorée de tous. Je recommande vraiment ce riad qui est tout simplement parfait pour de bonne vacances a Marrakech!

Personale super gentile e disponibile (una costante del viaggio). Il riad è appena fuori la medina, il che è perfetto per non trovarsi circondati da folle di turisti già dal primo mattino. La stanza è stata la più piccola ma tutto sommato va bene per due persone.
Cons: Metterei delle tende oscuranti per la notte visto che danno nel cortile interno e chiederei di abbassare le voci dopo la mezzanotte per chi rientra tardi o si ferma giù nella piscina.

Personeel is echt heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En er is altijd iemand aanwezig. De rust die er binnen hangt is echt top! Vooral de man die er snachts is en het ontbijt serveert was een topper! Ook de afstand naar het grote plein en de souks valt reuze mee en voelde veilig aan! 20 minuutjes lopen naar het plein.
Cons: Bed was klein, als je lange benen hebt pas je er niet in. En de route naar de riad werd wat onduidelijk aangegeven op voorhand. Maar werd doormiddel van WhatsApp videobellen goed begeleid.

La disponibilité, les conseils et la gentillesse du personnel. Il y a toujours quelqu’un (de jour ou de nuit) pour vous répondre ou vous conseiller : Un grand merci à Ashraf et Hicham !!! La chambre était très spacieuse et les lits confortables. Il y a peu de chambres, ce qui permet d’avoir un lieu calme… le sejour (2 nuits) était reposant et agréable. Nous avons logé ensuite dans un autre Riad plus récent, mais avec un personnel moins tourné vers le bien-être des clients et ça fait toute la différence…
Cons: Histoire d’être vraiment exigeant : - Peu ou pas de wifi pour ma part (aucun souci pour ma femme) - L’environnement direct du Riad peu vivant (pas de commerces et des rues peu passantes) - Dur de trouver le Riad la première fois (attention, apple plan ne localise pas bien le lieu, comme plusieurs autres endroits : renseignez plutôt l’adresse directement que le nom de l’établissement - ou préférez google map qui s’en sort mieux !).

Staff molto gentile e disponibile, 2 giorni abbiamo dovuto fare la colazione prima dell’orario per delle escursioni, e non hanno fatto alcun problema, anzi. Posizione abbastanza centrale, ad un quarto d’ora di strada dalla piazza principale.
Cons: L’unica pecca se così si può chiamare, è che la stradina per arrivare al Riad è un po’ buia e bisogna attraversa delle macerie di case abbandonate.

Il primo giorno all’arrivo ci cono venuti a prendere al parcheggio dei taxi, arrivati al riad ci hanno offerto acqua e tè alla menta. Ogni mattina ci riordinavano la camera, ci hanno cambiato spesso anche gli asciugamani. Qualche giorno siamo dovuti uscire prima dell’orario della colazione e si sono offerti di prepararla in anticipo. L’ultimo giorno siamo partiti molto presto al mattino e il ragazzo alla reception si è svegliato appositamente per accompagnarci al taxi.
Cons: Se dobbiamo trovare un aspetto negativo, le stanze non sono insonorizzate quindi se c’è qualcuno che fa rumore negli ambienti comuni si sente.

La posizione del Riad è ottima, a circa 20 min di passeggiata per la piazza centrale, e in alternativa è sempre servita da taxi lì vicino.

Riad Alboraq is a beautiful safe haven, tucked away in a quiet part of Marrakech. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a warm smile and friendly face. Ashraf and Hicham prioritised our comfort and were apt to find out how they could make our stay the most enjoyable. The breakfast was decent and dinner was rich with spices, even our toddler approved of the dinner. I really liked the dessert in the picture (I forgot what it's called), it was delicious and modestly sweet. Our room was spacious and well-maintained. The room was absolutely gorgeous, as well as the whole riad. This riad is very family-friendly. We came to Marrakech during very hot weather (temperatures were almost 40°C) and we were able to take a dip in the chilly pool, while still being able to keep an eye on our toddler having a nap in the cot, as our room was on ground floor, facing the swimming pool. It was so refreshing to come home to our air-conditioned room after sweating buckets outside in the harsh Moroccan heat. It was especially refreshing to be greeted with a cold bottle of water every day. If you're new to Marrakech, one thing you should be aware of is the cute little birds that sing a song early every morning. My first night there, I thought it was somebody's phone alarm going off, and upon investigation, I found out it was a real bird! I came here with my husband and toddler in July and overall, this was a great first impression of Marrakech and we hope to visit again.
Cons: The included breakfast was pretty much the same every day, which isn't bad because it did have variety. They served fruit, different kinds of bread with butter, triangle cheeses and various jams for you to pick and choose. You could also request an omelette. It was served with juice, mint tea and hot chocolate. The breakfast was overall tasty. I just expected something different every day.

We loved everything. Riad Alboraq is beautiful, with a wonderful pool and an incredible terrace, especially at night with the lights on. The entire staff was 5-star. Manager Ashraf was always present, helpful, and available to give us tips and advice. Niajat was a charming lady who surprised us every day with her room decorations and the sweet pastries she made for breakfast. And of course, the friendly Hicham welcomed us in the morning with a great breakfast. Thank you all so much, and I apologize if any of the names are incorrect.

Nous avons passé un moment mon mari et moi magique. Ce Riad ce trouve en plein dans la Mediana ce qui nous a permis de découvrir les lieux rapidement en marchant. Il faut savoir aussi que nous sommes venu pour notre lune de miel et qu’ils ont été au petit soin avec une décoration magique et des petites attentions incroyable ! On recommande !!!
Cons: Pensez tout de même à réserver un petit taxi pour vous ramener au Riad la nuit. Cela est plus prudent au vu de notre expérience.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait au Riad Alboraq à Marrakech. Dès notre arrivée, Hicham et Achraf ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse ont vraiment fait toute la différence. Le riad est idéalement situé, à la fois proche des principaux points d’intérêt tout en étant au calme, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de Marrakech. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très propres. Mention spéciale pour les petits-déjeuners : variés, copieux, délicieux, et toujours servis avec le sourire. On se sentait comme à la maison, voire mieux ! C’est certain, si je reviens à Marrakech, je retournerai au Riad Alboraq les yeux fermés. Merci encore à Hicham et Achraf pour cette superbe expérience !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans le Riad. C'était notre première fois à Marrakech et l'ensemble du personnel a été incroyable ! Ils ont tous été aux petits soins avec nous. Ashraf et Hicham nous ont accompagnés tout le séjour à la fois pour nous conseiller des lieux de visites mais aussi pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Les petits déjeuners, le tajine au poulet et citron confit ainsi que la pastilla ont été de véritables coups de cœur ! Le riad est très bien situé bien que difficile à trouver dans un premier temps (merci Google maps). Le calme y est constamment présent et c'est un vrai luxe dans la folie de la médina. La literie est de grande qualité et les différents salons sont très confortables.
Cons: La clim dans la chambre aurait mérité un peu plus de puissance il faisait un peu chaud.

Sehr, sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende, das Riad ist sauber, es gibt gutes Frühstück (Abendessen haben wir leider nicht eingenommen), gute Empfehlungen für Ausflüge (zB mit einem Fahrer für den ganzen Tag, das war sehr angenehm und wir haben den Aufschlag dafür gern gezahlt, vor allem weil wir so die Aktivitäten zu zweit durchführen konnten (wandern, quadfahren). Das Riad ist absolut leise, obwohl es in der Medina liegt. Es hat eine wunderbare Stimmung. Man läuft ca. 15-20 min zum place el fnaa, 25 min zum jardin majorelle. Frühstück gibt es von 8-10.00uhr, aber sie sind sehr flexibel, wenn es sich einrichten lässt. Wir haben 1x auch schon um 7.30 essen dürfen. Vom Flughafen haben wir uns über das Hotel abholen lassen. Das würde ich jedem empfehlen, damit man das Riad auch findet. Zurück kann man auch eigenständig ein Taxi nehmen, ist dann etwas günstiger. Als mein Sohn krank wurde, wurde uns auch sofort geholfen. Ich empfehle das Riad uneingeschränkt.

We cannot recommend this Riad enough. A wonderful calming space to go back to each day after exploring the crazy city of Marrakesh. Great location - about 15 mins walk from the big square and the souks. The rooms are spotless and cool; the roof terrace is lovely for relaxing and for breakfast (plenty of shade) and the pool is ideal for cooling down. Ashram and Hicham went above and beyond and absolutely couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect - super helpful from the moment we booked the trip. Thank you for an exceptional stay.

Un véritable havre de paix niché au cœur de la Médina. Le Riyad Alborak nous a séduites par son charme, son confort et son ambiance apaisante. Les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipées et d’un confort remarquable. La terrasse est un lieu magique pour savourer les petits déjeuners. Achraf, Hicham et toute l’équipe ont été d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité rares, toujours à l’écoute et pleins de bons conseils pour découvrir Marrakech. Nous avons adoré notre séjour entre sœurs et repartons avec des souvenirs inoubliables. Merci encore pour tout !
Cons: Le seul petit bémol : l’accès au Riyad, en tant que groupe de quatre filles, nous a parfois laissées un peu mal à l’aise, surtout le soir. Cela dit, tout s’est parfaitement bien passé et cela ne remet pas en cause la qualité de notre séjour. Nous avons passé un excellent moment entre sœurs et recommandons vivement ce lieu !

La struttura è come appare dalle foto, lo staff è davvero accogliente e premuroso. L’ultimo giorno ci hanno preparato anche la colazione take away perché partivamo presto! La cena sulla terrazza è davvero bella e rilassante (come da foto), hanno cucinato benissimo per noi e ci hanno messo la finale di champions in tv. Sono davvero attenti a tutte le esigenze. Il riad si trova nella città vecchia, vicino a dove cominciano i souq. Se usufruite del servizio navetta per l’aeroporto, all’andata memorizzate bene la strada e fatevi dare una mappa della città da Ashraf che è molto disponibile per tutte le domande e richieste!

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Riad im ruhigeren Teil der Medina. Wir hatten ein sehr großes und sauberes Zimmer sowie Bad. Hübsche ruhige Dachterrasse; nur das Gegurre der vielen Tauben von nebenan nervte etwas. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Abendessen, das wir auf der Dachterrasse am sehr hübsch gedeckten Tisch serviert bekamen. Wir empfanden das Riad als herrliche Ruheoase in dem sonst extrem vollen, lauten und touristischen Marrakesch. Die beiden Zugansgassen zum Riad sind etwas schäbig. Die Medina um das Riad und auch um den Parkplatz hat uns aber sehr gut gefallen. Wir können dieses Riad sehr empfehlen.
Cons: Das Riad war ziemlich teuer. Auch für den Parkplatz bezahlten wir ein Vielfaches vom ausgewiesenen Preis. Dafür hat der Parkwächter aber sehr gut auf unser Auto aufgepasst. Das Riad ist etwas schwierig zu finden, zumal in google die letzte Abzweigung falsch angegeben ist. (google Beschreibung zu Fuß). Mit dem Auto muss man eine andere Strecke fahren, um zum Parkplatz zu kommen, durch das Bab Debbagh. Das Abendessen wurde in Euro angegeben. Das schmutzige Frühstücksgeschirr auf der Dachterrasse sollte sofort abgeräumt werden, da sich die Vögel und auch Katzen die Reste holen.

Charming Riad located in the Riad, about 20 min walk to Jamaa el Fana and surprisingly quiet despite being in the Medina. Nice rooftop with amazing views of landmarks and very good breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful and polite.
Cons: The only downside was that pour room didn’t have a window giving to the court, but I think this may be the only such room. On the positive side, it had a queen bed and a single bed and two vanities.

Isolation sonore presque inexistante (on entend les voisins se doucher et tirer la chasse d'eau). Riad rénové avec une décoration marocaine moderne pas assez dans l'authenticité marocaine à notre goût (absence de zellige, pas de plafonds en bois à l'ancienne ...). Navette pour l'aéroport qui coûte 220 dhs au lieu de 150 dhs habituels pour le trajet.

De riad is heel mooi en vooral heel rustig, fijn om te kunnen ontsnappen aan de drukte van de stad. De kamer werd elke dag schoon gemaakt en we kregen nieuwe handdoeken. Heel fijn. Het matras was ook erg comfortabel. Aardig personeel en overall een fijn verblijf.
Cons: Het is vrij centraal gelegen, maar je moet wel van een stevige wandeling houden. We merkten dat je toch al gauw meer dan een half uur loopt naar bepaalde locaties of restaurants, plus het ronddwalen in de straten en dan weer het hele stuk terug, maakte daf het af en toe best veel was. Er waren wat moeilijkheden met het betalen, omdat de pinautomaat het niet deed moesten we zelf contant geld pinnen, waardoor je helaas ook weer wat duurder uit bent vanwege de fee die je moet betalen. Toen we dit hadden gedaan bleek de pinautomaat van het hotel het toch weer te doen. Het ontbijt zou misschien nog iets hartigs kunnen gebruiken, zoals een kaasje (dit hadden ze vaak wel Op andere plekken waar we zijn verbleven). Verder helemaal prima.

Nous avons pu bénéficier des transferts en taxi, des réservations dans de chouettes restaurants , massage , désert , guide privé .. Nous avons pris notre dernier repas au Riad , excellent . It was a wonderful Riad. Ashraf arranges a taxi to pick u up from the airport and he waits you there and takes you to the Riad and he explains everything super kindly and great. Abdul also was super nice to us both of them. It was super clean they make your room every day and the breakfast very complete. We loved the experience!!!!❤️

The Riad is beautiful, a little haven in the hustle and bustle of the city. Room cleaned and fresh towels every day, shower gel/shampoo provided. We received a wonderful welcome from Ashraf who could not do enough to help us from giving directions and recommendations of places to visit to booking a spa treatment (the best massage I've ever had). He responded quickly on WhatsApp to any questions we had. Francois also friendly and provided a lovely breakfast each morning including hot water for when we wanted a cuppa! We loved our stay here and have no hesitation in recommending 😊

This was our first visit to Marrakech and it felt a little overwhelming at first but everyone at Riad Alboraq was so kind and welcoming and helpful that we quickly found our footing. The Riad is in a wonderful location, a neighbourhood within the Medina, a short walk to Jamaal el-Fnaa, the main square. The Riad was very clean, very pretty and the bathrooms were surprisingly large. The rooms were small but well appointed.
Cons: Our only feedback would be that our room was noisy but I think with the open roofs and open windows that are such a part of Moroccan life, this is likely just the way it is.

O hotel é um típico Riad, encantador. Fomos recebidos com um chá típico marroquino e o ponto alto da estadia foi a disponibilidade dos funcionários, em especial o Ashraf, sempre disponível e atencioso para nos proporcionar uma ótima estadia. Outro ponto a ser considerado, foi o tratamento com as crianças, fui com 2 filhas pequenas e elas foram muito bem recebidas no hotel e na cidade como um todo.
Cons: Um pouco longe da praça central e dos pontos turísticos principais. O caminhar em Marrakesh é um pouco conturbado pelo trânsito ser bem caótico.

La struttura è pulita, curata e accogliente. Il chiostro è bellissimo, c’è pace e ci sono gli uccellini che cantano. Lovely riad to stay in, staff go above and beyond to help you whenever you need it and are really good at offering advice and sorting anything you need. Had a transfer and meal sorted with complimentary tea on arrival. One of the most hospitable places I’ve ever been. I can’t sing its praises enough! Many thanks to Ashraf for everything. Lastly a very quiet area which was a pleasant surprise considering how busy the surrounding area was. Would definitely return there if I go back to Marrakech

La colazione è ottima, la prima sera abbiamo deciso di sfruttare la cena e devo dire che la tajine di pollo è la migliore assaggiata in 4 giorni a Marrakech oltre ad avere un costo davvero onesto (12€). I 2 ragazzi sono davvero disponibili a qualsiasi orario, non hanno avuto problemi a stamparci anche i biglietti aerei per il ritorno. La pulizia della camera viene fatta ogni giorno e tutto veramente in maniera ottima. Consiglio vivamente questo Riad e se ci sarà l’occasione di tornare a Marrakech non avrò dubbi su dove soggiornare!

The Riad is really well located, walking distance to Medina and souks, restaurants and coffee shops. You will find peace, quiet and birds singing. The staff is the best I have met before, Achraf & Abdessamad were really helpful and ensured that we have a great experience, also the ladies from kitchen and cleaning were very kind and always smiling (breakfast and dinner are a must- delicious 👌🏼).

The riad is absolutely beautiful and super peaceful, it has many different rooms you can chill in and the rooftop is a lovely sun trap. Breakfast was very nice. The staff completely make the property the cleaning was to an exceptionally high standard and Ashraf helped us with quite literally anything we needed and was always on hand to answer any questions! I definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Transfers from airport were really good, Ashraf met us near the Riad & walked us to it & did the same on our return. Staff were excellent, beautiful, spotlessly clean and very quiet riad down some quiet lanes off a busy local square. Lovely bedrooms, fantastic large bathrooms, all cleaned daily and delicious breakfast included also. Ashraf spent quality time with us on check in ( up in the roof garden) explaining the map and all the places to go and also arranged a lovely spa visit for that evening and either he or his colleague were always available and helpful.

Desayuno increíble, adapto a una familia con alergias alimentarias serias, hemos vuelto todos en perfecto estado ;) Pese a parecer alejado de Jemaa el-Fna, es medina, en 3 min estás ya en mitad de el zoco y ya es pasear 10 min, viendo tiendas hasta la plaza, al estar más cerca de la muralla, los taxis con 3-5 euros desde la plaza Jemaa el-Fna, te dejan muy cerca de la puerta, es más tranquilo las tiendas tienen un precio más razonable que alrededor de la plaza.

Le Riad Alboraq est un lieu très agréable au cœur de la médina . Très propre . Le personnel est très gentil et disponible . Il y a une belle terrasse et une piscine ( plaisir des yeux car pas chauffée ) L’accès est sécurisé par caméra . Les petits déjeuner sont copieux et bons . La chambre est bien équipée .
Cons: Il fait un peu froid dans les chambres malgré un chauffage poussé au max. La pression d’eau de la douche est faible et l’évacuation difficile . Il est au dommage de ne pas avoir eu de bouteille d’eau à notre arrivée.

Nous avons passés un séjour incroyable. La gentillesse du personnel restera en mémoire. Une odeur agréable dès qu’on passe la porte. Un accueil avec un bon thé à la menthe. Des bons conseils, des discussions, des attentions, la proximité des zouks et de tous les points de visite mais avec une localisation au calme. Le parking se trouve pas loin, au top pour les excursions et les trajets aéroport. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse. Nous sommes partis en famille pour fêter les 40 ans de mon conjoint. Nous avons eu la bonne surprise de voir notre chambre décorée pour l’anniversaire ! Les autres chambres ont eu le droit à des belles roses également. Une bonne soirée d’anniversaire avec un délicieux repas. Les clims ont eu un soucis, de suite Ashraf a appelé le technicien et des matelas chauffants ont été installés dans les chambres. D’ailleurs les autres soirs les matelas étaient mis en route avant notre retour, un vrai plaisir !

Breakfast was tasty and the terrace is great. Room was spacious and comfy, with a possibility of heating, which was very useful in December. Maybe a bit hard to find but staff offers help with this as well. Would definitely recommend this riad!

Such generous and kind hospitality made our stay at the riad comfortable and memorable. A 10/10 experience that we’d definitely recommend! - Amazing hospitality. - Brilliant place to stay. - Beautiful Riad demonstrating Moroccan culture. - Delicious Moroccan cuisine. - Good location as it is more close to the locals and less by the tourist areas.
Cons: Only things I would give feedback on is to change the breakfast menu as we wanted to try more Moroccan breakfast items and to have istinja facilities for Muslims. Other than that, I would most definitely stay there again.

Non ci sono parole per esprimere la cortesia, la gentilezza e l’ospitalità immensa che abbiamo trovato al Riad Alboraq. La struttura è meravigliosa e davvero molto pulita, è dotata di piscina e rooftop su cui abbiamo avuto modo di pranzare e cenare e di poter quindi gustare i deliziosi piatti tipici cucinati dalla gentilissima Fatima. Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite e il trattamento ricevuto è stato eccezionale. Quando il gestore Achraf ha saputo della proposta di matrimonio appena fatta alla mia fidanzata ci ha decorato la camera con petali di fiori e un mazzo di rose facendoci sentire speciali. Anche la tavola della cena era decorata con petali a forma di cuore, è stato tutto perfetto. I gestori sono disponibili per ogni evenienza ed offrono preziosi consigli su come muoversi in città mettendo a disposizione anche servizi taxi e turistici. La struttura migliore in cui siamo mai stati. Grazie di tutto e alla prossima!!!

Le Riad est magnifique et très propre, les chambres belles, fonctionnelles et propres, la terrasse en haut avec ses espaces salon est super et on y a passé de très bons moments de détente ! Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux. Le quartier est très bien et bien placé pour se déplacer à pieds. Nous avons mangé dans le quartier et avons été chez les commerçants locaux très avenants. Nous avons eu des conseils précieux pour organiser nos visites. Merci encore à vous et mention spéciale à Achraf pour nos échanges très sympathiques, nous reviendrons. Alboraq is truly an oasis. The staff are exceptional. There wasn’t one thing we could fault. In fact we were made to feel like family. Nothing , absolutely nothing was a chore for them. La struttura si trova in una zona centralissima della Medina ma comunque tranquilla e lontana dal caos della città. Il Riad è meraviglioso,bello l’arredamento tipico del Riad, camere accoglienti e pulitissime e curate nei dettagli con passione. Colazione buonissima sul terrazzo. Il servizio è senza eguali, io e mio compagno siamo arrivati in tarda notte per ritardo dell’aereo e ci hanno aspettati e accolti in maniera egregia nel Riad. Achraf e il suo staff sono sempre presenti e rispondono sempre a qualsiasi tuo bisogno. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Absolutely loved the location once we got our bearings. It’s witting a short walk to almost everything. It’s perfect if you want experience an authentic Moroccan stay. Rooms are spotless and towels changed daily. The roof terrace was such a bonus. We sat out every evening and enjoyed the views. Shower has good pressure and plenty of hot water. The riad provided shampoo body wash and soap. The room also has a hair dryer and robes. Air conditioning was good and not noisy. Breakfast was lovely and slightly changed each day. The mint tea was so refreshing also. I recommend either getting a sim from orange or downloading an esim to use google maps when out and about. Don’t too nervous of the locals they genuinely were helpful to us and didn’t expect anything in return.

Un grand merci à Ashraf et Hicham pour leur gentillesse et toutes les attentions, ce sont deux personnes exceptionnelles. Également le Riad est très bien placée, proche de l’entrée de la partie du souk que nous avons préféré. Encore merci pour ces quelques jours inoubliables !

The Riad is beautiful and quiet. The staff is helpful without being overbearing and arranged transfer from the airport and to the train station. It was more expensive than haggling but also much more convenient. The amenities are great: we visited in August when the temperature was 45+°C and the pool was a godsend for us and our toddler. The rooms are air-conditioned and the bathroom is beautiful. Breakfast was very good too.
Cons: The door of the bedroom isn't tightly fitted which means it isn't soundproof at all. It was a bit noisy when people got back after we were already in bed.

La nostra camera era un vero gioiello, accogliente e arredata con gusto, esattamente ciò che ci si aspetta da un riad di alta qualità. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente imbattibile, considerando anche la sua posizione strategica: situato nella Medina, vicino alle principali attrazioni, ma sufficientemente lontano dal caos per garantire un soggiorno rilassante. L'unica piccola pecca riguarda la stradina di circa 30 metri che porta all'ingresso. Di notte, è un po' buia e passa attraverso macerie di case abbandonate, il che può risultare un po' inquietante. Tuttavia, una volta entrati nel riad, ci si immerge subito in un’oasi di pace e bellezza. Il vero punto di forza, però, è lo staff. Tutti sono stati incredibilmente gentili e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta con il sorriso. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Hicham, una persona straordinaria che ci ha accolti come se fossimo a casa nostra. Sempre disponibile e premuroso, ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale, lasciandoci ricordi indelebili. Un piccolo aneddoto che testimonia la loro ospitalità: siamo arrivati molto tardi la sera e avevamo bisogno di cenare, nonostante l’orario, hanno preparato un pasto delizioso. E la colazione? Semplicemente una delle migliori che abbiamo gustato in tutto il nostro viaggio in Marocco, preparata con attenzione e servita prima dell’orario stabilito per permetterci di partire presto per il nostro tour nel deserto. Se dovessimo tornare a Marrakech, non avremmo dubbi: questo riad sarà la nostra prima scelta.

Nous avons adorés le personnel principalement Hicham avec qui on a passé le plus clair de notre temps. Il a été très serviable et attentionné à notre égard. Rien à dire sur la propreté de l’établissement. On a aussi beaucoup aimé la variété du petit déjeuner traditionnel marocain et les dîners proposés par le Riad.
Cons: Deux seuls petits bémols sont à relevés: le premier étant la pression des douches et robinets le soir après l’utilisation des autres clients du Riad. Le second concerne les abeilles présentent sur la terrasse lors du petit déjeuner.

Le riad était très bien placé (20 min à pied de la place Jamaa El Fna) Le personnel est au petit soin et toujours disponible des touristes résidants dans leurs 5 chambres (très bons conseils pour les excursions, restaurants…). Un trato súper agradable por parte de todo el personal, los trabajadores super atentos, super simpáticos y muy muy pendientes de todo lo que necesites, trato familiar y muy cercano. Nada más entrar cualquier día en toda la estancia te ofrecen un té totalmente gratuito al cual invita la casa siempre, no nos han cobrado ninguno! Las instalaciones muy limpias, habitaciones grandes y espaciosas, baños limpios y perfumados, honestamente te sientes como si estuvieras en tu casa. Esta muy cerca del centro, a 10/15 minutos caminando, te ofrecen muchas excursiones y lo bueno es que te ofrecen calidad en las excursiones. Hemos estado 3 días y me hubiese gustado estar más, volveremos sin duda el año que viene! Especial agradecimiento a Achraf y hicham por su cercanía, consejos y por su hospitalidad. Un fuerte abrazo a todo el equipo de trabajadores 👍🏻!

Das Personal ist super freundlich. Die Lage ist jetzt nicht sooo gut aber man wird von dem Personal immer abgeholt. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber (die haben auch jeden Tag unser Zimmer sauber gemacht und haben neue Handtücher bekommen) und die Betten sehr bequem. Ich wurde auf jeden Fall diesen Riad weiterempfehlen.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par le personnel, qui s'est montré incroyablement attentif et serviable tout au long de notre séjour. Un grand merci à Achfraf et Yassin qui sont de bon conseils, ainsi qu'aux dames chargées de l'entretien et la cuisine. Le riad est magnifiquement décoré, avec le charme traditionnel marocain. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et extrêmement confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le patio intérieur avec sa piscine et la terrasse sur le toit, parfaits pour se détendre après une journée de visites. Le petit-déjeuner et les repas sont un vrai régal, le couscous était un vrai délice. Nous recommandons vivement ce riad à tous ceux qui cherchent une expérience authentique et mémorable à Marrakech. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation lors de notre prochain séjour.

My family and I had a wonderful few days in Marrakesh and our stay at Riad Alboraq played a huge part in us enjoying our time in a very hectic city. The Riad was like an oasis of quiet and calm to return to at the end of a day of sightseeing in the souks. What is particularly lovely and unexpected are the birds that live in the Riad. Their chirping adds to the sense of calm when you enter and sit next to the small cool swimming pool (which was very welcome at the end of the extremely hot days!)The Riad is tucked away in the north part of the Medina, but only a 20 minute walk from the main square Jemaa el-Fna and near a busy local square, yet you wouldn't know it once you are through the doors. However, what made our stay was the staff all of whom were warm, friendly, and made you feel genuinely at home. The manager, Ashraf is brilliant and worthy of a special mention. He met us from the taxi when we arrived (like most riads there is a short walk from where you are dropped off to the actual Riad). We were welcomed with the obligatory mint tea and he ensured we had sat down and something to drink before any formalities of check in. He then took the time to sit with us to explain the city, and give recommendations of where to visit (in the town and on excursions out of Marrakech). He finds out what you are interested in, and tells you about his life too. He feels like your new friend! I saw him do this with all the guests. I know these guys are doing their job, but they take pride in ensuring their guests have a memorable stay and feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. As well as Ashraf there was the night manager who always came to meet us when we came in, enquired about our evening and served us breakfast every morning with a smile. The food in the Riad was good too - we ate there a couple of nights rather than venturing back out into the town. I would absolutely recommend this Riad and we would go back there again.
Cons: Like everything in the old city, the Riad is close to a mosque so there will be a call to prayer 5 times a day - including one that seems to be in the middle of the night! It woke me a couple of times during our stay, but to be honest I found it quite beautiful. It sounded like someone singing for a few minutes, but if you are a light sleeper, I'd recommend some earplugs.

Stunning riad and it’s 15 minutes walk to the Jemaa el Fna square, through the hustle and bustle of the markets. The staff are absolutely lovely and whilst the weather outside is really hot, the riad is really cool. I would recommend to get the transfer from the airport as it could be tricky finding the hotel at first. I would also mention that Ashraf, the hotel manager, is extremely friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable with great recommendations of things to do.

The facility speaks of the historical tradition of Marrakech - sort of a house with many rooms. The architecture, retention of traditional building materials and even the design of the pool was impressive.
Cons: It’s difficult not to like anything about the property. There are associated challenges with preserving old traditions in a modern world, however. Issues like bathroom drainage problems occurred but was quickly attended to.

Pour couronner, le « concierge » Yassin était juste parfait ! Attentionné, serviable, aimable, bref sans doute le meilleur maître d’hôtel que j’ai eu l’occasion de rencontrer.
Cons: Le riad est à mon goût un peu éloigné du centre et de la place jemaa El fna, 24 minutes à pieds… Mais tout les compliments notés ci dessus m’ont fait oublier ce point.

Je conseille réellement ce Riad pour vos vacances. Le personnel est tellement gentil (gros coup de cœur pour Yassine qui est d'une gentillesse incroyable). Le Riad est magnifique. On reviendra car tout était parfait ! Merci encore .
Cons: Seul petit bémol, un peu de bruit le soir par les autres clients du Riad. Aussi, le riad n'est pas très très proche de la place jema el fna et des bons restaurants, il y a aussi très peu de touristes.

Muy amable Achraf, el encargado, te aconsejara en todo lo posible. El transporte/taxi te deja muy cerca del riad y apenas tienes que andar con las maletas.

absolutely stunning riad, very beautiful interior and amazing staff who are very accommodating and the sweetest people i’ve ever met at a hotel- also very caring and will go out of their way for you. i am so grateful that i chose this riad. the rooms are beautiful, and you are greeted with smiles and birds every morning, i was so happy to be staying here. it made the trip comfortable and i felt very secure being here. yacine is very sweet and lovely, when we were leaving early for our day trip he insisted us to have breakfast, but because we weren’t able to, he would make us a coffee instead and asked if we needed anything for our journey, achraf would ask the same too. both achraf & yacine made the riad a homely and comfortable place. i loved the location of the riad, it’s in the most cultural part of marrakesh, and it felt as if we were part of the community being in the heart of it. the medina was near by, and also it’s easy to get to places from the riad also. the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, everything was cleaned to perfection everyday, even the towels were changed daily - which i wouldn’t have minded having the same one for the entirety of the stay. the breakfast was lovely, the moroccan tea lovely, the shisha was amazing and so was the rooftop! i adored everything about my stay here. me and my now fiancé also proposed on the rooftop under the moonlight, it felt perfect at the riad after a nice long day of exploring. i had told achraf, who then set up our room with a bouquet full of roses and rose petals on the floor which was such a wonderful surprise, i was pretty much shocked in awe. this was perhaps the most beautiful and romantic thing. making our engagement night perfect. thank you very much. achraf and yacine were amazingly accommodating, very sweet, have bright personalities and always happy to help with whatever you need. they definitely deserve all the best.

On m'avait venté l'accueil chaleureux des marocains, nous n'avons pas été déçu. Achraf vous rencontrera pour vous expliquez les quartiers, monuments à visiter. El Riad Alboraq es un remanso de paz en la ajetreada Marrakech. El Riad es limpio, precioso, amplio y tiene a Achraf y a Yassin como dos anfitriones increíbles. Nos hicieron la estancia comodísima, atentos y preocupados por todo, muy amables, cariñosos y transmitían una paz y una calma muy reconfortante.

Il nous à aider à organiser notre séjour et nous a donné quelques bon tuyaux pour rendre notre séjour plus agréable. Notre fille a particulièrement apprécié l’amabilité du personnel de l’établissement et nous nous sommes régalés avec la cuisine de Fatima. Que ce soit lors des petits déjeuner ou divers repas pris au Riad. Encore merci pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.

La camera, pulitissima e bellissima, così come tutta la struttura. Achraf è un ottimo padrone di casa e con la disponibilità di tutto lo staff riesce a non farti mancare nulla! Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale così come la posizione, nella Medina ma lontana dal caos Avevamo necessità di fare colazione prima dell'orario indicatoci ( 5 di mattina) e non hanno avuto nessun problema a prepararci una squisita colazione. Per un prossimo viaggio a Marrakech questo riad sarebbe la nostra prima scelta

I cannot thank Achraf enough for the way he went above and beyond in making me and my husband feel really welcome and comfortable during our stay, he made us feel like this was home and we had access to the rooftop 24/7 which is where we spent so much of our time and he was so attentive and kind really highlight of our trip, i’ve never been away on holiday where i’ve spent so much time inside the hotel but breakfast was great sun loungers were amazing and the pool was so pretty, it was fairly quiet so it felt like we had the place to ourselves and it was very conveniently located where everything is in walking distance definitely highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay there again in a heart beat and again cannot thank achraf again for his kindness.

Il Riad è piacevole ed il personale molto cordiale ma ho avuto una pessima esperienza, dal momento in cui ho chiesto, all'ultimo momento, la possibilità di aggiungere un letto o di prendere una camera da quattro. Non avendo camere da 4 il proprietario ci ha proposto una camera in un Riad di fronte che non era presente su booking, dopo alcune domande sul Riad e parecchie rassicurazioni da parte loro, ho deciso di confermare. All'arrivo, fin da subito ci siamo resi conto che il Riad fosse, sporco, umido, buio e, per tutta la durata del soggiorno, la stanza non è stata mai pulita e non hanno mai portato i prodotti per l'igiene. Ho chiesto al proprietario del Riad Alboraq di intervenire per avere un rimborso di una parte del soggiorno e questo rimborso non è mai arrivato.

The room was very spacious and beautiful with a big en suite bathroom. One of the hosts names Ashraf was very calming and accommodating, the other which I don't even know his name was very unprofessional, couldn't speak even basic English and came across " not bothered".
Cons: The location was unpleasant and intimidating, full of young men and boys bothering you and trying to get money from you for anything and nothing. The breakfast was very basic and small. No option for a baby although the place knew we would be arriving with the baby. No high chair available either

The property is beautifully decorated and the rooms are comfortable and well designed. The rooftop terrace offers a great place to relax and enjoy the sunset. Dinner and breakfasts were delicious and staff members were very welcoming, courteous and extremely helpful. We loved our stay at the Riad and could not recommend this enough!

The staff were amazing. Ashraf is so knowledgeable about the area and sat with us to help plan time in Marrakech. The Riad was very clean, with the rooms cleaned every morning. The roof Terrance was an added bonus. The breakfast was incredible also.
Cons: The Riad is very traditional, which can be quite loud of an evening if there are guests eating downstairs, or by the pool, which can be noisy if you have had a long day and want to switch off. The Riad location is well placed if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the Medina but is a 20ish minute walk from most places. It is quite hidden down some small private alley ways. I would suggest getting a taxi from the airport arranged by the Riad.

La zona non era nemmeno male, considerando che a Marrakech non ci sono zone completamente "tranquille". Consiglierei il transfer privato in ogni caso, così da poter essere accompagnati direttamente davanti al Riad senza essere importunati dai vari ciceroni che si offrono come accompagnatori per poi pretendere di essere pagati.

The riad Alboraq was such a breath of fresh air to come back to after a day bargain hunting in the souks.

El recibimiento fue muy bueno, nos fueron a buscar a la parada de taxi, nos explicaron que podíamos visitar en Marrakech. Hablaban varios idiomas, inglés, francés y español y hizo que la comunicación para nuestras dudas fuese buena. Son muy atentos y nos ayudaron mucho. El desayuno excelente, sirven cosas típicas de ahí y cada día variaba, muy abundante y variado, zumo de naranja natural, café, tostadas, bizcocho, fruta, yogurt,cereales... La ubicación muy buena porque esta céntrico y accesible, justo al lado hay una parada de taxis , pero el Riad es tranquilo porque no está en una calle de tránsito. La habitación y las instalaciones estaba muy bien , muy buena limpieza y la piscina y la terraza increíbles.

Chambre très confortable dans un lieu calme et agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique, un grand merci à Achraf qui était vraiment aux petits soins du début à la fin. Nous avons mangé à plusieurs reprises et Fatima est une excellente cuisinière, nous nous sommes régalés.

La habitación era amplia
Cons: No me gustó nada, lo peor la ubicación. Voy 4/5 veces al año a Marrakech así que hablo desde el total conocimiento. En la puerta del Riad a partir de las 19:00 siempre hay un grupo de personas consumiendo drogas. Y en varias ocasiones nos molestaron, y reclamaron dinero, incluso una de las veces prácticamente entrando hasta dentro de la habitación. NO RECOMIENDO A NADIE QUEDARSE EN ESTE ALOJAMIENTO POR SEGURIDAD. Aparte de esto la piscina es pequeña y no se parece en nada a las fotos. La suite es amplia y está bien, pero el baño tenía humedad y presentaba falta de mantenimiento. Para colmo estaba entre la cocina, el comedor y la piscina y era imposible dormir por la cantidad de ruido que prácticamente había todo el día, incluido la música que ponían los empleados bastante alta, más las mesas que están prácticamente en la puerta de la habitación y donde muchos clientes consumen hasta altas horas de la noche. Nos fue imposible descansar bien ningún día. Resumen, hay mejores opciones a mejor precio, con mejores instalaciones, y sobre todo mejor ubicada y sintiéndote seguro. Nosotros no volveríamos ni gratis.

O Riad é pequeno e tem poucos quartos, mas super acolhedor. As pessoas super simpáticas. O pequeno almoço é ótimo, só pedi para me fazerem ovos extra. Está super bem localizado, porque dá para ir para todo lado a pé, só tem ali uns metros antes de entrar no riad que o visual é menos agradável, mas não tive medo nenhum, pelo contrário as pessoas são muito simpáticas. Sempre prontos ajudar, dar indicações e fazer marcações. Equipa Top!
Cons: A única coisa, é por ser pequeno se fizerem barulho lá dentro, ouve-se tudo nos quartos, e nós tivemos o azar de ter ao mesmo tempo uma família com um filho pequeno que fazia muito barulho de manhã. Mas eles também se podem ter queixado de nós à noite quando chegávamos fazer o mesmo!

Wat ons het meest beviel waren de gastheren aschraff en Aziz. Ze hebben ons verblijf echt fantastisch gemaakt. Ze zorgen goed voor je en doen er alles aan om je verblijf perfect te maken. Zonder hen was onze vakantie heel anders geweest. Daarnaast is de riad onwijs mooi en het heeft alles wat je nodig heeft. Het ontbijt is heerlijk!! På kvällarna mötte personalen upp på en parkering nära så man slapp gå ensam i gränden till boendet. Väldigt fin takterass, och avnjöt många goda frukostar där. Rent och städat varje dag.

The Riad is absolutely beautiful, well presented and exceptionally clean. The staff are extremely welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Throughout our stay Ashraf and team were available for any questions at any time, always looking to help and offer guidance. Traffic dependent (which you will learn is an interesting part of the Medina), the airport can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car. The Riad requires a small walk of a few minutes to be reached from the drop off location. This location (parking Bab taghzout) is a main meeting point for tours and is also the main route from riad into the heart of the Medina.
Cons: The location in this area of the old Medina is a little further out, and on arrival it's certainly a little daunting as you go through quiet back alleys. Marrakech is a city of small alleys, certainly in the Medina, and you need a few days to build confidence as you walk around. As a young family confidence at night was a problem, and solo travellers may also find the location to be a little intimidating. The Riad staff are exceptional and will always offer to walk with you to busier areas.

Ashraf y el personal del Riad tuvieron un trato excepcional con nosotros, es más solo llegar nos hicieron sentir como parte de su familia. Nos organizaron actividades y nos facilitaron transporte al aeropuerto. Estamos muy agradecidos con ellos por todos sus servicios y su acogida. El Riad se encuentra en una ubicación céntrica y segura, se puede llegar caminando a todos los sitios turísticos. El Riad estaba en perfectas condiciones, super limpio y cuenta con una piscina ideal. El desayuno ofrecido cuenta con una gran variedad de comida local y comida europea. Sin duda alguna volveríamos a repetir y lo recomendamos al 100%.

Riad Alboraq was the best decision we could ever make. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff was exceptional, especially Aziz and Ashraf were really nice. They were always ready to help us with suggestions about what to visit, to prepare us some delicious mint Tea (one of Moroccan specialities) or to simply have a chat. They were impeccable and they highly contributed to make our experience in Marrakech unforgettable. Riad Alboraq is one of those places in which you would stay forever.

Un immense MERCI à Aziz qui a été au top tout au long du séjour, à l'écoute, toujours disponible et très aimable et également à Ashraf qui est autant accueillant. Une vue panoramique magnifique depuis le toit. On passe de l'effervescence de la médina au calme parfait dès qu'on rentre au riad. Le petit déjeuner servi où on le souhaite et à l'heure à laquelle on le souhaite.

Cons: Je conseillerais simplement de faire vos propres recherches et d'organiser vous-mêmes vos excursions car nous avons payé bien plus cher en passant par le Riad.

La cuisine est un vrai régal et les chambres sont faites tous les jours. De plus il est idéalement placé, à 30 min des jardins Majorelle et de la place et juste à côté du souk, parfait si vous souhaitez visiter ! Un endroit "comme à la maison" et reposant. Staff very welcoming and friendly - always there to help. Gave us tips on how to handle Marrakesh. Very clean riad. Room was cleaned every day. Very good touches in the room - shampoo, cotton wool. Fresh breakfast in the mornings - or for us, the afternoon at times. Has a roof terrace with sun-beds, our one sunny day we took full advantage and laid out in the sun. Though keep an eye out for pervy locals who stare from other rooftops... Bed warmer in the bed! It was chilly at night, so was perfect and warm. Location - Easy to access Taxis and then all the major sites. Small shops also nearby - but cant comment as didn't buy/eat from them.
Cons: Breakfast was the same everyday - bread, yoghurt, coffee, tea. Would be nice to have offered an alternative. Location initially seemed scary, wandering down alleys, however by the end of the trip we felt safe and had no safety problems. Noise - it was okay for the first couple of days, but as the weekend approached the Riad started to have a few more people. The door to the bedroom has a gap underneath and around so will let noise in, especially when people are talking outside on the balcony area. Maybe a curtain to across the door would be good to prevent some noise.

The staff at the Riad Alboraq could not have been more welcoming or helpful. They offered to come and meet us at the nearest car park and negotiated a good rate for the time we parked our car. (It would have been tourist rates otherwise.) They then guided us back to the property where we were warmly welcomed. The property itself has undergone a refresh and it looked and smelt great. The bedroom was lovely and the bathroom was impressive. The manager organised an official tour guide for us on the first afternoon we arrived. This was a brilliant way to get acquainted with the Medina and have a brief history lesson. We also had dinner here on the last night on the terrace. It was a nice touch and a lovely thing to do, with nice food.
Cons: What I would say, is I have never been to a place where everyone wants to sell you something. Be aware that any/and/or every conversation you have will result in you being charged for something or coerced into buying something. Seemingly 'random' conversations struck up with apparent innocence will result in a transaction of some kind. If you are offered directions, this will cost. If you point at something, this is an invitation to a half-hour sales pitch. Which, can be quite robust, and you are pressured (without menace) into buying something.

Les sorties organisées par Achraf correspondaient totalement à nos attentes. les précieux conseils d’Aziz, les fabuleux petits déjeuner, les délicieux repas et la disponibilité de chacun ont rendu notre séjour très agréable. Nous avons vraiment apprécié d’échanger avec eux tout au long de notre séjour. Un petit client d’œil à Achraf et Aziz, c’était top de passer de 2023 à 2024 en votre compagnie, merci d’avoir rendu notre séjour inoubliable.

Tout était parfait. Le riad est très beau avec la double terrasse qui est très agréable. La chambre est magnifique, avec un lit chauffant très appréciable en décembre. La salle de bain est vraiment belle. Le personnel est au petit soins, répond à tout demande et à de très bonnes recommandations, merci à vous. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Nous avons pu faire un cours de danse orientale sur la terrasse avec Christina, que je recommande pour une petite immersion pendant 2 heures, un merveilleux moment de partage. L'emplacement est très bien, pas loin de tout et en même temps à l'écart du cœur de la médina. Je recommande ce riad les yeux fermés.

Je recommande les yeux fermés le Riad Alboraq ! Vous vous y sentirez chez vous de A à Z ! Le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse, Aziz et Achraf sont à vos petits soins ! Un grand merci encore, pour - Leurs disponibilités : vous partez en excursion tôt ? Ils feront tout pour vous préparez le meilleur des petits déjeuner à l'heure que vous souhaitez et vous conseillez au mieux si vous avez besoin. - Les lits sont fait tous les matins, les chambres sont extrêmement propres et les lits très confortables. - Le lieu est idéal, vous êtes dans un quartier calme où tout est accessible à pieds : à 10 min des premiers souks, même pas 20 min à pieds de la place JELMA ELFNA, ce qui vous fait passer par des rues magnifiques avec une découvertes complètes des souks. - Les petits déjeuner sont complets et délicieux (fruits, spécialités, café, thé, jus d'orange pressé). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à ce riad, je ne peux que vous encouragez à y aller ! Encore merci :))

Het was een oase van rust in een zeer drukke stad. Waren super lieve gastheren Achraf en Azez. Alles wat we vroegen werden we mee geholpen. Werden op voorhand goed gewaarschuwd voor zaken waar we op moesten letten en waren heel aangenaam in de omgang. Ik raad deze plek ten zeerste aan, een gezellige riad met een prachtig zwembad en zeer leuke terrassen. Op wandelafstand van alle grote bezienswaardigheden en super lief personeel.

Das Riad ist sehr schön und wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gesäubert und alles verbrauchte aufgefüllt. Auf der Dachterrasse lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen und dem Trubel der Stadt entgehen.
Cons: Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig. Da wir 7 Tage da waren, wurde das Frühstück, obwohl sehr lecker, mit der Zeit etwas eintönig.

Si le riad nous a beaucoup plus gràce à son standing , c'est essentiellement l'accueil , la gentillesse , les conseils et la disponibilité de Ashraf et Aziz , qui ont fait de notre séjour un moment magnifique . Merci à eux 2 et à toute l'équipe , qui font tout pour que le client se sente un hôte de marque.
Cons: La situation de la suite au rez de chaussée sur le passage des autres clients , qui fait que la suite est quelque peu bruyante.

El alojamiento, el desayuno, las instalaciones son super buenas y merecen la pena disfrutar. La estancia los cuatro días que estuvimos allí fue perfecta. No pasamos mucho tiempo en el Riad pero a la hora de descansar tuvimos la mejor elección. El trato con los dueños fue simplemente genial ya que te ayudan en todo. El desayuno esta de muerte y si hace bueno tomarlo desde la azotea es una gran opción. También comentar que el Wifi funcionaba perfectamente.
Cons: No pongo pegas. La ubicación del Riad es algo distante del centro pero nada que no se pueda caminar para poder salir del bullicio de la propia Medina.

Le personnel était au top extrêmement serviable, toutes nos demandes étaient possibles, que ce soit, se baigner un peu tard le soir, le petit déjeuner un peu plus tard le matin, laver notre linge, rentrer après minuit. Tout était parfait, le wifi gratuit sur place, le repas et déjeuner frais et fait au jour le jour, le thé à chacune de nos arrivé au Riad, tout était réellement parfait grâce aux quatre personnes présentes sur place. Nous avons beaucoup été conseillé sur les activités, les attrapes touriste a éviter et les lieux où manger !

We have had an excellent stay at Riad Alboraq. Everything was magnificent, both the decoration and the location, the service, the cleanliness and the breakfasts. but without a doubt the best was the attention from Aziz and Ashraf. The Riad has a new very good WI-FI connection which allowed me to work from the laptop perfectly. We will definitely return when we go back anytime to Marrakech.

Ashraf y su equipo han sido geniales. Educados, generosos, empaticos, serviciales, son un 10! Nos han hecho sentir en casa cada día con una sonrisa. Estamos muy agradecidos con todos! El alojamiento es un oasis en medio del caos! Lindo, cómodos con todo lo necesario. Habitación y baño extra grandes! Desayuno rico y abundante! Al principio parece que está lejos y nunca te vas a ubicar pero luego es muy fácil llegar a la plaza principal y todos los sitios.

The staff at Riad Alboraq were exceptional. Aziz and Ashraf were always happy to help, whether our request was big or small. Aziz even walked with us to the shop to translate for the shopkeeper when we needed SIM cards. Both Aziz and Ashraf escorted us to meet our Taxi in the mornings, and they were there in the evenings to escort us back from the pickup point to the Riad. They organized tours for us at our request, and we had a great time. Ashraf was quick to reply to our messages when we had questions while we were away from the Riad. Not only Aziz and Ashraf, the cleaning and cooking crew were very warm and friendly. Our rooms were always clean and the food was absolutely delicious. The location is close enough to walk to the big square, but far enough that it gets a little quieter at night.
Cons: We have nothing bad to say about Riad Alboraq.

Nous avons passé un super séjour au riad alboraq grâce à la bienveillance et le professionnalisme du personnel qui sont discrets et présents à la fois. C'est une très grande qualité chez ashraf et aziz. Un grand merci aussi pour les filles qui s'occupent des chambres et des repas. Merci pour les msemens, ils étaient excellents. Nous recommandons cet établissement.
Cons: Nous n'avons pas apprécié d'être pollués par certains fumeurs qui n'ont aucun respect pour lieux et à qui on devrait gentiment envoyer sur la terrasse au dernier étage qui est ouverte et qui est plus approprié aux fumeurs. La 2ème remarque concerne l'insonorisation des portes et fenêtres, nous comprenons le fait de garder le riad dans son authenticité mais le bruit des voisins peut avoir un effet négatif sur le séjour d'autrui. Si ceci est amélioré, cela serait parfait.

Beautiful property. Rooms spacious and clean. Lovely bathroom facilities. Good, working air conditioning. Light but tasty breakfast. Free mint tea. Aziz was looking after us for most of the time during our stay and I must say he was fantastic. The best. He was so helpful and so welcoming, he was able to accommodate every request we had and always made himself available. Some of the best hospitality I’ve ever had.
Cons: The location isn’t a problem but it can be a little hard to find as the Medina has lots of small, winding streets. Taxis cannot drop you directly to the door and people will often approach you to try and redirect you or offer help with directions (in exchange for money) as you try to find your way there. So I would definitely recommend getting the airport shuttle service on your first day if you think you would find this stressful.

Nos 3 nuits au Riad Alboraq étaient très agréables ! Bien situé au Nord de la Médina, sans l’agitement du cœur de la ville. Tout le personnel était adorable, disponible à tout heure et aux petits soins. Chambre confortable, très bon petit déjeuner, frais et copieux. Merci encore !
Cons: Le Riad n’est pas évident à trouver, une indication supplémentaire pour mieux le localiser serait un plus, mais à part ça RAS ;)
