Riad Ouhmidi is more than a hitle but w warm family home. From the moment we booked they went out of their way to help us, welcome us and care for us- as well with our onward travel! They welcomed us in with open arms and the rooms was really good. From the breakfast to the location, all were fantastic and a definite highlight of our Moroccan visit. If I could give an extra 5 stars, I would! We are looking forward to coming back and recommending this as a must stay with our other friends coming! Thank you to the whole team!

Excellent breakfast, beds were very comfortable, and the decor was very traditional. The staff were all lovely and very helpful.
Cons: The only downside was that we were a little away from some of the main tourist sites and often had to go through the souks to reach them - we did get lost quite often!

Serdecznie polecam!

Riad Ouhmidi Is a great place to get to know the most authentic Marrakech. It is already within the Medina, but far enough from the noisy souk. Aziza and all the staff are really kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and delightfully served. The riad is warmly decorated, full of folklorist details. We definitely recommend it.
Cons: The mattress is a little tough.

I loved that our room had air conditioning — it made such a difference after long days of walking. Breakfasts were delicious, and Aziza, along with a younger gentleman, welcomed us warmly and took great care of us, always happy to offer directions and advice. The riad also offers excursions at very competitive prices. Our room was cleaned daily, which was a lovely touch. We arrived quite late, but the riad helped us arrange a taxi for our arrival, as well as one to the airport, and they were incredibly accommodating with our last-minute changes. I highly recommend this place for your stay!

A fuir !!! Riad a fuirrr!

The host in charge of this Riad was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure guests were having a good time. He cooked dinner for me and two other guests staying in the Riad. These two guests also had to catch an early flight, and he arranged for a taxi to come meet them. I could tell he had lots to juggle, but he did an excellent job! Only downside is that the interior is quite dark, including the bedroom. Not much that can be done about this, but I would say it is more cozy.

We were very happy with the stay in this riad as it's very small and run by very nice family. The location was good as the neighbourhood is very local with many local shops and small restaurants. The main square is 20 minutes through labyrinths of markets. The breakfast consists of pancakes and cake. Be aware that it normally starts only at 8 am. We took the transport from the airport and the driver waited for us at midnight (20 Euro one-way, 35 both ways). In the morning you hear from 5am the wave of callings for prayer. For us it was very local and we didn't mind, also the loudness in the street below up to 11-12 pm. What is important, the riad is very clean, the towels were changed every day.

Location is great. It’s in the northern part of the medina. The breakfast and optional dinner are fantastic. It’s home cooked meal and the best I’ve had in Marrakech.
Cons: I was on the ground floor so I couldn’t really open the windows for fresh air. But it wasn’t too bad.

Riad Ouhmidi is a beautifully Moroccan Riad with amazing rooms that give a unique feel of being in the heart of Morocco. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very kind it’s like staying with family at a second home. During our stay the staff went up and above to ensure we were comfortable, safe and happy, as a well travelled tourist I would say this is definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed that gives a longing to come back to on our next travels to Morocco. Set within the back streets of the old town surrounded by traditional street markets in a perfect location if you’re looking for an authentic and welcoming Moroccan experience.

The location is right in the centre of old Marrakech and everything is within walking distance. The main market (Medina) is but a few minutes away yet the area is quiet at night. We were on a bike packing tour and the hosts were happy to store our bikes until we returned which was very helpful. Excellent breakfast in the morning that set us up for the day.
Cons: There was nothing we did not like.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcomed and even checked on us, wether we were OK, when we were arriving late after a trip. They helped us book a trip to Essaouira and the taxi to the airport and were in general very kind people. The place was very clean and the room was generous, comfy and spacious. The colours and the lamps in the room created an intimate atmosphere. The breakfast was really tasty, including pancakes and peanut butter.
Cons: We liked everything

What a gem of a riad, just north of the main Medina with a post office close by that allows withdrawals with no charge! Away from the hustle and bustle so you can get a good night's sleep. The riad itself is clean and the hosts are very helpful and friendly. We arrived late and they made us a welcome meal which was the best tagine we have had while in Morocco! We left early for an excursion and they made breakfast early for us, they certainly set the bar high! Would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The property is very well kept. Unlike other riads nearby, the blend of different colours and the interior design of the whole riad is very beautiful. The staff in the hotel are really lovely and are very respectful (one of them is Aziza). I would argue that it excels over other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at in multiple countries. But by far the most important thing that I will not forget is the honesty and trust. Whoever cleaned my room, they would’ve been able to steal my travel money worth MAD 10,000, two MacBooks, 37 cigars worth approximately GBP 2600, and other very expensive clothes but they didn’t. Whoever owns this riad, you have great and trustful staff that you should be proud of. Thank you so much for the lovely stay and I will definitely be coming back.

Staying at Riad Ouhmidi was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such warmth and kindness: they served me some Moroccan tea and some biscuits, it truly felt like I was part of their family. The staff are beyond amazing: incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They make sure you feel at home every single moment. The breakfast? Absolutely out of this world! Fresh, flavorful, and paired with the BEST coffee I’ve ever tasted in any Arab country—it’s worth the stay for that alone. The place is impeccably clean, super comfortable, and so easy to relax in. Every detail is taken care of with such love and thoughtfulness. The family who runs Road Ouhmidi is simply wonderful. Humble, generous, and always going above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. It’s rare to find a place that combines such authenticity, comfort, and hospitality. I can’t recommend this place enough! I travelled solo and I felt very safe in there. You’ll leave with a full heart, amazing memories, it’s truly such a hidden gem.

Excellent breakfast. Staff were friendly and eager to help us, for example organising airport transfers and getting us a fantastic delivery meal on the first night as we arrived late. Facilities are simple but clean - our room was one of the smaller ones and had no outside window. Daily cleaning was thorough.
Cons: Nothing. It’s basic but very reasonable. It’s a few minutes off the beaten track so you either need to be comfortable ordering a lot of taxis or finding your own way - we did it easily.

The location is not in a super touristy area so you get a more local like experience, cheaper prices, and way better food. Facilities are great; warm water, teresa, comfy lounging are, etc. I highly recommend getting the dinner at the Riad, it was by far the best meal taste and portions we ate during our 5 day trip. The staff is also the friendliest I’ve ever interacted with. They treated us like family and helped us out when we had cash issues without getting angry and annoyed. All this at a very reasonable price. Absolutely loved it. When I return to Morocco, I will certainly be staying at Riad ouhmidi again.

Agree with previous reviews regarding breakfast and location. Abdel is the nicest guy, he went with us to a local parking space at 6:30am as we couldn’t park our car in front of the Riad during a 2night desert trip.
Cons: Unfortunately, there was a horrible smell from the bathroom/ from the plumbing. It was so strong that all our clothes and bags smelled like they’ve been dragged during the toilet even after we left. It was absolutely disgusting, also to breathe the unhealthy air while sleeping. Apparently the owner did not know about this before (even if there were 2 reviews before pointing that out) und did not react very friendly at first, but now she took action to fix it. Hope it’s better now, otherwise we’d not recommend staying (at least in our room) unfortunately.

My stay at Riad Ouhmidi was fantastic! I requested the hotel to arrange my airport transfer, and upon arrival, a gentleman holding a sign was waiting for me. He assisted with my luggage and dropped me off at the doorstep of the Riad, where I was warmly welcomed by the wonderful Aziza. She was very hospitable, offering me water, tea, and toast, and provided an initial explanation of nearby tourist attractions and possible excursions. By the end of my stay, Aziza and I had become friends. The Riad itself is charming, and the room I stayed in was beautiful, cozy, and impeccably clean! The air conditioning in the room was excellent; even though it was 46 degrees Celsius outside, the room was perfectly comfortable at the temperature I chose. The meals I had at the Riad were all delicious. The staff was extremely helpful, making me feel very comfortable. I had access to Wi-Fi both in my room and the common area, and on the one occasion I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, they promptly restarted the modem, resolving the problem. The location was also excellent; I could easily walk to the famous souk, Jardin Majorelle, the Bahia Palace, and the stunning Ben Youssef Madrasa. I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Location.. good. Around 30mins walk to main square. Lots of shops and markets along the whole way which makes it a nice place to be. Parking is secure.. although someone had lightly scratched my hire car..nothing major but roads here are tight. Yasin was fantastic and very helpful.
Cons: Not sure the reviews are correct here. Room was very dim. No windows. Moved to the room above with windows, but its so noisy at night due to the local kids. Didn't sleep till the kids disappeared after 3 to 4am. The bathroom was not at all up to standard. Painted tiles...Roughly done. Hot water would simply trickle unless you move to colder settings. Breakfast was below average. Cold boiled eggs. Salt and pepper in tray, not dispenser...which was already used with finger marks from some other person. Nothing as described The description does not meet the expectations unfortunately

The location was great, within walking distance to the main attractions like Jamea al fina, Kotoubia mosque, Ben Yousef mosque, Bahia Palace, the secret garden, and YSL gardens. Lots of places to eat and a variety of options available. If you're on a budget, eat outside the main square where the food is much cheaper. We were greeted by Muhammad on arrival, and he was very kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Be sure to buy a local sim when you arrive at the airport or as soon as you can, as you will need this to navigate your way for your main attractions if you're on foot.
Cons: The locals can approach you if you need help, and if you accept the help, they will harass you for a hefty tip. The room we were given was small without a window. I requested a bigger room with a window and was denied this (although we were given the same size room with a window). We were told by Aziza that the other room was for families with children. However, only a couple stayed in the other room, and was vacant when we requested a bigger room. The pictures on the website are misleading, and I booked based on these pictures and reviews. We also asked for an extra blanket from Aziza, which we were not given. In the end, we just gave up asking Aziza for anything because she made us feel like we were a nuisance. We felt that other people of a different ethnic group were favoured over us. My friend and I are of a indian descent. Aziza's approach towards us was very passive-aggressive. When booking excursions, we were not informed by Aziza that there is an additional charge for a guide, which we only discovered when we reached our destination, and the guide told us. During the night, the Riad is cleaned, and the noise and chatter can be disturbing. Also, the local children play out until late at night, and the birds wake you up very early with their loud chirping. Despite this, my friend and I had an amazing time in Marrakech. We spent as little time as possible in the Riad. Also, be mindful that there is no actual restaurant, and food can be cooked for you if your order it in advance. There is also no buffet breakfast and no choice in the breakfast options. The portion sizes and variety are limited, and if you request anything extra, there is a charge. The breakfast is pretty much the same every day. I am planning to go back to Marrakech in October with my sisters, but it's safe to say I will definitely not be staying in Riad Ouhmidi. Marrakech is beautiful and an amazing city that has kept its natural heritage, and it's well worth a visit.

Cons: - we were accommodated in tiny rooms that had NO WINDOWS; just a ventilation grille in one room and a small interior window in the other one - the lack of a view outside made us feel really uncomfortable - it felt almost like prison - in addition, the rooms were situated on the ground floor right next to the reception desk and dining area; it was noisy, lacking any kind of privacy, as the rooms had no sound isolation whatsoever - both water temperature and pressure in bathroom not easy to adjust

The Riad and its staff were all amazing! The staff are friendly, helpful, informative and available at all times. Breakfast is fresh and ready for each room every morning. We have booked a trip to the Merzouga desert through the Riad, and even then, the staff prepared us breakfast earlier than the Riad's breakfast time and made sure we had water for the trip! The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and sheets. The location is walking distance from most of the popular locations in Marrakech. The location of the Riad truly immerses you into the life of the people first-hand - local markets, the daily life, everything. All in all, highly recommend!

Very welcoming hosts (we were welcomed with a tea and biscuits), beautiful decorations in the riad, lovely smell of jasmine, carved furniture, comfortable bed with fresh impeccable linen, very clean overall. The room we stayed in was small, but there was just enough space. We had delicious sweet and fresh breakfasts - company of Albert the bird is a plus :) The street is quite quiet, there are parking spaces and cameras pointing to them.
Cons: Water takes quite a long time to heat and the pressure in the shower is low. Albert the bird likes to chirp quite loudly and wake up the guests ;)

The owners are amazing, always trying to be helpful in all circunstancies. The beds are confortable, nice fair breakfast and the room was very clean. The location is inside the Medina, in a residential area and not in the middle of the busiest squares and souks. However it's in a walking distance to reach the majority of the touristic sights, including the souks. Let me enphasize this: Mr Ouhmidi and all the staff were always trying to help and providing all information in order for us to take the best of our trip.

I liked the look of the room and the entire hotel
Cons: The roof was available for use with tables and chairs as well chilling area. There was a spot where you could relax without any view on the city as the roof was covered with straw blinding that could give you privacy as well disappointment.

Nice riad - lovely staff always there to help. The lady was so helpful and told us about where we could go and visit - the riad also offer excursions. Fresh breakfast which was lovely. There’s so many places to eat near by and there are fresh fruit and bread stalls 2-3 mins walk away. You can go to the new and old Madina not sure how long the walk is but it was a 15 drive it was so nice- full of different shops and street food and was just so nice to go to
Cons: The riad was nice the only thing I would say is that at night there is a lot of noise outside. The first night (11pm) there was a group of kids outside shouting and screaming which disturbed us but found out in the morning there was a football match going on. Then the second night we had a lady shouting - I have no complaints for the property but the location can be quite loud. If you are coming to the riad by car there is parking right outside the property - you will find people saying that the roads are tight and will tell you to park in the carpark - don’t do this as we fell for that and the closer we got to the riad we found that the roads were fine and the car could have easily gone through.

Riad Ouhmidi is a perfect place to stay at during your visit in Marrakech. Me and my girlfriend spent nearly a week and it really felt like a second home. The lady that works during daytime and the boy during night are so warm and welcoming. Location is great. You have to walk from the main square maybe ten minutes. But that is the good thing, it's just outside the messy areas, where you also get to know more local vibes, rather than the vendors that come up to you, and sometimes bothers you. The people in the neighborhood are great. Another plus is the excellent breakfast that is served!
Cons: To be honest, there are no cons. It's a little, little outside the main areas around the square. But as I said earlier, that's a good thing!

The Riad was easy to find, well located close to the Jma el Fna square, the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service during the check in process. The environment felt very homely and welcoming right from the start. We asked about sim cards and we were provided with sim cards by the Riad lady and this helped us a lot during our travels. This was really going above and beyond. I've not seen a hotel provide this before. One of the sim cards had 10GB data already on it! Amazing. The other we we recharged from a local shop for 60 dirhams which was really cheap. The breakfast was very good. We were served with fresh bread, coffee, Moroccan mint tea, fresh orange juice, and an assortment of freshly cooked Moroccan breakfast foods. I really appreciate the effort the staff went through to provide this level of service. I highly recommend Riad Ouhmidi for anyone wanting an exception customer service, as well as wanting to explore Marrakech for the first time since the Riad is 15 minute walk from the souks and Jma el Fna square.

Really great breakfast included in the price! Lovely roof terrace that caught sun throughout the day, perfect for some sunbathing. Friendly staff, recommended and booked a Hammam spa for us which me and my friend both loved.
Cons: Our room didn’t have a window which personally we wanted, although I can imagine this would be good on the summer as it kept the room cool. Location was just a little far out as me and my friend found the walk back from the city centre (only 25 mins) a little dangerous (we were both women).

Stayed for a week at this Riad. It is a tranquil spot close to the souks on a quiet street. The owner was friendly and could not do enough for you. She helped us with SIM cards, directions and change. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast: both traditional and European (even a Lipton’s tea 🤗) The rooms were clean and comfortable, they were cleaned on a daily basis. We ate in the Riad one evening, this was delicious and very plentiful. I would definitely recommend this after a busy day at the souks. The Riad is near to a Main Street that had plenty of reasonable cafe/restaurants to eat at. I would recommend this Riad as a great base to explore Marrakesh.

Great location, a short walk from the central souks but far enough away from them that the streets nearby were quieter and not aimed solely at tourists. Room was fairly large and comfortable (and air conditioned), breakfast was good and staff were very friendly (the landlady also spoke great English). We did one of the tours you can book through them (the Zagora desert one) which was a very smooth experience.

I would heartily recommend this riad for a peaceful stay inside the Marrakesh medina. It’s very well located in a quiet and atmospheric neighbourhood, slightly away from but east walking distance from the souks and main square. There is an excellent restaurant nearby called Limoni which was recommended to me by the staff. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated with some traditional touches. The room was cleaned and fresh towels supplied everyday. The Wi-Fi was sufficient to steam Netflix. Each morning a tasty breakfast feast of bread, yogurt drink, egg, orange juice, coffee and tea was prepared. It was delicious and more than enough to fill me up for hours (like all breakfasts in Morocco it is bread heavy, but this is the way!). If you have an early morning they will prepare breakfast for you in time for your departure. Overall the stay was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend if you’re looking for a riad at this price point.
Cons: For the price of the room there is nothing I disliked at all. A really solid choice inside the medina.

It was a really good experience for me, because it was my first time in Morocco, the riad it self was really good and eye catching, the staf was also very friendly and helpfull, and i didn't see any traces of the earthquake that recently hit morocco, i felt really safe at riad ouhmidi so no worries.
Cons: To make the experience even better , riad ouhmidi can do a little bit of fixtures at the sink because it got clogged up sometimes.

Staff greeted at hotel, offered complementary tea and biscuits. no issue with checking in late. Unfortunately there was an earthquake on the day, staff handled it well reasssured the guest. Upon my inspection of building there was no sign of damage or cracks which reassured me about safety issue. Rest of days was fine. Breakfast was great- very nice. I was supplied with free mobile sim and it made things easy - staff were handy with help. Stay was pleasant and value for money. Hopefully business will pick up for them guys after the earthquake scare. Location was good for me too, if I come again will look to book again with them.

We started off our Morocco trip by staying at Riad Ouhmidi for the first 2 nights. After spending 2 weeks roaming through the county and staying at a variety of riads, berber guest houses, and desert tents, Riad Ouhmidi is still one of our favorites. In a way, Riad Ouhmidi sets a high bar for our expectations of Morocco hospitality and lodging. The check-in process is smooth and welcoming. Even though we arrived quite late on the first night, the host was waiting for us with a giant smile. We were then greeted with the famous Moroccan mint tea and small biscuits. The room is cozy, clean, and comfortable. If you come in the summer like us, having an AC is a must. Note that not all raids will have AC even if you find one at a higher price point. Breakfast is delicious and freshly made after you wake up. The location is amazing since it’s located inside the medina, and it’s just a short walk to all the popular spots and quite close to the airport. Despite being inside the medina, parking is easy, secure, and free of hustlers. You can literally park your car right in front of the riad which has a surveillance camera. It’s a huge plus since parking is such a pain when you stay in most places inside any medina in Morocco. In fact, we decided to stay here on our last night of the trip since we have to fly out from Marrakech. It really gave us peace of mind. Overall, we recommended Riad Ouhmidi and will definitely stay here again when we come back.
Cons: The only small thing was when we stayed here the second time, the bathroom in our room smelled bad. We think it might be due to the sewer system. (The room we stayed in for the first time didn't have this problem). I think it needs to be fixed.

I loved my stay here! The staff are so kind and attentive, and one of the owners drove me on his motorcycle so that I could get my boarding pass printed and spoke to the woman inside, even covering the fee. It saved me a ton of time. Aziza is also incredible, and made me a fantastic spread for breakfast. The air conditioning is also so good (remote controlled), which is important when it’s 105 degrees outside.
Cons: My only complaint was that I wish the shower connected to the holder so that I could shower without using the handheld, but that is literally my only complaint. Everything else was great. The riad is pretty easy to find, and I didn’t feel unsafe getting there.

Very nice place to stay in, a home away from home. The place is colourful, bright and very welcoming. The people who work there are very proud about their work and genuinely love their guests. The breakfast is divine and consists of a number of just enough bits to enjoy. Very clean place and well taken care of. The cherry on top was the cous cous lunch prepared for all the guests. It was not only a lovely gesture, but also was so tasty and attractive. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech.
Cons: There were a little things that put E off at the beginning. I was not picked up from the train station as promised when I arrived and did not know what to do. I did not get the ground floor room I asked for when I came and cannot do stairs at all. But after apologies and changing things around, everything was sorted and I had a lovely stay after till I left.

I do not know how to start this review because there are a lot of things to say. We went to Riad Ouhmidi directly from train station. It was very easy to find and in old Medina but a little excluded from all the crowd which was very pleasant for us. The hosts greeted us with a huge smile on their faces you can easily feel like they are very happy to see you. They offered us tea while we wait 5 minutes for our room. We spent that time talking about places to see and they offered us their connections for special tours around the city. The breakfast was exceptional and kept us fed until noon. Rooms are clean and home-like and very comfortable. The building was beautiful showing some Morrocan architecture and design. Now if i to mention Idriss Abi (means big brother in Turkish) and Latifa Abla (means big sister in Turkish) they were super friendly and fun to talk to. We had the chance to eat special Eid meal on breakfast made by Latifa Abla and it was delicious! I would like to thank them seperately we were away from our homes and family on this Eid and they made us feel home. Thank you for everything and i highly recommend everyone to stay at Riad Ouhmidi.

The location, while not one I would choose again, is in a non-touristy area off the Medina that gives a nice glimpse of everyday life.
Cons: I could never get comfortable. The location is a good 20 minute walk from any sights, and whenever we arrived back to the riad in the afternoon there was nowhere to comfortably relax. The roof-top terrace is far too hot and unshaded to use. The courtyard is covered by a roof, and does not feel inviting. Our room was too hot also, as the riad was in the process of getting the AC repaired.

A beautiful hidden treasure. Staying in the Riad Ouhmidi guarantees a real taste of Morocco. From the excellent location in a part of the city that guarantees authenticity, to the tasteful Moroccan decor, to the amazing Moroccon breakfast each morning- I would highly recomment the riad to anyone. The owners were so warm and friendly, the rooms were super comfy and just the right temperature, and we felt safe and cared for. We waited each morning with delight to see which breakfast items would be offered, and every time it was a culinary delight. An excellent stay.

We came back here again after our trip to the Sahara. Riad Ouhmidi is an incredibly atmospheric place, especially when you want to rest after walking around the bustling streets. The owners welcomed us with real Moroccan hospitality as if we were part of their family and willingly helped us with all the questions that arose. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast, which gave us energy and a good mood for the whole day. Keep in mind that you can book different trips right in Riad, the hosts have a catalog where you can choose the right one for you at a democratic price. And the tea.. you won't find it anywhere in Morocco!

Riad is asy to find. Taxi can drive you right to the doors. Several minutes walking to the main square and other places of interest. Inside you can find everything what you need. Very helpful host, tasty breakfast and the best tea in Marrakech!

Had a great experience at the Riad. It is a small family run place in the city wall. easy walking distance to restaurants and the markets, but on a small quiet street. warm shower and fast internet. breakfast was yum and more than enough. special thanks for going above and beyond and send the phone we forgot to the airport just in time!!!

-Great little Riad in the Medina which is within 30 minutes walking distance to most of the sites -Warm welcome by Idriss the host and his wife -The personal touch of Idriss who guided us early in the morning to our pick-up point for the balloon excursion -Breakfast was super -Special compliments for the chicken tagine prepared by Azziza for dinner which was delicious
Cons: There was an offensive smell occasionally from the toilet (probably from the drain and not in their control) Nothing apart from that.

We had a fabulous stay at Riad Ouhmidi, Idris and Aziza were beyond hospitable. We had tea on arrival, advice on the local area and Idris kindly walked us to get a taxi. Aziza's breakfast was delicious and fresh. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed with good WiFi. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Cons: Nothing

I had a lovely stay for 17 nights at Riad Ouhmidi. Idris and Aziza were so accommodating and made you feel right at home. Breakfasts and lunch were great. Aziza's homemade chicken tagine was awesome - big recommendation. I look back at this experience very fondly!
Cons: I can't think of anything!

We arrived to the Riad at the end of our trip in Morocco, for two nights. The location is a 20 minutes walking from the main square. There is a free parking outside the riad. The rooms are nice. Everything is clean. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The towels were changed and we were served hot tea when we asked. Aziza helped us to book a hot air balloon ride even before we arrived to the place. The stay was very pleasant. Idris and Aziza did their best to help us with everything we asked for. Our flight back left late in the evening, and they allowed us to stay in the room until the evening at no extra charge. We rested and showered and finished the trip to this beautiful and special country with a good feeling.
Cons: The windows of the room faced the street and it is noisy, but the noise dissipated at night quite quickly and did not bother us.

The location of the Riad is perfect as it is close to the center in the Medina but still a quiet location to relax and enjoy your stay. The owners and staff are absolutely amazing! Aziza is a wonderful cook and will make delicious Moroccan dishes for you. They were here to help with whatever I needed. I truly felt comfortable here and was treated like family. Will definitely recommend and use the Riad every time I am in Marrakech.
Cons: There is not one thing I can say I did not like about my stay at Riad Ouhmidi.

The place is a super clean and nicely decorated riad. It is a home stay - run by a family. The hosts are very nice people, felt most welcome throughout all of our stay. The breakfast was very well made and presented. The location is in the quiet part of the Medina, but in a walking distance from all the noise and ruckus:) There is a terrance, but it was a bit cold to be outside in mornings. The parking was provided and we felt safe and taken care of.
Cons: Could not stay longer to enjoy more of the hosts’ home cooking..
