Lo mejor fue el desayuno recién hecho por la abuela, ¡delicioso! Además, la familia dueña del Riad fue muy amable:toda la estancia y nos regalaron una caja de pastas para el viaje. También agradecimos mucho que, al llegar tarde (sobre las 22 h), vinieran a buscarnos y nos ayudaran a aparcar, encontrándonos un sitio seguro para dejar el coche. El.lugar es precioso tal y como se ve en las fotos.
Cons: La habitación de arriba con dos camas es muy pequeña; está bien para niños, pero un adulto no cabe cómodamente. Lo único que mejoraría del lugar son las camas.

Beautiful Riad nicely decorated with Moroccan vibes. Location was close to all attractions , Hosts are very welcoming , helpful and friendly . Lovely people, tasty breakfast, Fatma is so helpful and sweet! ... The birds chirping bring to the place a love environment. The terrace is small but very cute - with a lot of plants. It's close to one of the Medina doors which helps a lot with the luggage as the taxis will have trouble going to the souks. We just loved it

Nuestra estadía en este riad fue simplemente maravillosa. El lugar es precioso, muy bien cuidado y con todos los detalles que hacen la diferencia. Pero lo que realmente destaca es su gente: el personal es extremadamente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Los dueños se preocupan genuinamente por que cada huésped se sienta como en casa, y eso se nota en cada gesto y recomendación. Chérif et son épouse nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement. Le riad est typique et authentique et très familial avec seulement 4 chambres. Les propriétaires sont au petit soin pour leurs hôtes. Le riad est très bien placé à l'entrée de la médina et tout est accessible à pied. La décoration est très bien pensée. Nous repartons avec l'idée d'y revenir dès que possible.

O Riad é lindo, exatamente como nas fotos. A localização muito centralizada, bem perto da entrada da Medina. O café da manhã era muito bom, correspondente ao padrão da cultura marroquina e bem farto. A equipe é maravilhosa, são amigáveis com os hóspedes e nos faz sentir em casa! Chegamos bem tarde, e fomos recebidos com chá de menta delicioso e um jantar (a preço justo), previamente encomendado, que foi providencial pois dificilmente acharíamos restaurantes aberto àquela hora da noite. Agradecimento especial à querida Fátima, funcionária simpática e prestativa do Riad e à esposa do Cherif, Indi!

The rooftop and indoor lounge are beautiful. Singing budgies and a water fountain create a relaxing atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff/owners go above and beyond to ensure you’re safe and comfortable. Fatima walked 2 blocks to meet me at the taxi drop off on arrival. My luggage was stored while I took a full day tour. On my late return Nime, cherif’s wife, took me on the back of her motorcycle to my next Riad so I would not have to find it on my own after dark. Appreciated so much!
Cons: All riads are difficult to find. Use google maps and don’t hesitate to contact owner Cherif (WhatsApp) for any assistance.

We had a very warm welcome from the owner and mint tea. The Riad is beautiful and in a great area. We did need a local to help us find it but that's ok. I had the best nights sleep I had while visiting Marrakech. They have a beautiful terrace where you can watch the world below. There are plenty of great restaurants near by and souks to wander. A great place to stay in a great area. We also arranged a transfer to the airport with Cherif the owner- who was great.
Cons: Maybe a sign at the top of the street to show where Riad is but otherwise all excellent.

We had an outstanding experience at Riad Cherif in every way! It’s a small, family riad located inside the Medina relatively close to one of the main gates. The riad’s comfortable upper terrace overlooks the Medina’s outer wall and a lively outdoor market below; yet when you’re inside the riad, you’re in a completely quiet, relaxing space, surrounded by the tinkling of a water fountain in the central room and the chirping of an array of beautiful songbirds. Truly peaceful. The staff are amazing, too, and made our stay so welcoming and comfortable in countless ways! Mr. Cherif himself picked us up at the airport (for a small fee) and, once we got checked in, he even loaded a free SIM card onto my phone, so that I could have 4G internet access while we were out sightseeing. After we got back that evening, Fatima, the wonderful cook and housekeeper, taught us how to cook a traditional Moroccan tajine dinner. She made a delicious vegan tajine for my husband and me and a chicken tajine for our adult daughter. We totally recommend eating dinner in at the riad. You will not find a more delicious, authentic, or reasonably priced meal in any restaurant! Finally, our room was super comfortable, with two big puffy pillows each and a private bathroom. If you’re looking for an authentic riad experience in Marrakech that makes you feel like part of the family, Riad Cherif is definitely the place to stay!

Good food, warm, friendly and unique climate, very nice and helpful crew (the owner even helped us buy bus tickets!), cozy roof and infinite amount of tea. I recommend this Riad wholeheartedly! One thing - you should prepare that owners speak only a little English (also a little Spanish, but French fluently).

The boss and staff Fatima were very enthusiastic in helping us solve the pick-up and drop-off issues on the itinerary we purchased. Even though we didn't purchase the itinerary with them, the air-conditioning malfunction was reported to the hotel and they helped us solve it quickly. The boss even treated us to dinner for this. I really thank them. I would especially like to thank Fatima for taking care of us like a family member.
Cons: When I was taking a shower, I was worried that water would accidentally flow into the room because there was no dry and wet separation, but this problem did not actually happen.

Beautiful Riad. Loved the decor. Colourful and lots of interesting things. The internal courtyard is gorgeous. Breakfast was just right. Location is brilliant. The host and staff are lovely. Very kind and helpful. I got to watch them prepare a tagine for us on the first night. Would definitely recommend.
Cons: Was a little difficult to find but that's because we don't read Arabic. A kind man helped us find it. The bed is hard but that's normal for Morocco. I travel with a small piece of foam as my hips can't take the hard mattresses anymore.

La posizione era perfetta, interna alle mura della Medina e vicina alle principali attrazioni turistiche della città. La colazione era tipica e abbondante. Tutto lo staff si è rivelato molto gentile e disponibile. Menzione speciale al tè alla menta: qualsiasi fosse l'orario ci è stato gentilmente offerto e si è rivelato uno dei più buoni che abbiamo assaggiato in tutto il nostro soggiorno in città.
Cons: Il supporto del soffione nella doccia era rotto e non si riusciva ad utilizzare. Questo ha reso scomoda la fruizione della doccia.

Dit is een relatief kleine en eenvoudige riad in de medina van Marrakesh. Heel mooie traditionele inrichting. Ik werd vriendelijk ontvangen met thee en koekjes. De eigenaar en de meisjes die er werken zijn heel vriendelijk, al spreken de jonge medewerksters geen Frans of Engels, maar ze doen er alles aan om zich verstaanbaar te maken. Ik wilde 's avonds graag in de riad eten, en er werd zonder problemen speciaal voor mij gekookt. De soeks en de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand (een half uurtje lopen naar het plein Jemaa el Fnaa). Er is airco.
Cons: De riad ligt aan de rand van de medina aan het einde van een smal doodlopend straatje. Taxi's kunnen er niet komen en wie alleen reist zal wellicht liever niet met een koffer of rugzak en Google maps in de hand naar het juiste adres gaan zoeken, want dan trek je allerlei ongewenste aandacht. Mijn kamer was wel erg klein ( dit is natuurlijk typisch voor dit soort locaties).

The airport pick-up was reliable, with a multilingual driver who waited patiently despite our flight delay. • The riad’s location is right in the Medina, yet easy to find using Google Maps or navigation apps. • The authentic Moroccan design of the riad, with beautiful tiling and traditional architecture, gave it a unique and local feel. • The owner Cherif was friendly, welcoming, and helpful — we even spoke in Arabic, which was a nice cultural connection. • The staff were accommodating, making us fresh breakfast even when we woke up late (omelette, mint tea, coffee, juice, breads, jams, honey, and cheese). • We were provided with clean towels, toilet paper, and soap, and a hairdryer was available on request. • A big plus for me was the bidet hose in the bathroom — most places in Marrakech only have dry toilet paper. • Laundry service was kindly offered when needed. • When the bidet hose broke, it was fixed the same day — excellent responsiveness. • We were able to use the shared kitchen fridge to store water. • I appreciated being able to book a tour to Ouzoud Waterfalls directly through the riad — it was well-organised and smooth. • The riad is child-friendly, and our 6-year-old felt very welcome.
Cons: The room was a bit dark, so if you’re sensitive to low lighting, consider bringing a small travel light. • The AC worked, but took a while to cool the room properly. • The room was compact — fine for sleeping and showering, but not very spacious. • There was no mini-fridge in the room, though we could use the kitchen fridge. • Bird sounds during the day were lovely but might be slightly disruptive to light sleepers early in the morning. • Main courtyard didn’t have AC just a fan so it was quite hot during day

Riad Cherif is perfectly located, right on the edge of the medina and close to both the new and old town. The property is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable (and air conditioned) and the hosts were amazing! The most welcoming hosts I’ve ever stayed with and the Mint Tea is, without doubt, the best in Morocco. This is the place to stay if you’re visiting Marrakesh.

We werden heel hartelijk onthaald in een familiaire setting door mensen die dit uit liefde voor Marrakech en hun gasten doen. De gastvrijheid was uitzonderlijk: er werd zelfs zonder extra kosten voorgesteld om 2 aparte bedden te voorzien en het ontbijt werd speciaal vroeger klaargemaakt. Het ontbijt was verzorgd en overvloedig.
Cons: De locatie ligt iets verder van het centrale plein, maar dit had ook voordelen zoals minder opdringerige personen in de straten. Bovendien ligt het ideaal voor een bezoek aan de Secret Garden, de Majorelle Garden en andere bezienswaardigheden.

Cons: The downstairs room was rather dark, as the lighting was low and as it looked on to the patio where everyone passed by and breakfasted, so we couldn't really open the windows that much without an invasion of privacy. The room was small although very tastefully decorated and felt very cosy.

The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop structure was also very nice, offering a pleasant space to relax. The location is convenient as it’s close to an entrance/exit of the medina, which made arriving and leaving easier. Also, since we had to leave very early, they prepared a breakfast to take with us, which was a thoughtful touch.
Cons: The room was very humid, which affected our comfort. There wasn’t much privacy regarding noise — we could easily hear sounds from the corridors and other rooms. Even though the location was convenient for entering and exiting the medina, it was far from the main square and tourist spots, resulting in long travel times.

Great hospitality, attentive, caring but never obtrusive. Good breakfast (included) with tea and coffee, omelette, fresh orange juice, two kinds of bread, honey and jam, served on the pleasant roof by our room. Tea, coffee and soup offered for free during the day. Possibility to get of an affordable home made meal (Tajine or Couscous). Cherif, the owner, assisted us before arrival, at late arrival, during our stay and for our wee hour departure. His wife Linda was very efficient at helping us with touristic information and sweet Fatima, the soul of the house, was present 24h a day, diligent and always equal humor. The ryad, located against the wall of the Medina is an old former family home beautifully decorated by Cherif. It is at walking distance of Jardin Majorelle and close to the souks. This ryad is great for people (any age) who enjoy to travel to discover other cultures and exchange with people.
Cons: There is nothing that we didn't like but as a word of caution, this ryad may not be every tourist's choice (no state of the arts "modernity"). It is located in a popular neighborhood on the north part of the Medina, by the large daily fruits and vegetables market. Very few tourists in this area but as two elder ladies, we always felt safe and welcome even at night. I am slightly handicapped walking with a cane and had to be careful walking up an old staircase. Our twin bed room was narrow and our bathroom was old style but we found the ambiance that we were looking for.

Cons: Very disappointing experience — be careful! We arrived at Riad Cherif and were immediately surprised: the room was tiny and nothing like what the photos and descriptions had promised. We asked the manager to cancel our booking and refund our payment — he agreed and asked us to cancel through Booking.com, which we did. We left thinking everything was fine. However, a few days later I checked and saw that the manager never confirmed that we didn’t stay there — so it looked like we spent the night and the cancellation request was ignored. I contacted the riad directly and asked for my money back. It has now been over two months. First, they spent weeks “clarifying” the situation, then they promised a refund, then a month later they repeated the same excuses, and now they just ignore my messages. Yes, I understand it was my mistake to cancel on the day of arrival — but they promised to handle it, then wasted my time and played games instead. This shows exactly how trustworthy they are. I can get over losing the money, but it makes me wonder: what if something more important had been at stake? Long story short — I strongly do NOT recommend dealing with this place.

I arrived late and tired and hungry and Cherif arranged for Fatima to have a meal ready for me. She was so lovely and welcoming and kind and her tagine was delicious. Cherif kept in touch with me ensuring all was OK and my only regret was that it I couldn't extend as it was full ....not surprised as its a real gem.

Cons: La cote fabuleux est nettement surestimée. Le lieu n’est vraiment pas propre et c’est très dommage. Nous y avons passé trois jours dans une chambre avec 1 lit double et un lit simple de très petit format et inconfortable. Il y avait une odeur d’égout dans la chambre. Le ménage n’est jamais fait. La salle de bain est désuète. Il n’y avait pas de climatisation ce que nous n’avions pas vérifié au préalable (notre erreur). Nous avons très mal dormi les trois jours de notre séjour.

L’endroit est charmant, magnifiquement décoré, et idéalement situé : à deux pas des souks, du jardin Majorelle Le personnel est adorable, toujours aux petits soins. I had a wonderful stay at this Riad. As a solo traveler, I felt incredibly well cared for. Hind, Cherif, and Fatima were all so kind, welcoming, and attentive. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Cherif even went out of his way to help me with an unexpected airport issue—I truly don’t know if I would’ve received that level of care anywhere else. Their hospitality made my stay not only smooth but memorable. Highly recommend!
Cons: The only difficulty was finding the Riad initially, but once I had the correct address, it was easy to navigate for the rest of my trip. Overall, a beautiful and memorable experience—I highly recommend it!

We arrived late on check in day because were were travelling and were greeted with tea, cookies and a warm bowl of delicious soup. Our host helped arrange airport transportation for us at the end of the trip. I highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Sherif’s riad in Marrakech was truly special. From the moment we arrived, Sherif welcomed us with open arms and treated us like family. No favour was ever too much for him — he went out of his way to help with anything we needed. My friend and I flew in with our bicycles, and Sherif immediately made a plan to safely store our bike boxes, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. His willingness to help, always with a smile and a solution, made everything feel easy and stress-free. The food that Fatima cooked for us was absolutely incredible — full of flavour, warmth, and love. Every meal felt like it came straight from the heart. Beyond the beautiful space, it was the genuine care and kindness from Sherif and Fatima that made our experience unforgettable. We are so grateful for everything they did for us. We arrived as guests, but left feeling like part of the family. Thank you, Sherif! we can’t wait to come back!

Riad Cherif ist ein schön eingerichtetes Riad am Rand der Medina. Das Riad wartet mit einen schönen atmosphärischen Innenenhof auf, der Abends schön beleuchtet wird... dazu Vögelgezwitscher, das einen vergessen lässt das man im quirligen Marrakech ist. Wir hatten Flughafen-Shuttle gebucht und wurden direkt zur Unterkunft gebracht, trotz einiger Verspätung wartete der Fahrer vor dem Terminal auf uns. Der Service war insgesamt sehr zuvorkommend, wir wurden mit Brot und Harrira bergrüßt. Jeden Abend wurde uns leckerer Tee und Harrira angeboten, und das ohne Zusatzkosten. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Zum Abschied haben wir noch ein paar Kekse für die Weiterreise bekommen. Insgesamt sehr familiär und ein authentisches Flair, eines der besten Riads auf unserer Rundreise durch Marokko.
Cons: Die Zimmer sind im Verhältnis klein, das dritte Bett in unserem Zimmer war wirklich nur für ein Kind geeignet, ein Erwachsener hätte hier Probleme bekommen. Wer mit viel Gepäck reist könnte Probleme bekommen, da kaum Stellffläche vorhanden. Für unsere Backpacks hat es so noch gut gepasst.

The riad is charming with nice ambiance. The location is great becouse it is easy to start exploring Medina from there. The host orginezed a transport for us from airport. The driver, Jusuf, helped us settle into the Riad. The host prepared a welcome meal for us. Brekfast was very good and they also made us a dinner ( deliciouß and very good price). We liked it here!

La atención por parte de los dueños del Riad. Super atentos, antes de llegar al lugar, nos ayudaron mucho a la hora de organizar las excursiones. Una vez allí, nos recibieron con una cena. Nos dieron facilidades a la hora del desayuno, incluso dejándonos el desayuno para podernos ir al desierto. Nos escribieron para decirnos que nos habíamos dejado cosas en el Riad y nos lo tenían guardado. Muy buenas personas. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

Toda la familia del Riad fue muy atenta en todo momento, preocupados por facilitarnos la experiencia en la ciudad. Tuvieron detalles como dejarnos el desayuno preparado para llevar un día que teníamos que salir temprano para una excursión, así como el día de check-out, una cajita con dulces para el viaje. Por otra parte, no está situado en el centro de la medina, pero en un barrio accesible (a 20 minutos a pie de la plaza, seguro y con negocios y restaurantes muy agradables y a buen precio. Trato inmejorable.
Cons: Nuestra habitación estaba al nivel del patio interior,lo que daba la sensación de falta de intimidad. Si queréis ir en pareja recomendamos preguntar si es posible alojarse en una de las habitaciones superiores. Muy recomendado igualmente.

Cons: Le petit déjeuner était minimaliste (pourtant inclus dans le prix de la nuit). 2 tranches de pain chacun avec quelques Kiri, 1 petit jus d'orange (pressé maison par contre) un petit café et du thé. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas quelques fruits au minimum servis avec ! La literie dans la chambre où nous étions ne va pas du tout! Il faudrait la remplacer. Les côtés s'affaissent et on glissait au milieu du lit. On a vraiment mal dormi. La salle de bain, attenante à la chambre, est très humide car il n'y a pas de Vmc. Ça sentait le moisi. La terrasse du haut n'était pas accessible le soir car la porte fermée par une chaîne nous empêchait l'accès. Dommage.

Struttura caratteristica, vicino al centro, dentro la Medina di Marrakesh (non raggiungibile in macchina, ma comunque a tre minuti a piedi dal punto di incontro per chi vuole fare qualche escursione), il personale gentilissimo, ci hanno accolto con un tè alla menta come da tradizione, ci hanno aiutato a scacciare un uomo che ci seguiva e chiedeva soldi, e ci hanno lasciato la colazione pronta per le 6:30 dato che dovevamo partire presto per un escursione, sicuramente se la valutazione si basasse solo sul personale avrebbe 10 questa struttura.
Cons: Le camera erano piccolissime, ovviamente ci aspettavamo una stanza piccola, ma non così piccola, c’era solo lo spazio per il letto matrimoniale e un piccolo corridoio per andare al bagno quindi chi dormiva nel lato del muro doveva praticamente scalcare la persona dalla parte del corridoio. La pecca più grande è stata la pulizia, non ci aspettavamo grandi pulizia, ma qui la pulizia era proprio inesistente: mucchi di polvere dovunque, asciugamani sporchi, lenzuola maleodoranti, muffa nelle pareti del bagno. L’illuminazione era poca (sappiamo che è una caratteristica dei Riad la poca illuminazione ma qui praticamente non si vedeva nulla tant’è che per fare la doccia abbiamo dovuto usare la torcia del telefono) Nessun nome fuori dal Riad quindi un po’ complicato trovarlo ma comunque le indicazione sulle mappe erano corrette.

Mon ami et moi avons logé dans cet établissement pendant 4 jours. Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par tous les services proposés mais surtout par la gentillesse et l'amabilité des hôtes qui s'assurent quotidiennement de notre bien être (nous proposent toujours du thé ou un déjeuner,...). Je conseillerai vivement à n'importe qui qui hésite d'y aller ! ça vaut vraiment le coup et le Riad est magnifique, rempli de charme rappelant le style oriental. Merci encore pour l'accueil !

Cons: Because of the fact that I was using a wheelchair, I couldn't enter the room and the bathroom easily. Luckily, I had my crutches with me, but taking a shower was a big challenge, almost impossible because of the high curb.

Właściciele Cherif i Hindi ( też przepraszam jeśli źle napisałam imię) to wspaniali ludzie, którzy zapewniają Ci poczucie jakbyś byl u rodziny. Zawsze gotowi pomóc, odpowiedzieć na pytania czy to osobiście czy na Whatsappie. Tak naprawdę byliśmy dwa razy w Riadzie Cherif,bo z przerwą na dwa noclegi. Mogliśmy zostawić plecak i trochę rzeczy,które były nam niepotrzebne w czasie dwudniowego zwiedzania innej części Maroko. Odczuliśmy jak nigdzie indziej,że jesteśmy traktowani z szacunkiem, jaki okazywali nam właściciele. Zostawiliśmy kurtkę,Cherif napisał,że czeka na nas jak przyjedziemy powtórnie. 1er riad où nous nous sentions chez l'habitant. Chambre un peu petite (sans surprise car précisé dans le descriptif) mais avec tout le nécessaire et cosy. Accueil par le chant des oiseaux et personnel très attentif. Les responsables n'étant pas sur place à notre arrivée, ont quand même pris le temps de nous téléphoner et nous donner tous les renseignements nécessaires. Thé et soupe offerts. Nous devions partir tôt le matin à l'aéroport et ils nous ont préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter.

Desayuno excelente y sin horarios fijos, un dia nos saltamos el mismo por planes propios y nos sirvió el desayuno por la tarde.. Nos ayudaron con el transporte al aeropuerto, incluido llevando las maletas hasta el mismo riad. Muy hospitalarios, recomendado 100%, nos han hecho sentir en casa.

Point positif : - Petit dej local et copieux disponible tous les matins. Si départ avant l’heure de service, ils peuvent préparer des doggy bags petits déjeuner. - Proximité de la gare routière pour ceux qui souhaitent bouger. - Bien que petit, le rooftop a le mérite d’exister. - La décoration est jolie. - Le calme a l’intérieur.
Cons: Point négatif : - Les chambres ne peuvent pas être vraiment closes. Il y aura toujours de l’air qui passera ce qui peut jouer sur la température. Le Riad étant complètement ouvert sur l’extérieur mais sans soleil direct, nous avons eu froid durant notre séjour d’autant plus que le chauffage/clim ne marchait pas. - Les chambres sont très (très) sombre même avec la lumière allumée. - Le débit de l’eau n’est pas élevé et l’est encore moins lorsqu’une autre personne du Riad prend également une douche. Il ne faut pas utiliser de l’eau du robinet en même temps qu’une personne est sous la douche sinon l’eau de la douche devient glacée instantanément. - Lors de notre réservation et ce jusqu’à notre arrivée , le transport depuis l’aéroport au Riad était gratuit. Cela a forcément influencé notre choix car peu le proposait gratuitement. Durant notre séjour, ils l’ont modifiés et nous ont demandés de régler 30€ pour cela. Pas forcément très fair play. - En dehors de la proximité avec le jardin majorelle et de la gare routière, le Riad est vraiment en périphérie du centre de la médina. Il faut compter bien 35 min pour rejoindre la place Jemaa El fna où le gros des activités touristiques/restaurants … se trouvent. - Nous avions lu de bons avis sur le service de restauration au Riad. Nous avons donc voulu la tester et nous ne la recommandons pas. Le repas est correct mais 2 fois plus cher que si vous allez dans un restaurant local. Nous avions voulu connaître les tarifs avant de commander mais nous n’avons pas de réponse en dehors du fait qu’il commençait la préparation donc plus de possibilités de faire marche arrière au cas où. - Sur l’annonce, le Riad semble présenté un panel de service très important assurant un confort parfait. Seulement 40% sont vrais, le reste est mensongé. - La communication n’est pas simple. Les gérants parlent un peu français/anglais mais les personnes sur place non.

Il Riad si trova proprio all’inizio della Medina, ma in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. I proprietari sono estremamente disponibili, davvero gentilissimi. Offrono anche il servizio di trasporto da e per l’aeroporto se si ha necessità. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Lo spazio è molto accogliente, con un bel terrazzino su cui rilassarsi.

Siamo arrivati molto tardi alla stazione dei pullman, che dista solo 5 minuti a piedi dal riad, e ci hanno accolti con una cena deliziosa senza che ne avessimo fatto richiesta. Abbiamo potuto lasciare le nostre valigie durante il giorno senza alcun problema e ogni volta ci hanno offerto un tè caldo delizioso. La colazione, tipica e squisita, è stata il modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata.

Die Besitzer sind überaus freundlich und fürsorglich. Das Frühstück war gut und im Haus kann auf Wunsch auch das Abendessen eingenommen werden. Der Transport vom Flughafen hat nach Kontaktaufnahme über WhatsApp gut geklappt. Das Haus liegt in fussläufiger Entfernung einer Busstation. Busse von Supratours starten an einer anderen Station, welche mit einem Taxi nach ca 10 Min. erreichbar ist. Vielen Dank an Cherif und sein Team

I could check in earlier and it was a very warm welcome. The host gave me great advices for my stay and the riad is so central that you can do everything by feet. No need for taxi! The breakfast was great with tea, coffee, juice, bread, pancakes and so on! I spend the night at the rooftop which is so beautiful with the plants and the lights!

Leur employée "Sahra" adorable, toujours disponible et cela à n'importe quelle heure de la journée, souriante, discrète et très professionnelle. Une chose est sure, à notre prochain trip vers Marrakech, on fera en sorte d'y repasser quelques jours chez eux. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Etablissement très calme, même la nuit. Pourtant, en plein cœur de la Médina. Une très bonne adresse que je recommande fortement. Les repas sont excellents et typique avec petit fond de musique locale, très agréable, vraiment parfait. The riad is colourful, decorated with many rugs and has a beautiful terrace. The room was tiny but really clean and comfortable, with a view of the central courtyard. Мой номер был для меня маловат и мне не хватало света в комнате. Однако, душевная атмосфера этого риада настолько мне понравилась, что захотелось остаться ещё на одну ночь, но в риаде все номера уже были забронированы. Если нужен обед, ужин, то у хозяев риада есть меню, по которому можно заказать еду. Другие гости риада, сказали, что еда вкусная, у меня не было времени самой в этом убедиться. Но от печенья, которое печет жена Cherif'а, я была в восторге.

Cons: Estuvo todo genial, únicamente tener en cuenta que aunque está en la Medina, está justo en el límite, por lo que hasta el centro, es decir la plaza, tardas unos 25 min andando, pero a través del zoco por lo que se hace ameno y quizás tardas más si haces paradas. Esto depende de gustos. De resto, el barrio es tranquilo, nosotros viajamos en familia con un niño y no tuvimos ningún problema. Ves la parte más auténtica de la ciudad también.

Hôtes accueillants, gentils et généreux. La clim dans la chambre nous a bien sauvé de la chaleur de Marrakech. L’établissement est magnifique avec une terrasse dans l’ambiance Jardin de Majorelle. Merci encore pour cette nuit, nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir.

Una experiencia inolvidable. Gracias a Cherif y Hind nos sentimos como en casa, recibiéndonos con una sopa, té y pastas. Cada vez que nos veían por la sala nos ofrecían té, bellísimas personas. Sin duda lo mejor de la estancia. Cenamos allí varios días (a buen precio) y la comida casera riquísima. Aire acondicionado en la habitación, el agua de la ducha se regulaba mejor que el de mi casa jaja, después de recorrer las ajetreadas calles de Marrakech, sentarte en el riad a tomar un té con la fuente y los pájaros relajaba el cuerpo y la mente. Nos imprimieron los embarques, nos ayudaron a conseguir un buen cambio (mejor que en el hotel Ali a donde mandan en todos los blogs), la sim y mucho más. Cualquier persona que disfrute el trato cercano, y la hospitalidad, va a sentirse muy bien aquí :) Un beso grande de parte de Angel, Elena y Diana :).

Beautiful property, really loved the vibe and especially the rooftop! We only stayed one night but sherif and his wife were so friendly and helpful, I would definitely come back on my next visit to Marrakech! We were even offered homemade soup which sadly we didn’t get to try as we were out late watching the Euros final but we really appreciated the gesture.

The Riad Cherif was like staying in a family house, very cosy and very pretty, with a staff that always like to take care of theirs guests, with a lot of attention. If you need something, Cherif, Hinad or Fatima will take care of you. Bedroom and all the installations were very clean. The dinner (the vegetable tajine) was one of the most delicious food we have ever tried in Marrakech, with all the vegetables being bio and the breakfast was very good every day. So, if you want to go to Marrakech and like to stay in a very cosy, familiar, simple and with a surprisingly price/ quality ratio, Riad Cherif is for you!

cherif et sa femme sont des hôtes exceptionnelles. L'accueil était vraiment incroyable j'ai voyagé avec mes filles ado nous nous sommes senti toutes les trois comme à la maison. La situation géographique est au top a 10 mns de la medina et Cherif est un hôte dévoué toujours aux petits soins. Pour les personnes qui veulent une visite du vrai Marrakech je n ai pas trouvé mieux ,et après le tumulte de la medina il est bon de rentrer dans cet havre de paix où il y possibilité d'avoir des moments de solitude comme sur la terrasse qui est propice à la lecture avec un thé maison concocté par cherif sans même en faire la demande. Vraiment merci beaucoup pour ce moment

Un très bel accueil nous a été réservé alors que nous avions effectué une réservation de dernières minutes, accueilli avec un merveilleux thé accompagné de biscuits, ce fut court mais très appréciable! La terrazza e il cortile del riad molto belli. La posizione è un buon compromesso per avere parcheggio fuori della medica ed essere a 15 minuti dal centro. I proprietari molto accoglienti. La signora ci ha anche offerto una tipica zuppa marocchina per cena. La colazione era buona e tipica (il caffè marocchino uno dei migliori bevuti). Per la mattina della partenza invece ci hanno preparato una comoda colazione take away. La camera aveva l'aria condizionata. Il bagno forse un po' piccolo ma in linea con le dimensioni della stanza. Tutto pulito.
Cons: La stanza era piccola per due persone (ma le dimensioni erano scritte nella descrizione e sembrano tipiche dei riad più piccoli).

L'accueil de Chérif et sa femme est particulièrement agréable, ils prennent le temps et sont aux petits soin. Ils sont flexibles sur les horaires de petit déjeuner. Le toit terrasse est super, très agréable pour un coucher de soleil sur le marché extérieur ! En 10 min à pied on atteind les premiers commerces des souks.

Quelques mots sur cette super adresse qu'est le riad Chérif ! Nous avons été accueillies (mamie, maman et fille) avec beaucoup de gentillesse et chouchoutées pendant 5 jours avec du thé, des crêpes et d'autres gourmandises toutes meilleures les unes que les autres. Le lieu a du caractère et du charme, la maison est décorée avec goût dans un style traditionnel qui vous met tout de suite dans l'ambiance de la médina. On est situé à une dizaine de minutes à pied du souk et 15' de la maison Majorelle. Le riad est un havre de paix au cœur de l'agitation de la ville. N'hésitez pas à commander un tajine, à demander des conseils pour vos visites ou demander un taxi, vos hôtes auront réponse à tout ! Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette maison d'hôtes :-)

Il riad dista circa 1,5km a piedi dalla piazza centrale e ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il personale del riad è gentilissimo, disponibile e cordiale. La terrazza è ben curata e pulita, è un posto perfetto per bere un ottimo tè e mangiare qualche biscotto. La colazione è buona e le stanze del riad sono carine. Forniscono servizi come lavanderia e cena nel raid (basta accordarsi in anticipo). Lo consiglio sicuramente per un viaggio tra amici e penso vada bene anche per un viaggio di coppia.

El Riad es precioso, con una decoración tradicional muy bonita, plantas, todo muy cuidado. Una terraza en la azotea muy bonita y aireada. Desayuno muy rico y el personal muy atento y amable. Buen wifi, es como un oasis en el caos de la ciudad. Está ubicado en un barrio poco turístico y eso permite una experiencia más real de la vida cotidiana en Marrakech. Aire acondicionado y baño bien de tamaño. Camas muy cómodas!.
Cons: El Riad no está señalizado, es al final de una calle, al lado de un edificio en ruinas, no hay ningún letrero por lo que o te lo indica alguien, o no sabes que estás delante de la puerta del Riad. Al no estar en un barrio turístico, por las noches tiene el inconveniente de que la calle se percibe un poco insegura, pero desconozco si es así. Si se va a comer o cenar es conveniente preguntar por los precios para comparar y evitar sustos.

Lo que más me gustó es la tranquilidad que se respira dentro del Riad y el habiente fresco y limpio tanto que cuando sales a la calle te sorprende que en la calle hace mucho calor. Además Cherif y su mujer junto con todo el personal son muy simpáticos y siempre te ayudan en todo. Fueron muy amables con nosotros y nos mandaron un taxi al aeropuerto porque nuestro vuelo llegó super tarde. Hemos ido para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hijo y fue excepcional. Muy buena experiencia

Riad Cherif es la mejor opción para dormir en Marrakech. La hospitalidad y amabilidad de los amos del local, sumado al encanto del lugar, hacen que sea un sitio genial para hospedarse. Las habitaciones son adecuadas para dos personas y muy cómodas. El Riad, además, está muy bien ubicado cerca de la plaza central, pero alejado del ambiente de noche. Los amos del Riad son muy amables y se adaptan a tus necesidades. Un día nos preparó el almuerzo para llevar, y el día que nos fuimos, nos guardó el equipaje todo el día sin coste alguno.

Il n'y a pas de mots pour décrire la chaleur et la bienveillance de chérif, hinde et soukaina lors de notre séjour chez eux. Toujours une attention envers nous des premières secondes au riad jusqu'aux dernières. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Du partage, des échanges, de la délicatesse et une vraie volonté de rencontrer leurs hôtes. Ils font vraiment partis de notre voyage ! Nous avons adoré le chant des canaris au réveil, du petit déjeuner copieux fait maison , des plats de hinde, des petites musiques douces que shérif nous diffusait en nous préparant le thé. La terrasse à l'étage est très agréable aussi. Ce riad est un Havre de paix que nous recommandons fortement. Merci à eux.

Everything! From the airport pick up to arriving at the destination, everything was beautifully welcoming and comfortable. The staff are incredible and happy, all so giving and providing, it allowed for such a happy and warm stay. The atmosphere of the Riad is GORGEOUS and very authentic. Definitely the most Moroccan style place we stayed at with beautiful inside and outside areas, decor and gorgeous local food. I couldn't recommend a stay more highly

La struttura è molto caratteristica, pulita e ben organizzata. Cherif e la sua famiglia sono delle persone fantastiche e veramente gentili. Come ci ha detto Cherif al nostro arrivo è stato come stare a casa nostra. Ci ha accolti con gentilezza e con il thè marocchino. La colazione è ottima, tradizionale e cucinata calda per te al momento. La camera era ben organizzata, con teli coperte pulite e shampoo. Il riad è anche dotato di una terrazza molto carina dove puoi sederti e rilassarti. Noi avevamo prenotato solo per l’ultima notte in questo riad, ma ci hanno fatto lasciare i nostri bagagli per l’intera giornata successiva nel riad pur non avendo la prenotazione perché avevamo il transfer per l’aeroporto all’1 di notte. Inoltre ci ha fatto aspettare il transfer dentro il riad fino all’1, dandoci il thè è una bella coperta nel caso in cui volessimo andare in terrazza. Per ultima cosa Cherif ci ha preparato la colazione da portarci via per avere qualcosa da mangiare con noi durante il nostro volo. In futuro sicuramente torneremo da cherif e la sua famiglia. Ci hanno veramente lasciato un’ impronta nel nostro cuore con la loro accoglienza, gentilezza e cordialità. Grazie per questo soggiorno e soprattutto per questa esperienza!

Hind et Cherif sont des personnes extrêmement accueillantes, bienveillantes et de bons conseils. J'ai séjourné 7 nuits au Riad avec mon garçon de 10 ans. Notre séjour était formidable! Mon garçon a beaucoup aimé. Un Riad est très joli, à la décoration soignée. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Le Riad est très bien situé, au calme, à proximité du jardin Majorelle et à 15 minutes à pied de a place Femaa El Fna. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain. Je recommande vivement le Riad Cherif :-)

Le calme, le professionnalisme du couple de propriétaires. Leur gentillesse et l’accueil que j’ai reçu ! Les repas fait maison sont excellents surtout le petit déjeuner. Merci beaucoup

Cons: Les petits déjeuner sont servis qu a partir de 9 h c est dommage qu ils ne soient pas servi plus tôt malgré tout le personnel fait de sont mieux pour préparer quelque chose plus tôt pour nous faire plaisir mais le petit déjeuner n est pas varié c est tout les jours la même chose dommage qu il n y est pas de fruits ou de beurre et sucre merci pour votre dévouement bien cordialement Johan laure et David

A aimé · Totalement conquis par l’accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Hind et Cherif. Un lieu authentique et mémorable. Le Riad est très bien placé. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux. L’ambiance est douce au Riad Chérif. 4 nuits et 2 chambres : lieu et hôtes coup de cœur pour nous 4. Maman solo, 2 ados + une senior, nous recommandons !

Parfait séjour chez Riad Cherif, proche de jamaa fna, cadre marocain authentique magnifique + Mr cherif et sa femme hind prennent soin de chaque personne chez eux. Petit déjeuner varié + vous pouvez demander d’autres repas ils vous les prépare. Merci

Très bon accueil, on se sent comme à la maison chez Sharif et Ayam... ils sont secondés par Khadija qui est formidable et toujours là pour rendre service ... Ayam est une excellente cuisinière et toujours très à l'écoute de ses clients... Sharif et Ayam sont très généreux, chez eux le thé à la menthe est gratuit à tout moment de la journée, et la soupe ou le dessert vous sont offerts chaque jour ! Nous reviendrons sans souci au Riad Chérif, bravo à toute l'équipe !
Cons: Quelques odeurs d'égouts un peu désagréables... mais je pense que c'est un problème général à Marrakech car souvent dans les rues il y avait des relents d'égouts... Lit une personne un peu petit pour un adulte (largeur 80) dans la chambre triple.

Il posto è bellissimo, tipico riad, super colorato. Sono stati tutti estremamente disponibili e punto plus per la colazione, davvero super!
Cons: All'inizio non abbiamo trovato subito la struttura ma per fortuna abbiamo incontrato qualcuno che poi ce l'ha indicata.
