The staff at almisk are incredibly kind and attentive. Their genuine warmth and hospitality was the best we experienced during our entire stay in Morocco. Abdulsalam and Yusuf especially, are wonderful and went out of there way to make us feel at home. The riad itself is beautiful, with a stunning rooftop and delicious breakfasts. The location is ideal: tucked away from the busiest parts of the Medina so you get peace and quiet, but still close enough to walk to everything. If you want to experience authentic Moroccan hospitality in a beautiful setting, this is the place.

A localização é excelente — perto dos principais pontos da Medina, mas num cantinho tranquilo que permite descansar em paz depois de um dia agitado. O espaço é lindíssimo, decorado com muito bom gosto e cheio de detalhes típicos marroquinos que tornam a experiência autêntica. O quarto era confortável, limpo e muito acolhedor, e o pátio interior e o terraço são simplesmente encantadores — perfeitos para relaxar. O pequeno-almoço, foi delicioso e variado, sempre fresco e servido com um sorriso. Mas o que realmente faz a diferença é a hospitalidade. Toda a equipa foi extremamente simpática, atenciosa e prestável — sempre pronta para ajudar com dicas, reservas e até recomendações locais. Sentimo-nos realmente em casa! Recomendo o Riad Almisk sem hesitar. Um verdadeiro refúgio no coração de Marrakech.

Fabulous place, staff amazing; riad is beautiful. Much better to stay in the Kasbah rather than the Medina...it's quieter, but only a short walk to the square. Spa was great too. Can't recommend this place enough. It was very warm in winter also.

The staff here are great. There is nothing too much trouble. Breakfast is typical moroccan which set us up for our daily cycling trips. The Riad is right in the heart of all the hustle and bustle of Kasbah and a perfectly located for Medina and the Souks.

Das orientalische Flair, Zimmer, Innenhof und das sehr freundliche Personal haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Sogar weihnachtliche Deko schmückt den Innenhof.

Le riad est joliment décoré et propre, le lit est confortable, la situation, bien qu'excentrée, est dans une rue avec des points de restauration à tous les prix donc c'est utile ! Mention spéciale à Hasna qui s'est parfaitement occupée de moi pendant le hammam et le massage, elle est adorable et met du cœur dans son travail.
Cons: Déçue car au moment du choix de riad, j'ai portée une attention particulière à la décoration de chambre et j'hésitais entre une vue sur le site de ce riad et une autre dans un autre riad. J'ai contacté le riad au moment de la réservation, demandant si je pouvais avoir la chambre al zahr. On m'a confirmé par écrit que cette chambre l'était réservée. Surprise en arrivant, on me donne une autre chambre, qui me plait beaucoup moins, située dans un couloir et non sur le joli patio... Autre déception, le premier soir, épuisés du voyage, on monte au restaurant, où on nous indique qu'il n'est ouvert que sur réservation et que le bar ferme à 19h... cela ne nous a jamais été mentionné. Pas grave on sort manger dehors. Le lendemain, on rentre se reposer au riad et on monte au bar sur la terrasse à 16h espérant boire un thé à la menthe. On en est repartis à 16h45 sans avoir vu personne ! Donc en fait le bar est aussi fermé la journée... Nous y avons donc seulement pris le petit déjeuner, qui est bon, et m'a suffit en termes de quantité car je mange peu, mais c'est quand même différent de ce que l'on peut voir sur les photos booking ! Bien moins copieux et varié. Enfin et c'est dommage, nous avons privilégié un riad à un hotel afin de profiter de l'hospitalité marocaine, mais au final, mis à part le personnel de la réception, nous avons seulement vu le personnel du petit déjeuner et qui ne parle pas du tout français, donc aucune interaction en tout cas pas plus que dans un hotel. Derniere remarque, pour le personnel cette fois : ne voulant pas boire l'eau courante, nous avions acheté des bouteilles pour boire la nuit. 1 grande bouteille d'eau et 1 bouteille d'ice tea. Laissées sur la table de chevet, un peu entamées, surprise en rentrant le soir, les bouteilles ont disparu, jetées par les femmes de ménage. Des bouteilles payées pour rien et donc obligés de ressortir en acheter dans la rue...

We stayed at this Riad in Marrakech and booked two double rooms. Both rooms were clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The housekeeper was wonderfully friendly, and the reception staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive throughout our stay. They helped with directions, recommendations, and anything we needed, always with a smile. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the centre of Marrakech, making it perfect for exploring the city. Overall, it’s great value for money, and we’ll definitely stay here again!

El Riad es recomendable 100%, es un pequeño oasis, está limpio, es precioso y te tratan como si estuvieras en casa.... Nosotros nos llevamos un amigo... Youssef, parte del personal, es un chico amable, simpático nos dió consejos, estuvo pendiente de nosotros, de que estaríamos bien! Desde aquí gracias a Youssef por todo!! También cenamos un par de días, y la comida está deliciosa y el desayuno está muy bueno y completo...(Tortilla, zumo, yogurt, mini macedonia, las típicas tortitas, bizcocho....) Nuestra habitación era tal cual a la foto, espaciosa, limpia, la cama comodísima, tenía aire acondicionado.... La piscina de la azotea no es muy grande pero suficiente para refrescarse, y el espacio donde está de orado con gusto, limpio .... Yo no dudaría en alojarme aquí, si volveríamos, nosotros no lo dudamos volverías aquí Gracias por todo!

Loved that transportation could pull right up to the front door. Not all Riads in the Medina have this and it can be a real problem navigating the Medina with luggage. The Riad rooms, the bed and linens are very comfortable. The team went out of their way to be very helpful such as helping to make reservations, arrange private drivers/trips and meeting needs within the Riad. (Abdo, Zachariah, Yusef, Eslam (spelling??) were all very kind and helpful.
Cons: Loved to sit upstairs on the terrace at night. In the covered area it would be really nice to have a ceiling fan to create a nice breeze. Not a complaint, just a nice to have.

Amazing Riad.. great location, near the airport, easy taxi transfer to the door. We received a warm welcome on arrival, which set the tone for our stay. The staff are warm, friendly, and helpful and went over and beyond during our stayl. Reception staff : Aissam, Abdefrahum & Imone who were on hand to offer food recommendations, best places to visit. Hotel staff: Yousauf, Zakaria & Abdofsofam took care of us during the amazing breakfast service and were very attentive throughout our stay. The roof terrace with pool was a great space to relax and spend some time after a day out in the sun. The unlimited Morrocan tea was a welcomed surprise. The rooms are well proportioned and cool with a comfortable bed. Air-conditioning was a welcome option. I would recommend this Riad if looking accommodation in Marrachech. Thank you to all the team.

Le Riad est très beau, le personnel est aidant et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Le Spa est un vrai plus avec Hazna qui gère le hammam. La localisation est superbe et proche de beaucoup de monuments historiques auxquels on peut accéder à pied.
Cons: L'établissement est plutôt sonore donc on entend beaucoup les autres clients. La règle de l'absence de bruit après 22h n'est pas respectée par tout le monde et cela est bien dommage. Le site ne mentionnait pas non plus que le restaurant n'était pas encore ouvert lors de notre séjour.

Good location, central. Easy to find. Taxi can drop right outside. Beds were comfortable. Shower had a good water pressure and was hot. Air con worked a treat in 40C weather. Would have like to use the spa - didn’t get a chance on this occasion. FYI the rooms are not soundproof. The staff were really helpful and kind! Would have liked if Msemmen was a part of the standard breakfast option. It was really nice otherwise, but not a typical continental breakfast if that’s what you’re expecting.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce Riad, qui est absolument magnifique. Le petit déjeuner proposé quotidiennement était très bon. Ma femme a testé le hammam qui lui a beaucoup plu. Le personnel est absolument adorable. La localisation est idéale, très proche de la place Jama El Fna (10 minutes à pied). Nous recommandons vivement de séjourner dans ce Riad !!!

Cons: Our transfer from the airport to the Riad had not been arranged despite our request. Breakfast was good but service was very slow and eventually we had to leave before all food was served (as we had a transfer booked for 10am). There were also a lot of bees in the rooftop. We visited many different rooftops during our stay and we did not see bees in other places.

Everything was truly wonderful To go in order :) 1. Our room has good size and well-designed. We felt very comfortable. 2. The overall design of the hotel/riad, with its inner courtyard, is beautiful - it gives the feeling of a small palace. The rooftop terrace was also amazing even if we didnt have enough time to fully enjoy it. 3. The staff, of course, were very kind and helpful. 4. Additionally, we purchased the hammam/spa service. It was a perfect way to end the Marrakech trip :)

The interior design is stunning, room was comfy, and location was easy to get to. The Hammam treatment was lovely, I think booking it in combination with a massage would be just perfect. They also prepared our breakfast take away, as we had to leave early.
Cons: They didn’t seem to know/remember that my friend was lactose free at our first breakfast, even though I have mentioned it before we arrived.

The Riad its very beautiful with nice decoration and diverse spaces. The terrace is very relaxing and the small swimming pool is a bonus. Location is 15-20min walking from central square, but on the positive side is very easy to reach by car without carrying the luggage's in small alleys.

The staff at the Riad Almisk made our experience a very happy one.. even with communication difficulties they went out of their way to meet all our needs.. smiles and greetings every morning, helping with advice and information on the souks and getting around Marrakesh.10/10! The Riad itself is lovely, it's not huge but has everything you need. The only slight downside is that the pool is really a plunge pool, not for swimming.

The staff are the foundation of this place! Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming, I cannot even describe how hospitable they were. I remember multiple people telling me that the Riad / Morocco should be like my home, which made me feel so safe and happy. The breakfast was really tasty, and it combined some typical breakfast dishes with Moroccan classics. The riad was really pretty (loved the rose petals!) and our room was well equipped with a comfortable large bed and clean bathroom. The location was also truly excellent and allowed for convenient exploration of Marrakech.
Cons: It would have been convenient to have a small fridge in the room in order to store water or food. The price is a bit on the higher end but if you are willing to spend a bit for a great experience then it is worth it.

I travelled to Morocco to propose to my girlfriend and stayed at Riad Almisk to explore Marrakech prior to the proposal. The Riad is beautiful, spacious and smells amazing without fail every day. The staff always go above and beyond to help with everything you ask and never make it seem like it is a bother to do so. I want to thank everyone, Karim, Abderrahim, Imane, Mustapha, Fatima and everyone else working behind the scenes for making this such a wonderful and memorable visit. The Riad itself is located in a perfect location to walk to most places of interest in within 5-30 minutes. The roof is a stunning place to have breakfast in the mornings in the early sun and has a wonderful lounging area and swimming pool. I would definitely visit again if I can. Wonderful place, wonderful people.

One of the most best places I have ever stayed, EVER! Riad Almisk is absolutely wonderful, the photos online don’t show how beautiful this riad is, the attention to detail is incredible in every room. It is so elegant and peaceful. The ceilings are stunning - they rival the ceilings at El Bahia palace! The two big courtyard rooms are beautiful, the beds comfortable and the rooms are quiet, every design element is so well planned. The staff are the one of the best parts about staying here, each member of staff is so kind and considerate - it is their energy that makes this riad such a special and happy place to stay. We really want to thank everyone for making our stay so enjoyable and we will remember your kindness. 🙏🏼 The location is great, the medina and all attractions are easy to get to on foot or by taxi. The airport transfer and all communication with the team has been fantastic. The riad is clean, safe, and the surrounding area is relaxed. Breakfast is lovely. Riad was okay, hotel staff was helpful, kind, their hospitality were excellent. Location was good, but because the neighborhood was under construction, was a bit uncomfortable to walk by, but was ok. Airport transfer was great, was a bit overpriced, but absolutely comfortable.
Cons: WiFi was poor, always lost the signal, was impossible to watch anything, be ready for that. Crowded places inside the riad, but was not that bad. The tiny so called ''pool'' was useless with its ice cold water. AC heater was noisy and useless, didn't work properly. Place is a bit overrated.

Location is great.. the car stops at the door .. fairly new.. very clean.. great facilities .. I know Marrakech is known for its hospitable people, but I think Mustapha is the greatest hospitable person I have seen.. all staff were really awesome
Cons: AC heater doesn’t work properly so the room was really cold.. food quality wasn’t great.. ingredients aren’t good .. was expecting local honey and jams.. but they are imported cheap ones.. they don’t have iron tables

The staff was beyond accommodating! Yasin, Abdo and Moufassa were the main staff members we interacted with and they were extremely welcoming and always made sure everything was taken care of. They were very engaging with my kids and that helped us relax. The rooms were beyond beautiful and the location was a short walk from all the main things to do. The breakfast that was included in the stay was delicious and Yasin even brought it to our room, one day when the kids wanted to sleep in.
Cons: The shop keepers outside the hotel were alittle pushy but that had nothing to do with the actual Riad. Make sure to communicate with the people working in the spa. The spa was great but the stone table did get uncomfortably hot for my taste. She did a great job trying to work with me and my broken French.

This riad is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. Each one is a little different, which adds to the charm. The breakfasts were delicious and ample and included a variety of cakes, breads, fruits and an omelette. We spent the afternoons on the rooftop by the pool, a very relaxing spot to end the day. I also treated myself to a hammam experience, complete with massage, which was icing on the cake. The best part of my stay was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! I would definitely stay here again!

It’s absolutely stunning Riad! So many beautiful details. Clean and comfortable. Star of Riad was staff. Even though everything was amazing, staff was on another level. From receptionists who were so lovely and helpful ,to cook who made delicious food every morning ,cleaning ladies who did such an amazing job sorting our room every day (big thanks for that) to ladies who did our facial and hammam (can’t wait to do that again) and last but not least guys who brought our breakfast every morning and made sure we had everything each day. We are grateful to all of you for your treatment. You made us so welcome ,heard and seen. We felt like home. Big Thx!
Cons: Only thing I maybe wish was bit different was a mattress. It was one of those hard once and I prefer medium.

I don’t even know where to start to describe this amazing place!!! From the moment we walked into the Riad, it was walking into a place of complete serenity; Everything was beautifully decorated, spotless and clean, inviting and smelled amazing! The hospitality of the staff is amazing! They work so hard and stop at nothing to make you feel welcome and at home. We booked a hammam and spa package and it was blissful! The spa is clean, smelled amazing and we were very comfortable. We had a couples package. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the rooftop is beautiful and inviting, the pool amazing and always a good temperature, lots of places to lounge and relax both inside and out. Great water pressure, hot water was great. Flower petals on the bed, flowers in vases in the bathroom and bedroom and lots of small attention to detail that just shows they go the extra mile here and care. The detail and work they put into this place is evident. This was our absolute favorite accommodation in Marrakech and we stayed in 5 different accommodations. I would stay here again if I ever return and I will recommend this to all my family and friends. I truly cannot say enough good things about this place!

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Mustafa told us that it was our home now in Marrakech and we loved it so much we came back after 2 days! It felt very safe and quiet after the exuberance of the City. Excellent tea! The shower and pool were lovely!

The staff were super friendly, super helpful and always cheerful. Coffee and mint tea are complimentary, and can be delivered to your room - we had mint tea delivered after every outing. The room exceeded our expectations - very comfortable, great bathroom. Oh, and the yogurt at breakfast was delicious! We'd stay here again.
Cons: We like it all, so this is a difficult question. In terms of what could be improved, the breakfast is a bit "carby" - breads, cakes, pancakes. Other than the omelette, or optional eggs.

Staff was exceptional, as a solo female traveler I always am very cautious but they were attentive, knowledgeable, and very professional. Rooms was very updated and well put together. Also had an amazing spa experience during my stay! Should check it out as well.

Moustafa, the only staff member that was extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole stay
Cons: The overall security of the hotel was terrible. We got robbed by one of the workers from inside our room and the hotel refused to compensate us for the stolen jewelry and dealt with the situation quite defensively! Once we noticed the stolen necklace, we immediately informed the hotel and called the police. During the investigation, it was made clear that the room did not have a CCTV camera in the corridor leading to the room and not all available cameras were operational at all times. We then were informed that the suspect has a criminal record which made us extra worried about the hotel security where they lack making the needed background checks prior to hiring. When we tried using the safety box, it was not working well, so we called one of the staff and we were informed by him that “it was not plugged in”!!! We are extremely disappointed in how the hotel dealt with the situation and would strongly advise others to steer clear of the hotel for their own SAFETY & SECURITY, that the hotel clearly lacks!

The architecture and design of the riad are absolutely stunning. A true authentic Moroccan experience with great attention to detail such as mosaic tiles, a fountain, hammam, tea room and rooftop pool. The roof terrace is charming and the property is located right in the heart of Marrakech. The breakfast was abundant and extremely tasty, best yoghurt we've ever had! Our rooms were stunning and clean. But what truly makes this hotel so special are the people. The staff here are incredible. The hospitality was on another level. Ismail, Mustafah and the rest of the team were incredibly kind and helpful, always happy to help with a smile on their face. You can really see the passion they have for their work. They made us feel like the only guests at the hotel and truly made our stay seamless. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we returned to Marrakech.
Cons: No dislikes, but if we had to choose one thing just more lighting in the bathroom.

I was really glad we chose to stay at Riad Al- misk during our time in Marrakesh. The breath takingly beautiful decor, the impeccable service and hospitality definitely exceeded our expectations. Ismael, Jemal and Mustafa make you feel at home, they are definitely the best asset of Riad Almisk. The Riad has recently had a renovation and opened its doors but nonetheless the service matches big names in hospitality. When we arrived, our room had been upgraded as they had availability which was highly appreciated, we loved staying at the suite. All the rooms are beautifully put together and the cleanliness is 10/10. Ismael helped us with an itinerary for our stay Morroco and recommended things to do and see whilst in Marrakesh which was really helpful. The breakfast was amazing, freshly prepared and served on the rooftop terrace, another amazing feature of this Riad. We want to thank you again for the hospitality, we will definitely staying with you again when we visit Marrakesh in the future and will definitely recommend to family and friends and anyone reading this- book your stay!
