Cons: It was very difficult to get a taxi to the airport. If you need a taxi you should book it it advance. Food in the resturant a bit bland and hotel like. As with most hotels its alcohol free

L’hôtel est calme propre, spacieux et parfaitement adapté pour un séjour en famille. Le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment raisonnable. Je recommande cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation. Un grand merci en particulier à M. Missam pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, ainsi qu’à Mme Hanane, la femme de ménage, pour son travail irréprochable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les différents espaces de loisirs mis à disposition : les terrains de football et de tennis, l’espace golf, ainsi que l’environnement global du site, agréable et bien entretenu.

Tijdens mijn verblijf in het hotel heb ik een gemengde ervaring gehad. De vrouwelijke manager en het vrouwelijke personeel waren voortreffelijk: professioneel, vriendelijk en uiterst behulpzaam. Zij zorgden ervoor dat ik me welkom en goed verzorgd voelde. Helaas was mijn ervaring met het mannelijke personeel minder positief. In vergelijking met hun collega’s kwamen zij minder professioneel over, wat soms ten koste ging van de service en algemene beleving. Al met al was het verblijf aangenaam dankzij de inzet van het vrouwelijke team, maar er is zeker ruimte voor verbetering wat betreft het functioneren van het mannelijke personeel.

Cons: I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very negative experience. On my first night, someone tried to open my door in the morning, which was incredibly unsettling. To make matters worse, I found a cockroach in my room Additionally , sheets were dirty,the staff were unhelpful I expected much better for the price I paid.

Nice swimming pool and spa with professional massage
Cons: Lady at reception desk was constantly rude ignorant laughing - everything was answered with I don’t know, no proper customer service skills from her and continued to be rude daily. WiFi very bad, rooms in bad need of refurbishment bathrooms dirty , no daily towel or toiletries given . Slow service from restraunt and food here made me sick for two days

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. especially Bouchra from the reception who went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Marrakech and looking for the Marrakechi spirit.

Not much, but still: * The front desk employees (reception) try to do their job well. However, company rules and superiors seem to give them a hard time in providing service to the guests. * The bedsheets were clean and the bed slept well.
Cons: Don't go here! Be careful! * At booking.com you book with breakfast included. Later at the hotel they say breakfast is not included. * They do not allow you to stay OR they force you to book an extra room if your travel partner does not have a European passport. Technically, moroccan rules do not allow someone with a Moroccan passport to stay in the same room when travel / business partners are not married. THIS IS NOT STATED ON BOOKING, SO DO NOT BELIEVE IT. We spent a whole day and evening arguing, travelling to pick up the second passport, calling booking.com etc. * The pool is under construction so it cannot be used and the view is not as stated (i.e. construction fences) * The food (beef tajine) was overcooked, so we could not eat it with bread and our hands. * The prices on the menu differ from the prices charged. THIS IS NOT ALLOWED! * Used soap was found on the floor of the bathroom when entering the room; bathroom showed signs of previous use. Bad experience; will never go here again. I'm sorry.

The place weas peacful and quiet. They had alot of swimming pools of different sections which were nice. Some of the staff were really nice and made you feel welcome. They managed to change our room as the telephone line was completely dead.
Cons: Some of the staff attitude has to change, its like askijg them questions or for help about a taxi is a burdern. I udnerstand arabic and french is the main 2 languages, but in any hotel where tourists are you need staff to be speaking english as well. The room never had an iron or kettle basic kind of things like these. The pictures you see of the room are way different in real life.
