Cons: Stanza un po’ fredda e soprattutto il bagno: la vasca molto bella ma sarebbe stata più comoda la doccia vista la temperatura.

Ajoub and his team! Ajoub was really sincere and helpfull, to make our stay as pleasant as possible! He give tailormade advice, e.g. For restaurants. He choose to share his best options in stead of the mandatory, expensive ones he had to advice. When we come home at the riad on the end of the day, he always gave us a warm welcome: asking us where we went etc. And cook (breakfast!) and cleaning did a great job too: Thank you so much!

Ficar neste Riad transformou completamente a minha experiência em Marrakesh. É um verdadeiro refúgio no meio do caos vibrante da medina. Um espaço autêntico, que preserva a arquitetura e os detalhes tradicionais com muito cuidado. O acesso ao Riad é uma experiência em si, no meio da confusão das souks, pode ser difícil de não perceber qual a rua onde se tem de virar, é quase como entrar por uma porta secreta, porque a rua é como se fosse no meio de uma ‘loja’. Os quartos são limpos, confortáveis e bem equipados. Tivemos uma estadia sem qualquer problema, o ar condicionado funcionava na perfeição, o chuveiro tinha pressão média e água quente (apesar de saber melhor a água fria), as camas eram muito confortáveis e o quarto espaçoso. O pequeno-almoço era delicioso, com produtos frescos e sabores locais. A piscina tinha uma temperatura perfeita e tornou-se o nosso lugar favorito para relaxar depois de longos passeios sob o sol abrasador. O que mais me marcou foi o silêncio e a paz que se sentem assim que se entra no Riad, é impossível ficar indiferente e como é possível desconectar e verdadeiramente descansar. E claro, não posso deixar de mencionar o Ayoub, a alma deste lugar. Desde o primeiro momento, acolheu-nos como se fôssemos velhos amigos, com uma hospitalidade genuína e uma gentileza infindável. Fez com que nos sentíssemos em casa num lugar tão diferente da nossa casa. Está sempre disponível para ajudar e as suas dicas são as embatíeis e essenciais. Fizemos um amigo, não tenho dúvidas disso. Recomendo este Riad de coração cheio, não só como alojamento, mas como parte essencial da experiência de Marrakesh. Voltaria sem hesitar.

Riad Malida was in a very central, but quiet location in the medina. We felt safe and relaxed at all times. Ayoub, the host was very friendly and helpful, and made our stay so much better. Breakfast was also good, and the riad was very clean and tidy.

We only stayed for one night, the host was very nice in accommodating our check in time as we were coming back late from a tour. He was very nice and gave us his phone number if we needed anything. The room had A/C and was spacious. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: The only thing is the shower. It didn’t have a door, causing the water to splash on the bathroom floor getting it completely soaked.

È stato pronto ad aiutarci in qualunque cosa, anche mentre eravamo in giro è bastato mandargli un messaggio whatsapp per avere informazioni dettagliate su qualunque cosa ed esaudire ogni nostro desiderio! La posizione del Riad è ottima, a 3 Min a piedi dai souk e a 5 Min dalla piazza Jemaa El Fna. La colazione preparata al momento era ottima e molto abbondante. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole.

The staff, particularly Ayoub were fantastic. Super helpful and made the stay memorable. The road itself is gorgeous and so characterful. It was clean and the breakfast was lovely.
Cons: No heating, but it's a road, so that's expected. The shutters on the windows allow people outside the room to look in - we covered the gaps with a blanket.. Something to resolve that would be good. A shower holder would be nice so you don't have to hold the shower in one hand.

Pleasant and clean riad. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was nice and homemade. We booked the room for 4 nights, which was really spacious for 2 people and a huge bathroom. Ayoub our host was helpful and friendly. The staff was polite and kind. The riad was locked each might at the main door which made it feel safer.
Cons: The two improvements I could think of was that the water pressure was not good in our bath, but this could possibly only be affecting our room, and the shower head holder would be really useful. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay.

Tutto perfetto. Il riad è in una posizione perfetta a 3 minuti dalla piazza principale e da una piccola area taxi molto comoda. 10 minuti dall'aeroporto. La struttura è bellissima e particolare. Colazione classica con leggere differenze ogni giorno il che è ottimo per assaggiare più cose tipiche. La ciliegina sulla torta è in assoluto il carissimo Ayoub! Un ragazzo educato, gentile e sempre a disposizione. Si è preso veramente Cura di noi. Ci ha fornito molte indicazioni oltre a fare personalmente prenotazioni dietro nostra richiesta in vari locali e taxi. Simpatico e soprattutto è stato un Amico. Camere sempre pulite e con tutti i confort necessari. Grazie della magnifica esperienza! Consigliamo assolutamente di scegliere questo riad per una vacanza indimenticabile nella splendida Marrakech ❤️🇲🇦

Tout ! L’emplacement d’abord, le riad est situé à quelques minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el-Fna ce qui le rend super accessible. Ayoub is an exceptionally gifted host who went above and beyond, sharing amazing recommendations for restaurants and hidden gems around the city. He made us feel more like friends than guests. We really enjoyed the rich breakfast and the pool. The location is tricky: it’s really convenient that it’s central but it’s not so quiet especially at the terrace. There’s another Riad right next to it so even if we were alone and didn’t make a sound, they were too loud.
Cons: The room was quite small, not much space for 2 people comparing to the one we stayed. It was quite hot and the fan didn’t do much. Thankfully we decided to open all windows so the air was coming in.

À deux pas de la place Jemaa El Fna et du Palais de la Bahia, il est pourtant très calme (non négligeable après une journée animée) ! Ayoub disponibile, gentile e pronto a dare consigli su cose da visitare e posti dove pranzare/cenare. Sempre reperibile su Whatsapp per ogni tipologia di richiesta.

Everything. What you see in the photos is what you get in real life. It's more beautiful in person, it's clean and Well maintained. When I arrived, i was offered a welcome moroccan Drink with Traditional morrocan sweets. Ayoub and the Lady there were so friendly and professional. The room is ok for me as I am a solo traveller. Just be prepared if you are taller than me then probably you will have a problem sitting in the toilet. It's small but its ok. The Riad is quiet and near to the souks as well as to the nearby tourists go to (walking distance from Jema El Fena, Dar es salam restaurant, Bahia Palace). They offer breakfast differently everyday. It's okayish nothing special. Fresh juice were served as well as coffee and tea. I wish I stayed here longer.

There was a great breakfasts on offer though we usually don’t eat breakfast. The location was great. It was so perfectly quiet at night for sleeping and a cool and calm respite from the busy world outside during the day . The staff went beyond expectations at all times. Ayoub especially was a really fabulous host and made Ellie a home away from home.

Ayoub was so welcoming from the start and made my stay at the riad very comfortable. Breakfast was ready for me every morning as soon as I sat down. Celebrated my birthday alone in Marrakech and Ayoub and the staff made the day special with a little piece of cake. Ayoub even arrange a driver for me to dinner and to the airport the next day; even walking me to the car park. The room itself was perfect and the location was a 5-7 minute walk to the square and in a good location by the souks and plenty of restaurants. The street off the souk towards the riad that you will go down a lot is very crowded with traffic and motorbikes so be careful. Everything was lovely at this riad

Ayoub was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the tourist sites and best places to eat. Top tip would be: contact Ayoub before your trip to organise your airport pickup, and the same on the return. All of the “team” were very friendly and efficient.

O Riad para além de estar muito bem localizado, a cerca de 5 minutos a pé da Praça Jemaa el-Fnaa mas suficientemente afastado para se sentir o sossego necessário a um bom descanso, estava impecavelmente limpo. Aquela piscina fez as nossas delicias nas tardes quentes, proporcionando o merecido descanso depois das longas caminhadas. O Ayoub fez tudo para tornar a nossa estadia perfeita. Sempre atencioso, com excelentes recomendações, atendendo a cada pedido nosso com a maior simpatia e disponibilidade. Não escolheria outro Riad numa volta a Marraquexe.

Adorei a estadia neste riad, simplesmente incrível de lindo! A localização é perfeita, super perto da praça central e rodeado de restaurantes muito bons. O espaço tem uma piscina ótima para relaxar, o que fez toda a diferença. O rapaz que nos recebeu foi super simpático e atencioso, e até guardaram as nossas malas durante todo o dia, já que o nosso voo só era ao final da tarde — um detalhe que mostrou muito cuidado. O pequeno-almoço era delicioso e variado, e o quarto era muito agradável e confortável. Recomendo vivamente!

A beautiful riad in the heart of the medina yet in a peaceful alley way. The host ayoub and the rest of the team make you feel very welcome and are the highlight of our stay. Breakfast is traditional and on the beautiful terrace. The rooms are clean and the riad is well maintained. They helped us in storing our luggage when we had a late flight. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend.

First of all, the host, Ayoub, is very friendly!! This Riad is very quiet and very nice, really special, and the swimming pool gives this charming effect. Rooftop is just something Amazing!! Rooftop of this Riad is higher than others around, therefore don’t spend time looking for a place where to enjoy the sunset, you have it! It’s not to far from the main square, but enough to don’t hear the noise.

Awesome traditional riad in the heart of the medina! It was my husband and I's first time in Marrakech and we would come back to this riad if we're ever there again. I was nervous as we do not speak great french, but one of the hosts Ayoub spoke perfect english, welcomed us, and helped us so much throughout our stay with anything we needed! The riad itself is gorgeous..beautiful tile, wood, stained glass windows...and the location can't be beat (we walked pretty much everywhere.) You can't go wrong by staying here. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this riad! The location is excellent — very central and within easy reach of all major points of interest. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast was absolutely fabulous every morning. Each day brought a different selection, which was a delightful surprise and added to our overall experience. Ayoub took great care of us throughout our stay, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He also recommended places to visit and eat, which was very helpful — although not always the most authentic, so it’s worth exploring a bit on your own as well. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend!

It was the first time we stayed in a Riad. It was a great experience. The hotel was very clean and very nice. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. Especially Ayoup was very helpful to us. The hotel definitely made our vacation in Marrakesh unique. As someone who is extra careful about cleanliness, I must say that I found everything very clean and meticulous. The location of the hotel was great. When we got tired during the day, it was great to come to the hotel and sunbathe on the terrace.
Cons: We actually got cold in the hotel. Although the air conditioner was working and set at 30 degrees, it could not heat the room enough. I think either the room was too big or the air conditioner is not powerful enough.

Ayoub, in particular, looked after us with kindness and friendliness and Malika made delicious breakfasts. Staff who cleaned our room and another girl at reception also deserve praise and thanks but we didn't get their names. Riad is situated in a quiet cul de sac off a busy souk. The merchants around the entrance were friendly and helpful.

Cons: I ordered a car to collect us from the airport which was a complete jalopy, no seat belts, crashed into a stand, and tried to charge us x 5 the previously agreed rate. It cost me half as much to take a comfortable saloon back to the airport, booked via Booking.com. I guess it made for an interesting introduction to Morocco!

Gorgeous, authentic riad with a really pretty courtyard. It was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier or do more for you. Excellent location just 5 mins away from the main square. The traditional Moroccan breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We would stay here again.

Everything was great. The place is beautiful, cozy and clean. The rooms are sufficient, the beds are large and comfortable. Breakfasts are very tasty and varied. On the roof there is a beautiful terrace with an amazing view of the city (also the sunset). The service is extremely polite and helpful. Especially Ayoub, with whom we talked a lot, about everything. He is an extremely friendly, open and helpful man. He speaks excellent English. We became friends, I think. Thanks to him this stay became even more enjoyable. Thank you for everything!
Cons: Guests do not receive a key to the main entrance door. Every time you return, you have to ring the bell. Of course, there was never a problem with opening the door, but for me it is quite inconvenient and I would prefer to have my own key.

It is close to shops, restaurants and sights. The staff are friendly, and the Riad is lovely with authentic Arabic design.
Cons: It is not ideal for people with limited mobility as no mode of transport apart from motorbikes can get to the Riad. Taxis park around 400 m away. There is no bottled water in the room, although they give you one if you ask for it. You have to ask every time. Breakfast was mainly bread and cakes.

Our stay in this Riad was one of the highlights of our stay in Marrakesh. The entire space is absolutely beautiful, clean, aesthetically pleasing and very cosy. It feels like home and in fact, thanks to the wonderful staff - it was our home in Marrakesh (and that is also what we were told by the staff themselves, that it is our home, which was very sweet 🥺). Dris, the man who was the main person working at the reception/ in the Riad during our stay, was very accommodating, helpful and very kind. After we arrived, he offered us tea and snacks, and then came up with a list of places and attractions that we should experience in Morocco. Whenever we had any questions or problems, we would reach out via WhatsApp, even when we were outside the Riad, sightseeing. I cannot recommend this place more, this is one of the true gems that you should definitely book in Marrakesh.

Riad Malida is the perfect place to stay in Marrakech. Our room was beautiful, with a comfy bed, good air conditioning and lovely decor. The rest of the building is lovely, from the nice cool pool to the rooftop with sunloungers. A very calming space! Salah is a great host and was around to help with whatever we needed, from arranging taxis to waking up early and getting us a pre-6am breakfast before an early flight. Breakfast was slightly different each day and was juice, coffee, yoghurt, fruit and different Morroccan cakes/pastries. The riad is in the perfect location, just five minutes' walk from the main square and close to restaurants and attractions. We booked a taxi through the riad to pick us up from the airport (200 dirhams) and then someone met us and we were walked to the door - after that it was easy to find and Google Maps/Maps.me had no problem finding it in offline mode. Dedimitely recommend staying here.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Riad Malida. The host Salah, is truly incredible and went above and beyond to make me and my friend feel comfortable and safe. We were greeted with mint tea and biscuits, which were delicious and our room was absolutely stunning. The riad itself is even better than the photos, and every area was accessible to us. I traveled with one other girl friend, and Salah walked us to dinner every night to make sure we felt safe. I am so thankful to Salah and the entire staff for making our stay in Marrakech so memorable! We did not want to leave!
Cons: The only thing to make note of is that the riad is off a bit of a secluded street, so was a little difficult to find at first.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the owner showed us all the places and offered us tea and pastries upon arrival. The riad was quiet and beautiful. The rooftop terrace offers a broad view of the Medina and the sunset was beautiful to watch. Sweet breakfast was served at the table by the pool in the morning. The room was spacious and comfortable. Location is just great, 5 minutes to Jema el fna square, also the Riad is very quiet, you don't hear any street noise, it's very easy to find the way home, you don't have to wander in the Medina. The Wi-Fi internet connection is very fast. We also really liked the staff, we felt like at home, the rooms were cleaned every day, the breakfast was very tasty and the Menu changed every day, Upon arrival at the Riad we were greeted with traditional tea and sweets, especially Salah took care of our stay, helped to print the airport boarding passes , solved all the questions that arose. The riad is very nicely furnished, it has 3 floors, with a beautiful terrace, as well as a swimming pool. We are very satisfied, we will definitely stay there next time.

The entire facility provided a full Moroccan experience. Great Instagram Aesthetics, I definitely made the right decision. I had a list of 25+ raids to choose from, and narrowed it down to this one, and I couldn't have chose a better option. First off the Staff was amazingggg! Give Salah a Raise!!! He made the experience 10 times better! He was so helpful and thoughtful. Me and my mother were traveling alone for the first time to Marrekech and Salah made us feel so safe! He provided great recommendations for anything we asked for. Our first night there we arrived pretty late, but we were greeted with Hot Tea, He even provided a great food recommendation was within walking distance. Im not great with directions, so of course we got lost a few times lol but Salah was only a phone call away to provide us directions through the chaos to get us back 'Home". The ladies of the Riad were wonderful too. Zahira + Malika were so friendly and made sure our space stayed cleaned. Whenever we woke up they made sure we had breakfast and fresh squeezed juice. Which was delicious. Breakfast consisted of a traditional which was typically different yummy carbs. It varied each day. Our room was beautiful, it was a true representation of the architecture in the city. The bed size was good, and the bathroom was beautiful. The lighting is dim which gives an ambiance, but it is bright enough. Im not sure how many rooms there were in the Riad, but it was pretty quiet. The location was great, very immersive into the culture. it was close enough to the Medina and souks to walk to, but off in one of the side streets which offered quiet and piece. It was cold so we didn't try the pool, but it was beautiful just to take a picture next to. So if your into aesthetics and pictureworthy backdrops, this is the place. I can't say enough about Salah. He was thoughtful and very customer first attitude. He went above and beyond with everything he did, Always with a smile on his face.
Cons: There wasn't much I didn't like...The beds could have been slightly softer, but they weren't bad. Alottt of stairs to get to the top...but I needed the cardio after the carbs, and it let to a few nice places on the rooftop.

We had an incredible stay at Riad Malida! Salah, our host, was absolutely amazing and provided the most hospitable service. From the moment we arrived, there was a delicious dinner waiting for us, and the breakfasts were simply fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our every need, making us feel like the only people in the entire place. Salah also gave us fantastic advice and even took us shopping, ensuring we had the best experience possible. The level of service we received was truly five-star, and what's even better is that it was all at a fraction of the price compared to other areas. The location of the Riad Malida is right in the center, making it super convenient to explore all the amazing sights and attractions nearby. We were able to immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the city without having to travel far. Also we worked from home and Morocco notoriously has bad WiFi but Malida had the best WiFi. We were watching shows while having meetings on our laptops simultaneously without any issues. Overall, our stay at Riad Malida was an absolute dream. The combination of Salah's hospitality, delicious meals, and top-notch service from the staff made it a truly unforgettable experience. If you're looking for an incredible place to stay in the heart of Marrakech, I can't recommend Riad Malida enough! 🌟🏨😊

The riad and the room are very beautiful. The staff are super nice, they welcome you with mint tea and some sweets. The breakfast is excellent, and we asked if we could have some vegetables for the breakfast and they prepared for us a delicious plate. The view from the terrace also nice.

The riad is absolutely beautiful, located in the Medina, making it easy to walk to tourist spots and souks within 5-10 minutes. There are many restaurants very close and they are not expensive. The room is cleaned daily and equipped with towels, a bathrobe, toiletries, and a hairdryer upon request. You receive a welcome drink, Morrocan tea, and sweets. The staff is very friendly, I recommend it for solo travelers or couples. They serve breakfast however it is not a usual breakfast I would eat as it has a lot of Morrocan sweets. You can see the pictures below. It a different breakfast every day however you can't choose the items, you get is as a menu, and not every day has some eggs included but more like crepe or pastry, yogurt, or fruit salad, coffee, and orange juice.
Cons: For me, the cons are that due to the location of the hotel, it can't be accessed by car. You will need to walk around 5-10 minutes depending on where the taxi will drop you off. When you arrive at the airport, it is recommended that you instruct the driver to drop you off at (Parque PPP, J2F8+RJV, in Marrakech 40000, Morocco). You can verify the location on Google Maps. After the drop-off, it will take you only 4 minutes to walk to the Riad Malida. However, please note that the Riad closes its main gate at night and you will need to contact the receptionist to open it for you. Unfortunately, during my stay, I faced a stressful situation. On the day of my early morning flight, I planned to leave the hotel at 2.40am. However, I discovered that the main gate was already closed. I had to call reception 15 times until 3am, and finally, the receptionist came to open it for me. Although I informed the receptionist that I had to leave early, they did not inform me that the gate would be closed. Moreover, the receptionist helped me to locate my driver, but unfortunately, they gave me the wrong direction (Dar Si Sadi). I walked around for 15 minutes looking for my driver but couldn't find them. Finally, I had to call and ask for the driver's location on WhatsApp, only to find out that it was in the opposite direction. To avoid such unpleasant situations, it is recommended that you get a sim card so you can always contact your driver and avoid getting lost. Although the receptionist may not have been aware of the wrong location, even though he spoke with my driver and confirmed upon departure that my driver is there. It is better to be prepared and have a backup plan to avoid any confusion or stress. Another part was a bit nosy around 12/1 am when other guests were on the terrace by the pool and speak loud until late even though there are quite times, you can hear everything from your room on the ground floor.

Cons: I had a reservation and also was in contact with the Riad before arriving. But when I arrived at the Riad, it turned out my room was not available. I am very disappointed that they only told me this upon arriving, especially since we were in contact before and they didn't give me any notice about my room not being available. I asked to get a refund but now it has been more then a month and I am still waiting to get the money return!!

The location is very nice, close to the markets. It is also quiet and the staff is very nice, always there to help and share a smile. Salah, our host, was always available to help at any time and also helped us to set our trip to Merzouga. We found the property clean and with very good taste. The beds were also confortable and the breakfast was quite nice.

Cons: When we got there they told us the room had a problem and sent us to another hotel right in front. So we had to undo our suitcases for the night, do them again and move to the original hotel the next day. They gave us a room which was far too small compared with what we had reserved, and when we complained, they moved us to another one. The bed was too small for two people, so sleeping was hard. Since the windows give the patio and had no curtains we had to close the wooden blinders not to be exposed to anyone passing by. Breakfast was a joke, nothing to do with the pictures. I very seldom do negative reviews but this time, they went too far.

A special shout-out has to be made to Anas and Ilyass - who not only kept us alive during the September earthquake, but remained calm and were amazing throughout the remainder of our stay.

The host Anas was wonderful. Took care of us from beginning to end. We arrived and he had tea waiting for us. He gave us a ton of recommendations of restaurants and things to do. The day we left we had to leave very early for a tour, and even though breakfast didn’t start, he woke up just for us to provide us with a farewell breakfast. The location is excellent, tucked away from the madness, but not even a 5 minute walk to the main square. The Riad itself is beautiful, gorgeous tile rooms and courtyard. For the value it is an excellent stay and experience all around.

We stayed at there other place same company and staff as they were doing maintenance. The staff are absolutely amazing!! Very helpful and nothing is ever to much. They were always happy to see you and offer you any tips or advice you needed. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast every morning. You had the option to order dinner massages and tours with them.

Our spacious room was perfectly sized for a couple, and very tastefully decorated. Perhaps our favourite quality of the Riad was its cozy and intimate nature. One of us having contracted food poisoning, we ended up staying more time in the Riad than we’d initially anticipated. Jamal and Adil took it upon themselves to nurture us back to health, with the wonderful help of Malika and Zahira in the kitchen. Inside these walls, our stomachs were safe. Outside, Mohammed prepared us for everything we needed information on, while helping us bring to life our adventures. Overall, we loved it, thank you so much for having us!
Cons: This comes as a first but truthfully nothing to complain about this wonderful property.

The Riad was superb and in a great location within the Medina and we were able to walk to all the various attractions easily. But the best thing about the Riad was the staff especially Adi who was incredibly helpful and friendly. One of our group fell ill in the night and needed hospital treatment and Adi was super helpful in getting an ambulance quickly and arranging for us to get to the hospital. He was so kind and concerned for our well-being and greatly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Riad Malida.

My experience at the Riad Malida was really very positive, from the first moment I received a warm welcome from the staff who provided us with all the necessary information. Breakfast has always been plentiful and quality, it is served by the pool (usable) with a wonderful view. The structure is also equipped with a terrace to ensure maximum relaxation to customers and is always accessible. Moreover, the great generosity and courtesy of the staff ("Anas" in particular) has enriched my holiday by finding a solution to every doubt and becoming my point of reference. The location of the Riad is very central. The daily housekeeping service is great. I highly recommend this property.

As soon as we booked we got a good feeling because of the interaction with the hotel and this continued throughout our visit. They arranged for us to be picked up on arrival at the airport (and taken back), helped us with sim cards for phones, pointed us in the right direction for banks, currency exchange etc and suggested places to visit that we might have overlooked or not given priority to. Ilyas met us at the taxi drop off on arrival, walked us the 5 minutes through the small streets to the hotel, made great mint tea, acted as our host and he was fantastic. We asked about a cookery course - he arranged one for us at a sister hotel and came with us to make sure it all went well. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we loved the hotel - a small jewel, an oasis of calm in the hectic atmosphere of Marrakech

After communicating through chat with the riad, we were picked up by a private driver and then our amazing host Ilyas picked us up and helped us with our luggage through the souks. After arriving at the riad in a small street we were amazed with the paradise that lays behind the small wooden door. very nice setting, extremely well maintained and cleaned! Nice firm beds with great pillows. The host Ilyas was amazing! He helped us plan our trips, find good rates/prices and he was always so friendly! We enjoyed every bit of our trip!

He gave us a welcome tea on the terrace and even woke up early to make us breakfast before our tour. Great guy. Ideal location walking distance to restaurants, shops, markets, local sights. Rooms are warm, spacious, comfortable and cleaned daily. Breakfast was traditional and different each day. The staff are kind and helpful. Ilyas made sure our breakfast was always made on time for the days we had day trips, he helped us communicate with the local taxi drivers, helped us with restaurant recommendations and consistently checked that we were okay as well as answering any questions that we had.
Cons: Whilst the staircase was no different to any other Riad, one of our group had mobility issues and we recommended that a hand rail would be beneficial for people with similar problems

Breakfast could be taken in the central courtyard by the (swimming) pool or in a separate room next to it. Very friendly and helpful staff. The Riad is perfect for sightseeing in Marrakech! The team is super nice, Dhihan was very helpfully with the airport transport (which we recommend) and the whole team Malika, Zahira and Oussama make you feel at home. The rooms are super clean and very nicely decorated - it is magic! Breakfast absolutely sufficient and with some surprises every day. :) We really enjoyed our stay. Tipp: Take one of the deluxe rooms on the upper floor of the Riad.

The riad is located in a quiet spot (a bit hidden away!) but still very close to the main square which is a 5 mins walk. The staff are attentive and the rooms were clean. The Staff were pleasant and nice, but they didn’t know any english and we ended up communicating through google translate. The breakfast was good. It was fairly clean.
Cons: The owner was not a very nice person, the staff were a little noisy. The renovation was new but the windows and doors were old and you could hear everything on the house. The location was not very safe.
