Very helpful team . Yassin organised for a colleague to meet our taxi in the main taxi drop off square and to guide us in person , ( at no extra charge) , through the maze of narrow streets to the riad. Essential ! He also recommended what became our favourite local restaurant- Marrackchi. One comment : the credit card machine needs to be much more modern . It wouldn’t work so in the end we had to go back the next day to pay, which if we were leaving for the airport would have been a problem . ( Not the fault of the team, the riad is still using an old SIM card type credit card machine ).

Zaprowadzili nas do poczekalni i powitali ciepłą herbatką .
Cons: Zimne ziemniaki do kolacji

The Riad is so stunning and well-decorated! It was a pleasure just to sit in the courtyard and enjoy the scenery. We stayed in a room on the first floor and it was clean and had all facilities. The neighborhood is well-located as it is tucked away from the busy street but still very central and close to all the sites. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, especially the property manager who would always greet us and help us out with whatever we needed. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Would definitely recommend this Riad!
Cons: Nothing, everything was as described.

Location to visit the Medina is excellent. The bed very comfortable. Bath is amazing as is the décor throughout the room and hotel. Rooftop is a great place chill out. Staff are very helpful and organised a ride to the bus station. Staff also took our bags out of the medina to meet the transport. No lift but staff were happy to help us with luggage upstairs.
Cons: The riad's don't seem to have tea, coffee or fridge facilities. We stayed in a couple and were the same. In the night or early morning there is no option for relaxing with a drink.

The pool was absolutely fantastic. My friends and I wanted to take some pictures in it and the staff threw rose pedals in it without even being asked. They were so sweet. Beautiful 4 story Riad in the heart of Marrakech. The Riad itself is beautiful and includes a pool right in the center. While they had towels, it didn't feel very swimmable but you could easily use as a plunge pool or dip your feet in. The staff were nice in the hotel and we felt safe in the Riad the whole time. While there was some construction next door, it was super quiet for sleeping and got really dark (not a ton of natural lights in most Riad rooms). AC and Wifi worked well. Typical Moroccan breakfast served each day from 8-10am. The staff upgraded us to a second floor room so we were away from the noise of the first floor, which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, the second floor room didn't have a shower faucet that connected to the wall, which made things interesting when it came to showering. Not a huge deal but something to keep in mind when you view the bathroom photos.
Cons: The room we stayed in didn't have a shower faucet that attached to the wall and was in need of some updates (rug was worn, chairs were worn out and coming apart). The bedding pillow cases didn't quite fit on the pillows and should be replaced.

Beautiful property, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms are quiet and clean. We loved our entire stay! It felt like staying at a bed and breakfast, the staff recommended restaurants and places to see, they gave great directions and answered any questions we had. We would spend time in the main area after a long day and they would offer to make us tea. We loved the entire stay here, would absolutely rebook on another trip.

Absolutely stunning Riad nestled in the heart of the vibrant and bustling Medina. The moment you step through the doors, you’re transported into the enchanting spirit of Morocco. This Riad is a true sanctuary—offering a serene and peaceful escape from the chaos outside. The atmosphere is effortlessly calming, making it the perfect place to unwind, reflect, and simply soak in the magic of your surroundings. As night falls, the soft glow of ambient lighting creates a dreamlike setting that is nothing short of magical. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making the experience unforgettable. Their hospitality made all the difference. Could not recommend this place highly enough—an absolute gem and a must-visit for anyone seeking authenticity, beauty, and a touch of Moroccan magic. Do note—there’s no car access through some of the narrow Medina streets, so be prepared for a short walk. But it’s more than worth it. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Choosing this Riad for our first visit to Marrakesh was without a doubt the best decision we could have made. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with incredible warmth and hospitality. The airport transfer was easily arranged, making our arrival stress-free. Breakfast each morning was phenomenal — beautifully presented and slightly different every day, which was such a lovely touch. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, and you could tell the hosts truly care about every detail. They work so hard around the clock to keep the Riad looking, smelling, and feeling amazing. The location is perfect — just a 7-minute walk to the main square, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful escape. When my husband mentioned he had back pain, they recommended a nearby massage and hammam, and even walked him there personally! The Riad itself is stunning, with beautiful traditional design details throughout and a lovely rooftop terrace that’s perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. We felt so at home here and will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Marrakesh. Highly, highly recommend!

The breakfast was fine - the same as everywhere else but I am gluten free and told them and still given breads each morning - the whole place was fine - candles at night were a nice touch and roof terrace great for sunsets and call to prayer and the tents lovely. The room small and dark, and the overall riad not the best one we stayed in for the price.

Such amazing hospitality! Upon our arrival they greeted us with mint tea and information about the city. It is an awesome very central location very close to the main square. We recommend taking the Riad up on their offer to pick you up directly from the airport so they can walk you to the Riad through the winding streets of the Medina. They were also able to arrange a day trip for us to Benhaddou which was very easy Breakfast was lovely! Felt very homey. Architecture and tile work of the Riad was beautiful.

There are many riads to choose from, but we are glad we chose Riad Touda. The interior decorations are stunning, and our room was very comfortable. The breakfast is simple but delicious. The staff, particularly Yassin, was friendly and attentive. The location is central, making it an excellent choice for families. However, the pool might be too deep for young children and was quite cold in February. We definitely recommend this place!
Cons: We wish we could use the pool for our 7-year-old daughter, but it is too deep and cold at this time of year.

The Riad is beautiful inside, pristine and the traditional breakfast delicious. The rooms were spacious, spotless and so dark we had the best nights sleep in a long time. To top it off the rooftop space is perfect for escaping for some quiet time. The location is great for exploring all the sights of Marrakech too.

Staff were exceedingly polite and could not do more to help. Breakfast was very good with options for how eggs were to be cooked each morning. The location, though initially 'surprising', being tucked away off a small alley way, was very convenient for the main square, the souks and everywhere we wanted to go.
Cons: If I had to find fault, the basin in the bathroom did not have a plug and drained very slowly.

Fantastic staff; super friendly; perfect but relaxed administration and could not do enough for you. Spotlessly clean. Tea, coffee, ice whenever you wanted with nothing added to the bill. Location was perfect - in the ancient Medina area, easy walk to all the places of tourist interest but in a back street where it was also very quiet. Lovely roof terrace with sun beds, large sun shades and two beautiful Berber-style tent-type booths with very comfortable sofa/cushion seating - cool in the heat of the midday and warm in the chill of early evening. Can’t wait to go back!
Cons: Lighting in the rooms was beautiful and very atmospheric but not easy to read by. However there was plentiful comfortable seating in the central semi-open atrium with good natural light as well as the roof terrace during daylight. Open shelving for clothing was somewhat limiting for us as we were there for two weeks with two 23kg suitcases (too much clothing yet again!). However a small chest of drawers would be a real asset and would not detract from the absolutely beautiful presentation of the bedroom.

It’s laid back and no noise coming from outside even though it’s located in the heart of Medina.
Cons: The location is a little bit confusing, and the alley going there is a bit dodgy at first look and impression. I hate the part where you need to get off from the entrance of the plaza because no cars allowed by the time of 8am beyond (if I’m not mistaken by the time, i’m not so sure). Then you need to walk all the way from there to the riad.

We stayed for a week in this beautiful, quiet riad with a perfect location and only nine Moroccan decorated rooms. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Every morning at sunrise we had coffee at the rooftop. We also enjoyed the sun during the day, as a break from the hectic life in the soukes. We enjoyed the hospitality and breakfast and got extra pancakes🙏🧡
Cons: We had a double room and a triple room. The triple room is located in the first floor by the pool and is a bit humid and a bit lack of daylight. Be aware that they charge 3,5 percent extra when you pay with card. Bring cash! I did not - too much to bring almost 2000 euros (18700 Dirham in cash)

Would like to say a big thank you to front office staff- Yasine and Amine. They were so nice, hospitable and acommodating with my family of 2 toddlers. So helpful. They helped us a lot. Note if you are taking a cab, you will be dropped off outside the square or near the parking so a bit of a walk (5-10mins) There are some guys with carts who can help you with your luggage to the hotel.
Cons: Not the fault of the hotel, but the taxi cant enter the square so we had to walk from outside the square to the hotel Again the guys were really helpful with this. Local restrictions

It’s was our home away from home for 4 night, the staff were lovely! The cleanliness was expectional, they’ve thoroughly clean our room daily. They’ve provided us with useful information and tips. Overall we had an amazing time. Thank you!
Cons: N/A. We have really enjoyed all aspects of our stay.

An exceptionally maintained Riad with so much personality, yet was such a tranquil, calm place to be. We unfortunately were held up and arrived around midnight yet the staff were so polite and pleasant, served us tea in the courtyard and didn't rush us at all. So much care was taken with every decorative detail, and staff were helpful with our luggage, making airport transfer plans and getting to the taxi through the medina. Breakfast was also very generous and delicious. Loved our stay and felt like we finally got a true sense of Moroccan hospitality.
Cons: The only challenge we had was the shower/ bath set-up as there was no hook or way of keeping the hand-held shower head up while washing hair. Understand the layout is different in each room so just worth checking when selecting which one to stay in.

We had the most incredibly homely experience in a most wonderful Riad. Yamin and Mohammed looked after our every need in a well-spoken, friendly and once again homely manner. Riad Touda is an absolute gem in Marrakech, and a complete experience on its own. Great breakfast too! We honestly can't think of anything that bothered us.

Beautiful building in a very central location in the old city, a short walk to the markets. The rooms were gorgeously colorful, also well-maintained and cleaned. The service was great — we were treated very graciously by the Riad’s keepers!

We loved everything about this Riad. It is beautifully restored and in a fantastic location very close to the old town. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Yassime goes out of his way to make you feel welcome, and nothing is too much trouble. The room was comfortable, lots of hot water, and very quiet at night. It was great to return to the Riad after a hot day exploring and like stepping into a cool, calm oasis. We really can't rate the experience highly enough and highly recommend it. Anytime we come back to Marrakech we will definitely be staying here again.
Cons: Everything was great.

Cons: Nothing significant, everything was excellent. Room was a little small for 3 people. Breakfast didnt have any hot food (mostly baked goods).

approachable friendly staff, provided genuine suggestion about negotiating with local venders. we were greeted by beautifully made mint tea and biscuits. breakfast was fabulous.
Cons: the Riad generates bit of echo, so at night people can be talking loudly when they arrive. which is understandable :)

We had the most amazing time at Riad Touda! All the staff were so welcoming, warm and friendly. Yassin, Said and Abdul helped us with everything and provided us with useful information. They definitely made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for that. The breakfast was delicious! A great variety of supplements and beautifully presented. Rooms were beautiful and really authentic. It's a magical Riad. They have a beautiful private rooftop terrace with sunbeds and an amazing view on the Atlas mountains (look west), beautiful sunrise as well. Unforgettable. Location couldn't be any better. We recommend using their airport service since the riad might be hard to find on your own. Once you find it, it really a hidden gem in the medina. A 3 min. walk from the Djemaa el Fna and within all the souks. All other tourist attractions are in walking distance of the riad. It's a safe place. All the people around the riad (on the streets) are kind and friendly as well. Don't doubt, just go and experience it yourself!!
Cons: Everything was perfect!

The calm ambience away from the noise of the streets was amazing. The hosts were so lovely and helpful. Loved the roof terrace
Cons: It was quite loud in the mornings as the windows faced into the centre of the riad The host didn’t speak much English so we had to get by with hand gestures and a little bit of French, but we managed! The lamp didn’t work in our room which made it quite a dark and dingey

The Riad is extremely clean, situated in a perfect location that’s close to everything. Staff provides excellent services including laundry, breakfast, and guidance to the city. They also arranged taxi to the airport for our early flight. The roof terrace is beautiful. The room itself feels like a palace, spacious, stylish and comfortable.

The riad is absolutely beautiful, no doubt about it. The location is also great: in the heart of the medina, yet in a quiet corner. The service was excellent: courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was OK. Bed was good.
Cons: The room was rather small for the three of us; there was no clothes storage whatever and the one cute little table was so tiny as to be useless. The tap in the bathroom leaked and the water flooded the counter and went on the floor, so I spent my time mopping... Not ideal. Finally, there is no soundproofing whatever, so one rowdy guest means no-one is sleeping, as we discovered.

We liked everything really. Yaseen was very attentive and the Riad ran like clockwork. Amazing interior, great quality workmanship. Really nothing we can fault. Good breakfast, always served with a smile. Rooms were cleaned beautifully and linen replaced daily. We loved our trip to Morocco and this was largely in part to Riad Touda. :-)
Cons: Nothing. They've got it spot on.

Very good location for central Marrakech, but quiet at the riad (just as we wanted). Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the sun terrace. Very clean and tidy. Comfy area to sit around pool area. No complaints. Would have ideally liked a bigger room with a bit more storage space but was ok for the couple of nights we were there and probably felt small as we had come from hotel in Essaouiria where we had an enormous room We would go back but would book a bigger room if staying more than a couple of nights.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like at Riad Touda. Not keen on all the motorbikes and scooters zooming around the medina but that was out of their control obviously and once we were in the riad it was quiet and relaxing and we were away from the business of the medina.

I loved the place I Surely recommend staying here. We stayed for 5 nights it was just awesome. Everyday they serve a different breakfast 😌. My n me were celebrating ny 30th bday, they even decorated the table and gave us pastry as a kind gesture for free. (What can you expect more) And the warmth of people around you, something you surely will enjoy. Everything was spot on just perfect 💞💞

Amazing breakfast and perfect location, very close to the main square. Youssin, the host, went above and beyond. We had an issue with the location of the room which he immediately helped resolve for us.
Cons: The naming of the rooms is not clear. The “double deluxe” room with “patio” is on the ground floor and next to the kitchen. The patio is just the space right outside of the room. There is no clear indication of this on booking and is more expensive than the “standard double” which is on the 1st floor and more private. Youssin fixed the situation for us after expressing disappointment. I think it could be made more clear.
