Cons: Nous avons réservés à 23h40 pour arriver à 4h du matin et partir 1 9h30 de l’établissement. En arrivant nous sommes épuisés le monsieur d el’acceuil nous fait attendre car nous n’aurions pas payer et même en lui montrant la preuve du paiement après un moment assez long il prend en otage nos passeports. En entrant dans la chambre le pommeau de douche étaient à deux doigts de nous peter dessus les draps étaient sales ( taches et cheveu) les toilettes bougeaient quand on s’asseyait dessus et je crois que le clou du spectacle c’était l’absence de bouteille d’eau en chambre alors que nous étions assoiffés. Le lendemain au dej pour cette histoire de paiement ça a été rebelote jusqu’au moment où ils ont enfin pu confirmer que nous avions bel et bien payés. Finalement nous avons eu 2h de sommeil et nous gardons un très mauvais souvenir de cet établissement

El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta, se puede ir andando a la plaza Jemaa el-fna y a varios zocos y puntos de interés. Las habitaciones son confortables y el espacio es muy bonito, sobre todo el primer patio, muy relajante, y la zona de la azotea y la piscina. El desayuno es abundante y la comida está riquísima, os recomendamos pedir el tajine de pollo, está increíble!! Además el personal es muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar (muchas gracias sobre todo a Adilo). Volveremos seguro!

Hotel situato a due minuti dalla piazza famosa e popolare della città. Ben tenuto e pulito. Staff gentile. Ti fanno lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check out . Staff disponile e gentile . Da tenere a mente se si ritorna.

Cons: Siamo arrivati alle 7 pm per il check in ed abbiamo chiesto se potevamo fare la colazione prima alla mattina seguente in quanto avevamo un tour con partenza presto, prima della colazione. Cj è stato risposto che non si può fare , e neanche ci avrebbero preparato la colazione da portar via in quanto ormai la cucina a quell’ora era già chiusa . Quindi chiedete prima in caso vi capiti la stessa cosa. In questo caso ho sbagliato io che non li ho avvisati prima per mail o messaggio ma solo all’arrivo.

la posizione è molto comoda in una stradina laterale, non si sentono rumori fastidiosi, la camera e il bagno sono molto spaziosi, il riad è molto bello, piacevole la terrazza, hanno preparato la colazione come takeaway perchè avevo il transfer alle 5.30 del mattino e non avrei potuto usufruirne in riad.

Cons: il letto era un po' duro, il climatizzatore faceva molto rumore una volta acceso.

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Tage in Marakesch. Das Hotel lag super, alle waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Abendessen bei dem der Koch freie Hand hatte und uns mit einer Tajine, bestehen aus Hünchen mit Aprikosen und Walnüssen, überascht hat, war überragend.

This was an absolutely phenomenal stay in Marrakech 😍 From the kindness and sympathy of the staff, the great location (very close to the main plaza), the spacious rooms, and to the decoration of the riad, everything was incredible. Great location, beautiful riad, super well decorated. Terrace is out of this world and super quiet despite the proximity to Jemma El Fna. You can lounge around be it on the terrace or in the patios, great to enjoy the Moroccan hot weather.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Location was excellent, 2-3 minute walk to Jemaa El-Fna so really close but peaceful. Excellent terrace for breakfast and a further roof terrace.

Cons: The only slight thing but didn't impact our trip , there were 2 staircases but only one in use so to access our room we had to go up 2 flights and down one flight. For anyone struggling with steps might be an issue. Obviously booking a Riad you'd expect steps anyway.

Amazing rooms and overall architecture, super close to all the hustle and bustle of the bazaar but so tranquil inside. The staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond to improve our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel as someone who has stayed in many riads in Marrakech. The aircon was a huge plus too!

Cons: Nada más llegar la comunicación fue complicada. Nos instalamos en la habitación y apareció una cucaracha de unos 7 cm en la cama, nos cambiaron para otra habitación más pequeña y con ducha que la anterior tenía bañera. Cojimos otra noche a mayores y nos dieron una habitación sin agua caliente. Dijeron que nos trasladaban ellos el equipaje de habitación y cuando llegamos no era así.

O Riad é muito aceitável , tem condições para ser um bocado melhor em relação a alguma limpeza. Esqueci de um saco com a minha bagagem e prontificaram-me a devolver, pois a empregada de limpeza o tinha levado por achar que era uma oferta. Agradeço essa prontidão por parte do responsável e da sra. da limpeza. Ficou por devolver 2 peças de roupa, mas aceitei a perda.

Cons: Foi nos dado uma garrafa de água que não nos disseram que era cobrada. Tivemos que pagar 25 dirham no check-out. Foi só esse inconveniente.

Cons: El personal de comedor eran muy antipáticos, para llegar a la habitación había q subir 2 pisos y bajar uno, la habitación con necesidad de muchas mejoras pues la ducha echaba el agua fuera, se caía, ventana no cerraba bien... etc. El desayuno era muy incomodo en la terraza con muchas abejas o avispas, era escaso y muy repetitivo, había q pedirle las cosas, no era un desayuno para europeos, no había agua para beber, un desastre. La organización de pena, pedimos dos habitaciones contiguas y nos dieron una en cada planta, tras la protesta nos cambiaron una. En nuestro caso no fue una estancia agradable

Stayed as a family and the Riad was quite easy to find off a main very busy narrow street. Once inside it was an oasis of calm and tranquility. The reception was staffed 24 hours a day which made an early 4am start for ballooning very easy. Breakfast is perfect and on the roof terrace. My first time in Marrakech and would recommend instead of some of the large out of town hotels as you can nip back, cool off and go again 👍

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, la gente del riad era super amable. En todo momento se preocuparon por nosotros, teníamos una excursión y nos prepararon el desayuno. Volveríamos sin ninguna duda. While the location of the riad is excellent and the property itself is very clean and well-maintained, our overall experience was unfortunately quite disappointing.

Cons: The rooms suffer from significant noise disturbances. Breakfast is served on the terrace, and from as early as 7:00 AM, we were woken up by the sound of guests talking, clinking cutlery, and chairs being dragged—right outside our room. We had breakfast at 9:00 AM and were a group of six. However, we were served the same amount of food as a nearby table with only two guests. When we politely asked for an additional glass of juice or a piece of fruit, we were told that everything was finished. The portions were simply insufficient for a group of our size. The most disappointing part of our stay came when we were charged over €70 for a light lunch we had upon arrival. We were kindly offered an omelet so we wouldn’t head into the city on an empty stomach. What we actually received was one tagine with tomato sauce and eggs—shared between six people. To be charged such an excessive amount afterward felt dishonest and left us with a bitter impression of our stay.

Cons: Malgré le fait que la réservation avait été faite à l’avance avec entente -ils n’ont pas respecté leurs engagements (Manque un lit et on doit changer de chambre le lendemain et … accuse booking alors que j’ai des preuves écrites. De plus ils ont chargé non le reste du 50% mais le total donc je dois attendre un remboursement. Heureusement le lendemain après insistance ,nous sommes restés dans la même chambre .. .. on verra pour assurer le remboursement au lendemain -a voir

The breakfast was amazing each day, highly recommend their mint tea it was the best we had whilst there. The rooms and bathroom were very clean and cleaned daily. Also everything smelt amazing.

Cons: Getting to the pool was a little taxing as it was on bottom floor of other part of hotel so we had to go up one way and then back down another to reach it.

La ubicación, muy cerca de la plaza Jemaa El-fna que es el corazón de la medina y el personal, muy atento y agradable, aunque hablan poco español pero se manejan muy bien en inglés (creo que francés también) y la recepción está 24 horas y te ayudan con lo que puedan. Las instalaciones son antiguas pero va en consonancia con la zona, por lo que se siente muy auténtico.

Cons: La habitación de mis padres (cama doble) era muy oscura, entraba poca luz por la ventana y sus lámparas tampoco alumbraban mucho, además su bañera tenía algunas manchas incrustadas. La intentaron cambiar, pero no quedaban habitaciones libres. Sin embargo, mi habitación, que estaba en la planta de arriba todo correcto, salvo los colchones que eran un poco duros.

Ho soggiornato 4 notti col mio ragazzo, il Riad è stupendo. La camera era molto pulita e molto accogliente, la colazione che offrono è davvero ottima. Il Riad dista a pochi passi a piedi dalla piazza principale ( passando per una via super colorata piena di Souk). Un grazie particolare allo staff. I ragazzi sono super gentili, disponibili ad aiutarci in tutto, dalla stampa delle carte d’imbarco a qualsiasi informazione. Punto forte del Riad oltre la piscina interna la terrazza panoramica con divanetto proprio difronte la Koutubia. Speriamo di rivedervi presto 🥰

This riad was absolutely beautiful. We were greeted with traditional tea on the terrace. The reception staff could not be more kind and welcoming. We were able to drop off our luggage prior to check in. This meant we could go out and explore the charming city. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with a large choice. We had an amazing 28 hours in Marrakesh. We would definitely return and recommend the riad Sherazade. Family of five with three adult children. We all loved it.

Cons: The bed in the double room was a little hard for me. Other than that, it was truly exceptional. The triple room was perfect and very comfortable.

The Riad is in a brilliant location if you don't mind being in the vibrant Marrakech, but when you enter at the Riad, you feel transported to the beauty of Marroco architecture and calmness of the smell of incense. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the room by the pool was such a great size. The facilities are extremely clean! I would definitely go back. Fully recommended!!

Ubicación y desayuno

Cons: Nos estafaron con las habitaciones. Habíamos contratado una doble estándar y una familiar (con 1cama doble + 1 individual). Pero nos dieron dos estándares (la n•4 en la planta baja y la n•7 en el primer piso). Resultó que la del piso de arriba no estaba lista para un checkin nuevo y todavía tenía la basura y los geles abiertos de los huéspedes anteriores. Cuando nos quejamos, pedimos otra habitación y nos dijeron que no tenían más. El chico de la recepción nos pidió que esperáramos y al cabo de un rato volvió y nos dio otra habitación que estaba libre (la n•8) y casualmente, era la Familiar que nosotros habíamos contratado. Así sí. Pero mi hermana que se alojó en la 4 cuando volvemos de cenar ya tarde (sobre las 11 de la noche o así) se dieron cuenta de que: no iba la calefacción, no tenían agua caliente para ducharse y la cama era de obra con una alfombra por encima y unos sacos de dormir individuales que le llegaban a la cintura. Además, las mantas que había en el armario, estaban llenas de polvo y cuando las saco para usarlas, casi le da algo porque es alérgica al polvo y a los ácaros…Pasaron una noche horrible… era como estar en un camping, bueno peor… A la mañana siguiente, cuando nos quejamos en recepción nos dijeron « que es que habían tenido problemas con esa habitación y que tenían pendiente hacer reforma » :O ¿y cómo ofrecéis esa habitación sabiendo que no está en condiciones? Una vergüenza… unos impresentables, una estafa… porque encima no era barata… Si decidís alojaros ahí, está bien, pero comprobad ante: cómo es la cama, si han hecho bien la habitación, el agua caliente y el aire (tanto si es frío como caliente)

The room was very nice. The staff was amazing and very attentive, helped us with the printing of tickets, on finding locations and let us leave the bags on the last day. The location was very close to the plaza.

Cons: Wi-fi was only available outside of the room which forced us to leave the room. Even though the cleaning was nice, they do not replace the bath towels with the hot temperatures they got smelly after a few days. The breakfast even though it was nice ended a bit early.

Un personnel très attentif aux besoins et c est toujours très propre .nous pensons y retourner lorsque nous retournerons à Marrakech .

Nach unzähligen Aufenthalten in Marrakesch bin ich auf dieses schöne einmalige Riad getroffen. Mit Abstand die beste Übernachtung die ich in Marrakesch gemacht habe. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals die Sauberkeit des Hotels das Frühstück ein Traum. Zu erwähnen ist das Hotel wird unter deutscher marokkanischer Leitung geführt. Man merkt es sofort da an unserem Übernachtungstag waren hauptsächlich Deutsche da. Ja es spricht sich herum, und die Lage ist echt spitze nur 3Minuten vom Jmna en Fna entfernt. Ein kleiner Tipp von mir am Snack Toubkal direkt am Platz kann man hervorragend Tagine und Couscous essen zu einem Top Preis. Jetzt habe ich mein Stammriad gefunden. Macht weiter so👍😊

Tout était organisé à l'avance mais le matin même le bagagiste ne savait pas où nous emmener pour récupérer le taxi (l'accès à l'hôtel ne peut pas se faire en voiture mais depuis al place jema el fnaa) On a attendu dans le froid à 7h du matin avec u bébé... Pas top . Au final ils ont quand même assuré le transport mais c'était compliqué

Cons: J'avais demandé des chambres adjacentes et des lits jumeaux pour mes enfants. On m'a répondu que ce serait fait et ça n'a pas été le cas. En arrivant, on m'a réclamé le solde de mon séjour qui avait été réglé 3 jours auparavant. J'ai dû justifier mon paiement. En hiver, cet ancien riad est mal équipé pour être chauffé correctement. Les soirées sont très fraiches.

El Riad es bonito, está limpio y bien ubicado, la habitación amplia y bonita, pero no recomiendo coger la excursión a Merzouga con ellos, nos cobraron 100€ y no fue para nada una buena experiencia en el hotel de la primera noche (Hotel Camping Majorel Dades, nada recomendable). Comento aquí ya que no tengo otro espacio dónde hacerlo y la reserva fue a través del Riad Sherezade.

Cons: Las excursiones que nos vendieron incluían un alojamiento sin calefacción (pasamos la noche a 6º), con poco abrigo, con cena sin opción, a menú cerrado habiendo alergias en el grupo y para ducharnos con agua caliente o tener papel higiénico tuvimos que pedirlo. Se tienen que responsabilizar de vender cosas con una calidad mínima.

Sin duda, si vuelvo a Marrakech me quedaré en ese Riad. Muy bien ubicado, seguro, muy muy limpio, todo muy cuidado. Son muy amables todos, pero en especial gracias a nuestro recepcionista que se portó genial desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, pendiente de todo y muy servicial. Es el mejor Riad de los que he estado hasta el momento. Lo recomiendo sin duda. Nos tocó la habitación 21 que era muy grande y con un baño enorme, y en la zona más tranquila del Riad. Si fumas pide habitación que de al patio porque solo se fuma en la azotea, para respetar el olor tan peculiar y dulce del lugar. está al lado de la plaza, con todo tipo de comercios cerca...incluso tiene al lado un bar restaurante donde hay alcohol, a precio altísimo, pero estás en Marruecos y el alcohol es un lujo! No lo pienses, este es tu Riad

It was in a good location. Nice pretty interior patios. The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was a nice Moroccan continental affair with fresh orange juice and scrambled egg.

Cons: The bed and pillows , the hardest I’ve ever encountered travelling ( like sleeping on concrete). The bedroom could do with some refurbishment , a decent paint job and a bathroom refurb as toilet moved a lot whilst being used.

un hôtel dans lequel nous réservons régulièrement. Il se trouve idéalement à proximité de la Place. Chaque fois nous constatons des améliorations. Cette année nous avons testé le hammam. Notre intervenante était parfaite et prévenante. Merci pour la disponibilité du personnel qui nous a fait passer par la petite porte afin que de nous éviter de monter et descendre les étages (peut être prévoir de mettre la porte en fonctionnement officiel).

Cons: pour apporter une nouvelle petite amélioration, un petit thé ou de l'eau fraiche à la sortir du hammam serait un plus d'autant qu'il y a un petit salon à côté et les fauteuils autour de la piscine.

Very nice hotel in a quiet side street off a busy, narrow, bustling market street in centre of Marrakech. Small central courtyard was a nice haven from the busy streets. Staff very friendly and offered to take cases upstairs, which was needed since the stairs are quite narrow and we were on 2nd floor. Rooms clean and well furnished. Great outdoor terrace on 2nd floor for a good breakfast.

We were told there is signs round the place, they must be hiden as we never saw any. Breakfast is ok could be better with fresh individual tea and coffee to the table instead of the big pots.

O gerente ajudou a resolver o problema que ocorreu na primeira noite, a localização é muito cêntrica

Cons: Na primeira noite chegamos à noite e quando nos mostraram o quarto foi um terror. Estavam 47°C a noite, o quarto parecia uma verdadeira sauna que até impedia de respirar. O ar condicionado não funcionava e quando nos queixamos o que ouvi foi que eu estava a sofrer por ser gorda e que podíamos dormir no terraço ao ar livre. Após muitas queixas deram uma ventoinha, para três pessoas. Duas dormiram na cama e eu dormir duas horas no chão à frente da ventoinha. Apos me queixar com o Booking, o gerente ofereceu mudança de quarto para um no piso térreo, ar condicionado e bem mais confortável, apesar da casa de banho precisar de alguns arranjos. Por situações urgentes tivemos de sair duas noites antes e não nos devolveram o valor da cama extra que foi paga diretamente ao hotel e nada tinha a ver com o Booking. Piscina com água a cheirar mal, por falta de uso provavelmente. Muito pouco flexíveis.

La décoration est très belle. Nous avons dîne au restaurant de l'hôtel le premier soir et c'était très bon. Tout comme les petits déjeuners. L'emplacement est super.

Cons: A maioria dos funcionários não eram simpáticos nem prestáveis. A limpeza deixava muito a desejar (tapetes imundos e sujidade debaixo da cama desde o inicio ao fim da estadia). Colchões péssimos, com covas e molas partidas.

La struttura è molto carina. Comodo per raggiungere i maggiori punti di interesse. Inoltre ci hanno preparato la colazione l'ultimo giorno, quando siamo andati via alle 7 del mattino.

Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich. Man schließt es mit zwei Türen. Alles sehr sauber. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Einer an der Rezeption sprach sogar deutsch und war uns behilflich mit ausdrucken unserer Flugtickets, da Marrakesch keine online Tickets akzeptiert. Dachterrasse war schön. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Kuchen und Aufstriche wurden immer abgewechselt jeden Tag. Man konnte auch nachbestellen wenn noch was wollte. Minztee und Kaffee zum selbst holen an der Theke drin zum Frühstück. Direkt in der Innenstadt, alles schnell zu erreichen wie der grosse Djemma el Fna Platz und Souks. Direkt beim Hotel in der Gasse sind Getränkemarkt und Ausflugsbüro.

Cons: Birne zweimal kaputt im Bad, evtl Problem mit Elektrik. Aber Bad hatte zwei Beleuchtungen daher kein Problem.

Très bien placé au coeur de Marrakech. Très joli Riad. Le personnel est gentil et très serviable. Le petit petit déjeuner était top. Il y a des terrasses et des endroits pour s'asseoir et se reposer partout. C'est très calme.

Cons: Il y a eu un problème de plomberie mais qui a été réparé très rapidement. La piscine est très petite au coeur de la deuxième partie du Riad (deux Riads collés les uns aux autres), c'est plus pour se rafraîchir que pour se baigner réellement mais très sympa quand même.

The riad was beautiful, great breakfast, super location , we loved it, great for families too, spacious terrace.

Cons: We loved everything, we didn't expect to hear the 5 am chanting so clearly and be waken up at 5am every morning. Our room was situated just next to a mosque so the morning prayers were very loud and clear, if you don't mind being up early, this makes it for a great experience too. So overall there isn't anything we didn't like.

Typisches Riad mit großem Zimmer (Nr.8) zum Innenhof. Tolles Frühstück auf der Dachterasse.

Cons: Leider sehr hellhörig wenn andere Gäste nachst heim herumkommen laut reden oder morgens die schweren Riegel auf und zu sperren. Man kommt nur zu Fuß zum Hotel und muss mit den Koffern durch die engen Pflasterstraßen.

Tout était parfait ! Le personnel est vraiment professionnel, gentil et réactif dans la réponse aux messages (avant et pendant mon séjour). L’organisation de la navette vers l’aéroport. It is a nice Riad, located next to the souk. Very friendly staff. Nice roof terrace with a view to the Atlas. Breakfast is fine. The small rooms are a bit too dark for me. And you can hear everything
