- One of the best staff I’ve ever dealt with. - The employees are available 24/7 and always try to do their best. - Breakfast is very good, but it lacks variety especially since I stayed for 10 days. - The hotel is located very close to all important places in Marrakech. - The pool is clean and the water is filtered daily.
Cons: - The bathroom cleaning is not done properly. I hope the cleaning staff can be trained on the correct way to clean the toilet. - I also suggest adding extra dishes on Fridays and Mondays to bring more variety to the breakfast, especially for guests staying for extended periods.

The location, the staff and the facilities were all great and all the local shops and restaurants were all within walking distance and it's about 30mins walk to Jema El Fna square in the centre of Marrakech. Also the breakfast was included in our stay and the variety of breakfast items was really good and fresh.

Un accueil à la réception qui nous fera revenir à coup sûr dans cet hôtel, chaleureux accueillant avec un humour marrakchi. L'hôtel est très bien situé, extrêmement propre. Les chambres sont bien équipée. La piscine est propre , ce qu'il faut pour y passer un excellent moment rafraichissant: transat serviette fournie, et ûne bonne ambiance (merci au maître nageur). Le personnel est très gentil souriant. Notre voiture était au parking souterrain, les gardes sécurité sont très professionnels. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Donc pas d'initimté pour la chambre. -L'entrée et la sortie du parking présentent un défi car la pente est importante: j'ai touché le bas de la voiture deux fois alors j'ai décidé de ne pas utiliser la voiture pendant mon séjour.

Cons: dość dawno był tam jakiś remont, łazienka w kiepskim stanie, wanna była tak brudna że strach było wchodzić bez klapek, po odbiorze kluczy w apartamencie była tylko resztka papieru toaletowego, który skończył się chwilę później, następnego dnia rano poprosiłem o uzupełnienie, pan zapewnił mnie że będzie to zrobione, natomiast po powrocie do pokoju wieczorem dalej nie mieliśmy papieru. Po kolejnej wizycie w recepcji po ok godzinie pani przyniosła papier :)

Cons: It was the second time we were staying at les Ambassadeurs. I'm Genius 3. Last time we werre 3 people. Everything excellent, This time the beginning was a nightmare, terrible. We were 4 people and were given (I chose) what THEY call an apartment suite. We just got a double-bed for two people and the other two friends had to sleep on those Moroccan couches that are fitted in the living-room around a table. THEY WERE LITERALLY HARD BRICKS and the chambermaid gave us linen and WE had to put them. I complained a first time and no response. Very rude attitude. The second time after these two nigjhts, talked to the receptionist ABDELLATIF who was the nicest person on earth and acte super professionally by finding a solution. We were given another rooms and this time everything EXCELLENT. so TO SUM UP horrible beginning , EXCELLENT END thanks to an understanding supportive receptionist/manager. BE SURE AND MAKE CLEAR with them what they consider an apartment suite. I HAD briefly asked for the kind of accommodation we were expecting as to how many beds etc and expressing extra wishes. NO REPLY whatsoever. WE´ll go back to les Mabassadeurs again BUT we won't fall for that apartment-suite trap again (if it's like us , it`s a big bed and the others will have to sleep on couches HARD AS A BRICK and make their own "BEDS"

Fue una experiencia terrible, y encima nos cobraron 150 € de más, que todavía no entendemos porque. En 5 días nadie puso los pies en esa habitación para nada, ni cambio de toallas ni nada

Belle découverte. Nous avions un appartement avec kitchenette. Spacieux, très confortable, literie de qualité, très propre. Personnel adorable et très serviable. Buffet du petit-déjeuner copieux, varié avec possibilité de prendre des produits locaux délicieux (crêpes, soupes...)
Cons: Manquait quelques équipements dans la kitchenette. Un petit four micro-ondes aurait été bienvenu, non indispensable mais bienvenu. Par contre, il faut absolument mettre à disposition une petite éponge et du produit pour la vaisselle et un torchon pour l'essuyer. J'ai dû demander à une amie marocaine de m'en prêter pour ne pas laisser trop de désordre à la femme de chambre.

Het bed was vreselijk en van ellende heb ik op de bank geslapen. De kamers worden niet dagelijks aangevuld met schone handdoeken. De handdoeken waren ook niet om blij van te worden. Met andere woorden een vreselijke ervaring!

L’établissement était super bien placé avec un personnel très agréable mais niveau propreté c’était pas ça du tout. Il y avait de la moisissure dans la salle de bain des lancette pour la glycémie n’ont pas étaient nettoyé à notre arrivée nous avons dois tout enlevé avec mes enfants elles étaient sur le plan de cuisine ainsi que la plaque électrique la vaisselle était sale et la wifi ne fonctionnait pas du tout. Pour le petit dej nous arrivions à 10h il n’y avait déjà plus rien sur le buffet les machines à café marchaient une fois sur 2 et à 10h30 tapante ils commençaient à éteindre les lumières c’est vraiment dommage.
Cons: Le propreté n’était pas du tout au rdv la wifi inexistante dans les chambres et le service petit dej vraiment à revoir pour un hôtel 4*

Расположен в районе где хороший движ, куча ресторанов, клубов, магазинов, в шаговой доступности большой торговый центр. 10 минут ехать до Медины. Есть недорогая (2€/ночь) парковка в самом отеле. Отличные парковщики. Большиой номер (брали семейные апартаменты), удобные кровати, есть теплые одеяла.
Cons: Процесс заезда был долгим и кривым- начали регистрировать нас, потом на полпути отвлекся на группу из 10 туристов и стал регистрировать их, а мы ждали. Комнаты большие, но одна из них бестолковая- чисто сидеть и смотреть танец живота. Спать в ней неудобно так как диваны узкие. Весь номер разваливается на части, душ поломан, унитаз воняет, все кривое и на соплях. Полотенца дали только два на семью из 4-х. Комнату за 5 дней ни разу не убрали. Сейфа нет. Кухня плохо укомплектована, есть холодильник и к нему претензий нет. А вот плитка родом из 70-х, которые раньше на дачах ставили- это позор. Чай вскипятить целое приключение. Бассейн холодный, вид на бассейн и на помойку рядом. Завтраки слабые, но выпечка была отличная. Цена высокая за такое чудо.

The Location is very good . Its only 7 km from the airport . Right in the centre of the city . Only 3.5 miles from the Qutubia Mosque, Jamaa al Fenaa and Bahia palace . The medina and the souk was amazing . Open all night and if you walk from the hotel to the Qutubia mosque , its extremely enjoyable as you pass by lovely restaurants and shops along the way. The hotel lobby was very inviting and comfortable. The apartment had a lovely sitting area . The kitchenette disappointed me as all the pots , kettle and plates were stinking , no brush provided to clean then . The fridge freezer was lovely. The beds were not comfortable at all . The little balcony over looked the people's houses roofs . The pool looked nice but was too cold a water to get into . So it was just a wasted facility. The bathroom was the sore point . Very dated , not spacious at all and just didnt feel like a 4 star hotel;s bathroom . The room service didnt provide enough towels , we had to ask them every time for shampoo and shower gel .

Da jeg ropte på kelner og viste ham rekken, tok han tallerken og den halvspiste suppe bollen i fullfart og forsvunnet, han sa i farten at suppe gryten ikke var godt vasket. Jeg forventet at han skulle komme tilbake og beklage dette og spørre meg om jeg er allergisk og trenger helsehjelp. Heldigvis tar jeg medisiner med meg i veske over alt. Hotellet bør sette inn tiltak ift. matallergi og være nøye ift. vask av kjøkken utstyr og redskaper. I tilfelle det skjer et uhell, skal kunden få hjelp straks, ikke løpe vekk fra vedkommende. Hotellet bør lage en prosedyre for å hjelpe sine kunder hvis et uhell skjer.. å lage gode tiltak for å takle uforutsigbare utfordringer er svært viktig for Hotellet og sine medarbeidere..

Hotel molto grande. Noi avevamo un intero appartamento davvero gigante!!!! Climatizzatore, angolo cottura e bagno con bidet…per noi italiani è molto strano trovarlo all’estero. Colazione molto varia continentale con qualche specialità marocchina. Poto auto…noi dopo in check out abbiamo chiesto se potevamo lasciare l’auto fino alla sera prima del nostro volo.

Cons: I’m a frequent traveler and have had a good chance to check the hotels out and how they work over the past several years.. This particular one I would never use again. The receptionist staff are full of greed. I was very polite as I checked in and asked if I could park my car in their car park, they charged me for this, I payed without hesitation, when I was leaving I asked if they would kindly print off the boarding passes, he said 20 DHMS (I’ve never paid at any hotel for this) as ‘Mohammed’ is printing this he’s thinking how can I get more money out of this client🤔. He says to me, ‘oh it’s two pages so I will have to charge you double 40 Dhms’ I’m getting late at this stage to get to the airport as my flights in 3 hours, and I would need to drive there in rush hour, I said to him leave the boarding passes for me and my partner as I would go to a previous hotel on the way to the airport who would gladly print them for me ‘Free’ it wasn’t about the money it was the principle of the matter here. I then proceeded to checkout with him, then he insists I owe him for government taxes for the stay which we had already payed through ‘ booking.com’, I just did not want to argue with this guy I just payed him for taxes again, I asked for a receipt for all items he wanted to charge me, but he said we don’t give receipts, I asked for the hotels ‘complaints procedure’ he would not answer he made it look as if he don’t understand what I was asking him for. At this point I had had enough, I just payed him what he asked for his greed, and left. But I’ve never had reason to complain about any hotel in the past.

Cons: Die Reinlichkeit ist nicht optimal, im Bad und Wohnzimmer überall schwarze lange Haare obwohl ich blond bin😂! Der Straßenlärm ist am Abend extrem, durchgehendes Hupen bis um Mitternacht und die Matratze extrem hart, sogar für mich! Zimmer wird jeden Tag aufgeräumt, Handtücher gewechselt, aber weder Shampoo noch Duschgel nachgefüllt!

Lokalizacja. Wokoło dużo dobrych i niedrogich restauracji. Dobra komunikacja z centrum.
Cons: Opis apartamentów nie zgodny ze stanem faktycznym. Nigdzie nie ma rozkładanych sof ( funkcja spania). Na pięć osób mieliśmy tylko lóżko podwójne. Nawet nie było odpowiedniej ilości pościeli dla nas wszystkich. Personel w recepcji ma tego świadomość, że opis pokoi jest nieadekwatny i tłumaczy, że takie są sofy marokańskie.

Location is very good, lots of restaurants/grocery stores nearby, parking garage, friendly staff, large reception area and presence of security staff, 2 lifts-always available.
Cons: Does not align with the standards expected of a 4-star apartment hotel. The room could greatly benefit from better maintenance, as the furniture/bathroom appears worn out. Cleanliness can also improve especially the kitchen area, shower curtain etc... Also, the quality of the bah towels fell short of what is expected from a 4-star establishment. Also want to mention that despite booking a room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids), there were only enough beddings and pillows for two but extra sheets and towels were provided upon request without hesitation but we had to use the couch pillows.

Está ubicado en la parte moderna, ideal si tienes coche porque hay parking. Hay un bus enfrente el 16 y el 1 que van a la Plaza Jemma Fnac. También hay un bus que pasa para el aeropuerto. No es el ambiente de la Medina pero es tranquilo y hay mercados y todos los servicios cerca. Limpio y amplios los apartamentos. El desayuno bastante bueno

Cons: Poor room. No kitchenette/ ability to make a hot drink as advertised. Bathroom contained lots of mild. Swimming pool season daylight in October. Nowhere to sit outside. Street very noisy, with poor fitting (or not even fitting!) windows this was not good. This was booked for 10days but we only stayed 1 night. No refund offered. Extremely poor service in our opinion.

Pas assez de serviettes. Ménage et lits pas faits le 2e jour. Propreté limite. Petit-déjeuner vite vide et panique lorsqu’il y a trop de touristes d’un seul coup. Rapport qualité / prix pas bon à Marrakech.

Le personnel de l’hôtel sont d’une bonté extraordinaire. Toujours à l’écoute et super souriante . Hassan a la réception est une personne extraordinaire. Les valets aussi toujours souriants ( avec les enfants toujours un mot gentille ) Très appréciable quant on ne connais pas .
Cons: L’appartement malheureusement manque un peu de propreté l’équipement mériterai un rafraîchissement car meubles un peu vétuste et il manque quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine . Mais à côté de l’accueil et de l’emplacement se n’ai pas très grave .

Cons: The rooms are tired need an overall revamp. The furniture is outdated. There were sort of inspects in the room. The view from the rooms almost entirely obstructed. You have to wake up at 0700H as there is minimal to no replenishment of consumed items.

Cons: Reservé un apartamento doble para 4 personas (a precio de 4 personas + 4 desayunos) y solo había dos camas y dos sofás. Reclamé en recepción esas dos camas y me subieron y tiraron (literalmente) sobre los sofás dos mantas. Nada de almohadas ni sábanas ni toallas de baños para dos más. ¿Cómo pretenden hacer dormir en un hotel de 4 estrellas a dos personas en un sofá (Tarbajs en Marruecos) sin sábanas ni almohadas? Reclamamos la presencia del director del hotel y tras ardua discusión muy entrada la noche, nos dieron una habitación más. ¡Ojo, las habitaciones para 4 personas en este hotel solo tienen dos camas!

Die Lage des Hotels ist zufriedenstellen. Nur hätte der Rezeptionist uns sagen können , dass gleich ums Eck ein Bus zur souks fährt, anstatt uns ein Taxi zu bestellen und der hat uns 20 Eur gekostet, der Bus kostet 2 EuR/person.
Cons: Unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, als ich am 2 Tag dies angesprochen habe, hat der Rezeptionist gemeint, ich muss den Schlüssel da lassen, da sie nur einen Schlüssel haben. Unser Zimmer wurde auch da nicht gereinigt, sonder es wurden nur Handtücher und Shampoos ins Zimmer gestellt. Wir waren 5 Personen, es stand, bei der Reservierung, dass wir 5 Schlafplätze auch haben werden, als wir in unser Appartme tbreinkamen, sah dieser sehr geräuimg, jedoch haben wir 3 Schlafplätze gehabt. Auf mein hinweisen, dass wir 5 sind, brachte uns daa Zummeraervice weitere Lacken und Kissen, die Sitzommode misste dan von uns fertiggestwllt werden. Sas Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen, mit 4 Sternen hat dies nichts zu tun.

Très déçu de l’hôtel , je le déconseille fortement car à notre arrivée des frais en plus nous ont été demandé ensuite la piscine et totalement couvert et à l’ombre , Nous avons fait appel à une femme de ménage qui nous a volé notre trousse de toilette TRÈS GRAVE et pour terminer aucune connexion wifi et lorsque nous somme parti l’hôtel nous a encore fait payer 250dhrs pour le taxi en direction de l’aéroport une GROSSE ARNAQUE

L'emplacement était parfait, le réceptionniste (Hassan) était très accueillant et drôle. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon. Parking sous terrain est un atout pour la voiture qui reste au frais.

L’emplacement, l’amabilité du personnel, la taille des appartement, le parking ultra sécurisé (2€ par jour) et la piscine qui, bien que petite et à l’ombre, était parfaite pour les chaleurs de Marrakech (avec 2 bassins: 1,60m et 1m idéal pour les enfants). Le combiné réfrigérateur / congélateur était aussi très utile !
Cons: Le petit déjeuner vraiment très limité, l’absence d’articles de toilette (shampoing par exemple). Il faut aussi noter que dans les appartements, il y a un seul lit double. Le reste des couchages se fait sur les canapés marocains / sédatifs (ok pour 2 ou 3 nuits).

Asciugamani e lenzuola disponibili solo per due persone mentre il nostro appartamento era per 4. Con quasi 40 gradi fuori c’erano dei piumini e pochi lenzuola Tappeti dei corridoi scollati

The reception staff were not welcoming and kept us waiting until two members of stay kept talking about some paper work and wanted to get rid of us instead to ask us can we help you but the old man said sorry the hotel is fully booked until I said we have a reservation then he said oh ok. He was not so friendly but looked just wanted to get rid of me. It looks like I was a problem to him as he was trying to either handover or something else to summit up he was very rude. I will not come to this hotel.

Fair value for money, it was really busy and expensive in Marrakesh at the time because of GITEX. It's clean and in walking distance to the station. The rooms on the inside are quiet, I imagine the rooms on the outside to be very noisy. Breakfast is not worth it, but there are plenty of places around to eat almost any time of the day. Beds are hard, but I don't mind that.
