Our host is one of the kindest and nicest people I've ever met. He really did his best to fullfil our requests and make our trip unforgettable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had the room on the terrace which was the highlight of our accomodation. Him and his mom prepared the breakfast every morning and we enjoyed it. The Riad is located near some restaurants and some local shops where you can buy water and other essentials. 5* for this Riad and for our host.
Cons: The only downside is the water pressure (only for washing hands and brushing your teeth - the shower is fine).

Ilyas nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Nos preparó un desayuno nada más llegar antes de tener la habitación. El último día, nos guardó las maletas y nos preparó el transfer de vuelta al aeropuerto con precio cerrado. Sin duda el punto más fuerte fue la amabilidad de Ilyas. La ubicación del rihad está a unos 25 minutos andando de la plaza Jemaa. A pesar de estar más alejado que otros, no nos arrepentimos de cogerlo dado que tenía muy buena comunicación con taxi (te dejaba a 2 minutos) lo que nos permitió recogernos tarde sin preocupaciones.
Cons: Como única queja el agua de la ducha tenía poca presión y era algo incómodo, pero por lo demás todo muy limpio y muy bien gestionado.

Cons: La chambre avec salle de bain privatif sentait les égouts , le ménage à l’arrivé pas fait ( cheveux dans les tiroirs , le lit , tapis de bain salle ) , un tuyau se déverse dans la douche , bruyant ( dès que quelqu’un parle vous l’entendez comme si vous discutiez avec , les chambres du Rez de chaussée ne peuvent pas faire de grasse matinée ou dormir de manière optimale puisque la fenêtre donne sur « le salon » ou le coin petit déjeuner puisque c’est le même endroit Quand j’ai fait la remarque, on a tout de même osé me dire que j’étais exigeante et que je n’avais probablement pas l’habitude de voyager ,

L'host é stato in assoluto tra tutti i miei viaggi il più gentile, attento, premuroso che abbia mai incontrato. Ci ha letteralmente coccolato in modo discreto e delicato mai invadente. Un ragazzo eccezionale che merita il massimo del punteggio.
Cons: La posizione è a 20m dalla piazza centrale ma in realtà è secondo noi una posizione ottimale in quanto le auto arrivano molto vicino a differenza di altre posizioni raggiungibili solo a piedi, comodità importante per l'arrivo e partenza con bagagli. La zono è carina vicino al mercato e in prossimità ci sono molti ristoranti carini

Nice Riad, with a great location on the outer perimeter of the Medina, which I liked since it was easy to find and access, plus pretty quiet. Its nicely decorated and the staff where fantastic I got the upstairs room on the terrace which felt quite private. Wifi included. Breakfast was yummy and a nice young gentleman who works there was willing to prepare me breakfast at 630am the day I was leaving for my Sahara voyage, even though breakfast doesn't officially start til 8am. Host sent messages and help me find the place. Spoke fluent English too. Great value!
Cons: -when you are trying to get there, make sure you dont just put in the address, but the actual name of the place, since there is at least one other place w the same address and various street that have the same name, so I went via taxi to the other place on a totally different part of the Medina. Ifntouput the name of the Riad youre all good. My room was a bit small but the bed was big! They should update the bed sheets and pillow, since they look dated. The nozzle to switch the water to shower mode didn't work properly. Thats all.

Breakfast was really good, we left earlier than normal breakfast time and owner woke up and made up breakfast, very kind and enjoyed our conversations. Located in a quiet corner, away from the loudness of market but still very close proximity to everything. Would highly recommend.

El alojamiento cumple con todo lo necesario. Cómodo, acogedor, bonito y con aire acondicionado. El desayuno estuvo increíble. Ilyas ha sido súper atento y se ha preocupado y preguntado por nosotros todos los días. Si volvemos a Marrakech sin duda repetimos.

A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész volt. Segítettek a reptéri transzfer rendelésében is, amihez ki is kísértek minket. A reggeli bőséges volt. A szoba mérete megegyezett a képen láthatóval, a szekrényekbe kényelmesen lehetett pakolni 2 nagybőrönddel is. Minden tiszta és igényes volt.

Buona posizione, vicolo tranquillo, a due passi da servizi come taxi, bus, mercato, negozi, si raggiunge il souk della medina facilmente. Tipica struttura di una casa locale, e ci si sente in famiglia, Ilyas è un ragazzo molto disponibile, ti aiuta in tutto, così come la signora che si occupa del riad per stanza e colazione, colazione che per mia scelta non ho fatto. Struttura pulita, camere piccole ma funzionali, la mia era climatizzata, dispone di un terrazzino comune, ha un servizio taxi, consigliato davvero ad ogni tipologia di ospite. Grazie!

La atención maravillosa, la habitacion comoda y acogedora descanse muy bien, la habitacion te permite conocer marrakech desde que llegas, tienes una plaza de productos tipicos, si quieres comer la comida autentica tienes lo mas exclusivo con precios favorable, muy seguro al llegar parece muy solo pero las personas respetuosas y muy calidas dispuestas ayudar. El te es el mejor que tome en todo marrakech.

Cons: Der Herr der uns empfangen hat war sehr speziell, wirkte sehr verwirrt und hat insbesondere mir etwas Angst gemacht - ganz anders als bei allen anderen Riads die wir bis anhin hatten in Marokko. Ich war froh war ich mit meinem Freud da. Aussen ist nichts angeschrieben und man weiss nicht ob man am richtigen Ort ist, dies ist insbesondere in Marrakech etwas schwierig weil immer jemand kommt und „helfen“ möchte. Wir waren so perplex, dass wir nach der Ankunft nich mehr raus wollten. Wir mussten am nächsten Tag früh los und im Gegensatz du anderen Riads wurde uns hier kein Frühstück vorbereitet. Das Zimmer war sehr klein aber Klima funktionierte und das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist ok - in Marrakesch gibt es aber sicher besseres für diesen Preis. Würde nicht mehr in diese Unterkunft.

Cons: Un des pires riad que j’ai fait à Marrakech. Personne pour m’accueillir, l’isolation est catastrophique on entend absolument tout ce qu’il se passe et il y a du bruit jusqu’à très tard le soir. Les chambres sont beaucoup moins bien qu’en photos. C’est très rudimentaire, vraiment le bas du bas de gamme en termes de services. Le personnel n est quasiment pas présent, j’ai franchement eu l’impression d’être en auto-gestion avec 0 interlocuteur. À fuir si vous vous attendez à un vrai service et à un endroit calme ou vous reposer. Le seul point positif : la femme de chambre qui a été très gentille

I stayed here for one week whilst in Marrakech and found the location to be absolutely perfect for everything, especially as I made 4 tours to other cities and the pick up location was just a 2 minute walk & ideal for being collected. The riad itself is clean, well presented and quiet as it is located away from busier areas of the city. Ilias is fantastic. His service goes beyond expectations and he is attentive, friendly and caring. 10/10 service at all times. If I come to Marrakesh again I would stay here.

All of it. I arrived late due to flights. Absolutely no hassle. Really welcoming. Room amazing up on the terrace. Real feel of holiday and relaxing. Good view over the city as well. Felt really safe. Awoke in the am to the sound of birds. Breakfast really good. Can highly recommend Ilyas, top notch. Brilliant. A real credit to Morroco. What a brilliant place and value for money. Come here, and you feel on a relaxing adventure, in a really interesting part of marrakech. I will be back. Really clean..good facilities. I've been trekking to the high Atlas before, and been to marrakech before, but this place is the tops. So glad I found it. It’s super clean and both Ramadan and his staff are very friendly, location is right outside the busy Medina so perfect to go anywhere.

Amazing, authentic place! I wholeheartedly recommend this place! A wonderful experience from start to finish. The host's (Ilyas) warm welcome, hospitality, generosity and attention to details is amazing, very kind and helpful to everyone! The design and decor fill the place with harmony and calm. Very delicious breakfast! Nice terrace and also a nice cat there! During the stay, one week, the room was cleaned and the towels changed, the lady who helps here does a great job. The location is close to the Bab Doukkala bus station, for those who take public transportation from the airport (number 19 for arrival, number 11 for departure, on the other side of the road).Located in a quiet area, away from the noise of the main street. I would gladly return!

The location was great, in a less touristic place and outside the noisy medina. The staff super friendly and kind. The breakfast good!!! The rooftoop was a perfect place to relax! No room cleaning, a bit noisy when people talk in the hall. Mattress can be better.

The staff are very friendly, very helpful and very accommodating. You can see that I have marked all categories as excellent, because this accommodation did meat my expectations - authentic riad in the Medina (the old town) of Marrakech, serving delicious breakfast and covering the basics - clean bedsheets and towels, private shower, AC. I wasn't expecting a TV, coffee maker or cosmetic mirror, so it was OK not to find any. Having said that, there is a cable on the wall, which might be connected to a TV in the future. I felt safe in this hotel and I would stay again.
Cons: I never stayed in a riad before and I wasn't prepared for the lack of sound isolation. The room has only a window to the inner yard and every noise gets louder, because of the echo. It got quieter after midnight.

Really fantastic hosts, Ramadan and his family are such nice people and nothing was too much trouble. The Riad was very nice, comfortable and relaxing. The roof terrace was lovely even in January. The breakfasts were plentiful and good. The location was good too. About a 15 minute walk into the centre down a very entertaining set of streets

Staff are very pleasant and sincere, location is perfect close to city gate to visit old and new town. The intercity buses station is outside the gate and city buses all stop there including 19 from the airport. The train station is only a half hour walk or you can grab a cab or bus from the gate. There is direct route to Jemaa El Fna square and all of the medina is accessible. Rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable and breakfasts are filling and delicious. Great spot to stay. Iyas is an awesome host and can hook you up with any activity you may want.
Cons: Perfect stay wanted for nothing.

Cons: Do not book desert tour through them. We paid a very higher price for the luxury 3-day desert tour which was supposed to provide good dinners and comfortable accommodation. But we were only provided low-quality food and cold rooms similar to the budget tour.

Ilyas was meeting us at the parking lot by the Medina wall, which was really helpful. On the day when we left Marrakesh, because we needed to leave early for Essaouira, Ilyas got up earlier than usual to prepare breakfast for us. Really appreciated! Thank you, Ilyas! We enjoyed the location of the Riad.
Cons: I wish that the washroom was larger. Also it would be nice if the room has bed lights.

The host is a very nice guy, the communication was easy, and he makes an amazing breakfast! The location is great, it's not in the most touristy area, but close to the Medina, bus stop etc. Looks like a safe neighbourhood with locals.
Cons: This riad only opened in September, so here are my two cents for making it better: 1. The bathroom needs tiles, shower curtains, and ventilation to prevent mold. Also the thing that holds the showerhead on the wall was broken. 2. You need to give the guests keys to the gate, so they don't have to knock everytime. I'm sure that this riad will be an amazing place in a couple of months. Until then, it's still a nice place to stay for a reasonable price!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The terrace on the top of the house is very relaxing. The location is near a wall gate and is very convenient both for new and old districts. We spent very good time there.
Cons: The power plugs on walls are generally only found at a high position from the floor so it would be convenient if you have a tap with a longer power cable. Finding the door of this accommodation was a bit difficult for the first time since there was no sign of the accommodation name outside. It seems that’s a normal in the city but I share the door photo for the ease of finding it.

The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is freshly made each morning, and there is more than enough to keep you filled. The location is on the boundary between the new and the old city, so well placed. Elias, the caretaker, is a very nice and friendly person. He was very helpful and always available. He accompanied us to the cab stop at 3AM even though we insisted it was fine.
Cons: The rooms are a bit cramped; after a double-bed and wardrobe, there is barely any walking space. The wardrobe was still new and had saw dust inside which made some clothes dusty. The bathroom is quite compact, so not very comfortable; but functional. The air conditioning takes time to cool the small room. The WIFI is very average, and sometimes unusable.

Ramadan and the other guy from the staff was very helpful, the riad is perfect located if you want visit the medina, the riad's decor is very well-finished in the details on the ground floor, where the restaurant is located for meals. The room is clean and quiet with air conditioning and well-furnished. The staff is very attentive to the guests and I was looked after during my stay

This Riad has been beautifully renovated. It is in a very convenient location, but a little difficult to discover. Once located it is very easy to get around and transport links are virtually on the doorstep if needed. Bab Doukalla is a great area of the Medina to visit and more authentic than the areas around the main square, about 20 minutes walk, or a short petit taxi ride. The welcome is warm and the atmosphere is calm. The staff are very good. Courteous and helpful. They work very hard for the comfort of their guests. I have been visiting Morocco for more than fifty years and Marrakesh many times. I would not hesitate to recommend this Riad.
Cons: Initially a little difficult to find, probably because I didn’t have WiFi! The house is number 29, but there isn’t yet a sign to indicate that it is a Riad.
