L’emplacement est super, surtout pour ceux qui prennent le train et/ou le bus SupraTours. Les salles de bains et les couloirs aux étages ont l’air d’être récemment rénovés. Le staff au resto et au bar se sont montrés particulièrement aimables. Quoique les chambres soient petites et basiques, le lit est confortable et la fenêtre ferme bien pour couper le bruit des rues. Tout marche bien, bon éclairage, prises électriques suffisantes. Propreté impeccable. Le petit-déj est servi à partir de 4h du matin, bien pour les voyageurs qui prennent le train très tôt.
Cons: Le petit déjeuner est suffisant, mais pas spectaculaire. Un petit détail: les serviettes de bain pourraient être plus moelleuses. Elles donnent l’impression d’être bien usées.

Cons: Douche mal isolée (eau inonde la salle de bains). Restaurant très moyen. Un peu trop de bruit de voitures et surtout très mauvaise insonorisation entre chambres et entre chambre et couloirs, surtout dans un pays où les gens parlent fort. Un peu d’amélioration permettrait de donner une image plus positive de l’établissement qui a toutefois quelques atouts pour ce niveau d’étoiles : gare à deux pas et piscine.

Good location, nice reception area and pool, good staff. The hotel is in a great location close to the train station, taxis, Starbucks and McDonalds. The pool area is great to relax and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Cons: However, Our toilet flush was broken, the shower didn’t drain and leaked out onto the floor, the sink didn’t drain and the shower had mold. Which was great considering we both got food poisoning (not from the hotel) but a functional bathroom is much needed in such a situation!

Está muy cerca de la estación de autobuses de Supratours (prácticamente en la misma estación) así como de la estación central de trenes (a dos pasos) y de muchas paradas de autobuses urbanos. Está muy bien comunicado en la zona nueva de la ciudad cerca de muchos servicios.
Cons: El hotel está muy descuidado. La moqueta del pasillo está realmente sucia (o manchada). La habitación tiene muchas carencias: no tiene ni mesas de noche ni una triste silla en la que sentarse. En el techo hay una pieza de madera hinchada por la humedad que tendrá alguna función, no lo dudo, pero da muy mala impresión. El teléfono estaba en el suelo en una esquina en medio de una maraña de cables. Los conmutadores de la entrada (donde se inserta la tarjeta) estaban sucios. En el desayuno pides algo a los camareros y te ignoran. Un despropósito. Para lo que cobran y la categoría que se supone que tiene el hotel, la relación calidad-precio es muy desfavorable al cliente.

Only thing i liked is how easy it was to be picked up. it was in the centre which is why i booked it. A few of the receptionists were nice but not all of them. one of them who may be their manager always had a frown on.
Cons: My room had to be changed 3 times. 1st room had urine stench, 2nd room was very warm and when maintenance came to check he asked that i dont touch the controls on the wall as it was winter and all the rooms had to be warm. i explained that i should be able to reduce the temp if it is toowarm for me to sleep in. After back and forthe the room was changed to another one. There were flies all over the reception and the hotel generally had smellof urine. Rooms aren't particulary quiet either.

I unexpectedly found an amazing traditional family-run riad during my trip to Fes—it was such a wonderful surprise! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and full of beautiful traditional details; the housekeeping service was thoughtful and thorough, keeping everything fresh and tidy every day. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and generous: fresh juice, homemade bread, local pancakes, jams, eggs, and authentic mint tea. The riad is also perfectly located, with convenient transportation and easy access to attractions and local markets on foot. Every detail from check-in to check-out was heartwarming and great value for money. I truly felt like I’d found a hidden gem—this is definitely the place to stay in Fes!

Hôtel calme et tranquille, le personnel est toujours très aimable la réception ouverte 24h/24. On y trouve ce qu'on vient y chercher. J'avais déjà séjourné plusieurs fois dans l'hôtel et j'avais apprécié de trouver du repos et du calme après des journées mouvementées dans la ville ocre. L'hôtel est proche de tout ce dont on a besoin de s points touristiques essentiels ce qui en fait un endroit idéal.
Cons: La seule petite chose pour moi, qui ne m'empêchera absolument pas de revenir, c'est le fait qu'il y ait un peu d'eau dans la salle de bain après la douche, ce qui arrive souvent d'ailleurs dans d'autres hôtels... Et c'est très facile d'y remédier ...Sinon rien à redire !

Cons: Falta de equipamentos no quarto, nomeadamente de secador de cabelo.Tive de ir pedir à receção para usar e vieram buscá-lo para o dar a outros hóspedes no dia a seguir, não o pude usar nesse dia. As janelas deveriam ter um reforço à prova do som, ouve-se um bocado o trânsito e as passagens do comboio (está perto da Estação)

Cons: J’ai rencontré un problème de climatisation dans ma chambre. J’en ai parlé avec le monsieur qui était à l’accueil pendant la nuit pour essayer de trouver une solution. Il m’a proposé une autre chambre, mais elle ne me convenait pas. Il m’a alors demandé d’attendre jusqu’au lendemain matin, en me promettant qu’il me donnerait une autre chambre. Le matin, je suis descendu à la réception, mais il n’était plus là. Il y avait une autre femme à sa place, qui n’était même pas au courant de la situation. J’ai donc dû tout lui réexpliquer. Finalement, ils ont bien changé ma chambre, mais avec du retard. Il y avait aussi un autre problème avec la carte ..à chaque fois que j’essayais d’ouvrir la porte de ma chambre, elle ne fonctionnait pas. C’était fatigant de devoir aller à chaque fois à la réception pour la recharger.

Cons: To be honest, this hotel is only suitable for someone looking to sleep for a night and leave the next morning. The room had a twin bed setup, but there was only one shower towel available. Not even a bottle of water was provided. The TV was outdated and not functioning, and there were no basic amenities like shampoo or shower gel—only a single bar of soap meant for everything. No slippers were provided either. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Je trouve que votre terrasse est vraiment lamentable elle est sale pas du tout entretenu les tables sont très sales je pense qu'il faudrait changer de mobilier et faire une jolie terrasse avec une jolie pergola et des ombrages.

Clean, comfortable, and hospitable. Rooms are well equipped and I got a good night's sleep. The hotel is very close to the railway station, airport and CTM Bus terminal. Excellent location if you are arriving at or departing from Marrakech late or early as there is a 24-hour check in. I arrived late at night, so I appreciated the pick-up service from the airport. The breakfast was good. This would suit anyone coming to Marrakech for work or onward travel, rather than for tourism. Very convenient, and I will stay here again the next time I am in Marrakech.

Cons: Je m’étais posé des questions par rapport à l’appartenance de cet hôtel à la chaîne Accor car il manque un peu de tout: pas de téléphone fonctionnel dans les chambres pour un appel d’urgence, la télé n’est pas connecté à la parabole, les serviettes sont vieilles, etc. Ce constat résulte de mes séjours à Casablanca, Tanger et Marrakech.

Tuve una excelente estancia en este hotel. El personal fue muy amable y atento desde el primer momento. El hotel es grande tranquilo y cuenta muchas seguridad, ideal para descansar. La piscina es amplia y está muy bien cuidada, perfecta para relajarse. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, tanto las áreas comunes como la habitación. El desayuno fue otro punto destacado: muy rico y con una gran variedad de opciones para todos los gustos. En general, una experiencia excelente. Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo totalmente.

Cons: Hotel della catena Ibis ambientato nel contesto marocchino che ha bisogno di una bella ristrutturazione. Camere (avevamo 2 camere) al di sotto dello standard della catena specialmente quella più grande con paramenti in legno giunti al temine del percorso. Bagno con vasca ormai in condizioni non più presentabili.

The location is excellent. Ibis is conveniently located right next to the Supratours station and the train station, very close to the Gueliz neighborhood and just a 35 minute walk to the medina. The staff were polite and helpful, they booked a taxi for me to take me to the airport very early in the morning.
Cons: The bathroom of my room looked pretty old, it could use an update.

Cons: Not a great property for the name. No value for memory. Room is too small. There was no mini fridge in the room. Lock to the bathroom door was broken. No door mat in the bathroom for 2 days Same breakfast daily Very dry bakery items in the buffet.

It was very close to the train station. But about 50 minutes walk from the Medina. Staff was ok, helped us by printing the plane tickets. Also beds were comfortable.

Les femmes de chambres du 1er étage La piscine , l’emplacement et la cuisine de Nordine le cuisinier , ses salades sont justes incroyables . Merci à lui .
Cons: La climatisation était défectueuse et pas réparée de tout mon séjour . L’accueil de Mr Ibrahim est complément à revoir , il se moque éhontement de tout le monde . Aucun service autour de la piscine, les toilettes sans papier et sales , transats défectueux très décevant. On me considère comme une cliente lambdas alors que cela fait plus de 5 ans que je viens de façons régulières . Je vais donc cesser d’y revenir car le prix n’est plus à la hauteur des services de cet hôtel , dommage !

I arrived at this location after having spent one night at their other location which was totally miserable. So the contrast was very kind to this second location. The staff here was professional and accommodating, and their pool actually swimmable (the staff at the other location met both of my very basic requests with a flat "no", and their pool is so shallow one cannot really swim in it). At this location, the garden and pool are actually enjoyable, and there is a very extensive lounge area which is great for anyone who needs a calm and comfortable space to work on their laptop. I had a very short interaction with the housekeeper but was truly touched by how incredibly sweet she was. I hope she is adequately valued as a part of the team at Ibis Gare.
Cons: The rooms are impossibly small. The shower head needs to be replaced, it was leaky and it took me forever to be able to rinse the shampoo out of my hair for this reason. Overall, this is an extremely basic hotel stay which does not match the price paid.

Cons: Honnêtement, ce que je pourrai recommander c'est une petite rénovation au niveau des chambres, oui c'est propres (même si il y avait un peu de poussière)mais la table de la chambre était casser donc impossible d'y mettre ces affaires, la porte de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas vraiment, et j'aurai aimer des oreiller un peu plus gros et plus bouffon que ceux qu'on a eu dans notre chambres, mais à part ça rien d'alarmant vraiment juste quelques petites améliorations
