Cons: We didn’t had hot water , the water didn’t had any pressure and the air condition wasn’t working. So we were cold at night. The people at the Riad couldn’t do anything for these problems so the second day we had to move to a different place. We were expecting this holiday a long time ago and we were really unhappy with this situation. Also it ruined our first day of vacation!We believed that it was fun to stay at a Riad but if we ever visit again Marrakesh we will stay in a hotel for sure!

El riad está bien, es bonito y tradicional, pero no es de lujo. Desayuno bueno y abundante, habitación amplia con baño diáfano con habitación, excepto wc, buen armario, camas cómodas. Personal amable y wifi gratis buena.

Cons: Instalaciones un poco descuidadas, poco mantenimiento. Nuestra ducha no funcionaba bien y casi no salía agua y lavabo atascado, lo reportamos es mismo día de llegada, pero tardaron 2 días en arreglarlo. Tuvimos que pedir en 2 ocasiones extra de papel higiénico y otra vez toallas que no nos dejaron. Poquísima luz en una de las habitaciones y wc que se movía. Los kimlim muy sucios y en general no se veía super limpio si eres escrupuloso. Si no eres exigente con la limpieza, está bien. La zona está un poco alejada de la zona turística, a unos 25 minutos andando de la plaza jemaa el-Fna, es más zona de la gente local, y es zona un poco desangelada y pobre, por la noche andando daba miedo, aunque no se percibía inseguridad.

Cons: Purtroppo c'erano dei malfunzionamenti sia alla doccia che al lavandino della camera. La camera è piccola e claustrofobica e anche molto fredda, piena di spifferi!

Cons: L emplacement etait un peu loin ,l emménagement était vétuste .le porte savon dans la douche qui ne tenait pas ,résultats les bouteilles de savons qui était en verres tombaient et ce cassées. Le riad était impeccable : très propre, calme et parfaitement entretenu. Le personnel a été exceptionnel du début à la fin : accueillant, disponible, vraiment à l’écoute et toujours prêt à aider. L’ambiance générale est chaleureuse et le restaurant sur place est très bon. Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment bien pris en charge.

Cons: Rien à redire sur l’établissement lui-même. En revanche, comme il est situé en plein cœur de la médina, l’accès peut paraître un peu impressionnant, surtout lorsqu’on est une femme et qu’on ne connaît pas encore le quartier. Mais cela ne dépend pas du riad.

The location was perfect.. it was not in the middle of the medina, but it was near the entrance of the medina.. we liked the breakfast, the warm welcome.. but what really stood out was the staff.. especially Lakhsan (i dont know how to write his name) He is the real jewel of the Riad.. he took very good care of us from the day we checked in until the day we checked out.. Really helped us even with the smallest detail.. thank you brother for lending us a hand.. and also the lady who makes ghriba (a moroccan cookie) was also very friendly and warm..

Cons: Though we enjoyed our stay there thanks to our brother Lakhsan, the thing we didn't like was the pool.. The water was stagnant.. It doesnt change water.. i dont know if that's normal in Morocco, but we found it very dirty 🥹 we brought swimming attire so we can spend one afternoon in the pool but sad to say, we didn't even touch the water because it was dirty..

El riad es muy bonito y bien decorado, el personal muy amable, la terraza genial y el desayuno rico y abundante.

Cons: Dormimos en una habitación en la terraza y la verdad que se escuchaba mucho ruido, la ducha y lavabo estaba en la misma habitación sin separación (solo el wc) y no tragaba bien el agua, poca presión en la ducha y no funcionaba el datáfono y tuvimos que ir a sacar dinero para pagar la estancia y gastos extras.

Riad am Bab Jacout am Nordrand der Medina sehr gut per Auto erreichbar. Riad ist hübsch, innen ruhig, in der Wohngegend eher lärmig. Apartment war als zwei über das Bad verbundene Doppelzimmer nett. Betten waren sehr gut. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich, hat uns korrekte Preis-Tipps für Taxis gegeben und unsere Bordkarten zum Rückflug ausgedruckt, obwohl das gar nicht nötig war, denn das machen die Leute am Flughafen sowieso. Man kommt dank Google Maps in ca. einer halben Stunde zu Fuß zum Jemna el Fna, dem Hauptplatz von Marrakesch. Den Spa-Bereich haben wir nicht gesehen und nicht genutzt, können das also nicht einschätzen. Taxi zum Jemna darf für Familie nicht mehr als 50 DH kosten, zum Palais Bahia nicht mehr als 80 DH, also 5 bzw 8 Euro; alles andere ist Wucher!

Cons: Der Pool nimmt fast den gesamten zweiten Innenhof des Riads ein und ist gesäumt von einigen leider total ein gestaubten und vertrockneten Pflanzen, einer traurigen Bananenstaude etwa. Im Wasser waren wir nur ein Mal, denn es schwammen merkwürdige Schlieren, Fusseln und Flocken unbekannten Ursprungs darin herum, die auch am Folgetag nicht herausgefischt waren; das Wasser wirkte irgendwie trüb. Außer uns selbst haben wir an zwei Abenden auch niemanden baden sehen. Auf der ruhigen Dachterasse wurde das in Marokko übliche Frühstück serviert, allerdings waren die Marmeladen und damit wir Gäste von etlichen Bienen bedrängt, die dann in den Marmeladen und im Honig starben. Man hätte sicher etwas tun können gegen die Bienen und diese Belästigung der Gäste, der Kinder vor allem. Auch ganz oben einige abgestorbene Pflanzen, ein verdorrter Kaktus zum Beispiel; das macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Sowas muss man einfach entsorgen!

I punti forti di questa struttura sono: - la bellezza del Riad - lo staff - la posizione In particolare: -il Riad è proprio caratteristico, con la piscina al centro, le fontane, le stanze caratteristiche dai letti, ai soffitti ai bagni. Un ambiente davvero magico e molto pulito - lo staff è veramente fantastico, Ali, Jamil e Hassan hanno una professionalità e gentilezza davvero rara, cercano di assecondare ogni bisogno del cliente e sono sempre disponibili a dare consigli su cosa vedere e cosa fare. (mi si era anche rotta la zip dello zaino e me l'hanno sistemata senza chiedere niente). Un grazie non puó bastare per il fantastico servizio fornito! -la posizione è molto comoda, in 10 minuti si arriva al souq, in 20 minuti o poco meno alla piazza centrale. Inoltre è vicinissima (30m) da bab yacout, una delle porte della città vecchia e quindi una volta scesi dal taxy non si deve camminare per arrivare al Riad La colazione è tipica, ogni giorno vi è una torta diversa, tè, caffè, piccola macedonia, yogurt, succo e poi pancake o messem, e inoltre miele e marmellate.

Cons: Gli unici punti deboli erano legati al bagno, ma penso che sia un problema generico dell'immobile o anche della città, eravamo al piano terra e purtroppo dal bagno spesso vi era un odore non troppo piacevole, inoltre anche l'acqua calda bisognava aspettare un po' prima che arrivasse ( ed è un po' uno spreco d'acqua doverla lasciar scorrere a vuoto per potersi fare una doccia). Non abbiamo nemmeno riportato la problematica allo staff in quanto non pensavamo potesse fare molto. In generale magari sarebbe meglio avere qualche lampada in piú, l'illuminazione nn è il massimo, ma credo faccia parte dell'atmosfera.

I recommend this riad if you want to stay in the medina of Marrakesh, not only because of the authentic look, the clean rooms (they clean the room every day), the delicious traditional breakfast and the hamam, but also this was the nicest staff I have ever seen. They even printed our tickets for the airport and packed us breakfast for the travel. Especially thankful for the warm attitude and care of Lahcen.

Très bel endroit, propre, bien entretenu. La piscine est vraiment agréable pour se délasser après les balades. Nous avons été reçues joyeusement par une équipe attentionnée, disponible et prompte à nous conseiller (une mention pour Lahcen qui a été aux petits soins avec nous, tout le temps de notre séjour). Le Riad est bien situé pour se rendre à pieds au Jardin Majorelle (13 min), et proche des autres lieux de visite cultes de Marrakech. La literie était top et le petit déjeuner très bon, servi sur la terrasse, tout près des oiseaux.

Cons: Le seul bémol serait pour moi, le bruit, même s'il a peu à voir avec le Riad en lui-même, mais plutôt avec sa localisation. Proche de la Porte Bab Yakout, l'environnement est assez bruyant, pour nous qui revenions de 5 jours dans le désert. À noter que la période des vacances scolaires a certainement joué.

My room was lovely, very comfortable. Everything worked and I had no problems. The Riad was very quiet ( mostly ) and I slept well every night. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace, and there was plenty to eat...fresh fruit, fresh juice, various breads and jams, lovely yoghurt, omelette, fresh coffee...excellent. The location of the Riad was pretty good...a short walk into the casbah past some amazing doors along the way. Everybody is very friendly in the local area and lots of people call out greetings, smile or wave as you pass by. The casbah is really very close and is a very interesting place to slowly wander through. The temptation to buy is always there...the choice is incredible. I found the Artisan centre to be great value with a huge choice of items to buy...set price and no haggling.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like in the Riad.

Tutto il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile dall’inizio alla fine. Abbiamo anche chiesto se fosse possibile mangiare qualcosa prima dell’inizio della colazione perché avevamo una gita in programma che sarebbe iniziata presto al mattino, e non hanno esitato a trovare una soluzione. Inoltre hanno tenuto la nostra valigia per due giorni prima del nostro rientro dalla gita. Colazione buona e abbondante. L’ambiente è molto curato e accogliente.

The staff - they were all warm and very friendly specially Hassan and the ladies. Hassan, Ali and Majid speaks English so communication was no problem. Hassan always made sure there was warm water for my mother to drink early in the morninv. The food - the breakfast was served fresh every morning at the rooftop which was amazing, loved their fresh yogurt and fruits. The location - it’s very near to the entrance of the old city but still walking distance to the new city. The riad itself - it has a rooftop/terrace where u can enjoy sunrise/sunset, it has a pool and lounge where u can relax after a warm stroll at the busy streets - really a haven in the chaos.

Cons: The lights were dim in the rooms but I guess that is part of the culture. The toilet seat was not fixed properly.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo riad e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta. La struttura è splendida, curata nei minimi dettagli, con ambienti che trasmettono autenticità e charme. Le camere sono pulite e accoglienti, offrendo un’atmosfera rilassante ideale per un soggiorno indimenticabile. Il servizio è impeccabile: lo staff è sempre disponibile, attento e cordiale, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con professionalità. La colazione è squisita e molto ricca. Gorgeous place, good maintenance and unlimited instagrammable spots all within the property Beautiful Moroccan style decoration The staff was unbelievably welcoming and we appreciated them so much; Imran, Ali, Hassan, Majid and our absolute favorite MARWAN! he was super charming, helpful and just a great presence! They gave us the best tips to enjoy the city and welcomed us with the best Moroccan tea ever at our arrival. Breakfast was SUPER! delicious. Just a wonderful stay.

Cons: The only problem we had was our room’s bathroom didn’t have window or fan for the steam, and a drain on the floor for the shower’s splashes. Nothing else!

Una struttura molto accogliente nella Medina ma fuori dal caos. Abbiamo soggiornato in una Junior suite fronte piscina, camera molto spaziosa. Hassan molto professionale e disponibile, ci ha accolto il primo giorno proponendoci anche delle escursioni. Noi abbiamo optato per quella nel deserto con quod cammello e cena deliziosa. (La consiglio perché veramente emozionante) Abbiamo anche usufruito dell’Amman e dei massaggi in struttura, che dopo una giornata tra mercati e visite ai palazzi, ci alleviava la stanchezza. Io riad offre un servizio taxi sia per il trasferimento per l’aeroporto, sia per raggiungere locali ed escursioni, Abdelouafi ci ha accompagnati nelle nostre uscite,anche lui simpatico e professionale.

L'accueil est chaleureux, et dès l'arrivée, on sent que tout le staff se plie en quatre pour rendre le séjour agréable. Vous avez besoin d'un taxi, d'un repas? Demandez, nos hôtes répondent à notre besoin. Le petit déjeuner, servi sur le roof top, est fait maison, très bon et copieux; Du miel, comme on n'en trouve pas en France! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Hassan und seinem liebevollen Team und hilfsbereiten Team. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Durch die Randlage an der Medina war es ruhig und trotzdem alles fußläufig erreichbar. Pool und dachterrasse waren klasse zum entspannen.

La struttura era carina a livello estetico ma c’è di meglio

Cons: Staff terribile, e devo dire che dopo aver viaggiato tantissimo non ho mai trovato una maleducazione del genere. Avevamo richiesto una colazione anticipata di mezz’ ora il giorno di arrivo ossia il 28 settembre per il 30 settembre perché avevamo prenotato un escursione nel deserto. Inizialmente ci avevano detto che non ci sarebbero stati problemi; il giorno successivo lo abbiamo ricordato a un altro reptionist il quale ci ha detto che ci avrebbe fatto trovare una colazione completa prima apposta per noi. Al mattino alle 6:50 come da accordi presi ci siamo presentati a colazione con tutte le luci spente e il receptionist che era ancora a dormire mentre noi aspettavamo al buio. Esce con già vari minuti di ritardo con due succhi di frutta e due pezzi di torta microscopici. Alche gli chiedo se ce ne fosse un altro pezzetto visto le dimensioni e mi risponde già in maniera molto maleducata dicendo che non ce ne era altra; gli chiedo perché non ci hanno fatto trovare la colazione visto che era due giorni che glielo avevamo detto e inizia ad alzare il tono di voce a volte anche urlando dicendomi che ero maleducato e non dovevo piangere per cercare di farmi innervosire. Non ci hanno dato né una fetta di pane non uno yogurt non un caffè ne una tazza di the, niente di niente. Una maleducazione e mancanza di professionalità non l’ ho mai trovata in nessun altro paese del mondo. La sera prima questo receptionist ci ha anche chiesto più volte di pagare il conto di un altra camera dopo che gli abbiamo ripetuto numerose volte che non eravamo noi e non era la nostra camera. Prima di uscire dal Riad per andare a fare la nostra escursione gli ho chiesto il nome per inserirlo nella recensione ma ha detto che non aveva un nome il che lo trovo molto non professionale. Per la struttura che leggerà questa recensione vi dico che era il receptionist che ha fatto il turno nella notte tra il 29 sera e il 30 mattina e aveva dei baffi.

Wat een heerlijke plek om onze 10 daagse reis door Marokko te beginnen. Een stille oase in het drukke oude Marrakech. Ik ben verliefd geworden op de oude stad, maar ook op Sindibad. Super lieve mensen werken daar , behulpzaam en gastvrij. Mooie schone kamers helemaal in de stijl van de oude stad met een heerlijke binnenplaats , zwembad voor de liefhebbers om af te koelen of te spelen voor de kleintjes en een prachtig dakterras waar we iedere ochtend werden verwent met een heerlijk ontbijtje. Prije svega ogromne pohvale za osoblje, posebno za Hassana koji je radio noćnu smjenu dok smo boravile u Riadu i uvijek nam je bio na raspolaganju kada bismo došle kasno ili kada bismo išle na izlete jako rano ujutro, također ogromne pohvale za Amirana i Merwana koji su bili tu tijekom dana i također naš boravak učinili ugodnim, bili su uvijek na raspolaganju za sva naša pitanja i zahtijeve te su uvijek s nama popričali i kroz čitav boravak su učinili da se osjećamo sigurno. Što se tiče lokacije nama je lokacija bila izvrsna jer je bila na kraju Medine te su nas za izlete uvijek pokupili odmah ispred našeg Riada te nismo morale hodati same po noći što nam je bio veliki plus. Odmah iza zidova Medine gdje smo mi bili smješteni nalazila se tržnica koja je uvijek bila prometna i puna ljudi te vidim zašto se možda nekima to ne bi svidjelo, ali nama je sve prošlo uredu tako da se ne možemo žaliti. Od glavnog trga Jema el fnaa smo bile udaljene nekih 20-ak minuta pješke što nam nije smetalo jer nam je smještaj bio taman na pola puta od sadržaja u Medini i sadržaja u starom gradu koje smo planirale posjetiti. Smještaj nam je bio odličan, iako nažalost nismo provodili previše vremena u njemu, ali ono vrijeme koje smo proveli je bilo odlično. Čistili su nam sobu svaki dan, čak i kada smo otišle na trodnevni izlet vratile smo se u očišćenu sobu. Kako je moja prijateljica pušač oko toga nije bilo nikakvih problema, uvijek su na rooftopu imali pepeljaru i mogli smo otići gore kada god smo htjele. Soba nam je imala klimu koja je radila odlično, imala je protupožarni aparat što je velika stvar. Iako smo bile svega dva puta na doručku zbog svih organiziranih izleta na kojima smo bile, doručak nam je bio odličan i jako smo uživale, najele smo se, sve je bilo svježe i kava je bila perfektna. Sve pohvale za ovaj smještaj!! 😎😌

Cons: Kada bih morala izdvojiti par stvari koje bih poboljšala to su: obične plahte za pokrivanje jer noću bude vruće, dodatni ručnici; jedan za noge nakon tuširanja i barem još 2 mala ručnika (iako smo ih dobili na naš zahtijev), popraviti wc školjku isključivo jer je nestabilna i prilikom svakog našeg korištenja sigurno smeta gostima koji spavaju ispod. :)

Slightly out of the central Medina but in easy walking distance, Sinibad is well placed to get to the souks and bars/restaurants and just inside the walls of the old town. Based on a residential street, once inside the big wooden doors, it's a quiet little paradise with a pretty reception area, leading on to a pool area and three stories of rooms. The staff, particularly Imran and Hassan were friendly, polite and could not do enough for us. They were so helpful and accommodating, it made our stay so seamless! The hammam and massages were also amazing and well worth trying.

Cons: Just outside the old town walls were beggars.

Het personeel was zo vriendelijk en gaf je echt een thuisgevoel en stonden 24/7 voor je klaar. De Riad was mooi en zoals ik me een Riad voorstelde. De kamer was prima, het was hygiënisch, het bed en de handdoeken werden dagelijks verschoond. Het ontbijt was goed met koffie, melk, verse jus, pannenkoekjes, fruit, yoghurt, brood. De hammam en massage waren heerlijk. Het zwembad is met zout water zodat er niet een chloor geur door de hele Riad hangt en wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt.

Cons: Het Riad lag in een buitenwijk van de Medina. Voordeel was wel dat je geen last had van de drukte en chaos daar. Het bed was iets te hard voor ons maar dat is natuurlijk heel persoonlijk.

Riad Sindibad has been a great place to stay in Marrakech, it is in the medina but not in the crowdest area. The staff is great and have the true maroccan hospitality. The rooms are cozy and clean as well as the common areas where you can swim, have a tea or eat something. Breakfast is very good with fruits, juices coffee and maroccan typical foods. In the evening once you come back from the city Hassan is always ready to welcome you back and have a chat with you! I would definitely spend other stays there, until next time!

La cadena d'un dels vàters estava trencada, el pany d'una de les portes estava trencat i una de les portes del lavabo tampoc tancava. Si dormies en una de les habitacions la finestra de la qual donava al pati, t'hi entrava llum fins a les 00:30. Quan vam arribar, l'Ali va ser molt hospitalari i amable amb nosaltres. Ens va servir un te boníssim i ens va fer sentir com a casa. Havíem tingut un problema amb la reserva (havíem reservat dues habitacions en lloc d'una) i, tot i que no vam poder solucionar-ho del tot, ens va dir que podríem endur-nos menjar embolicat per compensar l'esmorzar extra que havíem pagat. També ens va dir que l'esmorzar començava a les 7:30. El segon noi que treballava durant el dia amb l'Ali també va ser molt amable i professional; després de preguntar-li on podíem comprar targetes SIM, ens va acompanyar a comprar-ne a una botiga del costat del riad sense que li ho demanéssim. Quan vam arribar a la nit al riad, el treballador del torn de nit ens va dir que l'esmorzar era a les 8 (informació diferent de la que ens havien donat prèviament). Nosaltres li vam dir que havíem de marxat a les 8:10 perquè ens venien a buscar al riad. Vam intentar parlar amb ell per explicar-li la nostra situació i per dir-li que prèviament havíem arribat a l'acord que podíem endur-nos l'esmorzar extra embolicat amb nosaltres, però no va haver-hi manera que entengués el que li estàvem demanant. A les 7:50 ens van servir l'esmorzar i, una part del primer esmorzar (els pastissos), ens la va deixar per endur.

Gli host sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili, hanno sempre soddisfatto le nostre richieste (come quella di farci pranzare nel loro Riad appena arrivati in città, anche se era tardi). Lors de notre séjour au riad, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la personne en charge du shift de nuit : un accueil chaleureux, une grande disponibilité et un sens du service impeccable. Toujours souriant et prêt à aider, il a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. La personne présente en journée n’était pas mauvaise, mais le service et l’attention du responsable de nuit étaient vraiment au-dessus des attentes.

Cons: Lors de notre dernier jour au riad, nous étions à la piscine avec ma femme lorsqu’un membre du personnel est venu nous demander si les femmes de ménage pouvaient passer dans notre chambre. Nous avons répondu que nous allions sortir d’ici peu. Il était environ 14h30. La femme de ménage est passée à proximité de la piscine, là où nous nous trouvions, et nous avons entendu : "Ghadi nkmel had la chambre o ghadi nekhroj" (traduction : "Une fois cette chambre terminée – pas la nôtre – je vais rentrer chez moi"). Cette remarque, prononcée en sachant que nous sommes marocains et que nous allions comprendre, a été déplacée et peu professionnelle. Nous avons préféré ne pas réagir et avons quitté la chambre. À notre retour, surprise : la chambre était restée exactement dans l’état où nous l’avions laissée, sans aucun ménage effectué. Heureusement, la personne à l’accueil nous a gentiment dépannés avec des serviettes propres, et nous la remercions pour sa réactivité. Néanmoins, cette mauvaise gestion et ce manque de professionnalisme ont gâché notre dernière journée et laissé une impression très négative sur la fin de notre séjour.

We wanted a bit of a treat at the end of our trip and this place did not disappoint. Easy to find. Taxi dropped us by Bab Yacout, and the Riad is about 30 seconds down the road. Behind the door is a gem of a place. We were welcomed into the serene garden and welcomed with tea before being shown up to our exquisite rooms. The decor throughout is simple, tasteful and luxurious. Beds are comfy, there's a safety box and aircon. The pool is a wonderful bonus, and the roof terrace is really pleasant with plenty of space to loaf about. Breakfast was impressive, with fruits, yoghurt as well as coffee, bread and jam.

Cons: It's a bit further out from the centre if you want to head to the Jemaa El Fna. The food menu looked amazing and we planned to eat at the Riad, so it was a pity the chef was on holiday. Next time!

I had a fantastic stay at Riad Spa Sindibad. I stayed here for one week as a solo traveller and found this to be the ideal location. Included breakfast was plentiful, the Riad was beautiful and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Marwan and the rest of the team working there couldn’t be more happy to assist with any questions or requests. The staff were very friendly and approachable. The place is clean, comfortable and made the perfect location for relaxing in the day/ evening when not out sightseeing.

Cons: At first I was a little bit apprehensive staying at the location as a solo traveller because it did initially feel like the Riad was in an unsafe area. However after experiencing enough of the city I soon realised I had nothing to worry about and felt very safe walking around the streets during the day and night. There are many other Riads located in this area so you will often see tourists walking around. I never had any issues when out and about around this location. You will be far safer as a tourist visiting Marrakech than you would be as a tourist visiting a big city in the UK.

De uitstraling, het was echt zoals je een riad wenst. Heerlijk zwembad om even af te kunnen koelen. De familiekamer was ook ruim genoeg en gekoppeld via een badkamer. De gastheren waren ontzettend vriendelijk, ze stonden altijd voor je klaar. Het ontbijt werd ook keurig verzorgd op de Rooftop, met lekkere koffie en erg vriendelijke dames. Er heerst een relaxte sfeer! Het is wel een kleine 20 minuten lopen naar de Djemaa el Fnaa, maar je komt door leuke straatjes. Aan de andere kant van de medina vind je een lokale markt, erg leuk om ook dat gezien te hebben.

Le RIAD SPA SINDIBAD est un super établissement dans le cadre de notre 1er séjour à Marrakech avec une amie. L'hôtel est globalement propre, l'équipe est extrêmement gentille et aux petits soins. Nous avons pris le service de navette de l'aéroport jusqu'au Riad puisque très abordable en termes de prix. Il nous a déposé directement au Riad où nous avons été accueilli avec du thé et quelques sablés marocains. Le gérant nous a présenté ce qu'il y avait à faire à Marrakech et alentours puis nous avons pu accéder à notre chambre (chambre sur les toits très sympa) assez confortable, spacieuse, propre (et avec la climatisation, heureusement en plein mois de juillet !) Globalement rien à dire sur le Riad il est propre, le petit-déjeuner marocain sur la terrasse du toit est très agréable, copieux, savoureux (un peu dommage qu'il soit uniquement de 8h à 10h par contre!) La piscine est très agréable, on nous fournit les serviettes. Le gérant est très arrangeant, il nous a même offert des bouteilles d'eau et des petites douceurs le vendredi soir en vue de notre départ matinal le samedi matin. D'un point de vue géographique, le RIAD est plutôt bien situé même s'il n'est pas tout près des lieux principaux d'intérêts (25min de la grand place). Le 1er soir nous n'étions pas très rassurées d'être 2 amies dans les petites ruelles désertes de Marrakech mais aucun souci à se faire, tout le monde est très gentil! Nous reviendrons, merci à eux!

Cons: Nous avons pris un massage et un soin du visage le dernier jour. C'est peut-être la seule chose qui nous a déçu, nous avons trouvé que c'était mal organisé (j'ai attendu mon amie presque 1h30 sans que l'on m'explique). Les masseuses étaient très gentilles et professionnelles mais la salle n'était pas climatisée (donc nous avions très chaud) et il est très mal isolé donc nous entendions énormément le bruit de l'accueil du Riad. Un peu difficile de se détendre de fait. Les tables de massage ne sont également pas très confortables.

Il Riad era posizionato in una zona comoda e sicura, (essendo noi due ragazze sole) vicino ai punti di incontro per eventuali tour o taxi, e vicino alle attrazioni principali della Medina. All’interno la struttura è meravigliosa, dalla zona dedicata ai pasti davvero buoni e tradizionali cucinati al momento, alla piscina centrale, alla terrazza dove servono una ricchissima colazione. L’intero Riad è pulitissimo e profumato. Il servizio transfer per l’aeroporto molto comodo, sicuro e conveniente. Per non parlare dello staff composto da persone gentili e disponibili per ogni esigenza, in particolare Hassan e Marwan con i quali ci siamo interfacciate maggiormente, che ci hanno dato consigli preziosi e ci hanno fatto conoscere degli aspetti della loro cultura con la loro gentilezza e simpatia. Da ritornarci sicuramente!!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli à notre arrivée avec un petit Thé à la menthe et des conseils de visites. Notre chambre était niquel, les petits dej super et le personnel très gentil. Nous avons passé un super séjour au Riad spa sindibad.

Cons: Le logement est situé à l’entrée de la médina, ce qui le rend pratique pour aller dans la nouvelle ville et dans le souk. Cependant la majorité des lieux à visiter se trouvent dans la médina, ce qui peut parfois être un peu plus loin à pied.

El sitio muy bonito, habitaciones cómodas y desayuno espectacular. Son todos los chicos muy amables, en especial Hassan, muy bien. Nos dejaron dejar las mochilas y nos contrataron el taxi de ida y de vuelta al aeropuerto. Muy recomendable. La ubicación es correcta, dentro de la Medina y a 28 minutos andando a la plaza principal.

This riad, its atmosphere is created by the people working there. Especially if you are in Marrakesh for the first time, I recommend this place with all my heart. I literally felt at home here. J'ai séjourné au Riad Spa Sindibad et je tiens à exprimer ma profonde satisfaction. The room sizes where good.

Cons: We booked 4 rooms and was asked to pay a deposit via bank transfer which alarmed me but I did anyway. We were then asked to pay full balance before we even checked in, which I refused. We were then told we had to pay in cash as a card payment would incur a 3% charge. All of which is not detailed in the booking ad or policies. Breakfast was not good at all. Cold coffee, dry and stale breads and cakes. Bad smell of dirty drains everywhere especially in the toilet areas and roof top where we ate breakfast. Some rooms where as photos but a few where shabby with broken chairs and not to standard expected. The rooftop seating area smelt of cats wee and was covered in hairs. Overall the property is in need of some TLC. Disappointed for the price we paid we could have got so much better else where. It very much felt like a back packers hostel rather than a spa Riad as advertised. I have stayed in several places in and around Marrakesh and this was the worst. I would not return.

Cons: Vi racconto una storia: all'inizio sembrava ok, il propietario ci ha accolto abbastanza bene facendoci trovare la cena su nostra richiesta perché rientravamo da una gita nel deserto, è stato gentile e ci ha spiegato le tariffe dei servizi spa, orari e brevemente le cose da visitare. Il giorno seguente chiedo a un suo collaboratore se potevamo anticipare la colazione il giorno seguente dalle 8 alle 7:40. Ci conferma che si poteva fare. Il giorno dopo ci presentiamo con un quarto d'ora d'anticipo nella terrazza dove si svolge la colazione si presenta il proprietario credo si chiamasse Mohammed e mi fa cenno di guardare l'ora, guardo l'ora e lui stizzito mi segnala che non sono le otto, considerando che il mio inglese non è dei migliori cerco di spiegarmi dicendo che avevo avvisato il suo collega ma niente, inizia una discussione... niente di preoccupante ma non voleva sentire ragioni secondo lui non potevamo anticipare la colazione, al che, comunque ci viene data da lì a qualche minuto!...allora che senso ha lamentarsi? inoltre il gesto dell'orario è stato molto offensivo e maleducato, siamo clienti e nonostante tutto avevamo ragione!! Direte perché furbo? perché al checkout abbiamo chiesto un taxi e la tariffa è risultata molto alta (scemi noi che abbiamo accettato 20 euro) ma non contento ci ha fatto pagare 2 bottiglie d'acqua che avevamo preso dalle colazione 4 euro! Furto con scasso !!! Direte però è in zona centrale? Ni, in più è vicino a un mercato rionale dove la sera è piuttosto buio e non ci ha fatto sentire al sicuro! Il Riad è bello? Ni all'apparenza bello poi se vai nel dettaglio, il fermo della doccia era rotto, il porta asciugamani tenuto su con una vite...la piscina con l'acqua sporca e insetti che ci galleggiavano dentro...insomma avete presente la differenza quando lo ordini su Amazon o quando lo ordini su Wish?? Uguale.... In Conclusione non ci tornerei!

Des chatons se baladait dans le riad et mes filles étaient sous le charme... J'ai adoré le petit déjeuné en terrasse et je salue le courage des employés qui doivent monter et descendre les étages ... le petit déjeuner était vraiment très très bon !! La terrasse magnifique

Cons: Personnellement rien ne m'a déranger et j'ai vraiment apprécié la nuit au Riad mais pour la transparence envers les futurs voyageurs je donne quand même les points à améliorer. Notre clim ne fonctionnait pas. (Ça ne nous a pas derangé) Le confort des lits était très ferme. Trop ferme pour nous

Le personnel était adorable et avait à cœur de faciliter notre séjour. Les extérieurs étaient aussi agréables que la chambre: propres et décorés avec goût. L’emplacement était idéal, proche du centre mais calme à la fois. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et nous a permis de découvrir les saveurs locales. Great check in experience, Majid in the team has been amazing, and so welcoming, full of many tips. The riad was very cosy and quiet, beautiful too with an amazing pool chill area. The location was the best as well, 15min to the main medina souks but in a more residential area so very quiet and away from the craziness. really appreciated this. came back to marrakesh a few days later after travels in other places to a different riad and wished we couldve gone back to this one instead.

A destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal, especialmente Majid, que nos trató muy bien y gestionó todas nuestras peticiones a la perfección. Super fijn verblijf gehad. Het personeel was geweldig. Hassan en Ali hebben ons uitstekend geholpen. Wat we ook nodig hadden, ze regelden het gelijk. Ontbijt was ook heerlijk. We hadden de Alibaba kamers. Twee aan elkaar geschakelde kamers met een badkamer er tussen. Erg mooi ingericht en sfeervol. Leuk dakterras en een prima zwembad. En je loopt zo binnen 5 minuten de winkelstraatjes in. Een aanrader!

Cons: Als we iets zouden moeten benoemen is het misschien de wisselende waterdruk met douchen. Wij hadden er geen last van maar als je dan toch om iets moet zeuren zou het dat zijn.

The riad is very nice and clean. Our room was cleaned impeccably every day. All the staff was very friendly and available for anything! They helped us organize our vacation well with recommendations of things to visit and restaurants. We felt almost at home. The breakfast every morning is good and varied. Our room was very spacious with comfortable bed. You have to take into account that you are in a riad in the medina of Marrakech: sometimes the electricity went out and the sound insulation was not the best.

An excellent riad for the price! The place was spotless, with daily cleaning and fresh towels every day. The staff was incredibly kind and always willing to help. When we arrived, the receptionist welcomed us with a detailed list of tourist attractions, gave us a ‘tour’ of the main highlights, and even recommended great restaurants nearby. They also offer airport transfers for a reasonable price (around 220 MAD). Overall, a fantastic stay—we highly recommend it!

Cons: We stayed in the 'NOOR' room, which is on the top floor terrace. Unfortunately, every time it rained, we lost electricity in our room because the breakers tripped, while the rest of the riad still had power. This was quite inconvenient, but aside from that, everything else was great.

Ottima la posizione vicino alla porta della Medina così da poter rientrare in taxi se si punta alla città nuova o alle escursioni o dai vicoli se si rientra dal giro turistico (piazza centrale, mercati ecc).

Cons: La notte bisogna scansare, tra i vicoli del rientro in Riad, finti perbenismi che ti suggeriscono scorciatoie o cambi di direzione per strade chiuse per giorni di preghiera. Siamo stati bloccati letteralmente da 3 persone, soldi in cambio di tranquillità. Non fidatevi.

It’s old, scratched, and damaged—definitely not worth the price. • Cracked walls • Mold and bubbles on the ceiling • TERRIBLE smell in the bathroom, making it nearly unusable; the smell even seeped into the bedroom :( I accidentally booked the wrong date (one day ahead)—my mistake, I understand. However, I reached out to the riad a week in advance to ask if I could change the date or cancel altogether. They refused to cancel and instead offered us a room for four people, of course with an extra charge, and were unwilling to negotiate the price. It would have been nice to see a more customer-friendly approach, especially since we didn’t need the extra beds for just two people. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. It does not look like in the photos.

Riad Sindibad is a beautiful space, with the right kind of chill out vibes after a day in the chaos of the medina. The location was excellent - about a 15 minute walk down to the souks and close to the Jardin Majorelle. Also close to a gate in the medina so easy to pick up taxis. The staff including L'Hassan were great and attentive and happy to give us loads of tips and recommendations. The Riad also offers a great menu of excursions which they organise for you.

Very nice people at the reception, good location easy to get to and park nearby. Riad and room look really pretty, we have two joined rooms and big bathroom so plenty of space. Breakfast was delicious with great fresh orange juice. Stuff print our boarding passes for us and order us a taxi so it way easy and stress free to go to the airport.

Cons: Unfortunately our air condition didnt work very well so it was little cold. Bathroom have strong unpleasant odour you could smell strongly in the rooms during the night which was the season i cannot rate this place higher. You could tell it is older building but it was fine for us. It was a little noisy at night as our room face the street.

Loved the Riad and Spa Sindibad. Staff was so friendly and helpful. They arranged tour guides and taxis for us on a crazy New Years Eve weekend. Hassan and Mohamed were especially attentive with building fires, special attention to my husband when he was sick, many explanations and even some basic language lessons. They were all fun to get to know. Everyone was cheerful and hard working. Breakfasts were terrific. It was a handy location to catch cabs being close to a gate. It was a quieter location being 25 min walk from center. We were there over New Years and happy to be away from all the congestion. It was a short walk to Jardin Marjorelle. Can't speak to spa treatments, because we neglected to make reservations in advance!

I recently stayed at Riad Spa Sindibad in Marrakech. The riad's traditional Moroccan design and comfortable rooms were impressive. The riad has an old charm, and the breakfast is served in the open room in the middel. There is no parking in the medina, and the paied parking is just street parking where children collect the payment. It worked and the cas was safe.

Cons: Upon arrival, the staff seemed inattentive during check-in, which was disappointing. Additionally, there was a day when the water supply in my room was interrupted, causing inconvenience. The riad's location in the medina is both advantageous and challenging. While it's close to attractions like Jemaa El Fna Square and Jardin Majorelle, the surrounding area appeared somewhat run-down, which may affect your experience. It felt safe walking in the night.

I’ve been in Marrakech several times, and this place felt like home. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and comfortable. The place is super clean, and lovely products which felt like if I was in a spa in my room. Breakfast was incredible too. I liked the location because although it was 20/25 min walk from Jemma El Fna, it was right at an exit of the medina making it easy for suitcases and getting a taxi to go anywhere. Very peaceful neighbourhood and would definitely recommend. If you’re looking to stay and find this available, don’t think about it twice. It’s a very good place to stay and enjoy Marrakech!

I Stayed at the Riad last year and knew I absolutely wanted to stay here again this year! I just love Sindibad! It is filled with Moroccan charm and is very comfortable. I booked my favorite room, the Scheherazade. The breakfasts are very filling, with various traditional breads and fruit plus you can order eggs etc. I also enjoyed their vegetable tagine and omelette for dinner. I love the location as it’s very close to the entrance to the Medina, and you can easily walk to shopping and other sights. La Majorelle is also within walking distance. The staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful! I loved seeing them again. I highly recommend Sindibad Spa Riad! You won’t be disappointed!

Situated just inside the walls of the city which is really convenient for taxis or airport transfers as you cannot drive through most of the medina/souks. The walk into the medina is only a few minutes and easy to navigate, we never felt unsafe. The hospitality was second to none, the staff were just amazing, so friendly and extremely helpful! The breakfast was a traditional Moroccan breakfast which we loved, more than enough to keep us going for our busy days. The room was perfect, we got one over looking the pool, bed was very comfortable and aircon worked well. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Marrakech and will be recommending to friends and family!

Wat een vriendelijk personeel en zo behulpzaam en spraakzaam we voelde ons zeer welkom niets was te veel gevraagd. De Riad ligt op een gunstige plek om de stad en de Medina te bezoeken. De Riad is heel erg gezellig en knus. Iedere dag een heerlijk ontbijtje. de bedden waren goed, en een heerlijk dakterras om een spelletje/drankje of te zonnen.

Cons: Er hing af en toe een riool geur in de badkamer maar er werd alles aan gedaan om dat te verhelpen, het schoonmaak personeel heeft enorm hun best gedaan om onze kamer weer heerlijk fris te laten ruiken.

The Riad was very easy to find within the Medina and you can easily be dropped off and picked up. The staff was amazing and so helpful in finding things to do. It was very quiet considering how loud the Medina itself can be! The breakfast was wonderful.

Questo Riad è una vera perla di Marrakech. Posizione ottima, in pochi minuti poi arrivare sia nella zona nuova sia in quella vecchia della città. Staff accogliente, cordiale e disponibile. Le camere sono pulitissime e spaziose, decorate nei minimi dettagli in stile marocchino. La colazione viene servita nella hall del Riad ed è assolutamente un plus. Non vedevamo l’ora che arrivasse la mattina seguente per mangiare deliziose torte, marmellate fatte in casa, yogurt con macedonia, pane tipico ecc.. Non abbiamo avuto l’occasione di approfittare dei servizi che il Riad offre, come la piscina, i massaggi o l’Hammam, ma ci abbiamo cenato e siamo rimasti soddisfatti al 100%. Per cena, oltre a servirci piatti tipici, lo staff ci ha messo in sottofondo canzoni italiane e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra. Hassan, uno dei ragazzi che gestisce la struttura,ci ha accolto e ci ha dato fin da subito dei consigli preziosi. Un ragazzo gentilissimo e capace di far sentire l’ospite un vero amico. Grazie ad Hassan, a tutti i ragazzi che ci lavorano, alle signore delle pulizie e alla cuoca per averci fatto trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile. Ve ne saremo per sempre grati. Minha mãe e eu passamos dias absolutamente mágicos no Riad Sindibad! Desde o momento em que chegamos, fomos recebidas com tanta simpatia e calor que nos sentimos em casa imediatamente. O ambiente do riad é encantador, com uma decoração autêntica e toques que misturam tradição e conforto. Cada detalhe foi pensado com tanto carinho que tornou nossa estadia ainda mais especial. Nosso quarto era uma verdadeira joia – limpo, confortável, e com uma atmosfera acolhedora que nos permitia relaxar totalmente após explorar a cidade. A localização também foi um ponto alto, pois nos permitiu conhecer as atrações locais facilmente e aproveitar o melhor de Marrakech. Mas o que realmente nos impressionou foi a equipe do Riad Sindibad. Eles foram atenciosos e dedicados, sempre prontos para nos ajudar e oferecer dicas incríveis sobre onde ir e o que fazer. Sem falar no café da manhã e no jantar, que eram deliciosos! Recomendo o Riad Sindibad para quem busca uma experiência autêntica, cheia de charme e com uma hospitalidade excepcional. Esse lugar ficará marcado para sempre em nossas memórias, e mal podemos esperar para voltar!

El trato recibido por el personal del alojamiento fue excepcional, especialmente el de Lahcen. Además, nos ayudaron en todo momento, incluso a imprimir las tarjetas de embarque para el aeropuerto. La decoración del riad estaba muy cuidada, así como su estado general.

Cons: Por poner alguna pega, el desayuno era muy abundante pero no había opciones de salado,todo eran alimentos dulces. Por otro lado, la ubicación del alojamiento, muy próximo a un mercado local algo bullicioso y que contrasta un poco con el ambiente del riad.

The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home, with some fantastic recommendations. You can organise everything through the Riad, including excursions and transport which all ran smoothly.

Cons: Take ear plugs if you're a light sleeper, with them we got a good night's sleep in a pitch black room.

Cons: Die Lage: fast direkt an der Stadtmauer an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Wir haben uns nicht sehr sicher gefühlt und sind immer sehr früh wieder im Riad gewesen. Es war bis spät in die Nacht laut. Leute stehen direkt vor der Tür des Riads, schreien herum und versuchen einem teilweise weiß zu machen, dass gewisse Straßen gesperrt sind !Achtung abzocke! Und wollen dann Geld dafür dass sie einem den richtigen Weg zeigen. Zu den Souks und Restaurants sind es mind 15 min zu Fuß Das Zimmer: sehr laut…als würde man direkt auf der Straße schlafen, die Matratze muss dringend getauscht werden (man schläft quasi direkt auf den Federn), sehr vieles ist in die Jahre gekommen und kaputt wie zb die Lampe im Bad - hier hängen die Kabeln direkt über der Dusche raus. Das Badezimmer ist schimmelig. An einem Tag hatten wir keinen Strom, Info dazu gab es keine - erst als wir nachgefragt haben was los sei hat man uns gesagt dass jemand kommen wird. Man bekommt auch kein Wasser im Zimmer Check-out: auf unserer gesamten Marokko-Reise haben wir es nicht erlebt, dass man bei Bezahlung mit Karte nochmal 3,5% zusätzlich verlangt. Diese Info wurde ebenso nicht davor kommuniziert. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier definitiv nicht, auch was die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit angeht, die wir sonst überall in Marokko erlebt haben, muss gearbeitet werden. Würde nicht empfehlen hier zu übernachten

Staff were incredibly helpful. The Riad itself was clean and well decorated, very relaxing and a nice retreat from the busyness of the city. The room was lovely with good air conditioning.

Cons: The location was a little bit out of the way from the main square which meant we ended up getting taxis, especially in the evening.

Wir (6köpfige Familie mit 4 Kindern) waren 2 Nächte da, wobei wir die zweite Nacht bereits um 5 Uhr los mussten und nicht mehr von Frühstück profitieren konnten. Dafür hat der Flughafentransfer wunderbar funktioniert. Eine wunderschöne kleine Oase in Marrakech, praktisch gelegen, falls man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist (Achtung, nicht in Medina hineinfahren, sondern an der Aussenmauer entlang:). Das Essen war supergut (!), und das Personal sehr nett. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Einziger Negativpunkt. Das Hammam war nur die erste hälfte warm, danach hat das Heisswasser ausgesetzt. Aber wir haben uns auch relativ kurzfristig angemeldet. Die Massage danach war top!

Getting in through the door from the narrow street was like entering 'A 1000 and 1 night'. Also fantastic to lay on the comfortable beds on the rooftop to look at the stars in the night time. Wonderful and super helpful personal, we felt so welcome!

Cons: We arrived with a rental car and followed the GPS to the riad but did not see the name sign clearly so we passed it and nearly got stuck in the very narrow streets where you really cannot drive through... Full panic! Park in the parking area at the beginning of the road, or preferably dont drive in the area at all - take a taxa.

To be fair, we were there only one night and out before breakfast. Room for 3 adults was dimly lit, with large double in one room ....reasonable space. 2 singles on adjoining room.....cell like. Pretty worn and in need of upgrade. Water pressure very poor. And location felt a bit intimidating compared to other riads we stayed in marrakech and fez. Glad it was only one night

Cons: L’emplacement est situé dans une ruelle où certains locaux essaient de nous arnaquer en nous disant que nous ne pouvons pas aller au centre de la médina car la route est bloquée et essaient de nous arnaquer, dommage que l’hôtel ne nous en informe pas. O Riad tinha uma boa localização, sendo importante especialmente para quem quer fazer excursões já que fica muito perto de um ponto de recolha. A comida também era muito boa, tanto o pequeno almoço como o jantar. Os funcionários eram excelentes, especialmente o Hassan que foi super atencioso connosco.

Cons: O facto de haver muito calor no quarto era um ponto negativo para nós pois tivemos de ter sempre o ar condicionado ligado.

Le personnel sans aucun doute ! En étant en sous effectif ils nous ont offert un service de grande qualité. Toujours très disponible. Nous avons aussi aimé, les services, piscine, massages, restaurant…

Cons: La Chambre manquait de rangement pour les habits. La salle d’eau était petite. Le lit/matelas était très dur. La douche était pleine de calcaire donc le débit n’était pas bon. L’électricité ne doit pas être en forme car mon téléphone mettait anormalement beaucoup de temps à charger. Le Riad n’est pas très calme car en bord d’entrée de MÉDINA, et donc des marchés.
