Ci è piaciuta l’accoglienza dei proprietari, la posizione abbastanza centrale, l’arredamento delle camere, la possibilità di avere la colazione a sacco visto che per le escursioni partivamo prima dell’orario della colazione.
Cons: Non mi è piaciuto che le pulizie della camera venivano fatte solo su richiesta appendendo il cartellino davanti la porta. Se lo dimenticavamo le pulizie non venivano effettuate.

The design and style of the Riad was beautiful. It was greatly located - close to the main areas but directly in the chaos. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly and even helped us with getting transport to the airport.
Cons: We would have loved to have had a bin in our bedroom, we felt bad leaving our rubbish that didn’t fit in the small bathroom bin on the side at the end of our stay. The shower didn’t drain water amazingly either, which made showering not as enjoyable as water came to our ankles. We cannot complain though, the Riad was one of the highlights of our experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful Riad, was close to the souk. Rachid was brilliant and always looking after us.
Cons: We could hear most noises, if people were up on the terraces or building work next door. Could also hear morning pray at 6am everyday. As long as you know that, the place is brilliant, don't think much the property can do about it.

La struttura è un bellissimo Riad autentico, che si trova in una via tranquilla ma a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni di Marrakech, noi siamo riuscite a girare tutto a piedi. Le camere sono pulite arredate in tipico stile marocchino. Lo staff è tutto meraviglioso, le colazioni in terrazza non le dimenticheremo mai! Assolutamente da consigliare Non vediamo l ora di tornare !

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le Riad dont la décoration typique est très jolie. Il est situé à l’entrée du souk mais au calme de l’agitation ! Le petit déjeuner est également très complet. Notre hôte Rachid a été très accueillant et nous a aidé des qu’on en avait besoin, encore merci ! Le petit plus est la terrasse en rooftop qui permet de profiter du calme entre deux excursions.
Cons: Rien de très dérangeant hormis les canalisations qui peuvent faire un peu de bruit.

Die Dachterrasse mit entsprechenden Sitzmöglichkeiten war sehr angenehm und schön. Das Zimmer und allgemein das Riad waren sauber. Wir hatten 3 Übernachtungen und das Frühstück war etwas abwechslungsreich an den drei Tagen, was wir gut fanden. Das Personal war sehr nett.
Cons: Unser Zimmer war etwas klein und hatte kein Tageslicht und war folglich sehr dunkel und feucht (Preis Leistung passte hier nicht), da das Zimmer direkt gegenüber vom kleinen Indoor Pool war.

Fomos muito bem recebidos no Riad. Desde o primeiro momento, tivemos uma comunicação rápida e eficaz e fomos recebidos em um ponto de encontro para nos guiar até o Riad. Nosso quarto era muito confortável e grande. Com boa cama, sofá e espaço suficiente para nossas roupas. O chuveiro esquenta bem e tem boa pressão. Café da manhã bem servido e gostoso. Localização, apesar de não estar dentro da Medina, muito próximo aos principais pontos turísticos e muito seguro. O Riad é lindo e tem uma decoração fantástica!

Great location for Souks, lots of character , all very clean, breakfast very good and different every day, excellent Wi-Fi . As soon as we booked the communication and administration was very efficient.

The location of the riad is excellent — everything is within walking distance. The staff did an outstanding job; without their kindness and helpfulness, the experience would have been only half as good. They were always available and assisted us with every request. The room service and breakfast were also very good. The staff truly go above and beyond – they definitely deserve a pay raise!
Cons: The only downside is that the riad could use some renovations. It’s a beautiful place, but it’s starting to show a bit of wear and tear, which makes it slightly overpriced for the current condition. That’s why I’m giving 9/10

Le Riad yalla habibi est très bien placé pour visiter Marrakech, tout est à proximité. Il est aussi beau que reposant. Rashid et Sofiane sont super et de très bons conseils. Ils font en sorte de vous faire passer le meilleur des séjour ! Ils sont au petits soins et pense à tous dans les moindres détails ! Je reviendrais dans ce Riad ! Je recommande fortement. La chambre était magnifique, le lit confortable et les terrasses sont très bien pensées et équipées. La piscine vous rafraîchit en rentrant d’une balade. Les petits déjeuners sont variés et très copieux et surtout très excellent !

The Riad is beautifully decorated and has a very cozy atmosphere. The rooftop area is a great spot to relax in the morning. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location.
Cons: Our room was apparently on the same floor as the pool, and at times the smell of chlorine was quite strong. The room was also not spacious, and the bathroom ceiling was very low – my husband, who is 1.90 m tall, couldn’t stand up straight. It would have been helpful to mention this in the description. Also, it would be great if the toilet could be properly fixed to the floor.

Ein wunderschönes Riad, wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück lecker und jeden Tag wird was anderes aufgetischt. Das beste war aber wirklich wie alle anderen schreiben, das Personal. Von Reception über Reinigung und Küche. Alle super freundlich, zuvorkommend, und ja, sie versuchen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir haben uns lokal über das Riad verschiedene Ausflüge buchen lassen und wenn wir was brauchten wurde vom Personal alles organisiert.

Riad mit viel authentischem Charme. Alt, aber sehr gepflegt und sauber. Mit erstmaliger Abholung dann leicht zu finden. 15-20 Gehminuten zu Koutoubia Moschee. Absolut ruhiges Riad, und dann machst du ein paar Schritte und bist mitten im Alltagstrubel von Marrakech. Rachid und Team sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. All'arrivo abbiamo prenotato la nostra cena mandando un messaggio qui su Booking e al nostro arrivo in struttura era già tutto sistemato e preparato per noi, inoltre era una cena veramente ottima. Colazione consumata sul terrazzo buona e abbondante. Per il ritorno in aeroporto, hanno contattato loro il taxi per noi oltre da essere così gentili da stampare le nostre carte di imbarco. Il riad si trova in ottima posizione, vicinissimo ai suok e ad altre attrazioni. Leggermente più distante dalla piazza principale. Riad super consigliato

De riad was heerlijk rustig, en dat terwijl hij midden in de Medina lag. Prima bed! Als compensatie voor het probleem met de douche kregen we de toeristenbelasting terug.
Cons: De kamer bleek kleiner dan aangegeven op Booking. De douche liep niet goed door, waardoor de badkamer na één minuut douchen onder water stond. Gelukkig heeft het team dit later op de dag opgelost, maar daarna hing er wel een onaangename geur in de badkamer Onze kamer was geen €250 per nacht waard ! (kamer met kingsize bed en uitzicht op de bergen) We zijntoch met een teleurstellend gevoel vertrokken omdat de prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet correct was

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, cozy, and spotless riad. The rooftop terrace is simply lovely – perfect to relax after exploring the city – and the location could not be more central. What truly made our experience outstanding was our host Rachid. He was extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. Der Aufenthalt im Riad Yalla Habibi war wunderschön. Schon bei Ankunft hatte man das Gefühl, in einem Traum aus 1001 Nacht gelandet zu sein. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und der Innenhof mit Pool/Tauchbecken wie eine richtige Oase in der Hektik von Marrakesch. Die Lage am Rand der Medina ist auch super. Vor allem wurde sich ganz toll um uns gekümmert, Rachid war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war außerdem sehr sauber. Wir kommen sicher wieder, wenn wir nochmal nach Marrakesch kommen sollten.

Siamo stati accolti prima da Soufian e poi da Rachid ed entrambi sono stati davvero squisiti e disponibili sia di persona sia telefonicamente attraverso whatsapp! Ci hanno dato dritte e consigli e lo abbiamo molto apprezzato ☺️ la colazione abbondante, gustosa e varia. La posizione del Riad è vicina alle principali attrazioni della città.
Cons: Abbiamo scelto una camera Deluxe con vista piscina ma era estremamente buia perche priva di finestre e chiaramente un po’ umida. La piscina è visibile solo nel momento in cui apri il portone in legno per uscire dalla stanza, ma a parte questo consigliamo vivamente la struttura!☺️

Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità dello staff, tutti gentilissimi e pronti a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Ottima anche la comunicazione con Rachid, sempre pronto a chiedere se fosse tutto ok e come fosse andata la nostra giornata :) Ha soddisfatto le nostre richieste quali l'organizzazione di una cena nel Riad e il trasporto all'aeroporto con Navetta, veloci anche le comunicazioni tramite Whatsapp. La stanza era perfetta e vi si respirava aria di Marocco con la sua eleganza. Tutto pulito e se al mattino appendi l'apposito cartellino alla porta prima di uscire alla sera trovi il letto ben fatto, il cestino vuoto, la carta igienica ricaricata e gli asciugamani puliti e arrotolati in bellissime "sculture" sul letto. Nulla da ridire, Riad super raccomandato, ci siamo sentiti a dir poco coccolati 😊 ah ovviamente spazi comuni splendidi, piscina piccola ma tattica per rinfrescarsi dopo una giornata di cammino, bella anche la terrazza con diversi spazi per rilassarsi lontani dal trambusto dei souq. Rachid était adorable et au petit soin ainsi que tout le personnel du Riadh. Le ménage est fait tout les jours que ce soit dans la chambre ou dans les lieux communs. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux, le seul bémol c’est que celui-ci s’arrête après 9h30. (désolée les leves tard, vous n’aurez qu’un cafe/thé après cette heure).

Το riad βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 10’ από όλα τα κύρια αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Ήταν αρκετά καθαρό και το δωμάτιο που είχαμε (νο1) ήταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο. Το πρωινό ήταν καλό, με παραδοσιακά προϊόντα που κάθε ημέρα έκανε κάποιες μικρές τροποποιήσεις. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό, φιλικό, δίνοντας μας πολύ χρήσιμες συμβουλές, και ήταν δίπλα μας από την αρχή μέχρι και το τέλος, βοηθώντας μας ακόμα και σε ενέργειες που δεν ήταν των αρμοδιοτήτων τους. Το συνιστώ σίγουρα.

The Riad was incredible. Very well located, walking distance to most places we wanted to visit. Soufiane was incredibly helpful, he would wait for us after a late night out to dinner and walk us back to the Riad. The staff were very friendly and the place was clean and peaceful.

A localização do Riad é bastante boa, estando numa zona da medina mais calma e segura. O pequeno almoco era diferente todos os dias mas poderia ter mais variedade, sobretudo ovos mexidos e fruta. Era muito à base de panqueças e bolos. O nosso quarto apesar de pequeno era limpo e a cama bastante confortável. Tem ar condicionado. A almofada era um pouco alta. O nosso anfitrião, o Soufiane, foi bastante prestável, dando todas as informações necessárias e inclusivé marcou-nos um taxi de ida e volta numa das nossas saídas à noite.
Cons: O pequeno almoço poderia ter fruta (a fruta deles é bastante boa e variada) e ovos mexidos.

Las piscina del Riad es preciosa y suficiente para pasar el calor durante el día. Por último destacar el trato de la cocinera que fue muy buena gente y atenta con nosotros y nos hizo la estancia más bonita, sin dejar atrás que estaba muy bueno el desayuno. Recomendadisimo.

Personnel incroyable, je suis désolée je ne me souviens pas des prénoms … le jeune homme qui m’a accueillie s’est rendu super disponible et était super ouvert pour discuter ou passer du temps avec vous. La dame qui s’occupe de la maintenance du Riad, des petits déjeuners etc est extrêmement gentille et a tout fait pour que je rentre au plus vite dans la chambre (je suis arrivée super tôt ). The staff and accommodations were wonderful. Soufiane went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable both inside and outside the riad. The breakfast was traditional and delicious. It included eggs, bread, yogurt, tea, coffee, and much more. I cannot wait to come back the next time I am in Marrakech.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, served on the roof deck. Staff was very welcoming and served a mint tea on arrival. I chose this Riad because it had a pool, AC, and good location. My room and the whole riad was very clean. I had to leave at 4am in the dark- and a staff member came to my room, carried my luggage for me from the 3rd floor, and walked me out to the square to meet my taxi. I thought this was a nice touch and felt protected, as a woman traveling solo. Great WiFi reception.
Cons: Plunging pool was a little cumbersome to use (small, and right in the center of a very small courtyard with a very tight walkway around the pool. Also my room was on the 3rd floor so it was a little inconvenient in terms of proximity to room.) Cost me $250 USD for 2 nights, plus extra city taxes were 50 DH and taxi to airport 200 DH... maybe a little pricey for medina compared to other riads?

Cons: It would be a huge benefit to have a mini fridge in the room so that guests can store bottled water. There is a shop on the corner though Additionally it would be helpful to have drawers in the room for more storage space Be aware that you may be woken in the early hours with the call to prayer, however this is not a criticism and we were expecting this anyway - just mentioning it as something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper

Me and my partner had our second stay here for the week and we could not have asked for a better host and Riad. Rachid and all of the staff were the most welcoming and kind people you will ever meet. They helped us with activities and anything we needed, truly the best people. The Riad is stunning with beautiful decoration and terrace where we ate an incredible breakfast every morning. I would recommend anyone coming to Marrakech to come here for an authentic Moroccan / Riad experience.

The location was great. Very safe, close walk to everything. The staff were the highlight of the trip. So friendly and chatty. The Riad was beautiful, very traditional. The brekfast was very nice as well, we felt like we were well looked after here, better than any high end hotel we have stayed at. We got to check in early as well which was really helpful.

This Riad is beautiful and the location is great, 10-15 minutes walk from almost everything and 3minutes from one entrance of the souk. Rashid, the host, was super nice and thoughtful, he even made us breakfast earlier because we had to leave before breakfast time, a really good person!
Cons: Some things can improve, the pool and room were great but the staircase and rooftop need some renovations. The bathroom from our room had a weird smell, but everything was clean!

The breakfast was fantastic, the manager couldn't have done more to help - he was brilliant, and the location excellent. It's right on the edge of the Medina, allowing easy access to the outside attractions as well as the Medina attractions. Although it's a decent walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa.
Cons: The room was much more basic than I expected. It had an air conditioner, but one which blew dirt and grot all over the room. The best that can be said for the bathroom is that it met minimum requirements. It's basic. No TV. No refrigerator. For the price I was expecting something much closer to a luxury hotel, which this certainly is not. The photos were obviously taken after a large amount of cleaning up and some good photographic filters. Authentic - yes. And I'd stay here again, but I'd have much lower expectations next time.

They tried and succeeded in fulfilling all our wishes, such as an earlier than standard breakfast, a dinner to order in the Riad, shopping at the supermarket (beer, etc.). The location is also very good, despite the first impression of a slightly secluded place, actually close to everything interesting in the Medina and also right next to one of the most popular departure points for buses for various excursions. The rooms, the roof, the patio - exactly like the photos on the site.

De vriendelijkheid van de staff was geweldig. We konden overal om vragen en ze dachten goed mee. De kamer was prachtig en schoon. De riad is een oase van rust in het drukke Marrakech. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en overvloedig. Ik was eerst bang dat er snachts misschien veel geluid zou zijn omdat je veel hoort in de riad van anderen maar na een bepaalde tijd werd alles helemaal netjes stil en kon je er ook goed slapen. Kortom, hele vriendelijke mensen en een goede ervaring!
Cons: De kamer was iets aan de kleine kant. Daarom moet je je soms wat om mekaar heen manoeuvreren. Voor de rest was alles perfect!

The location was excellent – right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the main attractions, yet very peaceful with no noise at night, which was a big plus. The manager, Rachid, was kind and always ready to help. He provided us with useful information and made sure everything was comfortable throughout our stay.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. He provided valuable insights about the city, recommended fantastic places to visit and even arranged airport transfers. As an extra thoughtful touch, he prepared a breakfast-to-go bag for our early departure. The room was excellent. Comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom. The entire riad was beautiful. They also offer a variety of tours and experiences, some of which were cheaper than the ones we had booked elsewhere before realising this option. The location was perfect. Just a short walk from the markets and conveniently situated next to an easy pickup point for tour minibuses. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Great location. Staffs were very welcoming and friendly, great communication. Riad inside was beautiful and they have a stunning rooftop. We checked out at 12pm but were able to stay for a hour chilling around the riad before heading to the airport, thank you so much so nice. Private transfer to airport available for €20.

Awesome riad in a central but quiet location. It is hidden from the traffic and road noise therefore it is silent and relaxing inside. However, a mosque is nearby, so you might hear praying in the early morning 4-5am and evening 7pm. The interior is amazing with beautiful details, traditional decor and comfortable furniture. The rooms are not big but enough for 2 people to stay for couple of days. The bathroom was okayish but the drainage was poor. Therefore it was a bit stuffy in the room after a shower. We had to open windows to get it fresh quicker. There is a nice terrace and common area where you can sunbath, have breakfast and chill. The pool looks picturesque, it is nice to seat and read the book there or take pictures. But it is quite small for swimming. The breakfast was good and tasty but lacked variety. It mostly contained carbs as many types of bread were served. It also included coffee, tea, juice, piece of cheese, jam, butter and sometimes yogurt or fried eggs. It was good enough to start your day. The location is amazing. It is close to many touristic attractions, so you can walk anywhere. The staff were friendly and nice. They shared good recommendations with us about the city, tours and free ATMs. They can also help you to book a spa or find a good city guide. We had a nice stay there and would recommend this place.

Cons: La stanza che ci è stata assegnata oltre ad essere piccolissima puzzava molto di muffa, insistendo e dicendo che avremmo pagato un’eventuale differenza ce la hanno cambiata spostandoci al piano superiore, stanza delle stesse dimensioni ma non era maleodorante, a parte la doccia che se aprivi troppo l’acqua si allagava tutto il bagno. Colazione molto deludente e le signore che la servono hanno “un grembiule” che andrebbe lavato! Inoltre ho dimenticato gli occhiali da sole sul letto e il carica batterie del telefono, ho contattato la struttura per farmeli spedire con spese a mio carico ma mi è stato risposto che non hanno trovato nulla!

Beautiful, quiet and picturesque Riad. Great location, short walking distance to the centre, but a peaceful haven out of the city’s hustle and bustle. Cosy room with good, clean facilities and working wifi. Fresh & traditional moroccan breakfast, served on a relaxing and sunny rooftop - we loved the homemade tea! Amazing hospitality - the team made lots of effort to ensure we were safe and enjoying our stay, which included booking airport transfers/day trips for us. They were always present in the Riad, friendly, welcoming and easy to contact. Overall we loved our time at the Riad and fully recommend to anyone wanting to experience Marrakesh and the culture.

Cons: -The shower hook was broken which meant i had to hold the shower head in my hands to shower. -The shower didn't drain at all for a long time which meant water went all over the bathroom floor including the toilet, which was very unsanitary and unpleasant. Also i had to turn the water off when washing my hair so the whole bathroom was not too full of water. -There was no separation between the shower and the toilet, so you basically have to shower beside the toilet with the water going against the toilet on the floor. -There were visible hand prints on the suede head board which was horrible. Don't they clean the bed? -The blanket that i took out of the wardrobe probably was not clean or washed between guests. It didn't smell very fresh. -The room wasn't made up at all in my time i was there -The pool downstairs had lots of dead flies in it and looked very dirty, not at all like in there pictures

Lovely Riad, pictures definitely make it look much bigger than it is but it is nice and quaint. Lots of low ceilings as is typical in Marrakech. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they arranged transfers to and from the airport for us.
Cons: The walls are very thin and we had a room alongside reception which meant we could hear a lot of noise throughout the day and night. The bed was not very comfortable but they had extra blankets which were needed for the weather in March.

La posizione nei vicoli della Medina è perfetta. Noi siamo arrivati di sera tardi in auto e proprio all’ingresso della via del Riad si trova un comodissimo parcheggio aperto 24h e un ragazzo del Riad , sapendo che saremmo arrivati in macchina, ci ha aspettati al parcheggio nonostante fosse tardi. Gentilissimo. Colazione super e Riad veramente bellissimo! La piscina al centro della struttura davvero caratteristica.

Just an amazing experience end-to-end. The courtyard was gorgeous, the rooftop breakfast was amazing, all of the architecture and detailing was beautiful. The location was great, not in the middle of the souk insanity but perfectly positioned right on the border where you can get cheaper, better food and not have to dodge so many scooters and tourists.
Cons: Think London hotel in terms of room size. All the buildings in Marrakech were built for a different time and purpose so you'll always be in a bit of a tight quarters unless you stay at one of the big hotels. Never bothered me a bit, but worth noting in case you like a bit more room.

Rachid e Soufiane sono stati estremamente gentili e si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili per ogni nostra richiesta, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più accogliente. La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda, permettendo di raggiungere facilmente vari punti di interesse della città. Providing excellent recommendations for local attractions, their assistance was invaluable. Die Lage, die Einrichtung, die Freundlichkeit
Cons: Das Zimmer war viel kleiner als angegeben. Angegeben waren 32 m² und es waren maximal 18 m². Das Badezimmer ist sehr spartanisch und hat leider sehr gestunken. Es ist im Winter nicht zu empfehlen, da keine Heizung vorhanden und wir mussten bei 5° auf der Dachterrasse frühstücken. Wir hatten einen Bergblick Zimmer was direkt neben der Küche der Gastgeber ist. Leider war es nicht möglich, tagsüber nach unserem langen Sightseeing sich für eine halbe Stunde hinzulegen. Da man die Geräusche der Küche im Zimmer gehört hat. Die Gastgeber waren allgemein sehr freundlich. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Riad Yallah Habibi, leider nicht erholsam. Der bei Booking angegebene Komfort entspricht leider nicht den vorhandenen Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Es ist keine 4 Sterne Unterkunft, da auch die Rezeption nicht 24 Stunden besetzt ist.

I loved the aesthetic of the property and how lovely the rooms were. The staff were incredible to say the least, the hosts were very friendly and helpful and the cleaners/chefs were also extremely welcoming and friendly, even asking us to eat with them. If you need help with anything, don’t be afraid to ask as they will attend to every need. The location of the riad is amazing and you are a 15 minute walk the centre, and only 2 minutes away from some souks, with amazing rooftop cafes and restaurants near by.
Cons: Only fault of the property is being able to hear everything within the Riad, but luckily this wasn’t really a problem and everything was quiet usually by 10:00pm.

Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati 4 giorni in questo splendido riad e l’esperienza non poteva essere più positiva di così ! Soufiane e Rachid sono persone eccezionali, ci hanno fatto subito sentire a casa e sono stati dei preziosi consiglieri . La pulizia era ottima in tutto il riad così come la colazione , abbondante e sempre diversificata 😍 Noi abbiamo scelto la camera queen con il balcone ed era una vera bomboniera!! Se cercate un posto tipico , lontano dal caos della Medina questo Riad fa assolutamente al caso vostro ! Diamo un 10 perché non si può dare di più ma i ragazzi lo meriterebbero sicuramente!!

I had the pleasure of staying three nights at Riad Yalla Habibi in Marrakesh, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The riad is stunning, immaculately clean, and perfectly located—just steps away from the bustling souks and only a two-minute walk from Collège Mohamed V, where taxis and tour buses conveniently pick up travelers for excursions. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, including air conditioning, heating, a hairdryer, and a kettle with tea and coffee. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, making for a perfect night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The staff truly made the stay exceptional. They were incredibly helpful, always available, and went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcome. Their attentiveness added a personal touch that made me feel right at home. The riad’s location couldn’t be better, with excellent dining options just a stone’s throw away. I highly recommend Simple restaurant, which is only two minutes from the riad. For relaxation, the Mystic Oriental Spa is just five minutes away, where I enjoyed an amazing two-hour hammam and massage session. Breakfast at the riad was a delightful Moroccan spread, featuring fresh orange juice, tea, coffee, and other local treats. The beautiful terrace was another highlight—perfect for unwinding with its loungers and charming hats available for guests to use. Riad Yalla Habibi is truly a hidden gem in Marrakesh, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and an authentic Moroccan experience. I would definitely stay here again!

De host van het hotel is onwijs vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heeft ons van te voren geholpen met restaurants uitzoeken en helpen naar de bezienswaardigheden in Marrakech. Ontbijt was heerlijk! Konden alles vragen, niets was te veel. Kamer was mooi, schoon en ruim. Souffian onthoud je namen en weet nog wat je hebt gezegd, hierdoor voel je je geen nummer. Een aanrader als je dichtbij de winkelstraat wilt zitten maar toch een plek wilt hebben om je terug te trekken.

Mention spéciale au petit-déjeuner que nous attendions chaque matin avec impatience ! De quoi tenir une grosse partie de la journée ! Par ailleurs le lieu correspond à ce que l'on attend d'un riad traditionnel, très bien décoré et beau. Très bonne situation géographique, toute la médina s'explore à pieds et les souks démarrent à quelques minutes. Le tout dans un calme parfait !

Nous recommandons les yeux fermés le Riad Yalla Habibi. Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour au sein de ce Riad. Rachid et Soufiane sont très gentils et toujours là pour vous rendre service. Nous avons apprécié leurs conseils, les excursions proposées et leurs petites attentions. Fatiha et Hiba sont tous les deux adorables. Elles cuisinent à la perfection : Que ce soit pour le petit déjeuner qui est tous les jours de la semaine différent ou bien pour la tajine que nous avons pu déguster un soir. L’emplacement du Riad est agréable proche de la médina (12minutes à pieds) dans une contre rue assez silencieuse. Le chemin pour rejoindre la médina est parfait pour s’imprégner de la culture marocaine. La propreté du Riad est impeccable, l’odeur est toujours très agréable, on peut vous rafraîchir la chambre à votre convenance. Ce qu’il faut retenir c’est que le service l’accueil et la propreté sont impeccables. Si vous souhaitez passer un bon temps à Marrakech n’hésitez pas à réserver ce Riad. Encore merci à Soufiane Rachid Hiba et Fatiha Nous réserverons ce Riad pour notre prochain séjour au Maroc.

Prachtig authentieke riad op een top locatie. Je kunt alles te voet bereiken. Elke dag een mooi ontbijtje op de rooftop. Personeel is super vriendelijk en Sofian en Rachid staan altijd klaar om je te verwelkomen, meer informatie te geven en een uitstapje te regelen. Super fijn.
Cons: Douche in bad is even behelpen, maar het water is lekker warm. Er zijn wat beperkte stopcontacten en de verlichting in de badkamer is beetje beperkt.

Wow!!!! We just arrived home from a lovely week in Marrakesh ! Both me, and my partner couldn’t have been happier! Riad Yalla Habibi … for real … fulfilled our expectations. Everything was clean , every room smelled nice, the location was perfect, but most importantly the staff were amazing …. Rachid, Sophian and Fatima were there to make us feel comfortable and give us advice on what to do … and they always did that with a smile 😍 The breakfast was delicious and every day a bit different…. but always with tea on the table ! This hotel is absolutely magical- I cannot explain how perfect our stay here was. The rooms were so cute, the pool area stunning and the customer service 10/10. We even got engaged on the rooftop terrace just us two over looking Marrakesh. This hotel will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Chambre non faite et serviettes non changées tous les Jours Obligé de retirer le siphon de la douche sinon se bouche trop vite, pas de chauffage en arrivant (à prévoir en fonction de l'arrivée des clients de brancher la clim 2h avant surtout en hiver). Petit déjeuner bon mais manque les œufs au plat. Toilettes commun à refaire, fuite d'eau avec sol mouillé.

1) The location was fantastic - very close to everything and could easily walk most places. 2) The staff were nice to recommend some of the best tourist spots and 3)the heater in the room was perfect and did a good job to keep us cozy on cold mornings and evenings.
Cons: 1) Cleanliness! Roaches in the room. We killed two the first day and asked the staff to have the room treated and recleaned. That didn't happen. Bug guts and parts remained exactly where they were when we left. We killed two more roaches in the room before we left and eventually just bought our own bug spray from the market that we used to treat the room ourselves. 2) We paid extra to rent a room with a bathtub. However, the tub didn't work. There was no stopper to keep the water in the tub, the hot water was barely enough for a shower, there was no faucet to fill the tub (you had to use the shower head to fill the tub) and the tub was so grimy and gross that neither of us showered the entirety of our stay. 3) The floor overall was really unfinished and remained damp throughout our stay - it's clear that this room is having issues with water leakage and the riad has done nothing to repair it. We stayed in socks or slippers the entire time because of it. 4) Lastly, the staff were never around. They were there when we checked in and when we checked out (to collect our fees) but we could not easily find them when we needed them for other things - especially when we somehow got locked inside our room and had to knock and yell out the window for awhile just to get someone's attention to let us out of the room. How we got locked in - none of the staff seemed able to say. Because of all of the issues with cleanliness and quality, we never felt excited about trying the breakfast that was provided - so we can't comment on that.

My friend and I had no trouble finding it, and we were delighted by its charm from the moment we arrived. We stayed in two deluxe rooms, which were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The highlight of our mornings was undoubtedly the rooftop terrace—an incredible spot to start the day. Enjoying a delicious and varied breakfast there, prepared with care by Fatiha and Rashid, was a serene and memorable experience before diving into the vibrant markets. Rashid was an outstanding host, always available, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether providing detailed answers to all our questions, walking us to the taxi stand, or helping us find a reliable taxi driver, his warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly cared for. Even after check-out, we were able to store our bags and enjoy a wonderful conversation with Rashid while waiting for our airport transfer. He even assisted us with our bags right up to the taxi stand! This level of hospitality, combined with the beautiful riad and its prime location, has left us eager to return. We are definitely coming back to Riad Yalla Habibi—thank you for an unforgettable stay!

This is an old traditional riad situated in a quiet street just inside the Medina. The staff were all very welcoming, especially Rashid, he messaged me before we arrived, organised excursions and activities for us, which we found extremely helpful.A delicious breakfast was served every morning on the outdoor terrace. This is excellent If you're looking for an authentic riad within walking distance of the Medina.

Das Personal Sufian und Ranji waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns über alle wichtigen Punkte für unseren Aufenthalt aufgeklärt und uns immer wieder Tipps gegeben zu den verschiedenen Aktivitäten, Restaurants etc. Wir haben uns wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt aufgrund des netten Personals.
Cons: Das Riad wird als 4 Sterne angepriesen, jedoch ist es weit davon entfernt. Die Zimmer sind alt und das sieht man Ihnen an. Die Sauberkeit... naja solala. Unser Bett war steinhart, das Zimmer war ständig der Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt und dadurch roch es auch abgestanden und die Türen musste man mit einem Schloss und einem Schlüssel verriegeln. Damit die Reinigungsfachkraft unser Zimmer aufräumen konnte, mussten wir das Schloss sogar wegmachen und es konnte quasi jeder ins Zimmer. Die Eingangstür unten war nie veschlossen (jeder kann rein und raus). Am Tag unserer Abreise, hat man uns jedoch von Aussen eingesperrt und das Schloss musste mit einem Schraubenzieher aufgebrochen werden, damit wir rauskonnten, da es keine andere Ausgangsmöglichkeit gab... Das Riad ist weder für grosse noch für kleine Menschen ausgelegt. Achtung kopfducken beim Eingang und Treppen hochsteigen und beim Zähne putzen am Lavabo kann man auf den Zehenspitzen stehen. Das Riad sieht auf den Bildern schöner aus, als das es in Wirklichkeit ist.

Location was perfect. Easy access to the souks and the new town. The decor in the room was well thought out and stylish. View from the top terrace is amazing. Bed was okay. Soufiane was great.
Cons: The place had a hostel feel which is just Roads I guess but this one more so. Not helped by the staff using the guest areas to chill together and watch YouTube videos so you didn’t really feel you could relax and use those spaces. The shower in the bathroom was positioned so you couldn’t not wet the toilet if you used it. For our room the dining area was right outside and terrace above so you needed earplugs if you wanted to sleep in or have a siesta. Curtains are also not very effective against the morning sun. Room is very small. Breakfast was the worst we had. Just heaps of bread and cake. If you asked to amend it they would say yes, nod at what you were saying and then bring the same thing or not at all what you asked for (we had this experience 2 mornings). I later realised I was trying to speak English to the guy who was the French speaking expert. But if you don’t understand, tell me and I’ll try French, don’t nod and insinuate you got it when you didn’t understand a word leaving us with a really frustrating experience. Result being we would have rather had breakfast out each day and felt really annoyed we didn’t. All in all a very expensive luxury youth hostel. Not bad but certainly not good value for money.

This is truly a little gem in Marrakech! The road is really stunning and Rachid and Soufian are the best hosts, going out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We traveled with a little baby and they ensured she had her own crib and made special food for her. Their recommendations on where to go and which restaurants to try was also really nice. We would definitely come back here!

This property is beautiful, it is absolutely spotlessly clean and always smelt beautiful. The staff were incredibly helpful and arranged anything that we asked for! Bear in mind we were mugged by some locals during our stay but the hotel staff always made us feel safe and went out of their way to get us taxis even walking us to the cab and getting us in safely.
Cons: The bathroom drainage was slow which meant that the floor was flooded for about 5/10 minutes after showering just remember to leave some time between showering.

Overall my stay was exceptional. The staff was soo helpful, and was ready to help anytime. I spent one night alone, but made me feel safe during the stay. I would recommend the accomodation. The riad eventhough is situated in Medina itself was so quiet. It was pleasent to have some tea after the hustling day next to the pool. Breakfast was also nice and offered a variety of choices.

Rachid and Sofyan were very welcoming, providing us with so much useful information and booking us transport- even booking us a fabulous trip to the Agafay Desert. They could not have been more friendly or helpful!! Fatidha kept the Riad spotlessly clean and smelling beautiful, was always smiling and going above and beyond to check that we had everything we needed- even giving us fresh towels after a swim and teaching us some Arabic. Breakfast was incredible and served on the beautiful roof terrace, making each morning memorable. The Riad is beautiful and in an amazing location; close to the Souk and other key areas. We will definitely be coming back to Riad Yalla Habibi and Marrakech and would recommend it to everyone looking to visit the city!

Nice small riad. The room was nice and clean. Bed and pillow was comfortable. The hosts Rasheed and Soufiane were very friendly and helpful. Good location. Recommend!

L'emplacement en plein centre très bien, le riad tres joli et Rachid au petit soins pour nous.
Cons: Les tarifs des prestations ! Transfert aéroport a 40E C'est très cher par rapport au peu de km et par rapport au prix d'un taxi (plus du double). Le prix des excursions est également bien plus élevé que ce que l'on peut trouver avec les mêmes prestations.

Un emplacement très pratique, à proximité de l’entrée du zouk, proche quartier Gueliz et jardin Majorelle. Tout peut se faire à pieds. L’accueil de Rachid, d’une extrême gentillesse, souriant, très professionnel toujours disponible et de bons conseils. Sofiane et Siham très souriants et professionnels. Le personnel est réactif tout en restant discret. Ce Riad est superbe, un havre de paix pourtant très proche de l’effervescence du zouk.

L’emplacement était idéal, tout était accessible à pieds (souk, restaurants, visites…). Le riad était magnifique, très calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié Rachid et Sofiane qui nous ont plus que bien accueilli, ils ont été très serviables et à notre écoute, nous avons aussi pu aussi bien échanger avec eux et ils nous ont donné plein de conseils en fonction de nos envies. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et nous avons aussi dîné un soir un repas en terrasse merveilleux ! J’y retournerai avec plaisir pour sûr !

All of it was great! Location, services, the pool, the decoration, the roof terrace, the breakfast, the extra meal we had one of the days, a delicious berber tagine cooked by the ladies of the riad and served on the sunny terrace on the rooftop, the rooms... All was really great, but there was something even better: the helpful presence of Rachid and Sufian in the place. They were not only very simpathic and joyful the whole of the time, but also incredibily kind and ready to assist us in every single need or question we had, no matter the time of the day or night it was and with a very easy communication due to their high level of English and French. It is simply impossible to reach a higher level of hospitality. Thank you so much guys!

Relaxed atmosphere, and very friendly staff. Always eager to help with any question regarding the city. Made it easier to navigate in beautiful but chaotic Marrakesh. Soufiane and the team are amazing, most friendly and helpful staff personnel. It really made a difference as a first timer there! He knows every corner of the city and that made it so much easier to find our way there!! Thanks Soufiane, you were amazing 😀

Fijne locatie middenin de medina. En goed verzorgd en schoon. Heerlijk ontbijt! Personeel was behulpzaam en aardig. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

On a adoré absolument tout dans notre séjour et surtout dans ce super riad. L'emplacement du riad était parfait, au coeur de la médina et proche de tout, du souk et à 15 min à pied de la place Jamaa el Fna. On a adoré l'accueil au riad par Rachid, il est bienveillant, souriant et attentif, à l'écoute, gentil, disponible jour et nuit, arrangeant et de bons conseils. Merci à lui car il a sublimé notre voyage!! Le riad était magnifique et super agréable. La chambre était comme sur les photos, avec tout le nécessaire de salle de bain décrits dans l'annonce. Big up au petit dej qui était excellent tous les matins. Merci à tout le personnel du riad dont Sofian, Khalil pour ces échanges et ces sourires. Nous recommandons ce riad les yeux fermés et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Rachid (avec une gentillesse incomparable) qui a été présent tout au long du séjour pour nous aider et conseiller à la moindre occasion. Il a vraiment tenu à ce que l’on se sente comme chez nous, c’était vraiment sympa! Pour ce qui est du Riad, il est tres joli comme les photographies le montre ! Le petit déjeuner est typiquement marocain et très bon!

We loved everything about this place. I will start with our lovely host Rachid. He was the best host we ever had, making us feel like family. Helped us with a late check in, gave us info about the parking prices and so on. He was very nice and funny and made our stay so much better. Helped us with tips about what to see and where to go on our trip. Couldn’t have asked for somebody better than Rachid. Made a new friend in Marrakech! The room was big enough, very clean. The riad was quiet, but very well located, right at a Medina entrance, but without all that hustle. There is a parking 2min from the Riad where we left our car for a couple of nights and it was safe and sound. Easy access to the Riad. The breakfast was tasty and plenty. Changed a bit every morning and everything was fresh. It’s moroccan breakfast, so don’t expect sausages and ham and cheese. But it’s plenty to start your day with a lot of energy from what you ate. The small pool was perfect for a cool down after a long day. The wifi worked very good. The view from the terrace was nice. New but traditional. Good taste in decorations. Comfortable and big bed. The shower was so pretty. Clean towels and bathrobe. After looking through all the riads on booking I am more than happy to have chosen this one. Will definitely come back here. Also, again, big big big thank you for Rachid. He made our stay just perfect!
Cons: No minus whatsoever. Really. Just lovely.

Rachid, hij was geweldig. Hij liet ons voelen als een koningin en haar gevolg in dit mooie paleisje. Met zijn aanstekelijke lach en enthousiasme maakte hij deze korte vakantie tot een sprookje in dit kleine paleisje. Een goede locatie in de Medina waar we ons veilig en welkom voelde.

Rachid est extrêmement gentil et serviable, tout comme la dame, je crois que c'est Soumia. Ses crêpes sont toutes délicieuses. La décoration traditionnelle me plaît beaucoup, et c’est si calme j’adore.
Cons: La piscine est un peu petite, mais cela reste tout à fait convenable.
