Kjekk Riad med hyggelig personalet. Vi slet litt med å finne riktig dør første dag, et skilt utenfor hadde hjulpet. Det er gamle bygg, men fint vedlikeholdt og virker lunt og koselig. Deilig å ta en pause ved bassenget etter en lang dag ute i en travel Medina.

Przyjemne pokoje urządzone w marokańskim stylu. Bardzo komfortowe patio z basenem. Miła obsługa, zawsze uśmiechnięta.
Cons: Brak mozliwoscj bezposredniego podjechania pod riad, wymaga dacie ok. 5min od glownieszej ulicy. Sama okolica riadu przygnebiaaca, wokół zawalone domy i gruzowska se śmieciami. Co do udogodnień dla osob niepełnosprawnych to niestety jest kilka niskich schodów, ktore znacznie utrudniają poruszanie. Trzeba bylo kilka razy obsługę prosi o jedną rzecz, za pierwszym razem jakoś prośby nie udawało sie zrealizować.

The manager was incredibly accommodating and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. They even went out of their way to surprise us for our anniversary by decorating the room beautifully with flowers on the bed and around the room — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! We also appreciated the helpful tips they gave us about the best places to visit nearby. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

We loved that it was located in the busy Medina but the lovely old building had thick walls kept the Riad very peaceful. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable and the palm trees and nice furniture around the plunge pool were delightful.

Cons: While booking it said airport transfer was included, however the property said it wasn't. We still used there transfer which was excellent as they have a nice driver, vehicle, who walks you the final bit to the property. Also you have to pay by bank transfer which worked fine, however doing this ahead of time felt very risky. We had no issues but I would have preferred to pay by credit card.

The hosts were so kind and helpful couldn’t do enough for you. The riad was located lovely in the medina, and can walk to the new town from there. It was clean, tidy and organised. Really enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Riad in Marrakech. The place is full of charm, peaceful, and tastefully decorated, a perfect oasis in the middle of the medina. Harena, Abdallah, Latifa, and Marwan were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They truly made me feel at home. Everything was clean, the breakfast was lovely, and the pool area was a magical spot to relax after a long day exploring the city. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech. I will definitely come back!

Cons: Riad niché dans des ruelles piétonnes, au sein de l’ancienne médina, quartier en ruine plutôt destiné aux locaux avec des étals de poissons/viandes etc (il ne faut pas avoir peur des odeurs, ni de mettre le pied où il ne faut pas). Oubliez les tenues de soirées. Il faut compter facilement 15/20minutes de marche pour rejoindre la place. Le taxi vous dépose à 8/10 minutes de l’hôtel, au bord du début du quartier piéton. L’accès et l’emplacement nul Possibilité de demander un touktouk à l’hôtel, mais attention aux arnaques à 100dirrhams le trajet de 3 minutes Le Riad est joliment décoré, comme sur les photos, propre mais en travaux. Pas du tout un havre de paix puisqu’il y avait du bruit du matin au soir pendant nos 5 jours de vacances / le Riad est petit donc facilement réveillé le matin avec la sonnette d’entrée, l’arrivée des salariés, les engueulades, discussions etc… Le personnel essaie de faire, on vous dit oui-oui mais l’action est plus difficile. J’ai demandé si on pouvait m’acheter une puce pour faciliter mes déplacements puisque j’étais en convalescence, on devait aller me l’acheter dans l’après midi même, 3 jours plus tard toujours rien. J’ai demandé une bouteille d’eau un soir, pas d’eau. Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre Petit déjeuner identique chaque matin, qualité qui laisse à désirer. On a fini par sortir pour prendre notre petit déjeuner à l’extérieur. Attention danger : douche pas de limiteur d’eau chaude. Il ne faut pas ouvrir l’eau chaude en premier ou la fermer en dernier, au risque de vous brûler avec une eau bouillante.

Cons: MAY 2025 The breakfasts were huge disappointment, very poor. No fresh local products, coffee was bad, everything was heat up in microwave, no local pastries, old bread. I had tasteless scrambled eggs every morning. Lack of vegetable. One small glass of fresh juice. "Happy cow" cheese is not what you expect for this amount of money. Massages and hammam were fine, but nothing special. We only get 45 minutes of massages instead of 60 minutes. In general, overpriced. The terrace was closed due to the reconstruction. Water in the pool was ice cold. There is no sun entering the common area around the pool, so NO SUNBATHING IN THIS ACCOMODATION. The room was very small. Definitely does not worth of the money. Should be half price. You expect luxury, but you get average. The hotel is in the end of dirty aisles, rubble, dilapidated houses. Not comfortable in the evening. The services were OK, but nothing special. I asked in advance for something special, because it was our honeymoon, but I was ignored. No special effort. I spend month by searching a perfect accommodation, but this was huge mistake and loss of money. I got convinced by the nice pictures here on booking, but the reality is very different. Worth to mention, we are not some spoiled rich couple expecting miracles.

The staff at the riad were lovely, our room although small was comfortable.
Cons: We did not feel safe walking to and from the property on our own (mother and daughter). We decided to move due to this. The owner of the property offered to refund the days we did not stay and encouraged us to cancel our booking. We have since not had a refund and they have not responded to my messages asking for confirmation that booking.com can release the money.

L'équipe est au top : le riad est très bien entretenu, la nourriture est excellente (et que dire des cocktails de Maxime !), les services proposés (hammam, massage...) sont réalisés avec la plus grande attention. Tout le monde est au petit soin et sera là pour vous conseiller si besoin (sur les endroits à découvrir, les activités à réaliser ou bien encore sur la manière de négocier dans le souk (petite dédicace à Abdou ;)). Il est certain que notre prochain séjour à Marrakech se déroulera ici. Merci encore à toute l'équipe pour ce fabuleux moment.

The hotel was run by amazing staff, for a low price it offered 10/10 service. The staff were all so kind and attentive, it had such a family feel to it and the staff would go above and beyond to assist with any of our needs. The rooms are clean and well kept by the cleaning staff, so it feel luxury. Nice design and loved having a bath in the room! The breakfast had a home-cooked feel and was nice. The seating areas around the pool were useful and it was quiet so it was nice to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. Tucked away, it was quiet when sleeping too and no noise apart from the call to prayer which we heard everywhere we stayed in Morocco but it wasn’t too loud here at the Riad. We walked everywhere, everything was a maximum 30 minute walk as we pre-booked all restaurants/shows and we loved the walks, it felt safe walking through the labyrinth of the medina at night too despite it being late some nights we never felt unsafe - everyone was so friendly! We wanted to stay at a hotel that wasn’t too expensive so we could spend more on going out, but this was a pleasant surprise as it was so pretty, clean and hospitable for the lower price, it was nicer than other hotels we stayed in and are so glad we chose this Riad! We were out all the time anyway, but we enjoyed the time we spent at the Riad. We even got home from a festival at 6am one night and there is 24/7 security and staff available to let you in. The riad is secure and hidden away but they will be happy to collect you on arrival to show you the way, 5 minute walk walk with bags from taxi drop off. We even had our taxi to the airport included when we left! AMAZING VALUE!! Latifa the manager there is amazing, she is so funny, kind and helpful and made our stay extra special and memorable. We will return to this Riad next time!

El personal muy amable, profesional y nos aconsejaron que sitios visitar, donde comer y las alternativas para llegar a cada sitio. Aconsejo vivir la experiencia del Spa dentro del hotel, de consumir las especialidades del restaurante, que son preparadas con antelación y con productos de primera calidad, una verdadera exquisitez de no perder! El desayuno muy variado, rico y local. La relación precio- calidad es óptima, teniendo en cuenta todas las comodidades, la calma, la belleza del lugar y la seguridad que sentimos en nuestra estadía.
Cons: Es importante de tener una aplicación como Google Maps para llegar al hotel, porque hay muchas calles pequeñas y es difícil de encontrar al inicio sin GPS. Aunque si al inicio se podría tener un poco de miedo, por caminar en estas calle, el barrio es súper seguro, hay cámaras de seguridad y la gente local es amable y respetuosa con el turista.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They picked us up where the taxi dropped us off, because it is not easy to find the first time. They also went to the pharmacy for us (we were a sick for 2 days unfortunately), which was very nice of them. Location is central, and the Riad is quiet during the day and at night. Very clean rooms and food was delicious! Overall a very good experience, would highly recommend!

Un Riad charmant, très propre et bien tenu Nous avons passé 5 jours dans ce Riad et avons apprécié notre séjour. L’endroit est fidèle aux photos, décoré avec goût dans un style marocain traditionnel, avec une jolie piscine au centre. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable, et surtout très propre : un vrai point fort. Le ménage est fait avec soin, et même le soir, un passage rapide est effectué pour changer les serviettes et remettre la chambre en ordre. Le personnel est agréable, toujours prêt à rendre service avec gentillesse. Les équipements fonctionnent bien (climatisation, portes de chambre qui se ferment, coffre-fort disponible dans la chambre, etc.). Rien n’est laissé au hasard. Un lieu calme, chaleureux, et très bien entretenu. Nous repartons avec une bonne impression.

I tried to make it right with the owner directly and she ghosted me. She decided it was cheaper to change the name of the place rather than do the right thing. The team in this little oasis in the Marrakech medina was absolutely fabulous! From the amazing lady in the kitchen preparing the most delicious msemen in the morning which go so well with tahin and honey, the smiling cleaning team which kept everything clean, tidy and proper every day, those who secured the night shift to make sure we all go back without getting lost in the labyrinth little alleys which became all too familiar after the second day! Shukran to all the team led by Latifa and her partner!
Cons: Not so much we didn't like but our room on the ground floor was a bit too cosy:) would have been good to have a tiny bit more space (also to arrange all the daily shopping from the souk...). But it is really a minor detail which doesn't take away anything from the beauty and authenticity of the place.

Cons: Avise con tiempo de que nosotras no necesitábamos la recogida pero si la ida al aeropuerto porque teníamos incluido un trayecto, quedé con la chica en la hora y todo el día anterior, al día siguiente me dicen que me tengo que coger yo un taxi que no puede llegar el chico hasta una hora de mi vuelo. Eso no es así, no se hacen así las cosas punto número 1. Punto número 2 el Riad como casi todos en Marrakech están muy escondidos en callejones oscuros y demás que si es tu primera vez allí pues no lo sabes, que pasa que si llegas de día pues bueno medio medio pero por la noche un sitio así, si eres una mujer y sola da miedo… le expliqué por Whastapp que no sabía muy bien donde quedaba, no hay ni carteles que te dirijan hacia el Riad y la chica no fue por salir a la Medina por nosotras, y lo primero que me dice es que si en el colegio no aprendí inglés, perdona? Creo que soy la clienta, a ella le han enseñado español? No le he preguntado porque tengo más respeto que ella. A todo esto el chico que estaba en la recepción a la misma hora un encanto, ella después se relajó porque llegamos al hotel a las 19:00h porque veníamos tarde del desierto, cansadas y ella todo el rato haciendo el check-ing más largo aún, en fin, cuando estamos poniendo los datos me dice que habíamos pagado muy barato por la habitación que normalmente pagan el cuádruple , perdona? Que no se creía el precio de la reserva que no sé qué , yo creo que ese tipo de cosas están de más, unos comentarios como que si tengo 30 años y no soy madre, a qué viene eso? Friendly staff, good breakfast, room like on the photo's, clean rooms, away from the buzy center but close to everything, although it was in small streets, it was a safe area. if you felt uncomfortable you could always call the staff and they come to collect you and guide you to the riad. But we didn't feel unsafe, not even in the evening when it was dark.
Cons: The room was a bit dated with a closet that best can be replaced, but everything was clean. The wall with the other room was a bit thin, so sometimes there was some noise.

The marketing does not match the reality. It’s a rip off experience. The organisation is chaotic, the riad dirty , the terrace is a building site and it’s worth about 50 euro in comparison . I left after one night and for the same price I got a room with a lounge and a salon- a suite for for a king with a palatial bathroom and my own balcony, a way better breakfast and efficient staff not to say a clean and beautiful aesthetic environment. Don’t go here.

Beautifully restored traditional home (Riad) located in the quiet heart of the old Medina. It's handy for the main square, the souks, lots of great local restaurants and the main sights. The rooms are stylish and characterful, opening onto secluded courtyard with a pool and palm trees. Breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Amil. They really tried hard to make our stay relaxed and enjoyable and it made all the difference. It's a very safe place to stay, the locals are polite and welcoming, often helping us with directions and advice. And always ready with a smile and a bonjour.
Cons: As a minor comment, a recent earthquake damaged some nearby buildings, which are still in the process of reconstruction, so the approach to the Riad is inevitably a little messy at the moment.

We were very happy with this traditional Riad, located in a in a tranquil location in the Medina. Staff were always very friendly, courteous and helpful. life was made easy by the pre-arranged airport transfer. Buffet breakfasts varied, typical and generous. The courtyard was a haven of tranquility from the mesmerising manic passageways of the alleyways and souks. All in all we had a great 5 days staying at this riad.

Vieles gab es nicht, es sei gerade ausgegangen. Die scheinbare Managerin wirkte dem Personal gegenüber unterdrückend und uns gegenüber aufgesetzt, unhöflich und nicht hilfreich. Mit anderen Gästen wurden laute Diskussionen geführt. Es wirkte insgesamt als ob etwas nicht stimmte.

This is an excellent Riad in a great location in the Medina. The area around the Riad is very safe and quiet (which is a nice break from the crowds of many parts of the old city) but it’s still just a short walk to the markets, restaurants, etc. The breakfast was great and staff was very friendly.

L’attention portée aux détails nous a particulièrement touchés : à notre arrivée, une rose et un doux message de Saint-Valentin nous attendaient dans la chambre, une délicate attention qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Le riad est idéalement situé, en plein centre de la médina, tout en étant d’un calme absolu, un véritable luxe à Marrakech ! D’une propreté irréprochable, l’endroit allie authenticité et confort. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe, en particulier à Abdallah pour son accueil chaleureux et encore plus à Latifa, dont la gentillesse et le dévouement ont fait toute la différence. Cons: Rooms were very bare bones. Two out of the four lights did not work. No space to even hang a jacket. The room did not have hot water despite cold weather. Breakfast consisted of a bunch of bread and butter / jam. The riad is in a busy / polluted part of the Medina. Worst part is the hotel manager tried to rip us off. Asked him to book us a cab to take us to train station and he said it would be 40 euros. Ended booking one online for $10.

L’équipe est aux petits soins pour remplir nos désirs. Riji qui vous accueille tout au long de la journée, Abdellah pour l’équipe de nuit, toujours à votre disposition et répondant à vos moindres désirs et Latifa qui manage tout ça pour réaliser le moindre petit détail qui vous ferait plaisir. Et pour bronzer un agréable rooftop à disposition. Quatre jours de pur bonheur… Petit tips à connaître et faire attention toutes les portes de la médina ferment à 22h. Penser à sortir avant pour ne pas être bloqué. Une très belle expérience !

Cons: Room description stated a sauna in the room, but no sauna in room. Geographically the location is good, but note that this is the older area of the Medina the small alleys surrounding the property are not clean and although we found it safe and had no issues the area around this Riad can feel a little intimidating at night. A bar in the Riad would have been nice. On a couple of nights, wine, which was the only alcohol on offer was sold out and not available.

El Riad es muy bonito, el personal muy atento y servicial. Habitación muy espaciosa, no se oye nada de ruido. Todo estaba muy limpio, a mejorar la limpieza de la terraza de arriba.
Cons: Tiene buena posición, a 15 minutos andando de los puntos más interesantes pero esta un poco escondido y hay q hacer 3 calles que están bastante solas, sobre todo de noche. Desayuno muy pobre y repetitivo, ponen 3 tipos de tortitas, un trozo de dulce, café y zumo. Faltaría algo salado, fruta, yogur.

This riad is a hidden gem in Marrakech. So much thought has gone into the design and small details to make it tranquil sanctuary with an authentic Moroccan feel. The staff were exceptional, in particular Adil who was professional, kind and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me to navigate Morocco and to provide his local knowledge. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a good holiday and time in Marrakech. I can’t wait to come back to this riad with my family and friends. The chef was excellent and makes delicious Moroccan food. I loved the salads, the cous cous dishes and the tagines. Everything is locally sourced and freshly cooked from scratch on the day. They were also kind and prepared some special requests for me. I visited one of the 5 stars hotels when I was in Marrakech and it was not a scratch on this riad which provides a beautiful serene environment and a true authentic Moroccan experience.

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit im Riad Mazarin. Das Riad ist wirklich eine wahre Oase. Wir wurden unglaublich herzlich betreut, uns wurde jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Das essen vom Frühstücksbuffet bis zum Abendessen mit Couscous und Tajine war vorzüglich. Es wir nur mit frischen Produkten gekocht. Das Hammann und der Spa der im Hotel angeboten wird ist erstklassig. Allgemein das ganze Team bietet einen Service den man in einem fünf Sterne Hotel kennt. Ich kann das Riad wärmstens empfehlen. Zudem ist es sehr zentral gelegen, man kann die Medina innert 10. min zu Fuss erreichen. Zudem wurde eine sehr aufmerksame Geburtstagsüberraschung gemacht, ohne dass darauf hingewiesen wurde. Sehr herzlich!!

From the arrival Moroccan tea, to sorting out all our airport transfers, nothing was too much of an ask - special mention to Idris and Adil. The property itself is beautiful and exactly as in the photos, don’t let the outside appearance out you off.
Cons: A little far from the main square and not in the most touristic part of the medina but allows you to experience a more authentic Moroccan experience. We could walk to the main road with souks in 5 minutes so not an issue, just ensure you have maps saved on your phone to find your way back.

Cons: Posizione non ottimale, se non terribile. Piccola via all’interno di un souk, non facile da trovare in quanto non è presente un’insegna. Noi utilizzavamo le indicazione di un riad adiacente (Riad Rafaa). Altra nota negativa sono i costi dei servizi extra per niente in linea con i prezzi della zona. Non essendoci prezzi esposti per quanto riguarda cibo, bevande e trattamenti, il conto finale è stato parecchio inaspettato. (25€ per una tajina di pollo e verdure sembra esagerato in quanto la qualità fosse da “turista”)

Un séjour incroyable et inoubliable. Tout était absolument parfait, un véritable havre de paix au bord de la piscine, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie très confortable. Le personnel est aux petits soins et très gentil.

j'ai essayé le massage là c'était super relaxant j' ai vraiment apprécié
Cons: le point négatif il n'y avait pas de télévision dans la chambre mais ca m'a permis évidemment de me déconnecter

Personnel établissement position du Riad en centre près de la place jamah elhafna excellent personnel très agréable à l’écoute, un endroit très propre est un super Riad marocain

The staff were very kind and accommodating! I was a bit sick on the last day, and they provided me with medicine (ibuprofen) when I asked. They were very patient and fulfilled all our requests.
Cons: The riad is in a tricky area, but that is because it is in narrow streets in the Medina. Make sure to use Google Maps and it should be easy to fine the riad.

Nous avons adorer notre séjour. Magnifique Riad, très apaisant. Le personnel est très accueillant, ils font tout pour vous faire passer le meilleur des séjours. C’est une super équipe. Nous nous sentions réellement en sécurité ce qui a été rare dans les autres hôtels de la médina. Que ce soit le jour ou la nuit ils répondent aux besoins de tous les clients. Le restaurant était super! Nous recommandons fortement ce Riad, si nous rêvons sur Marrakech ce sera notre hôtel de référence. Merci pour cette expérience! Manon et Léa.

Quartier non touristique mais avec plusieurs riads dont ce petit oasis! Quel belle surprise à l'intérieur comparé à la rue! Belle rencontre avec la propriétaire qui nous a partagé sont incroyable expérience. Bonus: Très belle suite se trouvant en haut toute seule.
Cons: Pas de plaque pour trouver le riad.

Отель как на фото, очень хороший и приветливый персонал, встретили приветственным чаем, отличный оазис в Марракеше, очень красивая территория
Cons: Не было вешалок в шкафу, небольшой номер, мало места, где можно разместить вещи, но в целом это не критично.
