My daughter and I only stayed one night, but the place was beautiful and very traditional. The host Yassin was amazing, really welcoming and supportive, although we stayed a short amount of time he's given us his support throughout the whole time we're in Morocco and we really appreciate it. I highly recommend coming here, and we will be back for sure.

Very traditional, lovely and very very spacious. It was really quiet location. The host was amazing, went over and above what was expected. He was practically our concierge, which we didn't expect. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again.

It was comfortable, as not far from the airport. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was very nice. The apartment is huge.
Cons: Cleaning could be much better (dirty carpets). Bed linen was synthetic and the cover was old and sad. The room was cold (they could have heated it up as they knew about the arrival, we booked our taxi through them). The bathroom is very far from the huge apartment, not very comfortable to get to. There is no heating in the bathroom.

Отличный отель! Прекрасные номера, отель построен и оформлен в марокканском стиле. Много винтажных интерьерных вещей. Прекрасная терраса для завтраков и ужинов. Очень удобен отель для путешественников на машине, парковочное место прямо у двери в отель, тихий и спокойный двор. Можно не ездить в центр на машине, где большие проблемы с парковкой. От отеля до Медины ехали на такси 15 минут, обратно чуть дольше (зависит от трафика). Очень спокойный, вежливый и предупредительный Ясмин, который приготовил нам поздний и очень вкусный ужин ( мы приехали из Мерзуги довольно поздно. Организовал такси и в город и обратно. По приезду встретил и помог добраться до отеля. Наш навигатор немного заблудился. В общем, советуем путешественникам этот отель.

Es war die letzte Unterkunft vor unserer Rückreise. Sie ist ideal in Flughafennähe gelegen und bietet sehr viel Platz. Das macht das Koffer(um)packen einfach. Das Team ist sehr hilfreich, das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. In Gehdistanz findet man einige gute Restaurants, die vorwiegend von Einheimischen frequentiert werden.

I liked everything about the property it is beautiful and Yassine was exceptional best breakfast I had in Morocco. Two bedrooms work great for a snoring travel mate. Beautiful traditional Moroccan decor. Very well kept, and wonderful.air conditioning to combat the extreme heat of the outdoors in September. The rooftop dining area was even more picturesque. We were welcomed very warmly and felt instantly at home after a long and tiring flight. Proximity to the airport was also a plus, so we got there in less than 15 minutes.
Cons: Breakfast was a little lacking in proteins- I suppose we expected halal sausages at the very least to accompany what was otherwise a good breakfast. Proximity to the airport also conversely meant a longer distance to the center of everything. We spent an inordinate amount on luxury transport on the first day before setting up our "inDrive"'- Marrakech version of Uber. I highly recommend if you choose to stay at Riad Arwa. We had a beautiful stay and I'm thankful for the experience.

We had all 3 apartments in the Riad. They are all very big the pictures do not do it justice. For us it was perfect, 10 mins from the airport. We were there for one night as we were driving to Essaouira the next day. Breakfast was great and served on the rooftop. Service was very good.

The property is beautiful: we were expecting a room big enough to accommodate my two daughters, my baby and myself but ended up with the whole flat with two bedrooms and three beautiful Moroccan-style reception rooms, and a luxurious bathroom. The staff is lovely and served us a beautiful 5-star breakfast, and being welcomed the way we were gave us great relief as this stay happened due to the last-minute cancellation of our late night flight, after spending hours in airport chaos trying to understand what needed to be done. The location near the airport was our main reason for selecting this hotel, so for us location is surely a 10/10. WiFi works very well, AC too. All good, really!

Cons: Nowhere to heat anything up. Even just a microwave would be great. Lots and LOTS of absolutely beautiful places to sit down, but not too functional for a longer stay. For our last night in Morocco it was ideal, and exceptionally convenient for the airport. The staff were brilliant and couldn’t have been nicer. We had had a few things go wrong on our holiday (honeymoon) and they did their best to make us feel pampered.

Cons: The location didn't suit us. it was close to the airport but away from any amenities. the bathroom was without proper ventilation, so smelt musty and the shower was broken. A taxi service was provided but was double the cost of local services, which were nearby.

It was a perfect home base to explore the area! The staff were very helpful; they went out of their way to make sure that we had a good time! Yassine, Abdo and Bouchard were very nice and accommodating! It’s located near the airport, easy to get to, so if you fly in and rent a car, this would be a good place as a base!

I highly recommend Riad Appart Arwa. The apartment was exactly as pictured and our host, Yassin, was very welcoming and helped us arrange taxis around the city throughout our entire stay. Breakfast was served fresh on the rooftop at a time of our choosing each morning and was delicious with lots of options. It is also in a good location close to the airport and many attractions, but noise from the airport was not an issue at all. Overall, it was a very beautiful, clean, and hospitable environment. I look forward to staying here again next time I am in Marrakech.

Me and my wife recently stayed at Riad Appart Arwa, and it was one of the best riad experiences we've ever had. The entire apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. Yassine is a host that any client would like to meet! Very kind and attentive to details, all to make us feel good and comfortable. He even helped us with finding transport to and from the airport but not only that, even with transport for different locations we visited in Marrakesh. Thank you very much, Yassine!! Everything is superlative! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Breakfast was totally delicious really nice bread and very convenient from the airport, only 10 mins away. The taxi didn't know the address but the staff went out of their way to call the driver and direct him even though it was 10 at night. The also walked my husband out into the streets to find some late night takeaway food to bring back. And in the morning they helped get everything into the car and we're very sweet and accommodating to our two children. The terrace was gorgeous and the apartment super opulent and fun looking. We had a great stay though it was brief. Not loud at all despite being next to the airport.
Cons: That there weren't cooking facilities despite being an apartment hotel though there was a fridge and some bars of soap rather than hand wash is our preference but not a big deal.

Spacious apartment….We are from Tampa, Florida USA during our trip to Seville we figured since we are close we can fly into Marrakech for 48 hours. To start Moroccan people are beautiful and humble, that is the best way to describe this apartment beautiful. Towels are cotton soft, water in bathroom shower have amazing pressure. Apartment is located extremely close to airport and is about 22-25 min to Medina and mall that has supermarket called carre four. We absolutely loved our stay and staff, we recommend stay 100% for couples and families neighborhood is safe. We will be back thank you!

Cons: It’s really bad location. We had to wait 30 min for guy to let us in. House is done in an aweful way. Bfast timing was mentioned to be 10 am, because some person studies and sleeps in the shared kitchen. We had to flight even to get hot water for tea. We had an appointment to meet someone at 10 am , so wanted to do bfast earlier but nothing was done about the request. Bathroom drainage was clogged and water was not moving. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after 1 day as the place wasn’t worth it. It was a rip off on money .. and I am not sure how come place has got so many high reviews .

BREAKFAST was incredible! Everything was fresh and a massive abandoned of food. Fantastic if you have a flight in the afternoon and want a slow start to the day, whilst being near the airport. A taxi there was about 15min. Loads of room in the apartment. Neat, clean and tidy place. The shower facilities were amazing.
Cons: It was difficult to find place as there was little to no signage. For a family of 4, there was only one glass available to use. Thin walls, so noise travelled intensely. Barely able to sleep due to the gate being used and the noise of the bolt being so loud. Wouldn’t recommend if you had an early flight and needed a lot of rest.

Cannot recommend this place enough! It was like a little palace, exactly like the photos. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was exceptional. We walked from the airport in 30-40mins, and when we wanted to head to the city centre, our host called us a taxi. It was only a 10-15 drive away. There is surprisingly no noise from the airport, and a nice restaurant nearby.
Cons: The area the property is in is quite quiet and residential which is great, but you definitely have to head into the city for things to do.

I chose this property since it was very close to the airport and the beauty of the place really surprised me. The place is maintained well and Rida is incredibly helpful. He helped guide me during the check in process and was always on hand if I had any questions. The breakfast was also exceptional. Would highly recommend.

I recommend this apartment because of a guy called Reda, the guy really shows up right away as soon as you need something, for example a pharmacy, car rental, he is always available, and as for the price, everything was as we agreed, then the size of the apartment, it's huge, maintenance cleanliness, towels, sheets, everything extra..! I repeat once again, thanks to young Mr. Reda, the stay in Marrakesh was much nicer! Reda, thank you, with God's help we will see each other again!

I booked this property for one night because of its proximity to the airport so I wasn't too concerned about comfort. I was amazed at how beautiful the small apartment is. It's really a level of luxury that can't be matched at the price. The host was also extremely attentive and very friendly. The breakfast was simple but excellent.

This accomodation was a little palace not kidding, the photos does it no justice, we were astonished at the grandeur of the place, decor is traditionally outstanding & craftsmanship pure art. Super comfy & obviously spacious. Spotless & very quiet. Location is excellent very near airport & taxis are very cheap. We stayed only one night wishe we had stayed more, defo coming back to this majestic little palace iN marrakesh, host are lovey friendly & super helpful hosts

Location is peaceful and quiet. After exploring Medina we were glad to get back and rest here. You can also get to the airport at no time. The interior is great, and we enjoyed our spacious apartment. Do not miss the chance to dine or watch sunset at the terrace - there is such a relaxing atmosphere. They offer a variety of delicious traditional meal. The staff is so helpful and caring. We never got lost or confused, and always got support when needed. Bonus: I really liked the window shutters, I am quite sensitive to the sunlight and I had an absolutely fantastic sleep here.
Cons: There is nothing to complain about. Would stay here once in Marrakech.

The host stayed and waited for us until past midnight in our distressed situation after we were denied boarding on a flight. He also ordered a taxi for us in the morning and made breakfast (mind you it was 6am the next day so not even 5h of sleep). An absolute saviour - Marrakesh was a harsh experience for us - this accommodation saved our sanity on the last night. The facilities are great, amount of space is insane, super clean, interior decor is locally styled and it's on the ground floor. Located 12min drive from the airport as well. One more thing to note, it was cool inside (unlike other places we stayed) so that we did not need to turn the aircon on - another win!
Cons: Nothing, all exceeded expectations.
