Es un hotel boutique con un personal muy agradable, pero la limpieza incluso para los estandares de Marruecos, era mala. La cama muy comoda, pero el precio es desproporcionado para lo que ofrece.

Pros Clean ,good location near train station ,modern looking washroom, very little noise from outside. Our massage was terrific for half hour. I forget her name but she was thorough. Rest of staff was terrific. Spoke English well. Manager came out to greet us. Very pleasant experience. Cons. Couldn’t get Tv to work but didn’t ask staff for help. No breakfast just coffee and juice downstairs.

ibtissam was very lovely and helpful. she always helped with our questions for the trip and making things comfortable for our stay. room was clean and spacious and bed was comfy. bathroom very clean Great location, not too far from main centre and alot of good food around. they also provide massage services and Laila was very good!

Cons: just a little outside noise but otherwise a brilliant stay. would be great if there was more breakfast option other than some pastries and machine coffee juice .

Everything! The location is great. Short walk from the trains station. The families are very decent. The rooms are beautiful and easily feels like a such a relaxing space from all the days activities. They have so many thoughtful little things that easily lofts your mood! Best for last, the staff were magnificent. I don't think I've stayed anywhere which such a service before. My word! They were so attentive, really made me feel welcome

I had a lovely 5 day stay at the property. Imane was extremely helpful and polite and also the concierge services were amazing, I didn’t have to worry about booking any activity myself. Sufiane helped arrange everything for me seamlessly.

Great staff, super helpful and hospitable. We initially booked one night but then came book for the last one as well as it was all simply very convenient and the price of the completely decent couples bedroom with bathroom was reasonable and fair in comparison to many other hotels in Marrakech.

Cons: I wouldn't go as far as to say this is more than a three starts hotel whereas from the reviews and pictures I got a slightly more 'lux' feel but maybe its me. Honestly, everything was pretty good and great for a short stay.

Premises are fairly new, yet sound insulation could be better, especially from the street. No breakfast available, but free coffee (when the coffee machine works) and a croissant are provided in the morning. There are a few breakfast places around, but those cannot really replace a genuine hotel buffet breakfast. Location: somewhat away from the centre of Marrakesh, though you can easily flag a taxi at the nearby main road. Overall I would rate my stay 8/10, but I deduct one point given its policy to "buy" good reviews (see below).

Cons: I chose this hotel because of its high review ratings, even though it is located outside the centre of Marrakesh. Overall I was satisfied with my stay there, but at check-out I found out why the hotel's ratings are so high: it offers bonus nights for guests who give the highest review scores on the booking platform they booked through. The person attenting at check-out even insisted rather adamently to complete the survey with me in order to ensure the maximum score. I honestly did not have time for this as I urgently had to leave for the airport, so I did not give in. While I presume buying good reviews is as such not illegal, it does feel unethical and creates unfair competition. At the very least, it deceives potential guests as it can be deemed that the reviews would most likely be lower without the offered incentives. I leave it up to Booking.com to act upon this should it deem fit. For the record: I add a picture of the voucher as proof, but I will obviously not use it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. They even assisted us with booking taxis, including arranging a very smooth and comfortable transfer from Marrakech to Agadir. The driver they organized for us was excellent, friendly, and very reliable. One of the lovely touches we truly appreciated was the complimentary juice, coffee, chocolate and crossaint available at the reception area such a small detail, but it made us feel very welcomed and cared for. The hotel’s location is amazing. Taxis are easily available, restaurants are close by, and most of the tourist attractions are within 12 minutes, which made exploring very convenient. At the same time, the area itself is quiet and peaceful, so we were able to relax without any noise disturbance. The room cleaning service was also excellent. The rooms were always spotless and very well-maintained. Overall, we are extremely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Cons: A small downside was that the rooms are not fully soundproof. We were located near the elevator, so it could be a bit noisy at times. The elevator itself is a little old-style and quite small, which can be challenging when traveling with a baby stroller. However, there are stairs available if you don’t have heavy luggage.

Since the room rate remains the same each day, I expected the basic amenities—like coffee—to be maintained. Without the capsules, the machine in the room serves no purpose. ​Furthermore, I found the '15-minute massage' service provided by the housekeeping staff to be unprofessional. It felt more like a gimmick than a genuine service. Finally, the inconsistent delivery of snacks—which stopped entirely during the last days of my stay—made for an uncomfortable and unreliable experience. I hope you will look into these service gaps to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Het hotel zag er netjes uit en de kamer was groot en comfortabel, met een mooie grote badkamer en een groot en comfortabel bed. Er is gratis koffie en sapjes voor de gasten. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en enthousiast. Bij binnenkomst kreeg ik direct een glas vers gemaakte Marokkaanse thee en een mandje met flesjes water en wat lekkers als welkomstgeschenk. Voordat ik naar de kamer ging heb ik eerst nog even tafelvoetbal gespeeld met het de receptionist en een aantal andere gasten van het hotel. Ook de locatie is heel goed, niet ver van het station. Ik had eerst 1 nacht geboekt, maar nadat ik in het hotel en in de kamer was geweest, heb ik direct een tweede nacht geboekt. Zo fijn vond ik het.

Cons: I had 15-minute massage included in my booking, scheduled for 4:30 pm. There was no information about the massage room, so I went to the reception to ask where I should go. I was left waiting on the 3rd floor, and the masseuse did not come. I went back to the reception again; they called her, and after 20 minutes she finally arrived. By then, I no longer wanted the massage and declined it. Additionally, the shower could not be adjusted properly — water came out of both the overhead shower and the handheld shower at the same time. The shampoos were also very watery.

El chico que se encontraba en la recepción nos acompaño a la calle para buscarnos un taxi y acordar el precio al aeropuerto con el conductor, nos fue de gran ayuda. Can’t go wrong with this hotel really. I usually judge by the standard of the bathrooms and the en-suites in this hotel are very modern. Large walk in showers with rainfall and handheld. Floating toilet and large sink. King size beds, nice ambient and spot lighting in the room and generally really nice and modern feeling. I’d say the sound proofing could be better as my room had a balcony and you can hear the cars driving and beeping on the main road but I feel like this is just common in Marrakesh. Maybe they just don’t do double glazing? Anyway the room gets cleaned every day which is always nice to come back to. The hotel could be slightly closer to the typical attractions but could also argue it’s a good thing to be a bit further on. Either way it’s a ten min taxi journey to jama el fna and the koutobia mosque etc. Would recommend this hotel if you want comfortable luxury.

Cons: Leider kein herzlicher Empfang – weder BegrĂŒĂŸung noch spĂŒrbare Gastfreundschaft. Besonders kritisch sehen wir, dass Gutscheine fĂŒr eine Gratisnacht nur bei einer 10/10-Bewertung vergeben werden. Dies wurde uns sogar mehrfach angeboten und wirkt wie eine kĂŒnstliche Erzeugung positiver Bewertungen. Beim ersten Aufenthalt habe ich 8 Punkte vergeben, da das Zimmer sauber war. Beim zweiten Aufenthalt wurde jedoch deutlich, dass Gutscheine fĂŒr eine Gratisnacht nur bei einer 10/10-Bewertung vergeben werden. Das hat mein Vertrauen in die SeriositĂ€t der Bewertungen stark beeintrĂ€chtigt. ZusĂ€tzlich ist das Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut und der Empfang wenig herzlich.

Ich habe nun schon mehrfach bewertet, da wir verschiedene Buchungen vorgenommen haben. Da es uns so gut gefallen hat, haben wir immer eine neue Nacht daran gehĂ€ngt. Wir waren bereits letztes Jahr schon dort, und es hat uns bestens gefallen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den hervorragenden und netten Service. Das Hotel hat absolut europĂ€ischen Standard und hat somit alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die normalen Zimmer sind Ă€ußerst gerĂ€umig, klimatisiert und mit guten Produkten versehen. Es gibt immer ausreichend heißes Wasser. Zur BegrĂŒĂŸung gibt es Tee und ein GebĂ€ck. Auch beim auschecken bekommt man eine Flasche Wasser und eine Kleinigkeit mit. Ich wĂŒrde hier immer wieder buchen. Bei den Deluxe Zimmern handelt es sich um etwas kleinere Zimmer. Jedoch hat man eine wunderschöne Außenterrasse inklusive Jacuzzi sowie ein Tisch mit StĂŒhlen und eine liege zum relaxen. Der Ausblick ist oberhalb der anderen HĂ€user, so dass man wirklich seine Ruhe hat. FrĂŒhstĂŒcken kann man im Hotel leider nicht, aber es gibt genug Möglichkeiten rundherum!

In diesem Hotel haben wir bereits mehrfach ĂŒbernachtet, und ich kann es nur besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen! Ein sehr netter Empfang mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Man bekommt immer ein GebĂ€ck und GetrĂ€nk angeboten. Vor dem Haus gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine, bei welcher man sich bei Bedarf etwas holen kann. Das Hotel ist in recht guter Lage und es gibt private ParkplĂ€tze beziehungsweise fĂŒr 1 DIR bewachte ParkplĂ€tze rund ums Hotel. Die Zimmer sind Ă€ußerst sauber, mit einem GetrĂ€nk und Bonbons versehen. Klimaanlage funktioniert hervorragend und Heißwasser kommt immer. Zwei NĂ€chte hatten wir ein Upgrade auf ein Doppelzimmer, bei welchem eine wunderschöne Außenterrasse inklusive einem Jacuzzi versehen war.

Cons: Alles bestens- ich wĂŒrde es auch nicht negativ betiteln: Aber im Vergleich ist das Delux-Doppelzimmer fast etwas klein im Gegensatz zu den anderen normalen Zimmern. DafĂŒr hat man jedoch eine wunderschöne Außenterrasse mit einem riesigen Bereich, Tisch,StĂŒhle sowie einem Jacuzzi. Man sollte also fĂŒr sich selber entscheiden, ob man eher ein großes Zimmer möchte oder ein kleineres Zimmer aber dafĂŒr eine wunderschöne Außenterrasse hat.

La struttura era pulita, fornita di tutto il necessario. Il wifi funzionava bene, cosa rara negli alberghi di Marrakech. Shaimaaa ci ha accolte molto gentilmente, anche se abbiamo fatto un check in tardivo. Molto consigliato!

It was an OK location. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.

Cons: Every time our room was cleaned, it smelled so bad. I had to keep the windows open. The floor was washed with a stinky cloth that made the whole room smell bad. It’s not a great hotel and we paid a lot, because we happen to be there during a football event. I would not stay there again. At the checkout, they offer one night for free in the future if they fill in on your phone a survey (I guess people agree and this must be the booking review and that’s why they have such positive reviews).

Had a great time at Swiss Continental. Staffs were helpful. Staff helped me microwave my food upon on request and I was also allowed to leave my bags at the luggage area before check in and there was also an option if I wanted to leave it after check out for a few days

Personal an der Rezeption sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, GepÀck wurde mehrere Tage zwischengelagert. Zimmer und Betten sind o. k.

Cons: Das Hotel wird lokal gefĂŒhrt mit 25 Zimmern. Transportservice = Anruf beim Taxiunternehmen, alle anderen Angebote wie Spa werden von externen Anbietern in der NĂ€he angeboten. Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden, aber so schmal, dass kein Rollstuhl rein passt. Rollstuhl wird auch nicht angeboten. Haltegriff im Fahrstuhl hat sich gelöst beim Einhalten. Zimmer auch im 4. Stock sehr laut

Je n’ai rien aimĂ©. Je me suis sentie trompĂ©e par les commentaires des prĂ©cĂ©dents clients. Cet hĂŽtel n’a absolument rien d’un 3 Ă©toiles. Il n’y a mĂȘme pas de petit dĂ©jeuner. J’ai trouvĂ© un cafard dans ma chambre. Je m’attendais Ă  un minimum de service.

Cons: Tout est Ă  amĂ©liorer. Il faudrait dĂ©jĂ  cesser de mentionner cet hĂŽtel comme un trois Ă©toiles ou alors commencer Ă  fournir les services d’un tel hĂŽtel.

Das Zimmer Bad ist gerĂ€umig, Kaffee und Wasser stehen einem auf dem Zimmer zur VerfĂŒgung.

Cons: Der Service, bei Ankunft wurden wir auf WhatsApp verwiesen und wurden dort in eine Gruppe aufgenommen um Wifi Code und sonstiges zu erhalten. Bei der Frage welcher Bus zur Medina fÀhrt wurden wir auf Taxi verwiesen.

The property is clean and the staff are super friendly/responsive! Great communication and Morocco tea/water upon checking in/out. Some of the furniture is outdated but overall kept well.

Cons: The water pressure was at a medium level and could be higher. The hand-held showerhead needed cleaning; there were hard water stains and mineral deposits building up. The curtains also were not blackout; they were sheer so just a heads up to travelers.
