Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l’Hôtel Les Deux Tours. Tout était tout simplement idyllique. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse rare, toujours aux petits soins, attentionné, et plein de douceurs du matin au soir. Un immense merci au responsable du restaurant Salambo et à toute son équipe pour la magnifique table dressée (un peu à la dernière minute !) pour l’anniversaire de mon mari. Un moment magique, que nous n’oublierons pas. Les chambres, les jardins luxuriants, l’atmosphère… tout est splendide. Le restaurant japonais est également délicieux. Nous reviendrons avec très grand plaisir. Merci pour cette parenthèse enchantée.
Cons: Mini conseil : remplacer les transats de la piscine par des beds fixes, un peu plus qualitatifs, éviterait qu’ils ne soient déplacés un peu partout et seraient plus confortables.

J’ai adoré l’univers singulier des Deux Tours : chaque espace semble raconter une histoire. L’architecture, signée Charles Boccara, mêle subtilement tradition et modernité avec ce style néo-Marrakech que j’apprécie particulièrement, des volumes harmonieux, des jeux d’ombres et de lumière, et une atmosphère à la fois apaisante et inspirante. Le spa est une véritable bulle de bien-être, l’accueil d’une grande douceur, et la flexibilité du service (options sans gluten, attention aux détails, etc.) est remarquable. J’ai aussi adoré le bar extérieur et le fumoir à cigares, qui ajoutent une touche rare de raffinement et d’élégance. Mention spéciale à la qualité du restaurant La Cuillère, une belle découverte culinaire.

Cons: The sunloungers around the pool were very uncomfortable, they need cushions. I saw people bring cushions from their bedrooms out to help with the comfort! I tried using lots of towels, but still very hard and need some padding like other 5* hotels would have. Our bedroom didn’t have a full length mirror which would be a nice and simple addition.

A truly stylish hotel that felt a million miles away from the hustle and heat of the souk. We had the Family Suite (room 41) which was an absolute delight. Beautifully decorated, light filled and spacious, and ideal for our family of 5. The private garden was a bonus, and the toiletries were lovely. As we were travelling light we appreciated small touches such as there being conditioner in the bathrooms, not just shampoo and body wash. The bar, restaurant and pool areas were heavenly, and the children particularly loved the turtles and peacocks! It was such a pleasure to wander around all the grounds and seek out the special places to rest and admire the gardens. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful.
Cons: Small niggle - whilst most of the family found the food fantastic - especially the sushi - I had a more mixed view. We also thought the restaurant and bar a bit overpriced, and didn't try the spa for the same reason (although who needs a spa anyway - this hotel is just so relaxing).

Cons: Esta foi a 3.o vez hospedados neste hotel e quando não nos hospedávamos no mesmo, fazíamos questão de o ir visitar, passar o dia e comprávamos um day pass, perfazendo portanto a 6.ºvez no Les Deux Tours. A última vez que viemos a este hotel foi no ano passado e o serviço decaiu 100% neste ano. Os funcionários do pequeno almoço foram extremamente rudes, revirando os olhos várias vezes… trocam os pedidos várias vezes, tendo o hóspede que fazer o pedido mais de 3 vezes até conseguir o que queria. Encomendamos um bolo de aniversário, uma semana antes, para ser entregue ao meu filho no pequeno almoço, no entanto no dia esqueceram se, quando perguntamos pelo bolo, rispidamente disseram para irmos nós perguntar à receção, com modos bruscos e agressivos, em especial a funcionária do sexo feminino, que se recusou a dar nome quando lhe foi perguntado. HORRÍVEL Para além disso, compramos uma garrafa de champanhe para abrir nesse dia especial e não nos deixaram sequer abrir nas instalações do hotel, tivemos que abrir a mesma no quarto, quase às escondidas! Serviço pior que um hotel de 2 estrelas, pois quando pedíamos alguma coisa e a funcionária não trazia e repetíamos, respondia-nos a dizer que naquele momento já tinha passado a hora do pequeno-almoço. O aniversariante ficou a chorar e tivemos que sair do hotel para passarmos o dia noutro hotel, no qual fomos muito bem tratados. A gerência deu nos uma garrafa de espumante barato para compensar o transtorno sofrido no dia do aniversário do meu filho sendo que, viemos a saber, deram a outros hóspedes também, portanto não foi com o intuito de compensar o transtorno sofrido. Claro que mais uma vez só podíamos abrir este espumante no interior do quarto, não nas instalações do hotel, nem partilhar com outras pessoas amigas que lá conhecemos. Não tiveram o mínimo de consideração do aniversário de um dos clientes habituais que adorava este hotel e que fez questão de passar o seu dia especial no mesmo.

Les Deux Tours felt like an oasis of relaxation and recovery. After a hectic summer, we wanted a place to hide away and recover. It was absolutely perfect. Calm, beautiful, and soothing. The pool is perfect, with plenty of space to lay in the sun. We also had to work part time, and the WiFi was great in the restaurant area - strong enough for video calls. The internet isn’t that good in the rooms, but it didn’t bother us at all, and in fact made sure we enjoyed the beautiful breakfast facilities as our work place. There are many little turtles in ponds that brought us a lot of joy to look at. The food was also very good. A bit pricey, but very good. I think that if you’re looking for a place to relax and be away from the bustling city, and are happy to pay a bit extra, this is absolutely perfect. We loved our stay and would definitely go back.

It was beautiful. Peaceful. Charming. A little oasis. We had a great time with my friends.
Cons: In my room there were insects falling from the ceiling. As a result: little insects on my bed every evening. My friends stayed in other rooms and they did not have this problem. I should have "complained" but we had busy days and did not do it. The room was extremely beautifil though.

Cons: No communication, no electricity, no phone, no assistance- Our experience at this hotel was one of the worst we’ve ever had. I was traveling with my daughter, and what was supposed to be a peaceful stay turned into a distressing, frustrating, and deeply disappointing experience. We spent over 12 hours without electricity, water, air conditioning, phone, or WiFi, throughout the night, with a heat index over 42°C. The hotel is very large, with rooms spread out like small independent apartments. We were completely alone, with no way to contact anyone, as the landline wasn’t working, there was no cell signal, no WiFi, and no way to reach reception. We were scared. We felt isolated and completely abandoned. No one came to check on us during the night. No one brought a flashlight, a candle, or offered any kind of help. Not even at 8:30 a.m., the time we usually had breakfast and had been seen by staff on previous days, did anyone come to check on us. At 10:30 a.m., we had to go look for hotel staff ourselves, desperate to get an explanation. When I finally spoke to the manager, his response was aggressive, arrogant, and completely dismissive. He denied everything and claimed “it was only a 10-minute outage,” which is absolutely false. Other guests also made similar complaints, and many decided to leave the hotel — as we eventually had to do, paying for alternative accommodation out of pocket. I’m certain that, following this review, the hotel will deny the facts or try to minimize what happened, but what we experienced was real, serious, and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed category. For this reason, I am currently taking further action regarding the matter. I had trusted this place because I had a good experience on a previous visit. The restaurant staff is very kind. This was not the case with the receptionist. I’ve read many similar reviews, unfortunately only after my stay.

This is a fabulous hotel, away from the busy city of Marrakech, in the Palmeraie. Our room was fabulous and the tranquility of the hotel was superb. All the restaurants in the hotel were amazing. The staff were very attentive without being overly so. I would definitely go back.
Cons: We ordered some trips out; one the taxi didn't turn up and one trip wasn't confirmed despite being told it was. The taxi situation we resolved by calling the taxi directly.

Cannot recommend Les Deux Tours enough. The hotel is both luxurious and laid back, staying there felt like a real retreat from the stresses of everyday life. The food was excellent and with so much variety there is no need to leave the grounds unless you want to. We enjoyed the 1001 lights dining experience and our waiter Hassan went above and beyond making the experience even more special and ensuring we had the photos to look back on! The hammam, the gardens, the spacious and cool rooms, sun loungers always available around the pool. The hotel arranged transport and tours for us and the friendliness of the staff really stood out to us. We are already planning our return!

It was expansive and modern yet filled with rich culture. Every space and design was thoughtful and intriguing. Not usually an outdoor person but the grounds provided a unique way to be enmeshed with nature, surrounded by beautiful gardens, ponds, turtles, even cute cats.

Also at 5’7 I had to hit my head on the door post one too many times to remember to bend each time I went through a lot of doors on the property. My husband and I visited Les Deux Tour for our final week of our honeymoon. It was incredible and just the most perfect harmonious and peaceful place. The service was impeccable and very attentive, nothing was ever too much to do to help. We loved the animals around the hotel, which made it feel like a home from home! Although we stayed in the medina the week prior, it was nice to know we were still close enough to pop in if we needed to - taxis were arranged easily through the hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a lovely authentic feel. We chose a garden room (premium suite I think) and it was lovely to have our own little patio and garden to have a cup of tea in the morning. The food gets a special mention as it was outstanding, always set in a beautiful location surrounded by nature. We both thought it was some of the best we had and great value for money for the quality fine dining experience. We both agreed it was lovely to have different areas to eat so you didn't always end up in the same seat/setting for food. We also did the 1001 light dinner in the garden, which was so perfectly put together - one of the most special things we have done. A special thank you to Mohamed (Director of Operations) and Maryam (Guest Experience) for making our stay so incredibly welcoming. We have already booked our next trip and we can't wait to be back in the beautiful oasis of Les Deux Tours!

I love the traditional music and kitchen of Morocco so much, so personally I would have loved to enjoy that to the fullest during my stay. I think the Tajine dishes were the best meals on the menu by far! Very delicious.

All staff were lovely and tried their best but given the prices could be better trained. There was one particularly slow and very surly lady. The pool area is lovely but very crowded on good days, particularly with so many children running around, it was hard to relax or get peace. I'd recommend anyone travelling without children to avoid the holidays.

We had the most wonderful stay in Les Deux Tours with our two small children. The hotel itself is stunning and so well-maintained and every member of staff went out of their way to make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I can’t think of another hotel where everyone has been so friendly and helpful, the pool area and gardens were beautiful and everything we ate in the hotel was delicious. The only note I would add to prospective guests with children is that the bedrooms in our family suite weren’t interconnecting (ours slept across the courtyard), so bring a baby monitor if your children are young and you need to get up with them in the night. Les Deux Tours hat nicht nur eine wunderschöne Anlage, sondern auch ein paar richtig herzige Katzen, die dort leben. Sie schlendern gemütlich durch den Garten, liegen in der Sonne oder beobachten das Geschehen von den Mauern aus. Alle sind sehr zutraulich und freuen sich über ein paar Streicheleinheiten – vor allem, wenn man in der Bar oder in der Pergola sitzt.
Cons: Das Frühstück war eher mittelmässig. Es wird direkt an den Tisch gebracht, was zwar nett gemeint ist, aber die Auswahl ist eher klein. Wer gerne ein üppiges Buffet hat, wird hier vielleicht etwas enttäuscht. Die Qualität könnte an manchen Stellen besser sein. Insgesamt okay, aber da hätte ich mir ein bisschen mehr erwartet.

We got an upgrade to villa with pool which was very comfortable with everything you need including. 2 fireplaces, reading area with comfortable sofas. Very peaceful property with heavenly gardens and relaxing atmosphere. Cons: TERRIBLE HONEYMOON EXPERIENCE! Within 15 minutes of arrival at Les Deux Tours on our honeymoon we were told that due to a “human mistake” we would not be staying that evening and would be shipped off to another hotel 10 minutes up the road as our room had been double-booked. Despite hotel management repeatedly telling us that it was more ‘expensive’, it was not to our taste at all and meant our 1st night of honeymoon living out of a suitcase. It was an incredibly upsetting start to our honeymoon having been travelling since 3am. It had a knock-on affect for our week plans. (*LDT did offer us 2 meals at the hotel restaurants as compensation for the double-booking issue only) Once arrived back to Les Deux Tours, our ‘first’ night involved chasing AN ACTUAL BIRD around our hotel room at midnight which had managed to enter through the patio doors. Despite attempted help from staff we were told that the bird would have to stay in the room overnight! I have no issue with birds entering the room, after all they are part of countryside, but I would never expect to share a 5-star hotel room overnight with a bird flying around. There was no help offered in the morning - me and my wife were left to remove the bird out of the room ourselves. Reception staff laughed in our face later that day when discussing the matter. This hotel should NOT be 5-star! This hotel needs some a lot of work if they are to be considered as a serious luxury hotel. It relies on it’s pretty hotel and gardens when in reality it is operationally is extremely poor and terrible management service. Every other hotel I have spoken to regarding our experience said we should have received some form of refund (we did not) and other hotel guests were horrified. Hotel also: - very child heavy (2 kids to 1 adult approx) - hotel management can be very defensive ad unfriendly - staff lack genuine warmth (common in other hotels) and language barrier an issue

Une merveille nichée au cœur de la palmeraie, un véritable jardin d'Eden ! On s'y sent comme à la maison grâce au formidable accueil des équipes (discrètes, chaleureuses et au service irréprochable). L'hôtel a son potager et cultive ses propres fruits, légumes et herbes aromatiques qui sont utilisées pour les mets du chef de restauration. La nature est respectée et valorisée dans cet écrin de verdure à la politique eco responsable. Le petit déjeuner et les restaurants sont très qualitatifs, le Spa est un vrai plus. La clientèle est à l'image du lieu : discrète et calme. La literie est très bien, nous avons pu nous reposer très confortablement! Petit coup de cœur pour le bassin situé à l'entrée du domaine, qui abrite des tortues. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir et de partager l'adresse à nos proches pour vivre cette formidable expérience de détente et de bien-être !

Cons: We came for our honeymoon and although we messaged in advance for our pool to be heated and for help with arranging some special activities, nothing was done. We just got a glass of Prosecco at dinner. We booked a massage that was cancelled 30 minutes before because a member of staff was sick. They were trying to pressure us to rearrange for the day of departure. They constantly forgot something when we ordered room service and when we requested help from reception with the spa issue, they didn’t bother ringing us back. Overall, nice place but don’t expect great service.

Cons: Eigenlijk hebben we geen echte minpunten want we hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Als we wat puntjes móesten benoemen dan zou het zijn: wellicht wat meer snacks op de kaart voor als je trek hebt tussendoor en wat kleins wil eten, Netflix op de tv en we vonden de prijs versus kwaliteit van het eten aan de hoge kant. We hebben super lekker gegeten maar het was wel duur voor wat je kreeg.

Service de qualité, que ce soit au niveau de la réception , des restaurants ou du spa. Le petit déjeuner est bon, varié, et, petit plus, il est servi à table (ce n’est pas un buffet). Les restaurants de l’hôtel proposent un menu varié (dont plats marocains et cuisine japonaise). Nous y avons dîné deux fois et c’était très bon.

A very tastefully done hotel that had thought carefully about residents' comfort. Lots of greenery and shade. Beautiful shady pathways and places to sit. Excellent service. Easy to get into the city centre or arrange sightseeing tours. Staff courteous and helpful. The private gardens outside the rooms are lovely.
Cons: Lovely choices on the lunchtime menu at the poolside bar. Would be good to have some of these available at the bar in the evening.

Cons: Our room (29) was charming but the doors into the room and into the bathroom were very low and so unsuitable for our 6ft frames! Shower was over bath and didn’t stay up in the holder and soaked the floor on use… but these quirks didn’t spoil our stay.

Gratis shuttle bus paar keer per dag naar de stad en diezelfde meneer komt je ook halen als je hem op een ander moment belt vanuit waar dan ook in de stad. De spa ervaring was top en ook alle restaurants waren super kwaliteit. Helemaal niks op aan te merken.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et fonctionnelles. Le personnel est aux petits soins (excepté le délai un peut trop long au service du restaurant pour le déjeuner). Les Deux Tours valent vraiment le...détour !
Cons: Il manque quelques équipements et accessoires nécessaires dans la chambre vu le classement de l'hôtel (tréteau pour poser la valise, le meuble TV est trop petit ...) + quelques points techniques comme un seul interrupteur pour les toilettes et dressing, luminaire inutile au dessus du lit...). Mais cela n'enlève rien au charme et à l'attrait de l'hôtel. Situation géographique loin de la ville mais cela fait partie du concept.

Nous recherchions un endroit où pouvoir nous ressourcer quelques jours, loin du chaos de la médina. Nous avons trouvé un endroit exceptionnel où le personnel était aux petits soins pour nous faire sentir comme à la maison. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, joliment décorée. Le choix du restaurant et la qualité des produits frais servis sont remarquables, on ne s'en lasse pas. Les jardins sont luxurieux, très soignés, et quel plaisir de regarder les tortues "bronzer" dans leurs étangs. Mention ++ + pour la magnifique piscine. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester plus longtemps!

Beautiful grounds, very well kept, it was an oasis and I absolutely loved the design. There was a free shuttle that left into the town 3 times a day which was super helpful. The staff were friendly and the gym was good.
Cons: Our room wasn't cleaned well, particularly the bathroom, and our bedsheets weren't changed. The food is pricey (we had lunch on two days) but that's normal for a hotel of this standard. For a hotel of this calibre, the towels could do with an upgrade. Lastly, replacing the daily plastic water bottles with refillable glass would be better.

C'est toujours un réel plaisir de passer quelques jours dans cet établissement. Le lieu est reposant, verdoyant, bien entretenu et le personnel toujours disponible. C'est notre deuxième séjour aux deux tours et nous contactons que les lieux s'embellissent et c'est un réel plaisir. Chaque coin est pensée pour créer une atmosphère accueillante et reposante. Un grand merci à Wafa pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous y reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.
Cons: Tout est parfait, juste une suggestion : Proposer la navette gratuite toutes les heures et un peu plus tard ça serait vraiment un plus... Les propriétaires de ce bel hôtel dans la fabuleuse Palmeraie, ont le sens de l’accueil , du respect du confort du client et de la préservation de la nature. Ils ont soigné le moindre détail , et cela se voit . Le jardin est un paradis … Ce lieu est magique , il est propice au calme et au repos de l’âme . Voilà un hôtel qui dépasse de très loin des hôtels qui s’apparentent à des palaces au Maroc . Petit déjeuner 10/10, confort de la chambre 10/10, restaurant gastronomique 10/10 digne d’un grand restaurant étoilé et j’aime la cuisine … Sans oublier la diversité des essences d’arbres , les senteurs de cette belle nature autour de nous … Et pour finir l’accueil : la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l’ensemble du personnel de cet hôtel … Bravo pour le travail . Cons: I booked a suite with a private pool for me and my Canadian GF. We have been together for 2 years now. The hotel forced me to book a second room because I am a Moroccan national. Talk about being discriminated against in your own Country. This was not the case in Banyan Tree Hotel at Tamouda Bay in the North of Morocco where my stay was excellent. I would suggest going there.

De volledige inrichting met heel veel groen, eigen kweektuin en dieren. De verschillende restaurants waaruit je kan kiezen. Elke avond een ander menu dat werd voorgesteld. Dit buiten de menukaart van elk restaurant. Heel knap ingerichte kamers. Ook als je ergens naartoe wil gaan, is de directeur van het hotel ter beschikking om alles te regelen. We raden dit wel aan ook een gids te nemen want je loopt anders verloren in de souks. De gidsen weten ook waar het oké is om te kopen en waar niet.
Cons: Als we hier toch iets willen zeggen dan zijn het kleine renovatiewerken die hier en daar nodig zijn. Je moet dan ook heel goed kijken.

The hotel is set in a magnificent garden, the villas and rooms are beautifully styled, the beds extremely comfortable. Incredible attention to detail. Food is also excellent. The pool is extremely pleasant; the water could be a bit cooler. This is one of the most beautiful hotels I ever stayed in.

Absolutely loved this place. From welcoming us with tea and biscuits, showing the grounds, quality of service, including breakfast, upgrading us to a bigger room, welcoming us in our room with complimentary champagne and snacks - very happy with our stay here that we will definitely be coming back. The entire compound is amazing, meeting the resident animals (peacocks, cats, goats, turtles, frogs), and seeing how the local fruit and veg are grown and maintained. Every corner is beautiful and completely met our desire to fully relax and enjoy ourselves. The spa was also very nice, and enjoyed trying hammam for their first time - not what we expected but would do it again!
Cons: The only thing that is outside of the hotel’s control is the frogs can be loud at night, but after a while I was able to doze off (no problems with my husband as didn’t bother him at all). Would still stay at this hotel in the future tho!

It was simply amazing from A to Z! The staff especially is a wonderful bunch of people, making your stay incredible. The hotel is super luxurious but the staff is not uptight, pretentious or too formal. The food from the various on-site (e.g. Sushi, but also local dishes) restaurants was also very tasteful and of high quality. The room was insane, very spacious, well utilised and we had a huge bathtub and shower. All rooms are unique, so you might have a different room when you book. The beds were what you would dream of to have, the real proper hotel beds - perfect! If you have the chance to go here, do so!
Cons: The breakfast was also incredible and lovely. The only thing I would have to comment here is that it was quite a lot that was put on the table, meaning we could not eat everything and it had to be thrown away. From a waste perspective I find this sometimes difficult.

Cons: A lot of frogs (very noisy at night) and stray cats. Got food poisoning from the restaurant - food and service was terrible. Ordered from the sushi restaurant one night and food was still frozen when it arrived. Staff were not trained well, and got multiple things wrong throughout the week. Shuttle bus doesn’t take you to the main medina, but a random roundabout in a random part of the city, so we had to get a lot of taxis.

We had the most amazing, relaxing and memorable stay at Le Deux Tours. Everything from the moment we arrived to when we checked out was perfect. The tranquil gardens with Peacocks, Terrapins, birds and live in cats whom were all so friendly made the experience even better

First and foremost I would like to thank the manager for the way he supported myself and my wife throughout our duration.We had a small situation that he was able to diffuse with the support of his colleagues,however he was on his day off and was happy to take my telephone call.True professional and the fact he was able to support our need reflected in his profession.

Cons: Bestellungen beim Frühstück etwas mühsam, hat zum Teil lang gebraucht bis Bestellungen aufgegeben werden konnten und auch serviert wurden. Teilweise kamen falsche Order an. Frühstück leider nicht abwechslungsreich (gab immer das Gleiche). Wenig einheimische Gerichte zur Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen.

We loved absolutely everything about Les Deux Tours. The grounds are beautifully maintained, we especially loved the vegetable gardens and the different animals which wander around the grounds! Our room was absolutely spectacular, with traditional Moroccan architecture and the private pool was incredible. Finally, the service was exceptional and everyone made us feel so welcome, as well as being super accommodating with our dietary requirements.
Cons: We had a completely faultless stay, I couldn’t recommend it more.

Beautiful place to stay. I changed the room from a regular to a junior suite. It was so worth the upgrade. Highly recommend the junior suite. The regular room was a little noisy and quite small (beautiful nonetheless) so i upgraded. The staff went out of their way to help me.

Cons: We werden om 04.15u gewekt door gezangen van een moskee dichtbij dit ivm de ramadan. Maar vielen erna gelukkig terug onmiddellijk in slaap in het heerlijke, grote bed.

The hotel landscaping, garden areas and pool area are all beautiful and a very relaxing environment. A welcomed change away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. The staff are very kind and friendly.

Cons: Malheureusement c'est très inégal, les tarifs sont trop élevés aux restaurants par rapport à la qualité (j'ai été malade toute la nuit), les prestations au spa sont très différentes en fonction de votre masseuse, les tarifs des taxis pour rejoindre le centre sont assez élevés, il y avait des taches sur nos oreillers, le lavabo fuyait et était fissuré

Cons: L'arnaque du hammam qui n'en est pas un. Pour 150 € pour 2 personnes nous sommes restés dans une pièce froide où seuls des bancs de pierre étaient chauffés. Il n'y avait aucune vapeur pour transpirer. Nous avons eu froid !! Aucun soin des cheveux comme annoncé. Quand nous nous sommes plaints au personnel de l'hôtel, les managers se sont moqués de nous comme si nous ne savions pas ce qu'est un hammam, en disant que c'est la consigne du directeur qu'il n'y ait pas de vapeur... et n'ont pas proposé de ristourne ou présenter d'excuses par rapport à la publicité mensongère.

Cons: staff - rude and condescending till general manager had to be consulted to resolve check in and requests after a long journey with young children cats - throughout restaurant dining experience despite taking largest room type - there was only one bathroom to service two bedrooms pool - was heated at a charge, but resulted in my young children having burnt finger tips from holding onto the marble steps to enter the pool restaurant - lack of options and quality is not reflected given the expensive pricing total lack of experience in regards to customer satisfaction. will not be staying here again and there are much better options within Marrakech for that price range. one of the receptionists - Wafa - was particularly rude to both myself and wife with a total disregard for politeness.
