The decor was beautiful and authentic and both the room and shared spaces were all beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful. The property is beautiful, spotlessly clean, in a fabulous location, quiet & peaceful, and we would choose it again and highly recommend it to everyone. Breakfast was wonderful every morning and the setting for it, on the beautiful roof terrace, was perfect. In fact all the outdoor spaces were comfortable & beautiful. We took the options of the Riad organising a taxi to and from the airport, plus dinner on arrival, and are so pleased we did as it made our travel seamless and our first evening perfect. Above all else the staff are in a class of their own - especially Ibarhim. He was a true gent, superstar, informative and super kind throughout our stay! We can honestly say that Ibarhim made our stay a 10/10 experience; nothing was too much trouble and he went over and above every day to ensure we had what we needed both at the Riad and out and about. We looked forward to our morning and evening chats about our day and he gave us many invaluable tips. Hamid, you have a beautiful Riad and wonderful staff and Ibarhim is the best host we’ve ever come across! He’s a real asset to the Riad.

Mais le vrai trésor ici, c’est Zakia, l’hôte – aux petits soins du début à la fin, chaleureuse, attentionnée, elle incarne à elle seule l’âme du lieu. Our stay at this Riad in Marrakech was simply wonderful! The owners were incredibly kind and attentive – we felt welcome and comfortable from the very beginning. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which was a big plus for us. Every morning we were served a delicious, traditional Moroccan breakfast, prepared with love. What we especially appreciated was how often they checked in on us to see how we were doing and how our day had gone. We were two young women, both 20 years old, so feeling safe and comfortable was very important to us – and this Riad truly provided that. Whenever we had questions about trips or things to do in Marrakech, we were immediately helped with detailed and helpful advice. We can wholeheartedly recommend this Riad – it was a truly lovely experience!

If you’re someone like me who researches somewhere a thousand times before booking, stop the search here! This place lives up to the pictures and more. Once you’re inside it’s a quiet haven in the middle of Marrakech with all the tourist sites a maximum of 30 minutes walk away through the souks. We booked the standard room and it was so nice for two people. The hairdryer in the room is also really good, I didn’t bother using my travel one in the end. The lighting in the bathroom is great and there’s a mirror just about tall enough to see your outfit. They sorted our taxi from the airport which was really handy as we didn’t have to queue for one on arrival. As we arrived early evening, we had chicken tagine and desert at the hotel, and it was exactly what we needed after a long day of travelling. They offer a traditional Moroccan breakfast which we had three times during our stay and it differs slightly each time for some variety, but was equally just as good each time! They give you extra towels to have a dip in the pool (definitely recommend after a busy day of walking) and straw hats to keep you shaded from the harsh Moroccan sun. The terrace also gets sun late into the afternoon / early evening which was an added bonus. Unfortunately I became ill during our stay (food outside the riad) and it was like being looked after by mum and big brother. They also cooked dinner for my partner after finding out he hadn’t eaten all day as he was looking after me. Zakia and Ibrahim are the perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Ibrahim also speaks perfect English so is always on hand to answer any questions or book things on your behalf.

Cons: Only 2 points of feedback I would give are: 1) the wardrobe - you can’t hang up dresses or trousers in there as the rail is at a low height, so it would be better to use hangers that also have something to fold these over. We hung a lot of our things on doors/hooks in the bathroom in the end. & 2) the only entry is through the main door that means a host always has to be available. Sometimes this can mean you wait for a few minutes, but honestly it’s a small price to pay given the extensive list of positives this riad has to offer.

The breakfast on the rooftop is amazing, and I would higly recommend having dinner at the riad as it was probably one of the best one we had in Marrakesh. :)

We have to mention that the ladies were also extremely pleasant. Our dinner on the first night was traditional and the best tagine we had throughout our stay in Marrakech. Beautifully decorated Riad - gorgeous courtyard in the middle where we could relax during the day, and very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing bedroom and bathroom. We really enjoyed the breakfasts on the rooftop, and warm hospitality from Ibrahim. Thank you so much for a great stay. The riad was surprisingly quiet - I have heard that some riads can be noisy but didn’t have such problems at Al Wifak.

Cons: No major problems, a very minor niggle was that the bathroom door was a bit creaky so we sometimes woke each other up at night but I can’t think of any other complaints!

The location was perfect. Right in the Medina and everything was easily accessible on foot. At night, the route was lit up and safe. Our host, Ibrahim, was absolutely brilliant. He made us feel relaxed and at home and made our trip easy. He offered every help possible, from recommendations on restaurants, activities, and directions to different places. He even helped us to download apps to help with ordering food. The staff were all kind and cheerful. The environment was clean and peaceful. I definitely recommend this Riad.

The Riad is a beautiful and welcoming haven of calm at the heart of the lively and fascinating media of Marrakech. The room was beautiful and our son loved jumping the pool after a long and warm walk around the city. Ibrahim was the perfect host and looked after our family from the moment we stepped out of the taxi until the moment we left. Ibrahim booked us a memorable trip out into the desert, and gave us some great tips for where to eat out in Marrakech. A particular highlight was the daily breakfast on the terrace, which was beautiful.

Owner Hamid was very friendly and it is lovely to see how proud he is of his property. Abraham looked after us and the breakfast was fabulous. We had the place to ourselves and the pool area is lovely. They arranged our airport transfers and was wonderful with advice.

The space is calm and relaxing, Hamid always had towels ready for us when we wanted a swim and always checked in with us that we were ok with everything. Rooms are lovely, felt like I was at a spa everyday. Ibrahim was so helpful to us throughout our stay - we felt right at home here!

Located in a heart of Medina, the riad is beautiful, spacious and calm. We had transfer organised from the aiport and it was easy to find. Ibrahim was very welcoming and helpful, with lots of suggestions what to do and where to go to shop, eat, what to visit, how to orientate ourselves around the city and how to fit in the culture. They recomended us day trips and organised everything for us, taking really good care of us. We defenitely recommend staying here and we will for sure be back.

The place was beautiful and well kept. The atmosphere was very calm and it was very easy to forget the hustle and bustle of the medina right outside the riad. Our room had excellent noice cancellation as well, we barely heard anything inside. Breakfast was very good, as well as dinner which was arranged for us even though we arrived late. What made our stay here perfect was the amazing hospitality we were welcomed with. Ibrahim was extremely helpful in every way. We had an amazing time this riad, very well decorated, quiet, and peaceful. We had no issues at all throughout our stay and we very much enjoyed it. I especially want to highlight the exceptional service we had during our stay, it's our third time in Morocco and we were genuinely impressed with the level of hospitality in this riad. Special thanks to the owner and to Ibrahim for making our stay so enjoyable. Lovely breakfasts on the terrace and the room was cleaned every morning. Very authentic design in the riad that really complemented the atmosphere. I would recommend being quite careful with folks outside the riad, but the staff warned us on arrival. (it's nothing to do with the riad, but thought it is important to mention it for future guests) The location is slightly away from all busy streets within walkable distance to pretty much everywhere.

Beautiful property with the kindest hosts and staff only 10 mins walk away from the hustle and bustle with nice restaurants and a few food shops around. This was our first holiday without our children as a couple and we couldn’t have chosen a better place for a few days to relax. The property was exceptionally well looked after, we loved every little detail from the flower petals in the fountain to our amazing Moroccan style suite with its own private staircase, the delicious fresh breakfast on the rooftop terrace and the orange blossom fragranced toiletries in the bathroom, just to mention a few things. It was one of the best and most unique accommodations we have ever stayed in ;-)

The hosts are really nice !! Always here to help and five good advice !! We had a free city tour !!! Ibrahim espacially was always available and kind with us ! The riad is really beautiful and the location is great ! The breakfast is exceptionnel !!!

The staff were exceptionally accomodating, the decor was beautiful it really didn't feel like you were staying near the city centre

Cons: Taxis cannot come to your door so you have to walk 3-4 mins but no big deal

I would highly recommend staying at Riad Al Wifak! We had the best time and the owners were absolutely lovely and so accommodating. We would love to return someday!

Great place. It is well located- just 5 min walk from the market. Quiet and peaceful . The staff is so helpful and make extra afford to make you happy. Highly recommend!

The proprietors Zakia and Hamid are very helpful and tres cool. Amina the cook chef is fabulous. it’s a newly converted Riad so immaculate and modern facilities with retaining authentic Moroccan charm. Has a ground floor dip pool and a roof terrace, slightly north of the Medina so away from the madness which we really loved. We look forward to returning to stay again. Thanks for a fabulous experience!

This is probably the best experience I have had with a host so far on booking.com.. absolutely sensational. The accommodation was clean and well equipped, the breakfast was simple but delicious, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and always on hand to help, right in the medina, with lovely rooms and a relaxing terrace.. I cannot reccommend this place more highly.

Cons: It is difficult to say anything was bad about this place... but if I had to.. it can be a little difficult to find as it is down some alley ways, and google maps isn't super helpful for navigating all the side streets in the medina.. but once you've got to it the first time it's easy to find your way back. The terrace could have a better view, but it is super relaxing and gorgeous in good weather.. still 10/10 accommodation and couldn't reccommend more.

Beautifully and authentically restored property - you can tell Hamid has a love and respects for Moroccan arts and culture.

Cons: The location is quiet and not near restaurants but still only a 5-10 minute walk from the souks.

Very nice decoration of rooms. The owner very helpful. the staff and especially Ibrahim who was the main point of contact was kind and forthcoming with every request and exceptional helpful in any situation. Staff members like Ibrahim need to be praised as they make the difference in every stay. the rooms were cleaned every day. overall super experience.

A truly lovely place in the heart of old Marrakech. Super central, yet still very quiet for a good nights sleep. Very morrocan and super helpful staff, who went out of their way to make sure we had everything, including all the info to get around this bustling city well. We hope to be able to come back someday and be able to use the plunge pool and roof terrace more (it was too cold in February for that).

We liked everything in this Riad! It is in the Medina, which is a perfect location if you are visiting only for a few days. The owner and the staff were very welcoming and friendly! They gladly introduced us to the area and organized a trip to ride the camels. The Riad is new and tastefully designed, very clean, and the food… breakfast and dinner were our favorite meals of the day. Thank you for making us feel like we were visiting old friends!

Had a wonderful stay at Riad Al Wifak, the location is amazing, we had a bid of a challenge finding it, but our gracious host somehow found us and walked us all the way to the hotel. The hosts are great and helpful, the breakfast was traditional and very good as well. They were more than willing to accomodate those of us who wanted eggs or any extra sides. Real moroccan hospitality! The Riad itself is so beautiful and perfectly decorated. I would definitely go back.

Hamid, the owner, was absolutely incredible! Always available, very nice and friendly and attentive to all details. Not only with all the questions related to the stay, but he was amazing helping us with booking activities and finding the best guides. Staff was 6* (even above 5*) :-) The Riad had just opened so everything is very well taken cared off and impeccable!

Cons: I liked it all! Even the area that, when we got there seemed a bit far from the central area and not so good, ended up being an excellent experience.

At first I was attracted by the beauty interiors pictures of this very traditional Moroccan style riad, but felt somewhat hesitant to book a hotel with few reviews. After reading the 3 reviews and found that this is a brand new or a recently renovated riad, why not give a try? I’ve never stayed in a new hotel before. I am so happy that I made the choice. The riad is much prettier than what I expected, all the facilities are brand new, everything here made us so comfortable and relaxed. And we’d like to thanks to Touni many times, the riad manager who took great care of us during the 3-night stay, he seems always here to respond any requests from us. The Riad is located in the Medina ,great spot to explore the whole area, near the busy and lively streets but in a very quiet corner, I slept very well every night here.

Very nice traditional Riad. Host and staff are very friendly. Breakfast was very nice (different juices every day, eggs, tea, coffee). Rooms are clean, big and very quiet. Nice pool! Great for couples!

we were among the first guests at this new riad, beautifully renovated, refreshing swimming pool, clean room - our had supernice big bathroom and private stairs entrance from the patio, kind and helpful staff!
