Very beautiful hotel, breakfast was also good.
Cons: Our room was really dark, I understand that’s the aesthetic of the hotel but at some point, we needed flashlights to see in the room. There was a bad smell coming from the toilet which we noticed as soon as we checked into the room and complained to the staff, they said they came to fix it but the smell always came back all through our stay.

Loin des palaces – somme toute conventionnels de la ville – vous sauverez votre âme en séjournant au Palais Ronsard. J’y reviens toujours avec plaisir. La délicieuse Oumaïma vous accueillera (sauf le dimanche) avant que vous ne découvriez la gentillesse naturelle du personnel. Dans ce pays sans eau, vous découvrirez qu’il y a dans leurs regards des froissements d’eau et des sourires qu’il ne faut pas manquer. N’oubliez pas de leur adresser quelques mots en arabe, après tout, vous êtes chez eux. Ne ratez surtout pas la glace du chef (Amarena et pistache) – ce qu’il fait de mieux. Et comme le monde n’est pas parfait – et c’est bien mieux ainsi – passez simplement votre chemin devant le seul grincheux du village, toujours égal à lui-même, le seul vêtu de noir (les autres sont rayés) en se demandant ce qu’il fait là. Pour le reste, découvrez le charme des lieux, au hasard des chambres et des suites. Et du hamman avec Souad. Et puis, un jour ou l’autre, vous reviendrez. C’est certain.

If I could give six stars, I would ! this place truly became home to us in a brand-new country. What could have been a uncertain situation turned into a comforting and classy experience at this lovely hotel .The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, safe, and cared for in their beautiful country. They was so welcoming and hospitable in ways we never expected. We also can't forget the exceptional service provided by Anthony!

We liked the beautiful suite, bathroom and pool
Cons: 1) The gym: the air conditioning wasn’t working properly so the temperature inside the room was 30*C and after maintenance came it was 26*C. The cardio equipment was good but the gym is lacking weights. 2) Some of the staff: impersonal service and some unfriendly 3) The location: the hotel is very far and the surroundings are very nice. You can’t simply go out for a walk. 4) Marrocan dishes lacked authentic taste. We were very disappointed with the couscous.

Tout est magnifique la déco, la vue les matériaux, les fleurs, arbres, petites tables nichées dans les arbres, et le personnel est tellement sympathique. Bravo à nos 2 chefs de salle aux petits soins: gentils, de l’humour, toujours présents avec discrétion. La jeune dame de la réception est adorable comme tout le staff.
Cons: nous aurions apprécié que les plats salés le matin ne soient pas payants, profiter d’eau fraîche et de petites pâtisseries orientales à disposition toute la journée.

Superb building, pool and gardens. Strong Wifi. Quality products in bathrooms, etc. Very nice food in restaurant. Staff were mostly excellent. The management were swift to resolve issues. Overall, this is a luxury hotel.
Cons: We had a couple of issues during our stay, but everyone tried their best to resolve them and compensate. We felt the room price was expensive, and the food/alcohol even more so. It would have been nice to have an english-speaking TV channel (CNN or BBC World).

Traumhafter Palast wie aus 1001 Nacht mit opulenter, luxuriöser Ausstattung und mit wunderschöner Parkanlage und grossem Aussenpool. 5 Sterne absolut würdig. Die Sicherheit ist enorm hoch. Das kontinentale Frühstück ist sehr lecker und wird à la carte bestellt. Die Backwaren werden täglich frisch gebacken. Frische Pain au chocolat aus dem Ofen, köstlich. Der Service ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen in den zwei Restaurants ist exzellent und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gute Weinkarte. Der Palais liegt ausserhalb in einer ruhigen und wohlhabenden Gegend von Marrakech, ca. 15 Min. Taxifahrt bis zur Medina. Die Taxifahrer vom Palais sind sehr zuvorkommend und fahren sicher.
Cons: Obwohl das Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen war, war der 2. frischgepresste Saft exklusiv und auch gewisse Speisen wurden separat verrechnet, wie Lachs oder Egg Benedict. Das fand ich störend und habe ich bis jetzt noch nie in einem Luxushotel erlebt.

Exquisite hotel. Gorgeous grounds and pool area, kind and welcoming staff. Like entering an absolute paradise. Rooms are huge and incredibly beautiful. Fireplace in the room was magical. Probably the most romantic hotel I've ever visited. So, so lush.
Cons: The only area of the hotel that could use improvement is the restaurant. It's beautiful and has a gorgeous ambiance but the food and service are not great (poolside service was fine!). It took forever to be attended to/orders to be taken and for basic things (like water) to be served. When things were served there always seemed to be a problem--eg one persons entree served 15 minutes after the other, missing cutlery for specific dishes, etc.. Not a dealbreaker for the hotel but also not their strongest point, and pretty disappointing given the prices.

Cons: La disorganizzazione dello staff a colazione, pranzo e cena: ogni volta a colazione era necessario chiedere ora il cucchiaino, ora il tovagliolo, ora il succo, insomma ogni volta mancava sempre qualcosa. e’ inconcepibile che in un posto del genere a cena il cameriere non si accorga della mancanza del tovagliolo o che l’acqua arrivi dopo la pietanza. i prezzi non riflettono pertanto il servizio. La qualità del cibo era alta, ma il lusso vorrebbe maggiore varietà per giustificare prezzi del genere (spaghetti alle vongole: 32 euro)

Superschöne Anlage mit sehr gepflegtem Garten, tolle Poolanlage und sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung in allen Räumen. Das Essen war generell auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Beeindruckend war das Personal: sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und kompetent.
Cons: Das Essen und die Getränke waren eher teuer. Die Menukarte war abends eher begrenzt, so dass wir häufig in die Stadt gefahren sind.

Everything! From the greeting at reception, the mini tour, the most beautiful decor, the pool staff … actually all the staff were amazing. We had the comfiest bed for the best nights sleep. And woke to a delicious breakfast. So relaxing by the pool with options for sun and shade all day. We left well and truly looked after and relaxed.

L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique (les espaces communs comme les chambres), c’est très arboré, les jardins sont sublimes, les chambres sont incroyablement bien décorées. Le personnel est très attentionné (mention spéciale à celle qui nous a accueillis, adorable). La salle de sport est très agréable. Les plats proposés dans le restaurant (curieusement vide) étaient délicieux. Très pratique : l’hôtel propose des taxis (d’un très bon standing) qui permettent de rejoindre le centre ville et qui restent à disposition pour d’éventuels autres déplacements durant la journée.
Cons: Quelques suggestions d’amélioration : - concernant la piscine : les playlists sont trop répétitives (il faudrait ajouter de nouvelles musiques) ; il faudrait ajouter des cartes à chaque table sans qu’il soit nécessaire de les demander ; certains hôtels prévoient des sortes de boutons posés sur chaque table pour appeler le personnel avec plus de facilité - concernant les chambres : le service n’était pas toujours parfait (une assiette de pâtisseries orientales offerte en début de séjour, qui n’a été débarrassée qu’au bout du 3e jour ; manquait le savon à main ; nous étions 2 hommes nous avons eu des chaussons adaptés à un couple « homme/femme » (pointure trop petite), etc.) - concernant le restaurant : les plats européens sont un chouïa mieux réussis que les plats marocains, dont les goûts ne sont pas suffisamment marqués ; les petits déjeuners sont très bons mais répétitifs quand on séjourne une semaine à l’hôtel (il pourrait être possible de varier les salades de fruits, les cakes, les viennoiseries, etc.) - le personnel semblait parfois en rodage pour la pleine saison (notamment pour le service du petit déjeuner et les « pool boys ») et ne retenait pas assez les habitudes des clients (quand par exemple, on prend tous les jours de l’eau pétillante on pourrait s’attendre à ce qu’on nous en propose naturellement au bout du 4e jour…)

Excellent property. We stayed in a pavilion with a private pool, however it was dirty. The gardens required more weeding, just a couple of things not becoming of the standard for this property. The food was simply amazing,generous serves and a spectacular menu. The location is far away from anything and nothing is within walking distance

Hotel: The hotel, is beautiful. Well presented, modern, clean. Lovely Moroccan fixtures and fittings. The hotel is isolated and this can be a benefit to those who like an oasis in a desert and who prefer a quiet and exclusive holiday. The rooms were large, with good air conditioning and the usual great hotel facilities. Pool was large and set in a beautiful setting. Because of the hotels isolation and implied exclusivity, we felt this was reflected in the pricing. Having said that the food (including the breakfast) and drinks were good quality. You could certainly get cheaper food, drinks etc elsewhere but you’d have to drive (taxi about 250 dirham) to get to them. Staff The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Everyone was kind, thoughtful and more than helpful. Especially both Youssef and Mohave (apologies for the spelling)!

Cons: Très mauvais accueil. L’établissement ne respecte pas ses propres CGV affichées sur Booking. J’ai d’ailleurs été remboursé de mon séjour. Je vous conseille vivement de choisir un autre hôtel. C’est une honte que ce lieu fasse partie du réseau Relais & Châteaux, normalement gage de qualité, mais il y a visiblement des ratés. Quant à la direction, inutile d’espérer échanger avec la directrice : elle est tout simplement absente en permanence.

Cons: Limited pool food menu. If you are staying at hotel for a week it’s way too limited on menu choices… especially if you have any type of allergy. Food and drink prices around the pool Are extremely expensive- 25 euros for a club sandwich and 6 euros for a bottle of still water is definitely on the high side… even tho delicious.

Horrible experience This is not a 5 star hotel it is a an auberge de luxe it’s a private property disguised as a 5 star hotel extremely far away from the city centre, ritz hotel prices for wine and food. Our dining experience was awful very bad service. Unavailable managers to speak to. No international currency rates board. Run away as much as you can !

My wife and I recently celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary at this incredible hotel, and we couldn’t have asked for a more memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. The hotel itself is stunning, with all the amenities you’d expect from a true luxury property. We especially loved the pool area—beautiful, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the food. We had the best meal of our lives. The Duck Wellington was simply extraordinary, perfectly executed and full of flavor. And the raspberry pavlova… absolutely divine. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary so special. We will cherish the memories and look forward to returning.

Cons: The hotel is in the middle of nowhere - a shuttle would have been nice So much attention to detail in the restaurant that the service was slow and missing. On two consecutive mornings, we ordered fruit and yoghurt and it came without a spoon! We had to ask three times to get one! We couldn’t start without! The junior staff seemed to work hard unlike many of the more senior staff. There was a lot of unnecessary fuss to make it look as though busy! Some of the decor needs replacing. Most of the lampshades (in the bar, reception and our bedroom) had many missing tassels. This didn’t suit the standard of the hotel.

Cons: The restaurant and room service options and menus are too limited for a remote hotel. For one thing, a hotel of this caliber should have a room service that serves a 24 hour service menu. In one of the nights, we had to order Mac Donald’s as there was no room service at 1am.

Cons: The hotel seems to be discretionary accepting families (or not). Upon checking, they’ve realised we had a newborn of a few months and they refused to check us in. After 45mins of conversation and escalation to their top management we’ve been granted access and assigned to a remote room (i paid for a suite). To my surprise, the next day we also saw they accepted another family with a baby, a dog and a nanny. The hotel should have a clear policy and mention a clear unambiguous “ - Adult Only” next to their name on booking and on their website if that’s what they are going for as to avoid any inconvenience for everyone. They obviously failed to mention it clearly on booking and even on their website. After reflection, it seems like they only mention it on terms and conditions away from sight to be able to pick guests and discriminate.

Beautiful setting and very plush rooms. Most of the staff were also amazing and willing to help -special mention to Umma and Halim at reception; Samira; Hamzah and Mohammad at the restaurant and Julian the restaurant manager.
Cons: The only thing I was a bit surprise was having to pay for water. We were given 2 bottles of water/day but this was not sufficient given the heat. Also my daughter got reprimanded by one staff member for taking a bottle of water out of the gym, The hotel is also located out of town so one needed a transfer to go in but staff were always very helpful organising transport.

Cons: The quality of the service was really bad. Untrained staff running around not knowing what to do, unable to make decisions, not foreseeing clients’ needs, not being knowledgeable or finding information easily and being at times useless. Management should train the staff now just put nice clothes on them and let them run around like headless chickens.

En point de comparaison nous sommes allé déjeuner à la Mammounia (griandiose mais beaucoup moins cosy, par comparaison le Palais Ronsard n’a qu’une vingtaine de chambres) Après un dîner au palais Rhoul, nous avons été conforté dans notre choix ; le Palais Ronsard à vraiment notre préférence vis a vis des autres offres. Un petit bémol à prendre en compte : il est situé un peu à l’extérieur de Marrakech ; ce qui n’a absolument pas été gênant pour nous qui étions là pour nous reposer et profiter du lieu.

Everything- it was absolutely beautiful with private/lush surroundings and rooms beautifully decorated. The best thing was the staff- they were all so courteous and ready to help but a particular shout out to Samira;Hisham;Mohammad; Islam part of the restaurant and housekeeping as well as Uma and Halim at reception and Julian who made a special effort to cater for a meal for us ( I hope I got their names right)👍 but a serious big thanks to all staff for helping to make this a memorable stay for my daughter and I!

What a stunning hotel! The rooms were incredible, offering an authentic Moroccan palace experience. The location, a 20-minute drive from the central hub of Marrakesh, was incredibly peaceful. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the poolside restaurant offered a great selection of food options. However, our experience was slightly dampened by the dinner offerings. The hotel has only one restaurant, which is closed on Fridays and Saturdays, along with room service. During this time, the hotel was trialling a summer garden restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was of an inferior quality and disappointing. We weren’t alone in our dissatisfaction; several other guests shared similar concerns, and the hotel acknowledged that it was unsuccessful. Despite this, we were still charged full price for the meal. Room service is also closed Friday and Saturday night to force you to eat at the garden restaurant. Maybe the hotel could plan evening events or use the outdoor area for early evening welcome drinks. However, I recommend going to town on Fridays and Saturdays for dining. That being said, despite this setback, we still look forward to returning.

I would like to start this feedback with a big thank you and genuine love declaration: it was “love at first sight” with Palais Ronsard during the reservation process but after entering their premisses I can say I fell deeply in love. To be more specific: before I checked in on my first stay I have already booked the next one! I hope this clarifies! :) The design is flawless, the level of attention to details is otherwordly, the service is impeccable and the surrounding nature is beyond my humble expression capability. It is the type of architectural environment where irrelevant how or where you place the camera the shot and the composition will be just perfect. Greetings and thanks to the best receptionist ever Mr. Youssef and nevertheless a big thank you to the kind, well spoken and polite Yassine from the pool restaurant. Outstanding team. Once again, Not enough words suitable to express the greatness of this team so beautifully integrated in this harmonious blend of art, nature and fine architecture. And since I am coming from an architectural and photography background I feel the need to write a few more words. The moment you enter the grounds of Palais Ronsard, you are transported and mesmerised into a serene oasis where every single landscape and architectural detail have been thoughtfully curated. The fact that the Le Jardin d’Hiver was declared the most beautiful restaurant in the world in 2020 by the Prix Versailles is a very natural consequence and matches the on site reality. The palms, the singing birds and every single crafted and curated detail are at the highest expectations and your shall be treated with a symphony of flavours!

The property is beautiful with intricately decorated rooms and lush surroundings. The service is slow and at times poor - especially at meal times. Being a pescatarian but allergic to shellfish, when asked if certain salads were vegetarian during the buffet, a lady assured me it was but one had chicken! It’s such a shame as it really is a beautiful place and on the whole the staff are friendly but seem untrained and slow. If they do take the feedback on board, I’m sure it will live up to its 5 star branding but currently does not.

Cons: Wir haben das Hotel für das Ende unserer vierwöchigen Marokkoreise ausgewählt, in der Vorfreude wieder einmal europäische bzw. französische Küche zu genießen. Es ist aber Ramadan und das Restaurant ist geschlossen. Dafür gab es dann marokkanisches Buffet am Abend. Leider mit zähem Lamm. Einige Speisen, wie Kefta wurden erst auf Nachfrage und nach einer halben Stunde nachgelegt. Das kontinentale Frühstück ist sehr gut, der Service mäßig. Der Kaffee wurde nach zweimaliger Nachfrage erst nach gut einer halben Stunde serviert. Vielleicht liegt das alles am Ramadan. Die Servicequalität ist eines R&C unwürdig.

Le Palais Ronsard est un lieu paradisiaque, à l'écart de la vie trépidante de Marrakech, c'est un havre de paix où l'on a plaisir à se ressourcer. La décoration est fabuleuse, les jardins sont extrêmement beaux et bien entretenus. Les restaurants proposent une cuisine variée et excellente. Le personnel est au petit soin pour faire de votre séjour une belle réussite. Mention particulière à Salim et Omaima à la réception, Hicham le portier, Hamza, Rachid et Samira aux Restaurants, Youssef au bar et malheureusement j'en oublie, tous ayant participé à faire de notre séjour une belle parenthèse. Nous conseillons vivement cet établissement et pensons en faire notre destination de prédilection dès que nous séjournerons à Marrakech.
Cons: Globalement, il n'y a que très peu de reproches à faire au Palais Ronsard, toutefois dans le but d'être constructif et d'améliorer encore les choses si c'est possible, nous soulignerons deux points : les bouquets de fleurs qui sont artificielles et l'accueil au spa qui est un peu froid et impersonnel (on ne retrouve pas la magie des spa des Maldives ou de Bali par exemple). Mais tout ceci, seulement pour apporter des points à améliorer !

Cons: Персонал у бассейна очень медленный. На завтраке не понравилось что принесли кашу и она была уже засохшая, как будто ее подогрели. При заезде в отель не показали где что находится на территории, в комнате в том числе. Пришлось разбираться самим с техникой.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang von Youssef an der Rezeption mit den Worten "Willkommen im Paradies auf Erden". Danach folgte ein Upgrade in ein wunderschönes, grosses Zimmer mit Blick auf die umliegenden Palmen und den prächtigen Garten. Das gesamte Hotel ist mit auserwählten Materialien und Dekorationen ausgestattet und erinnert an den Kolonialstil. Sowohl an der Bar als auch im Restaurant wurden wir ausgesprochen freundlich bedient. Das Abendessen war köstlich, und das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen. Es war ein Aufenthalt und ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.

A lovely hotel, beautifully presented in a very tranquil setting. Great staff. We really did have the place to ourselves to all intents and purposes which was delightful. Good food although i suspect not many of their guests stay for 2 weeks so at the end of the holiday we were getting a little bored of the menu as it didn't change over the fortnight. Beautiful rooms and decor throughout. Great breakfast again presented with a great deal of thought. Upper floor rooms have lovely balconies and views.
Cons: My only criticism would be the pricing of the food and drink which really was very expensive indeed even by London standards. It was great quality but simply too expensive for what it was. I think a review of this area would encourage guests to spend more during their stay although i suspect for most its a two or 3 night stay so this might not be quite so relevant.

Het is werkelijk een prachtig boutique hotel en een oase van rust door de mooie setting, luxueuze maar warme inrichting en de weinige kamers. Na 4 nachten in de drukke Medina was het een mooie afsluiter om 3 nachten tot rust te komen en verwend te worden door zoveel warme en charmante pracht. Het personeel is ook echt geweldig en doet werkelijk alles om het je naar je zin te maken. Het ontbijt is voortreffelijk en Anthony heeft ons zelfs een ontbijtpakket meegegeven omdat we een vroege terugvlucht hadden. Lekkere lunchsnacks aan het mooie zwembad en optie om te dineren in het restaurant of in de kamer. Prachtige ruime kamers en een heerlijk bed. Wij hadden een privé terras met poortje naar de leuke achtertuin. Mooie fitness en als opwarming raad ik aan om een toertje buiten het hotel te gaan lopen (mooi bij zonsondergang) Hier kom ik in de toekomst graag terug. Het was top!

Wünsche wurden nur teilweise erfüllt, die Früchte Blatte wurde nicht nachgefüllt, shampoo etc. nicht nachgefüllt und Tabwater gab es nur auf anfrage und selbst dann musste man ewigs warten bis der Roomservice vorbeikam. Das Personal am Pool weiss teilweise nicht wie, wo, was ist und sprechen nur sehr schlecht Englisch, oftmals musste der Supervisior kommen. Essen gibt es nur zu bestimmten Zeiten und die Mini-Bar ist mit überteuerten Getränken (9.- CHF) für eine Dose Cola ausgestattet. Für sämtliche zusätzlichen Aktivitäten auf dem Areal muss man tief in die Tasche greifen... als wir gegangen sind wurde uns nicht einmal mehr die Türe aufgehalten geschweigedenn aufwiedersehen oder danke gesagt .. Die einzig professionelle Person an der Rezeption war eine etwas jüngere Frau, sie war auch die einzige die mit einem nicht fakesmile herumgelaufen ist.

Cons: The staff, particularly the staff in the spa were terrible. It says it includes a spa on the website. You’ll find out in order to use the spa, you need to pay circa £30+ to use the sauna and that’s only if you get a treatment. It makes the hotel feel cheap and tacky.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb und ist sehr exklusiv. Die Einrichtung ist französisch und nahezu feudal luxuriös. Die Zimmer sind grandios. Ich habe noch nie ein so fantastisches Bad gesehen. Abends schwimmen Kerzen auf dem Zierteich. Man achtet also auf die Details um den Besuchern ein tolles Erlebnis zu erschaffen.
Cons: Die Drinks an der Poolbar, die Snacks und die Mahlzeiten im Restaurant sind überteuert. Man befindet sich in einem Luxus-Ressort, da rechnet man mit höheren Preisen, aber am Ende ist es dennoch Marrokko. Man muss da nicht zwingend die gleichen Preise berechnen, die man in einem Luxushotel in Paris oder London erwarten würde. Auch wenn die Gäste es sich zweifelsohne leisten können, darf man hier noch etwas auf den Zusammenhang von Preis- & Leistung achten.

The hotel is fabulous and stunning! The atmosphere is unique and gives the perception of relax and peace. You might just stay there without leaving it for tours. The bedroom was very specious and private. Well designed and warming. The spa is very relaxing, welcoming and you wish to spend there uncountable time. Insane the barble beds, which are heated. Breakfast is very complete and several food is served.
Cons: The service is quite weak. I reached the spa for my morning treatment and the staff was not there yet. I had a massage which started later and finished at the time it should have without calculating the missing time. I found a pubis hair in my bath. I had a fly in the room which kept making noise in the night. I called to help me to kick it out but the person, who showed up barely understood even if I showed him the fly on the ceiling. He gave me a thing of the mosquitos, which of course did not work. I suppose he did not leave a note to his colleagues as the following days the fly was there, which means that during the housekeeping time they didn't open the windows to try to kick it out. Turndow time is not correct as you stay at the pool or spa by 20:00 and they come between 18:00 and 19:00. The best service received is the one of the pool. Overall is fine, but considering that it is a five star luxury hotel, the service should really be improved. Moreover, there should be some options in the food menu, which are lighter and non-Italian. If I come to Morrocco, I would not expect to find so many Italian food options, but local ones. Even if I did not have it, bedrooms which face the corridors with those light curtains prevent of any intimacy and privacy, which is fundamental. Water pression is not constant.

Podziękowania za obsługę dla Khalil, zarezerwowaliśmy podstawowy pokój a Khalil dał nam upgrade do junior suite, pokój bajka, pięknie wyposażony, właśnie wracaliśmy z kilkudniowej wycieczki z gór i pustyni więc nasz ostatni dzień pobytu w Marrakeszu w tym pokoju był magiczny Zależało nam żeby ostatniego dnia pobytu, po tygodniowej wycieczce objazdowej, się zrelaksować i realnie odpocząć , i to osiągnęliśmy.
Cons: W zasadzie tylko jedna rzecz wydała się przesadą - ceny podstawowych napoi: 11 eur za lokalne małe piwo, 15 eur za lampkę wina, czy 9eur za małą butelkę coli to nadwyraz dużo. Posiłki też były stosunkowo drogie ale ich jakość smaku, podania i cała obsługa były tego warte, co prawda zjedliśmy tylko kolację i śniadanie ale było pysznie.

Cons: "Karima - The worst general manager we have ever experienced. Before you consider booking a stay here, you should know that if you have a problem such as your room not have functioning air conditioning, the staff have to defer to the incompetent general manager to address your concern and the illusive general manager will do nothing to address your issue. We booked two rooms for two nights (for my husband, me and two young children). In our room we spent the entire stay sleeping in a furnace, and on the last night, in a furnace with a small noisy portable aircon unit that didn't cool the room at all but leaked water over our floor and my laptop bag. After two nights of not sleeping (and the general manager doing her best to avoid meeting us, leaving the poor reception staff to apologise and say they can't do anything other that ask the general manager to contact us, we were finally offered a small discount on the first night but not the second night because we (my husband and I; but not our children who were asleep in another room) were offered at 11.30pm to move to another hotel). It was a matter of principal not financial - we wanted the general manager to accept they should not rent a room which does not have functioning air conditioning, and when an issue likes this occurs, they should act swiftly to find a suitable solution; failing which offer fair compensation. Please let me know if you want to see the chain of correspondence with the hotel, with photos of the temperature in our room when the noisy small leaking portable aircon unit was installed. You will see from the 'facts' the service the general manager offers at this 5* hotel. I hope for the sake of her hotel, and the enjoyment of future guests, Adriana Karembua (the lovely owner of this pretty hotel), implements a change of general manager soon, before any more damage is done to this hotel's reputation.

L’endroit est magnifique, la décoration, l’atmosphère, le jardin, la piscine, tout est splendide. Le restaurant est très bon, nous y avons dîné deux fois. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et discret. Les produits Guerlain dans la salle de bain sont très agréables.
Cons: Musique trop forte au bord de la piscine et la playlist se répète à l’identique, cela nuit à la tranquillité du lieu. Le matin au petit déjeuner, le menu ne correspond pas à ce qui est servi (muesli non donné, cake non plus) mais il est vrai que c’est suffisamment copieux comme cela. Le service de taxi commandé par l’hôtel est cher pour Marrakech (250 dirhams par aller contre 150 avec les taxis jaunes en moyenne). Les cocktails sont excellents mais 240 dirhams pièce, c’est le prix d’un palace en Europe !

It is a beautiful, well-kept property with stunning interiors. The staff were always helpful whenever we had issues or requests, and we felt well looked after. If you're looking for somewhere to relax, escape the bustle, and sit by the pool, this is the place to be! Great amenities, including the gym, which has a good range of equipment, plus they have bikes you can freely take to explore off-site.

Hôtel dans la Palmeraie (endroit au calme) mais plutôt dans un coin assez éloigné car nous connaissons des amis mieux situés que ce lieu. Pas d'affolement quand vous arrivez dans le coin un peu perdu de tout. La route de l'hôtel sera indiquée par un panneau à l'entrée du chemin puis le palais Ronsard sera rapidement visible par sa grille noire. L'hôtel est charmant, bien aménagé, verdoyant à souhait comparé au paysage que vous avez parcouru. Vous allez pouvoir vous reposer en toute tranquillité. Les enfants ne sont pas acceptés. Notre chambre est spacieuse avec un petit jardin ensoleillé. A ce jour, la chambre (chambre double deluxe) est communicante et l'isolation phonique entre notre chambre et celle de notre voisin n'est pas top top. Après discussion avec la gérante, une nouvelle chambre nous a été proposé. Des travaux vont être effectués afin d'insonoriser ces portes communicantes. Les serviettes de la salle de bain sont très douces et épaisses, les produits proposés dans la salle de bain sont de la marque Clarins. Enfin un hôtel qui reconnaît la différence de pointure des chaussons entre un homme et une femme: bravo Pour le centre ville de Marrakech, il vous faudra soit une voiture, soit un taxi. Nous avons commandé un taxi depuis la reception pour 20h et un retour vers 22h30: 250dhrs Le personnel est à la hauteur de la prestation de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux. Pour toute suggestion, n'hésitez pas à vous rapprocher du maitre d'hôtel.

Cons: What I did not appreciate is that in the suite there is no way to block the light. Also breakfast finishes a bit early. 10:30 time limit on weekdays is totally fine but on weekends that should be 11:30. I had a wedding the night before and they did not offer that option of having a late breakfast, nor a late check out while my kids who chose to stay at Les Deux Tours hotel were offered free late check out until 14:00 or late afternoon for 50% of the nightly rate, and were offered late breakfast. Their hotel is not as fancy as Palais Ronsard Relais & Chateaux which shows other establishments more willing to care for their customers deeply as they try to arrange the best stay in their Hotels. PRR&C should get their heads out of the sand and try to be more customer oriented.

There is one word to describe my stay at this magnificent hotel; SUBLIME. The only negative part of my stay was the fact that I had to leave at all. Until I am able to return (hopefully soon), I will keep this magnificent hotel in my dreams. The attention to detail in every aspect of this facility is astounding, and they deserve their Relais Chateaux status in every single way. The design is a work of art in every area. The staff is the most friendly and accommodating and each one is truly there to make sure you enjoy your stay. The pool area is a haven of tranquility, the spa is superb, the bedrooms are stately and exquisite, the restaurant, lounges and bars are beautiful (I did not eat much due to allergy diet restrictions), and you will likely find yourself leaving begrudgingly when your checkout time arrives. Staff members who were exceptionally helpful and stood out during the stay were: Abdul, Miriam, Yassin, and Assoul (hope I recall correctly, the bartender..) at the pool, Sallim and Yousef at the front desk, Mouna who gave massage at the spa, and honestly just everyone was amazing, and I apologize for the names I did not remember and am not mentioning. The owner should be proud of this fine establishment with equally fine staff members. I have stayed in many 5*+ hotels worldwide, and this one has now truly hit the top of my list. I look forward to returning as soon as possible, inchallah 🙌🏻.

Cons: Je ne comprends pas le fait qu’on laisse entrer n’importe qui de l’extérieur pour passer la journée à la piscine. Nous avons passé une après midi très désagréable à cause des comportements irrespectueux des non résidents de l’hôtel. Je ne comprends pas non plus le fait d’attendre 45min avant d’être servi pour le petit déjeuner. Il était médiocre d’ailleurs pour le prix payé.

L'environnement est juste incroyable. Le Palais est très bien entretenu, rien à dire niveau propreté. Le personnel a été très agréable, ayant toujours le sourire. Le service est vraiment haut de gamme.
Cons: La décoration des chambres est particulière. Bien entendu, nous savions qu'elle le serait mais je trouve ça vraiment dommage autant d'objets emcombrements pour une si belle batisse. La salle de bain est magnifique et très bien entretenue. Je crois qu'un petit changement dans la décoration des chambres pour la rendre plus naturel pourrait mettre encore plus en avant la beauté du Palais. Autre point que nous devons soulever, le propriétaire vit dans le palais ce qui met une ambiance de terreur auprès du personnel. Le propriétaire a été très méchant et leur a très mal parlé avec un ton condescendant. Cela peut gacher l'expérience auprès des clients.

The hotel is a very nice boutique hotel, 26 rooms, each a bit different than the other, with a nice architecture and design. the pool and bar are great, and also the food overall was amazing. The room we stayed in was a suit, it had a balcony and a terrace, with plenty of space and light. Its a nice Getaway from the chaos of the city.
Cons: Due to the remote location of the hotel, you are very limited in options for everything including the basics and the hotel Take advantage of that. for example, they provide you with 2 bottles of water per day, and if you happen to request and additional bottle they charge you 80 Dirhams for it ( 8 Euro) in comparison the same bottle you can get from anywhere in town for 4 dirhams. they dont have a mini market anywhere in proximity. Same goes for trying to get to the city, they only offer one solution which is to take their car, which is more than double the price of any regular or similar car. Regular As the hotel is on a small farm and not near any regular streets, you cant just take a cab from the road as their are not any anywhere within 5 kms. The third thing that happened, that we stayed in the hotel for 5 nights, ordering the exact same breakfast in the morning, on Day 5 the chef decided to double the price on the order, when they were caught and asked the justification was "The Chef said so" so it was intentional and not by mistake. Its these small things where you feel the hotel management is trying to take advantage of you as you are stuck in a remote place with no access to anything and they can just play around with prices and inflate them. it was just some cheap trick used.

The rooms were elegantly furnished and the grounds immaculate. The dining staff in the restaurant were incredibly helpful and well informed.
Cons: The property was empty and lacking any atmosphere. The reception staff were poor - incapable of fulfilling simple booking requests, obsequious, occasionally rude and willing to argue with guests. The pool bar manager was also fawning and constantly angling for tips. It was also very dusty inside.

Cons: Ficamos num pavilhão com piscina e pagamos um valor bastante alto com pequeno almoço incluído. No entanto, o pequeno almoço é muito pobre, com pouquíssima variedade de oferta. É servido à mesa, mas não faz juz ao nível do hotel. Ainda a referir a antipatia do chefe de sala. Bastante enjoado no serviço...mas é uma questão de atitude e má educação. Não serve para cartão de visita do F&B.

Quel endroit raffiné ! Le pari est réussi. Structure du Palais et décoration unique, pas de doute qu’ils aient gagné le prix Versailles du plus beau restaurant du monde. Et ce bar aux airs de scène de cinéma ! Le p’tit plus : la cheminée qu’on vous allume le soir pour vous endormir au son du feu de bois. Hôtel bien fréquenté, paisible pour ceux qui recherchent un havre de paix. Vous croiserez un paon de temps à autre qui vous rappellera le charme de ce Palais. L’hôtel n’est pas très excentré de Marrakech contrairement à de nombreux Palace. Les points qui font qu’on y retournera : - la gastronomie, fine, une carte savoureuse et très variée, dressée par un chef talentueux. Un sans faute. Il est toujours plaisant de mieux manger dans son hôtel que de devoir en chercher un en ville. - second point, indéniablement le personnel qui n’a rien à envier au personnel des plus grands hôtels. На завтраке очень долго приходилось ждать чай, путали количество заказанных бокалов шампанского.

The hotel was so beautiful, once you enter your eyes begin to run around. It’s a small hotel but it’s very cute. Because we came earlier than a check in time, we had to wait for a few hours that was the bad news the good news we got an upgrade to senior suite. It was amazing! So big, the bed is so comfortable, the fireplace etc. The food was great, especially breakfast!

The bedroom and the hotel were spectacular. We stayed in a junior suite which was beautifully decorated and appointed, and the dinner is the restaurant was excellent.
Cons: The staff, aside those in the spa and the housekeeping manager (who were really excellent), were not as personable or helpful, as I would anticipate for a hotel of this type. The dinner buffet was disappointing.

This is real paradise! The personnel is extremely kind and helpful, every detail of the house is just the perfection. The meals and breakfasts are delicious, the rooms and bathrooms very spacious, the swimming pool is heated and very long, ideal for swimming. The gym and wellness are perfect as well. The very best place to rest and relax if you come to Marrakesh. The distance from the city (8km) is really the best antidote against the very busy and noisy city of Marrakesh.

The peaceful location and views were lovely. Beautiful decor and amazing Staff. Wonderful swimming pool too. Our overall sadness was the Menu offering. We enjoyed “continental breakfast” But our concern was the Main Dinner Menu. The menu didn’t change. No “Menu of the Day” … unless you took a taxi into Town, you would choose from the same menu. If you favoured something different from the Moroccan 🇲🇦 food on the menu, it was very tricky. . Opportunity to enjoy large Salads with a grilled Fish of the Day or other simple dishes would have added some variety.

The manager seemed disinterested in addressing client concerns. Additionally, the restaurant offered small portions at high prices. On arrival, there was an unsettling attempt to preauthorize my card for an excessively high amount, only rectified after questioning. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Personal freundlich.
Cons: Das Restaurant ist überteuert. Die Portionen lächerlich klein. Die Cocktails mit 24 Euros viel zu teuer, da schlecht gemacht. Der Blody Mary schmeckte jedesmal anders, der Moscow Mule in einem kleinen Gläschen serviert ohne Ginger Beer schmeckte er nach nichts. Beim Gin Tonic verkaufen Sie den teuersten Gin (Hendrick's) und mischen ihn mit einer Karaffe mit abgestandenem Tonic aus der 7 dl Petflasche ohne Kohlensäure. Der Pool dürfte bei diesen Preisen geheizt sein.

We liked EVERYTHING. The magnificent ambience, decoration and design are completely breathtaking. We felts we had arrived in paradise. The hotel and spa holds the highest level of service we have ever experienced. The manicured surroundings take your breath away. The staff were top of their industry and particular thanks go to Kharil and Oumaima who made our stay perfect. You get what you pay for indeed. Having a very limited and excusive number of rooms and villas makes this location so special.
Cons: Everything is wonderful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Hotel extremamente bem decorado com um serviço excecional. A minha estadia foi simplesmente mágica que decidi ficar mais dias do que o previsto. A atenção ao detalhe é inigualável e o staff sempre um paço a frente as nossas necessidades. O staff é igualmente de 5 estrelas! O meu muito obrigado a todos sem exceção e um especial agradecimento ao Salim.

Everyone nice, kind, smiling, breakfast with great selection and sufficient amount for anyone. Beautiful gardens with great architecture, small pond and vessel, plenty of sitting areas. Swimming pool with nice warm yet refreshing water (28C). Cool drinks in the bar. Fabulous dinner. Great suit with own piece of terrace and garden. Enormous bathroom, separate toilet.
Cons: Shower head height selector broken. The cleaning staff just placed it back broken as before. No change. Smoking in the bar - no more used to it from Europe though normal in Morocco. I would make the bathroom smaller and enlarged the dressing instead.
