Conveniently located in the medina this beautiful Riad had some lovely rooms, a pool in the courtyard and small plunge pool on the roof, with, unusually, a well stocked bar downstairs and on the rooftop. Staff were lovely, the breakfasts were freshly made and generous and the huge bed was amazingly comfortable. Both the courtyard and the rooftop were great places to relax after tramping round the sights.
Cons: Our room - number nine - overlooked the street and the reception, and was underneath the restaurant so was noisy late at night and early in the morning.

It was a beautiful riad very peaceful to step inside and get away from the hustle & bustle of the medina. The staff were very helpful and polite. The receptionist was very helpful making us restaurant bookings and advising us about places to visit. The breakfast was really good with more than enough food!
Cons: We booked 2 rooms but one on the ground floor was very small & dark. It was near the pool so a bit noisy as there was a large group staying when we first arrived. As soon as another room became available we were moved to a beautiful large room.

A truly beautiful riad. The location was great - we wondered if it might be a bit further from the centre than we would like but it was an easy walk, and also the area was lovely and quiet at night (but still had restaurants and cafes on the doorstep). All the staff at the hotel were lovely and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing, and lovely to be on the roof terrace.
Cons: The room was a bit smaller than we had hoped (it was a standard) so felt rather cramped and eg no room for bedside tables.

Everything about this stay was fantastic! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Aminata one of the genuinely nice people I have ever met to the interaction of all the staff through the 4 night there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We prepaid the breakfast and what a way to start the day! Home made and fresh. In addition we loved Morocco and will be back and will definitely stay at this ideally located Hotel. 10 stars!
Cons: The room did not have any natural light but we got used to it. Marrakesh probably has many buildings in the old quarter like this. BUT the roof top restaurant and relaxing area more than made up for it

Cons: Der exzessive Gebrauch von Raumduft - weniger wƤre mehr! Die Zimmer sind recht klein, 2 groĆe Koffer zu platzieren fƤllt schon schwer. Zudem ist die Beleuchtung in den Zimmern so spƤrlich, dass man nicht mal ein Buch im Bett lesen kann. Man hat sich zwar bemĆ¼ht mit einem Schreibtischlicht Abhilfe zu schaffen, aber das war eher eine Tastaturbeleuchtung fĆ¼r einen PC und damit nicht hilfreich. Das Beleuchtungskonzept soll aber Ć¼berarbeitet werden.

The breakfast was unbelievable ā so delicious with so much variety, particularly different breads and cakes. The riad is excellently located too, everything is very walkable.

Il bagno non possiede una porta e la porta d'ingresso alla camera non ha la possibilitĆ di essere chiusa se un ospite esce mentre il secondo ospite resta in camera. Non sono stati sostituiti i teli per la doccia e dimenticato di mettere gli asciugamani per il viso. Il tentativo di cambiare camera non ha sortito alcun effetto poichĆØ l'eventuale alternativa avrebbe avuto gli stessi difetti. Prezzo di gran lunga eccessivo. Colazione senza infamia e senza lode.

Das Riad ist in einer ruhigen Gasse in zentraler Lage, jeder Punkt der Stadt war fĆ¼r uns zu FuĆ sehr gut erreichbar. Das Riad ist geschmackvoll und mit traditionellen Elementen eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind gemĆ¼tlich und sauber. Der Pool im Innenhof ist gut gepflegt und eine willkommene AbkĆ¼hlung. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck wird frisch zubereitet, hat viel Auswahl und schmeckt sehr gut. Dies war die beste Unterkunft wƤhrend unseres Aufenthaltes in Marokko, Gastfreundschaft wird hier gross geschrieben. Vielen Dank!

Cons: For the price I would have expected the room to be a bit nicer or large. The shower has no door so water goes everywhere. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or body lotion all unlabelled so no idea what I was applying (I think no body lotion provided which again for the price is strange). Arrives at 6.30pm and took 15 minutes to get the room ready which didnāt involve any extra care than a normal clean room so also strange.

This place is such a tranquil oasis, right in the middle of a busy city. Incredibly helpful and attentive staff, beautiful decor, delicious food and a lovely atmosphere all contributed to a very special trip. Recommend to anyone wanting somewhere a little quieter in Marrakesh.
Cons: The only thing was the noise in the mornings - this could have been our room which was right under the kitchen, but from 7am you could hear a lot of noise from the team preparing breakfast above us. Made it hard to sleep in, but not the end of the world.

The dinner and breakfast were delicious, served on a rooftop terrace. We did not want to leave. Many thanks to our hosts for a memorable stay!

The staff were really friendly, there to help with anything we may need and clearly wanted us to have a great stay. Great breakfast, comfortable beds and nice design throughout the Riad. The location of the Riad was perfect, at the edge of the Medina, so less busy and easier for car/ taxi drop off and pick up.
Cons: The bedrooms are really dark, there needs to be better light options. Wifi didn't work in our room.

The staff went above and beyond to look after us - from booking Taxis to recommending activities. The rooms were lovely and the whole riad felt very authentic. Breakfast was more food than you could possibly eat. I could go on - letās just say you wonāt be disappointed.

Property was beautiful, older but still beautiful. Great location. Staff and property manager were the best part. They had lots of recommendations, willing to cook any time of day, and my flight was delayed and they were still helpful in the middle of the night when I finally arrived.
Cons: This wasnāt a problem for me but keep in mind that it is extremely quiet at night and everything echos so you should be mindful of other guests staying there.

We loved our stay! From the moment we were collected at the airport to our wonderful welcome, everything was perfect. Beautiful and comfortable room - slept so well! Amazing breakfast, and oh so friendly staff. The Riad was also in a really good location, near enough without being in the busy area and very safe. Style of the hotel was stunning - gorgeous traditional riad. Location was excellent - within easy walking distance of all the major sights and markets but not in the heart of the chaotic medina. Staff was attentive and helpful (thank you for tracking down some safety pins for me!). Room was well appointed and comfortable.

We loved the location! Very close to souks but still in a very quiet location. Super friendly staff. We also loved the fact that they had quite a large pool in the middle of the riad and a small pool on the roof terrace. It really was our quiet oasis when we needed a rest.
Cons: The room was a bit on the small side and, although an amazing breakfast (!) we would have loved more variation when staying for five days. However, I think you would have to move riad for that in general.

Everything was perfect. The location as a solo traveller was very convenient as it is in the Medina, everything can be done by foot but itās not directly in the crowds of the souk so you also have some piece from the vibrant atmosphere of the souk a few streets away. The staff was the highlight of my stay, everyone was kind, helpful and attentive. Each one of them made my stay in Marrakech extra special. It felt like a small family. breakfast is very good. Rooms are cosy and nicely decorated. The two pools makes a difference as you can both enjoy the Medina lifestyle as well as enjoy the sun and sunbath without being outside of Marrakech. I would recommend it to everyone - solo, friends and couples.

Where do I start? I have dreamed of going to Marrakech for years and finally I made it. I booked a 4 night trip for my Mum's 60th birthday and I honestly didn't know if she would like the destination but it felt like it was worth the risk. Because we wanted to go to a destination with culture and this city has that in abundance. I actually booked a different Riad but last minute they could no longer accommodate us so I booked here the night before. And I had been umming and ahhing about this Riad because it is one of the more expensive ones but it looked beautiful in the pictures. I'm so glad that God intervened and made this Riad a part of our trip because I will never go anywhere else when I go back to Marrakech. The design of this place is so wonderful, it calms you and soothes you. The woman Amina what manages the front house is just a beautiful soul, she and everyone else who bring this Riad to life are incredible. They make it look effortless but we know full well that keeping people happy is not easy. I felt safe, respected, seen and appreciated by everyone there. That breakfast. Omg, what a delicious ensemble of food. The orange juice, the flat bread the honey. Personally I think the food in the Riad Restaurant is some of the best we tried. I never give amazing 10 stars so please if you are considering whether to book here or not, trust me - Do it!

The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to all of the most popular restaurants, museums etc. The Riad felt clean and well-maintained and was beautifully decorated. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful Ground floor courtyard and pool a very attractive place to hang out (although for some reason the pool was too cold to use)
Cons: Room needed some maintenance - some floorboards in the bathroom were rotten, a privacy curtain was missing, etc. thereās a large roof area but itās a little bare and not enough shade to hang about there.

Absolutely beautiful riad. It did feel like a home away from home with lots of space for lounging and relaxing both inside and outside of the room. The staff was lovely; very attentive and knowledgable and they went out of their way to make you feel welcome and have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Cons: There was some contruction going on at the roof terrace. It was still possible to use for laying in the sun for a while but Iām sure it will be even better when itās finished.

The riad is absolutely beautiful and the staff at reception are phenomenal, very helpful, accommodating and make you feel at home right away. The room and bathroom are a decent size, beds are comfy. The upstairs terrace with the little swimming pool and seating area were our favorite bit of the riad- unfortunately it rained quite a bit and the riad being open plan was not very well set up for this.
Cons: Despite breakfast being lovey, it was a very slow process and the seating area for breakfast is freezing-regardless of the fire being on. I also thought it was a shame the riads layout didn't reflect what is show on the photos. That area with blue sofas is non existent, neither is the library or seating to sit around the down stairs pool. And although the rooms were very nice and comfortable, they are very dark and lacking in amenities. ( no bin in room, or mirror, very few hangers, shower in our room was so dark you couldn't see). No mini fridge or kettle... there are a few tweaks that could really make this place even better as it has a lot of potential. And we did enjoy our time.

We loved our stay over New Years at this beautiful riad. The location is great as we were looking to stay outside busy medina area yet close enough to medina. The team at this riad is fantastic and ensures you have a memorable stay. Rooms are decorated with an authentic flair. The riad has a bar and restaurant onsite, which made our family stay with our teenage kids so comfortable and convenient. Kids would lounge on the terrace whilst we were having a drink at the bar. Last minute our plan changed and we decided to dine at the riad on New Year's eve instead of going to a pre- booked restaurant. And the chef & team prepared a wonderful New year feast for us. We found ourselves dining at a unique spot in the riad by the fireplace, chatting with our kids, welcoming 2024. A fantastic memorable stay!

We are very satisfied with our stay at Les Yeux Bleus! The staff was very professional and friendly and treated us in the most pleasant way possible. The riad and the room was really magical and you could sit there for hours and just soak in the beautiful light, mosaic, vegetation while listening to the birds singing. The rooftop is also very beautiful and you can sunbathe in large sunbeds close to a small pool where you can refresh yourself. An extra star to Abdel who really took care of us during our whole stay. We will definetly come back!
Cons: The water in the pool could perhaps be a little bit warmer and the rooms could be a bit more sound isolated in order for the guest to be able to be more private.

Sadly, Riad Les Yeux Bleus has changed ownership and has lost some of its original charm. The photos on this listing are no longer accurate. Itās still a nice place stay, but itās lost the original je ne sais quoi that made it such a wonderful bargain.
Cons: Photos on here are now massively out of date. Many of the interior features shown are no longer there - the tent on the roof terrace has disappeared and the furniture & fittings are now different.

What I loved most about this Riad was the service. The staff was amazing and so accommodating, especially with the earthquake. They went the extra effort to meet guide the taxis drivers and carry my bags. They also were helpful in mapping out where to sightsee and giving tips like booking the Jardin Majorelle tickets in advance. After the earthquake they checked in on everyone to make sure we were ok as well.

Our stay at riad les yeux bleus was really good. The location is great (approx 10 min to the centre of the the medina), the riad is newly re-furnished to a nicer standard compared to the pictures and the staff is super friendly, sweet and very helpful.
Cons: Would have appreciated some savory varieties for breakfast, a top up clean of the room daily and some sort of door/curtain between the room and the bathroom for some privacy.

Special thanks for the team - it really feels like you visiting a family and not a hotel, I was feeling sad leaving :) Service is great, food is amazing - we literally had a breakfast by the poolside everyday for a whole week, they also have a great lunch/dinner options. Spa is decent and relaxing, I loved it as well. Interior is exceptional - itās a classic riad with some modern view, I loved both of the pools and the room design is spectacular.
Cons: There is was no door for the bathroom/toilet what is a bit uncomfortable is you are not traveling alone. Beside that everything was great :)

Our reception arranged a tour guide for us which was a great way to spend 4 hours walking through the centre and finding hidden gems. We absolutely loved staying in this riad. From the moment we walked in we felt totally relaxed, nice orange blossom smell welcomed you straightaway. The best thing was the service. People were amazing! Especially with our 14 month old boy. We were treated exceptionally well by all the staff. Nothing was an issue. The place itself was stunning and had lots of charm. It felt like a family run riad rather than a hotel which was nice. The pool was fantastic and exactly what you need during hot days. Breakfast and dinner absolutely wonderful. Cannot recommend this place enough. It is ideally placed near public parking away from all the noise but minutes away to a lovely part of the souks and some nice restaurants. It was a shame we only stayed there two days. Absolutely loved it. Thank you to the whole team who welcomed us! Highlight of our trip around Morocco.

Courtyard and terrace are probably the best parts of the hotel. Room was nice, nothing amazing but not bad! The staff is nice and helpful Breakfast great!
Cons: The bathroom is an issue, we changed the first room assigned because there was no door between the bathroom and the room. The second one had a door but the upper part of the bathroom was open so not so much privacy anyways.. I wonder why but overall not great if you care about privacy whilst being in the bathroom.

This riad was a calm & peaceful oasis away from the noise & hustle & bustle of the Medina. The staff were really friendly & wanting help in anyway they could. My room was really spacious & the bed was so comfortable & the bed linen really luxurious. I only had breakfast at the riad but it was tasty & a great start to the day. I liked the location as it was an easy walk to the Medina & everything you would want to see. I would stay here again & would happily recommend this riad.
Cons: This is not a big negative but Iām thinking that the property must have recently been repainted. The photos on the booking.Com page showed a hotel with lots of walls & rooms painted blue. This is not the case. Iām sure the photos will be updated. The hotel is lovely. So donāt be put off by my comment. The phone number for the hotel listed on the booking.Com confirmation is not the hotel phone number. This needs updating.

The Riad was lovely, well maintained and peaceful. The staff were really helpful and very welcoming. The rooms are tastefully and traditionally furnished and the bed was comfortable. Lots of seating areas in the communal parts and a nice roof top terrace and plunge pool. I think this area would have benefitted from a few more sunbeds. Location is good, close to the square and the souks etc.
Cons: The food menu was a bit limited, especially for a vegetarian.

Beautiful Riad in an excellent position in the Medina. The staff were very good and happy to help in any way. Very attentive. Rooms are big and beautifully fitted. Comfortable and serene seating by the pool in the courtyard. Fabulous breakfasts.
Cons: It would have been nice to have more sun loungers on the rooftop. Only two comfortable ones and one was broken. Plenty of covered comfortable seating. Also would prefer a door to the toilet in the bedroom!

Staff were great. The pool and roof terrace were very nice. It was a great location, we could walk to all the tourist sites we wanted to see.
Cons: I think the food offered at the property could be better, and breakfast included is very basic. Paying over 100 euros a night Iād expect a little more.

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location to explore busy Marrakesh, once inside it takes you away to a place of calmness and relaxation. The staff are very helpful service, nothing is too much trouble and the rooms are lovely and very clean. We had breakfast in the courtyard by the pool everyday which was very enjoyable with fresh orange juice, coffee, breads and Moroccan eggs. There is a rooftop to watch the sun go down and also a bar with a good variety of branded drinks. I would highly recommend this Riad.

A really lovely place in a fantastic location. Just outside the MĆ©dina. The staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly, food was probably the best we had whilst in the city. Very easy for transport, plunge pool on the roof great to cool off. Very relaxed atmosphere and lots of space to chill out.
Cons: Not a problem but some of the photos are slightly different. The decoration has changed in some areas, and some of the interiors, but still looks good and great for photos. Could do with a couple more sun beds in the sunny spots.

We overall enjoyed our stay in this larger style Riad for 2 nights. The area by the pool was lovely to relax in and have breakfast. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and had a standalone bath tub which was a nice way to relax after the hustle and bustle of being in the souks. The bar area looked lovely too ( though we didn't have time to use it).
Cons: The room was a little dark and the air con was not the most efficient. The toilet only had a curtain for a door, which made for some interesting moments ( luckily we have been together for a few years!). We would have expected a better bathroom set up for the room rates.

location is great. facilities are great. room was clean and comfortable. the whole Riad is very beautiful and really is an oasis in the Medina. the staff were amazing - so friendly and really made the stay very enjoyable. we ate breakfast lunch and dinner at the Riad at different points during our stay and the food was amazing. would 100% go back and recommend to anyone to stay at this gorgeous Riad.

the property itself is so so lovely, such beautiful Moroccan aesthetics! 2 lovely pools that one can enjoy! The location was also great, just off a street that was not overwhelmingly busy, but a good amount of busy. such good value for money. the staff were also super lovely!!
Cons: the wifi was very unreliable, it would connect then disconnect even though the hotel went out of their way to provide me with all passwords etc. this didnāt affect me too much so it was ok. the bathroom dustbin was broken, it was a pedal bin and it was annoying to have to pick up the lid everytime. there was also no toilet paper in my bathroom until I requested it (must have been an accidental mistake) and also the shower drain would take a min to empty so while showering there was a little standing water. to be fair, I did not communicate this to the hotel at the time.

The Riad has a wonderful courtyard, and the potential for a great reception and roof terrace.
Cons: It is a shame that much of the former decor, colour and character has been removed. We understand the new manager has got plans to upgrade the roof terrace, which needs to be much smarter with palms/plants and more attractive tables, furnishings and awnings. Small things need to be improved - the old towels around the pool now look worn and out of place/a rather basic staff restroom on the roof terrace in full sight of guests is not a good vibe.

Welcoming and attentive staff at a lovely riad conveniently located - easy access to all sites with added benefit of being close to a street with taxi access (no need to walk through the souks to get to the riad). Delicious breakfast served throughout the riad - rooftop or pool side. Nice to escape after a hot day walking around the medina. A few small touch ups in bathrooms would be helpful. But certainly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Cons: little bit of an issue when checking out as the hotel tried to charge me again for the booking when I had already paid it in full on 15th Feb ( despite the fact that Booking.com were not supposed to take the money from my card ) ā¦ it was sorted eventually when they realised I had already paid. this was a booking.com issue from what I could see and not a hotel issue. Lovely chap on reception sorted it for me.

A real haven of peace. Stunning design. Calming birdsong. Hot showers. Perfect location in the heart of the medina. Our own little mini lounge. Delicious breakfast (ask for the shakshouka / omelette berbere).
Cons: The double bed was two beds pushed together, so there was a slightly uncomfortable ridge in the centre. Would have been better to have a real double or queen bed.

Cons: We were staying in one of the ground floor rooms and we couldnāt sleep from all of the noise the other guests were making in the courtyard. Also, we were given towels and bathrobe only for 1 person even though we booked it for two people, which was disappointing for the riad of such standard. What they accomplished in style and interior design, they lack in well-rounded service. Not really value for the money.

The riad was pretty. The common areas were large. Lots of seating. Pictures are great online. You are in a decent location to walk to suks and square.
Cons: Staff wasn't as helpful or as commutative as I'd like. Lots of avoiding, hard to find them around the riad. Over all customer service was not there. Room was so small. One step from door to bed. I could tell it was a quick clean of the room. That typical dirt you find in a hotel room if the place has not been cleaned properly. Hair found in many places, Old dirty shag rag, little bits i could feel on my bare feet etc. Was annoyed to find out they had construction going on during our visit. Noise by 8 am. Which is fine in terms of sleep but it was just so loud and annoying. We stayed one day. If i had booked for two days, i'd have asked for a refund. not because of construction because of room. I like a decent room with a decent bed. Bed was far to tiny for my husband and i. Great for possibly a smaller adult and child sharing. Breakfast was full of bread. In comparison to other raids i have stayed in .. i would not recommend this one. I stayed in others that were cheaper, larger far neater, better location amazing breakfast.

Cons: We stayed in room 2, which didnāt look at all like any of the pictures. It was plain and rustic. None of the color or decor that you see in pictures. It was also quite cold when we stayed and the heater didnāt heat the room well due to the drafty windows and doors. Breakfast is served in the unheated courtyard. Overall, it definitely didnāt match the price.

Riad Les Yeux Bleus is beautifully finished and very tranquil. The location is perfect- in walking distance of the medina but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The breakfast is delicious and the beds and bedding are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
Cons: Be aware your sat nav will bring you to the wrong entrance. The side street which leads you to the main entrance is directly opposite the doors to the mosque.

the property was absolutely stunning! so much attention to detail and very well taken care of. it really felt like we were in a movie. the food was spectacular and very good value for money compared to restaurants around Marrakech. the room was spacious and well decorated. the riad was very tranquil and allowed us to relax after a busy day on the streets.
Cons: the walls are very thin and you can hear everything happening outside of the bedrooms. At 8 am the staff started to clean the pool area and it woke us up. please becareful when paying your bill and check the exchange rate they offer! the food menus are in ā¬ but you are charged in Dirhams.

The Riad itself was beautiful. But unfortunately thatās about it.
Cons: The staff were so unhelpful and hardly speak English, there are three addresses listed for the location and we went to all of them and couldnāt find the place so we tried to contact themā¦ one time we were connected but were told they would call us back (never did) and the other 3 times no one picked up. We emailed, text through booking.Com but no one answered. We finally found the place thanks to locals 2 hours later. After that, I had to open doors for the staff constantly and onto after a day were we told we were entering via the staff door and not the front (staff were entering via the front which is where they were knocking). No one apologised or were thankful for me letting them in 4-5 times. The pricing is poor value for money. The food is not great and very expensive. They charge a much higher rate for conversion which isnāt mention (and other hotels donāt do this!) Plus the pools were not clean and the Hammam lady made us feel like we were an inconvenience even though we paid and tipped. Over allā¦ very bad experience and wonāt be going back or recommending

This RIAD is one of the best I have stayed in. The attention of the host, the cleanliness, the details. Every inch of the riad is thought out and designed with care and style. It is a unique place, where you can sleep quietly and rest. Close to all points of the city. If I go back to Marrakech I will stay there. It is simply spectacular.
