RIEN du tout de LA CHASSE D’eau DES TOILETTES QUI NE FONCTIONNE PAS jusqu’à la propreté : chambre sale les duvets sont tachés et manquent de draps et aussi l’insolence et le manque du respect de la gérante( qui se faisait passait pour la responsable du ménage) et ses employées qui nous insultaient. Surtout quand on a demandé le remboursement pour pouvoir changer de logement. La ils sont devenus menaçant. Arrivés le soir on était logé chez des gens qui peuvent en témoigner. Puis on a été trouvé difficilement un appartement en rbnb.

Cons: Hôtel 2* et non pas 4*. Sur Booking on m'indiques une remise de 49% (750dh au lieu de 1500dh, alors que c'est 600dh le prix réel de l'hôtel. La propreté de la chambre était très satisfaisante, le lit confortable et le personnel agréable. L’environnement de l’hôtel et les installations sont également plaisants.

Cons: Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles : il est servi à table au lieu d’un buffet, le choix est limité et le pain semblait décongelé. De plus, dans une suite, l’absence de réfrigérateur est vraiment étonnante et peu pratique.

the only thing i liked about the hotel was the evening shift reception guy and night shift reception guy. Shoutout to them for helping us.

Cons: on the other hand the morning shift reception women was one of the worst staff i’ve ever met she even tried to scam us with water. When we asked for water even though they said we had a minibar in room before we came which we didnt she asked for 20 dirhams per water. After hearing this i gave the water back to her. she was the worst. And the bathroom was horrible i’ve never seen a bathroom this poorly planned. The shower was awful the showerhead had no pressure therefore even the quickest showers took 15 mins.

Pobyt w hotelu był bardzo udany. Pokoje były przestronne, czyste i ładnie urządzone. Wszystko było prawie nowe, a duży plus za suszarkę i lodówkę w pokoju. Basen zapewniał doskonały wypoczynek, a personel był miły.

Cons: Jedynym minusem był brak możliwości otrzymania śniadania wcześniej rano lub na wynos przy wyjeździe na wycieczkę. Jednak to nie jest jakiś duży problem. Poza tym wszystko było bardzo w porządku - pobyt naprawdę udany!

Cons: Die Toilette und Dusche war leider nicht unser Fall. Die Toilette steht in der Dusche, das ist nicht schön und viel zu klein. Auch waren die Apparaturen nicht mehr die neusten und eher locker, kaputt und verbraucht. Die Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse vor einer Werkstatt ist nicht so schön.

Cons: La première chambre qui m’a été proposée avait un sérieux problème d’humidité, j’ai donc dû demander à en changer. La seconde chambre était un peu mieux mais plus petite. Le mobilier est très vieillot, la décoration peu soignée, et la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Heureusement que mon séjour ne durait qu’une nuit, car je n’aurais pas pu y rester plus longtemps. la qualité n’y est absolument pas. Le petit-déjeuner est très basique, sans choix ni originalité. Pathetic customer service, rude and unprofessional staff at the reception. When welcomed was told that receptionist available 24/7 at all times however was not there during peak hours, was left unattended even after contacting them several times, were not responding.

Cons: Unprofessional behaviour of the main receptionist and representative of the hotel, rude behaviour did not treat customers well. Was charged for two days by the hotel but only stayed for a day, was not accommodated for the second day although I had paid for 2 days in advance. When requested for a refund when they were not letting me stay was asked to leave by the receptionist and contact booking.com, the receptionist was least bothered and said he could not do anything.

Robinet qui fuit, finition a revoir comme les lumières qui sont a la limite de tomber, joint carrelage dans la salle de bain moisie. Réceptionniste souvent absent. Il n'y a pas de boissons. Cons: Lorsque nous sommes arriver, la réception nous informe qu’il n’y a pas de chambre disponibles alors que nous avons réservée une chambre triple, à l’arriver ils nous a dit que cette chambre n’étais pas disponible et que pour eux il y avait deux adultes et 1 bébé alors que sur la réservation il y a clairement écrit trois adultes. Ils pensaient que le troisième adultes ( ma fille 18 ans ) puisse dormir sur un fauteuil. Finalement ils n’étaient pas prêt à nous laisser une chambre c’est quand on leur a dit que la carte bancaire était de l’étranger et qu'ils ont vu qu’on été sur le point d’annuler qu’ils nous ont donner une chambre avec 1 lit double et un lit une place alors que nous avons réservée pour 3 lits doubles. Au premier contact les réceptionnistes n’étaient pas sérieux ça se laisse désirer, presque un mauvais accueil j’ai envie de dire.

Cons: The room was in the basement, the bed was broken, the lamps was falling out of the wall. We left again after 10 minutes, after asking for a new room. They say its soundproof as well - its not. There was sitting 2 people outside talking - we could hear every word they said. They say minibar - the fridge was not even connected. They say wifi - the connection was non excisting in the room. They said terasse - okay, but its not private, and you have to share it with all the other guests. They say parking - its literally just in front of the hotel on a open place everyone can enter. Payed 77 euro for 15 minutes of dissapointment! I asked for a refund, got no answer back.

The hotel is located not too far from the majorel garden. Breakfast was really good and parking was available.

Cons: Our room war underground, therefore humid and we found mold in the bathroom. We also found bags previous guests forgot in the wardrobe. I would recommend to book a room in one of the upper floors.

Cons: No es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Es muy viejo y la habitación con olor a humedad. El baño estaba todo desconchado y el papel de la pared estaba despegado… la colcha de la cama tenía pelos de otros huéspedes, el desayuno pequeño y escueto, sin variedad. Cons: Nous étions cinq donc deux chambres, dans une des chambres la télévision ne fonctionnée pas, des fils électriques apparent, tuyauterie salle de bain qui fuient.bruit de la tuyauterie chasse d'eau. Sa n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles surtout à ce prix. Je mettrais un bon deux étoiles pour les chambres. L'emplacement est bien mais plein de travaux autour de l'hôtel et détritus juste à côté. Pas de couvertures à dispositions dans le placard, nous avions dû demander mais nous ont placé une fine couverture.

Fantastic breakfast. Restaurant on top floor overlooking the immediate area. The hotel is at the end of a cul-de-sac which means it's quieter than most places in this area. There are several main roads nearby so connectivity around Marrakech is perfect.

Cons: Mattresses are very old and worn out. They are not memory foam but have noticeable dips in hip area. Pool was small and full of leaves. Very limited sun bathing area.

This is by no means a four star hotel not even two stars. It is just a three story house building converted into a hotel. I booked it for my family holiday but only spent one night and cancelled my booking the next day and moved to another hotel. All the facilities mentioned are very funny. The spa is actually a laundry room. In front of the rooms is a small dirty pool. I had booked one family suite and one double bed room, but instead I was given three bedrooms and two of them in basement. When I questioned, the guy on the desk said there is an electrical issue in the family suite. I requested for a coffee on arrival, they said they don’t have it. Only one person was on the front desk which under the stairs and couldn’t speak English, so I had to speak with a mystery person over what’s up to communicate. I wish I had taken some pictures but I was so angry and forgot to. Totally avoid it.

The breakfat was good... they serve the breakfast, it is not a buffet, but they have a variety of options, the staff working in the restaurant are kind and super friendly. We booked a room with three beds, but we were surprised when they showed us a room in the ground floor with one big bed and another single bed (we were 3 persons/adults)... we informed the staff that we booked the room with three seperated single beds.. but she said that it is fully booked and we can change the room in the next day (which i think it is not logical as we choose the three beds room) ( in the first night, the window of the room was not closing proporely which we felt a bit unsafe during the night, but since we already agreed with the staff to change the room, we did not report it, also the light in the bathroom was flashing, so we had to switch it off and use our phone lights )... in the next day, we got the new room, the same as we booked with a balcony and it was way better than the first one and we liked it so much... way too comfortable. All in all, our stay was good, the staff were kind, polite and helpful.

Cons: The bath drainage overflows during a shower, and the breakfast was very disappointing. The stove wasn't even ready at 8 am, despite breakfast supposedly starting at 7:30 am. Additionally, the staff's English proficiency was quite poor. Overall, it's very overpriced for the quality of service provided and the swimming was under maintenance

Cons: I have been robbed by this hotel. The staff came into my room to steal money from the safe. They took in total 1000 euros in different currencies. I complained and the owner of the hotel checked his cameras and found which staff did it ( they were sneaking at night into my room when we were away ). He promised to refund me and when I left the country after my holidays he blocked me. To avoid at any cost. The worst experience of my entire life in terms of hotels. I'm trying to book minimum 4 star hotel to avoid these kinds of issues when I travel. Unfortunately booking is permitting scammers to operate on their website. It's totally unacceptable. The owner and the staff are friendly at first but it's only to scam you at the end.

Bathroom a little tired and could do with some improvement, I found the shower cubicle a little on the small side though the water was hot. Loved the decor in the hotel in general. Good sized pool.

Cons: Outside area round the pool could have done with some loungers. Ample tables and chairs on the patio area with umbrellas for shade when needed.

It’s at the centre, location is great. Basic hotel but comfortable and clean, it includes breakfast from the money you paid, so it’s great. Their breakfast is nice and I miss the morning Moroccan tea 🥹. I would like to thank the staff, they are very nice and hospitable. Will definitely coming back to Morocco 🙌

L'emplacement assez pratique Domage que le parking n'était pas privé. Le personnel de ménage et du petit déjeuner super gentils. Le responsable de nuit je crois qu'il s'appelait younes alors lui a beaucoup aider à changer mon opinion sur la qualité d'accueil du personnel à la différence de l'autre incompétent, younes était à L'écoute, aux petits soin et super gentil.

Cons: Que la gérante ai annulé ma reservation sans mon consentement parce qu'elle ne voulais pas me donner une chambre au même étage que mon amie avec qui je voyageait en prétextant que toutes les chambres étaient complètes alors que j'ai appris par la suite que ce n'était pas le cas preuve a l'appui. Par la suite elle c'est calmé mais bon... Le fait que le garçon qui l'accompagnait à l'accueil était pas du tout respectueux envers la clientèle et n'avait aucunement les compétences requises pour ce genre de poste, il parlais mal, était agressif et à même voulus en venir aux mains c'est la première fois en 34ans que cela m'arrive au maroc. Heureusement pour lui que je suis quelqu'un de raisonnable et mature à l'inverse de lui et ne l'ai pas suivis dans son délire car il aurait mal fini, mais comme on dit pas de violence c'est les vacances... et puis je n'avais rien à lui prouver à ce casos. La clim ne marchait pas malheureusement. La douche un peut petite. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais peut être amélioré.

Die Lage zum Airport und zum Bhf ist gut. 2,5 Km zum Jemaa el Fna für 50 MAD. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, wir konnten unser Gepäck am Abreisetag bis zum Nachmittag zur Aufbewahrung einlagern. Haus mit modernem Touch.

La localisation de l’établissement n’étant carrément pas la vrais : pas la bonne rue, il nous a fallut l’appeler pour qu’il vienne nous chercher après une heure à tourner en rond à moins de 100 mètres ! Il serait plus simple d’indiquer l’emplacement correcte dans l’appli, et de disposer de panneaux visibles de loin… Et c’est dommage car hors mis cela, tout était parfait !

The breakfasts were good. The staff were pleasant and kind. The description of the hotel was not good. The pool was clean and good. A bit small. There was a sign for the SPA and a price list but the room was just a laundry room. There was a restaurant of sorts. Ok for breakfast but not for other meals. If you wanted an evening meal you had to order it at breakfast time. We sent back one nights. Better to go out and eat.

Cons: See Above. The room we were given was not what we ordered. We were one night in it before we were moved to a better room the next day. We arrived about 10pm and expected a lot better.

The staff were very helpful to the point I was upset to leave the new friendships forged, when we left. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The location was central to everything in Marrakesh, seemed like a ten minute drive away or a ten minute walk away for all needs. Would highly recommend.

Cons: Hier waren die Fotos super gemacht. Der Hof war so klein, dass unsere Motorräder auf der Straße bleiben mussten. Im Restaurant war man auch nicht unbedingt auf mehr als zwei Gäste vorbereitet.

just what I needed to recharge the batteries after being south in Morocco in the desert and the gorges. the staff were friendly and welcoming. our room was right next to the pool. they also offered spa and massage which I didn’t have the time to try. our room was light and bright and really quiet. breakfast was upstairs and delicious. a really boutique hotel. also had excellent wifi, we were able to do zoom video calls no problems.

This was such a cute boutique hotel! The staff were lovely, the accommodations were beautiful, and the beds were the comfiest I had while in Morocco. The hotel is off from the main road a bit so it was quieter, but still close to tourist attractions. The spa experience was very nice as well. Finally, I really enjoyed the breakfast! Lots of food and good coffee.

Cons: Our room happened to be literally right next to the pool, which was fine because no one was out very late, but it would definitely be noisy if people did decide to use the pool late. If concerned, perhaps request a room not by the pool.

The staff members were VERY helpful and the fact that everyone was smiling when trying to help, it made everything just more enjoyable. I also enjoyed the location as it was in the new town and far away from the markets. I needed one night without the craziness of the medina.

Cons: The shower/bathroom. Not enough space for a proper shower and the whole bathroom got very wet after my one an only shower. No tissues anywhere. The coffee was ok in flavour but not in size.

It is a new hotel with a wonderful staff working there! We truly enjoyed our stay there since everything was new, clean, comfortable. We very much liked the Moroccan style interior and the vintage pictures on the walls. Breakfast was tasty and yummy (would just recommend to diversify it day by day). The staff is the best, they were so welcoming and helping throughout all of our stay. We cannot express our gratitude for them! Thank you guys and keep up this amazing work! I must also mention that our room was on the first floor near the reception area, I was afraid that it could be noisy, but OMG IT WAS SO CALM AND COMFORTABLE!

This was a great stay with Faissal and his team, providing an oasis of calm within the city of Marrakech. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable, taking us to purchase a local SIM, helping arrange nice restaurants, and even ordering pizza on a particularly rainy evening. The breakfast is also superb and they made sure we ate even at an early time before our flight. Aside from this, the interior decoration of this hotel is a pleasant mix of authenticity and modern convenience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a memorable experience in the city.
