I would stay here as the venue matched how it looked online. However, note that the spa services are not onsite and managed by an on call 3rd party as well as it is to be paid in local cash only.
Cons: The WiFi was horrible/ not strong enough as I tried to join 2 brief virtual meetings and it would freeze after every 6 words.

Hotel staff in the restaurant and bar area were amazing and the room was very nice.
Cons: The price didn’t reflect the stay. The resident only pool was a lot smaller than the public one. The breakfast wasn’t great for someone who doesn’t like sweet food in the morning. Every morning we woke up we had no electricity. The reception staff were not very hospitable, and quite obnoxious.

The property was very relaxing. My room was spacious and comfortable. I loved the design of the rooms and space. The spa service was nice.
Cons: I did not like the communication regarding the spa. There was no heads up until you got on the property that the spa services had to be paid in cash. Being forced to use the ATM on the property (which i felt had a high exchange rate). And the fact that the massage therapist was not on the property. My spa time was changed due to a misunderstanding and it completely rearranged my scheduled time there. Prior to arrival on the property the email communication from their website was a bit slow. Thankfully I was also communicating through the Bookings app so they responded faster there. I also felt like the rooms had a weird smell to them. I’m not sure if it was the water, sewage, or just a general smell but I tried to reduce it by turning the air up. The car service was great and we had a lovely driver, however we realized after the fact that the rates we were charged were a bit inflated compared to the other prices we paid to get around from other hotels and destinations in around the city.

The common spaces, especially the pool area is unbelievable. The staff is very friendly and room is nicely decorated.
Cons: Even if the decor is beautiful, it’s slightly missing the local feeling. However the biggest downside was food and drinks. Food didn’t have any flavour and for example meat was not high quality. From drinks side it was too focused on drinks with alcohol. Both food and drinks were completely overpriced with soft drinks being 7€ 🤯 I was also expecting more from breakfast when comparing to other resorts outside of Marrakesh.

This hotel was amazing in every way! The staff really made it a very special holiday, in particular Hamza, Karima and Kamal - THANK YOU guys for looking after us with such kind attention and 5 star service! Nothing was too much trouble and everything was organised by them perfectly! The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean and has wonderful facilities to relax and enjoy your holiday, including a lovely pool and restaurant area. The breakfast was very tasty and more than enough so we didn't need to have lunch most days!
Cons: Sometimes the music was too loud and continuous. It would have been nice to have some peaceful hours without the music on or even turned down in volume during post lunch hours for relaxation.

Style is st tropez with Arabic combination. Food was great . Breakfast included and super. The place is so tranquil and chilled. We lived it and booked to return. Live music on Sunday. Staff wee lovely.
Cons: Room / window doors locks needed a little attention. They are not consistent with music by the pool. Wasn’t aware in advance that the main pool is open to outside guests which alarmed us, however paid for sunbed prices are high, so very few came to use this option. It was a super super relaxing hotel. Very chic.

Belle piscine, ambiente rilassante e cibo buono.

I like the decoration of the property .
Cons: Unfortunately, my experience at Les Palmiers Marrakech was disappointing. The food was far from enjoyable, lacking flavor and quality, and it did not live up to expectations at all. On top of that, the staff were not helpful and seemed uninterested in providing good service, which made the entire visit even more frustrating. With so many incredible options in Marrakech, I had hoped for better. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Our stay here has been nothing short of beautiful. From the moment we arrived, every single staff member has provided exceptional service — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The décor is stunning, with an elegant yet calming design that instantly puts you at ease. I especially loved the tranquil atmosphere throughout the hotel, making it the perfect escape from the outside world. Breakfast was absolutely lovely, with fresh, delicious options to start the day right. Truly an unforgettable experience — I can’t wait to return.
Cons: The only thing I would mention is that dinner here is on the pricier side. However, the quality of the food and the beautiful setting do reflect the cost, so it’s understandable.

The attention to detail and level of decoration is amazing. Our room was very cool (temperature) with beautiful bedding and furniture throughout. The bed was exceptionally comfortable! Breakfast was a huge spread, enjoyed by the pool. We couldn't ask for more friendly or helpful staff.
Cons: The menu wasn't huge if you are choosing to eat there night after night, however the quality of the food is amazing. It is a little further from the city of Marrakesh than expected, however this was probably my fault that I didn't check walking distance! Staff were very helpful with getting us a car and allowing us to pay them directly.

Gorgeous quiet hotel - we had the pool to ourselves. Staff were really friendly.
Cons: We booked bed and breakfast and on the last day asked if what we were ordering from the menu was included which we were informed it was. Then when we were leaving the waiter chased us down to say we needed to pay for avocado. That said our lovely waitress from the previous two days was lovely and told us not to worry.

Beautiful facilities, friendly and helpful staff
Cons: The Reviews for sure are mostly posted by local people who come to party for one day. This is more a place to be for local people who come to party than a hotel for guests who seek for peace. The hotel has two pools with the restaurant in between to separate one from another. One pool is supposed to be for hotel guests who want to relax, one apparently for day guests. So on a daily bases you see local people coming there to swim and party. As thus you find yourself in the middle of sisha-smoking people talking about their fancy cars (Lambo's and Ferrari's are parked in front of the gate) and how they have earned it by selling confetti ;) as they also come and sit and smoke at the pool for hotel guests with permission of the staff. Our Presidential suite was very spaceous with very nice furniture, but also very dirty. It was full of ants, had a dirty floor, the soap-pump didn't even work and was finally replaced after 3! days, the towels on the sunbeds didn't get refreshed daily but just folded after use (bweik), dirty cups and glasses in the room where not removed etc etc etc, .. I can keep on going on Absolutely not worth the price (4000€ for 4 nights) and on top of that food and drinks are very expensive (6€ for a beer, they even charge the extra tomatoes on your omelet) For my wedding anniversary the staff has done it's best to surprise us with some (real) confetti and balloons, but of course this was charged (no problem by the way) and not a gesture. Read the comments and you will see the same remarks coming back. Hotel guests among themselves talk about it so this is the reality

This beautiful hotel is located just outside the busy center of Marrakech, making it a perfect retreat for those seeking peace and quiet. The property is stunning and facilities fab. The rooms and communal areas were very clean and well maintained.
Cons: With the exception of our host on reception at check in. We found the staff to be pretty unwelcoming. Service at the pool as a resident was fairly poor and we had to go to the bar area to get attention and drinks/menus. Feel the service offered to local paying day guests was very different. The door in our room had completely come out of the frame and was dangerously unsafe. It was fixed immediately on notifying staff however.

This place is such a gem – a beautiful and delicate boutique hotel. It has this calm, peaceful vibe that instantly makes you relax. Everywhere you look, there’s stunning architecture and interior design. The pool and lounge area is super elegant and spacious, and with only 11 rooms/suites, it never feels crowded – even when it’s fully booked. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt really well taken care of, especially by the amazing Mohammed and Karima at the front desk – they honestly couldn’t do enough for us! Whether it was transport or anything else we needed, they sorted it out in no time. We absolutely loved our stay at Les Palmiers and will 100% be coming back!

The hotel itself is truly beautiful – stylishly designed and very well maintained, with lots of greenery. The heated pool is a great bonus, and the service around the pool, at the restaurant, and during breakfast was truly exceptional. However, there were a few downsides. Every day, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower or pipes in our room – it seems there are some issues with the plumbing, which made the stay less pleasant. The room cleaning could also be improved – it wasn’t at the expected level. Additionally, alcohol was extremely overpriced. One surprising detail was that there was no phone in the room. Instead, guests are expected to download Whatsapp to contact reception or request service – which is rather unexpected in a five-star hotel. As for breakfast – it would be great to have two different options depending on guest preferences. Currently, there is only one set breakfast, which is mostly sweet and French-style. Not everyone enjoys this type of breakfast, so offering a savory alternative would be a great improvement.

The public spaces were beautiful- really stylish and with lush greenery everywhere. The pool area was particularly special. The waitresses and waiters were exceptionally helpful and friendly making us feel really welcome. All this during Ramadan when they must have been very hungry/ thirsty made it all the more appreciated. Food was delicious.
Cons: The attention to detail that they claim on their website was lacking: no tea and had to request three times for replacement coffee pods. Damaged plaster and mould in bathroom. Freezing temperature in dining room and our room on arrival. Being left to wait one hour for return transport from the medina and our calls to reception (asking what was happening) not answered during that time. We were eventually told to just flag down a taxi. Exorbitant prices for drinks : one bottle of Moroccan beer 110 MAD which they get away with because there’s no other place to easily go.

Gorgeous hotel, the pictures don’t do it justice. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Spa treatment was wonderful. Helpful with bags, taxis and so on! Ate in the restaurant one evening and at the pool for lunch. All food and drink was to an excellent standard.
Cons: It was pretty much perfect. Only two things to note. Firstly, one morning at breakfast we were asked for a tip which seemed very odd given the breakfast was included in the hotel stay. Secondly, just a small thing but some teas in the room as well as coffee would have been appreciated.

The hotel is beautiful. Perfectly tucked away in the Palmeraie area of Marrakech. From the moment we stepped foot on to the property, we were welcomed with beautiful aromas & by helpful staff members. Check-in was straight forward & smooth. Our standard room was clean & comfortable, albeit a bit too dark for my liking. Even with the room lights on. The hotel grounds are gorgeous, clean & well kept. We enjoyed our breakfasts by the pool, with a great choice of pastries, fruit, yoghurt, etc. plus freshly made omelettes.
Cons: Our room was poorly lit. Even with curtains drawn wide open during the day or all the lights on at night.

The property is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the staff go above and beyond to offer a highly personalized experience. Everyone is genuinely friendly and happy to see you each day, making you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. Dining at the restaurant was a pleasure, with delicious dishes that were perfectly prepared and presented. The atmosphere throughout the property is just wonderful—I felt truly happy during my entire five-day stay. The pool area is outstanding, with comfortable loungers perfect for relaxing in the sun, and help is always at hand for anything you might need. Whether you’re in your room, by the pool, or dining, you’ll feel exceptionally well looked after. The property blends a charming French ambiance with the warmth of Moroccan hospitality. It’s a perfect retreat for those seeking privacy, luxurious interiors, and time to unwind. The SPA is exceptional! Thank you to the lovely team for the thoughtful touch of welcoming me by name each morning—it meant so much. Highly recommended!

The staff is great, very friendly and hospitable ! The overall aesthetics of the hotel are fantastic. Looks very beautiful. The food and service in the restaurant is also superb. Mega tasty food!
Cons: The breakfast is a scam. Very expensive, especially for moroccan standards. Not leveled with a 5* hotel. The basic breakfast is too basic for 350 Dirham, eggs and avocados toats need to be ordered and paid extra, from 9 dirham and up. This is not aligned with their room prices or 5* stars service. Never seen this before in a 5* hotel. The shuttles to the city are expensive and not always propt. Although the drivers are mega friendly! We waited for 45minutes at the airport for a pick up and 2 days later for more than an hour for a taxi to arrive. Probably due to lack of communication or time management. This type of establishment should have free shuttle to touristic spots at fixed hours of the day for their guests. Especially because it s far from the city. Again not 5* service. Our last night the owner came back to the hotel in the middle of the night with 4 drunk women who jumped into the pool after closing and were screaming very loud. It woke us up. Instead of asking them to keep it down, he was filming and cheering. This was very unprofessional for me.

Nice room, nice pool, mostly friendly staff.
Cons: More focused on being a day club than hotel, second choice of sunbeds for hotel guests with poolside and first choice beds reserved for day guests (that often didn’t show), incredibly poor WiFi, very basic breakfast with many extra charges, many options on dinner menu never available, shower misfunctioning, staff often forgetting lots of basic things leaving you asking again and again or waiting forever (30+ mins) for example a spoon or coffee etc.

The hotel itself is STUNNING. It really did feel like I was in a palace and as it was our honeymoon we wanted to stay in the best place in Marrakesh and I feel we did fine that. The staff is what really made the experience for us. Youseff (x2) by the pool who would be checking in with us making sure we were comfortable watered and fed! But just lovely team all round! The restaurant team were again fantastic! Despite what other reviews say they now open for breakfast lunch and dinner although dinner service when we went was quiet but fab for lunch as more of an atmosphere. Loved seeing the same people everyday and catching up with them. Saying goodbye was like saying goodbye to our family. There were hugs, laughs and talks of when we would next go over. I’ve never felt this level of friendliness!
Cons: We had a great stay however we did have an issue, we booked a suite which unfortunately had a door linked to the room next door. There is gaps so you can see the light shining into your eye if the people next door leave the light on (which she they) you can hear them on the toilet which we did because the bathroom is adjoining. And when I raised this with the lady on reception she gave the impression that she couldn’t care less. The following day I had to raise it 6 times with her until I stood there and waited for the manager to be told nothing could be done. Which is fine but my frustration was the fact that I was not met with the service I would expect in this establishment. I work with customers everyday and so I felt like I would have handled it differently had I been working. The following days the same lady would meet us with a cold shoulder and even when I said goodbye to her when leaving she said nothing. Disappointing. Note it’s about 15 mins away from the city and 200 dirham per trip but this wasn’t an issue for us but understand some people should be aware of. Most of the staff were so amazing and made the experience what it was. Despite that hiccup I would still happily return and it was a great place to spend our honeymoon.

Incredibly beautiful hotel. The rooms are stunning and the pool/bar/restaurant areas are also exceptional. The staff are superb; extremely attentive and caring. Hamza and his team do a fantastic job.
Cons: Slightly far out so taxi costs can build up, but worth it being away from the hustle and bustle!

The staff were all really friendly and the hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast each morning was also very nice.
Cons: We had an issue with the light in our room not working and the room was already very dark. The aircon in our room wasn’t the best. The location is a distance out from the city centre so factor this in because the taxi trips add up.

Simply incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the decor, the vibe, the staff - everything was everything you could want and more! The restaurant is simply stunning and the food delicious. If you don't stay at the hotel I would recommend you go for the day at least!

We stayed here for a week and paid a lot of money. The hotel is lovely, beautiful decor, lovely high ceilings in room, the staff, attentive and quick to serve.
Cons: The location isn't great, in the middle of nowhere, away from Marrakech city, lucky we had a car as we noted taxis were difficult to come by. The roads before, after and behind the hotel, full of poor poverty stricken people, really sad and not something we appreciated seeing on holiday. Dogs barking for ages at night and at times loud music playing until 1am, lots of constant drilling for days up until 1/2am. They should take the word 'spa' out of the hotel name and wellness centre out of the facilities. We found this very misleading. My wife and I were expecting full spa facilities and were very disappointed to find that there is no spa on site, it's just a room with a bed for the therapist, the hammam is a dry hammam, where they apply treatment to you, on the treatment bed. The hammam women don't even scrub weirdest hammam we have experienced.

The hotel was beyond what we expected. The staff made us feel very welcome and the hospitality was incredible. The room was everything it said it would be on the website. The hotel is unique, modern and had a classic touch of local culture. The room was spacious and bathroom was clean and big. We have stayed in many hotels and this would definitely be in my top three. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will be booking again in the near future.
Cons: Couldn't fault it!

Everything! From the staff, to the food, to the rooms. The staff make you feel like celebrities! The food was 10/10 and the overall bohemian luxury vibe of the hotel was incredible! Nothing was too much to ask for. A big shout out to Housni who really looked after us! The room was spotless and cleaned thoroughly everyday. The breakfast was perfect with a variety of fruits, breads and cakes. Alternative milk offered for my allergies also. The staff at reception also made our taxi bookings each day that ran super smooth. I can’t wait to be back here!!
Cons: Nothing to dislike about this property!

The hotel is so eye-catching, you can see there is a thought process to each part of this hotel, beautifully designed. We loved that the people staying in the hotel had a private pool area. Super responsive on WhatsApp, overall the staff couldn't do enough for you and came across as truly genuine and good people. The breakfast was so lovely but add-ons are very expensive, my partner had 6 eggs every morning which cost nearly £20 each time. Even though the hotel is very expensive with all the add on's we would come back because the hotel was breath-taking and the staff was superb.
Cons: stunning hotel, but VERY expensive, just as an example; water is 75 dirhams and only 5 dirhams in the local shops. So just be prepared for your final bill. My partner had also booked in for a hammam, he said it wasn't the best one he has had as they didn't scrub hard enough.

Beautiful hotel and setting, super comfortable rooms, lovely day beds by the pool.
Cons: There was no mention online of there not being an alcohol license - even in the restaurant, understand Morocco has limitations with alcohol but you’d expect a glass of wine or a beer in a french owned 5 star hotel. Also very limited opening hours in the restaurant, and most irritatingly despite asking 5 times the hotel has still refused to send me a final invoice for my stay and extras. Really unprofessional front desk service.

Everything was just perfect, a little piece of paradise just outside the hustle and bustle of the old city but a 15-20 minute taxi ride in. Tranquil with a very cool vibe 👌🏾 Staff were very helpful and friendly, couldn’t do enough. Special thanks go to Mohamed and Hamza on reception, waiters Housni and Hamza, Hosam and the Maitre d. Too many names to remember but all the staff we came across were so lovely and made our stay enjoyable!
Cons: Not much. If I had to be picky, I would have to say the ‘Black suite’. Marrakech is a vibrant bright city so black really does not suit - it’s depressing!

What a fabulous stay we had. From the time we checked in to the minute we checked out the whole team provided fantastic service. Where do I start …the staff at this hotel really make it an incredible experience. The pool is luxurious with very confortable sunbeds and again the service is 5 star. The restaurant has a St Tropez vibe with delicious food and even though you are a 15 minute drive to the main square of Marrakech do not be put off as there is a superbe taxi service for the hotel who are trustworthy and will collect you from anywhere at anytime. Special shout out to Kamal the head manager of the restaurant, Housni head waiter, Hamza Belghzal at the pool, Ayoub at breakfast and Nabil head of Shisha who all always greated us with a smile and made sure we had anything we wanted. Thank you so much for your kindness and such a memorable stay. We will be back very soon !

A Heartfelt Oasis: Les Palmiers Hotel Nestled in Marrakech's picturesque landscape, Les Palmiers Hotel stands out for its stunning vistas, cozy amenities, and exceptional staff. During my recent stay, every moment felt magical, thanks to the extraordinary team who made our experience truly unforgettable. At the forefront was Hamza, whose dedication to our comfort left a lasting impression. From our arrival, his warmth and professionalism set the tone, as he effortlessly catered to our every need with genuine hospitality and attention to detail. I also want to commend Housni, our attentive waiter, whose passion for ensuring our dining satisfaction elevated each meal to a delightful journey of flavors. Moreover, the bar staff's expertly crafted cocktails and genuine camaraderie added to the charm of our stay. And, of course, I am grateful for the diligent cleaning staff, whose meticulous care ensured our accommodations remained a sanctuary of tranquility throughout. In summary, our time at Les Palmiers Hotel showcased the transformative power of exceptional hospitality, embodied by individuals like Hamza, Housni, and the entire dedicated team. We eagerly anticipate returning to this enchanting oasis to create more cherished memories. Thank you, Les Palmiers Hotel, for exceeding all expectations. We will certainly be back for more.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms, spa, swimmingpools. Everything is beautiful, really amazingly done. The hotel staff is really nice.
Cons: There are small improvements still to be made in this brand new hotel so the user experience is really like a 5 stars hotel. Especially if you are like me and going to 5 stars often you know how it should be. For example what I found really bad is charging you extra when you order an omelet during your breakfast (when breakfast is included) , offering QR codes for Congierge service but the codes are invalid, some sun-beds at the pool where already broking, airport shuttle through the hotel on the way back was calling on his mobile the whole drive with the phone is his hand and he did not say a word to me. Not hello nor goodbye. And then when we arrive only saying pay me when I already paid in the hotel for the shuttle and he would not let me go. Really bad! When I just left because i need to catch my flight he followed me while he needs to solve it with the hotel. Really unpleasant for a solo female traveler booking hotel shuttle expecting good service. Small details which made me not give it a 10 star review. I hope they improve it soon because it can be an amazingly good holtel otherwise when the full picture is correct.

We had the most incredible stay! Firstly the design of the hotel was fantastic. The attention to detail from the beautiful Moroccan doors to the lampshades, the decor looked amazing. The pool areas were vibey and stylish with sun loungers and beds and several chill areas. The food was absolutely mouth watering (the breakfast and lunch menus) and the spa was great. Huge thanks has to be given to the amazing staff who were so attentive and polite. Helping us to book restaurants and bars, driving us around and attending to our every need. Before we could even sit on a pool lounger someone had come over to put the towel out for us, they really went above and beyond. The owner of the hotel walked round each day greeting everyone and checking we were having a good time, which gave it such a nice personal feel. Thank you.

The setting is great, big terrace with 2 big pools. Nice rooms
Cons: Hotel Les Palmiers boutique & Spa, sounds great but the problem is that there's no Spa, no restaurant, no bar. If they would have warned us we would have choosen another hotel. So we feel pretty duped. The cherry on the cake: to compensate, they could have put a bit more effort into breakfast. Just croissant & bread with jam and 1 coffee. Yes 1 coffee because for the next one they charge 10€/coffee. For an egg or avocado same thing. For 350€/night you would expect better. A real shame!

Very friendly staff, cosy place.
Cons: Misleading marketing: "A boutique hotel with spa". In reality the spa is not yet open, Worse, there is no restaurant because they are still waiting for a alcohol license. We also missed some music. Instead they were working with loud machines along the pool while we had a nap...
