The central location
Cons: Although central the alley way to property wasn't the best. The property photos on booking.com are no reflection on the actual property. Which was covered with tacky plastic Christmas trees and tinsel on January 12th. Mismatched fairy light netting randomly hanging and spoiling any architecture. It was noisy. Reception would not assist with restaurant reservations before arrival. And once arrived told that the restaurants book up a few days before. Would not stay again. Especially with so many other beautiful roads were hospitality is exceptional at a low price

O riad é muito bem localizado, num cantinho da caótica medina, bem pertinho da grande praça. O recepcionista foi muito gentil na nossa chegada, indo nos buscar no meio da rua, depois de nos perdermos de carro por alguns aflitos minutos.
Cons: Acho que o riad deveria informar mais claramente as dificuldades pra quem chega tarde e tb poderia haver algo no frigobar, uma vez que não hå serviço de quarto de noite.

What truly made our experience special was the staff â everyone was exceptional, extremely kind, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to the reception team, who were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel comfortable from the very first moment. Cons: - the room was too small. - when we took a shower, we needed to open the windows or the room would be humid and would smell like it was closed up for a while - not all the staff was nice - one of the sheets of the pillows is not made of cotton, it's synthetic. It's not comfortable - the beds were okay. I could feel a hollow in the bed because it was overused.

Questo Riad nel cuore della medina, Ăš meraviglioso. Abbiamo usufruito del loro servizio transfert dall areoporto al costo di 15 euro da pagare in contanti al momento dell arrivo in hotel. La nostra stanza era molto bella, ad accoglierci una bottiglia di acqua gratuita. La colazione ha sia dolce che salato, servita da delle cameriere molto gentili. Soprattutto Nouhaila Ăš una ragazza che serve la colazione alla mattina che ci ha rapito il cuore!!!!Consigliamo a tutti questo Riad un vero paradiso.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel riad prima per tre notti, poi per altre due notti dopo il tour nel deserto. La camera della prima permanenza era si bellissima, ma con un problema di scarico acqua non indifferente, non risolto. Si sono perĂČ fatti perdonare ampiamente con l'attribuzione della camera successiva, che era ampia, ben pulita e curatissima. Pulizie, servizi e personale davvero eccezionali. La struttura si trova a due passi dalla piazza, per cui Ăš centralissima e comodissima.

Its location is a hidden gem only minutes to the main square and start of the Souks and yet just far enough to be quiet when sleeping. We loved it so much we are coming back in three weeks after completing our tour around Morocco

Cons: No hot water in first night, and the worst things is breakfast, I have to say that this is the worst restaurant breakfast I have had experienced. Four of hot foods they provided, but We went down to took breakfast around 9:00 am , only a few pieces of tomatoes inside of containers. And my daughter asked one of waitresses for some pomelo, one of waitresses answered â finished . â with a pretty cold face. So I just took one cup of green tea and say good bye . I am so sorry to say that.

Cons: El hotel estĂĄ ya muy viejo, necesita reformas.Las camas estĂĄn inservibles. El colchĂłn estĂĄ deformado y hundido. No hay quien duerma en ese colchĂłn. Se lo dijimos al personal del hotel y nos cambiaron a otra habitaciĂłn pensando que serĂa un colchĂłn mas nuevo, pero era igual que el anterior. Se hundĂa tanto que acababas en el centro del colchĂłn pegado a tu pareja, y la espalda destrozada. Muy incomodo. EstĂĄ claro que son colchones muy viejos de hace años porque eso no es normal un colchĂłn asĂ. El hotel deberĂa cerrar sus puertas y cambiar todos los colchones porque es la esencia de un hotel. Si la cama es mala todo lo demĂĄs ya no importa...La ducha muy incomoda, pequeña y no cambia de alto. el WC lo mismo, tenĂamos que entrar agachados. Tiene un metro y pico.

Cons: The Propery is very big but mostly hallways. It is super cold as we stayed during December. The draft is everywhere including the room. We stayed in Vizir which is top floor so very exposed. The breakfast was average and there is very little room in buffet as it is literaly in the halway so you are mixing with hotel passengers as you pick up your food. Food ran out fast and it took a while to arrive.

Everything was more than exceptional. All of their staff is amazing and very polite - thank you all for that. Simo and his co-worker Ahmed from the reception in my opinion are the best staff not only in Marrakesh. The atmosphere - from the fireplace in the entrance hall where they serve you local tea, to the rose petals in the fountains and the painted door of each room in this riad⊠Gosh I canât describe it. Food - top quality. Our room was cleaned daily and the bed was more than comfortable. Even the bathroom was top notch with all the tiles inside. Pool was clean and warm and the Moroccan massage was very good. Me and my wife travel a lot and definitely recommend this riad.

Good location, welcoming staff, great property - walk out of the hustle & bustle & maniac moped-riders into an oasis of calm and quiet. Elegant courtyards and some narrow winding stairways - this is no ordinary western 'you could be anywhere' hotel. It's 4 houses combined so is spacious and a bit quirky, but definitely recommended.
Cons: Finding it the first time was not easy as the taxi had to drop outside the square, so it was about 500m walk along narrow alleys. Fine after the 1st time though. Possibly worth arranging for the Riad to meet you from the airport, so they can help you with luggage and directions.

Excellent staff, went above and beyond, They did everything from telling us where to visit, what time to visit, how much to pay for certain things, what to eat, where to eat, estimated taxi fares and more. On our check out day we had to leave very early and we were going to miss breakfast so they prepared us a breakfast with coffee in a thermos flask, juice, nuts, sweets and crepes and brough it to our room the nigh before. Everyday breakfast was excellent, staff were always smiling and ensuring comfort. I read all the negative reviews before writing this review so I must say it is clear that the people who wrote the 1-5 stars out of 10 reviews aren't people that travel much. As someone who travelled over 40 countries this was one of the best services I received. There were two guys in the reception who were a lot chipper than the other two but that is just personality difference and it did not effect the service they provided. The ladies n the kitchen and outside the kitchen during breakfast were excellent. Hammam ladies were lovely and the massage they gave was amazing.
Cons: This is an old historic sight like many places in Marrakesh. If they could make the windows sound proof without damaging the heritage it would be great. But honestly I am a very light sleeper and the "noise" didn't effect my partner at all. Mostly bird noise anyway.

This was one of the best hotels of my lifelong travels. Everything about the Riad was tasteful, spotlessly clean and welcoming. A log fire burned throughout the day where we were served many complimentary mint teas. The friendly welcome and the exceptional kindness of the staff was outstanding. A special mention goes to Vassire who tended to our every need and even walked us to our restaurant when we thought we might get lost in the maze of streets off the main square. Location is the best. In the middle of the old city, yet in a side alley where you cannot hear the noise of the crowds. Breakfast is great as well. The first room I got was small but nice but then they moved me to a bigger room which was perfect.

Rustige Riad in het oude centrum. Er komt je iemand van het verblijf oppikken en begeleiden door het autovrije stadsdeel tot aan de receptie. Zeer handig en makkekijk! Vriendelijk personeel dat de tijd neemt voor het onthaal. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet Ruime kamers met handdoeken en badjassen die dagelijks ververst werden. Dames van de hammam en massage waren zeer vriendelijk en vrolijk Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf hier.

We had an amazing stay at this riad in Marrakech! The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful â every corner was full of charm and authentic Moroccan style. Breakfast was delicious and different every day, which made it even more special. The staff were extremely polite, kind, and always ready to help â they truly made us feel at home. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of the medina, close to everything. We were really impressed and would definitely recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Il personale dell'hotel Ăš veramente eccezionale dai ragazzi della reception alle ragazze che servono la colazione, alle cuoche, tutti sono davvero professionali, disponibili, gentili, e anche simpatici. Ci hanno aiutato in tutto e hanno saputo trovare soluzioni per tutte le nostre richieste. La colazione Ăš buona e offre piatti tipici marocchini ma anche i classici della colazione Continentale. La struttura Ăš pulita e ordinata, e anche molto bella alla vista e molto profumata.
Cons: Unica pecca davvero importante Ăš la rumorositĂ , vista la disposizione delle stanze e l'abitudine degli ospiti a non rispettare il silenzio la notte; per tutte le notti del mio soggiorno ho dovuto dormire con le cuffie della musica per addormentarmi ( e molte volte mi sono comunque svegliato durante il sonno)

The Riad has about 48 rooms ( several houses joined) although itâs very quiet. Lovely peaceful and private roof terrace. The Riad is in a quiet safe location yet only a couple of minutes to the main areas. Lovely friendly staff. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Our room was a twin beautifully presented.
Cons: Narrow single bed but fine for us. No window in bathroom so a little damp smelling but that would not stop me from staying there again.

The 2 standouts in this riad are: The staff. The reception staff were particularly helpful and all staff that we interacted with were great ambassadors for the property. The expansive breakfast. Wow, what a choice, all beautifully presented and delicious.
Cons: Because of its size (40+ rooms), this riad attracts quite large tour groups. These groups tended to have early departures/late arrivals so, with the layout of riads, it did make it quite noisy. Further noise came from howling cats so, overall, we didnât have the greatest nights sleep during our stay. Despite having a deluxe double room, there is very little storage and a lack of coat hangers in the room.

Cons: Troppo rumoroso, dalla stanza si sentivano tutti i rumori. Al mattino non si poteva dormire. Si sentivano le donne delle pulizie che pulivano le altre stanze, le voci, le porte che si aprivano e chiudevano, i passi nelle stanze di sopra, insomma estremamente rumorosa. I letti, essendo una coppia abbiamo dovuto dormire in letti separati, piccoli e scomodi, erano duri come sassi, sembrava di dormire per terra.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Rate Riad Palais Des Princesses & Spa. The location was good, a short walk from the main areas. The Riad is lovely, clean and very attractive, and the staff is helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a variety of choices. The bedrooms were smaller that we would have liked, but we spent most of our time walking around so it was not a problem. We did not use the spa.

Staff were helpful. The location is hidden in an alley near the main square so just a few mins walk. (You may need help to locate it) The room was small but adequate and had what I needed. There is a small pool, but I didn't use it because it is far from the sun loungers on the top floor. I chose to have breakfast in the main square.
Cons: I booked a pickup at the airport, they weren't there initially, I had to search for them for some time. When I did find them, I had to wait and share it with others even though I paid for a private transfer.

Property is really pretty with lots of courtyards and it has its own charm with the antique styles. Terrace is beautiful to chill with your partner or if you are visiting with couple of friends. Location is excellent with walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shops.
Cons: The property is old when it comes to rooms. It looks quite new in the pictures. We stayed at two roads and this was our second road and we could feel the difference. Also, we experienced the personal touch at another riad when it came to breakfast.

The location was excellent and very close to the center of the action. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleopatra/Mimi the cat was very friendly and made us feel at home. The upper lounge area was nice. There were excellent food choices within a short walk.
Cons: The bathroom was very cramped and I hit my head on the low ceiling every time I went to the bathroom. The bed mattress was hard and a bit uncomfortable. The shower did not have doors and the bathroom floor got wet every time we showered.

The riad could not be better situated: steps away from the Jemaa al Fna square and from the Koutoubia tower. The staff was kind and warm, always ready to help. The building is gorgeous, full of little charming details and beautiful corners.
Cons: The only small issue we had was that the mini-fridge in the room did not cool properly - but we never told the front desk, so I canât really complain.

We really liked the location, it was very very close to Jema El Fna, the staff was very nice and friendly, the spa girls were very sweet. The common area and the decor are very elegant.
Cons: The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear people passing and speaking loud, the room has very limited outlets and you have to unplug the lights to charge your phone, the bed is very small, our feet were out of the bed at night. Every time we put the "please clean my room" sign, the room was never actually clean. I could see hairs on the floor. The breakfast cost 15⏠per person and it was definitely not worth it. We had requested a late check out months before arriving because our flight was very late at night, they said they'd let us know at the day of check out. We asked them multiple times during our stay and they said they'd let us know on the check out day. They could at least tell us 1 day before so we could book another room. They definitely knew if they had availability 1 day before the check out. It's inhuman to tell us in the morning of check out. We had to make our suitcases fast, book another hotel and all this stress of not knowing if you have to pack or not is unnecessary.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Everything about this Riad was amazing. The location was really good too, it was easy to go around the old town and the various attraction spots. We had a very cosy and clean room, equipped with very comfortable beds. The breakfast offered was sumptuous. And most importantly, the staff were attentive, friendly and they truly made us feel welcomed throughout our stay in Marrakesh. If we come back for a visit again, this would be our choice of stay. Thank you for everything!

O riad Ă© lindĂssimo, com uma atmosfera autĂȘntica, rica em detalhes marroquinos. A localização nĂŁo poderia ser melhor â apenas a poucos minutos a pĂ© da Praça Jemaa el-Fna, o que facilitou muito os passeios a pĂ© pela cidade. O quarto estava sempre limpo, bem decorado e confortĂĄvel. O pequeno-almoço superou as expectativas, variado, fresco e muito saboroso, com uma boa combinação de opçÔes locais e internacionais. Um agradecimento ao staff, a Nohala sempre prestĂĄvel e muito simpĂĄtica. No geral, recomendamos fortemente este riad para quem procura conforto, charme e uma localização excelente em Marrakesh. Voltaremos com certeza!

Aojamiento estupendo. Ubicado muy cerca de la plaza Jemaa el Fna, en una calle muy tranquila en que hay otras riads. Entrar en Palais Des Princesses es entrar en un paraĂso. La decoraciĂłn es inmejorable, pero esto es superado por la inigualable atenciĂłn y hospitalidad del personal de todo el lugar, desde la recepciĂłn que reciben encantadoramente hasta el servicio de limpieza, sin dejar de mencionar el personal del comedor de desayunos. Todos ellos se preocupan de que la estancia sea inolvidable. Es un alojamiento muy limpio, con aromas de esencias y de rosas La habitaciĂłn es amplia i sin ruidos, con buena conexiĂłn wifi. El desayuno es muy completo y muy bien atendido. Es mĂĄs que una Riad, en que el personal la convierte en un palacio.

Recomendo esta riad, pela sua beleza, requinte , se voltar a Marraquexe ficarei de certeza nesta riad. Muito obrigado pela vossa amabilidade e saber receber.

La atenciĂłn de todo el personal del Riad, la tranquilidad y lo bonito que era todo. El desayuno estaba muy bueno y los camareros estaban muy atentos, Nohayla siempre nos recibĂa con una sonrisa y con el cafĂ© en la mesa. Reservamos el taxi de vuelta al aeropuerto con el Riad y el hombre nos acompañó hasta el taxi y nos llevĂł las maletas.

Alojamiento a tres minutos de la Plaza Jemaa. El personal es excelente, siempre atento a cada detalle para que nuestra estancia fuese lo mĂĄs cĂłmoda posible. Vinieron a recogernos al aeropuerto, lo cual nos facilitĂł muchĂsimo tanto la llegada como el regreso a casa. El personal de limpieza es increĂble: cada vez que volvĂamos encontrĂĄbamos la habitaciĂłn impecable. El aire acondicionado enfrĂa muy bien, algo muy agradable teniendo en cuenta el calor que hace en agosto.

Me encantĂł absolutamente todo, el lugar es demasiado hermoso, los conserjes son sĂșper amables y te explican todo, al llegar te hacen un tour por el lugar ya que es grande y tambiĂ©n te explican los lugares para visitar en Marrakech. No me costĂł llegar, lleguĂ© muy fĂĄcil pero sino el lugar tiene un servicio en donde te acompañan hasta el Riad si no estĂĄs muy orientado. La experiencia del Hammam es excelente. La limpieza es absoluta, y ademĂĄs mi vuelo salĂa muy tarde asĂ que despuĂ©s del check out me dejaron estar en el lugar y utilizar todas las instalaciones. Definitivamente es un lugar al que volverĂ©, es un lugar para reservar sin dudarlo.

En solo cuatro dĂas nos hemos ido con una familia, una familia que esperamos volver a ver muy pronto. Cuando digo âdel primero al Ășltimoâ lo digo de corazĂłn: desde la primera persona que nos recibiĂł en recepciĂłn hasta la Ășltima que nos ayudĂł con las maletas al coche, pasando por las chicas de la cocina, los chicos del comedor, el equipo de limpieza⊠absolutamente todos. No tengo palabras para agradecerles cĂłmo nos hicieron sentir y la sensaciĂłn de estar en casa cada vez que cruzĂĄbamos la puerta.

La ubicaciĂłn es excelente, el Riad tiene de todo y decorado con gusto, la piscina aunque es pequeña es de lo mejor del Riad, poder darte un baño allĂ con su techo acristalado despuĂ©s de la calor de Marrakech es algo a tener en cuenta. Las habitaciones amplias y bien decoradas y la azotea perfecta para tomar el sol aunque no te permita tener vistas de los alrededores. PedĂ que me ayudaran para imprimir las tarjetas de embarque y lo hicieron de forma muy amable. Limpiaron la habitaciĂłn al dĂa siguiente algo que llevo observando que no hacen en otros hoteles de otros paises Ășltimamente.
Cons: Aunque el Riad esta bien ubicado la entrada esta bastante escondida en una calle adyacente a la principal aunque esto hace que sea mas "silenciosa" la estancia. La goma de la ducha estaba rota y era "engorroso" el poder ducharse pero es un detalle poco importante. La cama era demasiado blanda para mi aunque esto es algo muy personal. Las escaleras para subir al primer piso son un poco incomodas, de todos modos ellos te suben las maletas a la habitación y te enseñan el Riad para que te ubiques ya que su forma es "poco habitual".

The staff were excellent in communicating before we even arrived at the riad. They arranged for an airport transfer and had a bellhop waiting for us at the main square to help with our bags. We were welcomed with a much needed Moroccan tea and once we were settled in our rooms the place was nice, comfortable and spacious. The pool was a perfect relief to dip into after a long, hot day in Marrakech. No noise issues, since the hotel had strict quiet hours. Excellent breakfast including Moroccan tea every morning. It was a GREAT way to start our day. Well located in the Medina, but also a few minutes walk to taxi stands and other attractions. I'd stay here again.
Cons: Not a dislike, but like most riads in Morocco, there are a lot of stairs, so if you need accessible accommodations, please disclose ASAP to get a room on the ground floor.

The Riad is beautiful, very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The roof terrace is lovely to go and relax on.
Cons: Apart from Malik, the staff are nowhere near as friendly as staff in other Riads we have stayed at. Malik was lovely, very kind and welcoming. We had dinner one night at the Riad, it wasnât the best food we had. At breakfast, my son felt unwell so my husband of my sons croissants from his plate into a bag for him to eat later, the waitress- Meryam snatched the plates away abruptly and took my coffee which was not finished too. There was also one man on reception who was very unhelpful, and the cleaners woke us up early one morning by being noisy.

I love the staff, they all were so helpful, polite and warm. Iâd especially mention Mariam, Souhaila and Abdelmalekâs easy communication and friendliness. Riad verdadeiramente encantador. Quarto lindo com todos os pormenores que procurĂĄvamos neste tipo de alojamento. Decoração e detalhes impressionantes. Sentimos apenas falta de mais cabides, prateleiras no roupeiro ou gavetas para arrumação de roupa. Casa de banho bem equipada, roupa de banho limpa e macia. As camas sĂŁo confortĂĄveis. Temos 4 Almofadas Ă disposição mas todas muito duras. Deveriam ter duas densidades diferentes. Fronha muito apertada o que tornava a almofada ainda mais dura pois nĂŁo expandia e ficava demasiado compacta dentro da fronha. Limpeza excelente, nĂŁo sĂł no quarto mas em todos os espaços do hotel. VĂĄrios terraços, muito espaço para todos os hĂłspedes. O Riad Ă© um conjunto de vĂĄrios edifĂcios ligados entre si e cada canto Ă© encantador. Percorrer o caminho atĂ© ao quarto faz-nos sentir realmente a respirar a cultura Marroquina. Pequeno almoço maravilhoso, tudo fresco e delicioso. Tivemos oportunidade de provar vĂĄrios tipos de alimentos tĂpicos marroquinos logo ao pequeno almoço e esse era um ponto importante para nĂłs. NĂŁo faltou nada. Simplesmente perfeito. Localização perfeita, a poucos minutos da praça Jemaa el-fnna. Caminho simpĂĄtico atĂ© lĂĄ chegar onde jĂĄ encontra lojas de venda locais. Serviço de shuttle do aeroporto para o hotel por 15âŹ, excelente para conforto Ă chegada e Ă partida. Fizemos uma massagem marroquina, esperĂĄvamos melhor, ficou um pouco abaixo das expetativas. Empregados simpĂĄticos, atenciosos, sempre prontos a ajudar e com um enorme sorrisos. Maravilhosos, todos eles. Boa relação qualidade preço, ficamos felizes por um hotel como este estar dentro das nossas possibilidades financeiras. Esperamos voltar.

No meu caso, o maior transtorno foi apenas as almofadas demasiado densas que dificultaram o descanso, mas isso Ă© uma questĂŁo de gosto pessoal de cada um. Podem apenas melhorar ao disponibilizar dois tipos de almofadas nos quartos. De resto tudo Ăłtimo.

What did you like? Everything! From the moment you walk into the cool air conditioned riad, to the friendly receptionist who welcomes you with fresh mint tea. The riad is beautifully decorated, it smells lovely and is always immaculate. The rooms are well air conditioned and the beds are firm but comfortable. The rooftop is a nice spot to dry off after a swim in the pool or just relax in the evening. The breakfast was excellent. A range of hot food, sweet treats and cold items such as salads, cheeses, meats. All the staff were kind and helpful and provided local knowledge and advice.

This Riad was absolutely stunning magical place. The moment I walked in I was mesmerized by the smell and all the beauty around me. The attention to detail was incredible. The staff were spectacular and friendly with warm smiles and immaculate customer service. The Riad was an oasis full of beautiful decor throughout every corner. The rooftop was so relaxing and breathtaking. My rooms were absolutely perfect. What an amazing experience to hear the birds in the morning along with a spectacular breakfast that was so delicious. I felt totally relaxed and so at peace there. So good for my soul. I canât wait to go back again I will definitely book this Riad again. I was also traveling with my family and they loved it. I have a son with autism and staff went above and beyond to make him happy and welcomed thank you to you all â€ïž I felt like a princess at this Riad for 3 days donât even think about it book here

Le palais des princesses porte bien son nom, c'est une succession de petits riads magnifiques et reliés entre eux qui composent l'hÎtel, la décoration est raffinée et luxueuse, les cours intérieures et la terrasse sont magnifiques. L'hÎtel est situé dans une ruelle calme mais à 5 mn à pied de la place Jeema lefna et des sites touristiques majeurs. Le petit déjeuner est servi en buffet à volonté avec un grand choix de mets de qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuses (mes enfants avaient une suite de prÚs de 40 m2) et décorées avec goût et raffinement. J'ai particuliÚrement apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, toujours disponibles et agréables. J'ai également testé le massage relaxant à la marocaine de 45 mn qui est un mélange de douceur et de force et qui a réussit à dénouer les tensions que j'avais dans le haut du dos. La masseuse était professionnelle et trÚs agréable.
Cons: Petit bĂ©mol pour ma chambre : la porte qui donne sur un patio desservant 2 autres chambres, ne fermait pas totalement, c'Ă©tait une trĂšs belle porte en bois mais qui n'Ă©tait pas scellĂ©, donc j'entendais non seulement les bruits des personnes dans le patio ou dans les couloirs adjacents mais Ă©galement les personnes dans leur chambres car elles avaient les mĂȘmes portes. Autre bĂ©mol, la piscine, les photos lors de la rĂ©servation l'a font passer pouor grande alors qu'il s'agit d'un petit carrĂ© et Ă l'intĂ©rieur d'un petit patio sans aucun moyens de s'installer autour (on peut se poser sur les terrasses mais il faut grimper 2 Ă©tages par des escaliers Ă©troits)

We found a lovely place in the traditional Marrakech. The hotel calls for fairy tale and dream with lovely staff going the extra mile to make the stay wonderful and unforgettable. The first contact with the three supportive staff of the reception. Thanks for the traditional tea and biscuits welcoming every guests, the tour of the hotel, the information about our way around, the indication of the non go zone and the sites to visit. Each room has a name and Lalla Ritha had sufficient dimensions and was very neat calling for dreams. Same as the traditional bathroom, fluffy clean towels and bathrobes besides necessary toiletries. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. The cleaning staff very engaged with their work. Internet connection is perfect with a TV program, YouTube and Netflix. My daughter really enjoyed the stay as the hotel is children friendly. No noise just lovely scented candles in the night and enchanting fountains with water flowing on roses or petals when day breaks until night calls for sleep. The breakfast buffet is actually a royal healthy brunch. Nouhaila was super friendly, the Chief and Mariama too anytime we went to the breakfast and even when just passing by the restaurant. The hotel is located in a very good place leading in 2mn to the place Jemaa el Fna, the souk, the restaurants, but also to the mosque Koutoubia and the Jardin Secret. Riad Palais des Princesses and Spa is very well located when it comes to commuting to most of the interesting sites to visit. The hotel has a solarium on the roof where one can enjoy the heat but when in the room with very tick walls from the traditional Moroccan architecture, one enjoys a cool environment so we sometimes slept without the AC. The stay was so wonderful as I really needed peace and quiet environment to recover from an intense fatigue. Like my daughter said, if we could go over 10 on the rating, she would give 100 out of 100. We shall surely return there inshallah!

La atención fue muy positiva desde el momento que llegamos, nos hicieron un tour de las instalaciones e incluso pudimos elegir entre dos habitaciones disponibles. El desayuno es muy completo. Sugeriria alentar a los huéspedes a desayunar en el patio exterior que es precioso. La ubicación es super céntrica. El auto quedó estacionado a 5 minutos que es lo mås cerca que se puede llegar.

We stayed at Palais des Princesses for 4 nights. The accommodation was perfect and ideally located within the Medina. The rooms were a good size and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic, and the roof terrance was a perfect place to relax.
Cons: The room we stayed in had very lightweight curtains and no shutters, and the motion sensor lights in the courtyard went on and off throughout the night which were quite bright in the room. The swimming pool was also quite small, and should really be described as a plunge pool. So don't expect to be doing lengths, but it was great to use to cool off!

The room was lovely. good AC that was great to come back to after a day in the Marrakech heat. The welcome was great. the reception staff was excellent. Welcome tea and tour is a great touch. Also the towels smelled amazing. And of course just a beautiful space.
Cons: the only thing that was a problem was that the shower didn't drain super well so the water pooled quite a bit. I'm particularly grossed out by this though so for other people it may not be a problem.

We really liked the rooms, and the staff was very helpful. It was a beautiful property. They made travelling around Marrakesh easier as they handed us a detailed map, recommended restaurants (even took us to make a booking!) and helped book a spa appointment with ease.
Cons: It didn't feel like a Riad, more like a hotel. The rooms went through the dining area and kitchen which made it a bit uncomfortable to enter and leave during meal times.

Beautifully designed rooms, very clean and comfortable and a huge roof top terrace with panoramic views, enough space for everyone. It was also lovely hearing the call to prayer. The reception staff were amazing, and always happy to help. No question or query was too much for them (and I ask a lot of question ) - always greeted with a smile. The kitchen staff were very lovely too!
Cons: My only bug bear was the breakfast. It was a little underwhelming and not what I had expected. Iâve stayed at many Riadâs in Marrakesh and the breakfast has been very tasty, cooked and served fresh everyday. This hotel had buffet style which Iâm not a huge fan off and in my opinion the food did not look fresh at all so I struggled to eat anything. That aside the team, room and other facilities and close proximity to the everything in Marrakesh was perfect!

The location, and the overall layout of the hotel. It is a very unique property and very well taken care of. The room we stayed in (Lalla Amira) was spacious and very prettily decorated. The staff was extremely friendly, polite and service oriented.
Cons: Probably the only complaint I have is that the pool was too small - was only a plunge pool and operational from 11am to 7pm. So if you are thinking of cooling off during the hot summers in the pool - think again. The pool get crowded with 3-4 people in it and is extremely small.

Absolutely Loved It â Wish We Stayed Longer! From the moment we walked into Palais des Princesses, we were blown away. The scent as you enter is amazing â it instantly makes you feel calm and welcomed. The place is beautifully decorated, with so much charm and detail. The staff were wonderful â super friendly and helpful. We got such a warm welcome with tea and biscuits, which was a lovely touch after arriving. The rooftop terrace is stunning! The views over Marrakech are lovely â itâs the perfect place to relax and take it all in. Honestly, the only downside is that we didnât stay longer. One night just wasnât enough to really enjoy everything. Weâll definitely be coming back!

All the stuff one by one are clearly the differentiating factors for Palais des Princesses. I am not going to highlight anything more for the breakfast (very rich), room (had everything), Riad (very beautifully traditional) but mostly want to emphasize how warmly the guys treat every request small or big you may have, whether it's help with sim card or transportation requests. They went over and beyond with all aspects of functionality and I definitely recommend to other visitors

L'architecture du riad, avec ses petits escaliers, ses méandres, cours, terrasses...Tout ceci dans un decor cosy et original. Tranquille, bien qu'au coeur de la medina. Le buffet, frais, varie et fait maison : salades, patisseries, viennoiseries, fromage, fruits, yaourts, il y en a pour tous les gouts. Le personnel : professionnels, ils ont répondu a nos demandes avec le sourire. Un accueil chaleureux qui sonne juste.
Cons: La chambre triple aurait mérité d'etre rafraichie. Et les proportions sur les photos sont trompeuses, tout est plus petit. Pour le prix, on aurait attendu des produits d'accueil autres qu'un simple "Hair & Body wash" et un sÚche-cheveux mural basique. Quels que soient les petits details a améliorer, je garderai le meilleur souvenir de cet endroit grace aux personnes qui y travaillent. Ils ont été formidables !

A well maintained, pretty riad with excellent staff only a stones through from the square and all Marrakech has to offer. Cannot fault anything here. From start to finish the staff were super lovely and helpful, mint tea upon check in and a convenient shuttle from the airport organized prior to arrival (extra fee). Large, quiet room. Walking distance to most attractions! Wonderful!

Cons: La piscine est en face du spa ce qui fait quâon nous a demandĂ© de ne pas faire de bruit lors dâun massages, mais quand on a un enfant et quâon nous dit de ne pas parler fort câest compliquĂ©, mon fils sâest tout de mĂȘme rĂ©jouis de la piscine chauffĂ©e! Acordavamos com os passarinhos! Todo o hotel Ă© lindo!! Os tetos, o mobiliĂĄrio, os quadros, as portas, tudo!! Tem recantos maravilhosos, os terraços, a piscina que mesmo nĂŁo sendo grande Ă© perfeita! O pequeno almoço Ă© muito bom e o melhor de tudo ....o staff! Nota 10 especialmente para: o Malek que nos recebeu e nos ajudou imensamente na 1ÂȘ noite. Marcamos o transfer atravĂ©s da Booking mas o tĂĄxi nĂŁo nos leva mesmo ao hotel. Ă 1h30 da manhĂŁ o motorista largou-nos na praça e deu-nos sĂł as indicaçÔes. Claro que fomos abordados por um sujeito que, apesar de dizermos que nĂŁo querĂamos nos levou atĂ© ao hotel e exigiu uma nota como pagamento e ficou irritadissimo porque sĂł tinhamos moedas!! Fomos literalmente salvas pelo Malek que alĂ©m de ter pago, ainda nos pediu para entrar para o hotel e ficou lĂĄ fora com uma situação nada agradĂĄvel. Marquem sempre o transfer direto com o hotel!! TĂȘm alguĂ©m que vos vai buscar/deixar Ă viatura! Na saĂda marcamos pelo hotel e o serviço incluia uma pessoa do hotel que nos levou a mala atĂ© ao carro e perguntou sempre se estavamos bem! O Malek foi incrĂvel durante toda a estadia, atĂ© ao Ășltimo dia! Sem palavras para agradecer. O Kamal tambĂ©m nos aconselhou muito bem nos tours e sempre sorridente e a maravilhosa Nouhajla que todas as manhas nos presenteava com a sua boa disposição e profissionalismo no pequeno almoço. Toda a equipa Ă© fabulosa, todos muito simpĂĄticos e prestĂĄveis! A limpeza e a internet tambĂ©m Ă© Ăłtima (aliĂĄs nunca vi um hotel com tantos funcionĂĄrios a limpar!). De ligging is rustig in een steegje met meerdere riads bij elkaar waar je geen last van hebt. Op korte afstand van het plein. Het bed sliep lekker en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het was wel echt schoon!
Cons: Het is een beetje vergane glorie. Ze pronken met awards die gehaald zijn. En het is echt wel een mooi pand maar de kamers zijn ietwat overdadig ingericht. De badkamer is echt piepklein, in de douche kan je je amper omkeren en de deur gaat ook nog eens naar binnen open. Geen kledingkast maar een nis waar je je koffer op de grond kunt leggen en wat items aan een kleerhanger kunt hangen. Het bed staat zo dicht tegen de muur dat je echt omstebeurt langs moet lopen. Wij zijn gelukkig fit maar het is best een klim naar de kamers.

Cons: Die Nachbarzimmer waren immer nur fĂŒr 1 - 2 NĂ€chte belegt, dadurch groĂe Unruhe. Die ĂŒberall angeschlagenen Ruhezeiten von 22.00 - 9.00 wurden nicht eingehalten. Vor 8.00 Uhr unterhielten sich die Putzfrauen schon lautstark vor unserem Zimmer. Die angekĂŒndigten PoolhandtĂŒcher gab es nicht. Auf Nachfrage hieĂ es, dass wĂ€ren die BadehandtĂŒcher im Zimmer, die auch zum Duschen genutzt werden mĂŒssen. Die WĂ€rmegerĂ€te auf dem FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet waren nicht sicher. Mein Mann bekam eine gewischt weil die Isolierung defekt war. Das GerĂ€t wurde nicht ausgetauscht oder auĂer Betrieb genommen.

Déjà un cadre exceptionnel avec une vrai déco marocaine, cet endroit est une merveille pour les yeux , mais aussi tout le personnel que ce soit les deux jeunes personnes qui font les petits déjeuner ou à la réception tout le monde était à nos petits soins avec sourire et détente, vraiment je conseil de ne pas louper cet endroit car j'ai été plusieurs fois au Maroc, mais là c'est vraiment magique.
