I had a wonderful stay at Palais Des Princesses Hotel in Marrakech. The staff were simply superb and truly made the experience special. The front office manager was knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A special mention goes to Nurhaila at the coffee shop, she is a true gem of the hotel. She was consistently warm, welcoming, and always served with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech.
Cons: There were a few aspects of the stay that did not meet our expectations. The room was quite small, and the staircase leading up to it was very tight and narrow, which made access a bit uncomfortable. WiFi in the room was almost non existence. The bathroom was the most disappointing part. The shower was extremely small and had no door, causing water to spill across the entire bathroom. Additionally, there was no proper drainage on the floor, so water had to be manually mopped up, which was inconvenient. For the price we paid, these issues were not ideal. The water pressure and availability of hot water in the morning were also inconsistent, which further impacted the overall experience.

Instalaciones muy bonitas y con muchos detalles ornamentales, varios patios con fuentes, la piscina interior estaba climatizada y todos los días al volver de las excursiones nos dábamos un baño muy relajante. Es un oasis en medio de la bulliciosa Medina. Los desayunos tipo buffet tenían muchas cosas ricas y variadas. Personal con trato correcto.
Cons: La ducha no se regulaba bien y de pronto quemaba, había que tener cuidado. La ubicación está bien para andar pero cuesta llegar con las maletas.

The Riad Palais Des Princesses & Spa was an incredible place to stay in Marrakech! The Raid was beautiful, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable and luxurious. The location was also amazing, tucked away in a quiet side street right off of the main markets. They arranged for a porter to help bring our bags from where we were dropped off straight to the hotel so we did not have to lug our suitcases through the cobbled streets and arranged our transportation to the train station on our way out. Overall a fantastic stay that I would recommend to anyone!

La ubicación y el personal. El desayuno estaba también bien, tenia de todo y empezaba muy temprano.
Cons: Pedimos una habitación silenciosa y nos dieron una en el ultimo piso a la entrada de la terraza donde subía gente hasta bastante tarde. Los aires acondicionados de las otras habitaciones se oían constantemente durante toda la noche. La habitación era pequeña y en el baño no cabíamos los dos juntos si uno no estaba en la ducha.

This hotel treats guests like royalty, all staff are very warm and welcoming. One small gesture we really appreciated was the mint tea given to us on arrival and the short tour of the interior of property which has a stunning interior design, reminiscant of a Riad of a sultan. The room is cosy, private and comfortable. We loved the breakfast which offers so much choice with small changes each day.

Everyone working in the hotel were very professional, polite and you could feel that they were there to assist us. The breakfast was awesome with a variety of different food. We chose the riad based on the location in the Medina, but it was very quiet and peaceful. The rooms were very beautifully decorated and made you feel you were in the old times.

Nella notte abbiamo sentito anche un topo squittire e c’erano dei gatti randagi all’interno della struttura.

Riad molto bello in posizione strategica a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza Jamaa El Fna. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione con croissant molto buoni. Struttura particolare con scale e passaggi. La camera ed il bagno erano grandi e in stile orientale. La pulizia era ottima. Quando abbiamo riservato non abbiamo notato che c'era la piscina e siamo rimasti sorpresi di vederla. Tuttavia è molto molto piccola, giusto per bagnarsi, ma è incredibile che ci sia.
Cons: Sia la camera che il bagno erano freddi. In bagno c'era una stufetta ma si surriscaldava e si spegneva quasi subito. Per noi il letto era scomodo perchè il materasso era molle, ma è una cosa personale, a qualcuno potrebbe piacere. Due cose migliorabili: sarebbe comodo avere un cestino anche in camera e non solo in bagno e il filo dell'asciuga capelli dovrebbe essere più lungo. Ogni volta che l'ho usato avevo paura di strappare il supporto dal muro e, pur avendo i capelli corti, ho fatto fatica ad asciugarli.

Het is een mooi Riad met vier binnentuinen en 1 zwembad. Alles is prachtig ingericht en het personeel is super vriendelijk. De locatie is perfect met veel goede restaurants in de buurt. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en heerlijk. We zaten in een zeer rustige kamer grenzend aan het dakterras. We hebben een spa behandeling gehad met een zeer goede massage van 30 minuten.

The location was easily accessible. The rooftop was the best part, it had lots of different areas with lounging chairs ready towels on them. The staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful. We had our first meal at the terrace, it was delicious but after waiting half an hour for someone to take our order i had to go downstairs to find someone. The whole riad smelled like an orange blossom grove.
Cons: The swimming pool was more like a large bathtub with curtains around it, not at all inviting with a strong smell of chlorine. The room was comfortable but had a spraying device in the shower that made noise every few minutes and kept me awake the first night. I asked for it to be removed but then had to put it out myself. The first morning i was woken up at 8am by the cleaning staff chatting in the courtyard. Everything could be heard, people talking, walking, arguing. There was very little privacy as the windows gave onto the internal courtyard, especially if one needed fresh air in the room. The rooms were humid and when it rained the courtyard was so slippery i nearly hurt myself badly as i slipped twice.

Exceelent location and exceptional staff. In house food was superb. Overall highly recommended and exleccent ambience. Hotel is short walk from most tourist attactions and restaurents in the old city.
Cons: Please make it claer that there is no motorable transport to the hotel as it is in the heart of old city. One has to walk 10 minutes from the car to reach the hotel which I found very pleasurable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We received a very warm welcome which included a tour of the hotel, information about the local area plus a pot of mint tea to sit and enjoy before being escorted to our room. Our room was quite small but was very comfortable and had everything we needed included hanging space, a fridge and a complimentary bottle of water. Breakfast was good - there was plenty of choice of hot and cold dishes which differed slightly each day. I wasn't quite sure about the hot dish of meatballs in tomato sauce as an option on one of the days but each to his own! I really liked the little pots of yogurt and panna cotta. You can order mint tea throughout the day and they do serve alcohol here but we didn't try any. With the sun shining, it was lovely to be able to sit out on the terrace - plenty of loungers for guests. We didn't use the indoor pool but we did have a hammam treatment which we would highly recommend. Location wise, this hotel is perfect. Situated a street away from the main thoroughfare in a quiet close, it's a short walk to the Jemaa el-Fna square, souks and restaurants etc. A really lovely hotel with a typically Moroccan courtyard layout and plenty of space to sit indoors or outside. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay here again should we be lucky enough to revisit Marrakech.
Cons: I can't really think of anything other than we struggled to close and lock our door, we had to give it a slam each time. The door is open to the elements as the room is on one of the terraces so maybe the wood had suffered from the weather.

Το δωμάτιο μας , τρίκλινο στο 2ο όροφο,ειχε άμεση πρόσβαση στην ταράτσα και ηταν πολυ φωτεινο. Απο τα παραθυρα εβλεπες το αιθριο και τον ουρανό κι αυτο ηταν κατι που το ζητούσαμε.Καλογουστη διακόσμηση. Είχε ένα διπλό και 2 μονα κρεβάτια αρκετά άνετο για 3 άτομα. Πολυ ωραία στρώματα και μαξιλάρια. Πεντακάθαρα όλα. Μπουρνούζια/ πετσέτες άλλαζαν καθημερινά.Το πρωινό πλούσιο σε μπουφέ με μικρές αλλαγές καθημερινά. Το να υπάρχει 24ωρες άνθρωπος στη ρεσεψιόν είναι χρήσιμο.Ενα βράδυ που δε μπορούσα να κοιμηθώ απο θόρυβο στην ταράτσα (ειχε κακοκαιρία) 3.30 τα ξημερώματα κατέβηκα να το πω κι αμέσως βγήκε στη βροχή ο άνθρωπος να βρει το πρόβλημα. Όσο για την τοποθεσία . Αριστη!! Ασφαλής!! Εύκολο να το βρεις!!
Cons: Επειδή είναι συγκρότημα απο ριαντ μπορει να φανεί λαβύρινθος. Επίσης δεν έχει τον κλασικό χώρο των ριαντ με την πισίνα ή συντριβάνι στο κέντρο, όπου μπορείς να κάτσεις γύρω σε τραπέζια ή καναπέδες.Η αλήθεια είναι οτι μου άρεσαν πιο πολυ τα μικρά παραδοσιακά ριαντ με αυτή τη διαμόρφωση , οπου σου σερβίρουν το πρωινό,κι όχι αυτή εδω που θυμιζε ξενοδοχείο. Οι φίλες μου βέβαια που δεν είχα ξαναέρθει Μαροκο δεν κατάλαβαν τη διαφορά. Το προσωπικό αν και ευγενικό βγάζει μια κούραση.

Abbiamo usufruito sia del servizio spa: hammam e massaggio rilassante, e la ragazza che si è presa cura di noi è stata bravissima ale professionale, sia del servizio transfer da e per l'aeroporto, anche questo perfetto e preciso. La stanza molto carina, dotata di ogni comfort: asciugacapelli, accappatoio, teli, e prodotti per la doccia. La colazione buona, varia, con una ottima fascia oraria: 7/11. La via pur essendo in una stradina secondaria è sicura e tranquilla perché ci sono molti riad e c'è sempre movimento a tutte le ore.

Our second stay as we loved it so much the first time though this time we had breakfast and massages which we enjoyed. The staff in particular were wonderful going the extra mile with luggage, calling a local trader on our behalf and organising milk and hot lemon honey drinks. Ein sehr schönes und liebevolles Riad in der Medina in mitten einer quirligen Umgebung (nur 5 min. zum Place Jemaa al Fna), in der wir uns jederzeit sehr sicher gefühlt haben. Öffnet sich die Tür an der unscheinbaren Fassade, gelangt man in eine völlig andere Welt - sehr ruhig, äußerst gepflegt und jedes Zimmer ist individuell - eben ein historisches Riad und kein "Ketten-Hotel'. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, immer freundlich und kümmert sich um die individuellen Wünsche. Trotz der Kälte mitten Januar ließ sich das Zimmer sehr gut heizen. Der Shuttle vom und zum Flughafen ist sehr empfehlenswert und hat (trotz unserer sehr frühen Flugzeiten) hervorragend geklappt.

The room was lovely. good AC that was great to come back to after a day in the Marrakech heat. The welcome was great. the reception staff was excellent. Welcome tea and tour is a great touch. Also the towels smelled amazing. And of course just a beautiful space.
Cons: the only thing that was a problem was that the shower didn't drain super well so the water pooled quite a bit. I'm particularly grossed out by this though so for other people it may not be a problem.

Cons: Although central the alley way to property wasn't the best. The property photos on booking.com are no reflection on the actual property. Which was covered with tacky plastic Christmas trees and tinsel on January 12th. Mismatched fairy light netting randomly hanging and spoiling any architecture. It was noisy. Reception would not assist with restaurant reservations before arrival. And once arrived told that the restaurants book up a few days before. Would not stay again. Especially with so many other beautiful roads were hospitality is exceptional at a low price

Best location few meters away from main place with access to 2 of the best streets from front and back of the Riad (access to the best restaurants and cafés of the Medina). Delicious, fresh and royal breakfast with plenty options! Beautiful and unique decorations in every connected Riad. Comfortable bed. Proper heater in room. Hot shower. Great massage and spa. Felt like a Princess in a Royal Palace. The cosy fireplace. Unbeatable price-quality. Will come back here 1000% when in Marrakesh! Cannot recommend enough!

Questo Riad nel cuore della medina, è meraviglioso. Abbiamo usufruito del loro servizio transfert dall areoporto al costo di 15 euro da pagare in contanti al momento dell arrivo in hotel. La nostra stanza era molto bella, ad accoglierci una bottiglia di acqua gratuita. La colazione ha sia dolce che salato, servita da delle cameriere molto gentili. Soprattutto Nouhaila è una ragazza che serve la colazione alla mattina che ci ha rapito il cuore!!!!Consigliamo a tutti questo Riad un vero paradiso.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel riad prima per tre notti, poi per altre due notti dopo il tour nel deserto. La camera della prima permanenza era si bellissima, ma con un problema di scarico acqua non indifferente, non risolto. Si sono però fatti perdonare ampiamente con l'attribuzione della camera successiva, che era ampia, ben pulita e curatissima. Pulizie, servizi e personale davvero eccezionali. La struttura si trova a due passi dalla piazza, per cui è centralissima e comodissima.

Its location is a hidden gem only minutes to the main square and start of the Souks and yet just far enough to be quiet when sleeping. We loved it so much we are coming back in three weeks after completing our tour around Morocco

Cons: Not the property itself , but more of an FYI for other travelers. You have to navigate narrow alleys to get to the riad. It can be scary for a first timer but after a while, you get used to it. I wouldn’t recommend it for a solo traveler.

Cons: El hotel está ya muy viejo, necesita reformas.Las camas están inservibles. El colchón está deformado y hundido. No hay quien duerma en ese colchón. Se lo dijimos al personal del hotel y nos cambiaron a otra habitación pensando que sería un colchón mas nuevo, pero era igual que el anterior. Se hundía tanto que acababas en el centro del colchón pegado a tu pareja, y la espalda destrozada. Muy incomodo. Está claro que son colchones muy viejos de hace años porque eso no es normal un colchón así. El hotel debería cerrar sus puertas y cambiar todos los colchones porque es la esencia de un hotel. Si la cama es mala todo lo demás ya no importa...La ducha muy incomoda, pequeña y no cambia de alto. el WC lo mismo, teníamos que entrar agachados. Tiene un metro y pico.

Cons: The Propery is very big but mostly hallways. It is super cold as we stayed during December. The draft is everywhere including the room. We stayed in Vizir which is top floor so very exposed. The breakfast was average and there is very little room in buffet as it is literaly in the halway so you are mixing with hotel passengers as you pick up your food. Food ran out fast and it took a while to arrive.

Everything was more than exceptional. All of their staff is amazing and very polite - thank you all for that. Simo and his co-worker Ahmed from the reception in my opinion are the best staff not only in Marrakesh. The atmosphere - from the fireplace in the entrance hall where they serve you local tea, to the rose petals in the fountains and the painted door of each room in this riad… Gosh I can’t describe it. Food - top quality. Our room was cleaned daily and the bed was more than comfortable. Even the bathroom was top notch with all the tiles inside. Pool was clean and warm and the Moroccan massage was very good. Me and my wife travel a lot and definitely recommend this riad.

Good location, welcoming staff, great property - walk out of the hustle & bustle & maniac moped-riders into an oasis of calm and quiet. Elegant courtyards and some narrow winding stairways - this is no ordinary western 'you could be anywhere' hotel. It's 4 houses combined so is spacious and a bit quirky, but definitely recommended.
Cons: Finding it the first time was not easy as the taxi had to drop outside the square, so it was about 500m walk along narrow alleys. Fine after the 1st time though. Possibly worth arranging for the Riad to meet you from the airport, so they can help you with luggage and directions.

Excellent staff, went above and beyond, They did everything from telling us where to visit, what time to visit, how much to pay for certain things, what to eat, where to eat, estimated taxi fares and more. On our check out day we had to leave very early and we were going to miss breakfast so they prepared us a breakfast with coffee in a thermos flask, juice, nuts, sweets and crepes and brough it to our room the nigh before. Everyday breakfast was excellent, staff were always smiling and ensuring comfort. I read all the negative reviews before writing this review so I must say it is clear that the people who wrote the 1-5 stars out of 10 reviews aren't people that travel much. As someone who travelled over 40 countries this was one of the best services I received. There were two guys in the reception who were a lot chipper than the other two but that is just personality difference and it did not effect the service they provided. The ladies n the kitchen and outside the kitchen during breakfast were excellent. Hammam ladies were lovely and the massage they gave was amazing.
Cons: This is an old historic sight like many places in Marrakesh. If they could make the windows sound proof without damaging the heritage it would be great. But honestly I am a very light sleeper and the "noise" didn't effect my partner at all. Mostly bird noise anyway.

This was one of the best hotels of my lifelong travels. Everything about the Riad was tasteful, spotlessly clean and welcoming. A log fire burned throughout the day where we were served many complimentary mint teas. The friendly welcome and the exceptional kindness of the staff was outstanding. A special mention goes to Vassire who tended to our every need and even walked us to our restaurant when we thought we might get lost in the maze of streets off the main square. Rustige Riad in het oude centrum. Er komt je iemand van het verblijf oppikken en begeleiden door het autovrije stadsdeel tot aan de receptie. Zeer handig en makkekijk! Vriendelijk personeel dat de tijd neemt voor het onthaal. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet Ruime kamers met handdoeken en badjassen die dagelijks ververst werden. Dames van de hammam en massage waren zeer vriendelijk en vrolijk Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf hier.

We had an amazing stay at this riad in Marrakech! The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful – every corner was full of charm and authentic Moroccan style. Breakfast was delicious and different every day, which made it even more special. The staff were extremely polite, kind, and always ready to help – they truly made us feel at home. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of the medina, close to everything. We were really impressed and would definitely recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Il personale dell'hotel è veramente eccezionale dai ragazzi della reception alle ragazze che servono la colazione, alle cuoche, tutti sono davvero professionali, disponibili, gentili, e anche simpatici. Ci hanno aiutato in tutto e hanno saputo trovare soluzioni per tutte le nostre richieste. La colazione è buona e offre piatti tipici marocchini ma anche i classici della colazione Continentale. La struttura è pulita e ordinata, e anche molto bella alla vista e molto profumata.
Cons: Unica pecca davvero importante è la rumorosità, vista la disposizione delle stanze e l'abitudine degli ospiti a non rispettare il silenzio la notte; per tutte le notti del mio soggiorno ho dovuto dormire con le cuffie della musica per addormentarmi ( e molte volte mi sono comunque svegliato durante il sonno)

Cons: ツアーで降ろされた広場からrue Riad Zitoun Kedimを通ってホテルにたどり着くまで、ガタガタ道をスーツケースを持って移動するのは大変でした。ホテルからの案内には電話するように書かれていましたが、国際電話をするのはハードルが高く、着いてからWhatsAppの番号があることを知ったので、先に教えてくれると良かったなと思いました。 ドライヤーをMAX風量で長時間使うと止まってしまい、少し休めるとまた使えますが注意が必要でした。

Atrasaram para nos buscar no aeroporto Pagamos caríssimo por um passeio privado, atrasaram, agendaram para as 5pm e falamos que atrapalharia para ver o pôr do sol mas eles falaram q era esse horário mesmo, no final foi uma correria, o guia/motorista estava mais perdido que nós. As fotos no booking enganam muito, a piscina é menor do que parece. Acredito que existam muitas opções melhores para se hospedar em Marraquech. Não recomendo

The Riad has about 48 rooms ( several houses joined) although it’s very quiet. Lovely peaceful and private roof terrace. The Riad is in a quiet safe location yet only a couple of minutes to the main areas. Lovely friendly staff. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Our room was a twin beautifully presented.
Cons: Narrow single bed but fine for us. No window in bathroom so a little damp smelling but that would not stop me from staying there again.

The 2 standouts in this riad are: The staff. The reception staff were particularly helpful and all staff that we interacted with were great ambassadors for the property. The expansive breakfast. Wow, what a choice, all beautifully presented and delicious.
Cons: Because of its size (40+ rooms), this riad attracts quite large tour groups. These groups tended to have early departures/late arrivals so, with the layout of riads, it did make it quite noisy. Further noise came from howling cats so, overall, we didn’t have the greatest nights sleep during our stay. Despite having a deluxe double room, there is very little storage and a lack of coat hangers in the room.

Si sentivano le donne delle pulizie che pulivano le altre stanze, le voci, le porte che si aprivano e chiudevano, i passi nelle stanze di sopra, insomma estremamente rumorosa. I letti, essendo una coppia abbiamo dovuto dormire in letti separati, piccoli e scomodi, erano duri come sassi, sembrava di dormire per terra.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Rate Riad Palais Des Princesses & Spa. The location was good, a short walk from the main areas. The Riad is lovely, clean and very attractive, and the staff is helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a variety of choices. The bedrooms were smaller that we would have liked, but we spent most of our time walking around so it was not a problem. We did not use the spa.

La posizione della riad è strategica per i vari punti di interesse da visitare. Vicinissima alla piazza principale e ciò nonostante veramente silenzioso e rilassante. Colazione e servizi davvero perfetti. Staff were helpful. The location is hidden in an alley near the main square so just a few mins walk. (You may need help to locate it) The room was small but adequate and had what I needed. There is a small pool, but I didn't use it because it is far from the sun loungers on the top floor. I chose to have breakfast in the main square.
Cons: I booked a pickup at the airport, they weren't there initially, I had to search for them for some time. When I did find them, I had to wait and share it with others even though I paid for a private transfer.

Property is really pretty with lots of courtyards and it has its own charm with the antique styles. Terrace is beautiful to chill with your partner or if you are visiting with couple of friends. Location is excellent with walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shops.
Cons: The property is old when it comes to rooms. It looks quite new in the pictures. We stayed at two roads and this was our second road and we could feel the difference. Also, we experienced the personal touch at another riad when it came to breakfast.

J’ai passé un bon séjour dans ce riad au cadre paisible. L’emplacement est parfait, le personnel très accueillant et le lieu d’un grand calme.
Cons: Aucun point négatif, peut-être simplement l’idée d’aménager un petit coin bar sur la terrasse pour rendre le lieu encore plus agréable.

The location was excellent and very close to the center of the action. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleopatra/Mimi the cat was very friendly and made us feel at home. The upper lounge area was nice. There were excellent food choices within a short walk.
Cons: The bathroom was very cramped and I hit my head on the low ceiling every time I went to the bathroom. The bed mattress was hard and a bit uncomfortable. The shower did not have doors and the bathroom floor got wet every time we showered.

The riad could not be better situated: steps away from the Jemaa al Fna square and from the Koutoubia tower. The staff was kind and warm, always ready to help. The building is gorgeous, full of little charming details and beautiful corners.
Cons: The only small issue we had was that the mini-fridge in the room did not cool properly - but we never told the front desk, so I can’t really complain.

We really liked the location, it was very very close to Jema El Fna, the staff was very nice and friendly, the spa girls were very sweet. The common area and the decor are very elegant.
Cons: The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear people passing and speaking loud, the room has very limited outlets and you have to unplug the lights to charge your phone, the bed is very small, our feet were out of the bed at night. Every time we put the "please clean my room" sign, the room was never actually clean. I could see hairs on the floor. The breakfast cost 15€ per person and it was definitely not worth it. We had requested a late check out months before arriving because our flight was very late at night, they said they'd let us know at the day of check out. We asked them multiple times during our stay and they said they'd let us know on the check out day. They could at least tell us 1 day before so we could book another room. They definitely knew if they had availability 1 day before the check out. It's inhuman to tell us in the morning of check out. We had to make our suitcases fast, book another hotel and all this stress of not knowing if you have to pack or not is unnecessary.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Everything about this Riad was amazing. The location was really good too, it was easy to go around the old town and the various attraction spots. We had a very cosy and clean room, equipped with very comfortable beds. The breakfast offered was sumptuous. And most importantly, the staff were attentive, friendly and they truly made us feel welcomed throughout our stay in Marrakesh. If we come back for a visit again, this would be our choice of stay. A nossa experiência no Riad Palais des Princesses & Spa foi absolutamente memorável. Desde o momento da chegada, fomos recebidos com hospitalidade calorosa e profissionalismo. A decoração é encantadora e os aromas suaves já indicavam que estávamos num verdadeiro oásis dentro da movimentada medina. O riad é lindíssimo, com uma atmosfera autêntica, rica em detalhes marroquinos. A localização não poderia ser melhor – apenas a poucos minutos a pé da Praça Jemaa el-Fna, o que facilitou muito os passeios a pé pela cidade. O quarto estava sempre limpo, bem decorado e confortável. O pequeno-almoço superou as expectativas, variado, fresco e muito saboroso, com uma boa combinação de opções locais e internacionais. Um agradecimento ao staff, a Nohala sempre prestável e muito simpática. No geral, recomendamos fortemente este riad para quem procura conforto, charme e uma localização excelente em Marrakesh. Voltaremos com certeza!

La decoración es inmejorable, pero esto es superado por la inigualable atención y hospitalidad del personal de todo el lugar, desde la recepción que reciben encantadoramente hasta el servicio de limpieza, sin dejar de mencionar el personal del comedor de desayunos. Todos ellos se preocupan de que la estancia sea inolvidable. Es un alojamiento muy limpio, con aromas de esencias y de rosas La habitación es amplia i sin ruidos, con buena conexión wifi. El desayuno es muy completo y muy bien atendido. Es más que una Riad, en que el personal la convierte en un palacio.

Recomendo esta riad, pela sua beleza, requinte , se voltar a Marraquexe ficarei de certeza nesta riad. Muito obrigado pela vossa amabilidade e saber receber.

La atención de todo el personal del Riad, la tranquilidad y lo bonito que era todo. El desayuno estaba muy bueno y los camareros estaban muy atentos, Nohayla siempre nos recibía con una sonrisa y con el café en la mesa. Reservamos el taxi de vuelta al aeropuerto con el Riad y el hombre nos acompañó hasta el taxi y nos llevó las maletas.

Alojamiento a tres minutos de la Plaza Jemaa. El personal es excelente, siempre atento a cada detalle para que nuestra estancia fuese lo más cómoda posible. Vinieron a recogernos al aeropuerto, lo cual nos facilitó muchísimo tanto la llegada como el regreso a casa. El personal de limpieza es increíble: cada vez que volvíamos encontrábamos la habitación impecable. El aire acondicionado enfría muy bien, algo muy agradable teniendo en cuenta el calor que hace en agosto.

Me encantó absolutamente todo, el lugar es demasiado hermoso, los conserjes son súper amables y te explican todo, al llegar te hacen un tour por el lugar ya que es grande y también te explican los lugares para visitar en Marrakech. No me costó llegar, llegué muy fácil pero sino el lugar tiene un servicio en donde te acompañan hasta el Riad si no estás muy orientado. La experiencia del Hammam es excelente. La limpieza es absoluta, y además mi vuelo salía muy tarde así que después del check out me dejaron estar en el lugar y utilizar todas las instalaciones. Definitivamente es un lugar al que volveré, es un lugar para reservar sin dudarlo.
