Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Smaczne śniadanie. Przytulny pokój.
Cons: Trudne do znalezienia, głęboko w bramie. Śniadanie dopiero od 8:30, co gryzie się z wczesnymi planami wyjścia. Bateria prysznicowa trudna do wyregulowania i zalewającą łazienkę i pokój.

Nothing, except fairly central location
Cons: While I had informed them that I would arrive at 8 am after a long flight from Atlanta, it took 15’ for someone to unlock the door. No room available until 12 noon, even though there were empty rooms. The bed, a mattress straight onto the floor, got tightly against the walls. I had to climb on it from its end. To sit on the toilet was difficult, stuck against the wall. The room was so small, no windows. Breakfast: stale bread and chocolate croissant … days old. Very unpleasant experience. They also charge me €5 extra and refused to give me a receipt.

Great location, 2 minutes to the main square and although very close to the very busy souk it is very calm and peaceful. Lovely terrace where breakfast is served and the riad is very authentic and well furnished. My room was on the ground floor and although small has all you need with a very comfortable bed. The small bathroom does get a bit of a soaking when you take a shower but nothing to put you off. As others have mentioned the breakfast was very small but the coffee is good.
Cons: Nothing to dislike, it's good value.

Nice roof space and adequate space in room for three - could have been fine die four too. Beds comfy and good hot water
Cons: The breakfast was very basic and everywhere else we stayed we also had eggs, mint tea. We are also use to refills for mint tea/ coffee. Most places have also offered a yogurt for my child. Again where we have stayed before we have been able to get mint tea when we come back to the property. Internet a bit weak

The rooftop patio was nice. The riad looks better during daytime as there is more natural light. It was generally quiet at night.
Cons: There was no wifi, the qr code did not work. Nor did the code work for whatsapp so there was no way to contact the staff (nobody at reception the whole day). I needed to contact them as it was cold and there were no blankets in the room. The place was also difficult to find, down a dark alleyway and when i got there it was quite gloomy inside (dull lighting). Nor could you pay with a card, only cash and preferably in euro. I expected better.

Clean and nice Riad
Cons: There was no one there. A cleaning lady open us who speaks only French. She wasn’t very friendly. Gave us the key and left. We stayed at the ground floor where at the afternoon there were a lot of people talking loudly. The riad was in the automatic pilot as there is no owner there not some one who works there all the time. There are no silent hours. The same group of people returned at 00:00 and woke us up . Also the Riad inside is old. Everything wasn’t working properly, the doors don’t close down. We couldn’t relax. Not a friendly place to stay.

Well decorated, clean, comfortable and value for money Riad, especially if you're looking to stay for a short period. Breakfast on the terrace is an amazing touch, and the girls who run the riad are friendly and helpful. They couldn't speak English but we were still able to communicate. Overall recommend if you're looking for a comfortable, value for money stay in the heart of the Medina.
Cons: We had an issue at check in due to timing and some delays, and it was inconvenient as we were traveling from Fes by train after a long journey. However we understand it was a one off issue and they apologized for it.

The balcony/rooftop was a nice area.
Cons: The location is around a dark corner at the end of an alley where people dump their garbage and drug peddlers try to sell their stuff. The hostess cannot understand English. The filters in the air conditioner in our room have not been cleaned in 10 years, mouse droppings on the shelves, and the coffee was really bad. I will not go back there.

I stayed here a couple of days after the earthquake and I really appreciated the clear communication about the situation. The riad is unharmed, and I had a lovely stay. My room was actually very tiny, but it was nicely decorated and for the time I spent there, it was okay. It was clean, with a super comfortable bed, and a tiny but clean bathroom. The breakfast was lovely on the rooftop terrace, delicious big portions, always fresh. The wifi was sometimes a bit slow or unavailable in my room, but worked for what I needed it in the patio and on the terrace. The staff is super kind, was easy to book tours (a bit on the expensive side, but I was happy to spend a bit more after the earthquake) and I could also leave my backpack for the full day after check-out, as I went on a full day tour and moved to another place after. I liked the location as I like the center of the medina, and compared to where it is located, my room was extremely silent. They offer to walk you to the door from the main square - if you agree on your exact arrival time. I had no problem finding the riad by myself, but some guests had different experiences.
Cons: Mind, that there is no permanent reception at the riad, so it is useful to agree in advance when exactly you arrive, so that they can wait for you. It was a bit of a confusion about my arrival time, so when I arrived 9 in the evening, I could not enter. I had no way of contacting them (no internet, no phone reception), but luckily a neigbour helped out, and the staff was very kind and apologetic after. No harm was done.

The place is in a great location. While it is in the medina, the place was surprising quiet. The rooftop was awesome. Great place to have morning breakfast and wonderful way to end the night in the evening. The hostess was absolutely marvelous. She helped arrange a private cooking lesson at the riad and the cook and associate was so fun and really made our time so enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place and will be back.

What can I say? Everything almost was perfect. Amazing location, 1 min by walk from the big square (jamaa lafna) and super close to restaurants, shops etc. The riad was very clean and quiet, and the breakfast on the terrace was probably the best part of our staying.
Cons: Out room (ground floor) was very dark and the staff forgot to gave us toilet paper on our last evening. We couldn’t asked for more because no one was there in the evening. But it’s not a big deal.

Very good location. The central market is very close, but the accommodation is very quiet. A real "riad" feeling. Daily cleaning, daily towel change. Breakfast is hot, fresh and delicious. Milk, coffee, tea, freshly squeezed orange juice. Local baked goods, partly heated on site. Butter, jam, olives.
Cons: The only negative is the bathroom. Very worn out. Old saniters. You should give it a thumbs up. It didn't feel good to use. At dawn (04 am-06 am) rooster crows... It's a matter of habit.

The location was in the heart of the Medina. The staff were friendly and very helpful (language limitations permitting, on both sides) even as I arrived very late due to a delayed flight.
Cons: The bed was extremely firm, even after the attentive staff improved it. (although beds in Morroco are generally very firm by most European standards, I think). The riad was difficult to find, being hidden at the end of a long, narrow and dark alleyway.

Staff : Jamila and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location : the Riad is very close to Jamaa Lefna Square and the main spots of Marrakech. The rooftop : well decorated and maintainted.
Cons: The main thing we were displeased with is the room we've chosen, it was downstairs very small and suffocating (I thank Jamila once again for trying to let more air in by opening up the roof curtains). Also, I should join the comments about the mattress, it was indeed very hard.

Cons: There were no hangers and wardrobe in the quadraple room.It was difficult to dress from the luggage and just hanged our clothes on the steps rail. Some hangers would really help. Close to the square. Silent and dark
Cons: Extremely uncomfortable beds, really hard mattress. They have the location wrong ON PURPOSE on Google maps. It's not bad, 5 min from the square, but difficult to find the first time, not signaled, no indication beforehand. Next to Riad Hibiscus. Expensive transfer from airport that leaves you far away and they transferred us to a walking carrier who wanted to charge us 5 more, same as a 10e taxi. Toilet flushed poorly, water tap loose, shower all over the place, air conditioning half working. The staff told us to sleep on top a couch, without any sheets, we had to insist. No receipt of payment.

Cons: The property is quite hard to find. You have to follow Google Maps until you end up at Riad Hibiscus but then go straight till the end of the path where you have to turn right (it doesn’t look like you’re right) the entrance is right behind a low hole in the wall.
