Cons: Notre séjour a été très décevant. Il n’y avait pas de serviettes de bain dans la chambre, et malgré notre demande, le personnel (surtout celui de nuit) n’a pas été aimable ni serviable. Les toilettes n’étaient pas propres, les meubles sont vieux , et il y avait beaucoup de bruit, ce qui a rendu la nuit très désagréable. Cet hôtel aurait vraiment besoin d’une meilleure gestion et d’un vrai effort sur la propreté et l’accueil des clients.

Cons: La première nuit, je n’ai pas pu dormir à cause du bruit des véhicules qui passaient. La chambre n’était pas terrible et les fenêtres n’étaient pas à double vitrage. Le lendemain, j’ai dû demander un changement à la réception, et finalement, j’ai obtenu une autre chambre plutôt correcte, avec beaucoup moins de bruit.

Cons: First of all the recepisionist wasn’t there for about 20 minutes and i wasn’t the only one waiting there and once their he said that he didn’t receive my reservation eventhought the reservation was paid and i show him all the receipts Thanks to the customer service the problem was solved because the hostel refused eventhought i had all the confirmation emails and he was called by the customer service I had to stay more than 1hour waiting his boss to come so she can check if i really did a reservation but i couldn’t stay in such a hostel the customer service recommended to check in another hostel which i don’t regret at all

Cons: As soon as I entered the room, I immediately noticed a strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. The window is set far too low and is dangerous: if you’re not careful, there’s a real risk of falling. Considering that the room is on the fifth floor (+1 ground floor of about 3 meters), safety should be a top priority. At reception I was told that breakfast was served from 7:00 to 10:30. I went down at 7:30, but was told it only started at 8:00, and indeed the dining room wasn’t ready. When I finally had breakfast, the offer was really poor: food was served in limited portions, already counted and placed on the plate, with no option for choice or abundance. I asked for a complete set of towels, but was only given a bath towel, with the explanation that a single room includes only this. The staff, however, proved to be polite, courteous, and cooperative. As for the structure, the value for money is not adequate: • The doors need fixing, especially after the lock replacements. • The elevator has issues: the screen doesn’t work properly and the buttons often don’t respond. • The bathrooms urgently need renovation: apart from the old furniture, they give off a bad smell and are not functional. • The furniture and style are outdated. In summary, the helpfulness of the staff is not enough to make up for the serious structural shortcomings, and the quality of breakfast is very disappointing.

Cons: Très mauvais service, le réceptionniste me laisse jusqu’au checking pour m’informer que les climatiseurs ne fonctionnent pas dans ma chambre sachant que je suis arrivé a 1h du matin ce qui m’a laissé dans une situation très serrée et sans me suggérer de solutions. le service de l’hôtel ne mérite même pas un sur dix, les propriétaires de l’hôtel doivent reconsidérer ceux chargés de l’accueil a l’hôtel .

Cons: Ayant un imprévu le lendemain matin je devais partir avant l'heure du petit déjeuner, je leur ai fait la demande de déjeuner avant l'heure (7h à la place de 8h). On a accepté ma demande sur internet et redis lors de mon arrivé à la réception et affirmé encore. Mais une fois le matin sur place on m'a dit que c'était impossible, je suis donc parti sans avoir déjeuné et en l'ayant payé

Cons: Dans la chambre sous le lit, il y avait un vieux morceau de couverture noire assez suspect.El quant à la douche,c'était bouché, donc je n'ai pas pu me rincer car l'eau a débordé et pouvait causer une inondation. La glace arrache du mur et le lavabo est en très mauvais état ainsi qu'une poubelle cassée.Je pense que pour la renommée d'un bon hôtel, il y a quelques petits travaux à envisager.

Cons: Nous avons réservé avant midi une chambre double sur Booking et nous avons envoyé un message que nous voulions bien une chambre propre et calme, à notre arrivée vers 16h30 on nous donne des clés d'une chambre qu'elle n'a pas été faite par le service de ménage (sale, reste de nourriture des précédents clients...) , nous avons prévenu le monsieur à la réception pour nous trouver une solution sachant qu'on était vraiment très fatigué après un long voyage , le monsieur nous demande d'attendre et que la femme de ménage va passer et nous étions compréhensifs malgré la fatigue, nous sommes restés plus qu'une demi heure mais la femme de ménage n'est toujours pas là, on était obligé de demander un remboursement et aller chercher ailleur .

La habitación era grande y con buenas vistas. Tenía aire acondicionado. Espacio suficiente para tres o cuatro personas.

Solo nos dieron una toalla grande para tres personas. Tuvimos que pedir más y solo nos dieron dos toallas más para los 4 días que estuvimos con ellos. El agua de la ducha no tenía nada de presión, era difícil lavarte bien el pelo. Al llover, la ventana no cerrada bien y se nos inundó la habitación. La tuvimos que fregar nosotros. Lo peor fueron las camas y almohadas, extremadamente duras. Todos nosotros estuvimos con dolores de cabeza muy fuertes por culpa del colchon y almohada. Tampoco nos pudimos bañar en la piscina. Nos resultó muy incómodo ya que se encuentra literalmente en la recepción y te ven des de la calle. No puedes bañarte en bikini ya que no está bien visto para la población. Reservamos este hotel por su piscina y finalmente no pudimos usarla. Francamente decepcionante.

Ho chiesto di cambiare la camera e lui mi ha detto che era l'ultima camera rimasta dell'hotel che non è vero perché sono uscita per cercare una stanza in un altro albergo, e ne ho trovata una all'Hotel les Ambassadeurs, dove ho trascorso il resto della notte il 18/19, e quando sono tornata a ritirare la mia valigia all'Hotel Hadna, mi hanno offerto il trasferimento, mi hanno trasferito in un'altra stanza, che è quella che ho visto nelle foto, ma era già tardi, prima di tutto non sono stati onesti e si sono comportati molto male con me e poi ho pagato una stanza a hotel Les ambassadeuts, mi ha costato di piu ma ero molto soddisfatta e era oltre le mie aspettativi, accoglienza del staff e stanza profumata, 7 belle asciugamani, fono, saponetta, gel douche, shampoo, aria condizionata, frego, tv, 4 cuscini e belli mobili..
