Prachtige riad en enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Rustig gelegen en direct in de stad.

Cons: Koel op de kamer die nogal smalletjes is (wellicht eigen aan deze verblijven?). Bij aankomst tagine besteld en die had een beetje te lang op gestaan.Geen gedetailleerde afrekening bij vertrek en pas na aandringen met de creditcard kunnen betalen (hoge kosten bij afhalen geld aan bankautomaat).

Cons: Manque de chauffage autant dans les chambres que pour les petits déjeuner sur les terrasses , l’isolation pas top, espace porte de salle de bain ( très froid pour se doucher 😭 Pas de possibilités de prendre le petit déjeuner avant 8h30, c’est un problème car les départs pour les activités sont à 8h, et le petit déjeuner est compris avec le prix de la chambre , nous avons profité que de un petit déjeuner sur 3🙃

We stayed here for my boyfriend’s birthday and we cannot recommend it enough. Reda and Momo were exceptional in every way—nothing was ever too much to ask. Despite the central location, the place was wonderfully quiet, and the cleanliness was outstanding. Breakfast was lovely, and waking up to enjoy coffee on the rooftop terrace was just amazing. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be back

Cons: We didn’t have a fridge, which is a bit unusual, but we also didn’t request one—I’m sure they would have provided it if we had asked.

Location. It was interesting walking through the neighbourhoods to get to the centre. Breakfast was kept interesting with a little change every day. Once the lights were off, it got really dark in the room which was perfect for sleep. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Moumou, Sarah, and the other young man whose name I cannot remember...choukran. I would stay there again.

Cons: The bathroom floor was flooding every time I took a shower(single room). Drainage issues as there was also a slight unpleasant smell from the drains. Something I believe they're aware of as there was some fragrance diffuser in the bathroom to possibly distract from the smell. Hopefully they fix it. It got cold in the night and the beddings were insufficient. Might be a good idea to have an extra sheet or thicker duvet for the colder nights. I found the pillows very hard and thick to lay on all night.

Inizio dallo staff , Mohamed e Meda che gestiscono il Riad assecondando tutte le nostre richieste , super cordiali , ci hanno trattati benissimo , ci hanno offerto the a tutte le ore del giorno . Educatissimi e rispettosissimi. Il proprietario gentilissimo , una persona a modo . La struttura magnifica, super pulita , abbiamo alloggiato per una settimana e avevamo tutti i comfort possibili . La colazione tipica marocchina strepitosa e completa che si avvicinava alla cucina italiana . Qualsiasi richiesta anche per il cibo veniva assecondata . La posiziona era strategica , non in pieno centro della caotica Medina , ma alle spalle . In modo da raggiungerlo senza attraversare i viali apparentemente pericolosi , si trova quasi su strada . Le guide potevano lasciarci fuori il Riad per la zona era accessibile . Ci tornerei altre 100 volte solo per vivere il comfort della struttura.

Nuestra experiencia en el riad fue muy positiva. La relación calidad-precio valió totalmente la pena. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y el personal fue súper atento en todo momento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Además, el riad cuenta con una terraza amplia y muy agradable para relajarse.

Cons: Lo único que podría mejorar es que pasamos un poco de frío durante la noche, pero por lo demás la estancia fue muy buena. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

At first, the riad seems charming and the staff appear friendly. The location and atmosphere have potential.

Cons: Unfortunately, after the first day, the experience turned disappointing. The place is overpriced, from the airport taxi to the hammam (charging more than double for these services compared to other riads). The staff’s behavior was often unprofessional and loud, they were frequently hanging out by the pool, watching movies without headphones, talking on the phone on speaker and even sleeping on guest benches next to the pool at night. They repeatedly asked guests to be quiet during normal hours, yet were noisy themselves late at night. The pool was dirty, the breakfast poor and not vegetarian friendly, on top of that the bathroom smelled of sewage. Overall, it was not a relaxing stay, which was disappointing given the price and first impression.

We had a wonderful stay in the Road. So beautiful inside we loved the tiling and decor. Our room was on the ground floor, spacious and very clean with a big comfortable bed. The balcony was lovely to relax on and see the rooftop views, especially early in the morning for sunrise! The staff were lovely and attentive and made us a great breakfast every morning. It is in a great location, easy walk to the centre and Souks but quieter area. The Riad was a calm place to come back to after the busyness of the Souks. Highly recommend!

Nuestra estancia en este Riad fue excepcional, desde nuestra llegada hasta la despedida. El personal (Momo, Sara, Salma y Miguel) fueron increíblemente amables, cuidando en todo momento los detalles. Si estás dudando en si alojarte aquí, definitivamente HAZLO! No te arrepentirás. Cada rincón del Riad está cuidado con todo lujo de detalles, la azotea es espectacular, la zona de abajo es preciosa, las habitaciones son una pasada de bonitas… no puedo poner un solo pero a toda mi estancia. Volvería a marrakech solo por estar unos días allí sin necesidad de salir. Una de las noches cenamos en el Riad y la comida fue la mejor que comimos en todo el viaje. Destacar también el Desayuno, el mejor que he comido en mi vida, completísimo, todo casero, estaba increíble. Las gatitas… me robaron una parte de mi corazon. Me hubiera llevado a las dos a casa conmigo ♥️ Muy cerca de la Medina, la zona de alrededor es muy segura, no hay problema por caminar por donde quieras. GRACIAS POR HACER DE NUESTRO VIAJE ALGO INOLVIDABLE. Además volví prometida 💍 así que jamás olvidaré este viaje.

The Riad is a lovely quiet sanctuary, providing a calm and relaxing place to stay in the busy city of Marrakesh. The Riad is slightly outside the medina and souks (about a 10 minute walk) which is nice because it is a quiet area to come back to in the evening. The staff are so lovely and accommodating they help with anything we need and the breakfast is great! I would 100% recommend this place

We were initially pleased with the appearance of the Riad and the warm welcome from staff upon arrival. However, by the second day, we noticed a decline in the quality of service, particularly with the food, which became noticeably less consistent. The two male staff members were frequently seen sitting around the pool watching Netflix during the day. Interestingly, their demeanour would noticeably change whenever a senior figure (presumably the owner) was present, only to revert back once they had left. We were also surprised to be charged significantly above local rates for basic items such as bottled water and soft drinks. Despite repeated requests, clean towels were not consistently provided in our room. Unfortunately, the most serious concern arose at the end of our stay. After handing over my bank card for payment, I later discovered that the card had been cloned and used fraudulently while I was en route home. Thankfully, my bank intervened and blocked the transactions. This incident completely overshadowed our experience. Additionally, we were disturbed at night by loud conversations, as the same male staff appeared to sleep in the pool area and hosted friends late into the evening. Overall, what began as a promising stay was ultimately marred by poor service, questionable practices, and a serious breach of trust.

The facilities and staff are excellent and the property is in a great location. Breakfast is wonderful as is the services provided by every member of staff throughout the day. The service is so personal from free tea, coffee and water being offered while guests soak up the sun in the many outdoor areas to giving help and information to ensure guests can make the most of their holiday.

The road is in a great location, for two girls travelling together it's perfect as we could get taxis to drop us off right outside which came in useful a bunch of times. The room was gorgeous, the staff cleaned them well everyday and the bed was very comfortable too. The wifi was easily accessible all over the riad, even on the rooftop which was a lovely spot to relax in and get some sun. The staff were incredibly nice always accommodating and helpful and organised taxis to collect us and take us back to the airport, also shoutout to the raid cats, they're adorable pets.

I recently stayed at Riad Vilamoura & Spa in Marrakech and had an unforgettable experience. Tucked away from the bustle of the city, this riad is a true oasis of calm and comfort. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed — from booking taxis to recommending local spots. The riad itself is beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style, with stunning details, lush greenery, and a peaceful courtyard pool. Our room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully furnished. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, with a lovely variety of fruit, pastries, eggs, and Moroccan specialties. Although the riad is about 25 minute walk from the centre of the medina, the peaceful surroundings more than made up for it. Overall, Riad Vilamoura & Spa is a hidden gem. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to combine relaxation with the magic of Marrakech.

Cons: One small note — the bed was quite firm, which might not suit everyone. Personally, we prefer a softer mattress, but I know others may find it perfectly comfortable.

Fab Riad, the staff were so lovely and we were glad to book our pick-up from the airport to get taken right to the door. The location is great right in the medina and no more than a 30 minute walk from all the main sights, most within 20 minutes. Also great restaurants all within about 5-20 minute walk. The owners were also lovely and helped us book a taxi to a restaurant further away with ease. The place is so pretty and feels like a lovely oasis in the bustling city. The breakfast was also lovely and we were thrilled it was automatically vegetarian, and varied slightly each day to make it interesting. The rooftop is also lovely and again at night is a welcome place to relax after a busy day. Would love to come back!

Cons: The room was a little small and there was only a curtain for the toilet door but it really didn’t bother us!

Beautiful Riad near the edge of the Medina old town, so vehicles able to get close for drop off or pick up. Clean and peaceful once indoors and lovely roof terrace to relax. The lovely staff couldn't be nicer if more helpful.

The Riad is beautiful, very quiet and relaxing, with a wonderful terrasse. The staff are so lovely and attentive, and helped us to wash a set of clothes, ordering taxis and printing out bus/airport tickets. Breakfast is great. Compared to other Riads we stayed at, this one is quite small and "familiar"- which can be a plus or a minus depending on your preferences!

Cons: When booking the cheapest room, you may be surprised by its relatively small size. If you plan on enjoying the room you may want to get one of their bigger options. It takes about 12 minutes by foot to get to the center of the Medina. We never felt unsafe and every one around us was always very friendly, but if you're a bit of a nervous traveller you may want to stay right in the middle of the touristy center.

It is set in the north part of the medina, next to a jammed noisy street, but the Riad is quiet, clean, safe and beautiful. The young boys and girls who are managing the place are extremely helpful. They change our towels every day.

Cons: The place is a bit pricey compared to other riads for no reason and something is missing in terms of vibe, but it is difficult to say what... Maybe they need only an experienced manager to bring the place to the next level.

Lovely little riad with small but tidy and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff, good filling breakfast with endless tea and coffee. Location strikes a good balance between waking distance to the Medina and other Marrakesh attractions while also being easy to find and accessible by car for pick up and drop off for trips/when arriving or leaving with luggage.

Cons: Small rooms but that was expected, beds were quite firm but that's personal taste.

We stayed there for 2 nights.We really enjoyed the ambience.The staffs were really helpful,friendly and informative specially Mohammed with a lovely smile.Most of the attractions were nearby or with good communication. We had a lovely breakfast on the rooftop. Overall it was a very wonderful experience with Riad Vilamoura and spa.

Cons: But we had a minor issue. The shower area was flooded as it was clogged. But they fixed it as soon as we informed them.

The property matched with the photos on the listing. It is a new property so doesn’t real feel like a ‘traditional Riad’ though some design elements have been borrowed to make it feel authentic. The location is decent. Close enough to the medina, a tad bit difficult to get back walking later in the evening once the medina shuts down. Staff is friendly and takes care of you.

Cons: The rooms are tiny and it made our night stay a tad inconvenient. The bathroom didn’t have a door, just a curtain. Would have expected a slightly larger room and a bathroom door for this price point. Breakfast is decent. Coffee is average and the orange juice out of a carton in a country that has freshly squeezed orange juice around every corner.

We loved Riad Vilamoura. It is set back from the road down an alley which was well lit and felt very safe. The souks and other places of interest, are just a short walk away, yet as soon as you were inside the Riad, the noise of the Medina disappeared. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water at all times. Both air con and heating were available. The roof terrace was a quiet, calm oasis with just the noise of bird song. We spent time sitting in the sun - such a bonus in January, playing games and relaxing when we weren't out exploring. Breakfast was just right with tea or coffee, an omelette with meat and cheese, fruit and yoghurt and different breads. The mint tea was the best we had in Marrakech. The team were so hospitable and friendly. Whilst we didn't need any tours or transfers as we'd already booked these, they could help with these if needed. I just wish we'd had time to try the spa facilities. If we return to Marrakech we'll definitely stay at Riad Vilamoura. Thank you Miguel and team - we absolutely loved your Riad.

They were very helpful in making suggestions for food, helped us print our boarding passes, provided a wonderful breakfast before an early excursion and arranged a private Hammam at the Riad. It was a 10min walk from the square, soucks nearby and some restaurants so it’s a great location. Very quiet there which we really liked. We were welcomed with tea & biscuits upon arrival. There’s a rooftop terrace where we had dinner (and drinks). Beds really comfy. Breakfast was served near the pool. We went on 2 day trips and staff made us breakfast earlier than the breakfast times. Breakfast was really delish 😊. They also arranged taxis for us and made reservations at a nearby restaurant. Staff are super friendly and they went out their way to make us feel comfortable and always there to help.

We really recommend the Riad. The location is approx. 15 minutes walking from the place. It is really quiet, however the rooms are light to hear like in every Riad. Very delicious and various breakfast on the Rooftop or next to the Pool. Thanks to Miguel and Mohammed for the excellent Service.

Cons: Sometimes there is a bit of a sewage smell in the bathroom and it could be warmer in the rooms otherwise everything was perfect :)

beautiful riad in Marrakech, just steps away from the Souks, and it was an unforgettable experience. Bathroom newly renovated and clean. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I even needed the doctor one day and they offered to schedule and coordinate everything for me. Every morning, I was greeted with a delicious, complimentary breakfast that made for the perfect start to my day. The riad itself is stunning—every corner is so beautifully designed, it’s an Instagram dream! Whether you're lounging in the courtyard or relaxing on the rooftop terrace, you'll find plenty of spots to capture gorgeous photos. Hammam and massage are a must. If you don’t do it, you will regret !! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Marrakech!

Cons: Beds were not uncomfortable but could be a bit more soft for my liking, but some people like my dad enjoy the firm bed so is up to you !

This riad is one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed at! It looks even better in real life than the pictures. The rooms were very nice and got cleaned every day. The pool and rooftop are stunning and great for chilling after a morning of exploring the medina. The staff and owners are the friendliest and most hospitable people we met in Marrakech. Every time we arrived in the main atrium area, we got offered coffee(which tasted really nice) or Moroccan tea. They really tend to your every need. I stayed at the riad for 9 nights, for a congress and a holiday. When I needed to leave early and out of regular breakfast times, Mohammed made sure he had a breakfast ready for me no matter the time. Breakfast was great, fresh and extensive by the way. The riad also offers services regarding private taxis and excursions, which I both used. Never was anything a problem, it was all taken care of with a smile at any time of the day. Practically, the riad is at a great location. The street for the riad is attached to a road where cars can pass through, which makes it very safe to travel from as a woman travelling alone. The taxi can simply drop you off right in front of the riad’s street, 50 meters from the riad. It’s nice and quiet, no sounds from the city, while the medina is less than 5 minutes of walking distance. Furthermore (but not unimportant for travellers that are not morning people), the riad is not very close to a mosque, so the early morning prayers don’t wake you up. The riad also has nice drinks and wine. Lastly, I happened to have my birthday during this trip and my sister had secretly contacted the riad. Together they organised an amazing birthday cake and an authentic Moroccan music band for me as a celebration! It was such an amazing experience that I will remember dearly. I have nothing negative to say about this riad, I really hope to find myself in Marrakech again someday so I can visit this place once more!

Riad Vilamoura is an Incredible place, loved everything about it. Very clean, beautifully decorated with authentic Marocco style, plenty of natural light everywhere, the pool with vibrant colors is perfect to cool down after a day of exploring. Staff is exceptionally friendly, spoke multiple languages and very helpful with everything, from where to get the best deals when shopping, to best authentic restaurants and places to visit, they'll also help you book standard tours and offer their own private tours practically anywhere you want to go. The in-house hammam and massage experience was super relaxing and helped regenerate after tiresome exploration. Breakfast was really good, lots of variety and it was all very fresh and delicious, it was so filling that most days we didn't feel the need for lunch and would get by with some fresh juices (depends on how much you eat). Rooftop is also a huge plus! Location is also ideal, it's a 20 minute walk from the main square and it takes you through the heart of all the amazing shopping areas. We really enjoyed our experience at Riad Vilamoura, so far its our favorite place in Marrakech. We'll definitely be returning!!!
