Personalen var vänlig och de hade en trevlig frukostbuffé på takterassen. Det var även väldigt fint med vackert kakel och fina lampor.
Cons: Vårt rum luktade starkt avlopp från badrummet. Riaden var svår att hitta till och den smala gatan var lite läskig efter mörkret. Vi sa att vi ville boka utflykt till Ouzoud 3 dagar i rad innan personalen faktiskt bokade utflykten. När vi kom fram till Ouzoud blev vi tillsagda att följa en guide som efteråt tog 50dh betalt. Tillbaka på riaden sa de att guiden var valfri och ville ha full betalning för själva utflykten. Det gäller ju inga enorma summor men det blev brisyer i kommunikation och lite trassel.

Tolle Unterkunft mit schöner Architektur und Einrichtung. Gute Lage in der Altstadt (Medina). Freundliches Personal. Abholservice vom Flughafen war gut. Frühstücksbuffett auf der Dachterrasse war gut. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß, aber hübsch und vollkommen ausreichend.

Tesis douar graoua konumundan sadece 1 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Taksiyle ulaşım mümkün. Çoğu turistik noktaya yürüme mesafesinde. Sadece odayı biraz soğuk buldum. Çalışanlara kibarlıkları ve yardımseverlikleri için minnettarım sabah zor bir durum yaşadım ve hepsi yardımcı oldu.

Sostanzialmente del nostro soggiorno (due coppie) presso il Riad Medina Art , ci è piaciuto tutto . La struttura stupendamente restaurata , il fascino degli arredamenti , la disposizione delle camere e la loro unicità , almeno per noi , ha ripagato abbondantemente le nostre aspettative , facendoci mettere in secondo piano anche alcune piccole lacune che abbiamo riscontrato nel servizio offerto . Posizione comoda e centrale per muoversi nella Medina . Tutto lo Staff , sempre presente , si è dimostrato empatico e disponibile in ogni situazione .
Cons: Siamo arrivati di notte ed abbiamo trovato un pò di difficoltà ad individuare la struttura , perchè rimane nella Medina in zona non raggiungibile con un taxi , con il posizionamento navigatore non troppo preciso e per la mancanza completa di indicazioni nel dedalo degli stretti vicoli ed in ultimo per la targhetta identificativa sul portone di accesso della struttura abbastanza piccola e non immediatamente individuabile . Suggerirei qualche informazione in più per gli ospiti che arrivano di notte .

I loved the staff and the night host, he was very welcoming and held great conversation, offered us tips about the area and made sure we weren’t taken advantage of by any of the local vendors. He made sure we felt at home and that was greatly appreciated, along with arranging our ride to the airport at the end of our stay. The building interior is to die for! Everything is beautiful and vibrant with a “old” feeling without feeling outdated or unsafe. If I could rave about only one thing from this trip it would definitely be this amazing Riad. If I’m ever back in the area I’ll 100% make it my mission to stay here again, hands down.
Cons: While it doesn’t take away from the facility, the outside of the Riad is a tad bit sketchy but I’m certain that is more than likely because of how long the area has been established. So all in all not a bad property.

Przepiękny, historyczny Riad położony zaledwie 5 minut od głównego placu. Wszystko wygląda dokładnie tak, jak na zdjęciach. Pokój trzyosobowy był bardzo przestronny, łazienka również. Śniadania serwowane jest już od 7, co umożliwia poranne zwiedzanie. Istnieje również możliwość wcześniejszego przygotowania śniadania. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Obsługiwał nas przemiły pan recepcjonista, która służył cennymi radami dotyczącymi zwiedzania Marrakeszu. Bardzo polecam ten Riad, gdy będę w Marrakeszu z pewnością zatrzymam się tam ponownie.

Das Hotel (Riad) liegt mitten in der medina, sehr gute Lage, man ist direkt mitten drin im Leben von Marrakesch.

All staff encountered were lovely, very helpful and attentive including desk staff and those serving food/drinks. The interior of the building was very attractive and the breakfast was nice. The Riad was quiet, welcoming, well-located and felt safe.
Cons: Some fittings were not maintained - both the shower and the toilet were not properly fixed to the wall and a bathroom cupboard containing the boiler was not possible to close. A rug next to the bed looked like it had never been washed and was full of dirt and hair. Room seemed a little smaller than depicted.

Beautiful quiet location. Soukaina was very helpful in organizing dinner and henna for our group. The Riad is very pretty and traditional inside. Large breakfast spread and delicious dinner.
Cons: Friends had hot water issues and felt bathroom needed better cleaning. One room didn’t have a place for luggage except on floor.

La ubicación es perfecta, encuentras silencio y paz entre tanto jaleo de la Medina y es fácil de encontrar siguiendo Google Maps. El personal es muy atento y servicial, sobre todo Wafa and Nazha, las mujeres que sirven el desayuno. 5 estrellas las doy!! También quiero destacar que hay opciones sin gluten para el desayuno, simplemente hay que avisar con antelación. Hemos pasado una semana maravillosa. 100% recomendable!!!

Cons: Het was heel gehorig. Als mensen tot laat kletsen in de binnenruimte hoor je dat heel goed. Receptie zou ze naar het dakterras moeten wijzen. Keuken vond ik minder. Droge pannenkoeken en broodjes. Overdag zag je nog vieze dingen rondslingeren in de keuken. Niet opgeruimd.

L'emplacement parfait proche de la place, établissement plutôt calme, service de transfert vers l'aéroport rien dire (15€ par trajet), literie assez confortable, couette à disposition, accueil qui paraît agréable à première vue, bel établissement, Majed une personne disponible agréable et sincère !
Cons: Petit déjeuner pas frais peu de produits locaux quel dommage, beaucoup de coupure d'électricité, mauvaise surprise du séjour pas d'eau chaude dans toutes les chambres problème qui persiste depuis plusieurs mois personnel qui manque de bonne volonté et de sincérité face à ce problème. Prendre une douche froide quand on revient tout poussiéreux du désert à 23h30 l'horreur j'ai vite compris pourquoi j'avais une couette j'étais frigorifiée ! Personnel qui vous ment droit dans les yeux et avec le sourire c'est assez déroutant. Chambres proche piscine avec grosse odeur d'humidité.

The property was very pretty and what we would expect from a Traditional Moroccan Riad. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, they all went above and beyond. The Riad was only about a 5min walk to one of the many souks that Marrakech has to offer. Great location.

Cons: If you enjoy cold showers, surprise blackouts, and guessing whether the lights will stay on long enough to find your toothbrush — Riad Medina Arts and Suites is your dream destination. The shower was so cold I think I briefly saw my soul leave my body. Electricity went out four times — maybe they thought it would add “authentic ambiance.” Spoiler: it didn’t. As for the staff… let’s just say they weren’t exactly competing for “Most Cheerful Hosts of the Year.” I smiled once — no one smiled back. I felt like I was in an art exhibit titled “Disappointment in Marrakech.”

Nära till centrum. Bra frukost med trevlig personal. Mysigt hotell. Service med transfer till/från flygplatsen för 15 Euro per väg. En bra arrangerad utflykt till vattenfall och dromedarridning. Värt att uppleva en totalt annorlunda miljö.
Cons: Många elavbrott på hotellet. Synd att man var beroende av den lokala valutan. Det blev betydligt dyrare än att kunna använda kort. Lätt att tappa bort sig i Medinan. Gick i fällan och blev lurad på ca 1 000 kr av "försäljare".

El Riad es tal cual se ve en las fotos. El desayuno muy completo y en la terraza, muy lindo. Recomiendo usar el servicio de taxis del lugar: sale lo mismo que el taxi en el aeropuerto, pero te buscan o dejan en la puerta del riad y te llevan las valijas. Los del aeropuerto te dejan en alguna entrada de la Medina y termina siendo bastante caótico.
Cons: Lamentablemente los días que estuvimos nosotros tenían problemas con la electricidad y por la noche se cortaba algunas veces, pero solo eso.

Fin Riad om än något slitet på ett bra läge. Frukosten var lite mer varierad än på andra hotell vi varit på i Marocko vilket var väldigt positivt. Jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal.
Cons: Lite slitet på sina ställen och det kändes lite fuktigt på bottenvåningen där vi bodde, poolen var inte helt klar men den var väldigt uppskattad när man varit ute hela dagen i 38C.

Nevera, aire acondicionado y Smart TV en la habitación. Desayuno completo y variado en la azotea. Piscina en el patio de 11h a 20h. Buena calidad a precio más que razonable. Muy recomendable.
Cons: Por decir algo, el agua caliente de la ducha no salía muy caliente y durante nuestra estancia hubo algún corte de electricidad, que retornó a los pocos minutos, por al algún problema puntual.

Il riad era carino, pulito e ben curato. Bello soprattutto il rooftop e la piscina (anche se molto fredda). Molto consigliata la spa che però si trova in un altro Riad (Riad Challa).
Cons: Il riad in sè era carino e curato ma purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata rovinata da due cose: non c’era l’acqua calda in camera per problemi con la caldaia ma soprattutto per colpa della scarsa organizzazione o esperienza del personale molto giovane ho perso il bus che avrei dovuto prendere per Agadir perché il taxi che loro mi avevano assicurato sarebbe arrivato in tempo è arrivato dopo. Posso anche capire che non dipenda del tutto da loro ma in questi casi da una struttura del genere mi aspetto una maggiore organizzazione per rispondere alle richieste dei clienti. Ma la cosa che mi ha deluso di più è che in tutto questo non mi è stato offerto niente per compensare il disagio al di la di semplici scuse. Non fosse stato per questo l’avrei raccomandato

Il y a sûrement eu un changement depuis car il était copieux et bon ! - Hôtel en pleine médina, non loin de ce qu'il y a d'intéressant à voir à Marrakech.

La piscina fantástica para refrescarte después de estar en la calle a 45 grados. El desayuno es variado y muy completo. Y hay una zona cubierta en la terraza con aire acondicionado.
Cons: La piscina tiene horario, que me parece normal pero debería ser más amplio especialmente por la tarde, se cierra a las 20.00. La iluminación de la habitación es muy escasa, un par de lamparitas vendrían muy bien.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang beim Check-in – das hat uns direkt positiv überrascht. Der Eingangsbereich ist schön dekoriert und wirkt einladend. Auch das Design im Inneren des Hotels ist sehr ansprechend und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Insgesamt ein gelungener erster Eindruck!
Cons: Leider war die Luft im Inneren etwas stickig. Wir haben hier auch die größte Kakerlake gesehen, die wir je gesehen haben – das war wirklich enttäuschend. Die Zimmer haben keine Fenster – das ist eine Information, die man vor der Buchung wissen sollte. In der Nähe gibt es zwar einen Parkplatz, aber dort versucht man, einen abzuzocken. Das hat jedoch nichts direkt mit dem Hotel zu tun.

The Riad is enchanting & authentic,beautiful roof terrace..breakfast was scrumptious plentiful & the cooks & staff were so helpful with request of coffee & mint tea.which was so refreshing after a long day in the heat of the souks..All the staff were genuinely wonderful & kind,a big shout out goes to Lahcen who is a true gentleman & was always on hand to solve any issues that were presented to him..he was the heartbeat of Riad medina arts & suits & will be sadly missed by the Riad..& I wish him well for the future.
Cons: On checking out a different male manager with glasses who I had seen just once before asked for 42 dirhams for tax & pot of tea which was billed to me..I was happy to pay but the night before i was assured by the old staff I had paid my dues..it left a bitter taste in my mouth..& slightly spoilt my idyllic stay..it was not the money but the principal.bring back Lahcen..the rest of the lady managers & staff were absolutely wonderful & gracious..

Staff were extremely friendly, rooms were cleaned daily and we never locked anything away and nothing went missing. These lovely people can definitely be trusted. Also a few minutes walk away from the square of Medina which is rich in culture at night.
Cons: Hard to say I disliked anything, the only criticism is that the beds are quite small in the twin rooms if you're a big guy. I'm 98kg and 6 foot 1, so I'm towards the average male size.

Het ontbijt was niet top. Voor een Riad verwacht je een werkelijk marokkaans ontbijt. Het is gewoon netjes opgesteld maar de kwaliteit is niet goed. De munt thee is niet te drinken. Msemen is keihard.
Cons: De kamer was muffig en heeft overduidelijk een vochtprobleem. Zorg dat de deur naar het zwembad open blijft want de geur van de muffigheid is geen grap!!! Kan echt niet zo. De douche mag echte een scherm krijgen want het word nat buiten het deel om te douchen.

Cons: Le petit déjeuner, sous forme de buffet était vraiment pas terrible. Le jus d'orange avait un goût de médicament, le café pas très bon. Beaucoup de choix mais rien n'avait l'air de très bonne qualité. Nous aurions préféré un petit déjeuner imposé, mais bien réalisé avec des aliments plus local, plus typique et un jus d'orange en moins grande quantité, mais pressés.

Cons: Perfect, bedankt voor de details! Hier is een scherpe en duidelijke review op basis van jouw ervaring: --- **Titel: Nooit meer – sfeerloos, gehorig en totaal geen gastvrijheid** Wat een deceptie. Deze riad was in niets wat we ervan hadden verwacht – absoluut geen aanrader. Bij aankomst werd ons verteld dat er een ontvangstthee op het dakterras zou zijn. Klinkt leuk, maar bij aankomst was er niemand te bekennen. Dat bleek helaas tekenend voor de rest van ons verblijf: totaal geen gastvrijheid en personeel dat je het gevoel gaf dat je vooral niet lastig moest zijn. De riad was extreem gehorig. Elk gesprek, elke voetstap en elke telefoonbel was luid en duidelijk hoorbaar in de kamer. Rust was ver te zoeken, zeker omdat het personeel overdag op vol volume films keek en eindeloos zat te bellen – zelfs bij het zwembad, waar je juist wat ontspanning zou verwachten. En dan het ontbijt… ronduit smerig. Een paar slappe stukjes oud brood, vieze lauwe koffie en wat fruit waar je spontaan je eetlust van verliest. Voor 7€ zeker geen aanrader. Voor zo'n stad vol warmte, kleur en gastvrijheid was deze riad echt een doffe tegenvaller. Bespaar jezelf de frustratie en kies een plek waar je wél welkom bent.

Riad tranquillo e molto bello. Situato a circa 10 min a piedi dalla piazza principale della città. Staff super gentile e pronto ad aiutarti, ci hanno prenotato i taxi che volevamo e stampato carte d’imbarco. L’ultimo giorno il check out era alle 11 ma ci hanno comunque tenuto i bagagli e lasciato rilassarci a bordo piscina fino al pomeriggio.
Cons: Si trova proprio al centro della Medina in una viuzza un po’ isolata e per tornare la sera trovi tipi strani ma se non guardi e cammini dritto non ti danno fastidio. Dalle 5/6 di mattina ci sono uccellini che cantano in continuazione. La colazione da migliorare.

Struttura molto carina, un po’ troppo scivolose le scale e a mio parere qualcosa (es. un bordo) andrebbe fatto. È in una posizione comoda per visitare il centro ed in una zona abbastanza sicura e facile da raggiungere. Camera spaziosa e carina, un pochino buia. Colazione buona con alcune chicche e proposte che cambiano ogni giorno. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, lo consiglierei e magari ritornerei anche.
Cons: La colazione potrebbe essere più ampia riguardo la parte salata per vegetariani, magari ampliarla con un formaggio in più o delle crocchette vegetali sarebbe l’ideale. A mio parere, il prezzo è un po’ troppo alto rapportandolo a molti altri riad.

Cons: Lock was broken! They allowed customers to live in a room without any locks and when I complained they said it would be safe as long as they've got people at the reception. "if you don't feel safe, feel free to cancel the booking and book somewhere else" -- the manager Mohammed said this at 12pm, when we asked them to repair the lock. Bad customer service, don't reply to my complaints ever since. For your safety, don't choose it!

A fantastic Riad in a perfect location (in the heart of Medina and only a short walk from the main square). Stunning interior with gorgeous pool and beautiful Moroccan elements throughout. The photos don't do it justice, it's a really atmospheric place. Staff were friendly and accommodating, the Riad is spotlessly clean. Lovely terrace, nice breakfast.

Super Lage inmitten der Medina - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten (ausser Jardin Majorelle) zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Riad ist typisch eingerichtet und ist wunderbar verwinkelt-mit vielen Details. Das Riad hat leider sehr kleine Zimmer mit wenig Ablagefläche im Schrank. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Auf der Dachterrasse wartet ein grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet mit warmen Speisen und süssem Gebäck. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Organisiert auch Taxifahrten oder gibt sonstige Auskünfte.

Pokój mieliśmy przygotowany dużo wcześniej, dodatkowo zaproponowano nam herbatkę miętowa na powitanie na tarasie (nie wiem czy to standard, ale było to bardzo miłe). W pokojach przyjemnie chłodno przy temperaturach +33. Żywe kwiaty w wazonie w pokoju. W basenie można się ochłodzić lub zrelaksować. Na tarasie na dachu podawane jest śniadanie, ale również można odpocząć. Śniadania do koloru do wyboru warzywa, owoce, jajecznica, owsianka, kiełbaska, wędliny i oczywiście oferta na słodko. Sok z pomarańczy oraz z ogórka.

Alojamiento precioso , con buenas instalaciones y limpias. Personal excelente. Ubicación a 5 minutos andando de la plaza principal y perfecto para dormir al no oír el ruido de la plaza. Llegamos al Riad a las 9 am, la entrada era a partir de las 12 am. La chica de recepción nos invitó a subir a la terraza del Riad donde se encuentra el restaurante y nos invitó a te mientras esperábamos. A las 10 am nos dio nuestra habitación.

Estuvimos dos noches en este Riad , la cama era cómoda pero la habitación quizá un pelín pequeña , no podías pasar muy bien porque el espacio es bastante reducido . La ducha se salía toda el agua al ducharte y el wc tenía la tapa suelta . La ubicación está cerca de la plaza pero por unas calles muy oscuras aunque la verdad que no sentí miedo allí.

El riad es precioso , este año han cambiado y la zona de desayuno la han puesto en la terraza que está muy bonita con zona cerrada o al aire libre ,está todo muy limpio,la ubicación es muy buena , está a 2 minutos de una de las calles principales que van hacia la plaza,y a unos 5 o 10 minutos de los palacios ,aunque Google Maps no lo indica muy bien y te dirige a la parte de atrás del edificio, solo tenéis que rodearlo .el personal aunque no hablan español,hacen todo lo posible para que estés agusto

Cons: Extrem kleine Zimmer, klamm, kalt, sehr hellhörig, man konnte nachts jedes Wort von draußen hören, der Rauch vom Kamin zog nachts in die Zimmer und es roch alles nach Rauch. Keine warmen Gemeinschaftsräume in denen man abends noch hätte zusammen sitzen können. Sehr langweiliges Frühstück ohne Kaffee, mit altem Brot vom Vortag. Wir haben in der Mitte des Aufenthaltes das Hotel gewechselt.

What a beautiful Riad with a pool just in front of our room! The feeling was amazing, and the rooftop terrace looked very nice too. We only wished the showers to be more clean or maybe even updated. Otherwise we had a very good stay, and even got support from the staff at 4am to get to our airport shuttle safe through the dark streets of the Medina. Thank you!

Le déjeuner est parfait (MERCI A DOUNIA) Qui a son absence (Jour de repos) le déjeuner n'est plus à la meme hauteur... merci a DOUNIA pour son attention et professionnalisme !!!

The room and bathroom were quite big! The location is super convenient because it´s very central but in a quieter street so you do not hear any outside noises. The staff was very helpful with what we needed. The Riad was super aesthetic too.
Cons: The only downsides we found, I believe are not specific to this hotel, but probably happen in all Riads: 1- You can hear a lot of what´s happening outside your room and 2 - the rooms and the common areas are a bit cold (which I´m sure it´s a plus for someone that goes in hotter months)

This was a return trip for me because I enjoyed my first visit 2 years at Riad Medina Art & Suites. It is an amazing place to stay right in the Medina, with easy access. The Riad is beautifully decorated, and has so many differnt spaces for lounging in authentic Moroccan decor. The room was very comfortable. Amal, at the front desk was a delight to meet and so helpful.

Cons: Der Schlauch in der Dusche war voller Schimmel. Die Toilette im Zimmer wackelt, das man Angst hat sie kippt . Das Frühstücks Buffet wird auf der Terasse serviert. Es steht alles draußen in der Kälte, so das die Speisen wie Ei und Würstchen komplett ausgekühlt sind. Alles in allem, mehr Schein als Sein. Wir würden nicht nochmal wiederkommen.

Ci è piaciuto davvero molto questo riad posto, come spesso avviene, in una viuzza appartata all'interno della Medina. Il rinnovamento della struttura interna che ha trasformato una casa di 300 anni in un comodo riad finemente decorato è ben riuscito.La camera spaziosa, con un bagno comodo, dava sulla terrazza dove veniva allestita la prima colazione ricca e variata. Il personale della reception, sia diurno che notturno, si è dimostrato all'altezza. Lo raccomanderei senz'altro.

Cons: La ubicación no me pareció la idónea. El servicio poco atento en recepción. Para el desayuno (horario de 7 a 10am) del último día antes de regresar, en la recepción nos comentaron que podríamos asistir al buffet ya que los trabajadores de la cocina estarían allí desde las 6am. Al asistir a las 6.30h para tomar un café, el buffet y la cocina estaban cerrados. No había nadie, tampoco en recepción. Dejamos la llave en una mesa y nos vinimos.

The inside is beautiful, staff is friendly, location is convenient, hotel well maintained &clean, it also feels safe and secure (once you are over your first surprise of the location). Bed comfortable!
Cons: Breakfast was fully out of stock by 9:30am, even though it was supposed to be until 11am. We asked for some egg at the end (and they made it) but everything else was gone and not refilled.

Schönes Riad mit toller Dekoration und schöner grosser Lampe im marrokanischen Stil. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal. Frühstücksbuffet auf der Dachterasse, im geheizten Zelt, falls es zu kalt ist an der frischen Luft. Shuttleservice (bezahlt), grosse Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Sonderangebot (Last Minute Buchung) und hatten deshalb ein super Preis-Leistungsvehältnis! Da es ein grosses Riad ist, hat man viel Privatsphäre.
Cons: Es ist ein grosses Riad mit vielen Zimmern, deshalb eher ein wenig unpersönlich (wir waren davor in kleineren Riads). Dies ist aber nicht unbedingt ein Minus, man hat in diesem Riad zum Beispiel viel mehr Privatsphäre! Wir hatten ein wenig Mühe das Riad zu finden, mit der Hausnummer ging es dann aber (Google Maps hat nicht genau gewusst, wo der Eingang ist) und die Seitenstrassen in der Medina sind manchmal ein wenig wie ein Irrgarten.

El sitio es muy bonito y está muy cerca e la gran plaza. Para llegar a el, es verdad que hay que ir por unos callejones que dan un poco de miedo.
Cons: Llegamos tarde por la noche y nos dijo el hombre de recepción que si no llegábamos antes de la 1:00am cerraban la puerta de la entrada y ya no podíamos entrar en nuestra habitación hasta las 6 de la mañana. Eran las 11 de la noche y al día siguiente teníamos que salir a las 11:00am, queríamos ir a cenar algo y tomar algo tranquilamente y pasear un poco y tuvimos que volver corriendo porque si no, ya no podíamos entrar hasta las 6 de la mañana y nos hacían salir a las 11:00, íbamos a dormir 5h. Me pareció muy mal, nunca me había pasado en ningún alojamiento del mundo. Y no era un alojamiento barato. Eso MUY MAL.

Il Riad è molto carino, le stanze confortevoli e i letti comodi. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste. La colazione viene servita sulla terrazza ed è abbastanza varia.
Cons: Avendo soggiornato nel mese di gennaio e servendo la colazione in terrazza fa veramente freddo, consiglio di trovare un modo per farla al chiuso cosi da poter riscaldare l’ambiente e renderla un momento piacevole!

The location of the Riad is amazing. The type of the architect and design is probably one of the most attractive things about the Riad. The stuff was nice and polite. The room on the rooftop was amazing, literally like in a nice 4 stars hotel room with daily cleaning. Breakfast was okay. Very authentic.
Cons: Probably the room on the ground floor is too old and definetelly small for 2 people. Needs some renovation with installation of new windows and doors, because soundproof is very poor and smells are coming from outside as well. Misscommunication with the management was also something, which made the stay harder.

Cons: Very small and cramped room. Poor and not very diverse breakfast. Location quite OK but there is no possibility of taking a taxi to the riad - you have to walk around half a kilometer to/from the stop which, especially with heavy luggage, may not be that convenient. If you do not use hotel's transportation - it is rather difficult to find the place, especially coming there for the first time.

I love the location, the staff and the service. Lasson in reception is very hospitable and helped me a lot. Mariam is brilliant too, very helpful. It's 10 minutes walk to the main square and few places like Bahia Palace, etc. The Spa organised by the hotel staff was amazing in Riad Challa (other Riad with same management). The rooftop is lovely, breakfast was good. Will stay here again.

The room was just really good, with a small sofa for us to relax, TV, frigobar and a bathroom with hot water and all the amenities we needed. There was a swimming pool and a relaxing area around ti where we could just sit and chat. Breakfast was divine, the terrace where it was served was beautiful and I loved the fresh juices they had available.
Cons: Sometimes the hot water failed to come in from time to time, but it was not a big issue. They could just restock the breakfast more often, because a few times they ran out off eggs and juices and there was not more available.

The Riad was great to stay in if you want to be very close to the main square! The staff were amazing! Overall the Riad was very beautiful and calm! We loved the ambience in there. The location was great and very close to the main square by walk. The Riad is a bit hidden and at first seems suspicious but over the days we got used to it. The room size was good for us as we travelled with our 4 years old toddler toddler. Breakfast was on the rooftop and had plenty of selection available.
Cons: The bathroom needs a bit of improvement. For the price we paid, I felt the bathroom did not meet the standards. The room was a bit too dark.The bed sheets need covers as the duvet was more or less provided by its own without any bedcover/sheet

Cons: From the moment you arrive you get confused coz the raid never shows the pictures from outside. Its located in a very poor and scary neighborhod ( scamers and some dude on drugs was following us). The fact of how to reach the raid should be mentioned ( follow google maps until the parking and then walk from there to the raid) and in marrakesh you can never trust google maps as it keeps taking you to dead ends and its so crowded with bikes and people u get stuck and you cant turn around , we suffered to reach the raid first time! About the raid itself, the rooms were smelly, furniture is so old, spots of mold can be found around the room, lightning is so poor inside, it is not well maintained and at some point they should change the furniture cause its soo old. The towels were worn out and smelly (they should be thrown away and replaced at this time). Tv not working.room is so small you can barely find a place to put your suite case. I know a raid should be old and connects you to the past, but its too old ( its similar to going to your grandma house that lives alone in the village and no one with her to help) The price is too high for what you get. After the moment we got in we went back to the reception asking to check out and a refund. Luckily for us after talking to the manager they agreed and give us money back and we ended up staying only one night. Bad experience!!!👎🏻👎🏻

This Riad is tastefully decorated, and well situated in short walking distance to popular sites. It was also very clean.
Cons: We found the hospitality to be relatively cold and uninviting. We’ve stayed in multiple Riads across Marrakech and Morocco, and were surprised that this experience fell far short of what we’ve been used to. No friendliness was experienced on the 3 day duration of our visit. Also, the breakfast was abysmal. Stale pastries, and a puzzling selection of soggy cauliflower, broccoli and green beans as the hot food options.

All of the female staff were helpful where they could be. The location is good.
Cons: There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room. The general feel is very run down and definitely needs some love. They seemed to be renovating when we were there and welding the roof so we couldn’t use the pool one day as it was dropping into the pool. The male staff member complained about us having too much stuff (we’ve travelled from Aus with a baby) for him to help carry to our room.

La ubicación, el personal y el propio encanto del lugar. Desayuno rico pero poco variado. Zona de azotea en reforma, buena pinta para el futuro.
Cons: De 3 habitaciones, una era muy muy pequeña y el baño también. Escaleras estrechas y con poca luz, solo lo veo un problema si se va con personas mayores, como era nuestro caso.
