Myself and my son stayed for 4 nights and I must say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff Tarad, Ebreham Emal and the lady who cooked our breakfast every day whose name I can't bring to mind went way above our expectations to make our stay enjoyable .They kept telling us that it was our home.while ee were there and to treat ut like so. Absolutely amazing staff. Nothing was too much

Riad molto carino e caratteristico nel cuore della medina. Offrono servizio di trasferimento dall'aeroporto anche dopo la mezzanotte. Ci ha accolto Tarik con molta cordialità e disponibilità. Bella terrazza dove poter rilassarsi e fare colazione. La nostra esperienza è starà davvero molto positiva.

Il bagno pulito ma vecchiotto Non c'è schermo dal rumore esterno poichè la porta è di legno e chiusa con battente in ferro e lucchetto. se l'estetica è perfetta certo non è funzionale visto che si sentono chiaramente le persone che parlano e rientrano al riad in qualsiasi orario.

El personal maravilloso! al salir de la puerta de Riad pasaron dos chicos en moto y me robaron el movil, todo el personal del Riad se implico en ayudarme, mostrando su desacuerdo con estos hechos, trataron de localizar la ubicación, etc. La entrada del riad es muy bonita, la terraza muy acogedora, el desayuno bueno, esta limpio, en general todo perfecto.

Il riad si trova in una posizione ottima per raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni di Marrakech. Al nostro arrivo, siamo state accolte da Tarek che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa offrendoci un ottimo tè marocchino con dei buonissimi biscotti. Ogni giorno ci è stata preparata un’ abbondante e variegata colazione tipica. Lo staff è sempre presente in struttura e disponibile per ogni richiesta, tanto da averci accompagnato personalmente alle 5 del mattino alla fermata del transfert verso l’aeroporto. Oltre a Tarek, un ringraziamento speciale anche a Ismael per i suoi preziosi consigli e a Maria per l’ottima cena. Super consigliato anche per gruppi di sole ragazze Rosa, Giorgia, Jessica, Valentina, Barbara (Italian girls)

Adorámos tudo, o Riad parece um oásis no meio da medida! Decoração típica muito bonita, quartos confortáveis e limpos. Os funcionários todos muito simpáticos e sempre disponíveis para ajudar! O gerente esteve sempre em contacto connosco casa precisássemos de apoio para alguma situação. Muito obrigada, sem dúvida que nos sentimos mais confortáveis com este apoio! Gostámos da piscina, sabemos que iria ser pequena e por isso ficámos surpreendidas pela positiva pois era mais funda do que pensávamos ser, deu para refrescar e recarregar as energias fa confusão da cidade. A localização é excelente, mesmo no centro, andámos sempre a pé pela medina, nunca percorremos mais de 30 minutos para chegar aos sítios que queríamos visitar. Sem dúvida que vamos voltar!

El Riad es tal cual está en las fotos y tiene todo el encanto de Marruecos. La piscina es una maravilla y más después de un día de caminata. Tanto Amit, como Ismael y el resto de trabajadores fueron encantadores y súper atentos con nosotras durante toda la estancia. Lo recomiendo 100% y si vuelvo, sin duda les volveré a reservar!

El alojamiento estaba muy bien decorado, era muy bonito. El personal fue muy amable, Hamid y sus otros dos compañeros fueron de mucha ayuda durante toda la estancia. Nos ayudaron en recomendaciones y todo lo que necesitáramos. Un sitio para recomendar, tanto por el personal como por las instalaciones. Nos pilló unos días de muchísimo calor y la piscina vino genial. El desayuno está muy bien al igual que la terraza por la noche.
Cons: Igual el aire acondicionado en los días de mucho calor no enfría lo suficiente. El alojamiento está a unos 16 minutos de la plaza pero es totalmente seguro por la noche.

La ubicación del Riad es inmejorable, en pleno corazón de la ciudad, lo que nos permitió movernos a pie y descubrir rincones maravillosos sin necesidad de transporte. La gentillesse de tout le personnel, des garçons à l accueil qui se plient en 4 pour vous chouchouter comme a la maison et vous donner les meilleures adresses (comptez sur eux pour vos reservations, trop d attrape touristes ailleurs), à l equipe de nettoyage et cuisine qui rendent ce riad exceptionnel, et l equipe spa, très professionnelle, qui vous dorlote ! Le rapport qualité prix est indiscutable,la situation de ce riad au cœur de la mesina et à deux pas de la medreza est très appréciable. Nous avons eu l occasion de nous rendre dans un "palace" et sommes vite retournées dans ce riad à l ambiance chaleureuse et familiale. A recommander absolument !!!!!!

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole grazie alla cordialitá dei ragazzi che gestiscono la riad. La struttura è comodissima per muoversi in centro. Eravamo 3 ragazze e ci siamo affidati a loro per il trasporto da/per l’aeroporto al nostro arrivo/partenza. Colazione buonissima servita in terrazza. Hanno la disponibilità anche di una macchina del caffè Nespresso per poter godere di un buonissimo caffè in qualsiasi momento. La struttura è molto pulita e profumata. La nostra camera forse un pó piccola per 3 persone, ma comunque ci siamo adattate. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio di hammam tradizionale e massaggio.. un’esperienza unica e super rilassante!! Super consigliato!!😍

Das Riad Belikoss hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Inmitten der trubelligen Innenstadt von Marrakesch kann man dort sehr gut Ruhe finden. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir zunächst herzlich mit einem Tee begrüßt. Frühstück gibt es jeden morgen auf der Dachterrasse auf der man einen super Überblick auf die Stadt und die umliegenden Gebirge hat. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Ismail der uns während unserer Zeit vor Ort besonders herzlich verköstigt hat und uns viele Tipps über Marrakesch geben konnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

They offered to come pick us up when we got lost. We had a great stay and would come again! The value was incredible!
Cons: The rooms are very small. My friends and I did not mind this, as we appreciated being close to each other, but be aware that the quarters are tight. Also, one of the three beds was a pull out bed. I slept in it and it was comfortable. Also, as three girls, the area around th riad was a little bit sketchy at night. We moved our dinner reservations earlier and were back at the Riad by 9 - this helped it feel less dangerous.

Izuzetno ljubazno osoblje, posebno Ismail koji nas je dočekao ponudio čaj i kolačiće. Svo osoblje je spremno na pomoć uvijek pitaju treba li ti nešto i daju savjete. Odlična usluga hammama svaka preporuka. Doručak je u redu iako ja preferiram za doručak slani odabir jela dok je u Maroku naglasak na slatkom. Terasa za doručak je ugodna kao i za večernji odmor prije spavanja.
Cons: Predlažem da na Google maps stave oznaku Hotela jer ga je vrlo teško naći i locirati. Ulica je mala i skrivena iako blizu glavnog pravca.

Cons: La spa non è una vera spa. Fanno Hammam e massaggi a pagamento (ottimi peraltro) ma non è una spa come ce la immaginiamo dalle esperienze italiane.

La posizione è ottimale, sia arriva in auto a 1 minuto a piedi. Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile per ogni esigenza Camere pulite e con tutto quello che serve. La colazione è completa e soddisfacente. Abbiamo provato il loro Hammam privato ed è stata una bellissima esperienza Abbiamo prenotato delle escursioni direttamente da loro e sono state soddisfacenti, puntuali e ben organizzate. Il transfer per l'aeroporto che offre la struttura è valido e allo stesso prezzo di un petit taxi. Complimenti, ci rivedremo presto!

Mohsin and Lahsen were so friendly and always available. Nice size room, breakfast on the roof terrace every day with omelette, fresh orange juice, bread and pancakes. Hot water in the shower. Great location near the medina but not quite in the thick of it. We never came home late but felt quite safe walking back ( 3 females ) We loved Marrakesh- do the hot air balloon ride you won’t regret it ! The gardens and souks and food all amazing. Will be back !

Es un alojamiento muy bonito, la habitación está muy bien y la cama muy cómoda. El baño también correcto, la ducha genial. La terraza de arriba genial para tomar un te y estar tranquilamente. El desayuno se toma en la terraza, igual lo haría un poco más completo y abundante, aunque te sirven más de todo si lo pides.

Wat een mooi plekje midden in de oude Medina. Je loopt zo de stad in en restaurants en winkeltjes zijn op loopafstand. Het ontbijt ‘s morgens op de rooftop met de eerste zonnestralen is genieten. Het personeel maakt deze plek compleet. Hamid denkt graag mee over tripjes, restaurant en mogelijkheden om je verblijf optimaal te laten verlopen. Hij regelt alles als je zou willen. Uiteraard wel tegen een prijs, maar dan krijg je ook wat je boekt. Wij hebben een stadswandeling met gids, de woestijn trip, Hamam, een kookles, de tuinen en een tripje naar het water museum gemaakt. Aanraders! En er was nog genoeg tijd om te struinen door de stad en de Souks. En als je even tot rust wilde komen kon je heerlijk op het dakterras met prachtig uitzicht een kopje thee drinken. Het personeel is top en maakt je bestemming tot een feestje.
Cons: Tips die we hebben zijn de bedden. Voor lange Nederlandsers zijn de bedden klein en een tikkie hard (dat is maar waar je van houdt). De kamers zijn eenvoudig en erg gehorig. De ambiance past helemaal bij de plek en maakt veel goed.

The customer service from the staff was above and beyond. Every single staff member in the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay and we taken care of. I have travelled over 30 different countries and stayed in plenty of hotels and this hotel is by far number 1 when it comes to the customer service. I left my headphones at the hotel and even a week after our stay they were still messaging to arrange postal back home as well as follow up purchases for us from the local markets. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough! Excellent value.

Very friendly staff, especially the Berber member of staff, who was very welcoming and friendly with us. He also wears some amazing traditional outfits. The breakfasts was delicious and served on the rooftop terrace, very nice spot.
Cons: The room we stayed in was cold and very dark. I think this may be ok in the summer, but not in January. On the positive side, the room was clean and they changed the towels every day.

Esperienza hammam molto bella, forniscono slip monouso, accappatoio e ciabatte tutte le ragazze sono molto brave e il massaggio è stato meraviglioso. Personale top, Hamid e Moha sono sempre presenti, disponibili e molto attenti ad ogni esigenza.
Cons: Manca un indicazione del Riad sulla strada,.ci sono ragazzi che dicono che la strada è chiusa e vogliono dare indicazioni purtroppo sono lì apposta per truffare i turisti. Basta andare avanti senza ascoltarli, noi non abbiamo avuto problemi.

We just stayed one night there. The riad is actually very Moroccan style very fun to try. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: We tried massage and hammam not really meet our expectation, but the staff tried his best to arrange as we asked very last min. The room had very bad smell from the toilet and we cant really go for sleep for the whole night. even close the door cant really help. We had really short stay there, Im sure if I stay longer and asked for help the raid will be happy to change a room.

El personal és amabilíssim i molt hospitalari, sempre disposats a ajudar, a donar recomanacions, a assessorar i donant facilitats. Et fan sentir com a casa teva i s’estableix un vincle més enllà de la prestació d’un servei. L’esmorzar boníssim, complet i abundant, i poder-lo prendre a la terrassa amb el solet era molt agradable sent que estem al gener. La possibilitat de sopar còmodament al mateix allotjament (encarregant-ho prèviament) també és un punt a favor per aquells dies que et ve de gust fer un pla més tranquil. Tenen bany hammam i servei de tractaments i massatges al mateix riad

Centrally located in the heart of Medina, close to nice restaurants and souks. Perhaps not the classiest riad at this price range, but it’s difficult to imagine better hospitality. Hamid and friends were very kind and welcoming, they worked hard to make sure we had a nice stay.
Cons: The alleyways are very narrow so taxi will drop you off a couple of blocks away and you need to find your way there. Breakfast was a bit modest and served at the rooftop terrace. It was nice to watch the sun rise but in December the morning temperatures were quite low at times. The riad offer tours and excursions through their own contacts and they give you a guarantee of quality, but I would advice you to look at other options available as their offerings are a lot more expensive than what is available at agencies.

Here’s a review you can use: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Riad with my friends! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was unmatched. Staff Mohamed, Mochin and Hamid treated us with genuine warmth, always attentive to our needs and going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and happy. The food was a highlight—delicious, authentic, and beautifully prepared. The Riad itself is a gem: impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and with a charming atmosphere that made our experience even more special. This is a place where you feel truly cared for, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly. We’ll definitely be back!

Location & very clean, felt safe. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Organised our private excursion to the Atlas Mountains & we all enjoyed our Hammam in the Riad. Woke up every morning to a delicious breakfast. Nice to chill on the rooftop after coming back from visiting the busy Medina or a pot of tea at the end of the night. Would definitely recommend Riad Belikoss. Thank you to all the staff at Riad Belikoss for making our stay so memorable and always smiling 😊

So helpful to a tee literally I couldn't received a warmer welcome for him and indeed all the staff members..... I do hope they are well and fairly paid for their hard work and long hours too........ If not they should be and deserve alot more and think about a generosity in tipping 👍because all the Riad now including this one are charging Europe on prices and this should reflect alot more on the staff wages too as they are doing all the hard work for an excellent service 💵💸💶 Something for everyone to think about alot more in this day and age of 2024 justice balance 🙏 the weighting scales fairness liberty and justice for all 🗽🗽🗽

It was a super simple Riad but beautiful. The best part is definitely the staff. Every single one of the boys was super kind, helpful and made us feel welcome until the end. The hammah experience was lovely as well.
Cons: Of course they try to play their part and sell you some experiences (desert and tours) that are a bit over market price but if you don’t care about extra pennies and want to support them then it’s an easy option. The street where the riad is located is a bit more quiet and empty in the night but we had no trouble and everyone guarantees it’s super safe - just something to keep in mind since it’s a bit out of the business of the center.

The staff were excellent and the food was amazing, local and fresh. Room was of a reasonable size and clean. Location was within the old town, with staff advising best places to go. We used the hammam, which was a great experience and value for money.
Cons: The locals outside trying to give you directions. However, the staff had warned us regarding this. Other than this, nothing negative comes to mind and if we visited Marrakech again, we would consider staying at this hotel.

Riad nella.medina pulitissimo a circa 15 minuti a piedi da Place El ffna, parcheggio a 5 euro a circa 300 MT. Il Riad è completamente ristrutturato fatto bene con tutti i sistemi di sicurezza antincendio. Ha una bella terrazza e un hammam con servizio massaggi, professionale. Mouassin è il vero valore aggiunto del Riad un ragazzo a modo che anche nelle difficoltà sempre ad essere molto pacato e corretto. Il.padrone di casa ci tiene a fare bella figura.
Cons: Un po' di rumore la mattina per via delle pulizie sulla terrazza.

Riad Belikoss is perfectly located in the center of Marrakesh. From the moment we arrived, Hamid, the welcoming host, made our stay exceptional. He kindly picked us up at the spot where our taxi dropped us off and was always eager for a friendly chat, making us feel at home. The riad itself is beautifully decorated and clean. We enjoyed the delightful breakfast on the sunny rooftop terrace. To top it off, we had one of the best massages ever. Highly recommended!

The Riad is not reachable by transport due to narrow streets inside the Medina but is easily accessible and just about 5-minute walk to meeting points for our tours. It is clean and cozy. The staff are friendly. Hamid, especially has been very accommodating and helpful.

Il Riad si trova in una posizione ottima (si possono infatti raggiungere a piedi i punti di maggiore interesse per visitare la città). La cosa più speciale però oltre all’ottima colazione e alla bellezza delle camere è aver incontrato Hamid! Le spa du riad est également de qualité. Nous vous recommandons de prendre le temps d’échanger avec le personnel, cela rendra votre séjour encore plus spécial. Très joli riad ! La terrasse est superbe, les petits déjeuners également. La literie est très bonne. Nous avons aussi profité du hammam et c'était très chouette. Et l'équipe est adorable !

Très belle expérience au Riad Belikoss ! L'ensemble de l'équipe est au top et très prévenante. Nous étions en demi-pension et nous avons pu découvrir une excellente cuisine. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse du Riad permet de profiter des premiers rayons du soleil et du calme avant d'aller se promener dans la médina. Le riad a une très bonne position pour visiter Marrakech à pied.

Ogni nostra richiesta è stata soddisfatta o anticipata; Essendo poi 2 donne sole in viaggio ci hanno mostrato accortezze e consigli in più. Sempre tutti sorridenti e affabili, ti fanno sentire accolta come a casa. Moha in particolare è stato ineccepibile. Per finire, il Riad è molto grazioso ed il terrazzino dove poter rilassarsi e bere un the è la ciliegina sulla torta. Torneremo sicuramente!

Tanto a nível das comodidades como de toda a equipa 5 estrelas que nos ajudou em tudo o que precisámos, dando inclusive várias sugestões de restaurantes e sítios a onde ir. Muito obrigada ao Hamid, Muchine, Isham, Rachid e Saida, que fez uma massagem maravilhosa a uma de nós e também ao Ali, o condutor que nos levou de volta ao aeroporto, através do serviço de transfer providenciado pelo Riad.

Riad no centro da Medina, deu para visitar todas as principais atrações a pé. O pequeno almoço foi muito bom, servido no terraço. Os funcionários, em especial o Hamid e o Yosef, foram sempre cuidadosos, deram as melhores dicas e podem reservar excursões com eles, assim como o transfere para o aeroporto. Chegamos à noite e foram buscar-nos e levar-nos até ao Riad e ofereceram chá e biscoitos. Pode utilizar-se a piscina e a televisão que está no Hall. Os quartos tinham ar condicionado o que foi uma mais valia com o calor que estava na rua.

We love Riad Belikoss. The Riad is beautiful. The rooms are small but nice and have a much-needed AC. The location is very good, inside the Medina, which as expected is labyrinthine, but with the GPS on the phone we always found the way. Riad organized transportation for us to and from the airport, and the staff met us at the nearest point accessible by car. The staff was exceptional—always ready to assist and provide valuable advice. They made us feel incredibly welcome and secure, taking care of everything we needed. We were treated as if we were part of the Belikoss family. Belikoss’s team: Hamid, Mouhcin and Hicham was extremely kind to us, always taking care of us and concerned with our well-being. They proposed several excursions from which we made two: one for the Ourika Valley and one for the Agafay Desert. There were unforgettable moments. Also mentioning Saida that provided us with a remarkable hammam and massage package. Finally leave a big thanks to Samir and Ilias for running a super motivated and caring team. Undoubtedly, we will return to Riad Belikoss in Marrakech Medina.

This Riad is a must stay!!! The staff were absolutely lovely and so so helpful. Happy to assist with any requests and make our experience special. Good breakfast available on the terrace, good location right in the medina 10 minutes from the square and the spa facilities are also great at a good price. Strong wifi around the whole property and complimentary water and moroccan mint tea whenever you need it! The pool is cold/not heated but refreshing after a hot day. Pillows also good and comfy beds. There are lots of plug sockets in the rooms (need EU adapter) and good water pressure in the shower.
Cons: It would be useful to have a rubbish bin in the main bedroom, there is one in the bathroom but not the room. Fruit offering with breakfast please :)

Me gustó la habitación, un poco pequeña pero para lo que la queríamos estuvo bien.
Cons: No me gustó el trato con el personal, nada más llegar uno de los trabajadores que nos recibieron nos informó/vendió todas las excursiones que podíamos hacer. Al final nos decantamos por una (excursión a Essaouria) que por 30 euros íbamos en un transporte privado, salíamos a las 8 y llegaríamos a las 10 a esa ciudad y que iríamos con el resto de huéspedes y que nos recogía y dejaba en el hotel. Informándonos un poco le dijimos que habíamos visto la misma excursión por mitad de precio y él nos convenció de que su servicio era de mejor calidad. Al final todo mentira, salimos a las 9, hasta la 13h no llegamos, íbamos en un autobús lleno de gente, con un guía que no era guía solo el conductor (nos prometieron un guía), a la vuelta nos dejaron en la plaza y el conductor no tenía ni idea de nada de lo que nos habían prometido en el hotel, llegamos de vuelta tres horas tarde. Se lo dijimos al mismo chico que nos vendió l excursión y nos dijo que es que la oferta que él nos dijo se había terminado y que esa oferta costaba 45e pero que el nos la había dejado a 30. Nos hizo un timo en toda regla, le dijimos que nosotros habíamos pagado por el servicio que él nos propuso a lo que dijo que iba a llamar a su manager y que nos diría algo...y al día siguiente DESAPRECIO se había ido de vacaciones, al final nos descontaron 5 míseros euros.

Rooms are small but comfortable and the AC is a welcome addition given temperatures were in the 40s. Fatevi un favore e alloggiate in questo Riad, non ve ne pentirete. La gentilezza e disponibilità del personale a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza ci ha lasciato senza parole. Ci siamo sentite coccolate dal primo momento. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il tè alla menta e i biscotti offerti al nostro arrivo, un tocco di benvenuto davvero speciale. La colazione, servita nel terrazzo, era molto buona e preparata al momento. La posizione del Riad è ideale: si trova nella Medina, ma lontano dal caos, permettendoci di esplorare la città comodamente e di tornare ogni sera in un ambiente tranquillo e rilassante. Un particolare ringraziamento va a Fateh e Hicham per aver reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Consigliamo vivamente questo Riad a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza autentica e piacevole.

Le riad est très joli avec la terrasse sur le toit très bien aménagé et parfaite pour se reposer l'après-midi ou le soir. Les chambres sont chaleureuses et propres. Le lit est grand et confortable . Il riad è nel cuore della Medina, a pochi passi dalla Medersa Ben Youssef e quindi comodissimo per visitare la città a piedi. La colazione sia dolce sia salata, viene preparata sul momento e servita dai ragazzi dello staff nella terrazza. Camera confortevole e pulita dotata di aria condizionata, lo staff è cordiale (parlano perfettamente inglese) e disponibilissimo ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità (ci hanno aiutato con i transfer dell’aeroporto).

Location was great. Good value for money. Very cute, comfortable, clean and a nice terrace. Breakfast was great and friendly staff.
Cons: The terrace had nice furniture to relax and a nice view but it was always full of bedsheets hanging to dry or cleaning stuff! It was a shame since they had all to have a nice atmosphere there. I do think that in the photos they make it feel as if the spaces are bigger. The pool is right in the reception.

The staff were absolutely incredible. We arrived late on our check-in day due to travel delays, and they still happily prepared some food for us (a delicious beef tagine) at 11pms, with all the accompaniments. They also arranged transfer to the airport for us (22euros one-way) and were happy to provide an early breakfast so we could make our flight home. The riad is located next to some great restaurants, and about 10-15min walk from the central square. Terrace is also lovely and relaxing, a peaceful setting on the top and will great views across Marrakech.
Cons: Pool on ground floor was very cold! (obviously - this is a very minor thing!)

Il Riad è in ottima posizione, molto curato, accogliente e pulito. Letti king-size e una fantastica terrazza panoramica dove viene servita la colazione.
Cons: La colazione non è molto varia e non è molto tipica. In un riad tipico personalmente non gradisco la colazione internazionale. Il personale è molto cortese ma a tratti invadente, forse per inesperienza.

O Riad está localizado dentro da Medina o que permite visitar toda a parte antiga de Marraquexe. A limpeza superou as espectativas, tudo muito limpo e cuidado, camas confortáveis. O staff marca pela diferença, a sensação é de que se está em casa, sempre prestaveis e muito simpáticos, fez toda a diferença. Pequeno almoço simples, mas com o essencial e com abundância. Sem dúvida uma experiência a repetir.
Cons: O barulho de alguns hóspedes que em nada é culpa do Riad, tirando isso nada a salientar.

Il Riad si trova in un'ottima posizione all'interno della Medina, fuori dal caos ma a portata di tutto a piedi. Riad curato ed accogliente. I ragazzi dello staff sono gentilissimi, simpatici e disponibili, sicuranente danno un valore aggiunto alla, struttura. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fornito tutte le info necessarie ( abbiamo preso una Sim marocchina direttamente da loro al costo di €10). Camere piccole ma con tutto il necessario, pulizia nella norma. Colazione tipica marocchina servita sia al piano della reception che nella bella terrazza. Se posso fare un appunto avrei gradito della frutta per variare un po'. Nel complesso lo consiglio alla grande!!

Cons: Direi niente, l'unica cosa è che rientrare di notte dovendo percorrere quelle stradine strette e silenziose mette un po' a disagio, ma del resto se si sceglie di alloggiare dentro la Medina non può essere altrimenti.

El Riad es muy bonito, los trabajadores son muy atentos , intentan ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. Nos recogieron desde donde nos dejó el taxi. Los colchones algo duros, ¡pero eso va a gustos! El desayuno en la terraza nos encantó. Relación precio/calidad muy buena. Bien ubicado, gracias a google maps se llega a todos lados!

Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et serviabilité tout au long de nos 7 jours passés dans votre magnifique riad (joliment décoré, calme et tout proche de la Medersa Ben Youssef). Les petits-déjeuners et dîners sont délicieux, copieux et très agréables de pouvoir les prendre sur la terrasse lorsque le temps le permet. Nous avons profité du spa gommages et massages réalisés par des doigts de fée, bonheur !! Possibilité d'un transfert depuis l'aéroport. Literie, propreté... Bref, tout est réuni dans ce riad pour passer un magnifique séjour. Très bonne continuation à vous tous. Sylvie & Gaëtan

We absolutely loved the staff Mohssin, Abdou and Hisham, they made the stay so wonderful!!! The riad and rooms were very clean and the dinners were delightful (especially the beef and prune tagine). Good location.
Cons: Sadly the weather wasn’t great for the week we were there with bad rain so there wasn’t much we could do. There isn’t a pool and the spa is very small and smelt damp so only used once but the massage I had was fantastic. The pictures on booking.com made the riad look larger than it was. The breakfasts also were very oily and not to our liking (croissants, cereal or toast with fruit would be lovely)

Struttura favolosa, pulita e rilassante. Ottima colazione, con prodotti fatti in casa e locali. Staff gentilissimo e sempre sorridente, ci hanno fatto sentire subito la loro accoglienza. Servizio transfer e hammam top. Se soggiornate qui fate assolutamente il pacchetto hammam e massaggio da 60€, servizio di coppia favoloso e staff a cui abbiamo lasciato il cuore. Vicino a tutti i luoghi di interesse. Per noi questo Riad è stata un'oasi di pace nel frastuono e confusione della città.

The location is very close to the heart of Marrakesh, but in a quieter part of the city. There are great restaurants nearby and the main square is some 20min away, that is, if you don't get lost. Everyone from the staff was just great, helpful, giving really useful advice and tips on Marrakesh. Nice breakfast at rooftop, they also have hammam, shishas and dinner service if you want. They went out of their way to prepare a really early breakfast for us before we left for the desert and made sure we were taken care of at every single moment.
Cons: Nothing negative really, perhaps the rooms are a bit small. Also, there isn't really a 'pool' as you imagine it, there's one inside the patio (I think it's a typical thing there, I just thought there would be a bigger, open one or so).

Assolutamente tutto! Il the appena arrivati sulla terrazza, l’accoglienza dello staff, la meravigliosa struttura, la vicinanza a tutti i luoghi da visitare. Ma soprattutto la loro disponibilità, per due giorni di seguito ci hanno preparato la colazione alle 6:30 perché dovevamo uscire prestissimo. Sono di una gentilezza unica! L’ultima sera ci siamo fermati a parlare e bere un the con Okham, uno dei ragazzi dello staff, un bellissimo modo di salutare i nostri nuovi amici di Marrakesh! Grazie di tutto, speriamo di vederci presto! P.s.: la colazione è spettacolare, preparata sul momento e molto abbondante, tipica marocchina, ce ne siamo innamorati! Molto meglio di quella di un classico hotel.

Am Besten hat uns der Kontakt mit dem Personal gefallen. Besonders Hicham war wie ein echter Freund zu uns. Er hat sich abends lange mit uns über Marokko und das Leben der Berber unterhalten, war für alle Fragen offen und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Am Geburtstag meiner Freundin kam er nach dem Frühstück mit einem Stück Torte, Kerzen und hat Happy Birthday auf Berberisch gesungen :-) <3 <3 <3 :-) Es war eine tolle kleine Geburtstagsparty :-)
