The riad was very nice, spacious rooms and beautiful sunset views from the rooftop. The cats were a bonus 😻 Is not in the center of the medina but it’s a small walk to center. It was a bit cold when we went but the rooms have AC and it was ok afterwards. It s a good deal for the money.
Cons: I saw a lot of comments that the breakfast is great but I don’t fully agree. Although I tink this is the traditional morrocan breakfast, they serve every day different forms of bread, only one butter and nothing else to spread on the bread. And an one egg omelette. After a few days you kinda get bored with the same thing 😅 But they were very nice to prepare something to go for the day we left early. Also, one of the guy at the reception doesn’t speak very well English, but you manage to understand in the end.

Cons: Le riad est un peu excentré. La salle du petit déjeuner n'étant pas chauffée, il faut prévoir un vêtement bien chaud le matin. Une seule grande couette, tâchée, était disponible dans la chambre, alors que nous avions demandé que les lits soient séparés. Suite à l'utilisation de cette dernière la première nuit, le lendemain un seul lit sur les 2 a été fait avec une couette 1 personne... Les housses des chaises longues mériteraient un bon nettoyage.

From the moment we booked, the communication was excellent. Every question was answered quickly, and they helped us plan all our excursions in advance. We arranged an airport pick-up through the riad, and the driver was polite, friendly, and professional. Our luggage was carried for us, and we were walked through the streets right to the door of the riad. First impressions were fabulous. We were welcomed with traditional mint tea in the beautiful courtyard by the pool before being shown to our room. Again, our cases were carried up for us. The room was spacious, traditional, and very comfortable, with everything we needed – including a mini-fridge, two seating areas, air-conditioning, and even a bathroom heater. Throughout our stay the hospitality was incredible. We were greeted warmly each day, updated about our plans, supported with anything we needed, and always walked to our taxi. They checked timings with us, arranged taxis, and were flexible even when we changed plans last minute. It genuinely felt like having a personal assistant looking after us. We also had a hammam treatment, which was an unforgettable experience. Every staff member and every driver they arranged was amazing. My daughter celebrated her birthday during our stay, and they went above and beyond – decorating the room with balloons and organising a sunrise hot air balloon trip with an incredible company. It made her day so special. We left feeling truly cared for and already can’t wait to return. We will definitely visit again every year if we can. Riad Shama exceeded every expectation.

Riad très beau, grand, authentique, dépaysant. Le jeune homme à l'accueil charmant. J'ai beaucoup aimé ma chambre et la salle de bains avec ses zelliges, ses belles formes marocaines. Literie bien propre et confortable. . La situation est parfaite, au calme absolu, dans la Médina. Pas très loin il y a le musée du parfum qui vaut la visite. J'ai failli ne pas prendre le temps de faire un hammam. C'eût été dommage ! Je me suis offert le royal à 30€ et j'ai bien fait. On en sort avec une nouvelle peau, toute douce 😘 J'espère bien revenir dans ce riad que j'ai beaucoup aimé. En revanche le gommage au gant de crin était bien fait, efficace. L'enveloppe ment au henné, le shampoing et savonnage à la fleur d'oranger, l'enveloppement à l'argile purifiant, et enfin le modelage à l'huile d'argan était bien agréable.
Cons: J'ai être prévenue le jour de mon arrivée simplement qu'il n'y aurait finalement pas de dîner possible, que le restaurant serait fermé alors que tout était prévu et voyageant seule je n'avais pas trop envie de sortir dans la nuit dans les ruelles étroites ne connaissant pas le coin. Le petit-déjeuner est un peu triste. Pour le hammam il n'était pas bien chaud et il devait y avoir une relaxation à la vapeur d'eucalyptus mais pas d'eucalyptus, aucune odeur. Dommage car c'etait toute un voyage olfactif annoncé et attendu. .

The Riad was very comfortable and the staff was great! Akram was very hospitable and helped us figure out our transportation. The breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day. Another aspect we really liked and took advantage of was the Riad's ample lounging space. We spent a lot of time hanging out by the pool and on the beautiful rooftop. Overall, an amazing stay with very helpful and kind people!
Cons: It took a day or two to get comfortable with the square in which the Riad is situated. Not dangerous at all, but important to stay vigilant when walking nonetheless. The square is bustling and can be a bit overwhelming at first.

The Riad was mesmerising, so peaceful and beautiful. Having the spa facilities was good, they were able to fit me in for the Hammam the day we landed. They have a lovely rooftop where you can go and relax, watch the sunset/ sunrise. The room we stayed in was very nice, especially the bath room. A great place to stay if you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of life.
Cons: There were cats roaming around, which I didn’t mind but you could smell their poo / wee in some of the areas in the Riad and that was a put off, especially when we were having our breakfast in the court yard. The rooms were nice, bed was comfortable but the pillows were not, so we all had broken sleep because of it .

Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten hervorragend.
Cons: Grundsätzlich ist es ein schönes Riad aber leider ziemlich verwohnt. Es bedürfte einer dringenden Renovierung. Auf den Poolliegen lagen abgenutzte, teilweise kaputte Badehandtücher. Die gemütliche Sitznische war mit durchsessenen Polstern bestückt. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Aber leider waren die Liegen und Sitzecken schmuddelig und zum Teil ziemlich verdreckt. Die Möblierung im Frühstücksbereich drinnen war im marokkanischen Stil, doch leider waren die schweren Holzstühle instabil, weil die Rückenlehnen nicht mehr fest waren. Die Lage des Riads war leider nicht die beste.

La camera era bella e caratteristica. La piscina era sempre pulita. I gatti del Riad sono meravigliosi. Abbiamo pranzato una volta nel Riad ma un’insalata ci è costata 15€ (consiglio di non pranzare lì). Una bottiglia d’acqua 3,50€, mentre nel negozietto appena fuori il Riad costava appena 0,60€. Non è possibile fare colazione prima delle 8, quindi se si prenotano delle escursioni che cominciano la mattina presto non si può fare la colazione.
Cons: La posizione non è perfetta se si vuole tornare la sera dopo cena a piedi, meglio prendere un taxi. In compenso se si sceglie di fare delle escursioni il punto di incontro è proprio davanti la struttura.

La petite piscine, le hammam et massage à l'intérieur permettent de se détendre sans sortir du riad. La restauration est très bonne et les petits déjeuners sont différents tous les matins. Les chambres sont faites tous les jours et les serviettes de toilettes sont changees chaque matin. Clim dans la chambre

Cons: Leider gab es ein paar Makel. Unsere Toilette funktionierte nicht und konnte erst am zweiten Tag repariert werden. TV war vorhanden, aber nicht angeschlossen. Das Riad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits au Riad Shama. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, les chambres spacieuses, la terrasse en rooftop, le calme autour de la piscine et dans le Riad.
Cons: Nous avons trouvé le petit déjeuner un peu juste. Pas de fruits, du jus de fruit industriel et nous avons demandé du miel mais il n'y en avait pas. Dommage ! Les prix appliqués pour le repas et les soins sont taxés d'un taux de change bien au dessus du taux appliqué partout ailleurs. Idem si nous prenons un taxi via le Riad. Une commission importante est appliquée. Dommage également !

Je viens au Riad Shama depuis des années, l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel est exceptionnelle. Abdou ou Wafa sont aux petits soins avec les clients. Le personnel d'entretien travaille très bien, nous récupérons les chambres impeccables et qui sentent bons, elles sont discrètes et souriantes. Nous avons fait deux soins au spa, un vrai bonheur. Merci donc au personnel de nous avoir permis de passer un si bon séjour. Ce séjour a été une parenthèse enchantée et ensoleillée !
Cons: Afin que le Riad ne perdent pas de son attrait : Certains endroits du Riad méritent d'être rafraichis. Les plastiques des housses de fauteuil sur le rooftop sont défraichis, il n'y a pas de douche qui fonctionne sur le rooftop. Quelques bricoles à revoir, tapis non marocain (pas très joli) entre piscine et salon, fontaine à l'entrée et celles à coté de la piscine ne fonctionnent pas. Pour le petit dej, un laitage (yaourth ou vache qui rit) pourrait être proposé, le faux jus d'orange est abominable (nous l'avons gouté le premier jour et demandé qu'il ne nous soit plus servi) et en ce qui concerne le café il n'est pas bon.

This was our second stay this year and to be honest we were extremely disappointed given our previous experience. This time around we'd booked a 'Standard Twin/Double: and a 'Superior Double Room' (the latter being what we booked for our previous visit when we were allocated a beautiful room full of character on the balcony overlooking the pool). We were therefore very surprised to discover upon our arrival that in this instance both rooms were right at the back of the riad over the spa area and what was supposed to be the Superior Double was not only as basic in design as the Standard and nothing like the room we'd been given before but also smaller and less comfortable than the Standard (which unlike our room at least had a window). In fairness, the staff members I complained to about the room did offer to move us the next morning once one of the real 'Superior' rooms became available. Unfortunately, however, since we were only staying two nights and were reluctant to waste our one full day in Marrakech waiting to move our belongings we really had no choice but to decline. It's just such a shame. We were so looking forward to returning to Riad Shama but as lovely as the staff are having experienced firsthand the difference in the rooms it's unlikely that we'd book another stay.

Наши друзья жили в другом риаде и подобного не было. Вызывает сомнения. Во-вторых, в номерах отсутствует вай фай. Приходилось раздавать с телефона, на который была установлена сим-карта. В-третьих, звукоизоляция в номере на 0. Хотели поспать днем в жару и это сделать не удалось. Женщины, которые проводили уборку, безумно громко разговаривали и включали на телефоне музыку. В номере в туалете, например, целая стена состоит из стекол. Короче ощущение, что у тебя в номере орут люди. Риад не из дешевых, но цену свою не оправдывает. Завтрак средний, номера уставшие. Не советуем. Разочарование.

Altra nota di merito la dolcissima famiglia di gatti che abita la terrazza.

All’andata dovevano venirci a recuperare in aeroporto; abbiamo avvisato che il volo era in ritardo e ci hanno riferito che non ci sarebbero stati problemi ed avremmo trovato l’autista ad aspettarci, purtroppo abbiamo aspettato mezz’ora senza che nessuno si palesasse ed alla fine abbiamo preso un taxi in loco. Al ritorno abbiamo chiesto il giorno precedente che ci venisse prenotato un taxi per il mattino, in quanto avevamo un bus da prendere. Il giorno seguente, al momento dell’ ipotetica partenza, il receptionist stava ancora dormendo e aveva sbagliato l’orario di prenotazione, facendoci arrivare tardi e rischiando di perdere il bus. Credo che il problema principale sia stato che non parlasse correttamente inglese.

Cons: De buurt was echt een cultuurshock. De sfeer rondom de riad was niet prettig. Echt veel rumoer op straat. Veel bedelaars en verslaafden. We verbleven die week al in een andere riad in een heel ander deel van de Medina. Dit deel zou ik echt niet aanraden. Het was hier vies op straat en er hing een vervelende urine-geur. Jammer, want de riad was echt heel mooi.

Obwohl darauf hingewiesen wurde, war der WiFi Router vor dem Zimmer auch am Ende des Aufenthslts nicht funktionstüchtig, sodass es in den Zimmern zeitweise kein Signal gab. Schade dass dadurch der gute erste Eindruck gelitten hat.

The Riad is classically and beautifully furnished. It is located in the midst of the medina, so ideal for immersing into the community. The breakfast was ideal for us, fresh orange juice, bread, jams, pastry, tea and coffee. Pool was great. All of the staff were extremely attentive and helpful.

Terrazza e piscina favolose, dove potersi rilassare. Parcheggio coperto nelle vicinanze. Cena e colazione ricche e gustose. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Notre suite a été un coup de cœur : spacieuse, décorée avec goût, confortable, et dotée d’une salle de bain splendide et typique. La piscine invite à la détente en août il fait très chaud. Super petit déjeuner, Mention spéciale au personnel, d’une grande gentillesse et disponibilité : malgré notre arrivée à 4 h du matin après 3h de retard d’avion, un chauffeur nous attendait avec le sourire à l’aéroport.
Cons: Après minuit, l’animation sur la place voisine qu’il faut traverser à pieds peut devenir particulière. En journée et en début de soirée, sans aucun problème.

El Riad está ubicado en la Medina de Marrakech. La zona no es la más bonita, pero una vez que conoces estás a dos cuadras máximo del souk, que es el corazón de la ciudad. La señora Wafa, personalización de la hospitalidad marroquí, sale a recogerte personalmente al estacionamiento de taxis, porque puedes perderte con facilidad en las callecitas de la Medina. Decidimos cambiar nuestra habitación original porque aunque era muy grande, la sentíamos un poco oscura y poco colorida, y rápidamente nos cambiaron hacia la parte más antigua y original del Riad, mucho más luminosa, colorida y auténtica, que nos gustó mucho aunque la habitación fuera más pequeña. Gracias Akram, por esto. El Riad tiene una piscina muy mona, que no usamos porque estuvimos muy poco tiempo, pero que era ampliamente utilizada por los huéspedes hasta la noche para descansar de las horas del calor y caos de Marrakesh. Sí fuimos al spa, para una experiencia altamente recomendable e inolvidable de hammam y masaje (de pareja). Un "must" de Marruecos pasar por la sublime experiencia del hammam. Agradecimiento especial a las señoritas del Spa: Safae, Fouzia y Khadija, que nos dieron una atención de lujo y al terminar te ofrecen un té marroquí con dulces típicos. Mención aparte para Akram por su dedicación, resolución de todas nuestras dudas y necesidades y, además, por su cariño, al igual que a Wafa. A todos, nuestro más profundo agradecimiento por hacer nuestra estancia más que acogedora.
Cons: No nos gustó la habitación que originalmente teníamos asignada porque aunque era muy amplia, al igual que el baño, la sentíamos muy oscura y poco colorida para lo que esperábamos de Marruecos. Pero esto se solucionó en un instante (porque había posibilidades, claro), gracias a la gestión inmediata de Akram y Wafa.

Hammam and the massage was a fantastic and relaxing experience after a lot od walking through the souks., Our room was so big and beautiful, and the bathroom exotic with the very original and traditional bathtub. Rooftop has a wonderful view, we were sorry we discovered it just before we had to leave. Wafa from reception was super nice and helpful and the rest od the staff so pleasant and always with a welcoming smile.

Cons: Tout Le Riad est situé dans un quartier peu engageant où il est préférable de ne pas rentrer trop tard. Le Riad est beau mais relativement vétuste. Les chambres nécessitent un bon rafraîchissement. Nos draps étaient jaunes, tachés. Des bébêtes dans le lit. Le petit déjeuner est minable. En guise de jus d’orange, un jus industriel même pas bon. Un genre de fanta sans bulle. Ce n’est pas ce que l’on attend à Marrakech. Où vous voyez des oranges partout! Des crêpes préparées certainement la veille, réchauffées le matin donc très sèches. Le second matin, on nous propose une omelette au fromage, l’omelette arrive nature car finalement le serveur nous dit qu’il est désolé qu’il n’y a pas de fromage. Pas de fruits et pas de yaourt non plus. Le strict minimum. Nous y avons dîné le premier soir. Nous avions commandé 4 tagines et 2 coca. Tout doit être commandé d’avance. Car il n’y a rien sinon. Au moment du dîner, je demande de la semoule. Pas de semoule. Un jus de fruits frais. Pas de fruits. Une tranche de citron à mettre dans mon coca. On me porte du citron confit. Bref, nous avons essayé ce Riad car bien noté sur Booking. Mais franchement ne vous y fiez pas. Je viens depuis 12 ans à Marrakech à raison de 5/6 fois par an. C’est la première fois que je suis aussi déçue. Et première fois que je sens obligée de relater mon expérience pour autrui.

La piscina está bien , el trato del personal agradable y es una zona tranquila aunque un poco alejada del centro , cerca de una de las puertas de acceso a la Medina en la cual tienes taxis que por cuatro euros te bajan o suben a la plaza Fnat .

La piscina y zona de desayuno muy agradables. El desayuno típico marroquí a base de pan tipo crepe, panes dulces, torta, mantequilla, miel zumo de naranja y café. En nuestro caso pedí que me cambiaran el zumo por agua y los dulces por huevos y no hubo problema ni recargos.
Cons: La ubicación está dentro de la medina a 15 minutos andando de cualquier sitio de interés aunque es cierto que a 5 minutos ya empiezan los mercados que te van llevando hacia la plaza central.

Tienen servicio de habitaciones pero únicamente te hacen la cama, ni barren ni nada, de 5 días que fuimos nos cambiaron las toallas únicamente 1 vez y porque lo tuvimos que pedir. Otra cosa a comentar es que pone que en las habitaciones hay televisión pero la antena no funciona, por lo tanto no puedes ver ningún canal. El aire acondicionado prácticamente inexistente como la televisión, teníamos 3 habitaciones en una funcionaba “bien” y en las otras dos no se notaba que había.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil et le gentillesse du personnel. Nous leur avions laissé le soin d’organiser nos excursions, et les prestataires choisis étaient de qualité. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Le Riad est Idéalement situé pour visiter Marrakech à pied. La piscine est très belle.

Cons: Je tiens à partager mon expérience très décevante. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai vu un cafard, puis deux bébés en l’espace de 10 minutes, et ensuite un autre énorme cafard. J’ai immédiatement appelé la réception. Le réceptionniste de nuit est venu et a tué un autre cafard, puis a trouvé un cafard mort sous le lit. J’ai tout de suite demandé un remboursement car je devais passer 4 nuits dans cet établissement, mais le propriétaire a refusé en prétextant qu’il me proposait une autre chambre. Cependant, le réceptionniste m’a expliqué qu’ils avaient déjà eu plusieurs traitements contre les cafards et qu’ils avaient même 5 chats pour essayer de les tuer. Cela montre bien qu’il ne s’agissait pas d’un problème isolé dans une seule chambre. Le propriétaire m’a proposé un « geste commercial » (un hammam), mais je n’étais pas du tout intéressée. Ce que je souhaitais, c’était un remboursement ou au moins une prise en compte sérieuse du problème le soir même. Je remercie sincèrement le réceptionniste de nuit qui a été très compréhensif et nous a même aidés à nous rendre à un Riad que j’ai dû réserver en urgences (sans cafards ) où nous avons pu finir notre séjour. Malheureusement, je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement à cause de l’hygiène et du manque de considération pour les clients.

Cons: Absolument pas fidèle aux photos, c'est un Riad très vetuste, aucune décoration, nous avions réservé une chambre avec 2 lits simples, résultats un lit double et un lit de camps très très très anciens. Nous avons voulu réserver un dîner à notre arrivée, on nous impose un plat unique avec viande sans nous avoir prévenu au préalable. Les chambres et les parties communes sont très glauques. Nous avions réservé et payé un transfert aéroport pour le lendemain, le réceptionniste ne semblait pas au courant. Il n'y a pas de restauration aux abords proche seulement des petits snacks.

Great location, easy walking distance for most things we wanted to see. The Riad had that perfect sense of making you feel a world away from the hustle and bustle of the streets outside. Once inside you are perfectly cocooned from the world around. The pool a perfect place to relax after the sensory overload of the Souk's. Staff were brilliant, that perfect combination of taking care of everything and providing service without being noticed somehow. The room was great and the air conditioning an absolute godsend. The bathroom- i'm still trying to figure out how to have one like it in my own home.

Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, et toujours prêt à conseiller, aider...etc... Pour eux, rien n'est problématique ! C'est absolument génial ! On est complètement serein ! Wafa, Akram et Abdou sont vraiment des gens plus que charmants et vraiment adorables ! On a même pris Wafa dans nos bras en partant :D "Monsieur Fabien ;p"

Las instalaciones preciosas, sin duda uno de los lugares más hermosos en los que me he quedado. Una sorpresa en medio del caos. Camas cómodas, cuarto amplio y el baño de lujo. Akrim fue muy amable nos ayudó en conseguir a último momento un tour al desierto, muy pendiente de cada detalle!
Cons: El desayuno incluido no fue nada especial solo panes panes y panes y café, me esperaba fruta, huevo algo más. Esto si decepcionó.

C'est la 2ème fois que je passe un séjour dans ce riad. C'est toujours un plaisir d'y retourner, il est super bien situé dans la Médina, proche de beaucoup de visites à faire. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse, présent 24h sur 24h, aimable, toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions et pour discuter un moment avec nous. Un tout grand merci pour l'accueil chaleureux à Wafa, Abdon, Akram et tous les autres employés qui rendent le séjour très agréable

Riad molto bello all'interno della Medina, un'oasi di pace dal frastuono esterno, a 20 minuti a piedi da piazza Jamaa el Fna. Quartiere caratteristico della vera Marrakech, meno turistico di altre zone. Siamo stati subito accolti con molta gentilezza ed un profumatissimo the alla menta. Tutto lo staff ha sempre soddisfatto le nostre richieste anche dell'ultimo minuto. Tutti gli ambienti, dalla hall alle camere erano molto puliti. Camera e bagno sufficientemente ampi. Unico problema, la finestra dava sul corridoio interno e quindi dovevamo tenere gli scuri interni chiusi per avere privacy. Bella terrazza all'ultimo piano da cui si gode la vista sulla città ed un bellissimo tramonto. Abbiamo inoltre usufruito della cena e dei massaggi che abbiamo trovato soddisfacenti.
Cons: La televisione non riceveva alcun canale. Rubinetteria del bagno un pò datata, da cambiare. A pochi metri c'è una moschea , quindi risveglio con la preghiera delle 5 del mattino.

Io e mia sorella siamo state quattro notti in questo meraviglioso Riad alle porte della Medina, facilmente raggiungibile in auto quindi comodo per i trasporti e per raggiungere a pochi minuti a piedi i souk. Akram Abdu e Vafa si sono presi cura di noi a qualsiasi orario, abbiamo cenato in Riad e usufruito dell’hammam all’interno del Riad. La splendida piscina faceva da contorno alla fine delle nostre giornate per rilassarci e rinfrescarci. Se dovessi tornare a Marrakech, tornerei senz’altro qui

We had the most amazing time in Marrakech thanks to the hotel team! Especially Marouane & Akram. The hotel team was very lovely and extremely helpful. Everyone was just super nice and friendly. Special thanks goes also to the beautiful and kind housekeeper lady that was looking after us I did not catch her name! Rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. Also interior design of this hotel is absolutely stunning. Food was delicious! Pool super clean. This hotel & SPA is very affordable I cannot recommend enough. Thank you very much to the whole hotel team!

Cons: Rispetto ad altre strutture in cui abbiamo soggiornato a Marrakech questa è situata in una zona “meno turistica”. Per noi era congeniale in base alle nostre esigenze ma per altri potrebbe essere dirimente in senso opposto. Il giudizio è legato solo alla posizione perché dentro era eccezionale!

J’ai ADORÉ ce Riad. L’accueil par Akram et Abdou très chaleureux et souriants, la piscine superbe un gros + on regrette de pas avoir pu profiter davantage. Le petit déjeuner marocain inclus est très sympa, on a aussi mangé le midi sur place, les tajines et pizzas étaient très bons. Au niveau des prestations de soins : génial, hammam, massage, brushing, on remercie Khadija, Fouzia et toute l’équipe pour leur attention, super professionnelles et gentilles. Enfin merci à Wafa pour l’accueil très chaleureux et toute l’équipe en général, je peux que recommander. On reviendra In Sha Allah

Destaco las instalaciones que son preciosas, con ese toque antiguo pero bien cuidado, el Riad es inmenso con muy bonitas vistas de la ciudad. Y la habitación muy cómoda con aire acondicionado, que por el clima que tiene la ciudad se agradece. El personal muy amable y atento al recibirte.
Cons: Hubiera cambiado un poco la atención y gestión ya que nuestra estancia fue de una noche y al siguiente día nos íbamos de tour muy temprano (antes de la apertura del bufet) y teniendo el desayuno incluido en el pago de la habitación no fue posible disfrutarlo. Avisamos previamente al hotel de la situación con la intención de llegar a un acuerdo (como les sucedió a otros compañeros de tour en sus hoteles, que les dieron el desayuno antes de que se fueran) pero en nuestro caso no fue así. Al despertarnos para abandonar la estadía, no había nadie en recepción, la puerta principal cerrada, no habían timbres, tuvimos que “gritar” para que alguien saliera y poder salir del Riad/hotel. Teniendo en cuenta que tenían constancia de que alguno de sus huéspedes marchaba temprano.

Cons: We got a taxi from the bus station and he dropped us off in a random back street, with no Google maps we had to rely on some dubious youth to show us to the hotel - pretty sure he took us on a very round about route then demanded payment - this resulted in an unpleasant argument about what I was prepared to pay. Best book a taxi through the hotel then they know the location. Some of the decor is looking a bit tired but I think this is reflected in the price

La struttura è spettacolare: molto molto bella. Fin dal primo impatto si capisce che è un’oasi di pace. Si respira l’aria tipica marocchina, ma allo stesso tempo ci sono tutti i comfort di un hotel a 5 stelle. Anche la camera era bellissima, con le mura tutte in pietra, il camino e il bagno con una vasca stupenda.
Cons: L’unica pecca è la posizione. Si trova in una zona in cui arrivarci di sera a piedi dalla piazza centrale della Medina non è proprio il top.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is een fijn zwembad aanwezig. In de ochtend krijg je een klein ontbijtje. De locatie ligt op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden en anders kunnen ze een taxi voor je bestellen. Het ligt in een wat authentieker deel maar we voelden ons wel veilig en er liggen restaurants in de buurt.
Cons: Het hoofdbord van het bed was een beetje vies en er liepen af en toe mieren. Er ligt vlakbij een moskee dus je moet rekening houden dat je hiervan wakker word. De douche is niet altijd warm.

Riad bello anche se un po' datato, la cena è gradevole e ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura sono simpatici e disponibili. Parcheggiare l'auto nel luogo da loro suggerito non è banale essendo nella medina ma si può certamente fare con il loro aiuto, ed è vicinissimo ed economico.
Cons: La posizione nella medina potrebbe suscitare perplessità in quanto in una zona poco turistica ma autentica. Durante il giorno è comunque affascinante e unica, consiglio la visita alla mosche lì accanto perché fuori dai normali circuiti.

Vrij onpersoonlijke service; bvb bij het ontbijt moet je zelf om zaken vragen die bij basisontbijt horen, anders krijg je ze gewoon niet We zijn in 3 riads geweest en volgens de verwachtingen zou deze riad de beste moeten geweest zijn maar het was omgekeerd Personeel doet z’n best maar het geheel is onvoldoende georganiseerd. Bij verder nazicht blijkt dat riad eigendom is van groot verhuurbedrijf wat wellicht de onpersoonlijke service en weinig gezellige sfeer verklaart.

Problème d'insonorisation (problème des riads en général ?) car les portes et fenêtres sont magnifiques mais n'arrêtent pas le bruit et la cour résonne beaucoup ! O Riad está dentro da medina e a pé entra-se rapidamente na zona mais turistica, mas não é dos Riads mais centrais. A zona envolvente assusta um pouco, mas na realidade é tranquilo. O Riad em si, é muito limpo. O Staff é maravilhoso e prestável. O pequeno almoço bom também. No geral a estadia foi boa e regressava.
Cons: A zona envolvente um pouco assustadora quando se chega mas depois de conhecer é tranquila. Achei que o Riad ia estar um pouco mais central, mas rapidamente entra-se na zona mais turística. O quarto desiludiu-me um pouco quando cheguei pois pelas fotografias achei que não ia bem ao encontro do que estava a espera. A Tv não estava a funcionar e havia pequenos pormenores descuidados. As camas individuais são um pouco pequenas. Para quarto de familia era um pouco pequeno.

Dall’accoglienza alla partenza Akram, il ragazzo che gestiva la struttura, ci ha coccolato organizzandoci ogni servizio interno ed esterno. Dal transfer da/per l’aeroporto, alle gite, ai suggerimenti per la visita della città non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. La struttura è incredibile, quando varchi la piccola porta del Riad entri in mondo di tranquillità e silenzio. Le camere sono accoglienti, la colazione semplice ma completa. Abbiamo anche cenato una volta nel loro ristorante. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The hammam was amazing and so relaxing, though haven't been to any others in Marrakech to compare. The riad is beautiful.
Cons: Do not trust the locals with directing you there. We were scammed by a lad saying we couldn't head through the alley to the left (when facing the riad door) as it was the way to the mosque and forbidden for non-muslims. We were then approached by another lad who insisted he direct us to the riad. We had been pretty good at deflecting the constant requests for money in Marrakech, but not this time! Once he got us to the riad door he demanded 200 dhm, which is ridiculous for the 3 minute detour he took us on (the place we were told to turn around was a stones throw from the door). I reluctantly gave him 50 dhm, and he and the first lad, who suddenly reappeared, demanded more and got fairly persistent, and seemed like things might have become aggressive. I shut the riad door on them in the end. Unfortunately, the staff were not super helpful about this incident and implied that if the lads had 'helped' then we should pay. Anyway, just trust Google maps, not the locals!!

El alojamiento es precioso, habitación espaciosa y limpia, muy acogedor todo. Los chicos del Riad son muy simpáticos y nos ayudaron en todo momento. Sin embargo, por darle algo negativo: El agua caliente no llegaba a salir caliente del todo, era más bien templada. Respecto a la ubicación, está un poco más retirado de la medina. Además, tienen un altavoz muy cerca, por lo que se escucha muy alto de madrugada cuando son los rezos.

Nuestra estancia en Riad Shama fue fantástica y superó nuestras expectativas. Las instalaciones comunes del Riad son preciosas y transmiten mucha tranquilidad, las habitaciones son muy espaciosas. El personal fue muy atento en todo momento, en especial queremos agradecer la generosidad de Wafa, Akram y Abdou, siempre con una sonrisa. La experiencia del Hamman + masaje fue estupenda. We stayed at Riad Shama Suites & Spa from 11/03-13/03/25. Riad Shama Suites & Spa is a lovely historic building with friendly and helpful staff. It was only a few minutes walk from the riad to the Madrasa Ben Youssef and the Secret Garden both are worth visiting. The Jemaa el-Fna Square is about 20-25 mins walk. It cost 100 dirhams from the near by taxi to the airport.
Cons: The riad needs some improvements as its beginning to show numbers of cracks on the lounge area walls, bedroom and the bathroom walls, and stained floors. The bathroom needs a shower screen or minimally a curtain as it was very difficult to take a shower without water seeping outside the shower area into the floor. The bathroom soap dispenser does not work, but we are thankful for providing us a handwash liquid bottle. The area surrounding the riad looks rather rundown and not appealing but this is out of riad's control. Please note: there are city taxes in all Moroccan cities per person per day.

I love love the beautiful surroundings and pool side and rooftop with sunbeds Shama spa it’s like walking into some greek interior style /:beautiful marrocoan style . I love the lokation, you Can Walk too all around. At Shama you still have cozyness, birds singing and Peace at this sublim place, and 15 min away you have all the bazars. I Got delicious Home made food and service and with a smile from all , at the hotel. Lovely room and bed to sleep , I loved the bathroom too. Special thanks to Akram, Wafa, Abdou, all staff members. Thanks for walking to shops and to a taxi place with me 🎉🤩See you again 😁💜🎉

El riad es muy bonito. El personal, Ismail, muy agradable, dispuesto a ayudar con lo que necesites. Las habitaciones cómodas en general y decoradas al estilo del resto de las instalaciones; la habitación doble superior muy espaciosa. La ubicación aunque algo alejada del centro es muy fácil de llegar. El desayuno, típico marroquí, fue correcto. A mayores, decir que tiene opción de traslado privado desde el aeropuerto y te dejan a un minuto del riad.
Cons: La agua caliente en la habitación superior no llegaba a veces correctamente. Las habitaciones no están muy insonorizadas y se escucha bastante cuando hay cenas en el riad, el movimiento de los toldos que cubren el patio con el viento, etc. Además, tiene una mezquita bastante cerca, por lo que se escucha mucho de madrugada cuando son los rezos.

Cons: Qualche giorno prima ci ha contattati il proprietario chiedendoci di poterci spostare in un altro Riad di pari livello per l'ultima notte del nostro soggiorno a causa di un overbooking. Abbiamo accettato questo trasferimento per l'ultima notte, Inutile dire che il Riad in questione non era di pari livello. A parte questo inconveniente, tutto perfetto

Cons: La ubicación para mi gusto bastante lejos de la medina, 20 min. Queríamos hacer un hamman y el agua fría. El desayuno tardaron como 20 min en traerlo y solo estábamos nosotros. Nuestra habitación daba por una ventana del baño a la cocina y hacían muchísimo ruido los trabajadores hablando.

Das Riad ist eine Wohlfühloase mitten in der Medina. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns in unserem Zimmer wie in 1001 Nacht gefühlt, einfach wunderschön, ausgestattet sowohl mit Klimaanlage als auch mit einem Elektroradiator und Kamin.Im wunderschönen Bad, welches über eine Treppe erreichbar ist, gab es auch einen Heizstrahler.Das Frühstück sehr lecker. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich in der Nähe. Leider hatten wir nur eine Nacht in diesem schönen Riad.

Cons: Je trouve que pour un logement dit "luxueux" ça ne l'était pas. Les locaux sont vieillissants, surtout au niveau de la salle de bain. Les joints sont arrachés etc.. le premier soir nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude. Le personnel était gentil mais petit problème au niveau de l'organisation. Il est censé y avoir quelqu'un à l'accueil tout le temps, et pourtant le matin nous devions partir à 7h30 pour une excursion, la porte d'entrée était fermée, impossible de sortir, nous avons mis 15min à chercher quelqu'un pour nous ouvrir la porte, heureusement nous avons eu notre bus mais de justesse.

Cons: La comunicación con la recepción no era apropiada. Solo hablaban francés. Instalaciones descuidadas, a más de 20 min de la plaza fnaa. No pudimos tener el desayuno porque la cocina era a partir de las 08:00 y no nos dieron nunca opciones de picnic. Habitaciones sin ventilación al exterior y piscina descuidada. No es un Riad, es más un hotel.

1. 우선 호텔이 정말 예뻐요. 중앙에 수영장이 있는데 아침, 저녁으로 느낌이 다르지만 예뻐서 0층에 있는 의자에만 앉아있어도 좋았습니다 2. 늦게 체크인을 해서 그런가 0층의 제일 중앙 방을 이용했는데 침대도 편하고 화장실도 어둡지만 깔끔하고 따뜻하고 물도 잘 나와서 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 3. 정말 매우 친절한 호텔 스태프들 덕분에 숙소에서의 경험이 더 좋아졌습니다:) 처음 체크인할 때 사막에서 10시간동안 택시를 타고 오고, 택시에서 숙소까지 조금 무서워서 걱정을 많이 한 채로 들어갔습니다. 하지만 로비에서 여성 매니저가 따뜻하고 친절하게 맞이해주셔서 좋았어요:) 마지막으로, 저와 언니가 공항까지 택시가 필요했는데 저희에게 약간의 문제가 있었던걸 호텔 매니저분들이 친절하게 도와주시고 해결해주셔서 정말 감사했어요🥹 그리고 아침에 택시까지 직접 데려다주고 짐도 옮겨준 Akram과 Abdul에게 정말 고마웠습니다:) Thanks for helping us, Akram and Abdul!

I liked that there was hammam in the hotel, there was also heating. Overall it looks nice and elegant. Rooftop is also nice.
Cons: The street near is a bit shady but we did not feel unsafe. Just some people might talk to you on the street. I was disappointed with the service. We were told that breakfast is served from 8am. We had taxi to the airport ordered for 9am. From 8am we were waiting for the breakfast for 30 minutes because there was noone there, seems that everyone was sleeping. Also the meal that we ordered in the evening was disappointing. My tajin with plum was just a little piece of meat and bolognese was a lot of pasta with little souce, not recommended. Also there was only cold water in the morning so I couldn't wash my hair before the flight.

Cons: Staff inesistente, e per niente cordiale, un freddo assurdo! Abbiamo fatto colazione al freddo. Non c’era nulla da mangiare se avevi bisogno di qualcosa. L’hammam è carino, peccato per le ragazze che ci lavorano che sono incompetenti, non capiscono una parola di inglese e sono estetiste improvvisate secondo me. Il massaggio NON FATELO assolutamente è una perdita di tempo. Andate in qualsiasi altro hammam in centro. La doccia aveva l’acqua freddo e loro non si sono minimamente preoccupati di sistemarcela. E quando ho chiesto uno sconto per il disagio mi hanno risposto: e perché? Vabbe MAI PIU!! TREMENDO!!!
